It makes me anxious to invite a total stranger into the house, but that made me feel much safer.He arrived within the time frame that they provided. He was Polite and courteous and did not try to up-sell us.We would certainly use them again.

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

He reset the pump and we were able to drain the water out. Later, the pump had failed and the water had came back but deeper. He came back out and installed a new sump pump and drained all the water out. This was the only plumbing service that we could ever get ahold of in an emergency that was willing to show up, and they actually knew what they were doing. All of our things could have been ruined had we not called them.
