We had a leaky shower and being new in town I wasn't sure who to call. I certainly feel like I made the right choice with ASI Plumbing. Scheduling online was a breeze. They called and confirmed the appointment. Jerry, the plumber, called the next day to give me an assessment and price quote based of what I told them what was wrong. He then called prior to coming to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time. Jerry was very professional, he wore a mask and foot booties, he also put down a mat to clean his feet before coming in. He was very friendly with my children, didn't make them feel as though they were bothering him. He assessed the situation and then gave me a couple options to resolve. We choose the option that best fit our needs and Jerry got the job done! He was quick and cleaned up all his messes. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them again in the future !

Completely happy with my experience. Price for new water heater installation was reasonable and they did all necessary work and adjustments without further charge even though they could have charged more.Called one day and they were there the next morning first thing. Dalton was the technician was ultra careful taking out the old water heater and bringing in the new one as we have just finished remodeling our home and I was very sensitive to any scratch of paint damage whatsoever. None was caused.Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a plumbing company.

Roman was very professional. He was early to the appointment. Very courteous and knowledgable about all my issues. He listened to my concerns and previous experience with the plumbing(ASI was second plumber we called) and uncovered at least part of if not all of the problem. I like to be educated about my home and he was very polite and patient as I always have a lot of questions. I will request him next time I need a plumber. He even saw an old flyer with coupons and even though expired honored it. Asi marketing is very effective as you guess send coupons and emails monthly. I was also very pleased with work done a couple of years ago when ASI installed a new water heater. Great company!

Very professional quick on the estimate and cleaned area when they were done.

Discovered we had no hot water after business hours. So I called first thing next morning to try to get service.I was told that my water heater would be fixed that day. Within 15 minutes, Steve called, saying he was on the way.When he arrived, I was surprised to see he had put down a door mat and had on boot covers and a face mask. He immediately went to work.I had a bad gas control valve, and luckily for me, it was under warranty. Steve had to fetch the part, but the repair was complete within the hour.I am very happy with my experience, and will not hesitate to call ASI for my plumbing needs.

Guy came out to unplug the drain from the disposal. He spent and hour and could not do it. He said he would have to go in the crawl space, cut the pipe, drill out the blockage, repair the pipe and put hangers on it. He said it would be $600. I told him a Rotor rooter buy would do it for much less. We settled on $275. He was her 3 hours. I felt it was a bait and switch and will never call them again. He did fix the problem.

Their service is the best! The plumbers explain the issue in a way you can understand. Highly recommend them!

Phillip was wonderful! He fixed the garbage disposal, was very professional and a nice person in general. We will use ASI again in the future.

Philip was punctual and answered any questions I had. He presented options and pricing to resolve a slow draining toilet that sometimes did not complete flushing. I chose to have the toilet augured which comes with a 30 day warranty. Price was $187. He augured 3 times and it seemed to flush better but I wonder if a couple more augers would have given the best result. He also offered some advice on a product I could purchase from the store that may further remedy the issue. If I have any suggestion it would be to do at least 5 augers. I would recommend ASI Plumbing and will call on them again.

Plumbers were approx an hour late due to their previous stop, but once they got there they were great! Very polite, clean, and professional. My water heater is in the attic of my patio home- which meant it was a tough and heavy install. No complaints at all from them about the attic. They took care of it and it was done very well. I called ASI to come and fix a clogged sink in our basement. Mike arrived at the scheduled time and before I could invite him in he stated his name and handed me an ASI card. I immediately felt the he was from the business I called and felt assured that he would take care of our issue.After he looked at the sink he asked me pertinent questions and came up with a permanent fix that, while more than I wanted to spend at the time, was going to take care of this problem once and for all. I called my husband so that he could hear from Mike the solution and he agreed with Mike that it was the way to go. Mike called in reinforcements, i.e. Josh, and they both proceeded to take care of the issue for us. We are very pleased with the work performed and are so glad the we are not going to have clogged sink issues in the basement ever again!

Great Fast Prompt service. Had to have a complete sewer line replaced from the inside of the house to the yard. I first called them at 8 pm at night and he had someone out the next morning at 8 am. Was the lowest price that I could find but had great service and value. Carlton and Jimmy were great to work with. I'm very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them. I've used many plumbers in Louisville and I'm glad I finally found a good one!

I hired ASI to handle my large project involving storm sewer abatement thru MSD. Everyone at ASI was wonderful and the entire job went very smoothly. Carlton and Roman installed a new water heater and replaced the gas line, which was rusting. They also installed new levered valves above eye level to shut off the water and gas and attached labels to each; the old valves were the originals and were located a couple of inches off the floor.These gentlemen are both highly skilled professionals, and I am very pleased with their work. The new copper pipes make the water heater look like a sculpture!

Dalton listened to my explanation of the issue, which turned out to be clogged sewer pipe. He went over what he would do to resolve the issue, running a snake into the clean out hole.The drain pipe was clogged with roots, which he cleared until water from my bathroom was draining rapidly through the sewer pipe.Dalton was polite and professional, wearing shoe covers while inside my home, as well as wearing a mask while in my presence.I’ve had nothing but good experiences when I’ve called on ASI for plumbing issues.

I certainly did not want to need a plumber, but I am glad that I contacted Carlton, Wade and ASI Plumbing. We had a water main break that was causing us to lose water pressure (not to mention running up the water bill). On Monday morning I went online to set up an appointment for Tuesday. Almost immediately, Carlton called and said he was available that day. Two hours later, he arrived and gave an estimate. Three hours later Wade arrived to begin the repair. Carlton arrived shortly after that. Four hours later the repair was done. Pretty awesome that it was only 8 hours from the initial contact to a completed job. And the price was less than I expected. You can't ask for more.

I simply called to schedule an appt for a toilet handle problem ( it wasn’t flushing). I explained to Lawrence in a broken voice, that my husband had just passed away and because so many people were coming by, I needed for that toilet to work. He immediately said, “Of course you do and you don’t need any household problems”. He found the time/date that I had requested and expressed his sympathy in a patient & compassionate tone.When I called and had to change it the day before, he said he would work hard on all the schedules and find something that would work for me and call me back. We can not say enough GREAT things about ASI Plumbing. We have been battling plumbing issues for two weeks now, and they are all taken care of thanks to Roman & Carlton. Carlton worked from 10 am until 8 pm on a SATURDAY to get the job finished and taken care of. We highly recommend ASI!

I had ASI come out for a plugged main line, which was causing disgusting backup into my basement shower. The process was a lot more convenient than I expected. They booked me easily over the phone. The day of, they called to tell me they were running behind, even thought they still managed to make it in their allotted time slot. Mike walked through the basement with me, and told me what he thought was going on. I qualified for their $83 or free deal, which I was happy to pay considering the recurrent mess I had to deal with. The clog was fixed in less than an hour. Mike was super nice and informative. Would definitely hire again. I couldn't imagine an easier process.

When my sewer line was blocked and I had it inspected, the contractor that performed the inspection gate me a rather high quote to perform 1 excavation and repair.I contacted ASI based on the 500+ excellent google and facebook reviews, and to be honest, I thought these were paid reviews or some other scam. How many companies get this many positive reviews?Based on my experience, I can confidently say these reviews are legitimate.Jimmy (co-owner) came on site immediately to scope out the job and provided a very competitive price. His crew was very professional, polite, courteous, and did a fantastic job! Jimmy and the office called multiple times to inform me of scope changes and to see how things were going.I hope I don't have to call a plumber for a long time, but if I do, I guarantee it will be ASI.P.S. I am not one to normally write reviews, as my stance on service or restaurants is I give you some money, you give me a service/meal and that is what I expect. Carlton Pierce did a great job replacing our leaking copper water pipe and shutoff valves. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He also surveyed the whole water fixture in our house, gave advices on the area that need to be taken care of in the future. Overall we are quite satisfied with the plumber's performance. One thing we would like to address is about the delay on the schedule of service. We were told by the office the original appointed plumber had to take a leave of two weeks due to unforeseen event, which resulted a two day delay of the job.

ASI was very accommodating for me and provided an accurate estimate. The repairman even cleaned out a drain for me for free! I totally recommend ASI if you need a repair.

ASI send someone by the name of Phillip over and I talked to him about what i wanted to have done. He listen to me as I showed him my pipes I wanted replaced.Then he went to his truck and came back and told me how much it would be as always they give you a good price.He's work was excellent I will always use ASI Plumbing for any future needs.

Got a few quotes around louisville, they were the most competitive. Scheduled to come out on a Thursday but never showed. Email from them said I was correct and it was a mess up on their end. A bit upset because I took a day off work for no reason. They apologized and deducted $25 off the bill. They came on Saturday and Roman was a wonderful plumber, very professional.

ASI was able to get Becca out about 30 minutes after I called. They were able to quickly replace the kitchen trap and clear the blockage further back. Fantastic service. I'll use them next time I have plumping issues. Thanks!

Philip was our technician. We will ask for him anytime and will be referring ASI. They are an honest, fair and Eifficient company. Easy to talk with and work with. Returns calls promptly. They call in advance of coming and let's you know technicians name in advance.

I was so very pleased with ASI's service. I called another plumbing service previous to ASI and they did not fix the problem at all and wanted to charge thousands of dollars. I had a major problem in the sewer pipes in my front yard. The manager was professional in handling my situation and called me to tell me every step of the way how everything would be handled. Carlton Pierce was our plumber. He provided an upfront estimate on sump pump replacement before arrival.After reviewing the job, Carlton did not think he could replace the outside sump pump. However, once we explained it prevented our basement from flooding and we expected 5 inches of rain over the next 3 days he stayed.Carlton was on and off the phone with his supervisor and worked 2 hours longer than he estimated. Yet Carlton still charged us the same price for replacement.I will recommend ASI to anyone I can!

I needed a water heater , on short notice, when water began leaking. I requested a quote on Home Advisors at 5am and by 9am I had a quote which was 300 cheaper, for the same unit when compared to 3 other companies. They were able to fit me in on the same day at 2 and by 5pm everything was installed. Tyler was my tech and he called 30 minutes before my wait window even began and arrive in 15 minutes. He was professional, upfront and had high standards for the quality of his work, and remained on time despite a pipe breaking. When he noted that a valve c would need to be changed, cost an additional 100 , he asked me first and explained clearly why it was required. He cleaned all debris before leaving. Overall I definitely feel this is a great company with great workers.

I had a leak in my basement. They came out and gave me a quote, but the tech noticed a lot of corrosion in the other pipes and gave me a quote in replacing all of my interior pipes. The guys came out today and replaced it all in one day. They were very courteous and respectful of the property and my dogs. Everything looks great and works like it should. They didn't leave any mess behind. The tech also took the time to answer all of my questions before he left.

Allen was excellent with ASI. He has been out twice for us. Once to find an active leak we didn't know we had until after a home inspection. He was very intuitive to cut into an inconspicuous spot inside the vanity below the sink to find the leak instead into an easier access point with a highly visable painted drywall that would have sucked. He was a trooper to get in and out of our crawl space several times while investigating too.Once the leak was found he let me take a video of it and get pictures. He also takes pictures to show you the issue as well. He repaired it thoroughly and quickly.He also was out to fix a couple of rusty pipes, one with a slow leak in our crawl space coming from our main line. All looked great once the job completed. The work, again, was efficient and fast. He cleaned up after the job well.Communion was great via text as too. Always here in the window of time given. Texted me pictures of the work that was done under crawl space so I could see it was done. All estimated pricing was stuck too without any goofy additional charging.Highly recommend. Will be using them and hopefully Allen in the future for sure.

Had a main line issue that made it impossible to do anything that involved a drain. Initially had a bit of a mix up in regards to scheduling; it was irritating, but they figured some things out and were able to send a tech over later than usual. The real reason I'm leaving a 5 star review, is because of Carlton Pierce. ASI is lucky to have such a competent and efficient plumber on their team. He quickly assessed the problem, cleared the clog, walked through some of the details of our plumbing (iron pipes from 1946), and what we can do in the future to keep the house at it's best. This review includes my whole experience with ASI Plumbing from the moment I called to ask more questions before actually setting up an appointment. The person answering the phones was very professional and polite, when I asking about pricing I was referred to another and again very professional. I set an appointment, was given a window of time to expect service, I received a courtesy call to let me know the plumber was running behind and another courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival, (because it was raining) he had a rubber mat and little footies to go over his wet work boot(big plus). My husband explained the situation, the plumber quickly assessed the issue and took care of it. He was quick, professional, and careful as he worked. The estimated wasn’t too far off what the actual bill came to be; however the job wasn’t as straight forward as my husband and I hoped it to be. I know whenever we need to call for a plumber we will call ASI Plumbing and request to have Roman Haag, Licensed Plumber. Five stars!

Our Moen faucet in our shower went out, called around to other plumbers and they couldn’t get me in for the day nor could they give an estimate over the phone. I called ASI Plumbing and they fit me in same day, gave me a two hour time frame, and an actual price. They were running late, Liz from the office called and explained the situation and gave me a new time, very professional. Only issue was, the technician did not have the tool we needed to get the cartridge out of the shower, so it took a little longer than we expected, price was a little high considering we took off the shower hardware,I do recommend their services, and will use them in the future.

ASI is the absolute best! Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Sent a request for a quote and had a call back in less than 5 minutes. Plumber arrived on time. He had 2 faulty connectors so the repair took a bit more time. With the first connector water shot out and dampened the drywall in the adjoining wall. Fans are in place to dry the area. The service rep was efficient, although frustrated by the defective parts.

replace main shut off valve.this is the second time we've used ASI. several months ago we got a quote from drexler & they wanted $6,000 or if worse than he thought $16,000 [without even looking].to do what I told him was done years ago. We had ASI do the job for about $300. this time, & in the future we called ASI and didn't even ask for a quote. they gave a quote anyway, & it was right on the dot. Job well done & he was masked which I & my doctors liked. they are wonderful people who want to help for a fair price. they clean up after themselves & do an outstanding job. Roman was my ASI plumber. I received excellent customer service, he arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was complete. After the job was complete aside from the fixed plumbing there was no sign he was present. He completely cleaned up his mess, wore shoe covers etc. They took a complicated job, a water line break in my slab foundation and came up with a creative solution that didn't require jack hammering up my floor. They ran the new pipe through my attic and down my wall to my kitchen sink. Most importantly Roman received the seal of approval from my lab/great dane mix Peanut, who I might add is a great judge of character ;) I would definitely recommend ASI plumbing!

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about ASI. Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday. ASI responded to my inquiry within an hour and I had an estimate within 24 houyrs ( on a Sunday) and the job completed at a fair price within 2 days. The job was completed in a day and Carlton left the job site in a better condition than he found it. He did a great job. I can’t say enough great things about our experience.

Noticed our almost 20year old water heater was having issues, called around to check out prices and they were one of the best! Scheduled to have it installed two days out, which was fine with us... ASI re-piped water lines throughout our house, dug up and connected to service outside, and replaced a corroded section of a drain, all in a shorter time frame than what they had originally told us! They ran in to numerous problems due to the age of our home and didn't slow down a bit. Carlton, Wade, Frank and Mike were all extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with, and took time to clean up before they left the job. ASI has become our go-to plumbing company!

Quick clean and efficient, the Tech was very cordial and listened to my concerns. So far so good, my clogged pipes are draining and I can take a shower without having to scoop the water out afterwards.

ASI provides trustworthy and great plumbing services. They installed a new water heater for us six years ago that just out of manufacturer warranty quit working. ASI offered a 10 year warranty when we purchased the water heater. The company stood by its warranty and installed a new water heater free of charge as parts were no longer available for the previous model. I was surprised and delighted. The service rep was amazing and the whole process was turned around the same day. Highly recommend.

We had a non-draining bathtub. The plumber called ahead to announce when he would arrive (within the two-hour window specified), put down a door mat outside our door and donned booties to come in (even though I told him that wasn't necessary). He gave us the cost to perform the work, to which we agreed; then he set to work and cleared the drain. Work was completed in about a half hour, and he cleaned up not only the muck produced by snaking the drain, but also the tub (including where the water had been sitting for a day since we opted not to treat the problem as an emergency). I would definitely use this company again.

I used their online scheduling which I recommend. In my case, the problem came up after hours but I was able to schedule service the next afternoon. And they followed up the next day to make sure everything was good. And no snow job or ask to join the Drain Club.As I told the plumber, I hate to see you but I'm glad you're here.Our Go To plumber. ASI plumbing did a great job! We just bought our house in December and found out we would need entirely new sewer lines which was devastating. We called several plumbers for free estimates and ASI plumbing was by far the most fairly priced and their customer service was excellent. I called several times with questions leading up to the appointment and they never failed to answer all my questions. Between two days of work, the guys on the digging team were the hardest workers I’ve ever seen! They informed us of the timeline and expectations and left our yard as neat and tidy as possible by the end of the process. We are so happy we went with them!

We received excellent customer service from Jim and great work from Mike Sloan. Mike took his time and made sure plumbing repair was done right. I have no problem recommending ASI plumbing the prices were fair not to mention the good job they did. We had a plumbing 911 and they were here as quick as possible to handle the situation.

ASI replaced a few P-traps and an outdoor water spigot at my house. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was great, and the service tech showed up right on time for next-day service. The tech communicated clearly what would need to be done and finished in a timely manner. Prices were right on the national average for each repair, so probably not the cheapest option out there, but still competitively priced. The quality of work was well worth the price.

We called ASI late one afternoon about a smell in our bathroom. They made an appointment to come the next day between 12 and 2. We got a call at 11:30 saying they would be here in about 30 minutes, and shortly after 12 o'clock Mike Sloan arrived. He used shoe covers to keep things clean, which we appreciated. He took his time to listen to us about the issue and he was professional yet friendly as he gave us his opinion. In the end he didn't think we had a serious issue, and he sold us a treatment that we could do ourselves. It didn't cost a lot of money, which we thought it would. We feel he treated us very honestly, and will gladly call him back if we have a more serious issue.

I really appreciate ASI Plumbing. I have called them for big jobs, like replacing the main sewer line from my home to the MSD pipe, to small jobs like replacing a toilet. Today's job was installing a separate shut off valve for the dishwasher and the kitchen sink. Carlton took care of me. He offered several alternatives. He told me the price options upfront. If I am able I will post the video of the drain they installed. Also told me they would pay for my toilet due to there installation error not allowing me to install the first one I purchased. Would be happy to share my experiences with anyone who is interested. Not slimy people or anything but a major error in the work done and did not keep their word. Gave them 1 year since install to prevent this and rectify. Crickets. Done waiting.EDIT: Unable to post video. If you would like to see it please message me. If I pour water even an inch away from the new drain (capped old) water flows away from it. Water will pool if there is a breach and damage my basement. He even acknowledged it and said his inirance would cover....but he refuses to provide that admission of liability in writing.Eric

Josh and Roman replaced three tub drains and water valves, also replaced the main water valve to the house. Two new sinks were installed with all new cutoffs and drains. They conducted their work very professionally and are knowledgeable about their trade. They were respectful of our home by covering our floors, wearing shoe covers, masks and cleaning up after work was completed. Josh also replaced a laundry tub faucet and toilet tank valve. Mike Sloan came to our home to repair a sewer backup. Mike had the problem resolved and a solution to the long term problem(tree roots) quickly. Mike cleaned up after himself and took great care as to not make a mess in our home. I would highly recommend ASI Plumbing.

We had a whole house sewer line backup the night before Thanksgiving. While ASI was not able to come out that night because they were totally booked, Jimmy was very helpfulrecommending I first have MSD make sure it wasn’t a problem on “their end”. When MSD determined it was on my side, Jessica was very friendly and efficient getting me scheduled with one of their plumbers. ASI is extremely quick in their response time. They gave me an online estimate, contacted me to confirm I received it, asked if I had any questions, and scheduled the service. Josh called 30 minutes before he showed up to do the work. He had his own floor mat and booties to wear through the house. He checked things out. He fixed the problem quickly. First of all, they’re fast, from consultation to installtion it was less than 12hs. And they reached out to me at 9pm which was about the time I requested assistance.They communicate very well and they send estimates via text message in a link. You can approve and schedule from there. It’s great. They’re very communicative. And I had Jerry come up yo our house to install the Water Heater, which was also at a very competitive price and a good renowned brand.Jerry was super nice, clean and fast. I have several companies come out and give estimates. ASI was not only the least expensive they were the most responsive. They followed up, answered all questions, and were flexible with scheduling. The work was top of the line. Several neighbors had the same sewer replacement done in the last year and ASI was the fastest and left my yard looking the best. Nathan was my plumber and he was excellent. He got to my house about 15 minutes early so I didn’t have to wait until the last hour of my scheduled appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was adequately prepared and fixed the bathtub leak in a reasonable time. ASI quoted me the cost of repair over the phone after I filled out an online request (included pictures) within 15 minutes. I was worked into the schedule the following day. I thought that it would probably be more expensive than quoted but to my shock it was the exact amount. I cannot tell you how wonderful and anxiety free it is having a contractor not lie, be late, go over the estimated price or a complete idiot in plumbing repairs. A++ Well done!

We recently had our very old water heater replaced by ASI on November 12, 2020. The initial call for the service was great. The receptionist was very courteous and the conversation with the estimator was quick and informative. To my surprise they could install a water heater within an hour of the call. However that’s when things went down hill. The 1st guy to come was not very personable it was very clear he was just here to do the job. I showed him the water heater and advised I was working and went back to my office. I could him huffing or complaining, apparently he didn’t have every he needed to do the job. Later a couple more people came. As one of them was exiting, they decided it was a good idea to yell at one another from the basement utility area to the top of the basement stairs which conveniently occurred while I was on a work call. They struggled to get the old water heater out of the basement and banged up our door and door frame pretty badly. Understanding the space was tight I was willing to deal with the damage. However after the water heater was installed, the guy was paid (a different guy than the one that started the job), I went to inspect the work and found that they had used one of my sweatshirt in a near by hamper to clean up rust water from the old heater, they had sweep ALL of the rust from the bottom of the old water heater under our furnace, left a trail of water across our basement floor and had no bother to put back the drop ceiling panels they had to move to the side.Updated: Spoke with ASI today and they we’re very apologetic. I’m changing my review slightly to support their efforts to make things right.

We needed to replace the faucet in my daughters tub. We called ASI Plumbing to set up an appointment. They arrived promptly at the appointment time. Our plumber Carlton Laos our mats because of all the rain we had in Feb, and was very personable. He needed to remove part of the Sheetrock in my daughters bedroom to get to the tub. The valve replacement went well. When he was complete, he vacuumed up the Sheetrock dust, and cleaned up thoroughly. The finished product looks terrific. We will definitely call ASI again for more work and ask for Carlton.

Once again ASI Plumbing proved why they are the only one that I call for my plumbing needs. John and Dalton went all the way out to LaGrange to install a new shower surround we purchased for my mother-in-law. They were there even earlier than promised,measured the space to make sure the surround we bought would fit,installed it and then made sure everything looked good and worked good before they left.Sure I could have called someone in LaGrange but I knew the quality of the work that ASI does and the quality of the people that work there and honestly never gave calling anyone else a thought. I had the ASI team come out for a second opinion from Tom Drexler. The TD team recommended cutting a hole in our bathroom to access our main drain or installing a clean-out outside. ASI was able to install the cleanout for an even cheaper price than TD quoted for cutting a hole in my wall and providing a temporary fix. They were complete professionals and extremely helpful. Mike did a very good job chasing through our pipes to find the clog. He kept us informed throughout what the cost would be as methods needed to change. I discovered a leak in my basement and set about narrowing down the cause. Upon finding a pinhole leak in the supply line to my kitchen faucet, I patched it for a temporary fix and called ASI Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with (phone operators and plumbing technician) were very helpful, kind and professional.The price was better than some I had paid from other plumbing companies as well! They quoted me a price prior to the technician arriving and that is the price that I paid.Pretty sure I know who I prefer to deal with going forward for my plumbing issues.

I needed a drain system replaced under my sink because the previous owner took out the garbage disposal. I installed the disposal myself and had all the pipes replaced by ASI because I couldn't do a quality job. In the service industry you get what you pay for and the price was reasonable and the job was done correctly. No messes or inprofessionalism. The repair was perfect and fast. It really goes a long way when they have everything to repair the entire job correctly the first time and not make any parts runs. You can't argue with results. I had no problem paying them. If you use them it will be an great and simple experience.

ASI Plumbing has replaced pipes under our bathroom sinks last year and just replaced our water heater this week. They were able to get our new water heater installed the same day that we called. This is the 2nd time I’ve called ASI for plumbing repair. First time my kitchen sink was clogged and they took care of it quickly and easily and cleaned up after themselves to the point you couldn’t even tell they were there. This last call was for a leaking water pipe and the plumber found a 2nd issue with the pipe in another location and that hadn’t even noticed. I’m so glad I called. I had thousands of dollars of equipment that would have been damaged. They replaced the bad copper with pex tubing and the issue has been resolved. Again, fantastic job. I’ll be a repeat customer of ASI going forward.

Hired ASI as I had water in my basement and in the wall of my first floor bathroom. Paid $200, got two holes & unable to figure out the leak. They do not repair the holes, no plumbing work was done. Still unsure of the leak and how it happened, but now need a repair person to fix the holes. The holes were done poorly by the tile which makes them harder to repair. Next day got a call from their services asking if I had an excellent experience.-- update the owner called after making this post and made it right as well as offered additional advice on what may be causing the leak for me to look into. I definitely appreciate that.

I've just recently moved into my home. I felt like I was living in the dark ages while waiting on the cable guy to hook-up my internet. How spoiled by modern comforts I had become. Now I realize just how important a properly functioning sewer drain is.ASI was the first of three Louisville plumbing companies I called. The operator switched me over to the boss Jim. Over the phone he was able to give me a worst-case estimate. The other two companies I spoke with wouldn't give any figures over the phone, so I choose ASI.Today the plumber, Mike Sloan, came to my home to unclog the drain. He called ahead, he wore shoe covers in respect of my carpet and he laid down covers where he worked to keep my basement carpet clean. Mike snaked the line clean and ran a camera through. He explained what had been clogged. On the camera, he showed me areas that could be of concern again in the future and explained how to limit repeat issues.I am a satisfied customer, and I spent much less than the worst-case scenario figure that I was mentally preparing for.

My furnace and stove were leaking gas. I called them and within hours someone was at my house taking measurements. The next morning they called bright and early to get started on the job. The technician stayed until all my leaks were stopped,changed out my pipes and just went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. He could have left early and told me anything BUT this is a stand up company. I would recommend again.

Spoke with the person that did the quote and customized a few of the options - which left me a clear picture of not only what they were going to, but also what areas might need adjustments as things were discovered.Second, let's talk about the work itself. I was contacted during each phase and was given a daily status. As problems came up (and when they were resolved) I got a call from the lead at the site. As expected some additional parts were required - which were pointed out during the quote as a strong possibility of needing to happen. When the work was done, they left the job site cleaned up and ready for the next phase. They also gave me photos and were able to do a zoom walk through when they completed the work - and answered all my questions.I'll be recommending them and using their services in the future.

Loukas came in and got straight to work. He explained everything that he was doing, demonstrated the new sump pump and explained how it worked. One of the issues listed on the inspectors report actually didn't need repair. He could have easily moved forward with the unnecessary repair and charged me for it. But he didn't. Was completely honest and transparent. Did an amazing job. I had another issue come up a few days later. Need to replace the shut off valve on my furnace. The company dispatched Alan to help resolve the issue and his service was also AMAZING. Showed up on time, explained everything and cleaned up his work area after everything was done. Tested all the gas lines, which saved me from facing issues from the local gas company technicians. Can't recommend them enough. Will be using them for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.

Woke up to a gas leak. LG&E shut me off. I was sweating bullets. However one call to ASI and they quickly sent Aaron out to fix me up. He was very nice and knowledgeable and done a great job finding and fixing the leak which was on the valve to my furnace. Highly recommend ASI!

Mike was great unclogging our kitchen sink. He explained everything he was doing, and pointed out some other corrections that should be made in the future (and explained why they were problems). It was also less expensive than I expected. I'm planning on having some more work done next month and will use them again.

We ordered a full home repipe due to the existing plumbing having been installed by moron homeowners and having multiple leaks. Jerry, Luke, Timmy, and Nate were here from 09:30 until AFTER MIDNIGHT to make sure the job was done, done right, and we had water for the night. They could have called it quits at 17:00 and come back the next day but they didn’t. They had to contend with a 1910 farmhouse with multiple additions over the years and existing plumbing installed completely illogically, resulting in them spending literally HOURS just making sure they understood where everything was routed so they could get the job done right. This is the third or fourth job that we’ve had ASI do for us now (and hopefully the last for a while - at least until we add a new building out back) and they have ALWAYS been top notch. I don’t remember everyone’s name and I may not get them all right but Dalton and Carlton have been here too and they’re awesome. Lisa(?) and Lois at the office are great. We found ASI from their excellent reviews and that’s why I’m contributing to those reviews despite never really leaving reviews for much of anything online. Believe the hype. This is the best plumber in Louisville.

You never know a good plumber until you experience others that suck. I had a problem where all my water wasn't draining. After company 1 (R-R) came out and told me I had roots in my front sewer pipe and it would be a crazy amount of money I started calling around. Company 2 (TD) gave me the same number. Finally I called ASI. Jimmy came out. Gave me a great quote and Carlton was out the next day. Turned out company 1 was very wrong and lied about everything. The problem was much worse but ASI worked along side me to get insurance working on it. I will always use ASI now.

Aaron and his apprentice were very friendly and professional. They explained what the problem was and how it needed to be repaired. They didn't leave a mess either. As a single woman sometimes these kinds of services try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge but I never felt that with Aaron. Thank you for the excellent work and service!!

I've used services from other places in town, but ASI is my new go-to for plumbing. Reasonable rates, excellent work, professional attitude (masked up and shoe covers inside the house) and punctual. ASI calls me 30 min before they show up and they show up every time (can't say the same for some other big-name plumbers).

I can’t thank everyone enough for the huge weight lifted off my shoulders for updating both of my baths outdated/corroded/leaking faucets!!! Called about a sump pump issue. They came out same day, and gave a courtesy call to let me know they were a little behind schedule rather than letting me wait around. Got another heads up call to let me know the plumber was on his way. When Carlton got here, he put on shoe covers to keep my floor clean, and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Today my plumber was Mr Mike Sloan.- excellent personality to deal with, pleasant, and most importantly explains clearly how he is assessing the problem- helped to diagnose clogged faucets as either a frozen drain or a clogged drain- developed a contingency plan for what to do- no charge for consultation even though he spent about 45-60 minutes with me going through the rooms and discussing potential problem areas- I will definitely continue to use ASI Plumbing service

We called them on a Friday because of a leaky faucet. They said they couldn’t get anybody out until Monday. They ended up having a cancellation and send somebody out the next day. The guy was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem with minor difficulty.We bought our furnace from them in 2019 and their service has been fantastic. The owner of the company will speak to you quite often in situations like this where it’s a last-minute type thing. They really try to work with you. Highly recommend.

The job ended up entailing more work/cost than we originally planned due to misalignment of our new granite countertops. Carlton worked hard to resolve the issue by trimming part of cast iron sink himself rather than us waiting for granite fabricator to come out to resolve issue on a later date (leaving us without running water in kitchen over the holiday weekend).

Luke replaced our garbage disposal and installed a new dishwasher. He was so careful to be sure to use a drop cloth so the flooring wouldn’t get scratched. He was also very polite and thorough and even friendly with our two exuberant dogs!

We needed to have our waterline fixed under the sink for our new refrigerator and ice maker. I called and they responded quickly with a quote and was able to come the next day. Technician (Roman H.) was great. He replaced all my gas lines from the gas meter to my furnace, stove, and water heater. Once the new lines were installed, he pressure tested the everything he installed, and no leaks were found. He left his work area cleaner than he found it.

Steven came out and diagnosed a corroded pipe in my wall. He replaced the affected piping and stuck around until 9pm to ensure we didn't have to go into a second day.

I understand that you shouldn’t have to be responsible for landscaping. But if we move what we’re told to move we shouldn’t find all of our remaining landscaping trashed by your crew. If they had said, “we need to get where these plants are”, we could’ve moved them in a few minutes.Instead they have your “we’re not responsible for landscaping “ statement to spout and just mowed dow plants that took us years to grow and cost $$$ even when we bought them as small plants.I met with Jimmy Reesor twice and he saw what we had moved. He could’ve said we needed to clear more space. Just as the guys who were there working could’ve told us they needed more room.One even asked if a bush was valuable...after it had been shredded by the backhoe. Too little too late. I think he wanted to see if he could just rip it out of the ground. Not that much was left of it.I took pics of all the damage cause it was extensive.I think the work was good. We’ll see how it last. But I can’t recommend a company that does this kind of damage to any friends. We got a $75 discount for the damage which didn’t come close to covering any of the damage that was done.A week ago we had a driveway, walkway, and porch installed and 5 guys spent 5 days working inches from two 25’ sections of garden with plants less than a foot away. They disturbed nothing. We had an urgent issue arise of replacing our water heater that was leaking water under our floor. On their website you can submit your problem and upload pictures of exactly what’s going on and they can send you a quote! We got the quote very quick (like within an hour or so) and even had options without even talking to someone. To top it off, they were available same day and were here in a few hours. Philip was professional and very considerate about cleanliness. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again, we were really happy with our experience.

I have used ASI on at least three occasions, and I’ve been very happy each time. Thoroughly professional, prompt, easy to deal with, and trustworthy. They’ve fixed a leaky shower valve, repairs damage due to pipes freezing, and tested the thermopile on a water heater. I like that you can upload pictures of the hardware/fixtures so they can make sure they have the correct parts when they arrive.

Our technician, Dalton, called 30 minutes b4 our appointment time asking if we would mind him being early. Heck no! He arrived, put on clean protective footwear and went to work. ASI has done a few projects at my house the last few years and have always done a good job. A few years ago I had a sump pump issue and the pit was too shallow, but they were really flexible (Mike Sloan) and helped come up with a creative solution when I think many plumbers would have just left it as is and washed their hands of it. It's continued to work great years later, even with a basement flood.Carlton Pierce did some work also and was very fast, as was Mike Sloan on another project. ASI has always been very fast, courteous, and worked very clean. I had some work recently that seemed like mostly labor and the quote was nearly double what I expected, so they may not always be the cheapest option around, so I have to consider that when thinking about doing any optional projects in the future. That being said, they're very reliable and friendly, so I will continue to go to them with anything that comes up down the road.

Fantastic professionals. I had another BIG plumbing company come out and tell me it was impossible to run a gas line into my fireplace. Then, ASI sent Allan Clark. He was friendly, personable, and was clearly very knowledgeable. Not only that, he was very responsive and worked diligently and quickly to put the gas line in. Called to have my drained cleaned. A guy came over to try anf fix it but didn't have the right tools. He came back a few days later but couldn't get it fixed. He told me he needed some other tool he didn't have with him and told me be would come back the next day and never came. I called to see if somebody was coming and whoever was in charge was like let me look into it and call you back. I never got a call back and my problem was never fixed i will never do business with them again.

BEST! Came out next day since we had called very late. Quoted a low price for services. When he came out, gave us a call beforehand and checked all the drains just to be sure work was needed to be done. It ended up that we were in the clear and nothing needed to be done, so he didn't charge us. Appreciated the kindness so much, would ALWAYSE recommend!

I had my first time using ASI this past week after my water heater stopped working suddenly.Lawrence (Customer Service/Scheduling) was extremely helpful, friendly, and empathetic to the issues I was having without a working hot water heater. He was able to get me scheduled for an immediate repair in just a few minutes on the phone!When Allen (Repair Tech/Plumber) arrived he was also very friendly and polite. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the water heater after only a couple of minutes of troubleshooting. The repair required parts which needed to be ordered (due to the age of the water heater) and he would need to return to complete the repair. Despite this issue with parts, Allen was able to get the water heater working until the parts could arrive. A few days later, Allen returned and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.My overall experience with ASI was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing related repair.

I called and had them out over a month ago for a quote. Went for a 2nd and 3rd and their assessment was right. Called to see when they could come back out to detect a leak and repair and they were out same day. Came around 8:30 and had the leak found, repaired and hole filled in before noon. Mike Sloan was our plumber. He was fantastic! Called me first thing and said when I should expect him. Showed up at the time he said he would. He let me explain our issue. He then explained what he would to fix the issue, and even a scenario B if the first thing didn't work. He was able to fix issue with first idea. Mike cleaned up the area he worked in, and even took few pieces of trash he had with them. Mike was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use ASI Plumbing again and would recommend them to family and friends!

We want to thank all of the ASI Plumbing office staff and technicians for all their hard work, getting the job done correctly, friendliness, and professionalism. ASI did a couple of different repairs within days of one another. They fixed a bend pipe directly under our toilet. We were told this was fixed by another plumbing company in the past. We are in the process of selling our house and found out there was still a crack from the inspector. Dustin and Justin worked very hard to ensure this ongoing issue was fixed and fixed correctly. We also found out that our washing machine spigots were dripping. ASI was able to get that scheduled right away too. Dustin did a great job fixing those as well (in the middle of a snow storm at that). We needed to get it done quickly - and it was. To say that they were extremely fair in their pricing is an understatement. As a matter of fact they could have charged us more than the estimated price because the job was more complicated than they anticipated. The main reason is that the pipe is in a very small crawl space. Any other plumber would have charged us significantly more. I had communication with Liz and other office staff and they were all professional and very friendly. Which is, unfortunately, almost unheard of these days. Mike Sloan came out to our house within 8 hours of us calling about our leaking kitchen sink. He had the parts replaced and working in less than an hour, and the price was lower than I expected. Very nice guy, great service, and he left the cabinet under the sink cleaner than I had it when he came in! I think he even cleaned some stains that were already there. I'll be calling ASI for my next plumbing problems!

I called at 1:20pm on a Thursday afternoon by 2:00 a plumber was at my house. Roman went above and beyond to fix the water leak in between the wall of my kitchen and bathroom. He explained every step he was taking and why it was being done. Clean up was excellent you couldn't even tell he was here. Definitely my first choice next time I have a plumbing need.

They have been so amazing I had a previous company come in to my home to do the same job 2 times each and it was still wrong. But when I called ASI they were very courteous, respectful, willing to explain to me what was wrong with my kitchen pipe underneath my sink, what was wrong with my toilet and what was wrong with my bathroom sink. Very professional service!! We had to have a section of sewer pipe replaced nd they were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. The line was still clogged after they replaced the pipe and went above and beyond to make sure it was going to get fixed. The owner even came out to make sure we were doing alright during this stressful time for us. Everything is great now, and they said they would come back in a week just to make sure everything is still flowing smoothly. I wil definitely recommend ASI to others, and reach out to them again if we ever have another problem.

Made a call to Cora at ASI and she went into action to resolve my water meter leak, passed off the call to a supervisor and he gave me a quote and was at my house soon to fix the issue with detailed pictures of the problem and the repair. I was very impressed with Alan. He was polite and courteous and friendly He was efficient and worked steadily to get my sink unclogged. He made sure the sink was draining properly and the pipes were not leaking.

I called ASI for a quote to install two tankless water heaters. Madison, who took my initial call, was very polite and friendly. But the guy who called me to discuss an estimate wasn't interested in our business. He said he refused to install Bosch (which is the brand we've already bought) and said they were junk. Despite this, the guy refused to even consider a quote and he refused our business. This is unfortunate. ASI has great reviews and that's why we called ASI. Sadly, ASI has lost the opportunity at our business and this encounter gave rise to my negative review. Unbelievable.

First, the tech called minutes before he arrived. Very courteous and professional. He wore paper shoe covers and a mask as well as a very present nametag. He set to work immediately, ordered the new 40 gal tank and disposed of the old unit. I believe it took no more than a couple hours for the whole job. Very well done, no complaints. He even cleaned up the small mess. I would highly recommend these folks. My name recall is bad but I think his name was Steven.

I recently started using ASI to update several plumbing issues in my house. In the last year Carlton has been out to my house to fix two separate plumbing issues. On both occasions he was the epitome of professionalism. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to let you know that ASI is the BEST plumbing service I've ever hired.

Nathan Blair was the plumber who came to the house and did outstanding work. After being shown the job, he immediately set to work and replaced the leaking shut-off valve and repaired the leak from the dishwasher. Professional, friendly, and *EARLY* compared to the estimated time of arrival. I will definitely use ASI again.

Tyler came out and did exactly what was needed to unclog back-to-back tub drains. I'm not a fan of the two-hour scheduling blocks (he had to come back the next day and finish) but the work was top-notch.

After receiving an unrealistic estimate to install a new water heater, we decided to check for another more realistic estimate. We went online and chose ASI Plumbing to quote a price for installing a new water heater. We thought the estimate was a mistake, but with their promise of a Risk-Free Estimate, we thought how can we go wrong. On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, two plumbers from ASI called with a 30-minute notification and arrived on time. ASI gave us a new estimate which was $50.00 more than the original estimate. Thanks, ASI for the timely installation and most of all thanks for saving us $1,886.66.

ASI was Fantastic! They did a great job for us, running a gas line for a new stove, installing 3 new toilets, and a new dual sink vanity (that they split the line for). Josh L came out for the second part - doing all the installation work, and even though it took longer than estimated, Josh was unfailingly pleasant, polite and professional. He was also very tidy. a month ago another big name plumber came out to snake my kitchen sink, not only did they not solve my problem, they only made it worse and tells me I should let them jack hammer my house in tunes of thousands of $$? so I thought I better call ASI to get a second opinion, and boy am I glad I did, Tyler came out and was able to clear my sink in less than 10 minutes. Makes you wonder why Drexler couldn't do it?

He gave us a very reasonable quote for what we needed fixed and they were able to get a professional plumber out here in just a couple of days. Roman fixed our kitchen faucet and air gap. He also tightened and sealed 3 toilets. He was fast and a super nice guy. They were honest about what actually needed to be fixed and what didn't. We will use this company in the future. ASI roughed in a bathroom for me. Carlton Pierce was my plumber (with help from Frank). He did a great job for a fair price. Carlton was courteous, punctual,and hard working. He took time to answer any questions that I had, and he went above and beyond to do the job. Also respected my house and my plans for it. If I need work done in the future, I will trust ASI to do it.Edit: I have now used ASI on four separate occasions. They've worked to fix problems in each of three bathrooms, and they also replaced my water heater. Today, Allen came to my house to install a vanity and toilet (which I had removed to refinish the floors). He was polite and answered all questions I had. Most importantly, everything works great and the price was reasonable.Edit #2: had a clog in the main drain on a Sunday. ASI came first thing Monday morning and fixedthe issue at a reasonable price. I wish ASI did other contracting work too!

I found ASI Plumbing booked my appointment on line and everything. Carlton called me to confirm my appointment, and he called on his way to the house. There was a small price discrepancy but the owner quickly got involved and made it right. I would recommend this company to any one and we will use them again. Carlton was a class act and he even told me stories about when he was a plumber in Oregon.Thank you ASI for also providing boot covers for your staff to enter our homes.If you are ever in need of a professional, prompt plumber do your self a favor save the headache and call ASI.

When we woke up this morning, our water heater was leaking out of the bottom. We had used ASI in the past, and called them to see if they could come out to look. They were able to replace our water heater on the same day, and kept us from looking at a whole weekend without hot water.That's not the best part. Any company can replace the water heater. ASI made sure I had a good experience as a customer. They communicated with me to let me know when my appointment was and continued to let me know when they could show up earlier. I was even sent an email with the picture of the person who would be coming to my house, so I knew the right person.Mike Sloan was very polite and professional during the entire visit. He answered any questions I had, and was good around my son and my pets. He was very conscious about making sure neither sneaked out when the door was open. I will be requesting him specifically in the future.We will continue to use and recommend ASI for any plumbing needs in the future.

I placed the call for service after hours, the service answering took all my detailed info. I received a call back within a few minutes with appointment scheduled for next morning. Jerry was great at explaining what needed to be done and why and even talked with my friend who knows a bit about plumbing issues. Job well done! ASI Plumbing sent Mike to address several problems. He did a great job and repaired both the leaky faucet & the overflowing water problem from the washer drain pipe. It is very easy to schedule an appointment on line. I like the email with a picture of who will be doing the repairs, so I know who to expect. $200 for 30 minutes to replace about 3 feet of pipe with a pinhole leak with plastic seems high.

We had a slow leak that we had been trying to diagnose for months that was beginning to cause damage in other areas. Mike Sloan was able to come to our home after missing the arrival window -a previous job was complicated but still needed to be finished- and in the dark of night went the extra mile to find our water meter that was hidden in the front yard to test and successfully diagnose the problem! His work was fabulous and has solved the mystery as to what was leaking so our home is now dry and the worry is gone. His polite and cheerful attitude and experienced skill made the entire event cheerful while even the cost to fix everything was inexpensive in comparison to competitors.

Had ASI come to my shop and clear a clog in a drain, they showed up in the advised time range and completed job in a professional manner. Aaron was very helpful and explained what he had found. Drains worked good for about a week, and then clogged again. Aaron returned and cleared the drain again and advised that the pipe may be in need of replacement if it continues to clog. Our building is old and in the Metro city limits. Will use again for plumbing needs.

I just want to let you know that Roman and Philip did a FANTASTIC job when they re-routed the pipes in my slab house. As a woman who owns a house on her own, big repairs can be beyond daunting! This past spring I was faced with a huge plumbing project! I had my sump pump go out on a Friday afternoon. I called ASI and got an appointment scheduled for them to come out first thing Saturday morning. My plumber, Mike Sloan, arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly, and completed the work very quickly.

I needed to replace an older dishwasher supply line that had been soldered with a new compression fitting. I found out about ASI online and scheduled an appointment. Mike Sloan was very professional and was even able to come earlier than anticipated; a real plus for me. He easily resolved my problem and was very friendly.The second time I used ASI was to reseat a toilet on 6/16/2020. They recommended that due to the age of the toilet it would be a better idea to install a new one instead because the cost difference was negligible. They were absolutely right. A new toilet has done wonders and replaced one that was 29 years old.

The company is always very responsive. The tech today (Dalton I think) did a great job replacing part of an old gas line for our dryer hookup. He also clamped some loose pipe fittings, and replaced a toilet. He was friendly, put down carpet protection while doing the work, and even went to the effort of trimming the carpet around the new toilet (it was a bigger footprint than the old one). Great job and after several bad experiences with other plumbing companies, we'll definitely call ASI from now on. Thanks for the great work!

I saw an ad for Asi plumbing and their $899 Water Heater replacement special. I called them out to give me an estimate and their quote was exactly what their special was and they let me know they could do the job the same day. I told him to go ahead and within two hours the water heater was replaced and ready to go. Major plumbing problem in our house sitting on a slab. Jim (co owner of ASI) came to our house and explained all of our options. Carlton was the lucky (lol) plumber he sent. Carlton arrived promptly at 8 AM. Reviewed with us prior to starting what he was doing and kept us informed as work progressed. Bottom line he was here till almost 10 PM. Jim also sent in a great support team. Carlton and the team were proessional at all times and made sure i was satisfied with the results before they left. Jim also agreed to be here when the insurance adjuster comes to inspect later this week.Added note: I called the next morning as a issue with DW happened. The plumber arrived in the time slot with a confirmation call from the home office and a call from the plumber when he was 30 minutes out. The scheduler that I spoke with gave me some good advice (as the problem could have been on the sewer side) that could have saved me time and money. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone I interacted with.

ASI Plumbing was great. They were able to fit us in to their schedule right away... a lot sooner than we thought we would get in. The rep they sent out was courteous and very knowledgeable. We've had problems in the past before with companies not showing up or being very late. ASI is always on time and calls with approximate arrival times.

When I called ASI about a stopped up kitchen sink drain, I was able to get service the same morning, much to my relief. They sent Josh, who called 30 minutes before arrival, as promised. Nathan came to our home earlier than scheduled which was great! I received a text and a phone call making sure it was ok for him to arrive early. Nathan was courteous and pleasant. Problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes and at the price quoted to us over the phone.

I had problems with them in that it was a simpler leak repair and they wanted to up sell me their current specials. I had a choice of A or B. The actual problem C was not addressed. (I ultimately repaired leak myself for under $25 due to no choice, realizing the amount of scam in the plumbing industry in this area.) I just wanted honest service and prompt knowledgeable repair. Typically basic items and replacement parts are on the truck. I did not get this. There was no assessment of the leak and there was no diagnosis of the parts or replacement/repair of the leaky faucet and handle which was hard to turn completely off. (I replaced parts on exterior of wall to fix) Mind you, I need water and bathroom to be usable and expect a plumber to know how to accomplish this in the best manner. ...The sales pitch was that my pipe was of a material that was not to code and should be replaced. My bathroom plumbing wall needed a rebuild. (It was stable and did not need replacement.) Do they want my old copper or what? It shouldn't cost 100 per ft to install plastic, especially if other items are extra and added during 'the work. Even if I had taken A or B, C would have been tacked on at the end because it wasn't resolved through A or B. While I have always experienced nice people here, just because someone cleans up and hauls off 'refuse,' does not mean they didn't scam you creating more work than was needed.I gave a 2 star (versus a 1) because last year they did not screw me over. However, once a phone call is made to get instruction, your price will go up. I would not use them again. I don't want to be forced to remodel to a different system - one that did not match my current system - and remodel EVERYTHING trying to repair a leak for an extra thousand plus. Now I am 'remodeling' myself due to not much choice, but isn't this something everyone wants to plan in advance specifically because you can't use your bathroom while it's being done??? (I was also told my toilet would likely break if I removed the top to repair the wall, hence automatic new fixtures lining up for future billings to get a working bathroom back.)I can say that they show up on time if not early, but that might not be the best reason to hire a plumber. I question business practices here.

I had a wonderful experience with the ASI company. I had a very unfortunate issue with extremely clogged pipes. Timmy showed up on time both days, worked hard, efficiently and timely to replace all of my pipes under the house in the crawl space. He was always positive even though it was cold and he relayed all the information to be on how things were going. He was respectful of my house and space. He took pictures of the work he did so I could be aware. The other 2 workers who helped Timmy were also great. The experience wasn't ideal, but ASI made it as easy as they could on me. Steven and Cody arrived by 8:15 an. They called thirty minutes before arriving. They are ab excellent team. Both are professional, courteous and informative. They explained what they needed to do, what they were doing and answered any questions I had. They worked quickly and left things clean. The tankless hot water system they installed is quiet and provides plenty of hot water. Steven explained how to reset temperature and where to find the users manual. I have shared my experience with ASI, Steven and Cody with my sister and son. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience!

I called a big name company for our issue and it was going to be 5 days before they could come out. I called ASI and spoke with a polite person who took my information, and they were able to get out to my house the same day. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, professional, and did a very good job. I was immediately put at ease because I happened to know the guy - his son and my sons were in the same scout troop, so I knew I could trust him. We had a clog in the tub drain that slowly got worse and worse over months. It would slightly improve when we tried to fix it ourselves, but as time went on, the more we worked on it the worse it got. We rented an electric snake, even hired a home improvement company thinking a new tub and shower install in our home would fix the problem - WRONG!! (not to mention our ceramic tub was ruined by what we did with the electric snake.) After spending way more money than we wanted to, and using a one-day renovator, whose scope of work did not include plumbing more than a few inches past the drain, we still had the clog. WE SHOULD HAVE SIMPLY CALLED THE PLUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I had a few other minor plumbing jobs around the house that needed attention and the ASI plumbers quickly addressed those. I highly recommend ASI Plumbing. I had ASI replace my hot water heater. Their pricing beat their competitors. I got quotes from two other plumbers. Their quality of work was superior and customer service was excellent. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. The plumper from ASI that did the work was Roman Haag. He has over 20 years’ experience as a licensed plumber and was very knowledgeable. Roman also was very polite and friendly and treated me with respect. He did top quality of work and never tried to sell me many anything I didn’t need. I’ve found that it is common from other plumbers. I’ll be using ASI for other plumbing going forward and requesting Roman. I recommended ASI to a neighbor who needed their sewer line replaced and some additional pipes replaced. ASI’s price was significantly cheaper than one of their major competitors.

ASI replaced a gas line for us. They were very professional !! The estimate was fair and when the job ran over~ they held true to the estimate. I will call them again when I need a plumber!

I had a super-clogged toilet which, in spite of all of myefforts, I could not unclog. I called ASI, made an appointment, and not only did they arrive on time, but they resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Josh Lippert, the service tech, who came to my home, was friendly and courteous. I can't think of better comments to make. I will certainly call ASI again when I need plumbing help.

This is the third time I've used ASI and best part is they can give you a ballpark or flat rate of what your given situation will cost. I have hadJosh L. to do the service all of my 3 times, he is on time, professional, and accesses the situation which is same as quote on phone unless something else is adding to the quoted problem. In this 3 time the problem consisted of a little more than was quoted but they gave me 3 options to correct the added problem and did not try to over sell as many companies do. I would recommend from MY experience, ASI and Josh to do an excellent job small or large.

ASI did an excellent job in my first time using their service. The owner took my call to schedule my appointment and the technician; Josh, did an excellent job during the service call. I had a major root clog of my waste drain to the street as well as a bad seal on a toilet. Josh had both issues addressed by 10:00 am the next morning after a late afternoon service call the previous day. They offered same day service if needed. Pricing was up front, honest and fair. I’d highly recommend ASI plumbers and will use them going forward for multiple rental properties I own.

Had them out to find and fix a gas leak. Philip was prompt and polite. Took him awhile but he tracked it down. Price was fair. They being a little mat with them to wipe there feet which I thought was a genius idea, well played sir!

A new ejector pump was installed Sept. 15th but something went horribly wrong with other parts connected to the new pump. Called ASI Sunday and they came out the next day to fix the problem. (Someone canceled that morning) Everything under warranty. Made sure everything that was older parts were replaced and in great working order. The first plumbing technician and the second had great attitudes dealing with the overfilled ejector pump. Cleaned up and explained everything before they left the premises. Well pleased with the work that was completed. Thank You!

I called ASI for an estimate to repair or replace our dying water heater. They asked what the problem was and the age of the unit and gave me a VERY fair price (compared to all others) over the phone to replace it. Luke was the plumber who did the replacement. He was great!! Very pleasant, personable, efficient and he left the area in better condition than he found it!! We now have a brand new water heater for the exact price originally quoted and a go to plumbing company!!! I'll recommend these guys to anyone who'll listen...

I called ASI by mistake. I thought I was calling a company I had used before. ASI showed up when promised and the plumber, John King, did a great job installing the water heater. It only took 3 hours to compleat this job and I would recommend ASI to anyone.

I looked on the internet for a licensed plumber after a bad experience with the first company I hired to install a bathroom in my basement. When I called I talked with a very pleasant man whom I learned was one of the owners. (Kenny). Jimmy came out who was the co-owner showed his credentials and talked with me about the work to be performed. I was ready to sign on the dotted line for them to do the work. He had a licensed plumber by the name of Carlton Pierce with him to start immediately. Carlton was dressed properly had his shoes covered, and also showed me his credentials. I had a big name plumber came out around Labor Day to snake my drain but they only made our sink drain even slower, and refused to come back out to honor their 30 days guarantee, so I was left with no choice but to call ASI, and I'm glad I did, Tyler came out the next day and cleared my drain in no time, I would highly recommend Tyler and ASI should you need plumbing services.

I recently over the weekend got my toilet fixed and after a couple of days it was still not flushing the way it should. I called to let them know and they sent out someone to fix it today. Carlton came and got the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend ASI and will use them again in the future. I called ASI Plumbing after I learned I had a leaky toilet. Mike Sloan came out the same day and educated me on the problem and possible solutions. He worked with his boss to get me a great price, came back the very next day (Dec 23rd) and worked until 9pm to get everything finished. Two new toilets installed and working...no leaks! ASI master plumber, Roman, installed plumbing fixtures in our newly added 3rd floor bathroom. No easy task, though. .... a 115 year old house, totally custom build, tiled plumbing wall with antique and euro style fixtures. He figured it out, got it done. Well, much better than just 'done'.
