A&S Plumbing of Southern Indiana

Excellent experience. I searched for a plumber to install a new replacement kitchen sink, faucets and disposal. I first contacted the large plumbing organizations you see advertised on television and mailers, finding their estimates to be ridiculous. Did a Google search and found A&S Plumbing as another option. Spoke with the owner Sean, told him what I needed and received a much better estimate. He personally provided the service, was friendly and did an excellent job. I will certainly call him first for any additional plumbing need. Do yourself and your wallet a favor by contacting A&S Plumbing👍

Sean the owner of A&S Plumbing was very helpful, professional, and worked around my schedule. I get home at around 5 in the evenings and no other plumbers want to come that late, but Sean did. He came and correctly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. He is a small business owner and works at keeping the customers happy. He will be my plumbing guy from now on.

As soon as Sean left my house his business card went up on the fridge! Finding a qualified person to do repairs (electrician, plumber, etc) is a challenge these days (worse than ever). Either they don't show up or when they do they believe your home is owned by a millionaire! I had one plumber from a well known franchise turn this job into a $5,000 fix everything mess! Sean scheduled with me, showed up on time, explained what was going on and repaired it at a cost that I felt was more than fair. When speaking with him I truly felt this was not a job done and I am outta here situation, instead he cultivated a customer! We will be returning to A&S for all our future plumbing needs!

Extremely professional service. Their work is first rate. They did all the plumbing for my new bathroom in the basement and I could not be more pleased with everything they done. I will definitely recommend A&S Plumbing to others.

I would highly recommend A&S Plumbing. Sean and Forrest were incredibly professional and fast. They came out immediately and gave us a free estimate on the problem we were having (leaking hot water heater). He was able to come out the VERY NEXT DAY after the estimate, worked around our extremely busy schedule, in order to replace our hot water heater. You can't ask for better service!

Sean came out after calling ahead to ensure I was home and double checking to see what all was needed to be repaired. He was prompt in servicing every item and was very friendly to boot. He talked me thru every aspect of what he worked on during and after he was done. He gave me a reasonable quote and was done in a timely manner, couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended.

When my water heater went out A&S was really great about getting back with me and working around my schedule. Their pricing was really reasonable and worked around what I wanted for the price I wanted. They showed up on time and did are really great job. I'm really pleased with A&S and would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Don't bother. They won't even return your call. Guess they don't need the work.

Called and got recording service representative would be right with me....hung up after several minutes...called back in 10 minutes....got recording again....stayed on phone several minutes...person answered...I asked what their hourly rate was for a residential call...person said he was just the dispatcher he had no idea would have to have Shawn call me back....told him never mind...a company that can't readily tell me their residential service call rate I don't want to deal with.

Sean seems like a knowledgeable plumber and a good guy. He fixed my sink up nicely. I will keep the review updated as the commode upstairs wasn't clogging while he was here (primary reason for the service call). I can't comment on price since I'm not sure what the going rate is around this area yet. I would gladly reference Sean to any others looking for a plumber. Thanks!

They have been out to multiple properties several times and have been the best plumbing company we have ever used. We can’t say enough good things about them. They are friendly, communicative, and professional.

When it comes to homeownership, my knowledge stops at this: my water bill is too high. How to fix it? No idea. I looked at a number of companies and called around. Sean was quick to come by the house and was so adept at diagnosing the issue. In about ten minutes, he had a plan and a price. Instead of ripping up my sidewalk to access the water line that was leaking (like two other Big name plumbers wanted to do), he suggested moving the valve...thus saving my concrete. His availability was great, and booked me within two days. The best part? His price was extremely competitive! Two other well known plumbers couldn't touch his price. He and Forrest were at my house bright and early, and by end of business the same day, my water line was working and leak-free! Sean obviously has a lot of care for his clients and pride in his business, and he's my plumber from now on. I and my boyfriend were extremely impressed!

Sean and Kevin were great hooked my new sink up after having granite installed.Very nice guys and did a great job! I will be using A&S from now on.

We had the opportunity of working with Kevin. He fixed our pressure relief valve within 40 minutes and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated him answering our questions and putting our mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him and A&S Plumbing to all our family/friends!

My neighbors recommended A&S Plumbing, and I'm so glad they did! Sean came out to investigate a plumbing issue that we have been dealing with in one of our bathrooms. Same day service. I've dealt with tom drexler and other plumbing companies in the past and these people are the most professional and by far the most affordable. Anytime I have plumbing that needs to be done, I will call A&S.

Called to schedule an appointment, They were quick to call me back.. However, Sean told me they typically do not come out this far, he did give me a referral to someone in Louisville (further away than him!) So 2 stars for prompt return of call, but because you do not know the area or want to get off the highway a bit That IMO is not good business practice and worth the 2 stars, pity since he had a perfect review going... Pekin is not all that far from New Albany..

Highly recommend! I obtained multiple quotes for my plumbing issue. A&S was not only one of the least expensive but the most professional and least pushy. Sean was very informative and helpful. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything not needed/wanted and the work done is great. Will definitely use again!

They did show up at least, but the job was a nasty one and the plumber didn't want to do what was necessary and get in the nasty (like plumbers do) to get it done. Price was MORE than fair though. FREE actually, since he didn't fix ANYTHING. Would recommend for regular piping issues but mine was sewage...YUCK!!! Did have to call a second company to come and fix the problem.

I have worked with these folks for years and has always done a great job at a fare price.
