If you want a plumbing company that stands behind their word and work then Parker Plumbing is the way to go. Carrie from Parker Plumbing contacted me late Friday(1/24/20) through my home warranty company. She advised me they would be out Monday morning to take a look at my water heater. Due to all the water leaking out the bottom, I advised her that I knew it needed to be replaced. Since it was through my home warranty company a technician still needed to verify that the water heater needed to be replaced. My family had been without hot water for 2 days but Carrie guaranteed they would be able to replace my hot water heater the same day. I was a little skeptical at first but Nate and Aidan arrived Monday(1/27/20), confirmed that a new water heater was needed and replaced the same day just as Carrie guaranteed. From the time they pulled up at my house until the time they left it was a little under 2 hours to complete. Thank you Parker Plumbing we now have hot water again!

after one plumber came out, fixed nothing and charged $100 deductible and several other plumbers couldn't or didn't want to help, I found Parker Plumbing. Quinton did an excellent job, knew what he was doing and understood what I wanted. They've got my business now!

Quick response on a Sunday, Nate identified and fixed the problem quickly. A non-functioning water heater is an emergency and the HSA home warranty people couldn't help, offering to see if they could get someone out Monday.

We put in a request from our home warranty to have a broken pipe under the sink fixed on a Sunday. Got a call from Parker Monday morning and they said, well it wasn't entered as an emergency so the earliest is Wednesday. I asked for as late as possible as both my husband and I work - so then he could work as much of the day as possible. I was given 3 pm. On Wednesday at 2:12 pm. I was left a message that because we lived out, they were not going to be able to come until Friday morning. My husband was already en route home when they called. So if we wanted services we'd have to wait until Friday. Needless to say we had to find another professional that could come and fix the problem when my husband or I wouldn't have to take more time from work. I don't guess that Parker thinks people work and have plans such that at 45 minutes to arrival, we can just rearrange. This isn't the first instance either. The first time they came out, they didn't even call and I took the day off from work because the appointment was right in the middle of mid day. I had to call and reschedule....I think they must not want business.

I would highly recommend Parker Plumbing and Doug to everyone. We have used them on two separate occasions both on the weekends. They answered when no one else would and fixed our problems quickly at a fair price. Any time I have any other plumbing issues(which I hope is not soon) I will be calling them first.

I am very happy to have found Parker Plumbing. They have done several jobs and are there in emergency and fair pricing. There was a mixup on my end on payment and they were patient about it. Tim Parker and Nate Parker are professional and real!

All i can say is the owner Tim is a man that stands behind his work .We had a problem and he came in person to look at the job and decided that it was not done to there standards and offered to redo the whole job , just wow .That you very much Tim Parker awesome .I would refer anyone to Parker Plumbing . 101118 Well just to recap the job has been completed and every thing looks great the 2 gentleman that was sent to do the job , they knew what they was doing and did it in half the time the other crew did thanks again Tim Parker .

Quentin and Donny were extremely professional and were able to figure out what needed to be done. They were SUPER nice and respectful. I would choose Parker Plumbing again. And Kerry or Kelly at their dispatch was extremely helpful and nice.

UPDATE ON BOTTOM! If you read my wife's review their response is a COMPLETE lie! We noticed the gas leak on Saturday 1/13/2018 and did not know where it was coming from, so we called LG&E to send someone out. Tell me... Why would we call YOU guys if we didn't know where the leak was coming from.?!?! We had trust that the work was done correctly in the first place! Anyway, when an emergency crew came out they noticed the gas line to the control valve was leaking. They tried tightening it to see if it was loose and when they tested again it was still leaking. The LG&E representative said, It could be a simple fix of just taping it (Plumbers tape). I'll tape it and if it works you're good to go but, if not then I will have to shut off your gas and they will have to come out and fix it. He did that because my wife is 7 months pregnant and we have 2 children in the house. He did not want us to be without gas (Heat). When he took off the gas line he said... Hmm he didn't putty it or anything.... THERE'S YOUR PROBLEM! He taped it and it was no longer leaking! The following day (Sunday 1/14/2018) after my wife took a shower, I noticed the smell of gas again. Knowing what caused the leak before I took some soapy water and sprayed the lines.. Yet AGAIN another gas line from the control valve to the inside of the water heater was leaking! The reason why the LG&E guy did not notice it is because the gas will not run through that line until the water heater is on. Obviously he worked on it with the gas off. So after my wife took a shower it heated up and gas was flowing through it. Hence why I smelled it again after her shower. My wife called our Home owner insurance company the next day (Monday 1/15/2018) which then the owner of Parker Plumbing called her and basically called her a lair and said it shouldn't need tape and it just going to fail again. His guys did everything right. So the fact that you said you tried calling multiple time and she didn't answer is just yet another lie from you. You do realize this day and age we have call logs right?

UPDATE: Despite the fact of again saying we are not in touch.... I spoke with the owner and he sent out the original guy that came and installed the control valve. He looked everything over and said if there is no leak then everything should be okay. He also saw there are two different color tapes (Blue LG&E used) and white (what I used on the second part). He was VERY apologetic and VERY polite. He didn't say we were lying or that we were in the wrong. The ONLY reason I am changing my rating is because of him. I believe his name was Hank. My advice to Mr. Parker is, if you are truly worried about your company and employees, then you should treat your customers with respect when there is a gas leak in their house and they have 2 children and a baby on the way. Also, do not threaten me with LG&E. I work closely with them and also did not bash them at all. I'm actually quite happy with them for doing what they did when they really didn't need too. Thank you Hank for coming out and being understanding.

Parker installed a new water heater in my rental property during renovation, it lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called to have him look at it, hoping it might be under warranty. He contacted me and said it needed a new thermo coupler and gas valve, $450 cost to me, no warranty coverage. I thought that was worth a second opinion, so i contacted a different plumber. He called from the rental and i told him what parker said. He informed me that he should have replaced the thermo coupler first at the cost of $50 parts and labor to determine if the gas valve was bad before quoting it all. At any rate, he couldnt tell what the problem was because Mr parker had taken the valve, coupler, and burner assembly with him when he left. New plumber said there was no reason for him to take any parts with him, but maybe it was an accident and we just needed to get it back for diagnostics. After several threatening phone calls, my renter finally found their office (all the listed addresses are wrong) and retrieved the parts. New plumber said the good news is the gas valve is under warranty! Bad news is Mr parker broke your gas burner so you still have to spend $250 with labor. So, 1, tried to charge me $450 for a warranty repair, 2, stole my water heater parts, (thats larceny people) 3, broke the stolen part before returning it just for spite. All in all not only a crappy plumber but apparently a bad person as well.

I would give this company 0 stars. Tim was very unprofessional and argued with us when we told him he needed to come back and leave us the written estimate. Refused to give us one, will NOT be doing business with them ever.

Parker Plumbing was at my house on Thursday afternoon. Saturday night I had emergency gas crews at my house due to the gas leak caused directly from the plumber not installing a part (thermocouple) properly (did not use tape and tried to cover it with putty). And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn’t install properly (no tape again and didn’t even try to putty this one) I’m 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

UPDATE: clearly this guy can not read. When did I say LGE was out here again? I didn’t. I said there was another leak. My husband stopped this one himself. I’ll upload the picture if you need it. I have no reason to make this up. But clearly you can see for yourself from this response the lack of respect they have for ANYONE. I did not take the time out of my life to makeup any of this. I reported exactly what was happened and EXACTLY what the gas crew told us and showed my husband. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews here and on BBB speak for themselves!

The response from Parker plumbing and the tone of the response is exactly the unprofessionalism that I received from this company. There are many other plumbing companies that treat customers so much better and with respect to a customer. See their REVIEWS on Yelp and BBB as there are more complaints on this company. If I had seen those first I would have never even wanted to use this company. The company was so rude to me that they yelled at me that if I wanted their service I would have to wait sometime next week. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

Do not use this company. My warranty company called them out to take a look at my hot water heater and I was told it was the heating element gone bad. The repair gut changed the element and said it was fixed. The next day my water heater was leaking badly and could have done major damage to my flooring. Today another company came out and said it was not fixed and was not up to code. I was charged 400 for this so called repair that was a waste of money and time. Very frustrated with this company and will not recommend or use them again! I'd give zero stars if this was an option!!

Had a clog in the bathroom sink that I couldn't fix myself, they were able to come out within 2 hours and fixed the clog in 20 minutes. Price was fair and overall very happy with the experience.

They helped us when our water heater was leaking and we had no heat. He fixed some old fastenings and was very polite and professional. We will be using them again.

He also fought with the warranty company for is because he wanted to make sure he fixed everything the right way and not the cheap way.

Ron came out, super fast, straight from another job on Saturday night. He was polite, professional, and thorough. He cleared our drain line, which was clogged outside just before the main sewage line, and now we can flush our toilets worry-free!

My main drain in my basement was stopped up and I had water all over my laundry room floor. The day was a Sunday and my husband was out of town, I called 4 plumbing companies before I called Parker Plumbing. Nathan came right over, he was very nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. Called at about 830am and they had a technician dispatched to our house before lunch. They came fixed 2 issues we had in less than an hour and charged us a very reasonable amount. Fast, fair and reliable. We will use them again and would recommend them.

I did not get any services done but called on an emergency and informed them my leasing company would take care of it the guy basically asked me how to do his job and was very rude with me and told me they only take cash payment up front. Never tried to come look at it or anything. Although I tried explaining that I didn't know how to take care of the problem , and that if I did I would have no reason to call a plumber he continued to be rude so I told him to have a nice day and hung up. The guy decides to call me back with the same terrible attitude about me hanging up.
Now as I do not know how good they actually are when working on things this review is just intended to explain the terrible customer relations they seem to have in my particular case

We had a water pipe rupture in our crawl space resulting in a significant leak. I contacted Parker after regular business hours and was greeted by an actual person. She contacted the on-call plumber(Eric) who arrived at our house an hour later. In addition to replacing the pipe that had failed, he also pointed out another pipe that was approaching failure. I gave him the go ahead and the job was performed efficiently and professionally. Eric was very friendly and I felt the fee charged, especially given the after hours timing, was very fair. Highly recommend.

Called them to get an estimate on hooking us up to Sewer and possible Setic Tank issues. They came out really quickly and advised that they would email us an estimate Two weeks have passed, and I have left several messages with the lady that answers the phone(I gave her my email address again) and I also left a message for Tim. To date no one will respond. I would never hire them as contractors tend to be bad after they are hired and not before!!!!!!
