Not any good never showed up or called me to let me know they weren't coming.

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. I reached out to a few plumbers in the area. Mostly the bigger named companies. Things didn't work out with them. A friend on fb recommended Brandon (the owner). I contacted him. He was responsive to every message I sent. As soon as we spoke on the phone, I knew I liked his personality.

While talking to him, I explained that I am a single mom and like to learn how to fix things myself. It's not that I don't want to pay people to do things but I take pride in being able to fix things around the house. Brandon said he would be happy to use me as his assistant and teach me as he fixed it.

The day of service, he did exactly what he said. He put me in charge of running up and down the stairs to turn the water on and off (apparently this is what a plumber assistant does 😂). He honestly did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed me a few work around hacks to make things easier if I have to do it in the future.

He had all of plumbing issues resolved in about an hour. I had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage/disposal/pipe/drain, a spigot that had frozen over the winter and I had questions about general maintenance.

He had a great personality, very reasonable prices and he obviously has been in this trade for a long time. I think it's also important to note that never once did I feel like he was talking down to me or treating me like he could upcharge me or whatever (girls, you know what I'm talking about).

I will absolutely call them with any future plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone.

Don Williams has died and this company is closed. The number goes to a Williams Plumbing and is a different owner. Poor service

they have horrible costumer service , had an appointment to come out and upgrade bathroom never called me to confirm and never showed up.

Don is a super nice guy and not only fixed our hot water heater but took the time to explain what was wrong with it and showed me the faulty part. He was in and out within an hour and everything was fixed and back to normal! Thank you!

Unprofessional. Said he'd have my bathrooms done in a couple days. Started the work and after two days left work unfinished for over a week
I gave him key to my house which he said he would only use then told me later that my key had been lost by his employee. Had to change all my door locks. Brought in an inclosed tub when l specifically asked for a enclosed shower. My mistake was not allowing him to start work without everything in writing. He kept saying he was working on it. The only thing l got in writing was his bill handwritten on a receipt. His employees that worked on the project left cigarette butts, bottles and cans and garbage scattered in the house and all over the yard. I cleaned it up after they disappeared for over a week. I had to try to reach him for days to see what was going on. I have no idea how he has been in business as long as he has. He didn't get a permit from the city until the work was almost finished and l had called the city to see if he had gotten one! Unprofessional shouldn't be in business.
