Mike did a great job installing own new bathroom vanity, facet and toilet. He was very professional, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Scroggins Plumbing to our family and friends. He also cleaned the pipe in the kitchen sink, our washing machine is directly behind the sink and when the washer empties, the water backs up into the kitchen sinks and then flows out. This happens ever couple of years and he recommended other options if it keeps happening. Thanks again, Mike great job!!

100% honest and extremely affordable plumbing service. I have been taken advantage of by some other home Repair specialist because I don’t know a lot about the pricing. That was not the case with Brian and his team. They came out very quickly and followed up the next day to make sure all was well. They went out of their way to get my water back on like it was their own home. With the service being so great I thought I was going to be blown away by the bill. I was expecting them to tell me there was more damage then they quoted... I was totally wrong and shocked how inexpensive the bill was. Bottom line Brian is my Plumber and I won’t use anyone else!!! Called here during the cold snap for frozen pipes. The charge for the service call and first hour was quoted at $750. I get charging a premium around Christmas, but that is outright extortion and completely absurd. Nope. I'm not paying the house payment in Boca or your kid's college tuition in one visit.

Water backed up from my sink into my dishwasher.Brian fixed the problem in no time courtesy and friendly very professional and affordable.I would highly recommend Scroggins Plumbing.

They did a great job. Came out in the middle of the night to fix our sump pump while our basement was flooding. Was affordable for the time of day. Tim was a really great guy, super nice and very quick. Would recommend them!

Mike came and replaced a garbage disposal. He called ahead and arrived in the timeframe he said he would. He was courteous and quick to get to work. He explained the services and what to do if I had any trouble in the future. Definitely recommend them!

Best bunch of guys to service your home. Brain was fast and courteous to get someone to us. Mike was a super nice and knowledgeable guy. Told us that he may not get us running good before thanksgiving but he would try. Not only did they get running they had the job complete within 6 hours. If you need a plumber they are the best! Mike and Brian are just awesome! Courteous, polite, explain everything in detail, and what's involved. Had a whole water line replaced, they fixed a back sump pump valve, and while they were here, had to fix one of my toilets. Prompt and excellent service. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

my experience with Brian Scroggins Plumbing has been amazing. not a word normally used with plumbing.......Exceptional service!!!! exceptional professional people. have used this company since 2015...today they came and reworked a faucet . it now does not drip. when i asked what i owed him--he said Happy Birthday!...we are good........it is my birthday today. GOT to use these people. you are out of your mind if you don't........

After leaving details with them, they got back to me quickly and were at my house in 15 minutes. Mike was very nice and professional. He explained the issue and the options for repair without pushing to get me to go above and beyond for more money. The repair was done quickly, and he cleaned up everything before leaving. The price was fair and straightforward. I highly recommend them.

Brian came out quickly and fixed our clogged toilet. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly communicated his estimated time of arrival, the scope of the work and anticipated cost, and tips for how to prevent future problems. I plan to use Scroggins Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

They tell you upfront they charge a service call fee which I am fine with as it applies towards your total what they don't tell you is their fees are 3-4 times that of any other plumber so basically you either pay the fee and say adios or pay the fee and let them do the job at an outrageous price. Not sure they really know wth they are doing tbh. Just call another plumber and save yourself

After doing a great job on our new tankless water heater install we called Scroggins Plumbing again to fix an issue we were having with our toilet. Brian was VERY responsive in getting someone out the next day. Mike showed up on time and was very friendly and professional during his visit. He was very clear on expectations and reassured us that if we continued to have any problems to reach back out. Because if their wonderful service they will continue to be top on our list of contractors to call if and when we need them! Thanks guys!

Wonderful experience, Mike came out and worked so hard to get the job done. I called on Monday and Tuesday morning they had someone here fixing our issues. Mike explained everything thoroughly, he was very patient and answered all the questions I had. And after the work was complete he explained everything In detail which was so helpful. I highly recommend them, we will only use them for all of our future needs. And I will recommend them to all of my clients!

You aren’t going to believe this: during the night of the great louisville flood of 2018, at 2200 Saturday night, sewage started back flowing through my washer discharge pipe, which ties in to my sewer line, flooding my basemen with ultimately 10 inches of water .My wife called and left messages with at least 8 “24 hour” plumbers with no luck (only one has since returned her message). Anyway, at 0330 sunday morning, I see this plumber down the street a ways working on a neighbors house. Desperate for any help, I approached Mr Scroggins and asked if he could help me at all. Even at 0330 he was so pleasant and friendly and helpful. He eventually was able to stop the flooding. And he only wanted a very low price for this service- we were prepared to pay anything, and he had me over a barrel and he knew it, and he kept it at his normal rate. I would recommend this guy to anyone. He is clean cut, presents a professional demeanor and appearance, is articulate and kind. I will never give anyone else this highest of reviews again after what this guy did. Afterwards, he even provided me with a direct line to a reasonable “home-damage repair” guy. AMAZED!

Brian Scroggins Plumbing did all of the plumbing in a total home renovation. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the fairness of their pricing. Brian has always responded very promptly to the unavoidable crises that occur with a large renovation, and he and his crew are great people to work with. Both Alex and Mike were knowledgeable, dependable; and I felt secure with their work. All three were always pleasant regardless of the hour or the job!

Mike did a great job in cleaning out kitchen drain, replacing heating elements in water heater, and installing a new sump pump. I highly recommend Brian Scroggins Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. And, prices are excellent.

Scheduled an appointment for service a few days ago. They were supposed to come out this morning between 9am/10am. My husband calls Scroggins when it's past 10am. Scroggins lies to my husband and tells him he didn't think we actually had an appointment! When we spoke on the phone I explained to him the work that needed to be done, he said he could do it Mon or Tues the following week, we agree on Tuesday between 9am & 10am for him to come out and do the work. So apparently this guy totally forgot about the appointment and decided he would lie to my husband rather than just explaining that he forgot - which would have been fine! Stuff happens. But lying was very disrespectful.. If you make an appointment, make sure to call them the day before to remind them or you'll be in a pickle like we are now!

Scroggins plumbing is quick and reliable. We have used them many times for multiple issues. They're friendly and knowledgeable and always have flexible schedules to meet our needs. Highly recommend their services!

Our pipes froze & busted on New Years Day, Brian came out that night & took care of our plumbing. We later decided to have him replace our pipes with pex after another frozen pipe & feel confident our pipes won’t bust again. They are reliable & I highly recommend them! We will use them from now on with all our plumbing needs.

Couldn't ask for more from these guys! Called for an estimate to replace an outside faucet. They sent a tech (Mike) out the same day. Not only did I get the estimate but since it was a VERY fair price I was also able to get the faucet replaced all within the same day! High quality work and Mike was very professional. Would (and will) recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.

I would not recommend using this company for any upgrades / bathroom remodel. Brian and his employees damaged our bathroom door frames and bathroom window frame during demolition / installation which they refused to repair. They also left trash in our home, on our front porch and in our yard. To add insult to injury, Brian or one of his employees turned on a water line (that was to an exterior pool house) during their work in our home which leaked for days unbeknownst to us resulting in a $700.00 water bill. Brian refused to even consider filing a claim with his plumbers insurance to cover some of the cost. Our bathroom remodel was a disaster and now just went up $700.

I would never recommend his services to anyone.
