I contacted Pacific Plumbing after getting a high water bill. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Austin came to the house with his mask (thanks Covid) and asked politely if he could come in and look around. Manners are a lost art! He checked the water meter and did a few other little things with my fixtures that I remembered while he was here. Pacific Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They recently repaired a leaking pipe at my home. Everyone was very professional and they finished the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I just bought our first home and it was def. in need of some new piping. Our old copper pipes were never replaced since the house was built back in 1956. I had called Pacific Plumbing and was able to have Jack stop by the next day to give us a estimate on the new replacement piping plus to have our guest bath toilet bolted to the floor (it was very loose). They came out within a month and Austin & John were both very professional and did an amazing job! They had to come back the next morning to finish the job. Once they left, our master bath toilet wasn't flushing right. I called Jack and he came out within an hour and fixed it right away and was able to check on all the work the 2 guys had done, everything was so wonderful! Giving this team 5 stars all around!! I had Pacific Plumbing unclog a bathtub in my home and it required way more work than anticipated, so I am glad I hired a professional company. They came out two days after I let them know about my issue, which is VERY FAST. They were on time, professional and took care of the issue within an hour. I would recommend this company.

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

I called Pacific Plumbing to replace the old, ineffective toilets in my home. They made a recommendation on quality toilets... without breaking the bank I might add. (I couldn't find the same product at a better price.) Because we had concerns about previous plumbing issues, they tested our pipes, delivered and installed the new toilets in no time. I was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this crew.

I had another company tell me I needed a new toilet. I called Jack for a second opinion. Not only did Pacific Plumbing fix the toilet, they checked out the sewage ejector pump and fixed a slow drain - all for less than the price of the first quote for a new toilet! Jack and Aaron and the staff have done work for me for a long time now and I would highly recommend. Jack texts and most times gets someone over here same day. No task has been too difficult and the quality, neatness, and professionalism is the best!

Pacific Plumbing installed a new bathroom in 100 year old basement as well as ran a gas line for fire pit. Came out next day after I called, scoped work, and provided fair price. Showed up like clock work everyday until job was complete and finished on schedule. Highly recommend.
