My furnace and AC unit and was 19 years old. My water heater was 12 years old. Mr. Tim, don’t know his last name, however, presented himself as a person who works as a salary person and does all the training at Bryant.After my furnace some what’s went out, he suggested it be replaced. He also suggested to save money, to replace all the stuff. Which I agreed because at some point it was gonna go out because of the age. After we talked and he made me feel like I could trust him, because he talked a lot about him having 5 daughter and his wife is a CPA and all this about saving money and getting good quality products for the future. Talk about this stuff because I’m about to have a daughter myself.I asked him, because of pricing, should I get a second opinion. He assured me that I was making a good decision for what I was getting. So I did it. $14,000 dollars for everything.Later I got a second opinion on how much those products would have been to replace through the other people. 7k less.Moral of the story, don’t trust Bryant heating and cooling and get a second opinion. The products are great don’t get me wrong, but they are literally out here getting over on people.

Bryant is very reliable and for this service call they arrived on the same day we called for seasonal fall/winter services and some repairs.Their helpful technician was able to diagnose a few problems (no more or no less than we expected) and give us a cost estimate for repairs that ended up being exactly how much we were charged when the work was done.

Derek was wonderful. He gave us a consultation about our ventilation system and suggested two easy money saving things to do for better efficiency. I could not have been happier.

Preston and Caleb worked very hard in extreme heat to install my new air conditioner. They did an excellent job and were very informative throughout the install. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Extremely quick process… (literally took 3 minutes to complete) and everything works. Price was a bit high for the amount of labor required for this seemingly simple task but I’m just happy I get to play my Xbox again. I will say that it was still cheaper than a local electrician which still blows my mind.

I have used Bryant for several years now and am never disappointed. I needed to replace my furnace and A/C unit 3 years ago and they were the ones I called. I would not think of using anyone else. I have been pleasantly surprised that the last three times I had my unit serviced the same person came to my house. I like that and feel we are getting to know each other.

I had a brand new AC/Heating system installed about a month ago. The unit brand new malfunctioned about a two weeks ago. The Tech from Bryant( the tech before Jeff Stewart) came to access and troubleshoot the problem. He wanted to go in the attic and check to see if something was mashed(his words). I did not agree with that as no one has been in the attic. He found unsealed areas on the shroud covering the unit leading into the house. This was supposed to be sealed when the new unit as installed. I talked to a rep from Bryant about the findings and the rep agreed with me about entering the attic. The part was placed on special order and came in about 7 days later. Today Jeff Stewart came to install the new part and seal the shroud properly. A large Ice build up was still on the unit piping and had to be defrosted by Jeff. This should have be done by the previous tech but he set the unit to the wrong setting so the ice never defrosted. I want to thank Jeff Stewart as he displayed nothing but professionalism and knowledge on what needs to be done. Jeff arrived at my residence at 9:30am and did not finish until aprox 4 -4:30pm. He did a amazing job with the repair and sealing the shroud properly so no outside air could get in the home. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand it. I recommend Bryant have Jeff Stewart train other techs on how to properly troubleshoot and repair AC/Heating Units. I will be requesting Jeff Stewart for future repairs and maintenance. Service was amazing and they were very helpful called them for an appointment and they were here a little over an hour later went through and explained to me everything he was doing and showing me everything he could very happy with the service that I received.

If you are looking for a great experience with Heating and Air Conditioning Bryant’s is the one to call. They where friendly, prompt, and courteous. We called them for air conditioner replacement and they came out the same day gave us an estimate and had a crew out the next morning to our house and installed a new unit. I would definitely refer anyone to them for all there Hvac needs.

Bryant was able to come to my home the day after a holiday and perform a quote for a complete new ac system and install it the same day. We were extremely grateful for their dedication to following through on their statements of same day install along with accurate and fair pricing when we compared to other local companies. Our AC unit went out on a Sunday afternoon so I called Bryant Heating & Cooling, I was amazed at how nice and professional the person was on the phone. She told me a service Tech. would be at my house in about a hour, 10 minutes later I get a call from Joseph, he told me he would be there in 45 minutes and he was. Joseph check out our AC unit and explained in great detail what was wrong, he was very friendly and professional. Myself as a business owner I was amazed that he did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need. Joseph got all the paper work filled out and told us the installation crew would be at the house at 9:00am the next morning and to my shock, they were right on time. I called and someone came out in about 2 hours, the Tech was very concern about my issue and did a lot of different checks inside and out. Was very professional and friendly and when he was done he explained everything about what he saw and what he thought the issue was. He fixed two wire and said they would keep an eye on the thermostat.

The sales person and the techs were incredible. They were polite, informative, and very professional. They worked very hard to ensure our system was running as needed, and they did not leave until everything was working. What soured the deal is the fact that I was charged $250 for a basic, bottom of the line thermostat that I found for $40 on Amazon later that day. $250. This is the definition of taking advantage of a family when in need. My thermostat was not working, so in order to get cool air and reduce the heat in my house down from 80 degrees, I was left with the only option, which was to purchase one of theirs. A 500% markup from retail. That is just shameful. It puts good people like the men who sold/worked on putting in my system in a bad spot. It makes me wonder what else I overpaid for. It will be very hard to recommend then, and I will be sure and let anyone know before using them to get upfront quotes on all items, and be better prepared.

I called, person on phone was helpful and scheduled a service call for next day.Serviceman was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and explained all my options and pricing. Very happy with service and quality of products they provided.Sometimes in these situations where you don’t have knowledge you can feel helpless or taken advantage of, but I didn’t feel this way with Bryant….I felt informed and no pressure. Highly recommend Bryant.

This is a Company that I'll Use again. On time, professional representation, everything explained clearly and with photos to back up the issues. I've used other companies before but Bryant was way more thorough. And, for bigger repairs they offer financing. That's a big plus.

Jeff did a very thorough job cleaning our system,. The best it has ever been done. He left the premise clean and everything that was moved back in place. Very polite and courteous!

Had a disastrous August and September with the air conditioner and furnace needing to be replaced. Bryant Heating and Cooling came out the same day of the calls and scheduled replacement of the units. Both crews were very friendly and professional. The A/C crew were able to complete their job in about 4 hours. They were great. Cleaned up and made sure the cooling system was working. The furnace crew went above and beyond my expectations by staying until 11:30 PM to complete repairs and testing, making sure that both systems were working properly. Each time the weather was humid and hot. Temperatures in the high 90's. They were life savers!I highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling for your HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Giving one star based on my experience with sales. The guy showed me a picture of a part of my furnace that was supposedly cracked, told me they were not allowed to put it back together for me to turn it back on for safety reasons, and insisted I needed to buy a new one. Of course replacing furnaces are expensive so I got a second opinion. The second guy saw nothing cracked, replaced a small part for a couple hundred dollars and got it working again. I will not be using them for anything

Bryant did a great job! They showed up on time in the earlier part of the time window. Very friendly and quickly completed everything. They reviewed results with me to show what had been done. I’ll be calling them again next time.

Comfort Specialist was here maybe 15 minutes, did NO load calculations, measurements of windows or even look at our existing system for more than a few seconds. He wrote down an estimate and said let us know if you want to go with us. Not impressed! For being an exclusive Carrier dealer, they are not representing a reputable brand like Carrier very well by doing a 15 minute inspection before writing out a quote.

Air conditioning went out and they sent a guy out the morning I called! He gave me all my options and had us cooled off by that afternoon. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

They call and let you know they’re on their way. Always professional and clean up after the job is finished. I have used Bryant for years.

Furnace had stopped working - Bryant came out to repair and part was needed. It was available the next day and Jeff came to repair. Had a issue with my furnace overheating, called Sunday afternoon and James arrived within 40 minutes. He was professional and thorough, within an hour found out the cause and fixed the issue. I've used this company multiple times fire the maintenance of my AC and furnace system. They are always punctual and professional, and the $10 coupon they always send is nice. Anytime I call a live person answers the phone politely and gets an appointment soon. David Duncan waso my technician today and he was very kind and helpful! He did a gods job explaining what he did in the maintenance work and what to expect in the future regarding my appliances.

Chris Carroll came by today for our fall checkup on the furnace. Chris and his cohorts have always done a great job for us. At one time, our system got hit by lightning, and Chris was instrumental in helping us select the proper unit and in getting it purchased and installed. We have depended on Bryant for our heating/air conditioning needs for about 12 years, and would not consider changing. The company and its technicians, certainly including Chris, have been there for us quickly and professionally. This is one thing about home ownership we don't have to worry about. Bryant installed my heating system in 2008. They installed a heat pump in 2019. I have always had very quick response when needing a check-up or maintenance. Their technicians are knowledgeable and explain what they are doing to the system. Recently (Aug 2021) I had found out the control board needed replacing in my furnace. I was without A/C for almost 3 weeks due to a part shortage, not their fault. As soon as it was known (Sep 2021) the part would arrive, they called to set up an install appointment. What I don't appreciate is the cost of labor. For being a customer for so long, prior military and a senior citizen, it would have been nice to receive a discount on the extremely exorbitant labor cost for an hour of work and a 10-minute job to install the part. I guess I didn't express myself loudly enough. I did my research. The part was a couple hundred dollars. The labor was 5X that amount. Not that I could have bought it and installed it myself; therefore, I did not have a choice but to have it professionally installed. But to charge that amount for labor is ridiculous. Be aware.

We could not be more fortunate than to have had these great installers today replacing our furnace and getting us up and running again. It was not so simple since its been years, it is inside in close proximity and the new unit is way smaller. Great adaptation, excellent and skilled workmanship, clean and professional job. Never expect less with our Bryant team members and never disappointed. Thanks Josh!

It was very easy to schedule our HVAC system inspection online. The technician (David) was very courteous and prompt when he arrived at our home. He efficiently inspected our HVAC system and answered my questions. Our system is old and he gave some great advice on next steps concerning replacing our furnace and A/C unit. I would be happy to recommend Bryant to anyone.

I replaced two complete heating cooling systems.They sent two crews to complete the work. They were on time and worked hard the entire day. They were professional, courteous, cleaned up the work areas and answered all my questions. They completed the job in just under six hours(two complete systems). Not only is the equipment they installed top of the line but there employees are too.

Sam Brown came out to give us our estimate. He was very honest and nice. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or add anything extra. AJ and Bryant came out the next day to install. They were nice men. They seemed to know what they were doing. After about 6 hours we started wondering what was happening. We could tell something wasn’t going as planned but they weren’t keeping us informed. They had called back up after about 9 hours. We were never introduced to these people but they figured out the problem at about 10 hours of work. I was shown how to use the thermostat and how to change the filter. My wife had to sweep up some small bits of wire after they left and also clean up some plastic flying around our backyard next to the outside unit. The next morning we noticed the heat wasn’t working. We called and they sent out Keith. He was very nice and a knowledgeable man. He noticed the previous men didn’t set up the thermostat so he programmed it for us and also gave us an instruction booklet on how to use it since one wasn’t left for us. He also fixed the heat, tighten up a few things and double checked some of the work.

I'm writing this review for my mom, Joan Deacon, as she does not have a smartphone. The technician was on time and very polite. He identified an issue with the unit outside and ordered the part. All Bryant employees are very professional.

Technicians were courteous, professional, on time and responsive. Very positive experience unlike my experience with Tom Drexler where I got no response after 3 calls. I'll stay with Bryant for any future AC/heating needs.

Our central air system started freezing up 2 days before we decided to call Bryant’s. We called our original installer twice over the holiday weekend…he never called us back. We thought we could wait a few more days…but the house was too muggy and uncomfortable….even for our pets. I called Bryant’s on a SUNDAY MORNING around 10:30 am….and David…their technician arrived less than 2 hours later from Louisville….and we live in Bardstown. David got to work right away and found the issue. The repair is not yet complete since a dye test needed to be done to find the source of a freon leak….but David was knowledgable and let us know our options and the repair cost range once the leak is found. The total cost is expensive….but I don’t think using a smaller, less-reliable service company would be worth the difference in this case. I like knowing I can call Bryants at any time for needed repairs and maintenance.

Called about an electrical inspection for a home I'm getting ready to sell. Person on the phone tried to enroll me in some sort of electrical membership club. I had to ask them to repeat themself just to make sure I heard them correctly. I need service, not a recurring charge on my credit card.

My Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He did all the work I expected him to do and I am pleased with my service to the beat of my knowledge right now. They are a bit pricey but as they say you get what you pay for.

We have been customers of Bryant for 7 years. Both our furnace and AC were installed by Bryant in the face of an emergency on the coldest and hottest days of the year that happened to be on a weekend when no other company would attend to our needs without additional fees.My experience with Bryant has been exceptional. We keep our warranty plans current and have seasonal maintenance checks performed by Bryant.David A did our pre-season furnace maintenance today and like all the technicians I have experienced from Bryant, David was courteous and provided helpful maintenance tips. I used Bryant for yearly service on my AC unit. The rep, Omar, was timely, polite, and he did a great job overall. The AC unit badly needed cleaning, and it looked brand new once he was finished. Overall, I'm very happy with the level of service, clear communication, and price point.EDIT: I used Bryant again today for routine AC check/maintenance. There is no evidence that the unit was even opened. There are leaves in the unit. The coils were NOT cleaned. What did I spend 80$ on??? I would NOT recommend Bryant!!!!

Bryant came out on Memorial Day and replaced our AC condenser. There was no extra Holiday charge and the techs never complained or seemed bothered by the fact that they were working on a holiday, They were careful to keep our gate closed so our dog did not get out and they were VERY personable, efficient and polite. They fully explained the operations of the new unit, including filter replacement and thermostat operation. We will call them again in the future.

Called Bryant Heating and Cooling to install our Tesla wall mount charger and they sent someone that day out for an estimate. Three days later Aaron was back out on time and knocked the install out in no time. He kept us updated throughout the process and once done cleaned everything up like he was never there.

We were having trouble with our furnace cutting off on one of the coldest days this week. I called Bryant heating and Cooling to come out before it decided to finally give out. Cole was there in no time and very knowledgeable. He showed me what was going on with our unit and reassured me they could get us taken care of before the end of the day. And they did! Kenny and Kody came and got us taken care of in no time. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had to buy a new unit in 2018 right after vacation. Bryant was absolutely wonderful. They sold us what we needed to work for our home. They did not force any sales of unnecessary items. We have only had 2 calls to the in the first year and they were fantastic. The techs are so nice and they listen to you and at the end they explain it all. The customer service from the people answering the phone to the guys doing the sweaty work, everyone is amazing. We had Bryant install had a new HVAC Carrier “Infinity” system in 2015. We’ve been very happy with it (and the lower utility bills). We have Bryant come out to do a system check/ maintence routinely. Today David came and he was very thorough checking inside and cleaning the outside unit (and he wore booties!) We give him 5 stars!! Happy customers here!!

Recently I was informed by a serviceman that my furnace was on its last legs. When time came for my Air Conditioning unit to be serviced under contract I asked the serviceman to get me some quotes for a new furnace,He immediately contacted his office and gave me two quotes . I accepted one and shortly two other servicemen came to my home and started dismantling my old furnace. They came back the next day and finished installing the new furnace. All three servicemen were very knowledgeable and very courteous. I am very pleased with both the service and the product.

David was very friendly and very clean, wore mask, gloves, foot protectors to keep our floors clean, sanitized everything down to our credit card before he handed it back to us. Explained everything and took photographs to further explain the inside and outside units. We understood everything and saw their protection plans, works into your budget with financing if needed.

Zack and Matt where the best installation techs,very knowledgeable, professional..My only negative comments is the weekend supervisor kept slowing down the installation by calling 45 minutes wanting a update.. Well my furnace was over 30yrs old and the techs where unaware of the situation. But I'm very impressed with Zacks skills to push through the process... Bryant has a true work horse and a man with great skills ...

Was a great experience! Furnace wasn’t working properly on a weekend and called to see if any technicians were available. They got me scheduled, had a technician come out, and problem solved all within about 2-3 hrs. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything to me about the problem and how he fixed it.

The furnace that was installed was the wrong one for my home (the wrong furnace was ordered). They made it fit by revamping the area where it sits, burned a spot the size of a dime on my kitchen floor (which wasn't even offered to replace as small as my kitchen is) and their remedy to please or correct the situation was to give me one free check on the air conditioning when summer arrived. Needless to say what I thought was a decent company has changed my mind. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE. I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME!!! OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T MIND TAKING MY MONEY AS COSTLY AS IT WAS. 😡😡😡😡

Bryant came to clean our furnace. On inspection they found that our old furnace had a problem whereby the the heat exchanger had rusted thru and posed a safety issue. We discussed repair vs replace and we opted to replace the unit. The unit was nearly 20 years old so we feel as though we got our moneys worth out of it.Bryant was able to install the new unit the next day. They were fast and left the property in good condition.Will use them again in the future.

This is the 2nd or possibly the 3rd time David was my technician and I hope whenever I call to have work done on my Furnace or AC he will be the tech who is sent. He's professional, personable and takes time to clearly explain what he is doing and why. He's terrific!!!

Bryant was the only one to answer the phone on a Sunday. They weren't able to come out til Monday. The service tech showed up during the 2 hour window. We decided to replace both the A/C and the furnace. They offered financing and completed the job that day. It did take them longer than expected. The installers were very professional and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

He was thorough, efficient and was extremely courteous. Our furnace had gone out in the coldest days that we had this winter and we only had heaters trying to keep warm. Larry saw us all the way through to helping us to get the financing that we needed and getting our furnace installed within hours. Lamont arrived within the scheduled time and was very friendly and mannerly. As he moved through his job, he was careful to share what he was doing and that was appreciated. He wrapped up his job and cleaned up. It was a pleasure meeting him and passing our inspection. My Dad was satisfied with the whole process.

I purchased a new Carrier HVAC system in 2014 from BRYANT when my 25 year old system developed a refrigerant leak that was going to be very expensive to fix, BRYANT was very prompt installing the new unit and getting it up and running to cool the house in a very hot summer day. I had problems at the beginning of each of the next heating seasons because the furnace would not work reliably. It was frustrating for my wife and me as well as BRYANT's service supervisor and their technicians. Various service calls, component changes and combustion air supply and exhaust changes were made over the four+ year period but they stood by their service and equipment. The latest change was new larger combustion air intake and exhaust duct with a trapped condensate drain on the exhaust duct. It seems to be working well. Hopefully service call #15 resolved the problem. We'll know better at the beginning off the next heating season.I want to shout out to their service technicians, Bill, Josh, Zack and Eddie. They were friendly, courteous and professional throughout this adventure even though I may not have been in the best of moods on some occasions.Thank you!

Bryant installed a new furnace for us and exactly one week later our Carbon Monoxide detector started beeping. It is plugged into an electrical outlet. I was not sure who to call. I called the non emergency fire number twice and got no answer. Thinking about the new furnace, I called Bryant just to see if they could tell me who I should call. She suggested my propane company, who did not answer. Bryant called me back in a few minutes to ask if I reached help and told me they were sending someone out to check it. Although we still don't know why the detector was beeping, I believe Bryant went above and beyond in doing this. The gentleman they sent was very thorough in checking the house even though it was late evening. We felt safe after he was here. I have seen first hand what that can do while people sleep. Thank you so much Bryant and also the gentleman you sent out.

Turned the furnace on in November on a Sunday as the weather was starting the cold season and discovered the furnace running extremely hot, too hot to even touch. I called Bryant first thing Monday morning to schedule service and was expecting a 1-2 day wait to get someone. Bryant had a tech at my house before noon on Monday! Incredible response! They diagnosed a crack in my heat exchanger, even showed it to me via their camera. Again expecting the “can be back tomorrow with new furnace” action but was pleasantly surprised again with “we will have a new furnace here within 2 hours and installed within another 1-2 hours”. Outstanding service! I will be only using Bryant Heating and Cooling from now on and highly recommend them to anyone needing excellent furnace or air conditioning services.

I had a 3hr window for service. Near the end of the window I get a call that they are running behind and it may be another hour or more before the technician calls me. Why not send another tech once they know they are running late? Poor consideration for the customer that has take time off for the appointment. I really was hoping that they would be different.Update:. Got a call from customer service (Brittany) to remedy situation. So at least they care which is good to know. Upgrading review. Made follow up appointment.

They worked their butts off for hours, were very thorough on what was going to be done, showed me how to work the new systems, and were very nice and set on making sure we were satisfied with their work. My furnace went out yesterday. I called Bryant and they were there within the hour. Tim, the technician did a thorough investigation on my 20+ year old furnace and showed me some bad news on the panel that calls for gas and on my heat exchanger. It would be a matter of time before it failed. I have had problems with this furnace for years. I was ready for a new furnace and Tim walked me through all my options. After I chose one he checked and said a crew was available now and would be here sometime today. They were here within the hour. We were up and running with a brand new furnace by late afternoon. Great job. We are very happy.

Service was quick and professional. Our electrician, Travis, explained everything to us and showed us what he had done. He was also very helpful when it came to looking at the future changes we will need to have done in our 50 year-old-house.

My furnace quit working on Friday, Jan 17 and Bryant Heating's tech arrived about 10am on Saturday, Jan 18 to diagnosis the problem. The issue was going to cost more than it was worth on my 30 year old furnace so I agreed to installation of a new unit and Bryant had installed my furnace by 3:30pm that day, just in time to keep me warm for the upcoming cold temperatures! I then noticed a vibrating noise each time the furnace came on and a Bryant tech arrived at my home within an hour of me calling today (Monday). He was able to make an adjustment that helped the noise and he provided me with useful Bryant stickers to place on my new furnace for a maintenance checklist, date of installation and the Bryant phone number. I found the staff quite friendly, knowledgeable and professional including the lady that answered Friday evening, the diagnostic service tech, the installers, the lady that answered in the office Monday afternoon and the service tech that arrived for the adjustments. I would definitely recommend Bryant Heating and I'm enjoying the warmth of my new Carrier furnace unit, plus I now have a very attractive programmable thermostat!

Came home to my furnace not working the initial tech arrived on time and took his time to diagnose the problem and offered several solutions after he got the heat working again. The second technician arrived on time the next day to replace the blower motor and worked quickly and efficiently.

I called this morning at 815am needing someone to come over to look at my heat. They answered the phone and sent someone over 930am... excellent service. I wish more companies were responsive. The guy made sure everything was cleaned and checked the thermometer. He triple checked his work. I appreciate that!.

Our home warranty vendor had trouble following through with providing a furnace replacement estimate. I contacted Bryant as they have serviced our HVAC equipment in the past. He provided clear recommendations and details about how the replacement would go on the scheduled install date. He also included contact information so there were no surprises when his team arrived. In both instances, Chris C. and his team called prior to arriving on time as planned.The furnace replacement was completed on the scheduled day, with his team double checking their work area and cleanup prior to leaving. All requirements were met, price was fair, and there was little impact to our daily operations. That is the example to follow in providing exceptional service in a timely fashion. Scheduled a call for Saturday got a call a hour before the appointment window closed to cancel the appointment. Rescheduled for this Saturday 9 to 12. Got a call again at 11 to cancel. Wasted 2 mornings. Too bad you would have gotten a new AC purchase and a service contract. I am sure someone works on commission. Your loss.Update - Bryant reached out to make up for the lack of service. We decided to give them another chance for a quote since we had been satisfied with the installation of a heating unit a few years before. They offered a discount on the service along with the quote. The installation was quick and we had AC in a few hours. Had to call them back a few days later as the outside unit was off balance. They came and fixed it with no issue.Servicemen were polite, however they could have cleaned up their cigarette butts before leaving. Changing my review to 2 stars. Would made it 3 except for the cigarette butts.

I purchased a new furnace and Air conditioner from Bryant. It was not installed correctly. The instillation took 2 days and the parts were not put together correctly. Because of this my “brand new unit” is rusted! I have had this company out my house several times to fix the issue however the furnace still has rust on it. I did not pay for a refurbished unit. As compensation I was offered filters. Do not use Bryant Heating And Cooling biggest mistake I have ever made.Let me elaborate on the term refurbished.It’s a verbpast tense: refurbished; past participle: refurbishedrenovate and redecorate (something, especially a building).the premises have been completely refurbished in our corporate styleThe unit was not properly installed and is now refurbish. Rust removal on both cabinets, a condenser installed backwards and glued in to place to prevent servicing, and leaking pipes again not installed correctly. When I agreed on the initial purchase the sales man stated the unit would already be covered for 3 years.Again this issue is not resolved. I spent $15000 with this company. Filters and service I was already promised is not fixing the issue. My money back is fixing the issue.Update: The problems continue. The unit has failed again. 2 times in the last 6 days. The the control panel is bad. The part will take 2-3 days to receive before it can be installed to get the unit back up and running. So after spending 15,000$ I get to go the next 2-3 days with out HVAC.I would NEVER recommend purchasing ANYTHING from this company. It’s not installed correctly and it won’t last.

I called Bryant after I noticed I could not access my filter in the new HVAC system they installed due to a system drain pipe blocking the passage. Josh came out and immediately assessed the problem, corrected it quickly and even noticed that the drain pipe did not have an emergency shut off switch. He installed one and instructed me on how to keep the pipe clean with vinegar and water to avoid possible mold buildup. I appreciated his knowledgeable tips and quick and friendly service.

Had an annual maintenance checkup on our central AC system. The technician showed up on time, worked efficiently, communicated what he was doing and gave us several options for improvements to our hvac systems.

I got my fall 2018 maintenance completed today. The experience was once again exceptional. I received a call from Bryant and was easily able to set up an appointment that met my schedule. Bryant worked us into their schedule to get our AC back up and running within two days. Gary G. was very professional, arrived on time, quickly determined the issues and explained them clearly. Look into their yearly maintenance plan. Gary recommended it and it ended up saving us money.

My A/C went out when it was 90 degrees outside in the evening and Bryant dispatched someone within 30 minutes. That someone was Cole and he was extremely knowledgeable, and quick to diagnosis my issues. He found that the coil had froze up in the furnace and burned out because my A/C unit amps did not match up with the furnace. He coordinated getting a new A/C and Furnace to be installed that very night! I had a maintenance plan with Bryant for many years on my previous house and had let it lapse when I moved a couple of years ago-which could have prevented this from happening. My experience was very pleasant, swift and the follow ups from the company were appreciated. I highly recommend Bryant, Mr. Cole and the maintenance package :)

When I called Bryant Heating and Cooling and spoke with the CSR she was very receptive, patient and understanding to my concerns regarding our outdoor heat pump. I expected the preventative maintenance spring service call to go quickly. Instead the technician (Samuel) worked diligently for two plus hours cleaning and maintaining the system. It was more than a drive by and check the thermostat and filter change. Samuel was friendly and informative. I highly recommend Bryant Heating & Cooling.

Having seen the tv commercials, I had made up my mind that if I ever needed an AC/ or furnace I would contact Bryant. Unfortunately it happened in 2019. I have been very satisfied with both and with the Bryantemployees who were very professional. it was nice to have the shoe covers to eliminate the outside dirt. I have told everyone about how pleased I was their service.

I recently purchased a new house and the first company that came out to clean and service my HVAC did not do the job and wanted over $400 for the cleaning. I called Bryant and they came out a week later. My tech was polite and thorough and explained everything to me in detail and wasn't a pushy salesman! Please be aware that this company is full of scams. Had one of their techs come out to figure out why our new unit that was put in through there company was not working and tech claimed it was somethingwrong with wiring attached to house and was going to cost a little over $600 after already paying him $65 to come out and look at unit, to replace them that went down to $405 which talking to the shady manager adjusted, to getting a second opinion that that was not the issue at all. It all boiled down to the A/C unit connector that needed to be replaced which is in the 5 year warranty which they failed to mentioned that its a manufacturer warranty which they have to come out and replace and get the money back from them which they did not do because the tech could not figure that out. So had to get another company out which replaced it and the A/C started right up with no issues and was charged $300 to replace it. Now we are sitting here with a piece that can not be sent back for refund because the smart tech that came out and replaced it was not the initial installer and now bryant heating and cooling can not refund us the money cause it was not their tech that replaced it. So be aware due to the back and forth that they will put you through when it comes to replacing and to the warranty giving. Also found out the $100 a month we pay for the unit is going through an loan company that is not accredited through the BBB. Again be aware. They are selling faulty units, using faulty loan companies and sending out faulty techs to scam ppl out of their hard earning money

Omar cleaned our AC unit and installed an air purification unit on our furnace. Last week when he installed the air purification unit he detected a gas leak on our water heater. This could have been disastrous if left undetected. He went above and beyond his service and we appreciate him so much! Our plumber confirmed the gas leak yesterday and fixed the problem. Thanks so much Omar for finding this leak, we are very grateful!

Had them come out to install a wall charger. The person that came out was nice and professional. He gave me a estimate of nearly $5000. I obtained a second opinion and got same work for $1500 and very well done. This place is just not fair value

I had a routine service call for the winter . The tech's found some issues and showed them to me on his camera. My unit was 15 years old so it didn't make sense putting money into my old furnace. They set down with us and gave us our options. We picked the system that best fitted our needs. The install guys came out shortly with the new system . The guys worked until about 10PM. They did a great job. Cleaned up and explained everything to me. Both crews were very nice and answered all my questions. I was surprised that I got the new system installed in the same day. Great job Bryant. Would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time that we’ve used Bryant Electric and Aaron has been our technician both times. Very professional and extremely thorough. Would highly recommend.

Late Friday night our AC stopped working and so we called Bryant. They had a tech to our house in less than 24hrs, determined the root cause, walked us through the issue and the steps they were going to take to fix it.They were friendly, professional, prompt and made a point to make sure we understood what they were doing before doing it. After the work was done, they walked us through again what the issue was, how they resolved it and made sure to answer any questions we had.

First time doing business with Bryant. Called them because of an area-wide AT&T outage and couldn't reach my regular HVAC serviceman. First the pro comment: The service call charge was $60 (after hours). Who does this? The company who installed the unit (Prudential but not my regular serviceman) wanted $175 for the service call for 30 minutes and $37.50 for each 15 minutes after that. The Bryant serviceman was very professional and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. The capacitor needed to be replaced. Now for the con (pun intended): When they took my service request the lady said they had a yearly maintenance agreement for $179 which included two service calls a year and I wouldn't be charged for this call. I said okay. When I found out I was going to be charged $226 for the capacitor, it was cheaper for me to pay the service call plus the capacitor for a total of $286. I researched the price for a capacitor after the serviceman left and I could have purchased one for $22 online. I'm sure Bryant purchases them for less than I could on Amazon. I don't begrudge any business making a profit but now I understand why the service calls are only $60. They make it up by marking up the parts 1,000%.

We have used Bryant to repair our systems, as well as install a new AC unit and most recently a new heating unit. They have been responsive each time we have called them, coming usually the same day or at the latest the next morning. They have been professional, taken precautions to ensure that they were respectful of our home and family such as wearing booties, masks during Covid, etc. Our family would recommend them to anyone needing service or a new heating or air conditioning unit!

This time I refuse to delete my review. It has been 2-3 years since they installed my mothers unit who is I’ll. Every year it does not work and we have to call for service and it still not working properly. For them to ask for more money. They are the worst company and bribe me the last time to take my negative complaint down so it wouldn’t ruin their perfect review. It is too hot to play games and to accommodate their feelings and trash work. They keep hanging up on her when she calls. She not even yelling or being rude to them. They want more money to correct something they did not install correctly the first time over the past two-three years over 5 technicians have come and they all say something different is wrong with the unit. My next step is to find an attorney and spread the word that this company is not legit and should be ashamed of stealing money from hard working customers. This will be posted on all social media outlets..

Bryant always does a great job with maintenance on my HVAC system. David is timely and professional. Recommends services but is not pushy about it. Have been with them for 20 years now and I highly recommend them.

I was so very impressed with what a thorough job that the technician, Chris Sageser, did when doing the routine yearly inspection and maintenance on our air conditioning system today. He took the extra time needed to make some adjustments to improve how it was running, and even helped to better secure the thermostat to the wall in our hallway from where it had come loose. I highly recommend Bryant (and Chris!!!) for your heating and cooling needs.

They charged me 80 to come to my house and when he got to my house he said my switch board was bad and tried to charge me 1300 dollars to fix it.. and nothing was wrong with my board SCAMMERS.

Our A/C went out and luckily we were able to get someone out to look at it the very next day. The unit was not that old and was still under warranty. The compressor had gone out. They called the next day and said they had gotten the compressor but it was going to 5 days before they could get someone out here to fix it. We were not happy with that period of time but nothing we could do about it. It was a horrible 5 days The two service people that came out were very professional and helpful which made things a little better.

Made the outside system sound awful when he was supposed to be cleaning it. Worked fine and no awful sounds yesterday ran all day with no problems. Another company earlier checked out and it was fine. Beware....Will never use again... UPDATE a customer service rep reached out to me 20 minutes after I wrote this post. Left a message. I returned her call next day. Explained the poor performance and problem. She refunded the cost of the visit and apologies for the treatment. Tried to convince me to stay with them but that's a hard no. Another company came out and found out the fan was hitting the outside housing of the AC unit and only needed to be adjusted. Not a bearing......

They responded quickly to my request for service to my furnace. They provided a thorough assessment and multiple options to resolve my issues. I would have given a 5th star to them had a small gas leak not developed, due to a mistake made during the installation of my new furnace. This situation was resolved in a professional and efficient manner.

These guys were AWESOME. What should have been a 2 to 4 hour job, ended up being a 13 hour job. But they didn't give up until they were finished. Different issues came up but they fixed them. Great experience. I’ve used Bryant Heating before. However, this time I got a veteran tech. He did a very thorough job.

Samuel came out after we had a different tech the week before. The first tech repair lasted 1 week. Then they sent us samuel he was very nice and repaired our re-repair our furance from the first tech. We were not charged since it was the same thing the first tech repaired. Samuel was Great!!

Technician called before arrival, arrived early and finished the maintenance check timely. Troy took his care to make sure my thermostat was working properly, filters were current and my furnace was running at optimal performance. Also made sure my contact information was correct and records were provided.

Last Saturday I called Bryant Heating and Cooling Louisville for help. My AC had stopped producing cold air. Omar arrived early on Sunday morning and told me I should consider replacing my furnace and AC unit given it's 14 year age. He advised I would not be getting a good return on my investment for repairs. Omar showed me the condition of the units and I agreed. Pricing options were explained along with financing options as well. I elected to replace the units. The very same day the installation crew of Kevin Yaden and Khanh Nguyen arrived with the new Carrier equipment about an hour later. These two professionals explained what work will be done and how long it would take. They kept me informed along the way and asked questions as to my preferences. Kevin and Khanh worked throughout the and had the new unit producing cold air by dinner time. Bryant Heating and Cooling is a trusted and professional organization. If you are looking for a heating and cooling company, I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: one of the managers called to discuss the issue and was very apologetic. She even said they would refund the service charge. She was very polite and helpful.We had Bryant come out because our AC quit working. The unit was only 5 years old. Upon inspection, they found that a coil was leaking and I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because we didn’t purchase the unit ourselves (the previous owner of the home did). They told us it would be almost $3,000 to repair. However, the tech was very pushy and kept telling me that we just needed to replace the whole system because it wouldn’t be worth it to do the repairs. This was going to cost $6,000. I told him I thought we would just want to repair it, but he was insistent that we needed to replace it. I finally told him that I had to talk to my husband about it and we would let him know. We called another company who found the same issue BUT they said they could cover it under warranty and it would be about $1200 to fix it, or we had the option of replacing just the outdoor unit (the part is backordered for months) which was STILL less than Bryant was going to charge just for the repair! Bryant was determined to rip us off and I will never recommend them to anyone or use them myself again.

Public Service Announcement! We noticed when the heat turned off there was a bang in the HVAC. So I made a call last week to Bryant Heating and Air. They came and looked at it and then proceeded to tell me he cleaned a couple parts, but then told me I needed a new fan and probably will need a new unit soon. He showed me all these pictures of rust, etc. it was going to be $1800 for the fan or $6600 for new heating. We remembered a guy we used a while back…he came and said it needed a bracket. The unit overall looks good and will at least get another 5 years or longer. What was his charge you say? $15. DO NOT USE BRYANT HEATING AND COOLING!

By far the most caring company I have ever done business with. Our ac went out (40yr old unit) in the hottest end days of summer. I called around and Bryant had the best price for a service call. They came out the next day not once but twice because my husband thought he could fix it (insert not a happy wife lol) I called and explained we indeed need them and they came back out with in a few hours. The service guy came and explained the problem and gave us our options with no pressure to go in any particular direction. It was just like talking to a family member or friend. We decided to think on it over night. I called the next day and told them we would replace our entire HVAC unit (not a cheap or easy decision to make). The same service guy came back out that night when I got home from work. He stayed for hours helping us get financed (not his fault) finally we were approved. He explained all the next steps and that the unit would be installed the next day. The guys that came to do the install God bless them. Those guys, they were here for over 12-13 hours making sure we had cold air before they left. Any other company would have called it quits and say we’ll be back tomorrow not these guys! Even with all the wiring issues they ran into they didn’t leave until we had cold air (our house had been 90 for 3 days) I will recommend this company over and over again and will only use them in the future!!

I have used Bryant Heating and Cooling Co for several years. They have performed routine seasonal service and have replaced both my air conditioning and heating units. The most recent service was replacing my heating unit. During a seasonal check they discovered a gas leak and a motor issue. I decided to replace the unit and it was replaced in a matter of just a few hours. I loved the quick and professional service and the fact that I felt safe with my new furnace! Thanks so much.

The guys from Bryant heating and cooling came and saved the day! My air went out and it was very hot and they were able come and evaluate and inspect my air unit, which unfortunately had bit the dust for the last time and then after inspecting my furnace, as well, determined that it was 28yrs old (and still works!) but was possibly not safe, Sooooo I ended up making a major purchase of a new air HV AC and furnace units. I’m not going to lie… It was pricey, but I am not one of those that can live without air-conditioning...as I had To do for a few days before everything was installed. The Bryant guys were very professional and extremely courteous and nice and well mannered and arrived mid morning and we’re here most of the day installing everything and then cleaning up and packing up all of the mess. They stopped and Explained everything and answer so many questions that I had and they did it all with a smile. I’m so glad that I called Bryant!

We have had issues with the NEW heating unit Bryant installed since day one. Three different days three different technicians came out to install the unit “correctly”. It’s been about 1.5 years and have had multiple issues since. Would never use Bryant again.Thank you for your response. Our issues have actually not been fixed and we are trying again to get ahold of someone to come out to the house. Apparently you all are busy planning holiday celebrations and unable to contact us.

AC froze up and freon was leaking somewhere. Bryant's technician came out gave us our options and by that same evening we were once again sleeping in a cool comfy home. Replaced the AC the same day quick courteous right there when we needed them. Great Job!

Very satisfied! Melvin and Marcus went above and beyond with their work, and completed everything in a timely manner. They were very professional and did a great job on the installation, down to the little details. The initial inspection by Denzil also went smoothly, and the overall turnaround time for the work was less than one day. Overall, I am happy with the result, and would recommend them to anyone!

My furnace went out. They came out the same day and replaced it. It was just after a major freeze so there was a lot of people without heat. It was wonderful that they got me taken care of so quickly since there was so many needing help.

As there is always room for improvement I gave the technician 4 stars but was tempted to give 5 stars. Kevin was very professional and easy to work with...he was able to program my system with ease to make my us comfortable 24/7. As our house is nearly 100 years old he explained the best way to filter the air with our old intake originally used with a gravity fed furnace. This was a very good experience for me as a homeowner.

Bryant quoted me $700 for a capacitor and other compressor parts, $1000 to replace the refrigerant (if needed), and said it'd be $5300 to replace my 24 year old unit. Thankfully, I shopped around and found an amazing company that replaced my capacitor for free to keep the unit running while they get a new AC unit ordered and installed, for $2000 less.EDIT 10June2020: Bryant called me within a few hours of this review to speak to me about it. Quite the responsiveness to a poor review online. They did refund the $60 fee for the technician's trip, which is good and earned them another star. Still, the technician was not optimistic about getting my unit to work again and quoted me amounts to replace the entire compressor guts, which would have been $700, when only the capacitor ended up being bad; and the new unit would have been $1000-$2200 more than I'm paying with another company. If you have the money and can't wait, Bryant can probably get the job done same day (that's what the tech told me).

Always have furnace cleaned and inspected before heating season. This year missed the beginning by about 10 days.Bryant only charges $65 for an extremely thorough clean & inspect. Troy, the Bryant service tech left a long checklist of items and even noted the “actual” air filter size after saying we were using the correct “actual” size!They must be doing something right with inspections being 2+ weeks out!!

David was an absolutely awesome technician - given COVID-19…he was exceptionally thoughtful and thoroughly cleaned everything all the way to cleaning my credit card after swiping to pay for a job well done. Additionally, he was very educational in teaching me the maintenance of my Carrier Infinity unit. Definitely would recommend Bryant Hearing / Air Conditioning, and even more so…David the service technician.

I called Bryant 4/23 for AC repair/issues, a tech was sent out 4/24 charged me $1000.00 and I paid in full, told me what was wrong, stated a repairman would come 4/25, no one came, I called 4/25 late afternoon, they said “best we can do is 4/27, tech came 4/27, didn’t even know how to operate my thermostat, spent over 4 hours to tell me he didn’t know why it wouldn’t turn on someone will have to come tomorrow to fix it, 4/28 comes and no one shows up, I call for the fourth time, they told me best we can do is 4/29 or they’ll refund my money. Do note I finally got a statement after asking three times that said what was wrong and how much it would cost. The man on 4/24 told me it would cost 1000.00 to fix the issue but failed to tell me that he added a “gold membership service plan into that cost” which is quite frankly illegal. I called 4/28 to ask about that and they said he shouldn’t have done that. So it’s now 4/28 and I still have a broken AC, out 1000.00. I wouldn’t recommend this business to save my own life. I’m understandable about short staff but they quickly took my money, in a fraudulent way, and never met their end of the service bargain. I’m debating about contacting the BBB. This is insane! How are they such a large company with this customer service? BEWARE! Not one time did they ever contact me, so if you wanna make sure they do the job, be ready to call 1/2 a day. Was contacted 5/2 after finally fixing my issue 6 days later on 4/29 to be told they refunded me money that should never be charged, and that they weren’t going to charge me for an additional repair after a tech told me I wouldn’t be charged any way (they misdiagnosed after my nest thermostat literally told them what was wrong day 1). Customer service manager 100% insinuated that they would charge me if I didn’t update this Google review. My experience with this company has been hell. Thankfully I have a home warranty to assist with this cost of repair but not my peace of mind.

Our salesman was Tim he was great explained everything thoroughly got us a price we could live with and got us quick installation. Install day rolls around and electrician didn't show. Called the office and they told me he was here and i wasn't but i was, so we called Tim and he got it straitened out quickly. Saturday rolls around and the HVAC installers show up forgot their names but anyways great guys very professional got the job done. Monday the electrician is back good guy gets everything done apologizes for what happened (google maps sent to wrong house) has happened before so i get it. Then the HVAC guys come back test the system explain how everything works to my wife. So overall it all worked out and we are happy with our system. Oh yea did i mention Tim was great. EDIT it’s been 7 months and our ac is not working it’s 80 in here was 85 yesterday we called and they said they would be out today still not here

Service technician was here for 10 minutes to open the outside unit and tell me it was a defrost board and proceeds to want to charge me $650 for a $32 board. The board wasn't even the issue. Please get some better technicians and maybe not charge your customers ridiculous prices.

I called Bryant's Heating and Cooling service on 6/26. They sent a service man out the same day. I believe his name is Justin. Sorry if I am wrong about the name. He practiced Covid-19 protocol. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know. He would be the only one I would let service because he is trustworthiness. Service in a timely manner and we had cool air again within an hour.

UPDATED 01/02/22. On NOV 20 2021 Bryant H&C came out the tech took 3 minutes to diagnose and told me my furnace motherboard was bad and it would be $1,100 but he could get me a deal that day for a little over $800.00. Today I had Dauenhauer H&C come out and the tech was clean and did not stink, he took a little more time & fixed it for the service call fee then showed me what went wrong and how to fix it if it happens again. I'm an old man and can't afford such a large bill. I went without heat for a month because of Bryant's poor service visit.I was contacted by Bryant H&C when they saw the review and they made good and refunded my $60.00 truck roll fee. Regardless the review stands. If it helps even one elderly person to seek a second opinion on a massive quote or even better sends them to another service provider the better.

After being told that my old furnace was showing signs of wear. I decided to purchase a new one. The new furnace was installed on Tuesday, November 10. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to install, but it took 5 hours. After the techs left, I realized they had not installed the new condensation pump I was supposed to receive. The new pump was installed Thursday, November 12. When I woke up the next morning (Friday, November 13) the furnace was not working. Another tech came later that day and discovered that the wiring between the thermostat and furnace had been spliced which caused the furnace to shut down. This tech removed the thermostat from its wall mount and wired it directly to the furnace so it would work until Monday. Early Monday morning, November 16, I realized that part of the furnace exhaust pipe on the roof had fallen off which would have allowed rain to fall down the pipe and directly into the brand new furnace! The 2 techs arrived soon after that. These guys were great and fixed everything in a little more than one hour. They ran new wiring from the thermostat to the furnace (after climbing into an attic that is hard to access) and reinstalled the thermostat on the livingroom wall. They discovered the new condensation pump had not been turned on after installation which caused it to overflow onto carpeting. Finally, they climbed onto my roof and reattached the piece of the exhaust pipe that fallen off. While my overall experience has not been very good, the two Bryant employees (T.J. & P.G.) who fixed everything today enabled me to give this company 4 stars instead of 2. The men who were sent today were here on time, were friendly and responsive to my needs, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I have used Bryant for 15 years and until today was thinking about switching to another company for my heating & AC needs.

I was able to get next day service and the technician was here within the agreed upon time window. The tech wore a mask the entire time, was very through, and polite. Showed me pictures of some things I should be aware of with my system and made some recommendations. I have used Bryant for many years and will continue to do so!

Came out to my house for a service call. Tech spent about 15 min looking systems over then told me my compressor was going out and needed replacing. Quoted me almost 5k for repairs. Called two other companies for second opinion and neither company could find anything wrong with current system. Seems like they tried to scam me.

First I want to say get the preventative maintenance plan! It literally saved my family’s life. The team from Bryant that assisted me were professional and knowledgeable. The day started at 9 with a preventative maintenance visit that resulted in a Carbon Monoxide leak being detected. The day ended at 3 with a new furnace being installed. I went from nervous to relieved. And all because of the great team sent to assist me!

We have been customers of Bryant Heating and Air since 1998 when we first moved to Louisville. They are experienced and knowledgeable and many times can repair the issue in under 30 minutes. That was the case today, a holiday, when David came out to check our system. He found the issue within the first five minutes and did not even charge us a service call. We have also used their electrians with great results. They really are the very best.

My two experiences with Bryant:1. A/C inspection. Found a capacitor showing half the operating value it should have. Just for replacing the capacitor was well over 200.00, capacitors of equal operating capabilities 25 to 40 dollars. During the inspection this was found so absolutely no additional labor should have been charged. Total bill was over 300.00. Called and got a 90.00 adjustment. Most people never question.2. Solid copper pipe leaking Freon just outside A/C compressor. Thought I’d give Bryant another shot. There estimate was 2600.00 or total replacement of HVAC. Repairs actually made for 5% of Bryant’s. That’s right 5%. Never use Bryant!!!

Ricky provided maintenance service.Kevin and Peter removed the old unit and installed my new A/C unit in one day! They were courteous, professional, and paid attention to detail. I have used Bryant Heating and Cooling for years, because their employees are the best!

This company is very reliable. Anytime I have had concerns they addressed them very quickly. The staff are friendly and showed my husband a great deal of respect. They took the time to answer any and all questions I may have had and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. They also went above and beyond to make sure we had heating and cooling. Zak & Matt were very friendly, & professional. They arrived & knocked on the door, & after asking where the fuse box was, they went straight to work. They answered any questions I had and worked very hard until they were done. They then asked me to come out & inspect their work, before they presented us with the bill. Zak then explained everything in detail that they had done, & also explained our warranty & then had us sign off on their work. Very nice young men. I would recommend these two young men for any furnace install work needed.

Update 2022 04 14 : Had our yearly maintenance, and very satisfied with technicians work and he explained why heat pump makes a loud noise at end of heat cycle to clear all accumulated ice off the condenser.Update 5/23/2020Our 2 yr old AC/Heat exchanger unit stopped working on Thursday May 21. Service came next day and discovered TXV had failed, and needed to be replaced. Was able to get repair part and service on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, due to effort by Spencer (Service Tech) and Manager on duty that weekend David Foster. Six hours of work later and at no cost, unit working at top performance. VERY SATISFIED with effort and service!3/18/2020David called ahead and arrived on time. Throughough and complete tune-upBeen using the Yearly Plan Serivce contract since we had Bryant install in 2015. Very Satisfied.

AC not working, called Bryant on a hot day, and they came out within 3 hours. Nobody else would come out for three days. Gary was polite and efficient, he immediately found the problem and corrected it. The charge was minimal and the relief was great. I would definitely use and recommend Bryant to all my friends.

He came to our house after letting us know he was on the way. He was professional and very nice! He did a great job and was very efficient! I really appreciate that he was able to come. He also cleaned the furnace filter and told me about air cleaners that we can add if we want to.

I called at 5:55 pm on a Sunday and was so surprised I could get same day service for my air conditioner that was not working. I was out on a walk with the dog when I called and Tim was pulling into the driveway as I arrived back home around 6:30 pm. I told Tim I noticed the fan was not working and he identified the problem immediately and installed a new capacitor and done by 6:45 pm. He was incredibly helpful and because I had scheduled seasonal service on my units for the following week, he gave me options to save on the repair work. This was my first experience with Bryant and I am thrilled with their results.

I really love the professionalism and honesty. My issue was a simple fix, for once, I recommend to do other things after the great service and very knowledgeable.

We got a furnace through them in 2012. I was home on leave from Afghanistan at the time, and leaving the next day. They convinced us (because we were desperate) to buy a $10k furnace and air for a $50k house. This is not the problem.We got the full 10 year parts and labor warranty. Here we are, about 9 years in, we have a problem with the AC. Its a good thing we have a warranty! Except they have been out somewhere between 8--10 times. I don't know exactly how many, because I have been there for it, my wife has been there for it, the tenant has been there for it. We have all taken off work multiple times. It is getting ridiculous! Are the incompetent? Is it some expensive problem they are trying to patch in hopes that they won't have to pay for it? Either way, it is costing a lot of money just in missed work at this point.Edit: The installation manager Mark just called. seems confident about the problem now, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The workmen that came to my house did an outstanding job. They were on time and courteous and showed me their work at various stages of the install and at the end. They installed quality units and it didn't break the bank. I couldn't be happier

After having two other technicians come to our house and do a very quick and sloppy job, I was very hesitant to continue business with Bryant. One star is way too high. Where’s the no star option ?!? Terrible customer service. We’ve had these guys to our home 5 times in the last two months and they still haven’t fixed our a/c. We’ve paid 5 times for them to guess what’s wrong, tell us it’s fixed then it’s back off with in an hour or two. Paid almost a thousand dollars so far for parts and visits that solved nothing. I done my own research and recommended what I believed was wrong to the last repair Man and now it will finally be fixed on the 6th visit tomorrow afternoon. This company is very unprofessional and really lacks customer service. I wouldn’t recommend their business to anyone. 1 out of the 4 repair man that visited was knowledgeable in this field. I honestly can’t believe how they get away with this quality of service. Forgot to mention we have 3 young children that are having to deal with this as well. We will definitely be endorsing another company for our home and businesses.

They came today to take care of why my house wasn’t cooling correctly checked everything and changed my filter gave me education advice of how to maintain it going forward, and I was very happy with Dave my technician that came to my house today. We purchased a new furnace from Bryant's back in October. It was a completely positive experience. I really appreciate the fact that we were given a choice of furnaces. The other two companies that have us a quote gave us a quote on only one unit. They installed the furnace on the same day we signed the paperwork. They even hauled the old unit away for us. Came out for general cleaning/diagnostics. The tech showed me some concerns about my very old furnace and ultimately concluded that the pilot light couldn’t be lit and it was best to consider a new furnace.Had a private contractor come out the next day for a second opinion. Within fifteen minutes the pilot light was lit and I had heat again.Yes, my furnace is old and I do need to invest in a new one, but I feel deceived so I will not be a returning customer.

Our technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our issue—freon leak on a unit that’s less than two years old installed by another company in town. He went over our options and presented the best way forward for us in a completely honest manner, which I greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely recommend them for future needs!

I called Bryant when my AC went out. The tech came into my house took of the door to the to the unit and said I the part that I needed cost $800.00. He never went outside to check to see if it was a problem with the outside unit. I called my friend who said no way should the part cost that much. I told the tech no thank you and goodbye. I called another company and there was nothing wrong with the part. It was totally something else that cost three hundred dollars. Bryant has been in litigation for ripping customers off. Call them if you want to get cheated out of your cash.

Five stars!Not only did they come on a Sunday morning they probably saved our lives. We had a gas leak on an old furnace & our AC was barely hanging on. By the end of the day we had a wonderful new HVAC system. Josh provided pricing and system options, explained everything thoroughly. The installers worked all day, it was a big job, they left everything clean & were very respectful young men. While we have enjoyed our new system we were even happier when we got our utility bill that was way lower than last month. Bryant did our HVAC at our last house, that is why we called them again. Would not consider anyone else.

Called to get a seasonal cleaning and was able to schedule it for the following day. Chris the technician showed up on time and did a quick, thorough job and clued me in on a few money saving options with our thermostat. Would recommend him to anyone (very professional and knowledgeable).

Edit: Bryant did refund the service charge for this appointment. They also informed me about the incorrect thermostat install fee.. it would be more around $350-650, depending on thermostat. Again, I was able to change out the thermostat and repair the defrost board for $100 total. A big difference from Bryant's quote. Hearing similar stories from other people, I will keep the 2 star rating, but am grateful for the refund.We chose to go with Bryant because of Google reviews and being open after hours. However, Bryant's pricing was outrageous and Chris missed a blown fuse that should have been replaced then and there. First, they recommended upgrading our thermostat, which they quoted at $995... for a $100-200 thermostat, are you really charging $800 for labor?? Chris was able to clean up some wiring issues from when the furnace unit was first installed and tracked the issue to our defrost board, which needed to be changed. Another $995 charge. With a warranty on our cooling unit, I thought this price was absurd, so I called a local HVAC shop and they literally scoffed at Bryant's quote.Well, it was an easy fix and only cost $100. Will not choose Bryant again.

Bryant is the absolute best over any HVAC company we've used in the past. Several years ago our AC went out and from a recommendation we called Bryant. We couldn't have been more impressed with their service. They are very knowledgeable and do such good work. More recently our furnace went out so we didn't hesitate to call Bryant. Kevin came out and installed our new furnace on a Sunday evening. I mean who installs furnaces on a Sunday evening?? He was so awesome!! I will always turn to Bryant for my HVAC needs. More importantly they have financing available and it's quick and easy. Their customer service is top notch. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Josh came out to service our A/C unit and was prepared for anything. Luckily it was a quick fix, and he had cool air flowing in no time! Josh’s knowledge and demeanor is part of the reason we call Bryant anytime we have an HVAC need!

We had our heater go out in December for a few days. Bryant Heating sent out a tech who was able to to give us a thorough run down on the problems and really did go above and beyond trying to resolve the issues. I threw in the towel before he did and settled on getting a new unit installed. The removal and installation only took about 6 hours and the team who installed the new unit did an amazing job. They even installed a new pump system and removed old pvc pipe that handled the old drainage. Very impressed and please with this company. I would go to them again in an instant.

I have been pleased with the timeliness and competence of the Bryant technicians. Last week, Bryant HVAC technician Joel came on time, pleasant, and got to work promptly. I told him I was pleased with the air conditioner, except when the temperature reached 90.and it did not perform as well as the previous unit. Joel set about testing the unit, and taking corrective actions. He is to be commended for his work ethic and we shall see if his analysis was correct.

Called Bryant in the morning. Tim called ahead and asked to arrive early. Walked me through pictures of my system and explained the entire process of what was happening to me. Bryant worked with me to help with what I needed at a good price range, and within a great turn-around time.

They got us on the schedule right away and came out early the next morning! Bill Thomas was our tech and he was super informative. Told us everything that was going on and fixed it in about 30 minutes! He was fast, consistent and did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling!

Inept technicians and typically 3x-4x the price of companies that provide much better service. Their master tech misdiagnosed the same issue twice and constantly spoke down to everyone in my house. I was advised to not call them in the first place, but was lured by positive reviews. Turns out some of those reviews were bought with service discounts.To the Bryant company employee replying to my review, I already spoke to a member of your management team, Sabrina. Had she offered a suitable solution to my issue, we would not be where we are. I told Sabrina specifically to not send a specific technician to my house based on his behavior and half an hour later got a call from that very technician threatening me with a $650 bill. Your managers are just as inept as your technicians.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever used. In the past two years, they have been out to my house 11 times. Each time I’m given a 3-hour window of when they will show, but sometimes it takes an hour past that. I wouldn’t continue using them, but it’s my landlord’s choice. They aren’t timely, or helpful. Replaced the thermostat last year, it didn’t work, and charged again to replace it this year. Highly recommend choosing another company for your heating services.

The technician responded quickly to see why my AC would not cool below 78. The unit was 11 years old and builder grade. Results I had a new unit installed the same day and in a very timely manner. All of the personnel with Bryant were courteous, took care of my needs in a timely manner finishing with everything before 3:00 pm. I could not have asked for any better service.

Our furnace went out during the deep freeze over the Christmas Holidays in 2022 and we were left with 40-ish degrees in the house. After calling Bryant the very next workday, they sent a repairman (Jonah?) out immediately who diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part (under warranty). It was a tough job, since it was freezing cold and the furnace is unfortunately in the crawlspace, only accessible through a small outside opening. When the replacement part arrived, Theiron Jackson, another repair technician, came out on his last call of the day (in the dark) and went above and beyond to replace the part. We bought both, the furnace and A/C from Bryant, and are very pleased with the customer service they have provided since. The most recent update 4/26/23--the only phone calls i received from Bryant are to solicit maintenance service on my air system which I do not have. Unless you are offering cash in lieu, save your breath.updated 4/5/23The Good- very responsive, heat went out on Sunday morning fully restored by Monday Evening. The dispatcher Tanya was excellent, the service installers worked very hard to restore my heat in a timely fashion.The Bad- They send a salesman out to the initial service call. Advised that a new furnace was required & they utilize a known predatory lender (Ally) who has had multiple class action lawsuits against them requiring to pay back it's customers millions of dollars in excessive fees. The lender also has a D- rating on BBB. Bryant never scheduled an inspection of my unit. I had to seek out a final inspection on my own. I gave them 6 months. I kept getting calls from them, and advised that i had not received any info about the final inspection, they repeatedly told me the info was coming. It wasn't. We will see next week after the final inspection is completed. 6 months later.The Ugly- Salesman knew he was walking in to a home run slam dunk, we had no heat. He was very pushy, he lied about soft hit to credit score and told me what a good christian he was no fewer than twice, after bragging about his resort property in Lake Tahoe. I believe that if you are a good christian you do not have to say it. I also believe you can be a good person without religious affiliation. Normally the good christian sales person gets a thank you for your time- here is your $80 service fee & i will be pursuing other options. If it was not for the fact that it was an urgent repair & my family was suffering in the cold I would have sent him on his way. I am pleased that the heat is restored, I am not happy to have had to agree to pay $10,000 for a $5,000 repair through their chosen financial institution. If I could do it over again, I would have shopped around, had a second or third opinion. I revised the review to 1 star for the company as a whole. I hope the good people that work there find something better & more reputable.

Aaron had to come to fix our circuit breaker and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. He was responsive. He answers question and he was on time. He did let us know exactly what to expect and I appreciate that.

I had this company do work from AC cleaning putting in a new ceiling fan and furnace clean out., The 3 men that came out to my home Monday Tuesday and Wednesday was very nice respectable new day. Job well inform me on some things. I can do to save energy and a joy to have a conversation with. They was comfortable with me watching. They worked and even showing me some things because yes I'm a tomboy., I will recommend and backup day worked anytime. I need something done now. I will call this company and I know I will get the best. Most of all Hey was on time. And a yearly maintenance plan is affordable also try it you will not regret it.

*UPDATE- SEVERAL years later, 7 or 8, had to have 33 year old AC replaced. Another company (not bad mouthing Bryant) explained additional issues they addressed - without charge. The Bryant installed furnace is in a small utility room and there was a gap the size of a kindergarten pencil, about the whole length of the filter housing to the furnance. Tabs were not pushed down, slides were not out over interior tabs and the base plate? did not cover floor nor attached - just loosely laying.I watched and asked questions; but, I am not trained. The customer always pays for advertising. When I needed a humidifier, Bryant was almost 3x Bakers heating and air.....same brand, same model. Bryant was readily available and I got heat. But, I didn't expect short cuts to be taken, at the price I paid.From the prompt response to my call [to schedule a cleaning appointment], to the scheduling[flexibility], the arrival of the technician, the thoroughness of the inspections [furnace and A/C], the explanation in laymen terms [I want to understand what they are looking at and for what], and the post call to see if I was satisfied. This was a wonderful experience. [Our first experience with Bryant was 1030pm one wintery cold night. They have teams that work 24/7; we had our new furnace in by midnight of the same night, finishing crew came next day.] I am sold; Marlene can not say enough good things about this company.

Had the furnace go out on a Saturday night. Their ad says there whenever you need us day or night. Called them and all I got was we do not send techs out on the weekends. Don't believe the ads. I called two other companies both said they would come out. I did purchase a new furnace and NOT with Bryant. If you need dependable service call around and save your time calling these guys. I used them in the past, no more.

Plumber came out for a repair call only to advise that they don't repair water heater gas control valves and began trying to sell me an overpriced replacement ranging from $2k-$5k.Turned out my gas line was out and another plumber fixed it easily for cheap.Bryant is an overpriced sales machine with under-experienced staff.

Good day, I had the opportunity to meet with David our HVAC tech this morning,he called ahead to inform us of his arrival time and kept his schedule, when I met him at the door he briefed on CDC guidelines and we spoke about my concerns with the unit and he went to work. The morning went well, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions in terms I could understand. Aaron was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our ceiling fan had an issue the caused the breaker box circuit to trip, which caused other things in the house to not work as well. He figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it promptly.

I was given a same day appointment for HVAC routine maintenance. Omar was very professional and helpful. When it was determined that new units were needed, Ryan and another worker arrived shortly after, same day, to complete all installation. Excellent service!

Bryant installed a new central air conditioner for me. They were able to install it the same day I decided to get it. All of the employees were very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend Bryant for your heating and cooking needs.

My unit needed R22 refrigerant. The Bryant technician said he did not carry it on his truck and that it would take days to get it and would cost $250 per pound. He instead recommended a new unit. I called another company (Baker’s heat and air). Their technician carried R22 on the truck for $125 per pound.Edit: Bryant fully refunded my service call payment, so I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 due to the company’s customer service and integrity in response to this situation.

Our AC coils needed cleaning and Jordan Ridenour was sent to our home. He was the most efficient, professional and well- mannered young man we've encountered in some time. He was excellent! Naturally my AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Within 2 hours of calling Bryant, Tim S was at my house, presented me options, found components, arranged for a crew and I had ac (& a total new HVAC system) that afternoon. A kick in the pants financially, but their service and quality of the product were top notch. Remarkable considering the circumstances!

Bryant heating and Cooling company is a reliable company that delivers what it promises, My AC went out and I called for them to come out and inspect it to tell me what was wrong, their recommendation was that I replace the unit , they noticed that the foundation on which the sat was crumbling and sitting sideways, they replaced the foundation upgraded the connection box in a profession and timely manner. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

On May 29, 2014, I placed a service call to Bryant Heating and Air due to my air conditioner not working properly. Brittany set up an appointment for that day that was convenient for me. I was not expecting to get someone that quick. What great service!The service technician who came out said the A coil had a leak. He took the time to explain the cost of replacing only the coil on this builder’s grade unit that is 10+ years old verses replacing the entire HVAC system. He also took the time to explain the added benefits of going with their best unit compared to the good.The two installers showed up very soon after I agreed to replace the system. They stayed until 10:15 pm to finish the job.I want to commend all three of these gentlemen for their work. All were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. The installers took the time to install the units perfectly and left no mess in the house or yard even with the late time of the night, darkness and rain. My furnace had gone out and temp was supposed to get low that night. I called the company that I have used in the past and they couldn't come until the next day. I explained that I knew I needed a new furnace but they wouldn't work me in. So I called Bryant, they had someone here with 30 minutes. The Technician was great. The equipment is defective. Technician did a very thorough job of testing for the 2nd time since installed, And all the reading are good, but the compressor they sold us 5 years ago is apparently defective and will have to be replaced before the 10 year warranty runs out. I will have to figure when I want to go through that hassle. The AC will not cool the house below 78 when it is 90 degrees outside, and it's been the at way since the unit was installed. Never turns off at 77 degrees Not a good unit.

Grant Alvey was amazing! Extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining everything that might need to be done. Bryant was hired by a third party to do the work and when questions arose about what specifically needed to be done, Grant didn't pursue until he knew EXACTLY what was needed. This required him to come back a second time which only took him 15 minutes to do the job. I would recommend this company and will call them when I need another electrician! Justin L has come out on several occasions for plumbing repairs. First was to install a new water heater. Second was to fix a busted pipe and yesterday he replaced all the plumbing in our home. We had galvanized lines that were past the end of their lifespan. Honestly, I dreaded calling Bryant for an issue with A/C this morning as our last experience with routine maintenance had turned into a nightmare, but as they have the warranty on the unit I went ahead. Had a great experience. From the time I found out my air wasn't working it was just 6 hours for Cody to diagnose the issue and quote me a new system, because mine was too old to try to repair, got me set up with financing and Keith and Khan put in my new system. They had it fully installed instead of the temp install to just get my air going. Keith and Khan worked nonstop and did a great job.

Short version - lots of reviews looks good. But as quantity goes up, quality goes down. They'll do the big job poorly and stick you for adjustments.Needed AC installed in our house to replace window units. Guy came and gave us a quote. Super nice, professional, made it all sound easy.That was the end of everything going well.Lots of miscommunication between crews, electrician showed up a day early. The guys who installed the system were great, but there was no communication between the quote guy and the install guy, so they had were confused about where and how the install would happen. Kudos to them for getting it done.The really bad part - they just threw the system in. Didn't actually check how anything was working. Ventilation was all messed up and when I called them back, they came out, quoted me another $300 to seal up some vents.Talked to quite a few HVAC companies since then - everyone says the same thing. These guys take the big money for the big work and then run.They don't have the care and attention to detail you get from the smaller family run places.

A/C stopped with error message smart thermostat. I called the firm that installed A/C 2 years ago(not Bryant). They diagnosed problem with main circuit board, replaced that and then decided problem was compressor. While waiting for compressor to be delivered and installed, I called Bryant for second opinion. Denzel from Bryant came, identified problem as a bad connector. He replaced that part, turned everything on and it worked fine. Denzel’s good problem solving saved me from $900 charge for refrigerant in compressor that I would have to have paid despite unit being under warranty.

My mother (Pauline) who lives in Louisville called Bryant to have her annual air conditioner serviced/cleaned (that was not originally installed by Bryant and at least 20 years old). The service technician Omar arrived and was very professional and courtesy. Omar did a detailed and thorough exam of the AC equipment and discovered it was leaking inside of her home and not running well. Omar also informed us that Freon was discontinued and was not being manufactured in the U.S. and the EPA Freon ban took effect Jan 1, 2020. He then asked my mom if she had any family members, she wanted to call so that he could share options with us, so my mom called my husband and I (who live in Chicago) and we did a 2-way conference call. Long story short, with Omar's outstanding knowledge and experience, he was able to answer all our detailed questions, and this helped us make a confident decision to purchase a new unit for my mother's home. So as a family, we want to recognize that Omar's caring customer service support meant the world to us and sealed the deal for us to go with Bryant. And with the hot weather fast approaching, Omar arranged for the installation to take place the following day. So, we're personally asking that the Bryant management team please recognize the stellar white glove customer service we received from OMAR. We would highly recommend Bryant's services!

We purchased a new light fixture for our daughter’s room. We’ve used Bryant in the past for H/C. We saw that that now do electrical so I called them. The customer service rep was very nice and helped me set up the appointment. The technician texted me a half a hour before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He was right on time and within the hour the old light was out and the new one installed. He was was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The new light looks great and my daughter loves it!

Had an air conditioner and evaporator coil installed back in March 2022 when the original A/C stopped working. I called Bryant for a second opinion since the first prospective contractor misdiagnosed.Billy worked with us on the quote and financing phase. He was very professional, honest, and understanding of our situation. He was able to respond to all my questions and requests promptly when my homeowners insurance was involved as well. Our new a/c install was scheduled asap, was up and running within a day and with zero stress or worries.There were two installers that were here the day of install. I do not remember their names, but they were also very professional, early, and got the job done in around 4 hours. 6 months later, my a/c has been fantastic. Even in 100 degree weather it has been able to keep the house down to 68 degrees.

David (our technician) called me while he was on his way to provide his ETA and arrived promptly. I would never recommend them to anyone called him on Friday. He was not working the guy came out didn’t even get in the crawlspace to check anything out just automatically told me my furnace was broke and I need a new one for $6500. I said three days with no heat And tell another company to come filing. The second company came the only thing that was wrong with my furnace after the guy got in the crawlspace was my pilot light needed to be lit at Bryant heating and air would’ve got down there the first time and they charge me $80 for the service car. I wouldn’t have spent three days with my children freezing with below zero temperatures do better Bryant

Our AC went out on the first day of Memorial Day weekend (lucky us!). Within an hour and a half of calling Bryant, cold air was blowing! Plus, we didn't get charged an arm and a leg for Saturday service on a holiday weekend. Waylan was very knowledgeable and thorough. Tech thoroughly reviewed the information provided by another HVAC company and found it to be greatly inaccurate. The other company tried to convince me that there were many problems with our existing system and tried to sell repairs that would have cost thousands of dollars. Your tech found our system to be in great shape, not trying to sell anything unneeded.

Our AC start to act funny 9/21. We had our Home warranty company come look at our AC. The Home warranty assigned Four Season Heating and Cooling. When Four Seasons came out they were there for a very short time, provided VERY little detail to my wife and I. Not only did they not provide detail the ETA on the fix was over a week. So we would be without AC for more than a week with no guarantee of for their work.I decided to call Bryant Heating and Cooling from very good previous experience at our old house.I called them 9/26/17.They came out about an hour after I called them. (4 Seasons took 3 business days).They replaced my AC SAME DAY and I had a working AC unit in less than 8 hours.People we dealt with as spectacular and very professional treating us like friends instead of customer.Details provided for our options was very detailed and made the choice very easy.Thank you Bryant Heating and Cooling for a spectacular experience.

I am writing this review because of the service my 87 year old mother received. About 2 weeks ago her A/C unit stopped cooling, so she called Bryant having used them a couple of times before. The tech, Landon Coover came out, check her unit, informed her it had blown it's last cold breath, the unit was 40yrs old, he talked to her about replacement & she was hesitant due to cost. She is on a fixed income, so we discussed it, she decided to do it. Landon returned to complete paperwork, this was approximately 9pm, about 10pm, her doorbell rang, she looks out the window, asks who it is & a voice says Landon, from Bryant so she turns on the light, recognizes him, open the door and he and his wife are standing there with a window A/C unit from his home. He tells her he could not bear the thought of her being without A/C in this heat. So he had a unit in his garage, he took it out and brought it to my mother to use for as long as she needed!!! Furnace went out this morning. They arrived within one hour of calling. They had a new furnace installed by this afternoon and we were good to go. Just in time for the weather to turn cold. A little pricey, but great service. So it was worth the money. I would definitely use them again.

After completing the checkups, each time our technician TJ went above and beyond to answer our questions and thoroughly and to inform us on the best use and care of our systems. Since then, we have recommended their business to friends.

I called Bryant at 8:00 AM the day my furnace went out and they had someone out to look at it that morning. Zach came out to take a look at my furnace and he was incredibly friendly and helpful in diagnosing the problems and explaining what was going on to me with the multiple issues my system had. He offered multiple options from repair to replacement and was able to walk me through the process. I had a simple question the next day I had to call him about and he responded very quickly and was able to help me out.I chose to replace the system and Bryant sent Glen & Cody out to install it that afternoon. They arrived just 1 hour after my initial consultation that morning and were able to get it installed that day. Glen & Cody installed it much quicker than I anticipated and went above and beyond in their service. They were able to show me pictures of the new unit in my crawlspace and taught me how to use my new thermostat and answered any questions I had.I'm grateful they were able to help me out so quickly with a situation no one likes having to deal with.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I contacted Bryant and they had a technician out by noon on Saturday. Our system was 22 years old and needed to be replaced. Shawn assisted us in getting financed for a brand new heating and AC system.Omar and his team were here within an hour and our new system was completely installed and up in running by 6:00 pm that evening. I can't really say enough great things about Bryant Heating & Cooling. Our A/C went out and it was miserably hot in our house. Bryant Heating & Cooling came out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue and then on Monday we were getting a new furnace installed. Everything was great from the time I called in to get someone to come out to the house, to service man who came into our home, to the team that did the installation of the new unit.

We was very appreciative of how James explained everything so we understood what was wrong and what was needed to get our A/C going again and explained the benefits of having a membership. We are very satisfied with Bryant.

We recently moved to Louisville and have had to have Bryant Heating and Cooling out several times to check on our air conditioning unit. One thing that we really appreciate about them is that they have been super quick to come out after we call, which is great when you're sweltering in an 85 degree house! The first time they came out, they fixed a problem with our air that day even though it was 7 PM. The second time they came out for a different issue, they worked quickly to ID the problem and told us how to go about getting it resolved (we needed a new filter, which we didn't realize because it's a pretty fancy unit in this house). They are courteous, friendly, and professional. Definitely recommend.

I received an email from Bryant reminding me that my furnace was due an inspection to prepare for winter. I scheduled the appointment by clinking on the link in the email. I was able to get an appointment for the date and time that was convenient. On the day of the appointment James called me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival on 10/24/2022. James completed a thorough inspection of the unit. After the inspection James explained what he completed. He also provided me some common issues that can arise from my brand of heating unit. My serviceman was named Chris. He went over and above his call of duty. He had a very pleasant personality and didn’t make me feel as though he was just here to sell me a new furnace and AC. That is so important when you are on a limited income.

I was so impressed with Kenny. This was a long and arduous job on my heating/air conditioning system, working in a very tight work space on the first hottest day of the year so far. Throughout the whole process, Kenny made sure I knew exactly what was going on and kept my spirits up. He did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied and that I knew if anything was not right with the installation, that I could call him and Bryant would take care of it. Furnace had a system malfunction. Called Bryant based on their advertising and reputation. They were prompt and courteous. The diagnostic technician found the issue rather quickly and explain the options. He was able restart the furnace. The actual service technician came two days later with all the parts. The repair was quite expensive. The techs and the office were responsive, prompt and courteous.

Thank you for being thorough with the inspection before installing our air filter. The technician Mr. David Duncan was professional and also came to our resident with wearing all the proper attire including wearing a disposable booties and face mask. He also explained to me what can be done in the future to make sure we have a good air quality in our home. It is nice to know that Bryant have an employee that is very knowledgeable. Bryant replaced my old air conditioning system with a new Carrier system. I love the new one!!! The men who did the work were so nice. They removed the old parts and installed the new efficiently and took away the leftovers. I had not cleanup to do after they left. The were courteous even kind to me feisty little dog. The technician, Chris Sageser was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He did a very extensive survey of every part of my air-conditioning and the supporting furnace system. The many photographs he took documented the damage done to many parts of my heating/cooling system. He offered helpful suggestions and explained clearly what needed to be done to repair my system. He answered all my questions and was very reassuring in offering various levels of options. While we were waiting for the contract to arrive on my computer, he went beyond expectations to hose off 9 years of gunk off the outside unit. Chris Sageser is the type of professional that anyone would want when they needed help.

My hot water heater went out. I called around an no one could do anything for a few days. Bryant was able to come look at it the same day and came the next day to replace it. Bryant Heating and Cooling has been great! Purchased my home in late 2020. The AC and heating systems in the home were from the 1990's and my husband and I knew we would need to replace soon. Bryant serviced the unit right after we purchased the home and everything ran great! The AC unit went out in Nov 2021 and Bryant came out the same day (within 15min of my call), diagnosed the problem, got me financed and the unit replaced all in the same day! Then the furnace went out (again, we knew it was old) at the start if Jan 2022 and again, Bryant came out same day (within 20min of my call) while they offered to replace the burned out motor, we decided to completely upgrade the unit and thermostat. (Byrant even upgraded us to a wifi thermostat at no extra charge after I casually mentioned we wanted to upgrade to fully digital home) Today there was a weird noise with the unit. I called and Bryant was here within 20min! They are so speedy!! They found an old filter stuck in the vent (it had probably been down there for years! it wasnt a filter used in our home) and did a full check of the system-at no charge. The heat is working great and the noise is gone! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! I will continue to use Bryant for all my heating and cooling needs. Josh and Jeff were the techs who came out today and they were just awesome! Very courteous and took the time to not only triple check everything, but to keep us informed about what they found.

Incredible service!!! Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of summer. We called the company that originally installed the unit, the person on the phone was not friendly, did not seem to want to help and they told us they could not get to us for a week!!! My wife called Bryant and the person on the phone was very empathetic and friendly. She told us they could fit us in that day. They showed up exactly when we were told they would. They were very friendly and professional and were able to fix our unit very quickly. Great company and incredible customer service!!!

Leaking a/c unit was replaced the same day and in a very efficient 3 hours. No effort was made to over-sell unit capacity needs. All questions were answered thoroughly. I was made aware of additional warranty options through Carrier as well. Work performed was shown to me and described. I was very pleased with this installation crew.

Had them come out and check our system. Said that it was full of Freon but we needed a new unit. This was on Saturday and today I had another company come and said we were low on Freon. Added Freon and now my air conditioner is running.The gentlemen that came on Saturday was trying to sell me a whole new unit.Took $80 of my money and did nothing.

I had been having problems with my A/C from the beginning brand new home. Production Heating and Cooling did the initial install. Now 11 years later I decided it’s time to replace my unit . The unit looks great , big and efficient. The installers were excellent. I hope my problems are solved. Thumbs up Bryant Heating and Cooling . Update I had problems with the A/C after about a month it was hot in the house and we wasn’t getting any air . I cleared my Nest thermostat like brand new . Just a reboot is not enough. After working with Nest over the phone , they are so professional , I got back cold A/C and everything is more quiet while operating. Remember clear your thermostat when replacing a A/C unit so they can work in harmony.

Bryant was good. I am pleased with the work. I did expect my filter to be closer to the crawlspace entrance, since that was what I was told could happen but that didn't happen. Other than that they worked as quickly and quietly as they could and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Will use again if necessary and would recommend.

Rosario S. serviced our furnace this week and he was wonderful! He is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to diagnose the problem with our furnace and also to give us quotes for a new AC system. When he returned two days later to fix the furnace he also remembered to bring information on the AC unit that he did not have with him previously. If I have any questions in the future, I’d feel very comfortable having Rosario back to my house to help us out!

Did an excellent job installing a new furnace. I determined that it was more fisable to install a new furnace rather than putting a part 1/4 the price of new one. The old furnace was approaching 20 years old. Decided to replace the furnace in the AM and by the PM same day it was installed and running. Great advantage in the cold weather! Professionally done!

I could not be happier with the prompt, courteous service I received. My A/C died Monday evening and by Tuesday afternoon I had a new A!C installed.The technician gave me options for repair or replacement.The only negative part was I had to leave during install and when I returned home they had left my back door open.I would use their service again and I highly recommend them.

I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars...since they were able to find a technician to come out today to fix my A/C. Sean was very professional and replaced the compressor. I appreciate their effort in finding a technician to repair my A/C. Bryant was out end of April to service my A/C said checked everything. And was working correctly. Today 6/4 A/C not working. It will be 90 degrees today and they do not have anyone to send out until tomorrow. I also have always had a service plan with them. Guess that doesn' t matter. The A/C I bought from them less than 5 yrs ago. I bought from them because I believed in the ads on TV and in person how they will always be there when you need them. Not so much 😫😢

Our ac unit was leaking water really bad to the point we had to put a plastic tote under it so it wouldn't cause water damage. We called Bryant heating and cooling to make an appointment. The tech called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way, he was very friendly and patient with my 3 year old who kept asking him what he was doing (LOL). He drained the line and installed a clean tee and pee trap (sp?) Quickly and was very professional. It fixed the issue thankfully and I'm so glad we called this company. I woulddefinitely recommend this company to anyone and if i need any HVAC services in the future, i'll definitely call Bryant Heating and cooling again.

My system malfunction prevented my furnace from providing necessary heat. I called Bryant on a Sunday evening, and the receptionist indicated there would be a service representative here between 9 and 12 this morning (Monday). The call came promptly at 9, and the representative repairman, Bill Thomas, was here within minutes.He knew immediately how to remedy the problem, and within an hour the furnace was functioning flawlessly. After a few recommendations as to how I could enhance effectiveness, he was gone. Very capable and very personable. It makes me very grateful to be a Bryant customer.

We have been using Bryant for years, having our furnace/air conditioner checked/cleaned every 6 months. This Spring (2020), during their bi-annual check, the tech noticed our furnace blower was going out, and our AC needed freon that they stopped making in Dec, 2019... Needless to say, we needed a whole new heating/ac system. They quoted us with the best Carrier unit for our house, and we got approved for the monthly installments right there on the spot, that was VERY affordable. They said they could install it that night within 6-8 hours, and were done with everything in 4. The techs were very professional, and efficient. I will not only continue to bring them my business, i will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

I contacted Bryant Heating & Cooling for a second opinion after a contractor was sent by my home warranty service provider and advised that I needed a new air compressor. Cole W arrived at my home and did a through inspection of the A/C unit. He fixed the fan speed output on the circuit board and did a through spraying of the unit. There was absolutely NO reason to replace the air compressor! Cole went above and beyond (I believe) to ensure he did all he could to resolve this issue. Thank you Bryant for providing your customer with an exceptional service tech!! Thank you Cole for all your hard work and effort!!

They were very professional and were able to fix the problem within the same afternoon. Pricing was reasonable and I was able to get a maintenance plan added for the Fall for very little extra money.

I noticed my condescending unit was making a loud humming noise this morning so I called Bryant. Very quick answer to the call, very nice customer service representative and got me on the schedule right away. Samuel the technician showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed inside of 30 minutes. He displayed great professionalism and was very nice. Would definitely recommend Bryant heating and cooling to anyone.

The gentleman, I believe his name was Billy, came out and did a thorough check of my furnace. He checked for carbon monoxide, gas leaks, the whole nine yards. I feel so much safer knowing that a professional from Bryant Heating and Cooling came and made sure my home was safe. Although the furnace is very old, and it would be more efficient to get a new one, it is safe.

James called and ahead and was early. Experienced technician that walked me through the issues and corrective actions.

I had Bryant Heating and Cooling comeout just to do regular maintenance/cleaning/inspection on my furnace and outside AC condenser on Friday. The technician was friendly and after performing the cleaning on the outside condenser told me everything looked good. Not even 6 hours later my house was starting to warm up, the air conditioning was not working. The fan in the outside condenser was not spinning. So I called Bryant Heating and Cooling again Saturday morning and they came out again and said I will need a new condensing fan motor which they quoted at $1,149 or I was told I can replace the whole system for $10,000. I find it highly frustrating that I was told my system was just fine and within hours it was no longer working properly and was told I need to spend a significant amount of money to get the issue fixed. I feel like the $80 I already spent was wasted given that I had issues with my system I didn’t have before they came out to work on it. My ac was working perfectly fine and if the motor was that close to going bad I should have been informed during the initial service. On top of that I was quoted $1,149 for the part needed to fix the issue I am unsure if that number included part and labor or just the part. I had someone else come out yesterday to check things out for a second opinion and after a few minutes and reconnecting a fuse that had somehow become disconnected with the work Bryant had done they had the ac working perfectly without me needing to spend $1,149 on a part that didn’t need replacing . I feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend them at all.

It was during the regular maintenance of Bryant’s top of product line HVAC SYSTEM UNIT AND THEIR AC UNIT we had purchased three years ago, that I informed the service man that was there that during our home’s remodeling we became aware of the extremely poor installation of the HVAC system (the exact contractor’s words to us where “….I understand it’s common in the industry for large heating and air company to hire out other companies “scab labor” to perform the actual labor part, the installation of your purchased system which may be what they’ve done here idk but I’ve never in my 30 years seen such a worse job. They’ve basically just connected your 9k plus 6k AC systems purchase without regard for correctly/ properly insulating the unit to your home!) Upon hearing that we were shocked that was done so poorly as was he to see how bad it was. It’s not his line of work but none the less has been in a lot of properties and it was glaring to an educated skilled craftsmen what he was seeing was an extremely poorly installed system.That was a complete shock to us as one of their “valued customers.”So for the past 3 years we’ve been using a snottily installed 9k plus 6k $$ systems, their top of the line their SALES MAN called it. How do we calculate the energy loss we’ve been paying to LG&E for 3 years?We trusted him and choose to go ahead and buy from Bryant Heating and Air salesmen we welcomed on our home as we listened to how we would benefit from choosing Bryant over other companies and his many advantages Bryant offers verses other competitive companies.We regret that day we invited them into our living room to sit down and discuss how they were the best company for us kinda talk. That and their commercials with such a kind and seemingly astute actual lady customer on TV and how she made us feel like choosing them made us feel like we had found a “family” for all our HVAC needs.When the man finished his work and was ready to take our 300$ payment, he mentioned to me my filter needed replacement WHICH WAS WHAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR! I told him the day before the man from his company came out to do that but had to reschedule because he couldn’t perform the AC check because it was raining and he was the one that carried the big Amazon prime 2 pack filters in box into the house for me off my porch. This second tech was very kind not only to check if the report I’d received from other contractors working on the homes remodeling was in fact correct in his assessment of Bryant’s initial new system(s) install and he verified that yes Bryant would need to come out and correct the original installation issues that were never performed as they should have. He also went back in an put my newly purchased 16x24x4 filter.As far as my husband and I are concerned we wish we never would have believed all their words and the big money advertising (their commercial time in tv is extensive) and chosen another maybe smaller, family owned company that would have really cared about each and every system(s) they sell and install as their income and integrity matter more than getting bigger and growing larger as it seems when I’m on hold when I call Bryant now, my they have grown so large even in 3 years, now all the way up to and including the Cincinnati area.

Our heater went out during the night. This is our first HVAC issue and I didn’t know where to start. I called several places and explained I have young children. The only place that made me feel like a priority was Bryant. Our old system was on borrowed time so we needed a whole new furnace. They helped with financing and had it installed same day. I felt confident in Kevin Y and Rick S to get the project completed and they delivered. Omar did everything he could to find financing to work within our budget. I definitely recommend this team!

Thank you for the opportunity to share that Sean and Nick were the two people who installed my new furnace today. Sean what is the lead person and Nick is in training. They were a few minutes early, they introduce themselves they were very pleasant and explained what they were going to do and got right to work. They worked almost all day getting the furnace installed at a variety of intervals explained what they were doing. Sean explained about the operation of the furnace and the thermostat. He was very professional with Nick explaining things to do, giving him things to do very respectful of Nick which was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate their work ethic they are personable interactions and thank you for a job well done.

I had the unit replaced in January and was having some trouble with the thermostat. I called and got an appointment and the tech was very thorough attentive and kind. It took less than an hour he was able to take care of the issue.

When our furnace wasn't working in December, 2016, we called Bryant Heating and Cooling as they had previously installed our A/C a few years earlier and we were very pleased. They arranged an appointment for us in a very timely manner and the repairman, Denzil, was out right on time. After examining our system, it was determined that there were several problems with it and we decided it would be best to buy a new furnace. Denzil was able to call the office and get prices for us on the various systems they offered. He was very professional and very helpful when it came to explaining to me the differences in the 4 options we had and what would work best with the A/C system we already had. Once we decided on the system we wanted, he was able to arrange the installation that very same day! The installers were there at the time promised and they also were very helpful and professional in every manner. One thing I like in particular with this company - all of their employees use booties on their shoes whenever they have been outside and come back into the house. The installers were also very thorough when it came to cleanup after the installation. My brother-in-law was doing some plumbing work for us at our house andwas there during the installation and he was very impressed with the employees as well as our new furnace. I would highly recommend Bryant to anyone needing repairs or a new furnace &/or A/C

We called for furnace help today and Tim came out within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.He was patient with our questions. He offered a few options for our next steps and walked us through the process.Edit: Since Tim's visit, we have had a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed. The teams that came out to the installation over a period of three days were SPECTACULAR! Every single one of them. I want to especially call out Zack who was so informative and patient with us. I would like to call out one of the guys who installed our water heater. (I wish I knew his name. He was a young guy, with dark hair and tattoos.) He was so informative, professional, and went above and beyond.I have already had a chance to give a referral for this company and I will continue to do so because of the way their staff has treated us.

We have tried and tried to get someone to come out and perform preventative maintenance on our system, and no one will call us back. Enter Bryant. In less than a week, not only did they call back they made it out and did the maintenance. I called today to have my furnace inspected and cleaned for the winter, and they were able to come out the same day. The agent had 30 years of experience and was extremely knowledgeable, even though my system is 30 years old. He was very thorough and gave valuable input. He was able to explain things in a way that I could understand, so I could make a good decision about our current system. Definitely recommend this company for anyone with HVAC and furnace needs.

We had this company come out to help with a broken thermostat. After buying a replacement and installing . the ac still was not working correctly…we were told it was our mother-board and it would cost $1200 to fix. Also that the age of your ac was so old that it’s going to die and we should go ahead and replace it ($5000 plus ) instead of spending the $1200. We waited to act and got a 2nd opinion form our neighbor who is a handy man. He took the thermostat off… it needed to be reset and boom ac worked. Now maybe the employee didn’t know how to reset this thermostat. When we called to cancel any follow up and let a supervisor know what had happened we were told no was available and we have yet to hear back from them. When ever our AC unit will need to be replaced we definitely will look elsewhere.

I recently called Bryant to diagnose my Gas furnace issue of not firing up. The call taker was thorough, courteous and had a tech scheduled to come out within 2 hours. The technician called in advance of arriving and was at my house within 2 hours of my first call. He was courteous, thorough and quickly diagnosed my problem. The furnace was 23 years old and he presented a repair estimate for it, as well as 3 options for complete replacement. I chose a middle priced replacement and by 6pm that night I had a wonderful new Carrier gas furnace installed and running! The original service tech was not the install person, that was a different team. The actual installers were Bryant techs and they were quick, thorough and as courteous and helpful as everyone else at Bryant! The furnace was so quiet and much more efficient than what I had! My experience with Bryant was great and i am very happy! Less than 7 hours from no heat in my house to having a new furnace in place and humming away!!Eight weeks after the install, I noticed an issue with the screen of the digital thermostat.I called Bryant and they were at my place within 2 hours, even though it wasn't an emergency and the system was working fine. They replaced the thermostat and retuned it to my furnace settings, all on warrantee. I work with touch screens alot and they are finicky to static and in general. You can't blame the failed screen on anything Bryant did, in any way, but they replaced it immediately, at no cost to me.I'm very happy with the entire experience that I had with Bryant and would strongly recommend them!

Had an inspection set up for a heater that is over 15 years old. Billy was nice and professional. He did have to inform me that we had a crack in our heat exchange and would need to replace the unit. Never a good thing to hear but it is safer than having something tragic happen. He helped get prices and the instillation team (Josh and Zakk) was here within the hour to install the new unit. Right before record lows expected in November.

Bryant Heating & Cooling was great to work with for the installation of our heating system replacement. The technicians were courteous, informative, and efficient. PLEASE RECONSIDER BEFORE USING BRYANT. A couple of weeks ago our AC unit started acting up. My husband wasn't home, and I am a mom with a baby under 1 year old. She was hot and crying, so naturally I was desperate to fix the problem. It was later in the day (probably 4:30) and they did send a tech out the same day, which seemed very nice in the beginning. When our tech got here he immediately told me that the evaporator coil on my inside unit was rusted and needing replacing, and then he told me that was a $3,000 part. What?! So then he goes to check the outside unit while I call my husband to tell him what's going on. Once I go back outside he recommended total system replacement, which was going to cost $5,600. He then tells me that if I decide soon he could have guys out there within the hour to do it. We ask about a military discount, so that does drop the price down to $4,800. Eventually I did agree to the system. However, after making a few phone calls I soon realized how bad of a deal this actually was. I found another company who installs the same system and they quoted me $3,700 FOR THE EXACT SAME THING! Also, they said a replacement coil would be $1,200 but that I didn't even need it. Moral of the story, call around, please do your research and ask questions before you committ to spending your money with Bryant. I HATE the idea of them going around to people and taking advantage of them the way they tried to do to me.

David from Bryant came to clean and inspect our heating system. David was friendly and respectful, and he wore a mask and shoe coverings. David inspected our heater in the basement and the outside system. After David finished he showed me pictures of the areas in our heating system that had wear and those that could potentially fail due to age and wear. I was very happy with Davids findings and would be very happy to have him back in the future for any work that we need done to our HVAC system.

I was having problems with my electric and Aaron from Bryant came out and found the problem and was able to fix it in a reasonable time and at a good cost. I would recommend this company for any of your problems.

Got home from vacation yesterday and it was 84° in the house, instead of the 64° it was when we left. After checking a couple of things, we determined the issue was with the outside compressor unit, as the inside part was running. Called Bryant and was told they could have someone out the next day. Jeff, the service repairman, showed up and quickly determined the issue. All was fixed within 24 hours of the call I made. Jeff was thorough, fixed all the issues, and explaining the final bill. The service call was for UV light replacement. Ended up that the problem could have been done over the phone with a technician instead of a visit. Tech changed the service reminder for UV lights. Excellent service. Aaron did an outstanding job in notifying me and being on time, and his work was of high quality.My only single complaint was that I thought the cost to process the inspection by the city was exceptionally high. I thought $225 for the little bit of administrative work and notifying the city was way out of line. Other than that everything else was superb.

We had a fabulous experience w Bryant and their technician David. Our air went out right in the middle of a horrible July heat wave. Bryant was incredibly responsive, they quoted the time of 9-12 and were here by 11. David called when he was in his way. He was professional, efficient and knew his stuff for sure!!! He had to come twice due to the amount of ice in our system so we had to wait for it to thaw. No charge for that visit- which I was shocked! The Bryant office immediately called and rescheduled for the next day and once again David showed up right on time, got us back on track, throughly explained all of his work and showed pictures of what he worked on. I would highly recommend Bryant for any of your HVAC needs!!!

Our heat went out a few weeks ago and we called for service late Saturday night. Derek was on site by 8:30am Sunday morning and as he went through the system very thoroughly and even put his camera down into the furnace to show us the issue. By the estimate it turned out to be better to replace the unit than repair it given the age and issues. However, Derek offered multiple solutions and replacements for us to review and took the time to thoroughly explain the bang for the buck of each. I felt very comfortable that he was not trying to over sell us so not only did we OK him to order the new furnace but went ahead and had the AC replaced at the same time. Within two hours Ron and Joey were on site with the new unit. Due to the extreme weather they worked to rough in the furnace and get us heat back and returned the next day to add the AC and finish the job. Their work appears to be very high quality and looks good. I would highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling to anyone and have even referred others to them. Great job team Bryant.

We had a heating and cooling system installed in our home last month. The installers were very professional and helpful. The system was installed in a very reasonable amount of time. We have had no trouble with the system since the installation and is performing extremely well. We have had trouble heating and cooling the upstairs area of our home in the past. With the new system the upstairs is more comfortable to be in. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling Co. to anyone.

I needed a second opinion so they sent Omar out in a matter of hours. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to take pictures of everything so that he could walk me through the issue step by step. His personality is fantastic! Such a funny and kind dude. The prices were a bit on the high end so unfortunately we couldn't do much business together. But as far as customer service goes, they are great.

I've been in my home for 6 months (new build) and they not only didn't check with the manufacturer on whether the part was under warranty (it was) but they also charged me double. The icing on the cake? I called to get an itemized receipt to try and get the part covered via the manufacturers warranty and they're telling me that's not possible. I'll never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Sketchy to say the least.*UPDATE* Steve reached out to me after connecting with the manufacturer and confirming my parts were under warranty. I was also told an itemized receipt would be provided. My issues were resolved.

Had Bryant come out last year because Heat Pump outside was making a terrible noise (ice build up) Tech came out and said both heat pump and AC were shot (Trane system) only 6 years old, was told I need either a 2000 dollar fix or could just replace it for under 10 grand? I told him to stop ad I would get someone else to look at it, he told my wife that Trane is not a good system, and it needed repaired immediately, told him no thank you and called someone else.They fixed it for 400 dollars and it's been running perfect ever since., Bryant was only interested in making us replace the whole system.

Sends out a lot of junk mailers. If a business sends me junk mail I go to their competitor. The same advert sent out to thousands of people every month is an awful waste of paper.

We had a guy from Bryant come out to perform an inspection and cleaning of our HVAC in order to close on our house. After their “30min heads up call” I was a few minutes late getting to the house. I apologized and the guy said “I don’t care, I get paid by the hour. I could sit here for a while.” (First red flag) I showed him the HVAC unit and he was done with the inspection in less than 20mins. When he told me what was wrong, he flashed a blurry picture saying my heat exchanger was cracking and was producing carbon monoxide and that he had to turn off the gas for safety. I could not see anything in the picture due to him flashing it so quickly and it being so blurry. He then told me my unit was so old it needed to be replaced anyways. I could either replace the whole unit for roughly 5k or change the part out for 1k (after he said “good luck finding that part on your ancient unit”. I know it is old but we have maintained it very well over the years. After I told him I would think about it, he went outside and sat in my driveway for roughly 20mins. After I walked out and got in my car, he sat in his car even longer. He obviously takes the “i get paid by the hour” statement seriously. I circled back around to my house minutes later and he was still sitting there. Thank goodness I got a second opinion because they did not find a crack and the gas was never turned off! The inspection did say my unit was old and loud but it was working perfectly as it should. I believe they just wanted to get me to pay them to install a new system. Rip off!!! I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone else not to!!

I had Bryant to check out my air conditioner for the summer months. Ryan Owens did a very thorough inspection. Ryan was running late and he called to inform me of arrival. He wore a mask during the entire visit. I hearty endorse the service and expertise of Ryan as well as the techs that worked with me in the past

Our new AC and Heating was installed and works fine, but Bryant needs to work on communication with its customers and itself. What was thought to be a one day job became a two day job, followed up by a short third visit that would have been unnecessary if communication with its employees was better. That being said, Bryant's technicians and customer service were by and large very nice and professional. Recommended, but make sure they clarify how long a job will take up front.

From 3 consults with Ro to Ryan and his helper, this was a phenomenal service experience! Honest, friendly, efficient service by all! My basement is now as warm as the upstairs (after 14 years) so we are happy and quite comfortable!

Great experience! They were able to come out very quick for a winter service on my system. The person who took my call was knowledgeable and pleasant. The person at my home (James) was knowledgeable, did great work, and was able to look beyond just a regular maintenance. They found some issues and took care of them right away and I was pleased with their service.When it was time for my AC maintenance, last month, I called Bryant again for that service. My name is Connie Clark and I paid over $14,000.00 Cash for a new heater/ AC unit for my boyfriend Lane Smith home. When they installed it they did NOT bring a new air filter for the brand new expensive units! I was told they would be out to put a new one in in a couple days. Two weeks went by and I had to call them and they said they would send a tech out to put a new one in and leave me a few new filters for my inconvenience. They showed up with one filter and still have no idea what size I need for our new units. I went with a reputable company and am very unhappy with what they didn't do! I have always been a believer you get what you pay for. Not always true!

It took 3 visits to fix the problem (no power to thermostat, condensation pump) but turnaround time was so quick and everything was covered under the original repair/service call fee. Samuel was the final technician that came out and was thorough, considerate, and professional.

I had Bryant come out and do a cleaning and general check on everything just to make sure we are still in good shape. I called at 9am and they were there by 12:30 the same day, this is pretty impressive in itself. The guy came and was very nice, easy to talk to and answered all my questions politely. He cleaned and washed the outdoor unit, it really made it look new again which i thought was a nice touch. My only gripe was the price for a part, during the inspection he found a capacitor that is near failing as you could see a little oil around the lip, the quote for the part was $249 installed but the old part was already out so the install was the same installing the old one or a new one (about 5 minutes). I passed on the price knowing it was high. Today I get on a popular online shopping site and order the exact replacement down to the brand name for $12.95. If he would have said $50 which would still made them a profit I may have said yes just out of convenience, but it bothers me knowing others are paying these prices. I will probably use them again, but trust me I will be looking at the quote for needed repairs very closely before making a decision, the level of markup of the capacitor really makes me wonder. Overall a good experience due to a nice and friendly staff, a knowledgeable tech and extremely fast response time, just keep an eye on that bill. Good luck everyone

Great if your buying a big unit, but their scheduling is terrible. Bought both my home units (Infinity Hybrid units) and had great sales and installation. But tried to get them to come and install another heating duct and they rescheduled 2 times before I just did it myself. Now I've had them scheduled for 4 days to come and give me an estimate on installing a zone control for the house and I get a call 2 hours before they are supposed to be here stating they need to reschedule. I did the new duct myself and if I could figure out how to zone the house myself I would.

Called the company out to take a look at a terribly placed AC unit in our attic which was leaking. Had other companies out but wanted another opinion. Bryant heating and cooling sent Cole. He discussed the process for the repair as well as the pros and cons for our situation. Furthermore, he gave us multiple options on replacement if we decided to go that route due to the current age(35 years old) and condition of our current unit. He contacted us ahead of time as a courtesy, was on time, super professional, was highly knowledgeable and I genuinely appreciated the thoroughness he gave. Darryl was not the first tech to diagnose my air conditioning problem but was assigned to make the final repair the following day once the part arrived. He was on time and very friendly and asked if he could spend a few minutes to confirm the repair item was correct. Within minutes, he diagnosed that the control module wasn't the issue and found the problem to be nothing more than a wire which was rubbing and grounding out the system. His expertise saved me over $600 between a control panel and a simple wiring issue. He took care the issue quickly and saved us a ton of cash. My tech arrived a couple days later (by now the temp problem had resolved on its own) and after several minutes came back upstairs to explain how our furnace was damaged beyond repair (copied & pasted from actual emailed invoice):Furnace is tripped on high limit due to extremely dirty blower wheel and evap coil. Heat has no where to go so limit trips. Heatexchanger ring is popped up and heatexchanger is breached .confirmed breach with (tech's name removed). Shutdown furnace for safety. System can be cleaned and repaired but it comparison to replacement. Replacement is only recommended. Blower wheel is stressed due it being plugged and motor will fail after being cleaned.He said he couldn't clean the furnace because of its state of disrepair, condemned the furnace by turning it off and shutting off the gas, and tried to sell me a new system for $5K. I explained I'll need to have my home warranty company come out to give a second opinion and was told they'd not cover it because it was dirty. Mind you I'd had it cleaned & tuned the year before and replace my 90-day filter every 30-45 days since we do have dogs. We also have smoke and CO alarm detectors in the immediate vicinity which never activated in response to any gas leak.Our home warranty company sent a different company and tech for an inspection. In less than a minute, he heard our minor problem we were having previously, wiped down the furnace temperature sensor and explained how it soots over when the surrounding air temperature gets too cold but burns it back off when it warms up (why the problem resolved itself), and how to wipe it down in the future. His subsequent inspection found the system was running like a top and didn't require ANY further repair, let alone replacement. The whole time he was laughing and shaking his head about how we were about to get completely hosed.I called Bryant back and spoke to a very lovely CSR who took my complaint and forwarded it to a customer service manager, Tim. Tim promptly called me back and we were able to quickly offered a resolution to my satisfaction (will still take about five more days for fulfillment so we'll see). Both Tim and the initial CSR I spoke with were AMAZING and worked together to resolve my issue promptly; they are two true assets to their company and I cannot heap any more praise upon those two people. They were, however, the ONLY redeeming part of my experience with Bryant and are responsible for the two-star review as they were both stars. I never expected to pay out of pocket for nothing more than a sales pitch. I never even got my furnace cleaned or serviced. There are entirely too many HVAC companies in the region to have to put up with this level of customer disrespect and dishonesty. It's also unfortunate only one tech can create such a negative impression of a company but it's the unfortunate truth.I wish every company had caring employees like Customer Service manager Tim and the other rep I spoke with. I hope nobody has to experience being ripped off for $5K.

They Came on time! Even with rain.The Entire tear- out of 29 year old furnace/AC and replacement with new efficient Carrier system, was met by totally professional techs. Along the install, explanations were made and questions answered. An inspector/ engineer came to approve work, make suggestions.All health and safety protocols were followed. They laid a heavy pad on the floor near the front door, wore shoe protectors and masks. They cleaned up completely - inside and out! Our home feels wonderful- we can breathe better, no more humid feeling. The system is quiet, no more whirring vibration . Bryant Heating. and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job!!Highly Recommend - 5*****

When our HVAC system needed to be replaced in July, Bryant was able to send out a technician for a quote the next day. David was professional, knowledgeable, and provided us with several options right for us. He answered all our questions and gave us great competitive options.

From the initial call for service until the job was done, everyone I talked to and everyone who performed the work were friendly, courteous, helpful, fast and hardworking! Denzel and Leela were great. Very friendly and professional. Leela and the other installer did a fantastic job with speed and excellent workmanship. New larger ac unit and coil installed and they were larger than the one's being replaced. Afterwards you wouldn't be able to tell they were not part of the originall installation.

My children and I awoke to a cold house the week of Thanksgiving. I called and the receptionist was professionally and friendly, they were able to come out the same day I called and were able to diagnose my issue. The very next morning they were there to install a New A/C unit and New furnace. I appreciate the constant communication and the friendly and swift service. AC stopped working on a late Friday afternoon. We called the company we had been using for 3 years and they said they might be able to send someone out tomorrow, but no guarantee. I heard great things about Bryant, so I called them and they were able to get someone out at 8am the next day with no additional weekend rate. Ro was our tech and he was great! Explained all our options for repairs or replacing the unit. We knew the whole HVAC system was on borrowed time, so we decided to bite the bullet and get a new system. Ro found us the perfect system for us at a great price. They had guys out there the next day (Sunday) to install the new system. The two installation techs we're great and professional. Had the new system installed in 4 hours. We couldn't be happier with our experience and Bryant H&C just made 2 new lifelong customers.

Noticed a problem with my furnace at 4AM. I decided to go online and book an appointment with Bryant. Within five minutes I was called back and had an appointment for 3PM that same day, which worked for my schedule perfectly. After the technician diagnosed heat exchanger issues and talked to me about my options we scheduled a replacement. Within an hour a crew was tearing out the system I had and placing in new furnace. By 10PM I had heat restored. Fantastic!

David was the Bryant tech who serviced my heating unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He inquired multiple times if I had questions about the unit or the thermostats settings. He recommended the best places to purchase the required 25”x16” filters and advised on the service I will need on my AC unit in April. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic and efficient service. Called when my AC went out, and they were able to come that afternoon. The service rep on the phone was able to tell where the tech was and that he was finishing a job, and even called to let me know they were delayed at the previous call and would be a bit late. For same day service they literally worked me in within a few hours of the call, so no worries about the technician being late. Service was quick, effective and safe. I will definitely have them come for routine maintenance of the furnace this Fall.

Mike W came to work on our furnace. He called a head of time to make sure I was ready and to verify the appointment. He put covers on his shoes before entering our house (which I really appreciated because we have new carpet). We had Derek come out to look at our A/C and get a quote on both a heating and cooling system. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to test the unit and the time to go over our options. The promptness was beyond incredible (he was here within two hours after my phone call). We will be going with Bryant in the future with any heating or cooling issues.

We had an issue with our A/C that was under warranty. Samuel, the technician was professional, worked to rectify the issue, and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. More importantly he got our house to cool down QUICKLY. I hope the technicians who return to fix the unit are just as good.

I am more than happy to give the service technician who repaired our furnace today 5 stars!Sadly, we have had serious problems with Bryant in the past and did not want to deal with them again.Unfortunately, our furnace went out and we needed the repair done right away. I knew Bryant would come, so I called them. The service technician who came out was very, very polite and professional. He had the problem diagnosed quickly and presented me with options for repair. He did not seem to just want to sell us a new furnace. He wanted us to know all of our options to make the best decision. Bryant needs to give this service technician a bonus or some sort of reward for his job performance.

I’m so thankful for Bryant! They are always prompt and professional, and they always fix my problem. Most recently, as temps were dropping into the teens, Preston and Theion worked 2 long, hard days and stayed into the night to install a new furnace and redo ductwork. I am grateful for the hard work and attention to detail that these guys put in. They went above and beyond to do it right, and to not cut corners. Love Love Love Bryant. I’ve been disappointed with other companies, but these guys won’t let you down.

5 stars are not enough for this company! They came to our rescue when our furnace went out while the temperature outside was in single digits. Derek arrived right on time as promised and presented us with options to repair our very old furnace or replace it. He explained everything very clearly and impartially. Within 30 minutes of his departure, his team was here with our new furnace. We just couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our electricity had to be cut off at the street because of a rusted and burnt main wire coming into the house behind the meter. My disabled husband could not stay at home with no electricity because he depends on a machine at night. I spent hours calling individuals and businesses to get someone to repair but everyone was booked weeks or months out. When I contacted Bryant I was put on the schedule the next day. The office person was friendly and professional. My electrician was and he Dustin listened to my concerns about my situation and evaluated the problem and set a schedule to repair our electricity as soon as possible. Dustin went out of his way to help us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The burnt wire turned into a total replacement of the breaker box because it wasn’t up to code and a major fire hazard. Dustin finished the job days earlier than expected and stayed late to get the electricity back on. Thank you Bryant and especially Dustin for your service!

Josh was the most knowledgeable technician I have ever dealt with in over 25 years. He showed and explained everything he was doing. He would tell me what the results should be before the test. Never had that happen. Very satisfied.

Technician was very prompt. Rang the doorbell already wearing a mask and gloves and put on shoe covers as soon as he entered the house. He was quick but thorough at determining the issue. He then presented multiple options and the prices associated with each. Very happy with the service provided and would absolutely recommend Bryant to anyone.

I received a service request card from Bryant that reads it's time for your air conditioning clean, check & safety inspection so we called them to have that done and ended up signing a maintenance contract with them for our office. We had 4 technicians come out within one month because nothing was cleaned on the first inspection. After a ceiling tile fell to the floor due to the all the condensation that had leaked from the unit into our ceiling we called them back. They shared they only inspect the unit to make sure everything was running properly. If wanted filters cleaned or changed we had to request that and we had to have the filters here for them. The technician never told me the filters were loaded down with dirt and they needed changing but he did come in to get a $548 check. The second technician checked everything and said the filters needed to be changed, but they do not have any so someone else will come out once he has them and install. The third technician installed the filters and told me everything is in good shape now, although we could still hear a squeaking noise coming from the unit it our office. He assured me that was normal and it would go away. After a few more days it got louder. The forth technician came out and said the belt had rotted and needing replacing. Funny none of the other 3 within the past 3 weeks could see that. He replaced the belt and because I would not pay them another $200 he left and told me good luck! Today a new company came out and repaired the unit from top to bottom for $98. My office is noise free, great cool air and my staff is happy again. As far as Bryant Heating and Cooling, I would not recommend them at all.

I was so pleased and impressed with the professionalism and promptness of my service. My heat had gone out and I had been without heat for hours on a 20 degree day over a holiday weekend. They were at my home installing a new unit within a couple of hours of my call and were fast and efficient in getting me set up and my home heating again. This is an excellent company and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I've been using Bryant Heating & Cooling for my heating and AC checkups every spring and fall for several years. They always arrive on time and do a very professional job. I have been very impressed with the time they spend to explain everything they find during my inspection, and they don't pressure me to purchase any services. I highly recommend them!

Bryant installed a new furnace for me on October 18 of last year. When I got my LG knee bill for last month it was increased by $245!! I called them and they sent the technician out that always works on my HVAC and he found out what the problem was and solved it and I could not be happier! I am assured that things will be much better as apparently some things were not done right on installation and Bryant has made them right! I will always deal with this company and my tech “David”!

We purchased a new 95% furnace from them Bryant less than 2 years ago. To drain the new furnace, they cut my AC drain pipe BELOW the shut off sensor and left it open to the air (see pictures). Well.... on Saturday we came home to a leaking ceiling in the kitchen!Unfortunately the AC drain pipe had backed up through their open cut in the pipe and leaked down to the kitchen....We called and they came to inspect their furnace. They saw how the installer cut the AC drain pipe but said since we didn't purchase the AC unit from them, they refused to fix the problem.I made a terrible mistake by hiring them, but have learned my lesson. I will now fix the drywall and their plumbing myself. I'm posting to share my mistake and to strongly discourage others from using them.

The service technician did a thorough job of cleaning, diagnostics and testing. After which he explained what he found in my furnace. Mold. He had cleaned all that he could reach but there was more that couldn’t be reached. I am allergic so I opted to get an ultraviolet light added to my furnace to kill the molds and viruses so I can breathe easier! I’ve been very happy with the service from BRYANT HVAC for 10 years now. Thank you, Bryant!

Never been so please with a service tech , very meticulous, professional polite . explain everything he did and answer any question i had .If you need service Bryant Heating & Cooling is the place to call.new post Dec 2019 Replaced heat exchange . . We looked into providers and found Bryant Heating and Cooling to be very professional, helpful in selecting the right unit and at a cost that was better than the others. The installation was flawless, and we can immediately sense the effectiveness of the new unit. .When you are dealing with an expensive item that you personally know little about, trust in the provider is crucial. I have the highest trust and regard for Bryant Heating and Cooling and would recommend them highly.

While inspecting and attempting to repair my 40 yr. Old furnace, they found a potential deadly situation, that was possibly caused by a recent roof replacement. They were able to start repairs that day (sun.) And had the heat back on, Monday. They were very professional . I had used Bryant for HVAC maintenance years earlier and made my decision then, that when I needed replacement, I would use them. Job well done as always.

I couldn’t imagine that we could get same day repair on our heating system when I called Bryant at 1:00 pm on a Friday. I was relieved to hear that Bryant does offer same day service. But the story only gets better. I received a call from a service tech and a text from Bryant telling me help was on the way. Our technician was prompt and assured us he would find our problem. And he did! A simple repair and he was on his way. This was our second experience with Bryant Heating and Cooling. Both times we were extremely satisfied with the total experience. Give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I would like to state that I had an excellent experience with Bryant heating and cooling technician David who was both knowledgeable and friendly and took time to answer all questions and even made some valuable suggestions. Prior to todays visit I have had trouble getting someone to listen and help find the problem and fix it. They wanted us to pay up front for a problem that ended up being something that should have been fixed prior. Lewis came out today and listened, found the problem and then fixed it. He was so nice, honest and easy to work with. I am so appreciative of him and it restored some faith back into the company.

Nick was professional, efficient, and friendly. My 17 year old water heater was in need of replacing and Bryant (Nick) was able to install a new one quickly.

Bryant Heating and Air came out within an hour and took over. Our furnace had stopped working and it was getting colder outside. We were not a where that the machine was as old as it was. The two techs works for several hours putting in a new one. These two techs stayed until the job was complete and then stayed to answer any questions and showed us how to use the new modern thermostat. From the sales person to the two great friendly techs our bad experience turned into a good one. Bryant is now our go to heating/air company. We have passed this info to several people we know. Made appointment with new company Bryant Heating & Cooling. After they arrived on time as promised I was greeted by a very professional Technician. I voiced my concerns with my system and he got right on it. I could not believe the level of professionalism this company and its field Tech showed while performing my AC service. I plan to recommend this company and its field Tech's to all that inquire about a company with great service. Thanks Bryant Heating & Cooling as well as Chris C. Look forward to my fall service with you all. Only issue I have with them is they seem to forget about their follow ups. Was told I would have a Winter and a Summer check up. Summer went well but the winter one well guess if you want them to follow up you’ll have to keep on them. Paid for two services but received one.

Great Technician. Very professional, clean work, and polite. He was very helpful and provided tips on cleaning and running our HVAC systems.

Our heater was cutting off after about ten minutes and I was out of town for work so we called Bryant to get it fixed. They sent someone out the next day and on my wife's schedule, which was nice. The repairman said that it was likely the restricted heating coils and defective high limit switch that was the problem. The heating coils would be $183 to clean and while he didn't have a high limit switch on his person, they would order one and that would be about $250 (can't recall the price exactly and it is not on the invoice). My wife called me and I said we couldn't agree to anything until they had the part and so they should call me and I'd make a decision at that time.In the time before they called me, I looked up the part. It costs about $10. I watched a video on how to replace it and it is an easy job. It's literally two wires and two screws. I got a hold of the part I needed and did it myself in about five minutes! We hired another company to clean the coils and not only did they clean the coils but they also cleaned the blower motor and did a general cleaning of the rest of the unit. Cost? $100! Also, it turned out that the problem wasn't the coils but the blower motor itself. Thing was filthy. Never mentioned by Bryant.I did not ask the other company to do an inspection. I wish I had. Our problem still wasn't fixed. Turns out it wasn't the high limit switch that was the source of our problem. It was the roll-out switch! I picked one up for $8 and fixed it in about ten minutes. Again it was two wires and two screws but it was in an awkward location so it took longer. Our heater is now functioning great!The fact the problem ended up being something completely different than what Bryant mentioned and could be fixed for much less than what they charge tells me to never hire them again! You should do the same. Google your furnace and find videos especially before you hire anybody. This whole game is a racket.

My AC recently went out during a heat wave. I called around to a few local places as it was late on a Friday night and couldn’t get anyone to answer. I gave Bryant a call and a technician was sent out promptly the next morning. They had the part needed to repair my AC on the truck and I was happily sitting in 67 degrees within a few hours, instead of sweating all day long. These guys are heroic! I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you’re having trouble with your home and will be giving them my business in the future.

I came home Thanksgiving night and my heat wasn't working. Bryant was there first thing the next morning only to tell me that I needed a new furnace--which I had suspected after 13 years. Denzil was very patient as I called my husband and parents for guidance. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and encouraged me to take my time. After much thought and price comparison, we decided to replace both the furnace and the air conditoning unit at the same time. Financing was quick and easy. The installation team was at my house within an hour to get started on making sure I had heat that evening. I had not expected that level of customer service. I recommend them with enthusiasm.

Excellent service. Derrick was the technician on my service call and was extremely knowledgeable. He identified the issue very quickly and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. He also took the time to educate me on the issue in case in we’re to occur again. My first time using Bryant and will definitely be using them moving forward for any HVAC needs.

Had a good experience with Bryant. Furnace had started acting up in the middle of the night and someone was at my door within an hour of calling. Turns out I had to get a new furnace and they were able to install same day. The installers were very friendly and professional.

The Bryant repairman or mechanic suggested I replace both the a/c and the heating unit due to its age for an estimated cost of around 10 grand, but said that he could repair the a/c for around $1000.00.Later that day a mechanic from another company came by as I sought a second opinion. He said the unit only needed a new 45/5 capacitor and cleaning, work he performed for only $185 (contrast that with the $1000.00 I would have been charged by Bryant!) The repairman estimated that I had four (4) years left on the a/c unit lifetime, something Bryant didn't tell me. Since then, my A/C is working like a gem.. Thank god I didn't use Bryant and got that second opinion!
