United Pluming called us to tell us when they would be at our house. Dylan arrived on time. The first thing he did was hand us a small concise 5 star customer satisfaction piece of paper. It was a great introduction to United Plumbing and their commitment to providing quality service. Dylan provided us with a great tip that we will implement. This is our first experience with United Pluming and we are very happy with their service.

I had a situation where water was collecting around the bottom of my toilet. United Plumbing sent Dylan out to service it. Dylan is very polite and respectful. He quickly assessed and repaired the problem. Cleaned up the mess and he was done in about 20 minutes. I asked him if I needed them again could I specifically request him, and he told me yes. I will definitely use United Plumbing again and I will request Dylan!

I have paid for the service to fix my water lines through LG and E for years. The one time I try to get help I'm told they won't fix my water line. Then they break it. They imply that I should pay almost $700 to fix it. It was a huge hassle and my neighbor and I wound up fixing the leak. Home Serve and United Plumbing were way too much trouble!

Wonderful experience. Dylan was great! This was my first time using United but it won’t be my last. I Will definitely use United again!

Our technician, Bill, was terrific! He was behind schedule and it was obvious he was having to work after normal hours, but he had a positive attitude, sense of humor, was very reassuring, and gave great advice on how to prevent our problem from reoccurring (we have some tree roots trying to grow into our septic line). I'll definitely be calling United Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

A plumber was sent to my house and he started by saying he couldn’t do the job because there wasn’t anywhere to park. I directed him to parking spots but he kept saying his van wouldn’t fit there. I directed him to a parking spot behind the house and then he stated he couldn’t do the job because he didn’t have the equipment. It was a horrible experience and a complete waste of time. The issue was in the basement and the plumber never even left the basement stairs, he just kept looking at the flooded basement and saying he didn’t have the equipment. The experience with this company was horrible and a complete waste of time, a different plumber was contacted afterwards and they had no problem at all fixing the issue. They stated United gets paid for just coming out so that’s why they “couldn’t do the job” it was a horrible experience and I would never suggest them!!

Used United Plumbing to replace a hot water heater. They showed up before their scheduled time and told me (92 yrs old) that I would have to move my washer and dryer so that they could replace my hot water heater. Told me I had 5 mins to do it and they wouldn't help me move it. They stated 'policy' as their reasoning. I wasn't able to get it moved in time and they left. Had another company come and replace my water heater and they had no issues moving my washer and dryer for me while they replaced it. Sometimes companies should go above and beyond, even if it's going against 'policy'. Don't expect this from United Plumbing.

Quick Identification and repair of the problem,.Dylan and his assistant communicated well, suggested maintenance going forward and cleaned up when done. would use these guys again.

Main water leak. It has been a week with no progress. Communication with this company is very difficult. I used them before and when they do work they do a good job. This time i am having hard time getting them to fix what they fixed twice before. I am hoping this is get fixed soon. Damage is already done simply because United will not do a patch for the main water line. Will not consider them after this repair. This is last time i use them. They used to offer much better service before. Not sure what happened to this company.

Update, united came and fixed the problem. They did an excellent and professional job. I just wish the process was faster. My advise to anyone with water leaks, pleasr make sure to call your before you dig number and have them expedite the making outside your house before you call the plumber. After all it is free service and will be ready so when you call the plumber they can work immediately.

We had a water leak in the front yard. They scheduled quickly. Both crews that came out were professional they diagnosed the issue and came back the next week. It was during the holidays so it was great to get fast service. When they came back to fix it the problem was fixed in 3 hours at the most. We ran an errand and when we returned they were finished. United plumbing is a member of the insurance offered through the Louisville Water Co. Water pipes, water heaters etc. Our water heater went out. U.N. Came out & replaced the heating elements. That stopped working after 2 days. On Sunday, a rep. From U.N. Came out & checked out the water heater. He said if we had to reset the heater, we needed to get a new heater. We did. We called. They can't come out until Wednesday. If we had just called them, I can see they would have to check things out. They already worked on the problem and knew what was wrong. So why wait 3 days? They have no intention of fixing this problem. We are working on a new plumber.

Dennis is great!

Within a few minutes of me reporting a leak in the service line, I had an appointment for the next day for UPC to come investigate. They arrived on time, and spent a few minutes talking to me and then investigating. After confirming it was a leak between the meter and the house, they explained that it could be the service line or it could be the connection from LWC's meter to the service line. They requested emergency flagging for digging.

The flagging was completed the next morning, and I got a call later that day saying they could be out in 2 days. They arrived on time for this appointment, too, and after explaining things, they got to work. Within 15 minutes they had determined the issue was on the LWC side. They showed me what they were seeing, and told me they had already requested LWC send someone out to investigate. Now I'm just waiting on LWC to fix their stuff.

Overall, it was less than 4 days from when I called UPC until they had done everything they could. They handled every step of the process, contacting third parties when necessary to get things done. They kept m informed of everything that was going on and what to expect, and every person I interacted with was friendly and professional.

Very prompt, very clean, very professional, and kind with my repeated, questions. He did not make me feel silly for asking. Now I am working on getting the Water Company to pull the meter and check it for accuracy . I did forget to ask the young man if they install tankless hot water systems.

Dylan and his coworker were great. I was frankly scared to death about what the extent of this problem could turn out to be. They resolved it easily, however, and I feel a lot better. I like working with fellow veterans and Dylan, like me, served in the 101st Airborne Division. He speaks my language and I like that. He is a fine young man.

Service tech was very polite and professional.  The tech lied down a mat to place the removed toilet.  The tech determined the problem and took quick action to repair the flange and installed new flange bolts.  Reinstalled the toilet, tested it several times, inspected it in the basement for leaks and cleaned up everything. Very happy with the service and results.

Tracy the secretary in the office was very pleasant to work with and then the two guys that came out to do the job Maxwell and Michael were very honest and good efficient guys. I'm not sure of who the other two guys were, who showed up and the end of the day to help finish but they were also very nice guys. I'm hoping to see a huge difference in my water bill . Great experience! The plumber seemed knowledgeable, confident, explained thoroughly the situation and what he believed was going on, and resolved the issue in one visit. The plumber was also very courteous, offered to wear a mask, and wore booties inside my home. You would think this would be standard practice, but a surprising number of service people have come to our home and either argued about wearing a mask or refused to altogether. It’s nice to see service people who are sensitive to the needs of people at high risk. 10/10

These guys where hired by our insurance company to come out and fix our leaking water pipes under our yard. They dug up the yard and found the leak then they cut that section of pipe out and rammed a flex tube INSIDE of the old pipe. That didnt seem to make sense to me as they where doing it and explaining it but they assured us they where proffesionals. Youre gonna ram another pipe into one that is old and falling apart? I knew it wasnt a good idea but im not a plumber I let them do their work. After they left my water bill went even higher. The patch they did blew out at our fence line and now our yard and neighbors yard is turning into a swamp. When we called and complained they came back out and denied that they did any of it refusing to fix it. Avoid this place. We are gonna have to pay another plumber a huge amount of money to come fix their mistake.

So this experience was mostly pleasant. They were kind on the phone, extremely responsive, and super professional! However, I was charged $225 for the technician (logan) to replace the red pipe. I get that it takes skill, and $225 seems a little steep. Especially since he knew it was enclosed, and the pipe sticks out so that we can't enclose it again! With a very curious toddler in the house, that could be dangerous.

The gentlemen came out and quickly and efficiently fixed a problem I had within 10 min. They took the time to answer my questions and were extremely nice!

Our home warranty chose this plumbing company. They never called to schedule an appointment so I finally called and set it up. They didn't show during the appointment times given to me and when I called they tried to act like I had never scheduled the appointment at all. They did send the plumber to me next so it wasn't much later than my original appointment time when he finally arrived. The plumber was very nice and was able to fix our issue in about two hours but he left a horrible mess for me to clean up. It was very dirty and there was a waxy substance that took forever to scrub off the floors and other surfaces. Overall the experience was not great...

I have never been more pleased with a business than I am with United Plumbing Co. I have not one single complaint with them. I worked with Thomas from the beginning from diagnosing the locations of the water line leaks to the final repairs. He was so knowledgeable and professional that I had total confidence in his work. It is kind of hard to get ahold of the office. Stays busy. Which is a good thing. Any way after talking with ( Kim) at the office. She set me a mm appointment for the next morning to replace my hot water heater. ( Derek ) I thank his name was. Nice older guy got to talking with him and been doing plumbing for 20 yrs. was there on time went to work and replaced the water heater in my basement. Did a great job on it. Also had a shut off vale to be replaced. After getting it approved on the order he laid down in the floor and it replaced in no time. Great job and great service from them both.

A horrible company to deal with....They are a vendor to Home Service (I can't believe they use them....trust me they will get a call about them) who they recommended we use them for a leak outside our home. They had 2 of their plumbers recommend that they dig to replace our leak....owner got involved, said there was no leak (although he never came by to see for himself) and said it was just ground saturation....although it hadn't rained for several days...I called the owner and left 3 messages for him to call me...he never did , thanks Chris??. This went on for 2 weeks...I had to go to street meter every morning and evening to turn off and on our water. Home Service then said to use Dauenhauer Plumbing who recognized right away that we had a leak outside the home and not inside as United had suggested from the start......I would run from United....

They were fast and efficient and found the problem quickly. They could have fixed it for us but did not pust us to hire them. They were great. Hopefully our water bill will be mucj lower not.

United Plumbing was contracted through my insurance to fix my main water line leak. They dug up the yard, claimed they fixed the leak and checked the meter. Two months later after I received another high water bill the water company informed me the high usage never stopped and they had seen many times recently that United Plumbing was a consistent contractor when this occurred. I asked for a different contractor to dig up and fix the leak a second time and after a week of providing feedback (multiple calls to CS) to United I received no call back from the service manager which they said I would receive and told me directly I was not their customer... the insurance company was. The second company that repaired the line removed and provided the insufficient repair parts that they installed when they repaired it correctly. I waited to provide a review until after I knew the FACTS on how the line was repaired correctly and the customer service rep laughed when I provided my experience with their service. It appears they are the low cost option that should not be recommended. I am not knowledgeable in the plumbing field but my experience with United Plumbing cannot be questioned. Do not use.

I told them not to damage electrical cables before they started. The staff are cajoling rudely and damaged electrical cables and trying to fix it. They did it twice. If you call them be prepared to spend more to fix their mess. Poorly trained plumbers. Silver lining is good office staff.

United plumbing did an awesome job finding, fixing, and repairing the water leak in our house. We had a leak in a cold water supply line that was in the concrete slab. They were able to fix the leak without having to cut into the concrete slab. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were very concerned about damage to our hardwood floors and keeping the overall destruction to the floors to a minimum. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Each time their communication regarding the appointment via text, email and phone has been outstanding. They tell you the name of who to expect, when you can expect them AND even have a way to track how close your service person is. When they arrive they have on masks, always put covers on their shoes beforehand entering our home, and are professional and courteous. We have Homeserve insurance through Louisville Water Company who contracts out to United Plumber. Now that I’ve been introduced to the company, I would/will choose them for every plumbing issue we have regardless of weather or not it’s covered by the insurance. United Plumbing was prompt and professional. The problem was an outside drain line on my property. The plumber explained the problem and did what he could. Because there was additional work that needed to be done, the plumber contacted his office and had additional work approved. A few days later, another crew came to finish the work.

After doing work on my property, the plumber noticed that water wasn’t draining properly on the public line. United Plumbing contacted MSD on my behalf. MSD showed up two days later to fix its issues.

My mother in law asked me to take care of requesting service from her water line insurance company. They sent Noah from United Plumbing. I watched Noah and he was so wonderful to my mother in law. He explained what was going on, what the noise was that she heard and why it had so negatively affected her water bill. The repair was not covered by her insurance but they decided to hire United to complete the repairs anyway. Noah did a very thorough job and also made my mother in law feel that he completely took care of her. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Louisville Water determined that our water line had a severe leak. We reached out to HomeServe USA, which is the insurance carrier that we use via Louisville Water. HomeServe opened a ticket with United Plumbing on 12/23/2016. United Plumbing arrived and determined that we did in fact have a leak, but asked to hold off repair until the following business day given the holiday. They were able to setup a temporary line of service to get us through the holiday and assured us that they would be back first thing on 12/27. They never arrive on the morning of 12/27. When I called to inquire on the timing, I was informed that we were not on the schedule and that the crew should not have told me they would be here on 12/27. The temporary line then froze and we had no water. I called on the morning of 12/28 and they had someone out here that morning. They determined that there were multiple leaks in the water line and that we would need a new line installed. They said that some one would be out the following day to provide estimate and to schedule the repair. We are now in our third week since the claim was initially opened and United plumbing has not contacted us or been back out to our property since 12/28. We have been told everything from plumber is out sick, they are backed up from holidays, it's too cold to dig, they have to out source dig; to they don't have the parts. Finally, after daily calls for the past week, we were able to get HomeServe to have a different and reputable plumbing company assigned to the job. This company clearly cannot handle plumbing jobs beyond small faucet leaks.

This company is top notch. I had a mysterious leak under the house. With a slab. It was costing me a fortune on my water bill. Phillip and Nathan handled it like it was nothing. Only reason we used these guys was because of the insurance with Louisville Water Co. Would not recommend if it was coming out of our pocket. Called for minor bathtub issue and a guy came out the same day. He said he needed to find a replacement part and did not communicate with us until two days later after we had tried calling back four times. Finally, a week later he came back for a five minute fix but the lack of communication was not ideal. Prefer to not use again. The next time we file an insurance claim we will try to ask for a different company. Edit: a few days later we realized the issue was not fixed. Home Serve sent another (more honest and communicative) company out. They told us the part the United repairman put in was smaller than required/incorrect for our model. Will never use United again and will cancel Home Serve insurance if they try to send them to us. I don't appreciate lazy, dishonest people that don't answer my phone calls and make me wait a week to allegedly resolve. This company isn't worth your time.

We had our sewer line back up on a Sunday and within 2 minutes of leaving a message someone called us to schedule a service call. UPC came out in response to the water company saying I had a leak in my line somewhere between the meter and the house. After arriving, they showed me the meter and what they were looking at/for. After some preliminary testing, it was determined that the cause of my jump in the water bill was due to my whole-house humidifier. Further research on the web showed that UPC's diagnosis was 100% correct and saved a LOT of digging & added expense.

They came out to fix a leak. The guy they sent totally misdiagnosed the issue. I still had the problem. Then when I called back a thinking it was the hot water heater, they told me it wasn't that. It's a leak under my house. I removed all the water like they had requested. But then told me they could not come back until almost a week later. So united expected me to go with water utilities for a week. So I called another company. They came out THE SAME DAY and repaired it.

I had a great experience today, I called about a problem, turned out IT wasn't covered on the plan, while chatting I mentioned another problem and Bo looked at it and fixed it no problem and cleaned up after! Thank you!

We were routed to United via our Home Serve policy. Phillip was timely, called before arriving, friendly and fast, and kept the house clean going in and out. Cannot comment on pricing since we were covered, but 100% recommend United and Phillip!

Called HomeServe at 10pm Sunday night. Tech called at 7:45am Monday with expected arrival time of between 12p&3p.
Called when he was in route and arrived before noon.
Jacob D from United Plumbing did an excellent job and explained what the problem was, did not mind questions or being watched as he worked. Cleared our mainline and checked the water flow as we turned water back on, explained what fixtures in the house flowed to where, the cause of the issue, cleaned up after the work area, provided an invoice, and his business card. I am thankful that I had the exterior line to sewer coverage and that the company dispatched to us was United Plumbing.
I was able to get HomeServe on Sunday night and have a reputable, professional plumber early on Monday and Zero dollars out of our pocket. I was so wowed with the process and United Plumbing that I purchased an interior plumbing agreement on Monday afternoon.
Much better experience and quality plumber/techs than the typical home warranty company's provide.

These guys were awesome! Super nice and informative and caring. Really appreciated them taking their shoes off to come in the house without even being asked. Got right to work and wasn't taking breaks or talking on his phone the way plumbers I have had to pay do. He had to come back the second day, but made sure I knew what he had done and what was left to do before leaving that day. He finished the job the second day and it seems like it is going to stay fixed (another issue I have had with people I pay to do work around my house). He even put in a new bathtub plug, BONUS! Very skilled, very professional, and he played with my dog :)

I contact United Plumbing due to a blockage in my main drain line. The first team they sent out arrived earlier than expected! They got promptly to work, but unfortunately a critical piece of equipment failed so UP had to sent out another team. I thought I'd have to wait all day, but instead Team #2 arrived less than an hour later and removed the blockage lickety-split. Dylan and Brandon (Team #2) were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took care of things very quickly. They also made sure I knew how to contact them specifically if I needed them to follow up on the work that was done. I highly and unreservedly recommend United Plumbing!

United provided same day service when we were unable to use our facilities at home. Gavin arrived during the appointment window and when his courtesy phone call said he would.

He was professional and did a great job keeping the mess of an ugly job down to a minimum. I put a little extra emphasis on keeping the floor protected and clean, to which he responded by assisting me and taking extra care to not make a mess when removing his gear.

This has not been the case with other providers in the past. Will definitely refer United to others!

They were sent to my house through Home Serve. Needed hot water tank replaced. Because of piping they had redo piping and a few other things. Did a good job.Later had a small leak from pipe and they were quick on the spot to get that taken care of. While the guys who came were very nice (I've had them here twice), it took them almost a whole week to call me to set an appointment up this last time. No phone call when they arrived. They decided to leave without coming in because of snow on my walkway. 95% of the walkways in Louisville are still covered in snow. It took 3 minutes for me to shovel a path, but they can't come back. Just left without warning. I guess their schedule was too tight today to wait 3 minutes. Very frustrating.

Only used them because of LWC insurance. They dug up my front yard to fix a busted pipe and said they’d be back to smooth out and repair the yard within two months. That was on September 5, it’s now the end of May. All the receptionist will tell me is “we don’t schedule the yard repairs and will get there when we can.” That was after previously guaranteeing me that it would be done by the end of April. Don’t use this company, they are terrible

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have a Homeserve policy and they assign United Plumbing, demand a different company. They came to fix the water line leak and forced my wife to sign a waiver that they weren’t responsible for hitting my irrigation lines, instead of offering us the chance to get them marked. They then proceeded to dig with their machine with no care about our irrigation lines and tore them up in 2 places. I had to pay my irrigation company hundreds to get them fixed. Then after they fixed the line, they back filled the hole and literally left boulders on top of the dirt pile. They said they weren’t responsible or removing them or grading the area they dug even though they are suppose to put down seed and straw by the contract. Every company that Homeserve has sent to fix the problem they caused, said “let me guess”, “United Plumbing was the contractor”. Yep!!!

United Plumbing be proud to employ such fine folks as those that helped me today. Things didn't go perfect and it was so hot outside today, and yet this team kept working at a rapid pace to resolve the leak. They kept me up to date through all the stages of repair, and had me authorize removing a bush that got in the way of progress, (no worries, they put it back). Clean up was also great, no huge mess for me to deal with they took care of everything (a good rain will take care of the rest). I am happy to know that United Plumbing has me covered!

We discovered a backup in our basement bathroom the evening before we were getting on a plane at 6am. We called them at 9:30pm and left a message with the answering service. This job was in connection to what our local MSD/water company told me. United Plumbing verified their info with explanations (and even a sketch). I had a sluggish toilet that I thought was caused by blocked sewer lines. The United plumber assured me that that wasn't the case. He also checked the water meter to see if it were working properly.

Your company gave me a time between 12 and three they showed up around 12-ish which was awesome then Chris went to work and explained how to periodically check the outside sewer pipe to see if the water is filling up
He also suggested that I call MSD and have them check their side of the pipes , which was very informative

Phil and his assistant arrived on time and after assessing the situation were able to find a solution that didn't include a jackhammer to my floor. Phil walked me through exactly what they were going to do. Once they were completed he showed me exactly what was done and cleaned up what little mess they made. He even replaced the small piece of drywall they had to remove. Living on a concrete slab, this was a very anxious time for me and Phil put me at ease right away.

The professionals at United Plumbing responded quickly to replace the broken sewage pipe in our basement. It was done well.
They were successful in competed the job in a short amount of time.
Late last year the sewage line from the house to the street was replaced and that job was a tough one.
Everyone involved did their part to Complete the job successfully.
We were grateful that they also returned to reseed the lawn from the distuption.

The workers located the blockage in the pipes in the yard with a snake and a mental detector. Only minimal digging was requires because of this location process. A cleanout was installed and the basement cleanout was also cleaned.

The plumber discussed with me the issues with my sink running slow and offered alternative solutions. He was personable and easy to understand. He asked if I had more issues they would return with a different machine to tackle the problem.

We bought our home and quickly noticed high water bills. Come to find out there was a huge leak in the waterline in our front yard. United came out and quickly made the repair needed. What’s more, they even came back for a second repair, which technically they weren’t responsible for fixing. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to...now that’s the definition of integrity within a company!

The whole experience with United was very positive! They were dispatched from Homeserve (Water Co Insurance) for a claim I placed for a potential water line leak outside my home. Derek came first to assess the situation and he was super friendly and quickly determined there was definitely a leak and put in the order to have the underground lines marked. Once the lines were marked (finally—heads up LG&E, MSD and Lou Water split from the single company that used to mark all the lines at the same time and they are not very timely or responsive.United had to contact them several times to get them to mark their part) United called back to make an appt to have the repair done. Two days later they had their team out. Michael was on time, friendly, and very professional. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process, he showed me the leak when they located it, showed it after they repaired it and then showed me that the meter was no longer spinning indicating that there were no other leaks. This was by far the best service experience I’ve had and will use them again if I have future plumbing issues and would gladly recommend United to anyone!!

Our water heater began leaking on sunday- they came out within hours and evaluated- and returned the next day for a new water heater install. We were thrilled with prompt service- they walked us thru the process and explained how the adjust the new heater. Cleaned up well - were in and out in an hour.

I do not recommend anybody United Plumbing, they are so informal, They asked me a lot of money and did not solve my problem, They came to my house in two occasions, asked to diagnostic and at the end I had to take the hose they left stucked inside the septic tank. The receptionist tried to intimidate me with the fact that I did not say anything about the existence of the septic tank. Why I paid for the diagnostic? Where I should know about that from? They wanted to charge extra $700.00 more for taking the hose they left in there. Be careful with them and go ahead to another company. from the deepest part of my heart. Avoy to have another additional problem.

Customer service was 100% from the day I initiated contact. Impeccable customer service and field technicians. Technicians were on time and or ahead of schedule. Seeing as it was a exterior water leak and potentially costing us money with every rotation on the water meter, Nathen and the other tech jumped right in and started the excavation.. Located crack in pipe, replaced and refilled excavation. United plumbing has now gained a lifelong customer due to their customer service, professionalism and the quality of work and work ethic of the two technicians that completed the scope of work that we needed. Recently when dealing with plumbing companies I have had nightmares to say the least. There’s is so much dishonesty out there, that I am absolutely terrified when it comes to calling anybody. In March I had a water pipe leak. My insurance, HomeServe, enlisted United Plumbing to replace the bad 70' pipe. They declared it repaired. Two weeks later there was another leak. I called United immediately and they said that I was not their customer, HomeServe was. Several days later, United was back, saying more pipe must be replaced. Several days later they were back to replace this pipe. They promised to come back to level the ditch and plant grass seed from the March dig. I called in May and Kim said they would be out when they could. Never showed. I have called HomeServe twice asking them to get United out to finish their job. Each time they would lie and say they would be out in a few days. They still haven't come. My front yard is an unsightly mess, embarrassing. I will never recommend United Plumbing. They have no sense of urgency and will lie to their customers.

If your house is on a slab and you get a leak, ask for the technician Phillip.
He is an expert in his field and will find and repair the leak with minimal damage. Highly recommend him.

Richard was great! Took the time to explain every detail with me. Did a wonderful job fixing what needed to be fixed.

We needed same day service after a dishwasher replacement broke the hot water valve. Not only did we get it, Richard also did a great job.

Our water bill was ridiculously high and the company just told us we must have a leak somewhere. Luckily, we'd added the HomeServe service - and once they entered our claim, United Plumbing picked it up and was here within the hour. They marked the area of the leak - and have already been by to fix it today. I could not ask for nicer guys who knew exactly what to do to remedy our issue. Definitely recommend!

I could not have been happier with Logan’s work throughout the entire process. He was punctual, had no issue with wearing a mask indoors, and provided a clear resolution from the first walkthrough. Upon his return, he and his teammate were professional and prompt, and the work appeared to have been done well. After completion they seemed happy to answer any questions that I had and confirmed my satisfaction before leaving. I will recommend United highly in the future!

I called and filed my claim. Response time was estimated at least 1 day. I received a call within the hour and had an appointment set for next day. The contractor called me when he was 10 minutes out. He came in fixed the issue and was very professional,. He even took the time to show us and explain what the problem was..
