I called Jerry and he was very informative about the problem I was having, he gave me a lot of free info over the phone. I would trust him to do work at my home.

Sump pump went out late Friday evening. Call Saturday morning. Came that afternoon.
Replace the sump pump. Bill very reasonable for Saturday work. Good job. Would call again when I have a plumbing issue.

Honestly the best experience with a plumber I’ve ever had. They care about your family and your situation. They were at my house at 9 pm at night to fix our issue because of my ailing father. They knew it was important to fix the problem now. I can’t thank you enough. They are honest. I will always call them first!

So I was going to replace my own sewer pump. I bought the pump, did the research and then decided this job was not for me. Of course the next step was to hit google and try to find a small business to talk with about getting this job done asap.

Well the long and short of this story is that Jerry came over SAME DAY and replaced that pump for me in RECORD time. What would have taken me all day he took care of quickly. That's hard to find, a tradesman that doesn't stretch out a job to get a better paycheck. I could tell this gentleman only cared about providing good service at GREAT rates.

As a small business owner and overall community centered type of individual I very much believe in supporting local business. Especially a business like this where the focus is TRULY on the customer and all parties walk away feeling good.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I will contact them, and tell all my friends to use them for any and all plumbing needs. I simply could not be more happy with the job and the service I received. 👍👍

I had a leak from my water softener that I called about 9:30 PM. Jerry walked me thru what I needed to do to stop the leak and that saved me a lot of money. They are the best

When I spoke with Jerry on the phone, he was friendly, and he agreed to come to my house within the next hour although I didn't have a plumbing emergency. He showed up about 2 hours later, and neglected to mention that 30 minutes later he would be entering his After Hours rates.

He has a brute force/better-living-through-Chemistry mindset that caused him to destroy 3 of my towels and permanently borrow a t-shirt when his assistant filled my house with sulphur gas and spilled some acid on himself. He did not fix the problem that I hired him to fix, and he charged me $300. I would ask him to come back and fix it, but I would rather hire someone else than have him do any more work at my house.

I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I certainly will not be hiring him again.

Mr. Bryant came over to fix our toilet. He came to check what was wrong with our toilet and fixed it quickly. Overall he gave us a good service with a good price. He was very nice and he even gave us some tips for our plumbing. If we ever need plumbing service we will definitely call him!!

Noticed that my water heater was leaking from the top. I did my research online, and feared that I may need to get a replacement. I called Bryant because they were local and had great reviews. I called in the morning, and Mr. Bryant was able to work me in to see what the problem was in the afternoon. Water heater was cracked, and Mr. Bryant quoted me a more than fair price including labor. He did not charge me extra due to the after hour service. I even called Mr. Bryant while he was getting the heater to see how much it was to go up a size. It was not a problem at all!

Mr. Brant wants to make sure his prices are in line with other's rates and that his service is better. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family.

I will definitely use Bryant’s for my plumbing needs. I called and told him I thought my pump went bad on my flood dose septic system and he said he might be able to get out here late this afternoon and I told him that sounded great but if not tomorrow would be fine too. Well bless his heart he came out and brought 2 or 3 different pumps with him and decided the middle size would be best for me and they installed it and cleaned up everything. I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Just super nice and friendly and even looked at my water heater because I told him that would probably be the next thing that went. Great guys and great job! Service is less than poor but that is not option, called 4 times in a row, every time they pick up the phone then hang up. 5th time they picked up the phone and set it aside no one answered. 6th time they let it ring to voicemail. Jerry came out on a Sunday to snake out my main sewage pipe that was badly clogged. He was out in a matter of hours. He showed up at 7pm at night! He was fast, friendly, professional, and fairly priced. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him.

As a member of the military I have to move every few years. This means potentially having to roll the dice on finding a quality plumber/electrician every time we move. I read some glowing reviews on Jerry Bryant & Sons and decided to give them a shot. I called their answering service and gave my contact information to a very nice woman who told me I’d get a call back shortly. Within 15 minutes Jerry called me back and asked me to explain my problem. I explained my problem to him and he was able to diagnose my issue and quickly talk me through the repair over the phone. It worked!!! Needless to say, Jerry Bryant & Sons will be my plumber for ANY future plumbing needs. He has earned my highest recommendation and I’d give him six stars if I could.

I have a basement bathroom that had professional plumbing ran for the toilet and sink. My father and I set the toilet and my grandmother had a heart attack so we couldn't actually finish it, but I needed it done right away because someone had moved into the basement. I called Jerry, I assume that's who picked up, and he blew me off fairly quickly saying he wouldn't get involved in anything someone else had already started. All I wanted was for him to hook up the sink to the existing lines already set in the wall and ready to go. He was very adamant about not getting involved and quickly brushed me off, wouldn't even come look at it or do an assessment/quote, just said good luck and hung up!

I have no premise to base a critique involving his actual work, but it would appear he just takes what he feels like, or maybe what's simple. Though I could likely watch a YouTube video then over the course of a day set the sink and hook it up myself, if I didn't have a relative in the hospital.

Jerry once again came through with great service. Ist time I was out of town and he came out when the basement had started to flood from water off a leaky hot water heater. He was so gracious to my wife and spoke to me after it before and after being repaired. This time it was a Sunday, and the second unit failed. One again Jerry and his son made the trip on a Sunday afternoon to get us the other Hot Water heater replaced. I recommend Jerry to anyone who asks for his professional service.

Jerry came out to look at our sewage injector pump. I found out that my home owners warranty was not going to cover it and Jerry quoted me a great price and even went so far as to put a higher quality pump in when he didn't have the model that I was paying for at no extra charge. Installation was fast and very professional.

I've had to call Jerry, twice on a Sunday. Both times, he came and cleared the blockage so that I could use my water and begin the cleaning process. He even called the clean up services for me the first time. If you have an emergency situation and a little patience, Jerry is the man to call!

I highly recommend Jerry Bryant & sons plumbing. I had a sewer pump fail over 4th July weekend, he advised me of all steps I needed to take and then when we called he was here same day and worked till late in the evening in the rain. We had further issues and he made sure he did everything to get us taken care off and our issues resolved.

The gentlemen who came were everything I'd hope for in a business. I called TODAY and got a toilet installed TODAY, but would have been willing to wait for it, merely because I could tell he was respectable on the phone. I love that he communicates with realistic and reasonable time frames. It's refreshing to not be tossed around or never responded to. Very pleased with the cost. Jerry came out on a day when it was exceptionally cold and other plumbers were backed up and said they couldn't come out that same day. He came out in the evening at a time he could have charged after hour rates. We normally had been using Roto Rooter for our plumbing services but with this particular plumbing emergency, they said they couldn't come out until the next day. Jerry came out that evening and also beat the Roto Rooter price we had been charged.I felt he was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and actually cared about his work and doing a excellent job. We also appreciated how he explained to us why how drain sometimes doesn't work properly and how much it would be to fix it. This is something Roto Rooter said would cost over 1,000 and the estimate given my Jerry was substantially lower and more reasonable. He also noticed that one of our toilets had a weak flush and he told us why and gave us a great estimate in repairing the issue.We will be using the Jerry Bryant & Sons service again.

Mr. Bryant arrived before 9:00 pm and promptly attended to the service call. I was wondering how his family was probably awaiting for him to come home, while he saw to my needs. He was courteous polite, explained every thing to my satisfaction, and described potential future problems. Do utilize this service business.

These guys were great! Called and they were here within hours to asses the project. They treated my issues as an emergency when other companies said it would be a week or two weeks before they could get my water running again. They had it done in less than a day.

I called Mr. Bryant long after business hours due to a plumbing emergency. He came to my home within minutes, even though it was an obscure location and late at night. He discovered my problem was not as dramatic as I thought, and he was honest about his ideas on how to fix it and the services he offers. I hope it's a long time before I call a plumber again, but when the time comes I am going to call this company first.

My mother in law had a leak in her basement that was close to the water meter, had the water company come out and they said it was not their problem and to call a plumber. Called Jerry who came out and assessed it was a water company responsibility. My mother in law felt stuck in the middle with no solution. Jerry physically drove to the water company to discuss and gain their agreement then came back to the house to meet the water company service guy there to explain and show them in detail. The leak was fixed free by the water company. Jerry billed at a very reasonable rate for all his time and the water company rep is now working to get my mother in law reimbursed.

My one & only toilet started backing up 5 minutes after my mom got here (drove an hour to come stay with me for the holiday weekend). So I called Jerry & he came out ASAP since it’s my only toilet. They worked on it maybe 30 minutes & he couldn’t get it fixed tonight but said he’s available to come back Monday & wouldn’t charge me for this visit which I’m very very thankful as a single woman with only one income, mortgage, car note etc., not to have to pay x amount of money only to still have a toilet that’s not working properly. It's hard to find someone that you can trust these days, Mr. Bryant is one that you can.. He replaced my hot water heater on a Saturday and did an outstanding job at fair and reasonable price. I showed him a few other issues throughout my house and took time to give me some options on how I could fix them myself to save me some money. I called Jerry around 10:30PM about my leaking water heater and he came over right away to help me turn off the water at my 30+ year old shut off valve and drain the tank. I am so grateful that he actually came right over so late and didn’t charge me a hefty service fee. After pricing different companies, I ended up going back to Jerry for a replacement water heater and shut off valve. The price I was quoted was more than fair; it was very generous. He and his staff were punctual, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after install. My old water heater spung a leak a week ago and they came out to replace the unit the next day. They were extremely professional and quick even when I gave them incorrect information about my unit by mistake.

They walked me step by step how to go about changing settings on my new water heater to make sure I knew how to go about it myself in the future.

Jerry came out to fix a leak that I had under my sink, turned out my garbage disposal was bad. He replaced it told me the cost up front and the price didn't change once he was finished. Service was fast also. In and out in under an hour. Will definitely call for any other plumbing needs.

Like many I seach Google when seeking professional  services.  The reviews for Jerry A. Byrant and Sons were spot on.  I thought my water heater was leaking .  It turns out it was the condensation pump for the furnace .  I moved in 3 months ago and had no clue what that thing was...lol.  He took time to explain the function of the pump and figured how to fix the problem.   In case there were other issues with the pump he recommended someone that handle furnaces (AC units).  Mr. Byrant was so sweet and helpful.   I will most definitely call on him again for all my plumbing needs.

Mr. Byrant came out to my house for a plumbing emergency at 8:00 pm and charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone, which was half the price of others because of the late time. Another plumber quoted me the same price as the Mr. Bryant did, but could not come out till the next day. They were here for about 30-45 minutes and everything was fixed. Experienced and seemed very knowledgeable. Very nice people and I will use them whenever I will need a plumber.

Can’t say enough about Mr Bryant! We just bought our home in August, so our first homeowners task was a leaky sink 3 months in to ownership. With thanksgiving around the corner we were a little panicked. Mr Bryant eased all that away. He was to our house the next day and fixed our issue quickly! Not to mention the amazing conversation and laughs we shared after our issue was resolved! For the amount of work he did we expected to pay a lot more than what he charged, so the fact that he doesn’t take advantage of paying customers is a plus in my book! Jerry was so great! I called about a leak with my water heater extension. He was at my home within the hour. Jerry put my mind at ease with his vast knowledge in his field of expertise! He was also very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I now have a Plumber!

We had a sewer drain that was backing up in our basement. We called Jerry about 4:30 on a Saturday and him and his crew was here and finished the job and was gone by 5:30. Excellent service, workmanship and professionalism. I definitely will call Jerry again when a problem arises.

We described our problem and our failed solution and he gave an estimate. He arrived quickly and fixed the problem and didn't go over budget.

It's always an unfortunate thing when you discover your water heater is leaking just out of its warranty. This company was Amazingly fast and professional. They came same day, and were very thorough, and cleaned any mess up from water dripping. Took steps to be safe not to damage the floors in our house while removing the old water heater and installing the new. I 100% recommend them! Couldn't be happier.

Although they weren't able to service what I needed done (natural gas line), he spent time with me on the phone to discuss what I needed, and recommend a couple other companies that he felt would do the work for a reasonable price. Top notch customer service!

Jerry is an expert and definitely knows what he is doing! He unclogged a pipe and stop a leak under our sink. He is professional and a great communicator. He came in looked at the problems, told us what needed to be done and immediately started working to fix it! He is a very trustworthy guy and is not like a lot of the other plumbers that try to get you to pay outrageous prices! His services are great and at a very reasonable price! These days it is hard to find someone willing to what he does! We will definitely be calling him again for any of our future plumbing needs! 10/10 Recommend him for any plumbing needs!

I just moved into my house not too long ago and haven’t had any problems up until now, and not being from the area I didn’t have a plumber to come look at my toilet when it was leaking. I called Bryant and sons and made an appointment for the next day. The entire process was great from the customer service to the reasonable prices. Jerry was so nice and talked me through what the problem was with my toilet. They have definitely gained a long term customer!

Jerry Bryant is a true professional. I called his office today to get an estimate on repairig leaks on three faucets and a toilet. Jerry came out the same day, provided me with an honest and fair estimate, and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was impressed by his impeccable professionalism. He took time to explain all work performed and showed me the parts that had been replaced. When he left the work area was neat and orderly.

we live in Charlestown In Bryant’s was the only plumber that would come out to help use with a major clog we have. Jerry was very kind and tried to fix our issue but was unable to assist due to issues locating the clean out pipe. Jerry knew our budget was low and also knew my husband was a Vietnam vet. Jerry did not charge a dime because he couldn’t fix the issue. Jerry and his company know how to treat people and praise god for people like him and his workers. Thank you Jerry!

I called Jerry late on a Friday night when my sewer backed up into my house. Jerry was here within an hour. Jerry and his crew had my lines cleaned of roots within an hour. His price was more than fair and service and professionalism was the best that I have experienced. I will only call Bryant and Sons for my plumbing needs from now on.

I actually wasn't able to utilize the services of this company due to me not realizing that they don't service my area HOWEVER, the individual I spoke to on the phone still did everything in his power to try to assist me so I could get through the night until I could get somebody out.
