I appreciated their expediency and thorough tidy work.
Plumb Right service was assigned by my American Home Warranty.
I will ask for them again, should I have a future need for plumbing services.
And...Kudos to Bobbie aptly fielding calls, reservations, work orders and probably a multitude of other requirements in a thankless position yet she does it all with respect and kindness! A true superhero 🦸‍♀️👏👏👏👏👏🤜🤛💥

My home warranty company sent them out. I called on Monday. On Wednesday I still didn't have use of my water so I called Plumbright as I hadn't heard from them. They told me they would come Monday. My warranty company talked them into coming Wednesday. The guy who came out kept talking about emergency fees. He knowingly put the wrong cap back on my pipe and used electrical tape to secure it. He brought my recepit upstairs to me, told me it was fixed and left. When I called back to advise that it was leaking I was told I would have to pay again and that he was just being nice the night before by fixing my flooding issue incorrectly. I was told a manager would call me but no one did. They set an appointment then didn't honor it. I called another plumbing company who arrived at my house within the hour. They looked at the job and said that I had been screwed and whoever taped the pcv cap on a cast iron pipe knew that wouldnt work but still took my money. Sadly disappointed.

Super people on time and very professional. I have used plumbers in the past none compare to PlumbRight. If I could I would give them a 10 star review. Bobbie in the office is a gem!

Technically I did not use this company because they never showed up. They were supposed to come on a Thursday between 9-12, I called and 2 hours later someone finally returned my call saying they would be out first thing the next morning. Next day comes, no one shows up so I call again, which is almost pointless because it goes straight to voicemail, left a message and when they finally returned my call I was exploring other options. I called my warranty company to send someone else out. While I was on hold with the warranty company, I checked the reviews online and am now happy I cancelled. The responses to negative reviews by this company are pretty childish and unprofessional. I look forward to mine. Apparently you have to give at least one star to leave a review so that's the only reason they are getting one

Had a leak in the bathroom tub faucet, home warranty sent PlumbRight. Could not have asked for better service, Alan was professional and knowledgeable and took care of the problem quickly. In the middle of this issue my downstairs bathroom developed a clog and Adam was sent out to take care of that. He was quick and efficient and both bathrooms are working again. I'm so impressed with the quality of service with PlumbRight and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

My place of work had a plumbing emergency a few weeks ago. Roto Rooter was busy and I remembered the TV ad for these guys. Called the emergency line, they returned the message in a few minutes. Agreed to come out and arrived a little over an hour later. Cleared the clog in the sewer line. Good folks and life savers. Give them a try!

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

Josh (the owner) did an excellent job installing our new water heater and fixing a leaky toilet. He is down to earth which I like. After Josh gave me an estimate I called around to a couple other plumbing companys and they could not match Plumb Rights pricing. Some of the other companies gave me estimates that were double of what Josh quoted me. These guys will get my return business.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and the 2 guys that came to install my new hot water heater were very nice and professional.

Their technicians were great. I meet a total of 4 2 for the diagnosis and 2 for the hot water heater replacement. I believe their names were Nate Josh Brad, and Jeremy? Either way I hope someone at their company recognizes them for a job well done.

They came out quickly when I had things that needed, and fixed everything and offered suggestions. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn’t covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don’t understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn’t even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn’t grow on trees and I don’t just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My home warranty company uses PlumbRight as a service provider. We had a small leak from our garbage disposal so I placed a request through the home warranty site. The next day I received a call from PlumbRight and scheduled a visit for later in the week. When Josh arrived (on time), I showed him a picture of where the leak was occurring, since it was a very small leak at the time. He quickly continued the diagnosis and replaced the garbage disposal. He was here and completed with the work quickly and allowed me to continue on with my day. PlumbRight has been added to our list of trusted providers for any other work that we may need, even if it was not a warranty call. I would highly recommend PlumbRight for all your plumbing needs.

They know what they are doing. I know the owner and can say he's a good person as well as his family.

Originally I liked this company. But, the other day I had a sewage back up in my house and found out that they installed my concrete-encased plumbing at the wrong angle and it's now allowing waste to pool up and create blockages - which is what they originally fixed! It's going to to cost over $6k to fix the work they botched. Yay.

Adam was awesome! He was on time, friendly and professional. A competitor came out the day before and told me he couldn't fix it and to call somebody else. I was stressed because we are selling our home, had a scheduled inspection in a couple of days and a clogged sink. PlumbRight got me an appt for the next morning. Adam fixed the problem quickly. Turns out the tech from previous company had failed to reconnect the water pipe and there was water in the bottom of my sink. Highly recommend and I will use them again!! (Note to owner: don't make your guys wear button up shirts and khakis. Plumbers need to look like they know how to get the job done. Not do my taxes ;) Very satisfied customer!!

Very friendly staff with top notch work. They've done a lot of work for us and never disappoint. They are very quick to get someone here.

I called PlumbRight, Tom Drexler, and Mr Rooter for an estimate...and PlumbRight is the only one I will do business with after their consultation. The service man was polite and professional. Of the 3, he is the only one that didn't just guess at what the problem could be. He took the time to inspect the problem (which was a clogged exterior drain) during the estimate, by running a wet/dry vac to see what debris might be trapped. He then poured water back into the drain to see how quickly it would back up. Whatever he did actually fixed the problem and everything drains properly now. He wrote it up as an estimate and gave his suggestion of work needing to be done to prevent it from happening again. The other companies wanted to charge me from $99 to 200 just to try with no guarantees of success.

My home warranty program uses this company. Wed Dec 19. Arrival was timely, I had raw sewage standing in my basement. Jimmy explained that I would have a quote Thur morning. I called Thur afternoon and was told the office was waiting on Jimmy. I knew that was not true as I had spoken with Christy on Wed afternoon while Jimmy was at my house. Well, Dec 31, I still have raw sewage standing and Do Not have a quote from them. They took my money and have done nothing else. I've contacted another plumbing company to get my situation resolved.

They drove from Louisville area to 12 miles south of Lexington to take care of us!

They have been to our home several times to fix what has gone wrong. They have always been friendly, and they know their stuff! An amazing company to work with. They are our go to plumbing company from now on! And they are highly recommended from septic companies we have hired as well.

Put in a service request with 2-10 home warranty on 5/29/17. Sewer backing up in my house. 2-10 tells me that their contractors have 24 hours to reach out. This contractor finally called on 6/2/17 sometime in the afternoon. Definitely not within the window of time they've apparently agreed upon. I'd already called another plumber and they came out promptly to fix my issue. Instead of paying a deductible I had to pay another plumber to fix it. I would NOT recommend your company to anyone. If you can't or don't want to handle the warranty contracts, then you need to quit being on their list. If they're not providing you with the leads in a timely manner, then you need to quit being on their list. One of you is not making the other look good. 2-10 has been good so far. I have a feeling that the drive from Mt. Washington to New Albany was too long for this company to care to commit.

Do not do business with this company! They are scammers. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are the bottom of the barrel!
I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a window of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call.
About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were stuck on another job. I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed.
About 1:30 pm they still were not here. I called my home warranty company. They called the plumber. Without my consent, he cancelled service to my home. Said he was overbooked.
So it's afternoon already, and I still don't have a plumber to work on my gas line. And the home warranty people says that it may be up to 72 hours before they can get another one.
This is a scam. Stay away from this business.

My home warranty assigned PlumbRight and I was anxious because of some poor reviews, but I am convinced those people are just too impatient. Patrick did an amazing job. My house is 120+ years old and I have had more bad plumbers out here than I can count. He was clean, professional, kind, and eager to get the plumbing fixed. Most plumbers see my old house and moan and groan the whole time. Patrick came ready to work and with no help. He had my clog fixed, toilet back on with a new ring and cleaned in about an hour. I will request this company every time and Patrick. Be PATIENT! They are busy because they are good.

Beyond 5 stars. Chris was our tech and he did an excellent job! He located 7 gas leaks and fixed everyone of them and continued to check to make sure he got them all. When LG&E came out to restore service, the rep said that it was very rare that a job like this is done right the first time. I could go on, but do yourself a favor and call use this service!

The company dispatched a plumber within 24 hrs and he was very pleasant. However, the problem persisted and when I called the number (twice) that he left I received no response or suggestions. I was disappointed with the follow up service as he promised. I am even less impressed with MSD who tells me to call a plumber . . .I am trying. . . .

My home warranty uses them. Have had them come to my home several times. They have installed a new hot water heater for me and fixed a leaking pipe. They have it done in a timely manner are nice and professional no issues with their work.

We have hired PlumbRight about 10 times in the past. In addition to their excellent work, everytime they come they have been so polite and informative. We've had the opportunity to work with many of their employees and every experience has been excellent. They take time to answer my questions and they also give me a heads up when they are on their way. We've had them do the whole range of plumbing tasks for us, including water heater, garbage disposal, leaks and faucet replacement. Once, we had a plumbing emergency in which there was water gushing into our crawlspace. They fit us in on the weekend and fixed our pipe promptly. Give them a try! You won't regret it!

I have used their services multiple times and each time they have went above and beyond to actually take care of whatever issues that I had. The owner was polite and understanding and was even willing to do the dirty work......cause sometime plumbers have to deal with the dirty work. I was actually recommended their services thru Mt. Washington city and sewer and they made a great recommendation

Do not use this company as they are scam artists!! They will take your money, misdiagnose, and not fix anything!! The owner is extremely rude and even appointment setter is rude!!! I highly recommend using a different and way better plumber in the Louisville area!

These are the only people 2-10 works with to fix plumbing issues. I have had difficulty with a leak and now a hole that is still in my basement. I was told by both the tech and the office that 2-10 would patch my wall back up after the tech cut it open. However, I called the office to get some clarity on the status and the girl I talked to on the phone talked down to me and was pushing me off the phone. I asked her to specify what they gave to 2-10, so I could talk to 2-10 later and she spouted off some info (which I later found out was from the invoice). I asked her what all that meant and she got sharp with me asking, What else do you need? I should have responded, I need some good customer service! This is a lousy office. I believe the tech did what he was told, but I got talked down to and felt like I had no business trying to figure out what happened. I'm sure there are better plumbers in Louisville.

We originally had Tom Drexler come out to try and snake our drain but they left us with a clogged sink and a quote for a $4,700 solution. 2-10 Home warranty sent PlumbRight out to our house and the technician Patrick was so nice and polite. He came in and rand the snake again and wouldn't you know it, he got it unclogged. He ran the water and filled up the sink 3 time just to make sure it was working properly. He was quick but thorough. I will use PlumbRight in the future for things outside the scope of our home warranty. Would highly recommend.

Started calling on tuesday to repair or replace our hot water heater. They finally called and came out on Thursday to asses what was wrong even though I already told them the problem and part that was needed. Now it is Friday afternoon and they have not ordered the part yet? I called the parts company to find out no part had been ordered. I called the rude girl at the office to see why the part hadn't been ordered and she referred me to the owner of the company which I have no phone number for. If I would of not gone through plumb wrong, I could of had this fixed myself 2 days ago. Now it may be 7 days before we get hot water. Don't use the home warranty company or plumb wrong. Hire someone else and pay for it yourself.

Plumbright's plumbers are extremely courteous & friendly. Their response time is exceptional as well. My only issue is I had to have them out twice in both instances I used them as the initial repair was not successful.

Otherwise, no complaints and will likely use them again!

We had a sump pump brake when it was raining badly. They can out quickly and replaced it for a reasonable price. It was close to getting in the building. Love this company,

The receptionist, or whoever answers the phones here was rude towards me multiple times when I called. They interrupted me several times as I was speaking to them and always had an attitude when I would just ask them simple questions. I got an estimate for a $4,000 job. I was ready to hire them and to get the job going right away, but they were completely unprofessional and rude. I asked them if they could break down the estimate to show the cost of labor separate from the cost of materials. You would think this would be a simple request, however it was not. They refused to provide us with that, I am now paying another company $4,000 to get the job done. Thanks for wasting my time, PlumbRight!

My parents have a home warranty contract that uses these people. They came out this morning after my parents havent had a kitchen sink for a week waiting on these people. They get here fixed part of it but because of time constraints they can't finish the job today so who knows when they'll have a sink.

Excellent Quality Courtesy & professioalism spoke to nice Lady in office. We needed a water heater, sewer pipe work. Josh replaced water heater, Adam & another gentleman did sewer pipe work. Extremely Pleased with work & pricing.

Our warranty company contracted assigned PlumbRight to our water heater service request. Three days after the install the wiring on the unit caught fire leaving us with no hot water and damaging the wiring to the shut of. An electric company came and inspected the damage and determined the fire was caused as the result of a loose connection from the installation. This company was notified on the day of the failure. We did not hear from them again until we escalated the matter with our warranty company. A week and a half after the incident the installer showed up after their scheduled appointment time and without a new water heater. The installer and the person I spoke with at the company proceeded to blame the manufacturer of the water heater and us stating that it was an issue with our wiring. We were never informed of a wiring issue at the time of install but conveniently there was on now that there was a fire and our house could have burned down. They also told us this “happens all the time” as if that makes it okay or better. They install these daily as they claim but the installer didn’t even put the electrical compartment cover on the correct direction… the burn is on the top of the cover where if properly closed would have been on the inside. Seems a simple thing if they install these all the time. Last night our electrician replaced the wiring damaged by the fire, removed the damaged wire from the water heater and reconnected the water heater. After almost two weeks we have hot water so this issue is not the water heater as PlumbRight has suggested. It is not a manufacturing issue it is an installation issue. If you choose this company for your repair, make sure no electrical work is involved or be prepared to have it inspected. If something happens following the install they will wash their hands of you as they don’t make mistakes and almost burn your house down.

Josh at PlumbRight did great, quality work on my drainage issue. Initially the communication was not excellent, but it was worth the wait for their fair pricing and quality of work.

Josh fixed a shower that was leaking for us and got the job done quickly and professionally. We had him come out a few weeks later to check another issue with that shower and he was very helpful with diagnosing the problem and even though it wasn’t a plumbing issue he helped figure out a solution. Josh was very helpful in dealing with our home warranty company and helping fix a mistake on their end and saving us money in the process. He was very helpful and generous with his time— would definitely use them again.

Josh was very professional and courteous. He came out to fix a busted pipe behind an interior wall. Not only did he fix the problem very fast (<1hr), he also gave me some tips for going forward and went well out of his way to help me out.

The company seems great. I submitted a service request and they wanted to come out the same day. Unfortunately i wasnt ready so soon and we ran into scheduling issues. They showed up when they said they would and worked fast and kept me involved with what the issues and proposed fixes were.

I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues!

I had what I thought to be a complicated fix on my toilet. Plumb Right was at my house quickly. Once they got there they were very honest and told me it wasn't that big of a fix. They were quick, honest, helpful, and professional. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do this is who I will call again.

After what I thought was a simple tub draining issue, I called plumbright to come out and take a look. They stopped by in between jobs to look at my issue. My issue was more than a clogged drain and the plumber that came out showed me the visible problem under the house and low and behold he just so happened to see another problem that I didn’t even know about. He showed me that issue as well. With going out of town with in 48 hours of having this issue, the guys came out the next day and completely took care of my plumbing issues. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend plumbright. They’re price was more than fair and I am extremely satisfied. Thanks guys.

Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!

Very transparent, timely, and knowledgeable. I had my hot water heater replaced by PlumbRight. They did a fantastic job and left behind a spotless work space.

This company fixed our toilet in July. We paid a $75 deductible and a month later one of the NEW parts that they replaced inside the toilet broke. The company claimed it was a different problem and NOT related to the work done a month or so earlier. They also tried to say that we pushed the handle down too hard or the part had a hairline crack in it. We had to pay a second $75 deductible to fix the toilet that they fixed already. They should honor and guarantee the work that they performed and not try and to cover up their shoddy work by blaming the homeowners. I would give them zero stars but I did not have that option. Just read the reviews about the homeowner warranty repairs and beware when using this company.
