Nathan Shepard was punctual and absolutely respectful and pleasant to work with! Would recommend him to any family or friend.

We noticed a leak from a fixture under our bathroom sink late on Saturday afternoon. We called Greenwell and they arranged to have a plumber to our house the next day between 8 and 10 a.m. Jeff Lemke arrived at around 9 a.m. He assessed the issue and gave us an estimate for repairs. After giving him the go-ahead, Jeff went to work and had things fixed within the hour. He was polite, courteous and professional.

Had to have my gas meter reinstalled by the gas because it had pulled away as dirt settled. Gas company could not hook it back up because an anchor bracket had pulled off as well and the gas co said a plumber would need to reinstall. Called Greenwell for an emergency as we would be without our gas heat until this problem was resolved. They got out that night, Kenneth was great… friendly, professional, on time, called on his way and worked efficiently. Only downside is it was on the pricey side for the service. I understand the emergency/after hours charge, but the actual service charge was higher than expected.

Tyler was very professional and friendly. He explained the repair and options in detail. I will always use Greenwell Plumbing.

Pinhole leak in our existing interior copper pipe. Luckily we were home and I caught it. The technician came out quickly and it's fixed. New materials with alot less pipes. Completely happy...as always.

Nathan of Greenwell Plumbing provided excellent service and quality workmanship for plumbing problems and issues at our home. He repaired a water main leak to the house and a redirect of sump/downspout drain. He explained the problem, plan for repair as well as keeping us informed of progress. My technician was Austin. Texted to inform me he was on his way and showed up within the 1/2 hour time frame. Quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. Very professional: explained the problem and options to remedy the situation. Was prepared (had the part on his truck) to make the repairs quickly. I definitely recommend this company and would specifically request Austin should any issues arise in the future.

We had a water softener installed and our ducts cleaned. Everyone was wonderful to work with, pricing is fair. And even told us the softener they had to install was too big for what we needed, went and got the smaller one and saved us some money! Definitely recommend.

I reached out to two different people in management, but no one bothered to respond. For over a hundred dollars, ten more which the technician tacked on at the last minute, right after I gave him my credit card, for a gas thing, I received nothing in return. They said the gas valve was bad and would cost $834 just for the part. They would have to order it, he said, and there was no telling how long it would take to come in. They even face timed with the boss, but still misdiagnosed the issue. Since I didn't know it at the time, I found the part elsewhere (for only $54, too!) The reputable company came and the part wasn't even bad. For $80, everything was operating splendidly within 15 minutes with the other company. I also asked about another issue with the unit leaking underneath when the air was on, but even for the fee charged, they would not even look into it... said it was more involved and would require taking things apart and would cost more. Definitely do not hire Greenwell. They are scammers.

Levi was on time, professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the issue we were having. Greenwell is always very responsive anytime we have a plumbing problem.

The technician was excellent. They came the same day and were reasonable in price. He was very respectful and explained the issue. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Kyle and Sid were great in explaining the purchase, and installing under the total amount of time quoted. The house is cooling and so are we! We will use Greenwell for all our HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Josh was an outstanding example of professionalism and expertise! He showed up promptly at 8:00 am and got to work. We needed an old cast iron waste pipe replaced, among other jobs, and were initially informed it would take about 1.5 days. Josh handled the job like a true pro, start to finish, finishing up and cleaning up by 3:30. His workmanship was top notch and was very honest in his recommendations. I highly recommend contacting Josh for all of your plumbing needs.

Had a water leak (turned out there were 2!!!) under a bathroom vanity between the floor and the underside of the cabinet. Sent a service request via the website very early in the morning, and Sam was there by the end of the day to fix things up. A short time later, he was on his way and we were all set. We had a clogged valve in shower and little water pressure. Adam came out first and did a great job..He knew he needed a more experienced plumber. Samuel Foster came out and finished the job. He tried to solve without cutting into our wall but finally had no choice. He was very contentious, and we will certainly use in the future. They both were great and I highly recommend them. Samuel is an expert!

Greenwell really helped us today! A pipe in my basement broke over the weekend and because of 811 no one could just drive out and fix it. I called Greenwell and they were here Tuesday at noon (still waiting for 811 service). By five our water was back on. Andy and Ethan were very professional and polite.

Had to replace all of our gas lines in our home. Ken did a great job along with his assistant who went up in our attic and removed old line and installed new. Ken was very courteous to the homeowner and did his best to explain what was going on and make sure homeowner was happy with the work being done. I will definitely use Greenwell in the future.

Derek was phenomenal, he came out for a leak that I thought I had, I ended up fixing the problem without even knowing it so he verified that there was no leak. He was honest and very knowledgeable! Did NOT try to charge me for something that wasn’t necessary.

We had a great experience with the purchase and replacement of our water heater. Greenwell was able to get us an appointment quickly and Luke arrived right on time. Austin Mathis did an exemplary job diagnosing and correcting the sewage pump in our basement. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and also confirmed with me before going through with the labor disassembling and reassembling the pump, effectively removing the clog. We had a very positive experience with Greenwell Plumbing and most of all their installer, Austin. He replaced our 50-gallon hot water heater in less than 24 hours of contacting them. Just had David out to look over a problem with our thermostat. I tried to upgrade to a smart thermostat myself and well, screwed it up. David was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on, without the slightest hint of judgement, and got everything back in working order. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost of the material and services I later learned was grossly over what most charge. I feel like I was taken advantage of. It was already a bad time financially to need a new water purifier but to learn from others that I paid over $1000.00 more that other vendors. I should have taken my time and gotten another quote.

While I will never enjoy having to repair things in the house, working with professionals like Greenwell Plumbing makes the experience more bearable! Once I made the call within a day we met their estimator who mapped out the job and then sent us his estimate later that day. We approved through email and then were able to schedule getting the work done through text with their scheduler (never pushy). The plumber who arrived at our home, Dustin, reviewed the situation and had some additional ideas to improve the flow of the water and avoid future issues. Dustin was an excellent representative of Greenwell, taking the time to listen to our concerns and explaining the why behind his decisions. In the end the job he did was well placed and efficient and he cleaned up the area as well. We were totally satisfied with the results and are planning on using Greenwell for any future projects, and requesting Dustin whenever he is available!

Andy & associate came at the prescribed time and Andy quickly analyzed & verified the blockage issue we were experiencing! He then identified both the action he would take to fix the current issue and the recommendations he suggested we do to make our system better able to handle this type of issue going forward! New homebuyer and was having issues with my plumbing. Green well had great reviews so I tried them out.I was not made aware of the $100 weekend charge upon making my first appointment. That was a nice surprise. I was told a more experienced person would have to come out the following Friday to discuss reworking my entire plumbing system.They were supposed to show up between 10am and 5pm. At 4:50 pm I called to see what was going on and was told they were running late.At 7:10pm I called again and was told they showed up earlier in the day but no one was home. I have been here since 9am. No one rang the bell, knocked, or called 30 minutes prior like they're supposed to.I work nights so staying up ALL DAYYYY for no one to show up is incredibly infuriating and unprofessional on their part.Lady on the phone was nice though.

I had a faucet and sink hooked up and installed. This involved running new pipes from the existing supply lines to sink, faucet, dishwasher, water filter, and outside bib. Very happy with the work/service. Aaron was very professional and is very knowledgeable. I appreciate the detail of locating the plumbing to give me as much storage space under the sink as possible. My water line busted in my yard 3 days before Thanksgiving. The people who answered the phones were very professional and thorough. The estimate was done the following morning. The pricing was very reasonable. Once the estimator was finished I received a call 45 mins later that a crew was on the way to fix my problem the same day. They were in and out in just a few hours. Stephen is great! He installed gas lines to my new pool heater, we were having issues getting the heater to work. All 3 contractors blamed each other, so by process of elimination we wanted gas plumber to come check the pressure to ensure it wasn’t the gas. Stephen ended up coming back out and checked the pressure and said it’s definitely getting the right amount of gas but he wanted to help me figure out the problem, he then began to trouble shooting and figured out that the plug for the igniter wasn’t fully connected and got my heater working. He was here to ensure the gas plumbing was good and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend Stephen!

Greenwell was very responsive and got me on their schedule the next day. Luke added a main shut off valve and it went flawlessly. He wasn’t afraid to get in to the dark and cob web filled crawl space. Price was a little steep I thought for just a main shut off valve installation considering the amount of time it took. But, it is what it is and I needed it done. Thanks Greenwell, and Luke!

Called greenwell plumbing to wrap water lines they gave me an estimate of $800 I said okay do it but I couldn't see what they did. So because I couldn't see what they did they did a quarter of the job and still charged $800. So I called and had them checked The person told me they didn't do but a quarter of the job. I called the manager at greenwell plumbing and Adam come back out to finish what he should have done. He took a lot of foam insulation under there so I guess the person that checked was right was right. Just remember any kind of work that you can't see that people do even if they have a good rating doesn't mean they're doing the work. I will never use greenwell plumbing again

Needed a plumber for an emergency and Greenwell had someone out to us that day. Derek Duckett was very kind and down to earth, took care of everything and helpfully explained the problem and what to do in the future. I would happily recommend him and the company to anyone.

Tim’s expertise in finding and repairing a leak in a pipe was right on. He fixed the problem of what caused the leak. He also installed a new shower control to stop a leak. He was timely, professional, courteous, and explained what he was going to and gave me time for questions. He told me the cost of the repair before was started. The repair came in well below the actual cost.Tim cleaned up after doing the repair. He had me inspect what had been done by giving me explanations.

The plumbing technician, that came to our home was very knowledgeable of his job. He made us feel like he would do all to solve our issue. Most of all we felt like he had our best interest at heart not our wallet.

Came back out to a water leak under house in crawl space but didn’t detect leak. Fire and water restoration company detected the leak again so Greenwell sent Jeff out. He said he got the job done!🤞

My hot water heater decided to call it quits during the middle of the day. I called Greenwell and was pleasantly surprised that someone was going to be able to get to me the same day. Our home flooded due to sump pump failure and nobody could figure out the reason except Greenwell did. They repaired the sump pump and installed a backup pump for us as well to protect us against future issues. Aaron was a great rep and kept us informed throughout the process.

Scheduled the evening before for 8-10 AM slot. I was skeptical they would be on time because of the short notice but they showed up on time. They called 30 minutes before their arrival too, which I appreciated. Jacob went through different options without trying to pressure me into a bigger repair. I will use them again!

I dropped my last hvac maintenance contract after they tried giving me renewal of nearly twice the price in addition to recently quoting what I believe to be an inflated price to fix a leaky spicket. I Called Greenwell Plumbing to fix a leaky spicket and found that they also have a reasonable maintenance plan for my hvac unit and water heater. While at it, I had an easily accessible shutoff value in case I ever have a plumbing issue. Great job guys!

Our AC went out at 3pm on a Monday. Techs came out and had it fixed by 5pm. The techs were very nice, respectful and knowledgeable.

They came out the day I called and their were excellent, although it did not solve my problem. They stuck with it to find the problem and it warranted a new water heater. Called at 8:00 PM for a septic issue and they scheduled me for 8:00 AM the next morning. Offered to come right then if I wanted. Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised and made quick work of a nasty job. Will use again if the need arises.

I was excited to use Greenwell because their receptionist was super nice and the original plumber who came to inspect was also very polite. However, the original plumber let me know that this issue was above his pay grade and he would need someone else to create the estimate. I told him no worries and he told me that I would receive the estimate in a few days at the most. That was June 25th. Since then I have called about every four days to check up on this estimate. Every time I am told that they will find out what’s going on and call me back. I never receive a call back. Maybe this has to do with the fact that they first sent my estimate to the same plumber who originally come out because they have the same name as the more qualified plumber? No idea but if this company is as unorganized with their work as they are with their customers than I’m happy to find someone else. The receptionists are always so nice, but there’s a disconnect somewhere along the line. Haven’t even gotten the chance to work with them, but I would not recommend.

I had a 100 year old pipe burst in my yard. I got several estimates. Greenwell was by far the most reasonable. Everyone that came was friendly and polite and professional. I had a massive sewer backup that took out my furnace and hot water heater. Had multiple plumbers out to look with no answers or plan. Greenwell Plumbing (specifically Samuel Foster) went above and beyond to find the problem and get it fixed right. Would absolutely use their services again. Service was scheduled on the 22nd between 2-6pm. Never received a call so called at 530pm and was told tech was running late and had 1 other call before me. Called back at 7pm and was told he had an emergency and now had another call in front of me. Tech called me and said he had 4 calls in front of me and would be to my home after midnight. Another call to company and ended up getting call from on call tech saying he was on the way and asked if I was aware of after hours charge. Explained that I had been told there would not be a fee. Tyler came to my house and was awesome, he tried for hours to get drain unclogged but had no luck. He put me on schedule for today to have camera ran in drain. Derek was tech today and he was just as awesome as Tyler! He ran the camera and was able to unclog the drain.My only complaint is with overbooking and dispatchers in the evening. Otherwise would have been 5 stars!!!

Got 3 quotes to replace Hot water heater and main shut off valve. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though his quote was a little higher than the other 2, I felt confident he knew what he was talking about. The plumber from one of the other companies told me I needed to have the whole furnace moved over so it would fit (the new hot water heaters are larger now). A few days later, when I told them the HVAC company said to just put the new one on the other side of the furnace where there is more room, the man was irritated and complained about having to extend the pipes. Also he said there still was not enough room. Another company's plumber said he would have to cut out the drywall to replace the water shut off valve. Tim got me a new hot water heater that fit into the old space and did not cut out any drywall. He cleaned up after the job and was very pleasant. I highly recommend and will call again when needed.

Oh NO…. Slab leak in kitchen under sink? Two plumbers wanted to pull sink, remove granite countertops & jackhammer floor. Called Greenwell & Nick said he wanted to try another approach first.American Leak came & marked “ the spot” to be under the sink. Nick & another tech worked hours chipping away the concrete under the sink. No leak to be found.Nick then called American Leak & they sent 2 technicians back again.The leak was NOT under the sink but 3 ft or so from the sink!I’m so thankful to Nick & all his hard work. He is so professional, knowledgeable & did what was best for us & saved us from destroying the entire kitchen unnecessarily! Thank you Nick. We appreciate EVERYTHING you did for us.

Greenwell is always my first stop call and to think... I have never had to call else where. This time when I called the area had a big snow storm and the area was still dealing with frozen/busted pipes. We had a clogged toilet, bathtub, and kitchen sink and sewage backup in the basement at one of our rentals. They were quick to respond and had someone over ASAP. highly recommend

Levi was great! Not only did he give me plenty of options for repair, but gave me the pros and cons of each. He was super fast and friendly to boot. It is refreshing to have someone friendly and knowledgeable to perform a service that I was not comfortable doing.

Josh was very professional, yet friendly and put me at ease right away. Being a senior citizen that is important when he is in my home. He was through and did everything to explain to me about the job. He was approachable for questions. He cleaned everything up when the job was done. I found him to be very efficient at his job.

The technician, Nick Jones, was excellent and so was the service. Pricing was competitive. If I had to suggest one opportunity to consider for improvement it would be regarding the initial call. It wasn’t bad, and the woman who took my information was very nice. But, it sounded like it was a call center and not as personal, almost robotic as if she had no knowledge of their service but was reading something scripted with routine questions. Again, not a problem for me, but possibly an area for improvement.

I will only use Greenwell from this point forward. They responded to a outside plumbing leak very timely. However the true measure of a business is there employees. The front phone lines were always professional courteous and upbeat and I was totally wowed by the knowledge and trustworthiness of Johnatan. We had another business give us a quote on repair before Greenwell and the best they could do was almost 1200 dollars. The tech was nervous and not very knowledgeable and said they would have to cut a hole in the inside wall to get a better look to see what was going on. Well I didnt buy that so I called Greenwell plumbing and to my surprise Johnatan said it was a simple fix for probaby under 300 dollars depending on the parts price. I will never be having Greenwell do any work for me. The representative that came out to give me the quote simply looked at my water heater and said, No way to remove and install. He didn't measure anything. he just simply looked at it and said no. In fact, he said my only option was to run the water lines and electric out of the utility closet and set the water heater in my garage. The others that I had quote the job actually took the time to measure and found that it was able to be removed and a new one installed in the same location. Your guy that came out to quote my job gives your company a very bad first impression by not making the effort to effectively evaluate the job.

Absolutely outstanding service! Tyler was the lead technician. On a Friday afternoon I had a shower pipe burst that caused water to pour into my basement. After turning off the main water valve, I called Greenwell plumbing. They were here within an hour and did an impeccable job repairing the leak and making sure we had working water! They also diagnosed an abnormally high water pressure problem in our house, which explains several of the issues we’ve had. They are scheduled to come back in three days to fix those issues as well. The technician noticed my army veteran status on my truck, and stated they give military discounts, so that is also very much appreciated. I strongly endorse Greenwell plumbing!

A tale of two experiences. Adam was my technician and he was the absolute best. He was awesome. Adam arrived, introduced himself, and quickly began confirming my diagnosis of the issue. Within a few minutes, he quoted the work and began the repair. He completed the repair and reviewed the warranty information and payment methods. I highly recommend Adam.On the other hand, the scheduling team for this company is subpar at best. I was scheduled for a 10-5 which is acceptable. My issue is that the scheduler could not provide any specifics. Is 10 realistic? There were no updates throughout the day. I called to confirm I was on the schedule and Angela told me that I did not have an appointment. My original scheduler, Josh, contacted me to confirm that I was on the schedule and would receive service that day. Still no updated timeline. At 5, I contacted the company again and they told me that my appointment was moved from the 10-5 timeslot to the 4-7 timeslot. There was no communication of this change until I reached out.While the technician's service is outstanding, the back office support is lacking. It makes me wary of utilizing their subscription services for HVAC and plumbing inspections throughout the year.

So I was to be getting a free estimate on setting up my water lines for a new refrigerator. Right off the bat, Dylan said it would be $155 to look in the crawl space.. (so much for free)...when I asked about an estimate he said he couldn't give one until he looked. So I can see where some would pay and then being that far in.. pay for the rest of the work. But we said no give us worse case scenario.. you have to replace it all. He said then at least $500.He went into my laundry room and messed with a valve to my water heater which I'm not sure why .. we were looking for the inside shut off valve to my home which I was sure had gotten dry walled over. ( the estimate alone to cut the section of drywall out to the valve was 90$ he said- ridiculous) ... so after I declined the work and we were walking to the door. He said well what about that leaking pipe? You need to fix that asap! What leaking pipe???The one connected to your water heater. So we walk back to the laundry room and he's referring to the one he messed with! So I could see the scam.. I'll find something for us to fix one way or another routine. He said that water leaking will continue to corrode your water heater and cost you thousands to replace it. I can fix that pipe for $330... but with a coupon I'll get it down to $160 for you.Seriously? I should've charged him for forcing it on but it's barely leaking at all and will not cause corrosion of a water heater.I think they'll try and take advantage of anyone they can to make money! Sad.

Greenwell is the only plumbing company I will use. They are always prompt, friendly and provide all the information I need to make good decisions about maintenance and repair. Today Austin replaced a sump pump that had not failed but was end of life. I completely trusted his assessment. He was very fast and courteous.

He was cordial, professional, respectful (putting on shoe covers each time he was in and out of my home, no foul language and not arrogant with a senior adult).Tyler was very considerate of my need to get this repair finished and was diligent in his efforts even when complications existed.I had never met this young man before nor used Greenwell Plumbing. Service was prompt, but we felt mislead on the pricing. The parts markup was excessive. $700 mark up on a $500 part plus a $300 service call? The job took two hours to complete. When we questioned the price finally after several calls without out a response, when we were told someone would get back to us by the end of the day, the explanation given was that the price included the warranty for labor. We didn't request a warranty. Shouldn't this be optional?We have been a reoccurring customer, but we will definitely shop around next time we need plumbing service.

I used Greenwell Plumbing for the first time for a weekend emergency service, I called Saturday evening and they were able to get their plumber, Jeff Lemke out to my house first thing Sunday morning. Jeff called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way which is something all service companies should do. He did a fantastic job, he was professional, answered all of my questions and completed the repair in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Greenwell Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I had my Kitchen sink removed and a new Sink installed and a Toilet removed and replaced with new one. Austin Mathis did all the work and Cleaned as he went. My water heater was leaking water everywhere and it is in my kitchen. I was really freaked out and called 911!!! Lol. That's all I could do. The lady at 911 gave me you guys number and I called and my technician was here in no time! He was knowledgeable and friendly and completed the repair very quickly. If I ever have plumbing issues again I will call them! Oh and my guy needs a raise!!

Dustin came out and completed a job for us recently and he was excellent. He communicated what the issue was and how he would fix it. He tackled a fairly big job alone and even stayed late to complete the work.

Lauren in the office was great! She took my information, and was able to give a same-day appointment to address a leak which had resulted in standing water. I was reassured right away. Luke called (as I was told the technician would by the office) on the way to the location. I had not waited long at all. He then arrived on time, and called me back with an exact assessment of the situation with accompanying estimate. Upon approval to proceed, he fixed the plumbing issue, and the situation was left far better than even the initial installation of the plumbing work. The whole process was so streamlined and professionally handled from start to finish. Billing was exactly as he said it would be up front, and I paid easily over the phone. I could not have asked for a better all-around experience, and was super-pleased and grateful.

Lucas and Izzy were quite friendly, courteous, and professional. Did an excellent job yesterday of repairing a small leak in a copper pipe elbow. However, the price was outrageous! $237 to replace about a 4 inch elbow section of copper pipe in an open basement area in about 30 minutes. Just spoke with the service manager today who offered an adjustment to a more reasonable price that I think is fair to both the company and us. Very much appreciate his understanding. Good resolution to achieve an on-going business relationship when plumbing services may be needed.

Jimmy Shanks from Greenwell Plumbing replaced my sewer line from the house to the road, and replaced my water line from the house to the meter. Jimmy did a great job, communicated well with me during the process, and was thorough. He left my yard in as good a shape as possible after all the digging, and cleaned up the sidewalk and the street. During the course of his work, he needed to remove my mailbox to repair the sewer line. He re-installed the mailbox before he left. We're super happy with his work.

I cannot say enough good things about Austin Mathis. We had to have him back only one business day after he was here (for a separate issue) helping install our kitchen items. We found a leak because there was a water line on our basement bathroom ceiling. He was able to assess and detect where the leak was coming from (master bath toilet upstairs which is above the basement bathroom). He repaired the crack found in our toilet flange, likely caused by a heavy toilet and possible difficulty with initial installation (by my husband). He also fixed a leaky valve under the sink which we had also noticed in the same basement bathroom. He was on time, professional, reasonable, kind, and knowledgeable. We will continue to request him with any of our plumbing needs.

My hot water heater was super heating water, then tripping the relay on the tank. At first it was intermittent, with long times before doing it again. I would just reset it. Recently it was happening daily. Jesse Mason, from Greenwell Plumbing, came and assessed the situation and we decided to replace the upper thermostat. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and let me know every step of the way what he was doing and why. I greatly appreciated that. Highly recommend Greenwell and if you can have Jesse, ask for him! I'm sure that all of their folks are great. This is my second use of Greenwell and I'm as pleased this time as I was in 2010!

Installer, Tyler did a great job. Ran into problems due to crossed 2x4's in wall that he had to run a gas line through. He communicated very well my options, he carried out my directions without any complaining. He went about fixing the problem, even though it took extra time. I was not charged for this extra time. Jonathan and his apprentice Andrew were very clear and explained what I needed to have my water softener installed. After the installation Jonathan flushed the resin tank and purged out the cold water lines, then throughly explained how to operate the shut off and bypass valves. It was nice for this Army veteran having a Marine veteran install my water softener. We had a lot of typical jokes that the branches of U.S Military uses against each other. Overall well pleased and will use Greenwell Plumbing again, and request the Marine Devil Dog to complete my service.

We always use Greenwell and are always pleased with their service. Monday's experience was even better than usual. Dustin called me to let me know he was on his way and he was right on time. We had 3 different issues that needed to be addressed and Dustin took care of all 3. He first gave me the estimate for each job and then completed them. Each time he carefully explained WHAT he was doing and WHY he needed to do it. Dustin was very professional and I felt like he was very concerned with my satisfaction. Adam worked diligently for five hours trying to figure out how to fix our cracked soil line and the connecting pipe from the kitchen that drained into the soil line. He had go into the crawl space under the house to do part of the repair. He used no protective cardboard or anything on the floor or shoe covering protection, and walked in and out of our house many times, getting waste water and wet, moldy drywall residue on our carpeting from the basement, up the stairs, and into our living room. After I thought the repair was finished, he discovered he needed another part and left to get it. He had already had me run water and flush the toilet to check for leaks before he left. No leaks were detected, but he was not satisfied with the repair so he left to get another part. He failed to notify me he had removed the first repair before he left, so since I had waited hours and hours with no restroom facilities, I used the bathroom and flushed, which sent more water into the basement floor. When I discovered the water, I placed a rolled up towel on the floor as a water barrier. When he returned, we had to find boxes out of our garage to put down on the floor for him to stand on, or he would have stood in that and then walked through our home again. The repair seems to be working so far, and Adam was very personable and didn't give up on what must have been a difficult job, but I am very disappointed in our possibly ruined carpeting now that it has mold, drywall mush, and sewage water tracked on it. PVC pipe materials were also thrown into our front yard and left that we had to pick up. I have never had this happen before and have been a loyal Greenwell Plumbing customer for years without a problem.

Nick was excellent. Professional and courteous, and knows what he's doing. He found a much less intrusive and destructive solution for our burst water line behind wall in our newly renovated basement than we had feared might be necessary before he came. So grateful.

He was very knowledgeable and provided options and educated on possibilities as to what the problem(s) were. I had to wait one week for the first available appointment. When the plumber did come out, he did not wear shoe covers, did not investigate anything (clean out valve, septic, etc) just assumed roots and then quoted me anywhere from 500 - 800 and guess what? Roots ended up not even being the issue once I got a second opinion. And now they are spamming my inbox everyday with various emails and newsletters. There's better out there.

The technician was very honest and informative. He even told me that I could probably do the project I was looking at myself. Other companies said it couldn't be done and wanted to do more extensive and expensive work.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. The technician we had was Toledo. He did a great job explaining everything to us about the job, he kept us informed during the job and (despite it turning out to be a much bigger job than we thought it would be) he got everything done fast. It was an easy process for us.

Whenever our driveway was installed, someone made the decision that this thing was to outlive its current residents, the next residents and possibly the next five generations. Even after a job that seemed simple enough on the surface, taking them well into the night, far longer than they'd anticipated, they were both friendly and professional, with an upbeat attitude after a crazy long work day and hours of hard work! He could’ve easily said we need to dig and charged us a ton of money to do so, but instead he exhausted all options and was able to clear the clog without digging. Requested an onsite visit for a water heater issue, the rep I first spoke with was great, got a time setup for me. On the day of the visit I was given a 10a-2p time frame for the plumber to stop by. 2pm showed up and no visit, I was notified that I wasn't forgotten and the plumber was still coming by but something came up with him, which I appreciated but was still raising an eyebrow to because of the time frame. Cut to 5:30pm, the guy stopped by. I met him at the driveway and saw he wasn't wearing a mask, I offered one to him and his body language and comment under his breath implied he wasn't into it, which with all do respect shouldn't be a consideration. There's a pandemic and you're coming into my house, please be considerate.Once inside he spent 15 min looking at my water heater, tested my water pressure and told me to ask the water heater company to ship a part (which I was later on hold for an hour getting), and that he'd get me a quote for parts and labor via email and he left. Felt like it was a Friday and someone wanted to go home and I was the last stop on his list.Never got a quote so I went with another plumbing company who told me his suggestion with the water heater part replacement wasn't necessary, and they were able to fix my issues the same day they stopped by.I'm sure Greenwell may be able to perform good work, but it wasn't their finest moment with me.

First time my husband and I have ever hired a plumber, and if we ever need one again we will without a doubt reach out to this company and specifically ask for Sam! We had a shower faucet emergency and received prompt service! With a great price! Also his customer service skills were impeccable. Steven was our technician. He was friendly, as well as very knowledgeable & efficient on the repair & replacement of our 2nd hot water heater. We’ve used Greenwell Plumbing twice to replace both of our older hot water heaters within the last year & a half.We are very satisfied with the service of this company and the quick response time in getting a technician to us within 24 hours- but especially so with the above & beyond professionalism of Steven to do things properly. He even performed a slight correction in the connecting line between the two hot water heaters left from the prior technician.

At first we was delighted :) as we thought our leak from our tub was fixed but soon realized the next day was leaking ALOT more during shower and bath. Sam Foster was the technician. He seemed to be very informed but had called 2 hours after we informed Greenwell plumbing bout our leak that it was infact most likely a unrelated issue ( but you wouldn't know that without looking) he then went on and said we need a new tub.. repeatedly.. We know that. But as of right now just was trying to stop the leaks. At that point he said he would charge us after hours price, and labor but the leak wasn't fixed correctly? Doesn't seem fair? We aren't plumbers . But if someone fixes your leak and it's leaking more... I think it's their fault. So we declined the visit. We just wanted to stop a leak is all. After $400.00 the leak should be fixed. I think that looks better for business. Thank you ..

We originally had Greenwell Plumbing out to fix some problems our remodeling Contractor neglected and refused to fix. The technician was able to take care of everything and done professionally. Couple years later, a leak sprung under our bathtub/slab. The first tech on-site realized the job could involve excavation to fix so we rescheduled someone to give us an estimate to fix. The estimator was able to look further to find and fix the problem with no excavation or anything. He showed me where the Contractor again failed us again by the way they originally installed it and was easily able to fix the problem.I highly recommend calling Greenwell if you are unsure your current plumber is doing the job the right way or for any plumbing problems. They are great and very professional.

Austin was very personable young man that did a very good job. I recommend him and Greenwell highly.

The window given to come to the house to repair a clogged kitchen sink was 10-12. The plumber called at 3pm 3 times while I was in a meeting and could not answer. After leaving the meeting and calling him back he told me he was about to go somewhere else because I did not answer. I asked about the window he was supposed to be at our house and he said the previous appt ran over. No apology, no effort or call to let us know he was going to be late. His attitude was almost like I should be grateful he’s coming at all because I couldn’t answer my phone for 30 minutes 3 hours after he missed the window. Of course at that point in the day no one else is going to be able to come out either so no choice but to have him come back it then. Grease was in line and had to fished. Around 250 dollars for that. It does however drain now. I just felt like the professionalism was as pretty lacking and technician was borderline rude.

When I got up that morning we did not have hot water. Water was coming out the top of the unit. By that afternoon we had a new water heater installed. Collin and Dusty were very professional in how they approached and completed their work. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Austin quoted the price and explained in detail his findings before he started the work to unclog the pipes. I had to call them again 5 days later due to the same problem. Derek came out and agreed with Austin as they explained that the pipes needed to be replaced with different connectors to eliminate the problem. Jeff and Jonathan completed the installation of new pipes with the proper connectors and a clean out drain. Very pleased with Greenwell Plumbing and the technicians. 🙂

Earlier today, I had Greenwell Plumbing out for a hydrant/spigot replacement. After they left, our home lost all water pressure. I called back to get someone back out. Another employee arrived, let me explain what happened, and quickly found the problem. He fixed it, no charge.I am so impressed with this company! Spent two weeks trying to get them to communicate the needs for the job and get a team scheduled.They finally scheduled me and they canceled due to rain, where it only lightly rained for short period of time and the job still easily could have been completed.They rarely return calls.

First of all, I want to thank Jeff Lemke and his apprentice, who were very cordial and did good work (as far as I can tell). I especially appreciated that Jeff took the time to show me some of the features of the water heater he installed for me. I have no complaint with the tradesmen who did the actual work in my home, nor am I necessarily doubting the value of that work.With that said, my experience with the company's customer service was pretty poor. When I called to schedule an appointment, I asked for an estimate (with the understanding that it's just that: an estimate). I was told they couldn't provide one. Since it was a holiday and many plumbers weren't readily available (especially after the big freeze that affected so many people's pipes), I did proceed with making an appointment despite this.When the plumber arrived at my door, I expected to be given an hourly rate with an estimation for the repair. Instead, I was given a flat rate. Why couldn't the call center representative provide that to me when I was arranging the appointment? The price gave me sticker shock. But I was on day three of no hot water in winter, plus I knew it wouldn't be easy or quick to hire someone else, so I authorized the repairs.The invoice was not itemized. I was charged $524 for a water heater installation and $254 for a kitchen faucet installation. I provided both the faucet and water heater myself, this was only for labor. They arrived at my home at 3:30, began work around 3:45 and completed the work by 6:30. Without considering the additional material and fuel surcharge costs, that's $778 for 3 hours (rounded up) of work or $259 per hour.I wanted to better understand what seemed to me a very high price, so after the fact, I called the company to ask about the pricing. I also wanted to know why nobody could give me an estimate up front. I was told the people in their call center do not have any access to pricing. I requested to speak to someone a bit higher up the chain and was passed to a client relations manager. I wasn't satisfied with her attempt to explain, so I asked if I could speak to the general manager. She said she would have him call me back that day, the next day at the latest. When I received no call, I made several attempts to get back in touch and inquire the following week. I say several because at least three of my calls dropped, so I had to call back and start over. The most recent rep I spoke to said she would have someone call me back the same day.Instead, I received an email from the client relations manager which said they couldn't give me a discount or refund. That wasn't necessarily what I was seeking. First and foremost, I wanted to understand the pricing. I wanted an explanation about the refusal to provide an estimate over the phone if they were going to use a flat rate regardless of complexity and time. This did not make sense to me and felt a bit underhanded. I just want honesty, integrity and transparency when I'm in a bad situation and need a professional's help.Nobody at the company could take the time for a conversation to help me better understand. I found the whole customer service experience very poor. The pricing seems a little outrageous too, although maybe I wouldn't feel that way if I understood why I was paying $259 an hour. The biggest pain point, though, was the refusal to provide any kind of estimate when there was always going to be a flat rate. That is disingenuous at best, predatory at worst.

Derek was probably one of the most down to earth techs I have ever dealt with. He was super informative and walked me through the problem and easy solutions to help maintain my sewer line and drains. Thanks for everything!

Adam arrived timely and went to work installing the projects above. He was very thorough, except, when hooking up the water lines. The hot water line is connected to the cold water and vice versa. I've tried to adapt, but haven't yet. I guess I need to call for service to fix this small problem. Overall, I think Adam did a great job.

Kyle Clark and his helper Sid are some of the most thorough HVAC service persons I have ever dealt with. They work as a great team working on the furnaces at Fisherville Baptist Church. Greenwell Plumbing (Austin) was the only company, out of about fifteen, that came out the same day our hot water tank went out. Austin came out and made sure that I understood everything after a full complete inspection of our system. He was courteous, wonderfully knowledgeable, and didn’t appear to be “watching the clock” while we talked. And the diagnostics were free. There were no extra surprises (fees) after the job was done either. What Austin told us the cost would be after inspection, is exactly what the final cost was after installation. Austin and Ethan worked diligently and made sure to keep me informed every step of the process. The finish is awesome looking! It actually looks better than it did before. It’s really nice to do business with a company that truly stands behind its own ethics. The guys and all equipment were very well presented. First Appearances are very important and Austin & Ethan represented Greenwell Plumbing well. They kept their visit professional but made me feel very comfortable to have them in my house. That doesn’t happen too often. I would definitely recommend Greenwell Plumbing to others as well as using them myself again in the future. We also took advantage of their membership offer after completion. It’s great!

10/10 recommended, we had Aaron come over cause my fiancé tried to fix a leaking pipe underneath our garden tub by lossening a bolt and couldnt get it retighten so we had to shut water valve off cause it started to flood our bathroom. Once we fixed the leaking pipe, we couldn't get the water valve to turn back on. It was a super easy fix but he was really helpful and made sure nothing else was wrong before we leaving.

From the time I called the main office to a plumber making it to my house took 20 minutes! Can’t say enough about these guys! Professional and gave me their honest opinion! They are scheduled to do more work on my house in a couple of days! Highly recommend!

Austin Mathis was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about costs. He quickly and efficiently removed and installed a new indoor water valve as well as replace my kitchen sink faucet. He didn't lose his cool when I mistakenly missed a part in the faucet box and he had to do it over. Whoops! Sorry again, Austin! I'll definitely call him again for our next plumbing experience/emergency ;)

Timothy did a fantastic job installing a tub in my bathroom. It was a very tricky job involving rerouting multiple lines under the floor in the room next to the bathroom. He was very courteous, professional, and obviously competent. The rate was very reasonable for a tough job too.Samuel came to inspect the smell of gas. He was very kind and fixed it promptly.

We have struggled to find a plumber we love, and we have now found one! Greenwell was awesome from the first phone call to when the work was done. Called on a Wednesday, estimate was done on a Friday (and lower than anyone else’s), called to schedule 3 days later, and they were here the next day. Work was completed in 3 hours and everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Amazing service from the folks at Greenwell Plumbing. Service techs were highly skilled and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the installation of my tankless hot water heater. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing or hvac needs.
