Not thrilled with the office support. Dealing with the company for 2months and the issue was not fixed. The service men were awesome, very polite and willing to work overtime to resolve the problem. The office made them leave because they had to move on to the next appointment. When I called the office to ask if the guys could just finish the job, the manager said, sorry, I have customers who don't have water, we will just send another team out to you tomorrow. As if my appointment was not a priority. The 3rd set of workers came out, capped some pipes and issue still isnt resolved. I paid the bill and ended my business relationship. Again, the service guys were AMAZING!! My isssue was solely with the office staff. Good luck.

Great company! Exceptional customer service.

Very good customer service. I called them after business hours for help with my furnace. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and I was able to get it working right away. They even gave me a follow-up call to make sure the problem was resolved. I would use Vessels again for furnace service.

Reasonably priced and great service

I called Vessels plumbing about what I thought was a plumbing issue I was having at my house. After explaining to them what was going on, they stated that it was a septic issue and gave me recommendations on who to call & provided advice. The septic company came out and did the work which fixed the problem. I would call Vessels again because they could’ve sent someone & charged me a service charge to investigate but instead they referred me to the right company to fix my issue. It gets even better though… the septic company said if I hadn’t had it fixed when I did, I was close to having a major issue that would’ve cost me $20k to fix. Vessels saved me time, money and were very professional & courteous! I highly recommend them!!

I operate Sola Salons Louisville and it is so difficult to find a contractor that is easy to communicate and be reliable. Vessels has been a blessing from above for us, Tonya who usual handles the phones when I call is incredibly personable and always exceeds my expectations. The actual plumbers are amazing, I had a hot water heater problem and they came at 10pm at night to fix even though I could tell they were exhausted. I take pride in what I do personally and seeing others do that means the world to me. Thank you Vessels!

Vessels has been great! They are always on time and have been very flexible with my busy schedule. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Vessels responded quickly to my call and Joe was great with explaining the problem, options and cost estimates. When we agreed on the work, they were great about communicating and the crew showed up on time. As with many plumbing problems, you can't tell what is really going sometimes until you get into the job. Vessels identified the problem, fixed it in less time than originally estimated and adjusted my bill accordingly. Honest and reliable!

The guys they sent out for a water heater issue were knowledgeable and generally nice guys. Would call then for work again.

Vessels came out for an estimate on fixing my sewer line. They provided an option to replace the sewer line that was much less invasive than digging up the front yard and replacing with PVC.
They were recommended to me by a neighborhood group and I was pleased with how quickly they came out and how knowledgeable they are.

We called Vessels at 11am, and were in need of extremely fast service, just so happened they had a tech nearby leaving a job and got here in 15min. He ran through all the work, gave me a fair price and was extremely friendly. I won't go into a ton of detail but it was in a real time of need and they understood that and squeezed us into the schedule, I can't thank them enough for the help.. they really saved us that day. Till next... and next time I wont waste my time calling around, this will be my first call.

The customer service was beyond bad. I personally had to contact them after the initial visit when the problem of the gas leak repair was discovered. Thereafter , it was myself who made phone calls trying to set up a time. I was changing my schedule to accommodate the plumbers but no response from their scheduler via my phone calls. On the 8th day , including Saturday & Sunday the plumbers showed up. These plumbers did excellent work / polite. Two prominent individuals referred Vessels. What a disappointment when it comes to accommodating the customer

Charged me $405 for a simple drain cleaning. Would not recommend, unless you are willing to get ripoed off. Go elsewhere.

The owner of Vessels Plumbing came to our house on KY Derby weekend a few years ago when we had heavy rains to help us with flooding in our basement. My family always said if we ever need anything moving forward we would contact Vessels. We recently needed our water heater replaced and called Vessels. Tonya was above and beyond helpful with coordinating the appointment and the plumber Cameron that came out to do the work was outstanding. We will be using Vessels Plumbing for any of our future needs, great company!

I can't give a high enough rating for Vessels Plumbing. I have used them numerous times for plumbing and am aware they also offer HVAC and the sewer pipe lining service. The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldn't tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

This is the most helpful, professional, friendly company! They were an absolute joy to work with. We had an emergency situation and dealt with tech Jesse and he was amazing!!! He went over everything thoroughly with us and diagnosed the issue quickly. His recommendations were spot on.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

They did fast and professional work . Had some billing issues and they was very polite and worked thru them . Would recommend and use again !

I like the fact they are family owned and operated. I had a stopped up drain and they sent a plumber out to snake it, he got me open with no problem. I thought I needed a new sewer and he told me that I didn't. Which I thought was awesome, he could have easily sold me something I didn't really need but he didn't. He saved me a few thousand dollars I'm sure. They are a very honest company which is a rarity these days. I will definitely use Vessels Plumbing for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Vessels Plumbing came out to do the plumbing for a walk-in-shower where I had the tub removed. They arrived at 9:30am & walked into my home around 9:45am. I left to go & pickup the shower base at Lowe's apprx. 3 miles away. When I got back I saw their truck leaving at 10:40am & was told by my brother they were taking an early lunch because I had not gotten back yet. It would've been nice to have called me to see but they didn't. They came back at 12:33pm & got the base out of my vehicle. They were done at 3:30pm. The plumber told me I was to be charged for 6 hours but he was going to charge me for 5 hours. They charge on an hourly. There was a charge of a shower head & trim added to this charge which I was told they are giving me their discount. This was not an extravagant shower or trim $120.00. I know the employees were not around for 5 or 6 hours but that is what I was charged by them. They told me they would call me after they look at the GPS but I have yet to receive a call from them. My bill came to $1,145.05 including the shower head. $930.00 was for labor then one part $82.88. They charge hourly I was told but I know they were not at my place for 5 or 6 hours & I was told I do not pay for their lunch hour.

I really appreciate Vessels. I live in an old condo and have had to call them a couple times now to fix/inspect leaks. They’re always super friendly, work quick and I feel like the pricing was definitely fair. The woman who answers the phone is always super helpful and understanding and I really appreciated her help as well as the plumbers. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone.

tonya was so sweet and helped me through my water heater leak. the problem had me without hot water for a couple days and they worked hard to find me a replacement quickly. the installers were polite and efficient and didn’t leave behind any messes.

The plumbers that they sent out were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. To spite what some of the other reviews here say, the pricing was pretty transparent.

Vessels Plumbing exceeded our plumbing experience from beginning to end! Had a major plumbing issue that required replacement of our original cast iron pipe with that of PVC. Justin and Chris were beyond outstanding (along with the office staff that coordinated the install process)!
The work was a job and 1/2 which we were quoted a hefty amount from another local big name company. At the advice of others (and prayerful discernment) we called Vessels for their opinion. Vessels performed the job in a very reasonable amount of time for about 1/2 the original quote. Couldn't be happier with our decision! Would highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service. The do quick fixes to ensure you will have to call them back out and to charge you an additional service fee even when the quick fix last less than 48 hours. If you make a complaint they will not return your phone call. The lady who answers the phone does not even answer with a professional greeting making you think you have called a personal phone vs a business. She is not much help only says she will relay a message.

I called them on a holiday weekend. They were unbelievably kind and helpful. If you’re ever in need, these other people to call. They will help you and they’ll be straightforward. So hard to find honest people nowadays these people are amazing. If you’re in need I would advise you to call vessels plumbing! They will take care of you!

Vessels Plumbing misdiagnosed a water leak and caused around 80% of my parents’ front landscaping to be removed because they replaced the WRONG pipe at a cost of almost $3,000! They had to call a separate plumbing company to come out and find the actual problem and fix it properly (United Plumbing). According to United Plumbing, everything Vessels did was absolutely unnecessary. When they contacted Vessels they basically said too bad and are refusing to refund them for their mistake. THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!

Vessels worked very closely with us and our insurance company to get our sewer project covered. They did a very professional job and we are quite happy with the work they did for us. Their employees clearly took pride in their work and went the extra mile on our project! Thanks for a job well done, Vessels. :-)

I can not say enough positive comments about this business. We own a 1920 home near Cherokee with large trees surrounding, Our sewage system/pipes broke and sewage was coming into our basement. From the first call (basic hysteria) the Vessel staff was immediately helpful, and worked diligently to find and repair the issue. Throughout the process of digging, repairing and fixing the multiple issues (with rain a couple of weeks), their professionalism, communication and overall problem solving was outstanding. They not only fixed major old house sewage issues, the way they put back my yard, cleaned the area and even put back some old bushes that were dug was amazing. From the office staff to the on site crew, this group is outstanding!!! (First google review I have ever written, but this group deserves it)

I have used Vessels Plumbing a few times for various plumbing needs, and each time they have been very professional and personable. Each person I have worked with is knowledgeable and always conscious to detail what the original problem is as well as the solution that is being put in place. It is clear that the company as a whole is extremely customer-oriented.

The workmen were efficient, neat and professional however, the price was excessive. I am partly to blame as I did not get a price prior to them showing up for the job but $1400 is excessive by about $300 for the installation of a standard 55 gallon water heater. I had three other companies over to bid a floor drain problem and each one stated I'd been taken advantage of. DO NOT let them in without a firm price! If they will rip off an old widow lady they will take advantage of you for sure!!

I have been working with Vessels Plumbing for about 3 years now. Since my first experience it has been nothing but wonderful! Joe has worked directly with me since adding a new sewer sleeve to our rental house. I have since completed multiple service calls and projects with Vessels! There quality and responsiveness is by far the best i seen in years! Russ and Austin just completed a bath renovation due to an unforeseen water problems, and did a fantastic job, extremely quick. They also just added a tankless water to our primary home. I was so impressed with the level of detail Russ displayed during the the install, specifically to make sure our gas lines could handle all the stress.

My wife and I truly thank the Vessels team For the time and effort put into our homes. I highly suggest calling Vessels before your next plumbing project or service call.

Great service,nice people and on time.I called for an apt.right before their office close right after we shut off our main valve due to pipe issues.Not having access to water in a house with 3 adults,1 kid and an infant is a struggle.I was so relieved when they put my request in first thing in the morning even though theyre booked already.I def. recommend this company.

Vessels was like one of the family by the time they finished installing our new sewer line with the cured in place pipe (CIPP) which prevented us from having our yard dug up. The job had some surprises for them and us but they came back several days in a row to make sure it was completed. They were always friendly, courteous and timely. We even had a follow up call post job to ask how things went. This local, family run business takes pride in what they do and they do it well!

I only have wonderful things to say about Vessels. I used this company just in the last couple of days for an emergent plumbing situation at my home and truly, they exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is really excellent; I always felt very cared for and taken care of. Every person I interacted with was kind and courteous. They answered all of our questions and even offered extra tid-bits of information. Not to mention, the workmanship was excellent and finished very timely. All around A+.

We Contacted Vessels Plumbing for their cured-in-place pipe services. Their lining process was the perfect solution for our sewer line issue. Our yard has extensive landscaping, fencing and hard surface installations. Even other plumbing professionals who had come on site to bid suggested that we consider the procedure that Vessels offers.

The complete lining process from excavation to final inspection took less than 24 hours. Vessels gave sound advice, the staff was professional, knowledgable and completely engaged in their service and the repair of our sewer.

In the end we had only to reconstruct an eight by three foot area of our garden path and were able to save the sixty year old red maple that was at the ‘root’ of the problem.

My water heater went bad, I called several places and people didn’t answer their phone. Called Vessels and they got me in pretty quick. They fix it. Yes. Fix it. Another company told me that most likely will needed to be replaced because of the age. If you want professional plumber I highly recommend you call vessels. Thank you

My air-conditioner stop pumping air at midnight on Monday. I called vessels at 8 AM Tuesday and I had a quick response time. At first the technician told me my compressor is blown and I need a whole new unit, and when I followed him out for him to show me it attempted to kick over and he changed his story and so it must just be the fan is blown up suppressor. when I followed him out for him to show me it attempted to kick over and he changed his story and so it must just be the fan that's glow not compressor. Then he tells me it's also the contactor. He also told me my unit was only a 1.5ton and that it was too small for my house so I would have to go bigger. He quoted me a price of $300 to replace the fan motor and the contactor. It took him all day to go get the parts and come back. Once he was done making the repairs I asked to keep the motor and contact her so that I can have someone I know check to make sure that's what was wrong.
36 hours later it was 84° inside my house. When I called and asked them to come back and check it they said it would cost me an extra service fee because what he had replaced had nothing to do with how cool it was inside of my house. Also that if it wasn't working now it needed to be replaced completely. I ended up having to put on my own heard starter and and the air conditioner worked. I was then I was able to get my uncle who works for another air-conditioning company out of town to come in and check and see if everything was running fine and it turns out that the motor and contact her that he took off work perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced was a capacitor that cost $30.
This company was trying to rip me off and they did a $300 when I can I just put a $30 part on the hard-sell for the new equipment without Regis especially considering the fact that they quoted me a price of $90 a pound for our 22 and it turns out you can get it for $10 a pound in other places. I have the working motor and contactor and if I could I would swap them back out and return them and get my money back but I know that's not going to happen .

They are honest people who will give you the real assessment of your options. They’re not going to sell you products and services you don’t need. Never got to use their services because they freely talked me through making the simple repair myself and saved me HUNDREDS in cash compared to the plumber my real estate recommended!

I was having a party (on a Sunday) and both my toilets were clogged. I was in a panic and started calling random plumbers that were “open 24 hours”...all I got were answering machines. A good friend of mine at the party referred me too Vessels Plumbing. A real live person answered the phone and they were able to show up within an hour and a half. The guys had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. They were AWESOME! Vessels Plumbing will get any and all my plumbing needs in the future! VESSELS PLUMBING ROCKS!!!!!!
