Mike has been here several times for regular check-ups and for repairs.

I find him very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

John and his assistant were great - super friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also fixed the issue with our water heater and answered all our technical questions. We will definitely be calling Maeser again, when needed.

Update - they replaced the existing duct work in my laundry room and did a great job. I am VERY pleased with the results.I had them come to give me a quote to replace some duct work. That hasn't been scheduled yet, but while the tech for the duct work was here I asked about the exterior faucet for the hose. They sent one of their plumbing guys out and had it fixed very quickly. So far, would definitely recommend!!

Stacy was very professional, friendly and explained things clearly. She answered all my questions easily. I'm undecided on getting a generator but If I decide I want one I definitely will be following up with Stacey.

Instead of just repairing the furnace by replacing the transformer, he checked the AC found the compressor was broken, then recommended some next steps.Cameron Hupp was professional and got the job done ahead of schedule. The other guy was great too. Excellent job replacing my AC unit and furnace in about 5 hours.

Fully satisfied with Justin! He is an amazing, thoughtful, and he did an excellent professional installation of our backup generator. His coworker the electrician J Jones too was excellent at his craft and was a pleasure to have him do the wiring…. Looking forward to our up coming hot water heater installation this year!

Excellent service - schedule to have a sewer line checked out with camera. I was given a window of time and was told I would be called within 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving. Worked like a charm. The personnel was courteous and professional. The job wasn't easy but they continued until they were able to perform the job they were hired to do.

I was very impressed with Rodney Hawkins and Tyler Platacis. Rodney explained my options very well and both were extremely willing to help help me out. They took a personal interest in what needed to be done and did it very efficiently. Rodney made sure his plumbing solutions were well thought out and done in the best way possible to prevent problems from reoccurring in the future. What also impressed me was how quickly they were able to restore a broken main line buried 5+ feet down while working around a separate 2 inch pump line and 4 inch drain line that crossed directly over top of the broken main sewer line. Without question, Rodney will be my go to person for future plumbing needs.

Nick did a professional job and was very efficient and friendly. Good asset to Maeser. We like their regular service A leak was found during spring A/C regular plan service checkup and they ran leak test and fixed leak and have us back up and running. Great job!

Maeser‘s has been great. From installing an emergency sump pump when I had a major water flood in the basement a year ago, to fixing Jarboes mix up of not changing the AC filters after they cleaned the ducts…Maeser’s has a prompt arrival time with highly qualified technicians that get the job done! Yesterday we thought the sump pump was broken in the basement again, Maeser’s got a technician in super fast, it just needed the breaker reset. The technician got it operational explained the situation to me and what to do next time, and didn’t even charge us the service fee. Great company and great service. I’ll be sure to use them for more than just plumbing & HVAC services in the future.

The entire team that showed up to install my new hvac and water heater were awesome. They showed up on time, we're extremely professional, and did a good job. There were a few minor issues that happened, but they were unforseen. However with that being said, I still received awesome service from Maeser. I would utilize them in the future.

I must take this opportunity to give a shout out to Maeser Plumbing & HVAC in Louisville, KY. My renter first called another company to repair my heating unit as she was unable to get the furnace to come on. This was after two consecutive mornings of temperatures at or below 32 degrees. The first company came out, looked at the unit, then informed my resident, a mother (and her daughter who is a hospice patient), that a new system was required and left without repairing. I then called Maeser Plumbing, HVAC. They scheduled my resident for their first available appointment at the end of the week. Upon learning of the health condition of the daughter, just a short time later in the day they called to inform me that a technician, Cody, was on his way to repair the unit. The mother and daughter had heat that afternoon. Cody returned first thing the next morning to install an additional piece to insure the unit was fully repaired and operational. Additionally, Maeser waived their service fee! I cannot let this act of kindness and gift of service to this mother and daughter go unannounced to anyone searching for a reputable business providing heating, cooling, plumbing, and bathroom remodeling services in the Louisville, KY area. Maeser HVAC & Plumbing is proof that there are still good people in this world.

If I could give them a 0 I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Called them based on the google reviews to come fix our clogged bathroom sink while I was at work and my wife was at home with our 5 week old. They came out every 20 mins would come back to my wife and say will we need to do this its going to be another $250 dollars, by the end they were wanting charge us a $1000 to fix a simple clogged sink! Definitely tried to take advantage of her and you know they work on commission so they try to add all of these charges so they get that extra money. Told them to stop what they're doing (keep in mind already out $250) and I'll contact someone else. Had someone come out today and was able to fix it 10 minutes for $130 total. Now thanks to this company I have to replace drywall as well. SCAM artist and sheisty people for trying to take care of someone with a newborn baby!

I am disappointed with the work provided for the following reasons:1. The original valve that was replaced had been installed using 100% “Soldered Connections”. These connections have been in place for over 50 years. The newly replaced valve was installed using some soldered and some “Non Soldered Connections”.2. The “Non Soldered Connections” were installed on the upstream side of the valve. In the event of a failure, the new shutoff valve would be useless.3. The original valve faced forward. This allowed use of the space to the left of the valve which was used for storage. We had a storage unit at this location that was moved to allow the valve to be replaced. The new valve was installed facing to the left. Because of this - #1. The valve infringes on the space to the left so that the storage unit will no longer fit in this space. #2 The valve is less visible. The previous valve forward and had a placard that hung that clearly identified the valve as being the main cut off valve for the water. Now since the valve is turned to the left it is less visible and the inadequate placard that was left hanging is only visible edgewise (or invisible).Please have someone return and make the necessary corrections.

Use one of the many other plumbing companies in town. The prices at Maeser are double, sometimes triple that of their competitors. We had to use them in a pinch after coming home from vacation and were charged almost 600 dollars to snake a line. Do not waste your money with this company.

I just left a recent review, but wanted to give a shoutout to some excellent service we received from William Vincent. We had a difficult dishwasher installation situation (that had previously been attempted by multiple others) and he persevered through a difficult job on short notice. We're very appreciative of his quality work!

I've used Maeser a few times and every time I've been pleased. They are always prompt, professional, and do great work. I'm sure there's probably cheaper folks out there but Maeser gets it done and shows up which I've found to be an issue since COVID-19. One of their plumbers, Tom Jones, is excellent. He explains the process, what may or can be occurring in the plumbing, and is very knowledgeable.

I really appreciate the team at Maeser. From the start the call with the representative, getting the appointment and the technician that arrived it was the best. I had been trying for over a week and half with my home warranty but with the call to Maeser I had the problem corrected within 4 hours of the call to the office. Called about a clogged drain at 8:00 am. Plumber arrived within 2 hours. Took a little time to get the clog resolved, but finally got through and all was working. Tyler was prompt professional and provided good information. Much appreciated.

We purchased a Geo thermal system from them, loop has an apparent leak from the beginning. The techs said it was normal, which it is not. Now they will not repair the loop, because it will cost them to much, and have basically told me too bad, that the loop is not equipment. LOL

Steve Flatt came to service our kitchen sink that was clogged. He arrived on time and was so very professional & knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing issue quickly and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Maeser Plumbing!

Micheal came to my house a few days prior and gave an accurate estimate, I shopped around and found no one cheaper , I called 2 days later and they sent him back just about an hour later . He came in and replaced my water heater in around 2 hours and was very professional. I am extremely happy with his performance. I would recommend Maeser to anyone .

Had a water heater leak that made a sizable puddle in the basement. After realizing I needed it repaired/replaced as soon as timely possible, I then contacted Home Depot for help with my situation. Maeser Plumbing, Heating & Cooling were the ones to contact me to set up a time for a visit. After they came and did their thing, the two associates then laid out their find, the possible solutions, and the cost for each choice. They even made a call for a spare water heater being available, which one was. The ball started rolling when I gave them the green light to start replacing the heater for a new one. Little over an hour and half went by from start to finish following the call for the extra heater, to doing minor plumbing adjustments, and cleaning up any mess they may had made. The associates even made sure to ask me if everything is fine, which was, and the payment was then done without headache. One thing about the associates that became apparent was their politeness, professional, and laid back behavior during the whole time they were there. If anything, I'll be calling for them the next time I need help with plumbing!

3 days after moving into our first home we started having plumbing problems. The first company we called left us disappointed with their lack of work integrity. After cleaning up the mess they left behind, we called Maeser for a second opinion and quote. The technicians were not only knowledgeable, but they were also extremely professional and considerate!They replaced our entire main line in the basement, added a cleanout, and fixed several other problems with the plumbing. Took them only 2 days, they took extra measures to protect our home while they worked, and cleaned up after themselves both days. On top of all this, when they provided the quote we were stunned when their price was more than $3k less than the first company who had disappointed us by leaving sewage leaking into our basement!Absolutely phenomenal experience and Maeser will be our choice for all future issues.UPDATE: It's been 4 years since we first began using Maeser's services and they continue to be phenomenal. They've repaired our AC and provided a few other maintenance services for us, all at fair pricing and with outstanding professionalism! I still highly recommend them and their service techs!

Jason was a lifesaver! Our hot water heater blew and dumped 40 gallons of water onto our basement floor. After trying a number of plumbing services, we called Maeser, who answered promptly and Jason came out to us a couple hours later (at 9:30 on a Saturday night). Jason was professional and helpful, and offered to return the next day on his day off to install our new water heater. He did an excellent job and worked quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful for his expertise and good work.

I called Maeser Plumbing on a Sunday evening because of problem with toilets in the house. They were very helpful on the phone and answered quickly, even though it was after hours. The technician they called was Steve Kuzirian. Steve called back and I described the problem to him and he promptly came out to the house. Steve was the ultimate in professionalism, friendly, easy to talk to and knew just what to do to correct the problem. He made sure everything was in good working order before he left and even gave us tips to help prevent the problem in the future. I researched for about an hour the day before and thought I had picked the right plumber. The gentleman i talked to yesterday was great. Communication was great (initially). When the plumber arrived the estimate seemed REALLY high, so initially I said I did not want them to perform the service. A few minutes later I called my relative who was on site (I was at work) and said to go ahead and have the work done, that I would just mention in the review that I thought the price was too high. (At this point I still was not all that upset.) Apparently the plumber heard the conversation and then got testy with my relative (a 76 year-old woman). She (the plumber was a female) said she was going to her truck to call her boss because she didn't want to get a bad review. She drove off without even returning to tell the tenant that she did not want to do the job. At the end of the day it was probably just one of those things where we agree to disagree. Others may have a great experience with Maeser. I gave 2 stars because A) I think giving 1 star a very petty, even when it might be deserved, and B) my experience started off well, It just ended sour.

I highly recommend them to anyone! We had to have a whole new furnace and air conditioner unit. From the first service call, the pricing and explaining of our options, to the install, was 100% outstanding! Very friendly and curious! They took all necessary precautions due to Covid, laid tarp down to keep the dirt off my floors and cleaned up everything. It’s like they were never there! We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs!

On time. Gabe was very professional and courteous. Explained the process clearly and kept me updated throughout. He quickly performed the necessary troubleshooting and replaced a failed capacitor. The unit was cooling within 30 minutes of Gabe's arrival.So, this morning at 6am we awoke to a warm house. The a/c wasn't working. Called Maeser at 7:15. A very professional lady answered and scheduled an appointment for between 10am and noon. Gabe was at our house about 10:45. It's now noon and our house is cool once again. Fantastic.

I had a water heater installed by Lee Colyer from Maeser Master Services. He did a great job, timely, efficient and honest. I have really been happy with the service from Maeser and the professionalism from their staff. Their honesty is appreciated. They try to solve your problem as cheaply as possible instead of trying to sell you a new system. They also hauled away the old water heater.

Logan Druin installed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet assembly I purchased from HOME DEPOT. He also had to replace the drain pipes connected to said items. He was both professional and courteous. His knowledge proved the ability he has with this type of installation was accurate. He sealed all the plumbing and ensured there were no water leaks. He was diligent and completed the project in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the work he has done. If I need MAESER MASTER SERVICES again, I will request Logan as the person to complete the job.

The entire Maeser team was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need. Two years ago I had a waterline leak and the job was patched. Two years to the month another leak occurred and the Maeser team explained it would be best to put in a new line. The previous plumber should have recommended that but didn’t. I would highly recommend them and Ben was fantastic. Superb experience.

He was able to fix my current problem but also gave me his opinion about a sewer line issue I was told by my last plumber was a big problem. Turns out it might not be such a problem after all. Brian was extremely thorough and intelligent. He thoughtfully explained all problems and was extremely responsive. Very much recommend.

We were five star monthly members with Maeser for several years. We canceled recently after a terrible experience with the company. John Day with Maeser along with another gentleman came to do our 6 month Heating/Air inspection and when they were finished he went through a list of things he noticed including telling me that the last guy who came six months ago didn’t put all the screws back in our unit upstairs. He went through everything and told us the outdoor coils on both units very extremely dirty and covered in hair as well as the heat pump and needed to be cleaned. He said it would cost $106 for each unit, so $212 for both. I told him that we had a lot of expenses currently but we would do the worst one right now as he made it seem like it was a huge concern. Before they do anything we had to pay the $106, after paying my wife and I noticed John and the other guy go outside plug a water hose into our faucet and John simply sprays the outside of the unit with a water hose for 5 minutes and then he does the other one for 5 minutes, 10 minutes labor to spray a water hose while the other guy stood and watched. When hearing they would clean the unit we thought that they would actually clean the unit as we have a water hose right by the unit which we could have sprayed it down ourselves. As I can imagine no one would ever pay $106 for someone to a spray water hose for 5 minutes per unit. So, they are charging $106 to spray a unit with a water hose for 5 minutes nothing else, no actual cleaning. After the ten minutes of spraying a water hose, John has the nerve to come in and say it’s still not totally clean but better than it was. I felt I had just be conned, so I proceeded to call Maeser thinking this was a mistake no way they charge $106 to a “priority member” to spray a unit with a water hose for 5 minutes. I called once and dispatch never called me, so I called again and no one called and the third time I spoke with someone and told him what happened and what I was charged to which he replied, “wow.” The third guy I spoke with emailed customer service to give me a call. After over a day someone finally called me back and I told him we were members and the experience I had and what I was charged, he did nothing but just said that’s what we charge for that service and the price was “fair” and justified. I was shocked and immediately called back to cancel my membership. After I did this I received a call from Scott Bowles who said they’d refund the $106 and then he said “we’d agree to do business with other people.” I never once received an apology for the experience and being in customer relations myself, I can honestly say this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received.

Steve and Tim arrived by the expected time. They both were friendly, pleasant, thorough, and explained everything they did while they were here. They finished the work in a minimal amount of time. I felt comfortable having them in my home and will certainly use this business again.

I've relied on Maeser several times through the years and their service has always been excellent and has actually improved over time. Lee and Josh arrived and assessed the issue with my drain. Rather than opting for the more expensive repair, they went to great lengths to implement a solution that resolved the problem at a lower cost. They were both friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Our kitchen drain backed up and we needed the garbage disposal replaced. I left a message on Sunday night and got a return call at 8:45 Monday morning. The plumbing technician arrived about 9:30, a little earlier than expected but great for me. He did a terrific job, left as little mess as possible when you're snaking out a drain and installed the new garbage disposal. Everything was done professionally and I am very satisfied. Even my wife thought the service was good and she's hard to impress. I thought the price was about right. I did not comparison shop before getting the work done but I think the price paid was fair for the value for the service. I will call Maeser again the next time I need a plumber.

I have used Maeser several times and have always been very happy with their service. This time I was able to go online and schedule a plumber to come out the same day and clean out kitchen sink pipe. So easy using the website to schedule the service. No phone calls; no waiting on hold. It was great!

Had a recurring problem for over a year, not solved by other plumbing companies- called in the morning and they had a technician-Wasim- out within an hour. Immediately found the cause of the issue and also had an option to solve it without tearing out all the plumbing and drywall. He was masterful and professional.

Larry installed a new sump pump after confirming the very old one was no longer working. He also cleaned up some weird sump PVC hookups that were already here from the previous owner. I have owned the house for a 32 years and the new setup is much cleaner looking. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the site very well. We had Maeser in on the first day we moved into this house back in Feb, 1991 and now that we are selling Maeser was here again for probably the last time in this home. Maeser is fantastic. To make a long story short, we had a huge water bill and found out it was due to a leak from our outside water line. This was, maybe, the 4th time we've used them and they were awesome. Specifically Bill, Rodney, and Tyler. Bill was the one who examined our leak and gave us choices of what they could do for us, with pricing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. He then set up an appointment, once we chose, and Rodney and Tyler came out that same day to set up for us (our company's drive way had to be drilled to get to the line). Not only did they fix our leak the next day, Rodney was very thoughtful about how he explained our problem, and how they were going to resolve it. He and Tyler were so easy going, and easy to talk to. The price was reasonable, and they did an excellent job. Thank you gentlemen for being courteous, and professional. And thank you Maeser for excellent hiring skills.

The service was good and Tim and the other guy were very nice. The work looks great. My only concern is they didn’t put things back where they found them. We had a clog under the kitchen sink and a pipe was also leaking. I also asked that they go ahead and change the faucet as well. To unclog the drain they had to go through the pipe downstairs. They moved my dryer and unplugged it, they didn’t put it back nor clean the floor. They left pieces of piping on the floor in my unfinished laundry room. I had to sweep up. Maybe they thought because it was unfinished it didn’t matter but it didn’t look like that when they got here. They also didn’t replace the insulation they removed. The last time I used this company they cleaned everything up. Maybe because my husband was home. Not sure what happened this time but we were not happy when we noticed. I paid way to much money for them not to clean up after themselves. It was ridiculous!!

They repaired a water line that had begun to leak. It was a tough hand dig right against foundation. The repair was done and the cleanup was immaculate.

Joe Hessler was very punctual, professional, and willing to give advise for other plumbing issues when asked. I didnt feel like he was in a hurry to just complete and hurry to the next job asap. I contacted Maeser Plumbing on Thursday morning based on their superb service in January of this year. LG&E advised us on late Wednesday night that we had a serious gas leak & our service was turned off . When we were advised by Maeser that our service tech. would be here in one hour we were simply elated. Ms. Evie Hughes arrived. She hit the ground running and immediately confirmed the dire situation. Shortly thereafter she advised what she would immediately start on. She gave us a thorough explanation of what she would do to get us safely operational. She provided us firm pricing and an accurate time frame . She tackled the job with both enthusiasm and professionalism. The following day after getting all the necessary parts to complete the job she wasn’t worried about lunch or quitting time. This dynamo would not leave the job site until the utility gave approval for our gas service to be resumed . She was back early the next morning to complete this arduous job. Have used them twice in about two weeks, for two different plumbing issues. First was to replace my house's internal main water cutoff valve, and the second was to replace my kitchen sink's faucet and valves. Plumbers were very professional, answered any questions I had for them, and performed their tasks excellently. Will use then again, if needed down the road.

Cost was way over double the common cost once we looked it up after. We will use another company for our further needs as this tactic of charging way too much for simple repairs to try and get you to buy a whole new system is not the kind of company I wish to support. They are quick to get you on the schedule, so if you need something done fast they are good at that, but it will cost you.

HVAC Technician John Day fixed the problem of an a/c not cooling efficiently. From initial scheduling to completion, Maeser employees were professional and helpful.

Maeser is always very professional and very reliable. I have used them for all my plumbing for years. Recently Tyler did a super job at my new home. Tyler and all the techs from Maeser are always super nice, super experienced and explain and educate the customer on all that they are doing.

Steve and Andrew were punctual and ready to install a new sink and faucet. The disposal had to be moved to the right side and new plumbing installed due to the sink. They were great working as a team, very efficient and communicated with us on every step to accomplish this installation. Both were friendly, efficient and neat. We will definitely use Steve again and recommend his services. They made a difficult install (older home) more pleasant by their communication which we appreciated.

Came home on Christmas Day to a leaky pipe and backed up kitchen sink. Maeser was able to get someone out within 48 hours despite being especially busy with frozen pipes around town. Charged a very fair price to clear the clog and replace the cast iron drain pipe with PVC. Would recommend and will use in the future.

Service was as expected and both of the service men were polite and good workers. When we called we were told there was a $10 fuel charge which was fine but then once here we were told there was a $100 extra charge because it was Black Friday. This was a little underhanded since they could’ve let us know that along with the fuel charge. We also were charged extra for parts they didn’t have with them because they had to “open” the store to get them. My husband works for Ferguson and said he’d go get them but was told they can only get them from their store…whatever. I didn’t mark good quality because it’s only been a few hours, things go wrong a little later normally.Workers were great though!!!

I can tell you that the only plumbing company I will ever use from here on out is Maeser! Our service Tech Andrew did an amazing job and was determined to solve our problem in a cost effective manner. We had a different plumbing company out the day before to check why our shower was not draining and they told us it was rusty pipes and that it would be $2,600 to fix. We called Maeser and they showed up the next day and Andrew knew it was not rusty pipes and was determined to solve the problem and worked until he was able to clear the clog and resolve our issue saving us well over $2,300 in the process! Taylor showed up within the time frame I was given. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He analyzed my needs and quickly made suggestions and offered alternatives with prices in moments. We had a pipe break that was leaking through the ceiling in the basement. We called the 24 hour service. They said they would get to us during the night and before morning. I called at 6 am as they had not arrived. They said they would call us 30 minutes prior by 8:30 am. No call. I called after 8:30 am and cancelled. The plumber still arrives by 8:50 am. I turned him away. No communication and they DO NOT really have 24 hour emergency service.

I am very pleased with the services that Maeser provided. The problems were explained and the cost was given before work was done. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely use Maeser for future plumbing needs.

Pop up drain replaced in bathroom. Wasim did a great job with repair. Cost $264. I’m not sure about value. I found a Delta Faucet Repair Kit online at Lowe’s for $40. Not sure what my plumber cost would have been had I purchased the part myself.

This is the second time I've called on Maeser for help and I now have them at the top of my list for future service and remodeling needs. Man, my water line was busted from careless placement of a fence post. The guys at Maeser came out in the rain on a Saturday to help me out. No one wants to walk to the basement to put laundry into the dryer only to find that the water from the washer has backed up through the floor drain and flooded the whole room. This is the situation I found myself in two days from Thanksgiving.Fortunately, my partner had recently worked with Maeser on a similar issue in her basement. Their response time, customer service, and focus on getting things fixed correctly had impressed me so much the first time around, that I didn't hesitate to call them for the issue at my own place. I was greeted over the phone with empathy and true concern. They got someone out to me within hours, and the dude worked right into the cold darkness of a mid November early evening to make sure that water was running freely from my house to the city sewer line.I 100% recommend calling this company for your plumbing needs. They're doing things right.

I assume my ducts are cleaned, but now my HVAC won't work at all. Tried calling Maeser, but the automated system isn't responding. Currently on hold for 10 minutes.

I will only use Maeser Plumbing from here on out for any plumbing needs. Had a flooded basement due to previous home owners poor patch job. Maeser showed up on time the very next day, diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes, quoted an reasonable rate, and fixed our main water line immediately. Also had a leaking water heater since the previous home owners didn’t buy an expansion tank. Same story with Maeser. Took care of it within an hour and I haven’t had an issue since. Not even worth calling other plumbers, Maeser is top notch service.

Mr. Cody Matherly was my service tech and I was notified by text he was on his way along with his picture. I was very pleased with that due to security. When he arrived he listened to me explain then assessed and began his work. He was very professional and informed what he was doing every step. I asked several things about plumbing that he answered even though had nothing to do with this job. I would definitely recommend Mr. Motherly and thank him for his courteous and professional attitude. The job was completed and price was affordable.

From the time my wife called to the time that Steve arrived at the door was only about 2 hours. Very prompt service considering another plumber I called said they were booked up until next week. Very friendly and did a good job!

I had Measer to install my heating and air conditioning. I have call a number times to get the state inspection sticker on my unit. It has been 11 months and I still have not had the unit inspected. I have called Maeser with the promise to return my call and address my issue. No return call. I have called multiple times in a day, no return call. Maeser has charged me money for that inspection and I can't get someone to follow up on my concern. Next stop, the Better Business. Or FTC, really 🤔 to see if they can find out for me why I can get this resolved.

After calling the plumber we usually do on Sunday and them not being able to work us in until Friday, we called Maeser and they were so kind and scheduled us the next day. When Michael Hill came to unclog our kitchen sink, we thought it would be an easy job. It was not! He was so kind and instead of just telling us he would be back the next day, he called in another technician with a tool that could help us out. Nearly 3 hours later, our sink was working again. I would absolutely recommend Maeser Master Services based on my experience with Adam and Kimberly in the last week. I heard a grating sound coming from the AC air handler last Friday evening and called Maeser on Saturday morning. I was able to make an appointment for a service tech to come to my home that very afternoon with the very courteous, caring and efficient office staff (Kimberly). The technician, Adam, arrived on time with a call first, and my first impression was how courteous and professional he was. He wore booties in my home and was sharply dressed in uniform. He wasted no time in methodically dismantling the blower, testing the capacitor and diagnosing the origin of the noise as the blower turbine. He displayed a masterful knowledge of the system and replaced the faulty capacitor at that time. He had to order the part to complete the repair. He kept in contact on Monday to let me know the part had not arrived but that he would work around my schedule the next day to install it. True to his word, both he and Kimberly let me know he was on his way. Again he arrived with the same air of caring regarding me and my home, and quickly replaced the worn out part. The repair was made and now I am enjoying peace and quiet while cooling our home! I purchased the maintenance agreement and he checked and cleaned the AC system while he was here. He cleaned up so that when he left there was nothing left behind for me to do but feel secure and comfortable. This young man is outstanding and I congratulate Maeser for the highest quality service technician and office staff. I am glad to know they are there when we need them with quick response and very efficient, courteous and knowledgable service.

I absolutely love that Maeser sends the customer a confirmation text for your appointment letting you know your tech is on the way. I also love the safe security they provide by sending a text with a picture of the tech that is coming to your house along with some basic work-related experience on the tech. We had a wonderful first experience with Maeser. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Nick Lockard was the lead installer for my replacement HVAC system for my home. I had worked with Maeser and decided on a new full HVAC system for the older house that I had just purchased in the last few months. The system was a Carrier model and considered to be one of the better or best ones available. It was also a full day job to replace both parts of the HVAC. Nick and his assistant arrived close to the scheduled time, took a look at the major parts, as well as the electrical panel and the space to work in. The team split up and each worked in separate areas. One inside and one outside, yet they coordinated their work and assisted each other as needed.A full HVAC replacement is a long operation, and the weather was in the lower to middle 40s most of the day. Both team members worked together and worked well together to keep the project on time, and running well. The sales person for this project stopped by to check on the project, and also was able to assist in some last minute parts purchase. This last minute purchase made it easier for Nick and his partner to continue working without having to leave site to obtain anything extra.It is a long install (several hours) but Nick and his partner kept at it and were done in a reasonable time. I was shown everything new and had all of it explained so I would feel comfortable with the new installation. Nick and his assistant were both friendly, polite, and hard working. They frequently checked to be sure all was well in the house. This is not my first use of Maeser for work on my house, this one or the previous. I have always had great quality for service, personnel, and equipment either installed or repaired. I heartily recommend Maeser for all repairs of any kind that they handle. Steve Flatt fixed the valve on the gas line to my stove. delivery on the new range was delayed because the Home Depot delivery man felt the valve was not safe (?). Short version of the situation I called Maeser instead of waiting 48 hours for them to have a plumber call me to schedule a time. Trust me this is who you want to call very honest ,great service good price. AC went out on 100 degree day called a large company who sent a flyer in the mail BIG mistake service guy wouldn't even try and fix it all he could say was its 23 years old. Tried selling a new unit for 6800 couldn't install it for 3 days. Called Maeser to get a 2nd opinion on how much to replace it talked to Cody in sales told him the issue said it was a easy fix and he was former service guy would swing by shop get part was here in 30 minutes AC running in 5 minutes. Talked to him about replacing unit got bigger more efficient unit for 1400 less. Keith showed up today and installed it total professional did a great job. If you have any problems do yourself a favor call Maeser.

This was our second time using Maeser. I didn't think it was possible for our second experience to be as good, or better, than the first but Tom Jones blew those expectations out of the water. While I hope that we don't have plumbing issues in the future; if we do, we will 100% call Maeser because they are fast, transparent, professional and reasonably priced. **I manage a customer experience department for a bank. Maeser's customer experience is what dreams are made of.

I had a busted water pipe during the holidays. Wasim came and fixed the problem. He was very nice and very knowledgeable.

I was very happy with the service. I was given a 2 hour time frame and the service man came earlier than the promised time.. He was very efficient and the job did not take long at all.. He checked several things to make sure the drain was completely unclogged. He was very pleasant .. I will use Maeser Plumbing HVAC again when needed.

I bought a full new Goodman AC unit from Maeser that they installed at the end of May 2022 which initially worked great and I was very happy. This is the second time since May.. so 2 months.. that the same fuse has blown on the emergency box. I am beyond irate. Clearly this wasn’t installed properly.. if I’m spending THOUSANDS on an AC unit, it is absolutely unacceptable for it to break down literally every 30 days. Worst experience and will never ever use them again. Horrible

Called the office with our problem. Plumber here and problem solved within 3 hours of our call. Maeser installed our plumbing when we built our house in 1994. Never disappointed with their service.

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Maeser! Colt just left my house after cleaning out my cast iron sewer line and he showed me on the camera how clear it was. I had previously gotten an estimate from Tom Drexler who wanted to drill up my basement and replace the cast iron with PVC pipe and charge me $10K for it. If I had decided to use that option, Maeser quoted nearly half that. Instead, we decided to clean it out which was a good option provided the integrity of the pipe was in good shape (and it was thankfully), and it was under $600. This saved me so much stress and money and they were so nice and honest about my options, and they didn't start recommending the most expensive option straight away (or at all). Also, I'm not going to have to live on PB&J sandwiches for the next year in order to pay off Tom Drexler. So, if your pipes are backing up and the sink in your basement is flooding like mine was, call Maeser.

Finally got around to buying a new toilet, and after it was delivered to my house, I called my 'regular' plumber to do the install, and they were backed up about 3 weeks.On a friend's recommendation, I made a call to Maeser, to see what their availability was.I kid you not, they were able to have someone over here in just a few hours! I may have just got lucky, but I took the appointment.The toilet was installed masterfully by a pro, and I appreciate his willingness to explain and justify the installation price, which was a fair amount higher than I expected.I understand the risks of pricing in a home-based service environment, but the bottom-line charge for a 90-minute standard plumbing service was a bitter pill to swallow.Overall, pleased with the quality of the work, timeliness, etc., but the 'value' is only average, given the price charged.

Maeser Plumbing technician Cole Nichter did an excellent job replacing my gas water heater. The water heater was replaced the same day notified by Home Depot. They also honored my 10 percent military discount. I will used them for any future plumbing work.

From top to bottom, this was about as good an experience as you can have when you need an unexpected plumbing repair. I was able to find a time online, I was notified 30 minutes prior to my plumber's arrival (with picture and profile!), and when he did arrive, Tom Jones was personable, professional, and explained every step of the process and all my options along with pros and cons for everything. I feel like I got a very fair price for very good work. Maeser, you better be taking good care of Tom over there because I can't imagine calling anyone else for future work! :)

The Tank being replaced is a 40 gallon Power Vent Richmond Brand.Does he know he needs to order a 40 Gallon tank? It is a vented heater. Will he order the right water heater? Why does he say 50 gallon??? Power vent is mentioned on $4K estimate sheet. Will I be told the delivery date Monday, 05-15-23? Will the Size be ordered correctly? I want a 40 gallon tank. Will phone Monday to get questions answered.

Customer for years. I have been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered to repair my AC and have had no contact from Maeser. Everytime I call, a person from dispatch states that they will have a Robin call me, but I have never received a call from her or anyone in regards to the status of my AC repair.I have used Maeser for years and their Plumbing folks are top notch! I am very frustrated as I have always had great service from the plumbing side of Maeser. If you say you are going to call... Follow up and call. That is basic customer service 101.

My technician Evan showed up on time, performed the inspection efficiently and explained what he did--as well as a concern he had with some lint in the unit in my condo. Thomas Jones was the friendliest technician I have had come to my home. He and his assistant (Thomas) did an amazing job with what I requested of them. I wanted plumbing to a sink removed so I could demo an 80s style bar in my basement. They took the bar down for me as well, at a reasonable price. In just over an hour they were completely finished! Remember you pay for the knowledge and experience, not the time! I would request Thomas for my next plumbing need.

Had a gas leak that needed fixed and they were the fastest to respond. The tech by the last name winter was who provided me service and he was very friendly and did his best to get us back up and running. His service and willingness to help was more than 5 stars but the reason I’m leaving 4 stars is when the tech worked 2 days here and let us know he would be off for 2 days, which we understood and said we could wait if we could be his first call on his first day back to work. But then I found out the office had scheduled him to work another job before finishing my job and I felt that was wrong for the office to send him some where else after we had to wait those additional days. But in the end the tech did a great job and got us up and going.

I have had good experiences with Maeser in the past but my recent experience was poor. A lot of misses from their side in timing, follow-through and customer experience. We have done thousands in work annually with their sister company Daunhauer for years but after the recent experience we'll be going elsewhere. Giving two stars because the recent tech that came out was helpful and professional.

Everybody that we came across with this company were very professional, personable, kind, informative and made sure we understood everything. Would definitely use them again and also refer this company to anyone needing the services they provide.

The initial call was great came right out provided the service they got paid $1900 even before the work was done! Once the work was done I was left w a mess and continued to get the run around about the clean up potion the re leveling and filling in holes, it’s a month later and all the response I’ve gotten was they came back once and basically threw patches of some dark soil on top of unleveled hard dirt from their work, they did not fill the holes but only threw dirt on top the holes are still unfilled I have pictures saved! After spending $1900 being on a corner lot I expected better! My last complaint two weeks ago to try to resolve my concerns has went on deaf ears and no one has called me to discuss my dissatisfaction nor my satisfaction, I guess as long as payment was met that’s all that mattered! Had I not paid id definitely would be getting some calls from them! No worries I’ll hire someone else to make my yard look back to normal again because it doesn’t look like I’ll be hearing from you guys but hey Thanks

We had the combo slow drainage and leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. Brian Alvey took care of us and did a great job. He listened to my concerns, answered our many questions, tested his work repeatedly to ensure it was done right and well, and cleaned up well before leaving.

I thought I was paying for a $69 HVAC system check, as their television commercials promote. Apparently, their system check means checking to see if the HVAC system exists, because the technician didn't even look at my indoor coils, and he didn't put a multimeter or gauges on anything. I wanted my freon levels checked, but the guy said I have a mobile home system, and he's supposedly not allowed to test those (I don't live in a manufactured home). He also charged my credit card over $110, which I didn't find out about until after he left (I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company). The technician actually complained about showing up at 8PM (he was late), so that's possibly why I didn't get what I was paying for. Either way, I'll never hire Maeser for anything again.

We had a valve go out. They lied and told us the replacement part would cost $700 and were going to charge us over $1000 for the repair. Leon of Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning bought the part for $180 and did the repair for $300, cleaned our system, adjusted it to be quieter, and gave us tips on easy fixes we could do ourselves when needed. I'd recommend him instead.The Maeser techs made snide comments about the cleanliness of our system and home, took their masks off for no reason, and tried to pressure us into buying not only a new furnaces for $3,500, but also a new water heater, HVAC system, and service plan. I would NOT use them - they'll rip you off.

Water heater replacement. Jessie did great! Response was timely and worked during evening hours to help us. Professional job, friendly, and communicative. Maeser completed job same day we called, other companies needed days even a week to make service call.

Amazing service across the board. Our HVAC system was on it's last leg and in desperate need to be replaced. Seeing it was from the mid 80s, this was to be expected. What wasn't expected was experience we experienced when we met with Maeser.Starting with the initial consultation with Cody. What was expected to be a dreadful experience, ended up being a great experience. Cody was through and helpful, covering every aspect of each option. We never felt any pressure to purchase one unit over another. Instead he covered the units available and recommended the more affordable option as the primary choice. After patiently answering all of our questions, we felt confident in the system we purchased.The next step was the installation. Which was amazingly two days after we met with Cody. Keith was our primary installer. He arrived on time and was a complete professional with every aspect of the removal and installation. Within less than 8 hours, Keith and his assistant had the old system completely removed and the new units in and running. He made sure we knew how to operate our new thermostat as well as showing us his to replace the new air filter when needed.Thank to the crew at Maeser for making every aspect of this process enjoyable.

Josh arrived on time after calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. He quickly fixed a slow draining bathroom sink. He was very careful not to make a mess in my house and was friendly, polite and professional. We always use Maeser Plumbing as we trust their work and employees!

Thank You to Mr. Wasim Muallem for coming out on a Saturday to fix an emergency situation with our shower leaking and us not having hot water in the shower. My husband went on Youtube trying to save a couple of dollars trying to replace the hot and cold cartridge valves himself because we were only getting cold water in the shower and let's just say my husband messed up and it was a hot mess, Water was everywhere. Thank God for Maeser Master Services for sending out Wissam today. He fixed and replaced everything that was needed to repair our shower leak and now we have hot and cold water working as it should in the shower. Mr. Wissam was very nice and courteous. And and huge thank you to the woman dispatcher I spoke with over the phone she was very nice and understanding. From now on my husband isn't fixing anything else around this house.

The guys that did my duct cleaning were top notch, they were polite and worked hard to get the job done. I called regarding a blocked toilet late Saturday morning and they were able to send a person within and hour or so. They notified me of who was coming including photo and when they were on the way. John was professional, knowledgeable, discussed my options and did the work in less than an hour. I felt the price for the work done - remove toilet, snake the line, reseat the toilet - was reasonable.

Contacted company for sagging and disconnected AC ducts in under house. Prompt response in getting a technician out on Monday for an estimate. Returned the following morning with help to complete repairs. Work done on time. Only complaint was that on both days the tech did not arrive in the stated time window but was late by over 30 minutes and no phone call, text etc to me to let me know he was running late and when I might expect him. Perhaps the company policy regarding this needs to be reviewed. Otherwise he did a great job.

By far the best experience with a plumbing company ever. We had a leaking valve in the middle of a project. They were able to fit me in same day and actually finished the job in under an hour including a trip to the store for parts. They also had fantastic communications and called and texted to let me know updates. They also sent me an email so I would know who to expect and when. I can't imagine what could have been done better. Will definitely be using them again!!!!

Brian was the 2nd repair person to be called to unclog a pipe leading away from the kitchen sink. He was here 3hrs. He assured me what he was doing would be successful, and it was. I asked him a question about a toilet and he took his time explaining what I needed to know, even though he was done with the original job. NOTE: Maeser did a full bathroom remodel (not just plumbing work). Posting review because they keep texting/emailing asking me to do so.tl;dr: Pretty/functioning bathroom, awful customer service at the end.GREAT:1. Maeser was willing to take my project after others rejected it because the building was 100+ years old & had a strict HOA. They were fine with handling the old plumbing, concrete floors/walls, limited working hours & complicated logistics. I received no complaints from my neighbors, which is amazing given the scale/length of the work.2. The design process was lovely. Anna worked within my budget, making suggestions for where we could use pre-made items from Lowe's (vanity, shower door) vs. where money should be spent for customization (tile, doors for existing built-in cabinetry). After an initial consult & lots of decision-making via email (which was very convenient), it was great to visit the showroom to make all of the final choices.3. I assume that the plumbing/unseen work was of quality, as I've had no problems with leaks, functionality, etc.4. I trusted all of the people working in my home. I moved out during the work (this is my only bathroom) & a realtor's keybox was used for access.SO-SO:5. The timeline was way off. Work started the Mon. 12/2 & mapped out at 2 weeks. I was later told 2 more days, then 5 more days. In the end, the work was barely completed in time for me to move back in by Christmas (the absolute deadline) & actually would not have been complete by then if I had not done the paint/grout touch-ups myself.6. The charge for painting was exorbitant. I added this on later & didn't ask the price - my mistake, so I paid without complaining. The charge was $560 to paint a 5x10 bathroom (not ceiling, & I provided paint) where a significant portion was tile.7. The texts/calls were non-stop. I appreciated the idea behind this - that anyone working in my home on a given day (plumber, painter, drywaller, cabinet maker, tiler) was expected to notify me before entering. But it was a regular interruption & often included questions I couldn't answer like the keybox code, where things were stored, etc.TERRIBLE:8. My project ended with incomplete/shoddy finishing work. On Fri 12/20, I received a text from Anna saying the project was finished except for a paint trim touch up that would be completed the next morning. I returned home to find that fixtures had not been installed, all switch plates were missing, shower full of equipment, & cabinets full of garbage. The wrong light fixture had also been installed, leaving a very dark bathroom. I texted back and she said she'd been told it was finished, though I guess that means that she hadn't actually checked the final project. They returned that day to fix a few things. However, these final touch-ups were still poor - you can see in the pictures that they left a hole in the wall/trim large enough to fit my hand in, switchplates not flush with the wall, caulk dripping into the grout, screws out of various fixtures, a missing towel ring.9. Anna said these would be fixed on Mon. 12/23. That day, I didn't receive a call from them, so I called Maeser. They sent Tom out to fix some of the items -- the hole & switchplates (patched with caulk), the towel ring, etc. He also installed a blind that I had purchased over the weekend. At noon, I received a text from Anna saying that Tom couldn't come out that day/that the towel ring hadn't arrived -- both lies, as Tom and the towel ring were both in my house. (She was out of town and it turns out that she hadn't planned/bothered to check to see if this work could be finished.) When I told her this, she never apologized for the lies/the fact that she was going to leave the project unfinished until after Christmas, she just told me that she'd have to charge me for the 15 minutes Tom spent installing the blind (which seems petty in a project of 3 weeks and thousands & thousands of dollars!).After 10 days of no contact, I was contacted yesterday with my final bill & paid it just to be finished with Maeser.

Maeser was great! They were able to have someone at my house on a Saturday night. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I appreciated his ability to explain everything in layman's terms and, of course, his ability to fix the problem properly. The next time I have a plumbing emergency I will not hesitate to call Maeser again.

We are new property managers/owners and had just rented our 1 bathroom apartment 2 days before an issue surfaced. Our first tenant reached out and told us the bathtub was draining very slow, like taking an hour to completely drain. Since it was Friday, midday, we were very concerned about having a working tub on the first weekend of our tenant's stay. I called 3 Emergency plumbers listed on Yelp before reaching out to Maeser Plumbing. All of the other companies couldn't come out until Monday. Maeser had a plumber out within 30 minutes. The Plumber, Jim, went straight to work and addressed the issue within an hour. He was prompt, efficient, and gave us some tips on things we could do to mitigate future risks with our plumbing.We had a very positive experience with Maeser Plumbing and recommend.

The work performed is not reflective of the price. I was charged $234 to replace the guts on one toilet (supply line, fill valve, flush disk) and $264 (!!!!!) for them to snake a bathroom sink that was slow-draining. The quote I originally received for $500 was supposed to include replacing an o-ring on a different toilet, but the worker decided to just shim it instead. Which is not what I wanted & was supposed to be included in the cost. I guess that’s why I was charged $264 for snaking a drain, which costs hardly anything in parts and anybody can do. The work was done quick, I’ll give them that. But why wouldn’t it be? It’s easy work. $264 for snaking a drain… smh.I’ll never use them again. Just know they might change the original request without notice. I only hired them because I thought they were cheaper than another quote. But he didn’t even replace the o-ring (which we had originally agreed upon).

I had an exterior faucet on my home that gradually went from dripping to gushing. Had to put a cap on it to get it to stop but that left me with no faucet because the only other one hadn’t worked since probably the 40s.I contacted Maeser Plumbing and they sent over Logan. Ends up my antiquated faucet needed a part that not a lot of supply houses keep in stock. But, Logan did the research and tracked it down for me. He went above and beyond what I’d expected. Now, I have a working faucet! Maeser is lucky to have such a dedicated technician working for them.

Had a gas leak. Super scary. My local plumber who's out of town suggested Maeser. Technician Steve was awesome!! Super friendly and informative. You can tell this is personal to him and that the work and the end result is something he takes seriously and that it's more than a job. LG & E came out afterwards and his work was perfect and gas was turned back on. I live with and take care of my elderly parents full time, so this was exceptionally important to me. It's amazing that the problem was noticed and resolved in 24 hours, in spite of the process being very laborious and detailed. Beyond thrilled and grateful.

My hot water heater went out yesterday morning. I called Maeser and they had someone out to my house within an hour. They confirmed that the 10 year old water heater needed to be replaced. After giving me a quote, I authorized replacement. Mike Downs, my technician, called the office and had them run out a brand new replacement while he drained the old one and got it disconnected. Mike was friendly, honest and very skilled at his profession. Maeser Master Services is who you should call when you need any home repair services!

Had a gas leak and LG&E cut off the service. Scheduled service online on Sunday and technician showed up Monday morning as promised. Gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the problem and found a couple more that he fixed. Not an easy job or a problem to take care of Stayed with the job until done he said. My technician was Jim Kuzirianin. He did exactly what he promised to do, and in addition, fixed a couple of more problems. He is an asset to the company.

Mike Downs performed a through review an evaluation of the plumbing fixture to determine the cause of the leak. He and his associate worked quickly to make repairs solving the leak. Mike took time to throughly explain what was going on and how he was making the repairs.

Service call was made Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning my service was complete. Steve was quick, efficient, and friendly.

Had them run a camera through the pipes. Due to the age of the pipes with corrosion build up, prevents the water from draining like it should. Coming back next Friday to mill out the pipes, back to original inside diameter.

He came and did a great job installing the water heater and replaced the shutoff valve. I have used Maeser several times in the past, and have always been impressed by their efficiency, professionalism, and good humor. In this case we had water on the floor of the bathroom, which I was inclined to blame on a cat that wanted a litter box of her own. It was only when the fluid volume was too large to be a cat that we called the plumber. Josh arrived within 45 minutes, found the problem (it was something in the toilet tank -- I don't know what -- replaced the faulty parts -- and all was well and dry. I can't comment on the price because I don't have a basis for comparison, but Josh did good work and has a very pleasant personality. Basically, I like and trust this company, and I'm on better terms with the cats too.

Called at 7 am on a Saturday and new water heater installed by 1:00. Incredibly pleasant scheduler on the phone. Likewise, Washim who was the installer, professional, pleasant and answered all our questions with utmost respect. This was our second experience with Maeser and will, without a doubt, call again as needed.

I have been so satisfied every time I have had Maeser out for a job or repair. They are very prompt and professional. I love the online scheduling system. It's awesome because you can send a video and description of the problem ahead of time, and this helps get the problem taken care of fast and the right way the first time. We decidedto have him install the Air Scrubber purification system while he was here.John found the gas pressure was set too high and adjusted it down where it should be. He also noticed we didn't have a carbon monoxidedetector in sight and ask if we had one. We didn't, one of those things we had meant to do. Wow! Only company I called that would come out to look and possibly install a new water heater on a Saturday. I cleaned the filter the previous day and I was unaware of the safety switch. They showed me the switch and had mine running within 10 minutes. They were more then happy to replace the water heater, but suggested mine still had some life as it was only 8 years old. Saved me $1,000 during these crazy times and Christmas around the corner. Very honest! Would highly recommend.

Called at 9:45 a.m. to have a shut-off valve replaced that would not close, plumber was onsite by 10:30 a.m. the same day. It took less than an hour to complete, and he checked to see that it worked properly and that the faucet down the line still operated properly (outdoor faucet).

Our bathroom sink was clogged so we set an appointment with Maeser Plumbing. Maeser called to let us know Steve Flatt was on his way. Within minutes of their call Mr. Flatt arrived. He entered our home wearing shoe coverings to keep our home clean. He showed me the price of the service before proceeding, which I agreed to pay. It didn’t take him long to unclog our sink and clean the bathroom area where he worked. I was able to pay with a credit card and he immediately sent a receipt to my email account. I was very impressed with his work, so I asked him to give me some estimates to fix other items in our home we intend to get fixed at a later date. He promptlysent me those estimates as well. I was very pleased with Mr. Flatt’s professionalism and will ask for him personally for future repairs.

With no warning on a Sunday night my entire plumbing system was backed up. I called Maeser and John Druin, technician, arrived- working until midnight to diagnose the issue. . . which needed follow up on Monday. He was relentless. Monday morning Brian Alvey arrived and by noon my home was functioning perfectly. He too was professional and I understood the entire process and cost. I have used Maeser over the years for many issues, never for an emergency. I am in awe that they responded to my home as if I were the only customer they had. Forever grateful to the team!!

Maeser Plumbing is very reliable and dependable. We had a major problem with our toilets and plumbing pipes. It was my parents’ house so we didn’t know where the septic tank was. Taylor found were the pipes exited the house, Tyler used a camera to try to locate the septic tank, but he ran into a roadblock. Andrew and Rodney came to the rescue, and they are working today to solve my problem. All employees that were sent were knowledgeable in their field. I have confidence that this problem will be solved. I would recommend Maeser.

I have an old heating and air conditioning system that I am trying to not replace. With the maintenance plan I get my system checked twice a year and it has been doing fine. This check found my condenser needed to be replaced and they did it that day. I am very happy with their service.I used Maeser again today for clogged shower. We've used Maeser services on three occasions and will continue. I only had one previous problem and they took care of it immediately and the job was well done. For the value...I just had an outside faucet replaced which was about an hour and half job. Everything looks good and I don't have any comparison on price but it cost $282 which included a $50 military discount. Over $300 seems high to replace a faucet which did require welding the joint together. I do love the quarter turn to replace the old 66 year turn knob! Thank you Wasim! I'm satisfied and would recommend Maeser. Their guys are professional and get the job done.

We were very satisfied with the service to repair our air conditioner we received from our technician, Mark T. from Maeser Master Services. After contacting them, an appointment was scheduled for the same day and tech arrived very close to time scheduled. He efficiently diagnosed the issue and also advised on other maintenance issues that needed attention. A part was needed to make the repair which required that they return the next day. The same technician came the following day. Mark was very polite and considerate and seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC. We will definitely call Maeser Master Services when needing services of this type of service.

Technician was excellent. Had a leak in a basement pipe and they came out within an hour of me calling. Come to find out my autistic son left the guest sink on and it was just overflowing down the pipe. He fixed the issue so my son could no longer put down the stopper helping with any future issues. I called Maeser for a breaker that had tripped a couple of times. James was great. He arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He listened to the problem and offered his thoughts on the issue. He wasn't pushy to get it fixed right away. He inspected the breaker box, and all of the wiring around the pool equipment and assured me there was no danger and that everything looked good. Maeser offered a very fair price and the work was done in no time at all. I hate when companies show up and want to sell you a membership, so you're spending more money to save a little money. Plumber was fine & did a great job. I'm frustrated because he said the original pump installation was done incorrectly & that the pump probably was not broken. The pump just needed to be installed lower so the float did not stick causing it to overflow. These 5-6 visits could have been avoided if the right plumber installed it correctly the first time. William Kayse did a professional job on a Sunday afternoon unclogging a stubborn drain line. He took the time to diagnose the problem and find the clogged line from a maze of 65 year old underground pipes. Good guy with a good attitude.

I woke up to a Monday morning with a toilet in my basement leaking around the base and the toilet not emptying. I called my go to handyman who was tied up for the next month with other jobs. I asked friends for recommendations and one plumber was on vacation and the other didn't answer his phone. I don't work from home everyday so I needed things to be done quickly or have to wait several days to coordinate someone being home. I Googled local plumbers and Maeser popped up with a decent 4.8/5 rating. I called, the dispatcher answered, and she scheduled a plumber to arrive within the hour, nice! Jesse showed up with an apprentice (?) and quickly started diagnosing the issue. He quoted a price to begin snaking and reinstalling the toilet. After further investigation, it became clear there were bigger issues with a sewage pump in my basement that was no longer discharging the sewage from the basement to the upstairs sewage line. As you might imagine, that required an adjustment to the quote and I approved the work to be done (luckily they had a pump ready to go on the truck). Jesse and team worked quickly to change out the pump, recut plumbing lines, and reseat the toilet. From the 1st call to completion, they were in and out within 3 hours. I think I could have saved some money going with a local guy but no way would it have been done as expeditiously so it was a trade-off I was willing to make.

Such amazing service and pricing options were reasonable.

Collin did an excellent job! He was more thorough than any person who has serviced our HVAC in the last 20 years. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done to the older system and what could wait. I was grateful for the time he took to do that.

Dissatisfied because said I was remodeling and all cabinets were out of kitchen except for the cabinet holding the kitchen sink and faucet. I told plumber to cut down gas line/pipe to remove it out of kitchen because all appliances were going to be electric and was obstructing appliance from going flush against the wall. Plumber did a great job with the gas line. I also told plumber that I wanted him to put shut off valves under sink for hot/cold water connections because there were none, and disconnect everything (disconnect hot/cold pipes from sink and install shut off valves on hot/cold water lines and cut PVC pipe only coming out of floor and cap it) under sink so that I could just pull the cabinet/sink out to be able to have new cabinets installed. Plumber put the shut off valves in under the sink and shut off valves in basement water line just below floor where sink is (did not request 2 sets of shut off valves), but did not disconnect PVC pipe and put a cap on it so that I could just remove the cabinet/sink and not have to worry about disconnecting pipes under sink and leaving them open to debris while remodeling. Plumber said you did not tell me to disconnect the PVC pipe and cap it. Plumber charged me $675.60 and at end of job could not cut the PVC pipe and put a cap on it for me when I mentioned that is also what I wanted done. Even the electricians that were there heard the dilemma and could not believe that the plumber would not do the simple task of cutting the PVC pipe and capping it for me before he left the job.I am a homeowner, I do not know specific lingo when talking to plumbers. However, plumber put 2 sets of cut off valves on the new water lines (one set at sink and one set just below floor of sink in basement) just going from the sink to the water heater and never discussed wanting two water cut off valves and was charged for it, but could not cut the PVC pipe and cap it for me. I do not understand it.

She said your appointment was cancelled. I told her that wasn’t true. She said I will reschedule you in the 4-7 window but it will be after 7. Called at 655. On hold 15 min and disconnected. Called back and was told they had no one to send. You really can’t make this stuff up.Just very unprofessional and I wasted a whole day waiting for someone that never showed up.

I though the water heater installation was very overpriced, but we really needed the work done and were were kind of over the barrel. Do you really think the price you charged was reasonable?

We so much appreciated their rush to our needs as we had a previous appointment with another company (who advertises much) and to our dismay turned out to be horrible and left before they even got all the way into our home. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My water line was leaking between the meter and the house. The first company I called could not even come to give me an estimate for three days and then another four days before they could start work. The second company I called said they no longer do that kind of work. Maeser was here in two hours and started work two hours after that. They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. The price was very reasonable based on similar work I have had done on other houses I have owned. All done in one day! Very professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Here is their ultimate goal: Extract as much money out of the customer as possible, under the guise that we are doing everything right.My story: I had a Freon gas leak last year. My AC was out. Maeser came in, refilled it and I told them I will not be doing anything else at this time (they charged me approx. $650.00 for everything, when in reality, parts and labor ran about $150.00 market value.)Well, the gas lasted about 11 months. My AC was out, again, last week. This time, I told them to fix the leak. He tried to sell me on a NEW UNIT (a mere $12,500.00 value, not including the crane to put it up on the roof), which I adamantly declined. He refilled the Freon, put some extra material in the line (sealant and dye to find the source of the leak) and charged me approx. $750.00 (a $200 value for parts and labor, may be, if I am being generous).He came back today, and we finally found the source of the leak.Turns out, the leak was from a deformed the schrader valve (a $0.53 piece). You can buy 25 of them for $13.28, at supply house (Google it).In my research, I also learned that Freon leaks are typically found at the schrader valve, valve cores, evaporator coil, copper lines, “U” connectors, weld joints, electrical connection to the compressor body, or the copper tubing. Source: uahac dot com.So, as professionals, they KNOW to check for these spots first. And they chose not to check them in my case, TWICE, on two separate visits, about a year apart.For this final visit, they charged me $106.00 for the $0.53 schrader valve and labor. It took him less than 2 minutes to replace it (he had special tools to make his job easier) (so about a $25.00 value today).Instead of checking for the most common spots where a leak might happen (and, as professionals, they should be checking such spots as a first attack, not as a reactive measure), FROM THE FIRST VISIT, they, first, tried to sell me a $12.5k new unit, after that failed, milked me for a grand total of approx. $1,500.00 and all of this to essentially to replace a $0.53 piece, which was there source of the problem.So, here we are. That's how I paid about $1,500 for a $0.53 fix to a company that abuse the fact that most people are not professionals and do not understand how these parts move and work.I almost forgot: when the tech charged me $106.00 for the schrader valve (the $0.53 piece), I asked him, why are you charging me a 20,000% markup on this part? His response: On bicycles they cost even more.They scam so much, they just have no cognizance of when to stop. I may be ignorant, but I am not that ignorant. Suffice it to say, I will not be hiring this company in the future and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. Their system is designed to extract as much money from you as possible -- they are basically AC Unit salesmen disguised as repairmen.

I had a gas leak that was found late in the afternoon and LGE shut off my gas line--no heat and no stove in January. Early the next morning just minutes after the window, Maeser plumbing--Jim arrived and started assessing the issues. Our situation was complicated and there were many issues needed to bring our appliances up to code. Jim was thorough and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend Maeser plumbing.

I have used Maeser for many years and the technicians are awesome. They are always very friendly and explain everything so I can understand them. However I gave a 2 star review because I recently had the motor go out on my furnace and was told the part was not in Louisville but in Lexington so it will be 2 days before they can get back to fix the furnace. It was in the 20's at night and 30's during the day, I offered to pick up the part myself and was told I could not. But I was given the option to expedite the part retrieval for $50. I agreed. 2 days later I had not heard from anyone and when I called I was dismissed the first time and when I called back I was told they did not have the part but it may be in that day. I finally heard from someone around 2 pm asking if I would be available from 4-6pm for installation. The technician was excellent and extremely friendly. It took him about 20 minutes to replace the motor. What really bothers me is I was told to purchase small heaters to keep my house warm enough for my pipes not to freeze, for a temporary fix. It is a shame others in my situation may not have the money to buy more equipment that won't need to be used once the furnace is fixed.

We realized we had a water line leak, so called another place first. That person came, never verified we had a leak, didn't check the meter, and was out of here in less than 2 minutes. I even responded, wow,that was fast, in which he responded that he just needed to measure my water line and I would get an estimate in a day or so. They sent me an invoice to replace the whole line, without ever even looking at my meter or verifying I had a leak. I knew I needed a second opinion, so I called Maeser. They had a technician out the next day, who did check the meter and verified I had a leak, and then gave me 2 options, to repair the leak, or get a new water line, and the estimate on a new water line was $2000 less than the first guy! We went with the repair, and now are leak free. Everyone I encountered with Maeser, from the phone rep to the technician who gave the estimates, to the 2 technicians who repaired my line were exceptional in their customer service and work. Extremely pleased with choosing Maeser and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

****UPDATE: After a 5th call (months later), I was directed to someone who followed through. Receipt for service and video were provided via email within the same day of the last phone call. Updated review to 4 stars from only 1.Exceptional professionalism while at our home, yet we never received the estimate via email, snail mail, or by phone despite 4 calls from us requesting it. We were also told we would receive a copy of the video which we needed for insurance. How are we to schedule for service if no one follows up? Unable to use the basement plumbing at all, we had to hire another company.

Steve went absolutely above and beyond for my family. He knew that we had been burned by several companies who couldn't fix our furnace/gas problems and he made sure to take care of us. He stayed on the job until he knew our issue was completely resolved. He even came by the next day to check on us. We will only be working with Maeser for our plumbing and HVAC needs from now on and will recommend them to everyone in the area.

My 11yr old water heater leaked and flooded my laundry room. I called Maeser around 6pm and within minutes I had an estimate and scheduled the replacement. John and Morgan arrived 8:30 am the next day. Removed my old one and replaced it with a quality new one, cleaned up and were done by 10 am! Contact was initially with Tracy at the call center. This professional dispatched a team to the house within three hours. The team, consisting of Jess Druin & Andrew McCain assessed the situation, provided a reasonable price and installed our new water heater. They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly. Result--our family has water. This is a must use company.

Usually they are quick to come but it wasn't the Same service this time. I called first thing Mon. Morning. They were supposed to come clear my Drain between 10-2pm (No Show) I called the office and was guaranteed by Rodriguez/Phone Rep. That they would be here at a different time frame 3-6pm. (A NO SHOW AGAIN) I had mu husband call and they told him they tried calling to reschedule which was not true. I had just hung up with Rodriguez 10 mins prior. They rescheduled with my husband. Today, a Tech came. He spent most of his time outside in the Truck Vaping. He cleared the line in 5mins then went back outside to Vape until my husband pulled up and then he Jumped out and came back inside to collect his equipment. 5min Clog Job $289.00. Vape Time 30Mins+ (On my time) $0 .

I walked down to my basement to discover about 2 inches of water from a failed sump pump. I googled emergency plumbing and Maeser popped up. Called them and they were very friendly and communication was excellent. Had a technician arrive within an hour. Joe Hesler was amazing!! Treated me very fair and was honest about what the issue was and had it all fixed and replaced in no time!! What could have been a disaster turned into just a minor inconvenience thanks to Maeser’s fast response!

John Day provided superior service to my furnace on two separate occasions. Efficiently diagnosed our problems, offered solutions and repaired the issues. Left job area clean. Also discovered that two items I thought were not working were actually working and adjusted the estimated bill accordingly. That is what I call honest! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience using Maeser Master Services. My tech was Larrry Taylor, Jr.Larry was prompt, answered my questions and educated me on the process of installing a gas line to my kitchen and a new kitchen faucet. It took a little longer for the job than I was expecting, 5 hrs total, but he and helper (I think Adam) were busy and focused on the tasks the entire time. I had gotten three estimates on this work and found Maeser’s price to be between the other two, $200 more than the cheaper and $650 less than the more expensive. I think the value for the price I paid was very fair and reasonable. I was so impressed with Maeser I am getting an estimate on a bathroom remodel.I would highly recommend Maeser Master Services and more specifically my tech, Larry“Taylor”, Jr.

My daughter had a highly advertised, name brand plumbing company in Louisville, Ky. come out (several times) to resolve some back up issues. The most resent quote was $4000.00 and they could not promise the issues would be fixed. I called Pipe Eyes because they have a location in the industrial park I work in and they're familiar with our company. As I explained, he laughed when I told the story and gave me the name of Ben Cloud with Maeser. I called Ben, and he sent a tech out the next day to evaluate. Eddie Cloud spent several hours at her house and determined where he thought the trouble was (underground) and gave an estimate of $1200. After they started digging, they found a clean out (which was part of the estimate to install a clean out), ran a camera in, found the blockage, took it out, and gave her a final bill of less than $300! These guys are the epitome of honest, fair, knowledgeable, and professional. Eddie explained everything he was doing as he did his inspection and couldn't have been more polite, and kind to my daughter. As her father and thankful we found them, I called and told Ben how blessed we felt that we got the recommendation to call them. He told me that he tells all his guys to treat every call like your working for your mother or daughter, and they surely do that. I highly recommend this company and pray for their continued growth and success. You just don't get them any more honest than these guys.

William replaced a broken sump pump. He knew what he was doing and did it in a professional and timely manner. I was well pleased with his service.

Maeser Master Services58 Day Heat and Air Nightmare InstallationOn May 17, 2023 Maeser Services in Louisville, KY came to our home to bid on installing a new heat and air system. The estimator determined that a 3-ton unit would be more than adequate for our home. During his 20-minute visit, I asked him three times was he sure a 3-ton would do the job. Each time he assured me it would be more than efficient. The bid was for an air handler with variable speed indoor heat pump and a plenum, with a one-day installation.May 22: Maeser came to install the new unit. They took all day, but they didn’t get the unit installed, so there was no air in our home. They left after 5:30 and didn’t say when they would return.May 23: I called to see what time they would be coming. The scheduler said they were to come out all day to finish the job. I waited ‘til after 10AM and called again to see where they were. Another scheduler said they weren’t coming today. I told her they had to come now to finish the job, because it was going to be in the high 80’s, and we needed a working air unit to stay in our home. They finally showed up and finished the installation.That weekend the temperature reached over 90 degrees and the new unit was holding at 78 degrees and would go no lower. At that time, I knew the unit was undersized. I also saw where the installers burned our carpet and two walls with a blowtorch. (Pictures below)June 2: The installation manager came out to inspect the damage and the undersized unit. He said we had a two-fan speed unit. We had paid for a variable speed indoor heat pump. They had installed a lesser unit.July 5: After 33 days, Maeser finally came back to install the correct sized unit. Before they started, they wanted me to sign a paper saying they were not responsible for any damages incurred during the installation of the equipment. In other words, while they are using their blowtorch, which they had already burned our carpet and 2 walls, they wouldn’t be liable if they burned our house down. I refused to sign the paper. They finally consented and started the installation of the second unit. They got most of the work done, but then informed me I had to pay for the plenum, a key piece of equipment that joins the new unit to the existing ductwork. The estimator said, from day one, that the new plenum was included in the bid. I refused to pay, because it was already paid for. At that point the installers walled off the job. So, for the next 14 days we had to leave our home because we had no air conditioning during the heat of summer. During that time, I fabricated our existing plenum in order to for them to come back to finish the install. What homeowner has to do that?July 19: Since I now had a plenum, Maeser agreed to come and again they said I had to sign their paper saying they were not responsible for any damages done during the installation process. I again refused. After a few phone calls they finally installed the correct unit after 58 days to do a one-day installation.July 20: However, the next day the installers had to come back because the unit was leaking water on our wood floor. They determined that they had not used glue to hold the drainpipe together.*The installers were not licensed, unprofessional, used the f-word several times, and never apologized for all the delays, mistakes, and damage they caused to home. For a total of 15 days, we were unable to stay in our home due to the exterior high temperatures, because our new air system was not installed.

We bought a brand new top of the line furnace and AC from Maesers and had them install it. They had to cut our home gas line to fit the unit and they did NOT check their work.We had a natural gas leak coming from the gas line they altered. We had scheduled a duct cleaning and mentioned the smell and they assured us it was just from the new AC but it didn't go away after over a week.We called, they had another technician come out and he told us it was the gas line. He shut the line off and said he had to order a part to fix it.A natural gas leak could have seriously harmed our family and I'm regretting my decision to go with this company because of that. They didn't take us seriously after the first concern and it's still not been fixed after over a week after the technician turned the gas line off.I do not recommend.

HVAC maintance ... Plus I paid to have my duct work get hangers put on it were it didn't have any & was hanging nearly on the ground ...and obstructing poss. the flow of air thru them....and he replaced a light bulb that had burnt out ....I tried to get my duct work looked at before the A/C was upgraded & put in & was told that the guys doing the duct work cleaning could tell if it wasn't right....Well so much for that !!! as you can see by Codys pic's ..he took before ...& after his work... I did speak w/ him about it sweating last summer & dripping water on the floor it was so bad during hot weather...He said he could put insulation around it if I had issues this yr...

I'm the tenant at the property the water heater was being replaced. The tech was on time, very polite and friendly. He diagnosed the faulty water heater and presented a couple options to my landlord and explained to me the tenant what was going on.The tech did a great job coordinating with me and seemed to keep the landlord in the loop over the phone as well. Every timeline he quoted me for repairs and running for parts was accurate. Overall a solid experience.Extra Note: He did properly wear a mask and maintain PPE protocols every time he was in my house and was respectful and courteous about it.

Finding a service that you can trust can be difficult.I took a shot with Maeser and felt really good about my decision. My water heater broke down and they were able to come out and do the replacement same day. Everyone was nice to deal with from the call to the service tech. I googled average cost for a 50gal water heater replacement and the cost was on par with that. There also weren't ridiculous up front charges to come look at the problem or estimate the cost which many other businesses try and do.

Jim did the annual test for the backflow prevention device. We received a call that he was on his way to our church. He was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I liked that he showed me where to locate the device as well as explained what he was going to do. It was great working with Jim!!!!

We were not getting hot water in either of our showers despite all other sinks and washer having hot water. After describing the issue Cole knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 10 minutes. Very happy with his service. He was efficient and courteous. Highly recomend.

Ethan did a great job re-connecting our kitchen sink drains, faucet, disposal and replacing a couple shut off valves and repairing another valve following installing a new counter.He was very personable, professional and made sure everything was working right before he walked out the door.

Called Maeser on Wednesday on advice of a family member. Although they offered a same day appt, I opted for the next day. Tyler arrived on time, was clean, courteous, professional and thorough. He gained my trust by his demeanor and knowledge. Although it cost a bunch, I can't say it was too much because I don't know what plumbers generally charge. But my house drain is now unclogged, I have no mess, and I am happy I called Maeser.

For the drain replacement in my bathtub Thomas Jones and his son Thomas Jones Jr. came to the house and were very friendly and informative. They even went back to their office to get a drain they had in stock to save me money, they were extremely nice! For the broken kitchen sink diverter Jim Kuzirian was able to fix the sink quickly and even gave some advice on my old water heater and what size and type I should get next. Everyone has always been personable and enjoyable to talk to, I couldn't recommend Maeser enough!

Not clear on what was communicated or how. Wife/ customer at the time isUnable to find receipt for the work done and says there was no receipt. Husband was out of town but wife worked with Freddie to try to fix the clogged sewer line. MSD contacted and they sent cameras to pinpoint the rootball. My son is fixing it next day and it’s unclear if Maesser offered to fix or just unableMeanwhile, The sump pump was replaced and seems to be ok but $300 more than the estimate sent by email before purchase. That’s a heavy mark up.Problems1. Toilets still full of feces and not draining2. No estimate to fix the identified rootball in pipe and install cleanout, which is the reason we called and the reason the toilets remain clogged3. $300 price jump on sump pump and it’s not clear to me that the old sump was not recoverable. Plus, the sump pump was not the true problem.It feels like there may have been some miscommunication and maybe some “taking advantage” of the customer available at the time. I got a new sump pump but plumbing problem unresolved.

I’m very pleased with the repair job performed by Matthew Winter. He actually showed up ahead of schedule and had the task completed in 15 minutes or less. I was pleased with the price and the work was quality. Matthew was very professional and personable. I’ll use Maeser in the future.

Big Shout out to Maeser and Technician Joe H., I contacted them about my water heaters being nearly 20 yrs. old and needing replacement. Through the Home Depot Referral program, I got connected to Maeser for a 80-Gal Hybrid Water Heater replacing (2) 40-Gal electric heaters and Water Softener System. They were able to come out and provide an estimate that was spot on to what we paid when they were done. No surprises, no guess work.An unforeseen issue arose, and Tech Joe H. was able to fill in sight unseen. Came in on the day of the scheduled work assessed his needs for the job and was able deliver results. Joe was very clear and communicated multiple times throughout the work he was doing. Considerate that we had 3 young children in the house during the work notified us when vapors may become too strong so we could plan accordingly. This level of care and consideration is far beyond what most technicians display. High regards to Maeser for being able to get out as fast as they did and 10 stars for Joe H. who provided above par support during the work performed.To the scheduler, the work performed was WAY more than 4 hours to complete and I knew that based on 4 other quotes we'd received. 2-day job completed in 8 working ours (not including the Wearhouse run). For all the work done, this was incredible timing.

Always an excellent experience. Jason was great. Quickly assessed the issue, quoted the fix and completed the work ASAP. He explained the problem, what he did to fix it and what to watch for in case there were issues. Nice guy and a great plumber.

We noticed that our A/C went out around 10 pm so I hopped online and looked up vendors to come and service it asap. Maesers let me schedule something online, and had early morning availability, which was just what I needed.Kevin was wonderful and went above and beyond to get my A/C fixed and check the other parts for any issues. As a pregnant woman the last thing I want to be is hot, and having him fix this in one day was amazing. Kevin explained everything to me as I was paying and what was included in the club since we signed up. I’m happy I went with them to fix our system.

Two great plumbers responded in a timely manner when we had no toilet or shower available. They were professional and explained our issue clearly, the immediate and long term root cause, along with multiple solutions without any pressure for a specific choice or price point. They were mindful of protecting our tub finish and even flipped back our carpet to keep it clean while moving. They were friendly and polite on top of it all with helpful information about plumbing in general!

Cody was great. Worked deligently to find the heating system problem. He presented himself well, had good eye to eye contact, explained everthing he did and was very thorough with his work.If I have other problems with either system I will call Maeser and ask for Cody.

Steve was very efficient and explained the issue with toilet flange. He offered a solution and we agreed to the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

We had a great experience with Maeser. They came out and did the estimate the same day we called and did the repair work the next day. Lee did an excellent job on the repair and made sure the work area was cleaned up before he left. We will definitely call them next time. I want a duck call next time! Thank you!

We needed shutoff valve replaced for a dishwasher installation, our plumber William V. was courteous, professional and pleasant to talk to.
He replaced valve in a timely manner and left area as clean as he found it.
