Prompt and professional, it's that simple. They called before they came, arrived when they said they'd arrive and performed all work to a professional degree. They've earned my business from this point forward.

I am not one to post a review, but Sean deserves it. I had a plumbing issue come up and posted on FB for recommendations, I use to work with his mother so she sent me his number. I called him, not knowing what I was going to get since all mom's think their kids are great :) After I spoke with him and he said he would be at my house the same day. I then looked at his reviews, and they are spot on. His mom was right, he was professional, on time and completely honest! He took what could have been a very stressful experience and made it great. And was not bothered when I asked a million questions about things I didn't even call him about. There is no doubt he will not only be my #1 call, but also my #1 referral if someone needs a plumber. Awesome service! They came quickly, located the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, the price was more than reasonable, and Sean was the kind of guy that you're happy to have in your home.

We first used A & S Plumbing a couple of years ago through our home warranty company. They contacted us in a timely manner and completed the job at hand. Good work , very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I was so impressed with them that I now request A&S for all of our plumbing issues. We have used them several times and had the pleasure of Josh and Kevin for our plumbing needs. They are fast, efficient and couldn't be nicer. Part of the job was not covered by my home warranty so they took the time to explain our options and the price was reasonable also. Furthermore, they were on time or early, but kept us in the loop via text/ calls along with Laura in the office who gets things going and does her job well. They're the best! Thank you!

We had the best experience with A&S today! Using our home warranty, we were able to get the best service without paying the money we were quoted elsewhere. From the people answering phones to help set up appointments (as well as find a way to work me in sooner to fix our only bathroom in the house!), to the tech, Kevin, everyone was so kind and efficient! He fixed our clogged drain within half an hour, and was so kind as he answered any question I had. As a first time homebuyer, I was blown away by his service! I would recommend them to anyone!

A & S Plumbing is the best! I've used this company for a number of plumbing jobs, garbage disposal, renovated a bath room moving a sink and shower, new toilet, and now today for a clogged sink. As a new homeowner, I had a list of questions. A lot of Is this normal? Nick answered them all, gave me a quote and offered me the opportunity to shop around for better prices. It cost $100-250 for each of the issues I was having and $40 for the service. Also, Nick was two hours ahead of schedule, finished fairly quickly and was thorough and efficient with the assessment and repairs. I would use their services again.

Talked with a nice fella today that walked me through water heater troubleshooting over the phone and had my problem fixed within 10 minutes. Had a few other guys from other companies come to MY HOUSE wouldn't even touch it. This number is saved in my phone for whenever I have any plumbing problems in the future.

Our water heater needed to be replaced and we had a home warranty through AHS. AHS assigned A&S Plumbing to the job. Sean was excellent to work with and did a great job installing the new water heater. He even came over on a Saturday to finish the job. Sean called me several times to update me on the status of the job and when he would arrive. A few days later we had a separate plumbing issue and I didn't hesitate to Call A&S again. Thanks Sean!

Sean goes out of his way to make sure that the jobs his company does are done right. We have had several experiences with his team. They have done a good quality job for us even when their were issues out of their control.

Both Kevin and Josh have been out to our house to fix things and both have had good customers service and both have gone above and beyond to be helpful. Today, Kevin even noticed another issue and remedied it and we didn’t even ask him to fix it.

We needed to replace a kitchen faucet. Checked their web page and liked what I saw. Talked to Laura on the phone and scheduled the service. Josh called ahead and told us when he would arrive. He was very personable and did a great job. The cost to do the work was very reasonable. We will use A&S the next time we need plumbing work.

Sean and his team did an excellent job installing a new gas line for a stove. He was courteous, honest, and performed the work in a very timely manner. He called after the job was finished to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. And best of all, the pricing was very competitive. My wife and I highly recommend Sean and his team.

These guys are awesome, they did a water heater install for me. Very professional, but also laid back and easy to talk to. They're very straightforward with you, honest prices and don't try to upsell you. I will not use anyone but these guys from now on, but let's hope I don't have to! Called Monday 05/15/2023 around 7:30 before they opened and spoke to a lady who asked how I heard about them and I told her about my issue with gas leak and I gave her my name and number and she said someone would call me once the technicians got in and here it is Wednesday 05/17/2023 and I still haven't gotten a call back. I have reached out to another company today instead.

These guys are fantastic. Called them one day, all of my plumbing issues were taken care of the very next day. Josh was the plumber that did the work and he is a master. I couldn't be happier. Before I called A&S, I got a ridiculous quote from a well known plumber (Tom Drexel) to do the same work for 3 times what I was charged....and I waited 2 days just for them to send a clown out here to estimate the work. I will refer everyone I know to A&S Plumbing. I am a life long customer.

This was my first time using this company after finding them on google. And i must say i am glad i did. Sean with a&s plumbing saved me thousands of dollars on replacing my sewer line that had collapsed. I got 2 estimates from other companies that where WAY higher then what he quoted me. Thank you!

Sean has worked on various plumbing jobs at my house over the last 2.5 years and I recommend him to anyone I know that has a need for a plumber. He has done everything from replace a faulty water heater to redesign how water gets to our 1st and 2nd floor from the main water access. He is always reasonably priced, does excellent work, and never leaves until the job is perfect.

We have used A&S multiple times for repairs on our home through our home warranty. They are always kind, honest, dependable, and communicate with us from beginning to end. We've never felt like they treated us differently for going through a home warranty company. They've never exaggerated repairs or tried to talk us into things we don't need. They have repaired a leaking shower head, blocked drain, broken shut-off valve, and washing machine drain for us. I would highly recommend A&S!

Sean showed up 10 minutes after we called. He was very nice to deal with and his pricing was competitive. Drexler tried to change us $99 just for coming out! Don't fall for other companies $99 tricks. A & S from here on out!

I also feel like they tell you the truth and don't try and sell you any more services than what you need. They will always be my first call!

Very prompt service! Water heater in a rental unit went out. I had to cancel on this company due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very patient with me and tried to work around my schedule. The guy that fixed the issue was very nice and knowledgeable. I do not remember his name, unfortunately. Will highly recommend!

A&S plumbing came out to our house and repaired our tub facet for only $180 when another company wanted $900 for the SAME job. It was not only affordable, but the job was efficient and well done. They were very personable and over all great plumbers. I would highly recommend them.

Sean at A&S performed some work for a bathroom remodel. His work is great and his price is very fair. He wasn't the most expensive, but he also isn't the cheapest. He installed new shower fixtures, assembled a vanity, and did a toilet installation. Another satisfied customer. Will look to Sean for any help in the future.

They are the only plumbing company that we called would give us a estimate over the phone to replace are water heater. They came out the next morning and had it replaced in about a hour. I only had to go about a half day without hot water thanks to A&S Plumbing and there quick service.

Had a pipe leaking inside a bathroom wall. They were able to get someone out same day. Josh was great, professional, explained everything clearly and did good work. He stayed late to make sure the job got done that day and that nothing else was leaking. Price was good for the amount of work required.

This company was sent out thru my home warranty company. After having a horrible experience with a previous plumbing comp. I was very sceptical. But my initial consult with KEVIN was very pleasant and informative. Water Heater was shot and needed to be replaced. He explained before hand some cost needed for the replacement that was not covered by the warranty comp. I was a little confused about the extra cost and contacted A&S for clarity. SEAN returned my call within 10 mins. He was so kind, explaining each of my questions in detail. After our conversation I felt very comfortable with this company and their ability to perform the job. A few days later, KEVIN returned to install my new water Heater. He arrived a little early and waited till my appt time to come in....thank you. 2nd, he was pleasant, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Several times I would check on him and ask questions, he never seemed annoyed but took the time to answer and explain everything I ask.
After the install was complete, KEVIN cleaned up all the water and debris, which was a pleasant surprise because I've never had a company to do that. He also fixed a few other things. With all that said, I will definitely be calling A&S Plumbing for my plumbing needs and highly recommending them to family and friends. Thanks KEVIN and SEAN, i appreciate you guys!

This is the second time we have used A&S service since we purchased our home. Kevin was very kind and helpful both times. They have been quick to respond and made the process easy. They fixed the problem and have shown the cause of the problem in person. Would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

A & S Plumbing (Sean) has done multiple plumbing repairs at my home over the years. He almost always is able to come in one day and sometimes even the same day, if necessary. He explains everything very clearly and doesn't pressure you to do unnecessary work. He keeps your house and work area clean. He gets the job done correctly the first time without having to make repeat visits for the same problem. His prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend A & S Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I have an old sink that wouldn't stop running. Other plumbers said the parts were too old and I would need to get a whole new sink. I called A & S on a recommendation from a friend and low and behold, they were able to fix the whole thing in an hour. And the price was extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend A & S to anyone in the Louisville area.

Responsive, let me know what time plumber would be there for the job. Very pleased, plumber knew exactly what the issue was and updated the elements of the water heater. Best part, they replaced both top and lower parts of water heater to make sure this problem with hot water would not happen again after they left. Overall pleased and happy this was covered in warranty. One less thing to worry about too much financially.

Sean just installed a new 50 gallon power vent gas hot water heater for me and did a very professional job. My husband was not at home but I felt completely safe with Sean here doing the job. Excellent customer service. Excellent on site service. Friendly, helpful, informative. Sean told me what he was doing as he was doing it. Double checked everything when done and cleaned up after he was finished. As a bonus, I was squeezed in much earlier than I was promised. Give them a try before you go with the other big name guys. Not sure how much cheaper they are, but they are definitely heads above the rest with service.

My home warranty company sent A&S to my house to replace my hot water heater. I had to leave in the middle of the job due to a family emergency. They finished the job honestly and professionally.

I used then a second time to hook up my new kitchen faucet, disposal and dishwasher. Sean did a great job.

A&S just did me right. On less than 48 hours notice they were doing a full day job jackhammering a concrete slab and replacing old lines that were leaking. I dealt with three people in all and every one of them wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the job, even down to the cleanup. They called even on the weekend to be sure all was working both the night of the job and the day after. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and their service was on point. I didn't know them three days ago, but I'll be recommending them to friends.

This is the best plumbing company in Louisville, hands down! My experience from start to finish was nothing short of wonderful! From talking to customer service, to talking to Sean, to Kevin coming to my house! Sean called and immediately started walking me through how to turn off the hot water heater. He was upfront and honest with me from the start about pricing and when he could get someone to my house. He told me no one could comeout until the next day, I had no problem waiting. After he took time to help me over the phone and was so upfront and honest, I knew this was a good company. So, I told him no, I will wait until the next day. Definitely made the right choice to wait! Kevin is amazing! He came in, looked at a few things and went immediately into the crawlspace to see where the leak was out. Came back in the house explained the problem and told me what needed to be done. Pouring down rain, lightning, thunder and hail, he went back under the house and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I cant thank you guys enough for making what I thought was going to be a big mess into something that seems so simple now after working with you guys! Excellent, excellent customer service. We first met this company through our American Home Shield insurance when our water heater died. They replaced that as soon as possible, and educated us on our options. Since then we've had them come out to do a few more projects. The company owner has been to each job to check the work. They are efficient, on time and reasonably priced.
