I could not be more satisfied with my experience. The gentleman that came to unclog the drain I believe his name was Shawn . He was not just professional, polite, on time but he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is what everyone hopes their technician will be, we were just lucky enough to get him that day for our job. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with him as are tech and obviously would recommend him to anyone.

I called Tom Drexler to schedule furnace tuneup in which I had a coupon. Edward S. came out to do the inspection and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Edward explained everything he performed and took pictures of everything and explained in detail what was done. Edward was very friendly and polite young man and I would ask for Edward the next time. Edward is a great asset to the company!

Tony Hidrogo was our technician and he was excellent, very thorough and explained everything very well , he answered all questions that we had and showed us what he was doing as he was doing it .Very kind and professional.

We had an amazing tech come out to our house and got our system running again. Unfortunately, due to the age of the system we were informed that it was running on partial capacity and would need to be replaced. He also told us about the maintenance plans and we decided to get one based on how great he was and then we scheduled for an estimate. That’s where it went down hill.The person scheduled to come out called and said that they saw we had an estimate early last year and asked why we did not get anything then. I said it was a finance issue at the time. This person had the gall to tell me that prices have increased since then and if it was a problem last year it would not be any better now. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes just to be told I had to be transferred to another department. That department was “unavailable” and he was going to have someone call me back which after hours no one had called. I called back and finally got to someone and just asked to have my maintenance plan canceled. Sad that they claim gettin an award for market place ethics and then talk down to their customers. BTW, Tom Drexler, in a year finances can change.

Very professional and quick response. Technician was extremely helpful and went over all options before making a decision. Found the problem promptly and proceeded to do everything he could to fix it. Very respectable.

Travis was great. He was able to assess the multiple issues that we had with our ac unit and heating unit, offered us a reasonable solution, and arrived within the time window he gave us 24 hrs previous. He was courteous of our baby's napping schedule and made sure none of our kitties escaped outside while he worked.

I had a female electrician come to help with some outdoor electrical issues. It was a great experience. She was awesome, really knew her stuff and did a great job. I'll ask for her if I need any more electrical repairs!

He knew exactly what had to be done, explained why we had to do it that way, and offered me options on specifics. Very likable and professional encounter. I signed up for the VIP membership mainly because of his good impression.

Clay Singer came and unclogged my washer drain. He was very professional and a charming young man. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Eddy came for a maintenance visit on our HVAC system. He arrived right on time and did a very thorough check of everything. He didn't mind me asking questions as he went along and even managed to educate me on a few things I didn't already know about. He's amazingly knowledgeable about what he does and I get the feeling he genuinely enjoys his work.

I called to get an estimate on replacing an older model Hot water heater. They were prompt with scheduling the appointment and had no hidden or over inflated pricing! What was great I was able to get a new hot water heater the same day!

Our hot water unit was not working for our selfless niece who was providing bed side care for family’s eighty-seven year old matriarch while in hospital for over twenty-five days. As a true professional, Mr. Mandrillo quickly assessed what services were needed and after thoroughly explaining to us what he could do to solve our dilemma, he gave a fair price for replacement of parts and labor. Jill Andres of Tom Drexler recently came to our home and performed some lighting work and gave us some quotes for some repairs and updates we needed. Very informative and polite. We had a local guy come and fix our system. $500+ later we thought we were good for the winter. WRONG! Come to find out our entire unit was rusted, there was black mold and all the coolant we originally paid for to have out in was gone. Tom Drexler sent out a crew and got us back up and running with a brand new furnace and heat pump system. They also noticed our hot water heater was improperly installed. No shut-off valve and it was leaking. The salesman offered us a free hot water heater. They quickly and professionally installed our units.We also have used them for new plugs ceiling fans and new switches. We have never had a bad experience. They are always kind and professional.

Devon came after sewage water backed up and spilled onto our floor. He was able to explain everything he was doing and let us know our options. He was very friendly and also helped explain the cause in words we could understand. Def one of the best people we’ve worked with in professionalism and friendliness.

Mike is very friendly, nice, & easy-going guy. He provided excellent service, prompt service, and gave us the best education of our repair problem. He fixed and installed all of my toilets & sinks. Mike & Tim did an excellent job and work very well together. Tim did a awesome job installing toilets & sinks connectors in my bathrooms. If I need a repair in my house, I’m calling Mike & Tim b/c they get the job done.

They were not able to respond as quickly as we would have liked, but we appreciated the unprecedented amount of calls they received during the December 2022 ice storm. However, Michael, the technician was very helpful and the problem was quickly addressed and repaired.

The technician arrived promptly and gave me my options, was very informative and most importantly was extremely personable and professional. Plumbing repairs aren’t the fun part of being a homeowner but Drexler’s team made it as smooth as possible and we are extremely satisfied with the service. 10/10 and will use again!

Called them for an emergency kitchen drain cleanout for a largeresidential building the day before a holiday. They made an appointment to come after the holiday, but then called back and were able to be there right away and handled the problem in a very short time. Never do you see someone show up over 24 hours early and even during a holiday!!!! Very pleased, saved us a LOT of headaches!!! Definitely will call again!! Thank you!

Bryan Stephens was my tech and he was phenomenal. So sweet and courteous. He actually arrived before I did and was quick to move his vehicle so I could park in my driveway. He was efficient and only bothered me when he needed me, as I was eating and entertaining a guest. He took off his shoes AND wore booties in my house. Just honestly above and beyond.

I was having cooling issues. My tech Coby was prompt and helpful and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Have appointment to get an estimate on a new system.

Michael was honest about the repair and I trusted his judgment. He was very knowledgeable on the repair that was needed and he educated me on what he was doing and the best course of action. I have used Tom Drexler a lot and highly recommended Tom Drexler and Michael!

We returned from Florida only to find our Louisville home was at 92 degrees. We contacted your service andhada technician there that day. We had a great experience and was up and running by that evening.

They did us right when it came to plumbing, but when it came to an electrical issue they quoted 6000 we got it done for 700 dollars. Too much upselling and trying to fix things that didn't need to be fixed.

Let me begin by saying, I probably should have left this review long before now. About 2 years ago, my AC went out. It was the middle of summer and 100 degrees. I called multiple places and Tom Drexler was going to be able to get to me the fastest. They sent someone out to diagnose the issue. I was told that they could put a bandaid on it, but it could go out again anytime. The unit I had was old, so this was probably true. I decided to get a new furnace and Ac Unit installed. They sent out a sales person. The sales person told me that because I live in a tri level house, I needed a high performance unit. He told me that it would be the only way to properly regulate my homes temperature. He also told me that because it was such a highly efficient unit, the savings on my LGE bill would more than compensate the loan payment I would have from financing the unit. The cost was $14,000. At the time that I was speaking to this sales person, it was 85 degrees in my house, what he said was very inticicing. I agreed. Shame on me, but I accepted that I got completely ripped off. The AC Unit itself is 3 times larger than any residential ac unit I have seen, but I digress. I have accepted my decision to be ripped off. What is 100% unacceptable is that I have had nothing but problems with the $14000 unit installed in my 2100 Sq foot tri level. It constantly stops working. It took me a year and a half and having at least 6 people come to service before finally have a competent employee tell me that THEY INSTALLED THE A COMPLETLY WRONG CHIP IN THE FURNACE! This was a year and a half of frustrations. Calling them and feeling crazy that it wasn't working and being told that it must be something on my part or that I was making it up because by the time they got to me, it was working again. The problem was apparently that because the wrong chip was installed. The furnace, thermostat and AC unit were not communicating right. Two days later they installed a new and supposedly correct chip.Since then, I have continued to experience the same issues. It just stops working. It says cool on/heat on but it will be set on 71 and be 78, you touch the unit and it goes to wait. I have had techs come out and they say these machines have computers and constantly need updates installed. They also tell me they are the only ones who have the ability to diagnose and install the updates. I have found that the fastest way to remedy is to turn off the unit, wait 10 minutes, turn it on, set it on a temp higher than the house temp is, go outside and hose down the AC Unit, turn the thermostat back to desired temp and hope that it decides to work. My biggest question is, Why am I having this much trouble with something I payed $14000 for! I know that something is not right! I have 3 children and it gets hot/cold at night when this stops working. At this point, I demand real answers, or a new unit installed. I can not continue dealing with this frustration. This is not my problem to stress over, it is Tom drexlers! Please keep in mind that I have been completely respectful to all staff of Tom drexler and I have been more than reasonable with this. I am simply fed up!

We have used and trusted Drexler plumbing in the past but today was different. We had an Amazing technician come who went above and beyond, which can be rare in times like these. I believe his name was Jonathan Mandirllo. He truly helped us get in the direction of the route of the problem with our wet finished basement. He then asked me where the unit was we took him downstairs and he looked over the unit and found the problem. He was really professional and explain to me what had happened. I can't say enough good things about Tom Drexler! They came to my rescue last minute on a Friday when a severe storm was approaching the area and I had to get a new furnace and air conditioner due to some leaking and damaged parts. Despite the urgency and the impending storm, they were able to fit me in and complete the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently.Throughout the installation, the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repairs to me and kept me informed every step of the way. Despite the added stress of the weather situation, they remained calm and focused, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.Even after all that work was completed, they made sure I was happy with everything and I ended up deciding that I wanted an upgraded thermostat with WiFi capability. They had already installed a thermostat for me, but it didn't have the WiFi feature I wanted. Without hesitation, they came back out and installed the upgraded thermostat for me, and made sure I could connect to it, going above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done.Overall, I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism that Tom Drexler provided. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of, even in a time of urgency and stress. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home air conditioning and/or heating repairs!

The crew that Tom Drexler sent to install a full replacement for our furnace and air conditioner for us were excellent. They were as unobtrusive as could be possible, performed the work quickly and professionally under the often confusing conditions found in the houses in my neighborhood in Old Louisville. It was all done in under six hours with a crew of four techs. In the five years I've been living here, they have been far superior to any similar service provided by anyone where I've previously lived. Cannot possibly recommend them highly enough.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job getting all the old HVAC equipment out and installing all the new stuff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.I am happy I went with Drexler. We started with trying to just fix my old furnace, which quickly became apparent that I could throw thousands at it and it still might not work. So then the option of a whole new furnace came into the equation. I was given several options and walked through what to consider based on my current needs and what I might need over the next 10+ years. Once a decision was made, financing and installation were a breeze. This has been a great experience and I highly recommend these guys.*1 year update*Edward came out and did my annual inspection on my furnace. He did a thorough job explaining to me all the things he checked and updated me on the health of my furnace. We asked them to install outlets for car chargers back in September. The outlets did not work, so we called them back numerous times and it is now January 17th and the outlets are still not fixed. We paid over $11,000 and still don't have working chargers.Edit: It is for our company. We have called probably 15 times already and talked to Tammy. I was told Michelle, her boss would give me a call back. I never received a call. We have made numerous attempts to have this resolved and your company is not being responsive.

Austin was great! He came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate on replacing my mothers electric breaker panel. Explained everything well and was very polite and professional. Seemed a little expensive so we are getting a few more quotes, but it isn’t a cheap job especially on the weekend.

I tried to schedule a plumber to come to my house at the beginning of the week, but they couldn’t get to me until Friday. Fine enough. I asked if it would be morning or afternoon. They then tell me they don’t schedule until the day of. Since I work during the day, it is difficult for me to take time off. I requested morning if possible. They say they will note my request, but the best they can do is give me a 30 heads up when the plumber is on their way. After missing the first two hours of work already, I get a call to let me know that the plumber that services my area is sick, so they’d have to reschedule me for the following week. Do not call this company unless you are able to be at home all day waiting on a phone call!

The technition called in route and was very respectful while in my home. He was very knowledgeable and detailed about explaining what was wrong, and what he had fixed. I had a clog in my kitchen sink. Tom Drexel’s came out. The guy was nice and seemed to do a thorough job, however I still have a clog. He offered a job that was going to be very expensive ($2000) and we weren’t sure if that was the problem. I paid about $90 for the visit and decided to have my septic tank drained ($500). The clog still persists. I am going to get a second opinion. Initially I thought I had to pay about $200 for the visit. I had to ask how much it was going to be just for him coming and assessing. That was the only way I knew the was a service call $90.

Where to start with this service. Anthony, Brandon, Harley and Matt did an amazing job. The guys worked a long day but I took care of them by making them some Wisconsin brats for lunch. You take care of your labor workers they will take care of you. Guys told me what I need to do in attic to maybe help with better temperature throughout house so I plan to fix that in few weeks. Other then that the guys were very helpful and were treated with good hospitality. If I ever need to get service call these are the guys I want to fix what is needed.So thank you again Tom drexler and your employees

Tom Drexler technicians always take great care of our HVAC system. Having an AC tune up is part of our regular care and it provides much needed piece of mind to have our system taken care of by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Our technician Dylan Ferguson did a great job and was very professional and personable to work with.

2 years ago we bought this new HVAC system from them. They did not inform us that we had to pay for a service contact every year for our 10 year warranty to be in affect.Not thrilled about it!Our service tech today (4/5/23) was very courteous and we will be requesting him next service time.

RJ and Anthony were on time, conscientious about clean up and watching for my dogs, and clear about the features of the new thermostat, heat pump, and air handler.

Jonny was AMAZING. I called Tom Drexler in a panic about a leak in my kitchen. After realizing water was in our basement and coming down the wall. The office staff is so friendly (even when I may not be, sorry haley). Jonny called me what seemed like immediately after and listen to what we tried and let us know he was on his way. When Jonny got here he was nothing but polite, understanding and knowledgeable. He really explained what was going on and how he would fix it. Plus he likes dogs, soooo it's always a plus. I feel like he wasn't sure of what he was doing. And he caused more of an issue than what I originally called for. Not satisfied at all. And the tech that was sent the next day wasn't informed on what the issue that he caused was to be able to fix it.

On the Saturday of Memorial weekend our sewer decided to fail. It was horrible to say the least. We called the plumbing service we'd used before and several others who supposedly had emergency service, but no one returned our calls except for Tom Drexler Plumbing. They sent Devan out and he very quickly new what the problem was, however he wanted to be certain and returned with George, a camera technician. Our house is 85 years old. The cast iron and terracotta pipes had all, but disintegrated and were not functional. Our basement has to be jackhammered, all new piping needed to be installed, and it was completely unexpected. To say it was stressful was an understatement. Jeremy and Doug did all of the sewer repair. There was almost no dust from thee work the had to do. They were polite, punctual, respectful of the house and property. They went out of there way to make an unpleasant situation not so bad.There art e noenough good things I can say. I very highly recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing.

Not only were they very fast in responding to my situation but they're installer was excellent. This gentleman was courteous he had manners he was punctual he was quick he was efficient he was an all-around good human being. He was very personable he didn't just stay out there make the repair and then show me the bill no he showed me exactly what he was doing told me step by step what he was doing and why. It doesn't work making appointments.I scheduled an inspection for my new air conditioning that was installed by Drexler last year and started to make a funny noise one month ago. This morning I got a confirmation text message the technician will be here between 1 pm to 5. I take a half day of work, head home, and get a call at 1:20 pm that the appointment is canceled, and the earliest next available date is a month from now. It doesn’t make sense to cancel an appointment after the time you told me to be home, especially after confirming it in the morning.one year ago:Well, I was using Tom Drexler for the past 5 years and even subscribed to their $200/year service plan. Until the pandemic hit we never had any problems. However, something must have changed in how the company is being managed. We scheduled to get our shower repaired 4 times. The only time somebody actually showed up we were told that he doesn’t have the proper materials with him. The other three times nobody even called to cancel. They just didn’t show up even the visits were every single time confirmed the day before. I took off two days from work to be at home for the plumber for nothing. I guess I need to look around for a plumber who actually shows up.

After some disappointing run around with customer service I was ready to pull my business from Tom Drexler. Michael Toon made a personal visit to my home, went over options with me, and went the extra mile to make up for the unacceptable service received via phone. The very next morning a professional crew were here and installing a complete new system in my home. They took ownership of a bad situation and made it right, I could not be more pleased.

Our technician, Logan Dunbar, was excellent - knew his job and how to explain it to us. We had 2 bathroom sink faucets that were dripping - he had the parts for one, but not the other. He fixed the one faucet, then returned the next morning to complete the other repair. Such a nice man - were very pleased with how quickly he was able to get to us.

I love the professionalism from customer service up to the techs. Always friendly, and trustworthy. One particular thing I adore is, if something else is wrong elsewhere in your facility and that you have no clue towards, they can include it in the same service that day. The service man came and quoted me a price of $2200 after he told me my vanity could not be used and that even with me supplying all the parts that it would be all day job. 2 hours and $175 later i was provided high quality service with the vanity I chose. Your business will not get a star or a business referral from me. When this service man walked in my door he came with intention to take all that he could get which was to over charge me. What matters is as a customer I waa eventually provided the service i deserve and desired.Not pleased at all.

I called on 12/28 to see they could come to my area and work on my toilet. I gave them my address and told them my problem. They said that I was in the area and that they will be out Friday to work on my toilet. Thursday they called and said they had a bunch of emergencies come up and that they will be able to come out Wednesday and do it. Sure that’s fine. Cold weather pipe bursts for a bunch of people no problem. Tuesday they call and said they can’t come out at all due to I’m not in the service area!! I have gave them my address 4 times!!! If I wasn’t in the service area why string me along and make me wait? I could have found a different plumber. I called to ask them what changed and to speak with someone that could help. No call back. They lost not only a repair but a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel!!! Don’t waste your time with them.Since they responded to the review I try to call the number that they listed to talk it over with them no responses. The manager is unavailable again. This is the second time I have called today to resolve this problem.Please don’t do business with these people. Very untrustworthy.Update they called back still not using them. They apologize for making me wait. I have to wait another Wednesday for them to come out. I have another plumber coming coming out to fix my problem.

John T did a terrific job on our shower install. He and crew took out old tub and tile, rebuilt walls and flooring, replaced leaky plumbing, installed new walk-in shower, fixtures, doors and fan. John kept two crews organized over three days and saw that everything was done correctly. No time wasted. And he and all helpers were polite, accomodating and pleasant to have in our house. I recommend John T highly for all his hard and careful work.

Jerry came out and did my estimate. He was very kind, professional, and understanding of my issues. Chad and his team came out and did my repairs. No one complained about the sewage back up in my yard which I was embarrassed about. They all worked quickly to get me back up and running and did a wonderful job. They even back filled the holes I had dug to uncover the issues. In total, from my first phone call to them, it was three days to getting fixed and it only took that long because it was an insurance job that we needed approval on. The Tom Drexler team was great and I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give Mike, Brad and Chris ten stars! We discovered water leaking down concrete stairs to our basement. Called Mike, who diagnosed it as a hole in our line to the sewer. Gave us a solution and price the same day....scheduled the fix for the next. It was a big deal. Our pipes were clay..probably installed in the late 1950s. It would have been easy to say we had to break up concrete and dig up our backyard. Mike found an elegant solution that bypassed the old pipes and rerouted our plumbing another way.Brad and Chris came the next day to do the work and even improved the solution. Worked hard to complete the repair in one day, so we could stay in the house. Cleaned everything. Helped us with our insurance claim. Were respectful of us, our property and our elderly dog.We HIGHLY recommend them!

We need more people like Giles S., the Tom Drexler Plumbing & Air Service Technician, who responded to my telephone call for help when my elderly sister's heat failied during Christmas week in sub-zero temperatures. Giles is a very technically competent professional who was thorough and very timely and effective in not just fixing but also analyzing the A/C Heating system and recommending a straight-forward and cost effective upgrade to eliminate reoccurence of the same issue. I was a little disappointed bc she told me my coils were corrosive and that I needed a new motor in my air-conditioning unit and I told her to hold off and let me have the company who originally installed it just three years ago and they came out. They said my quills were just fine I did not need a motor that sometimes it was the motor. It has oil in it that sometimes will give a little splatter that my motor was sounding in check and they said they were disappointed that she did not tighten down the bolts to the main air conditioning unit outside she didn’t use a wrench and because of that I could’ve lost Freon in my air conditioning, so she’s a very nice person very pleasant but I was just a little disappointed this time

Hunter showed up on time, was professional, personable and able to unclog the sink drain in the main bathroom in no time! After he was finished, he cleaned up the work space! My husband and I are very appreciative of his work!

Chase did a great job unclogging our main sewage line. He was professional and communicated with us well and was very accommodating when we weren’t able to be home for the repair. 99$ drain special is legit! He even checked on our cat. Would highly recommend!

Ann in customer concerns, took care of this situation and sent me a tech(Aaron Thomas)that took care of our issue was very professional and answered any questions we had.Not real happy about an assesment charge for walking in my house and not even touching a faucet. Then wanting to charge me almost $ 800 to change a cartridge in a bath tub faucet. Easy way of making $90 for the company. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

We called Tom Drexler for a clogged sewer line (Previously we used Roto router , terrible experience). Our experience with Tom Drexler was amazing!!! From the initial call the lady was very helpful giving us all our options and pricing (as it was going to have to be an on call service call) !! She was great and set me right up . We were then contacted by David within 30 mins !!!!! The efficient time and communication with the guy coming out is something that I very much appreciated . Woke up to my hot water heater spewing water everywhere. Called and they had Jeremy out within an hour to look at what needed to be done. Within 4 hrs or so Jeremy has everything up to code, a new hot water heater in, and everything cleaned up. Definitely glad I gave them a call.

There is not enough room on here to put it in words. First day sent someone that had no idea how to fix it so he left. Next guy was super nice, but wired the control board wrong. Cross wires, left a stripped wire off of the panel. I had to tell them what to do to fix it. Good thing I'm a union electrician and know enough to see the problem. WAY TO EXPENSIVE to send out ppl that barely know what they are doing. If it wasn't for the landlord calling them they would have never been here. Hands down worse company

For the last several years , I had been very pleased with the service provided by Drexler Heating and Air. However, when it became time to have a “emergency” replacement of my system, the process was very disappointing. The technician and salesman were both pleasant and respectful. Yet the pricing of the unit replacement was very disappointing and make me disappointed in the company that i previously regarded highly.I was quoted a price between $13000 an $14000 for a new system and warranty. Upon consulting a family member he was concerned and cautioned me to have a different company come and provide an estimate.When I mentioned this to the salesman , he said”no one else will be able to get this installed this week”. I explained that I would follow up if necessary.The next company came the following day , quoted a higher efficiency system for $10000 — a tremendous savings . It will be installed tomorrow.This morning a representative from Drexler called me back to follow up. I explained that we were going to use the other company as the system was higher efficiency and the price was much better. Also the warranty was comparable.She asked if she could check with her manager to see if this current quote could be met or a lower price offered. She almost immediately called back with a quote for a 96% efficiency system for $9700.I think it is very unfair and predatory to offer prices 40% less only when a customer indicates that they are not going to use the company’s services.This is a poor reflection on the many professional and helpful employees we have encountered over the years. Buyer beware!

He was very prompt and let us know when he would be here. He worked partly in the dark due to our Electrical panel going out due to old age and fridges weather. Plus he was working in the evening so there was little light but he had the tools and was able to come out. He fixed it quickly with a snake to try first before replacing older plumbing parts as we have some. His name was Chris and I appreciate his work. (Hopefully the plumbing will stay that way, it will stay that way🤞Fingers crossed). 😊

We have used Tom Drexler twice, once for a new hot water heater and once for a new furnace. They are fast, polite, and take the time to go through every option thoroughly in a low pressure way. We have been beyond pleased with their service both times and with their maintenance plan, which caught a potential carbon manoxide leak that could have been hazardous. I would recommend them to anyone.

A technician came to complete an HVAC tuneup. Everything looked and went well. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous.

This morning we had a rough start to our morning neither the toilet or sink would drain. I called another company and said no thank you. Called Tom Drexler, within an hour Brian McClain our technician arrived. He spent around an hour and everything works beautifully. Brian also told us about a maintenance plan and we were very excited to hear about it. We can’t say enough good things about Brian and Tom Drexler.

We bought an old house and the team has been a huge help so far. Pricey but the new work is always done quickly and any forgotten fixes are just a phone call away.They replaced our entire plumbing system (all new pipework, a new sump pump, new washer/dryer hookup) at the beginning of the year and recently replaced our AC and furnace units and installed the newest models for under $30,000 total (which frankly? could definitely be worse).Plus we’re on their silver plan which covers any future repairs and yearly maintenance.

I had my water heater replaced and brought up to code. I thought it was expensive when I got the estimate, so I got a second estimate for peace of mind and they were very close, but the warranty I got was 10 yrs on Tank, parts, and Labor so I went with Tom Drexler. Michael B. did an excellent job! I used be be an operations manager for an appliance delivery/installation company and he would have been up there with one of my elites. Very professional and patient. He wore booties, tested the dishwasher and kept his work area very clean. I would highly recommend this technician to anybody needing work done.

Do not use Tom Drexler. I used them to install my water heater. They were great … at first. I’m sure anyone would want to take $1600 from a customer though. That installation took over 8 hours. Fast forward a year later. I had them come out for a routine maintenance on my furnace. They told me there was a recall in my unit with a class action lawsuit. Told me it would be $8500 for just the furnace replacement. They told me the heat exchanger was cracked and leaking gas, too. I had a second company review and the furnace works great and there isn’t a crack in the heat exchanger. We couldn’t locate a recall or class action lawsuit either. Fast forward 6 months, my water heater (now about 1 1/2 years old) isn’t working. The pilot went out over night (in less than 6 hours). I called at 0700 and was told someone would be out between 0800-2000. I called at 1600 to confirm the appointment. The representative said that I was next on the list. I got a called at 1730 to tell me that they were canceling. I’ve waited all day for service at this point. I have to go through this company otherwise I’ll void my warranty. The representative said someone could come out the next day, but no guarantee as to what time. I have younger children, not that it matters that much, but they can’t shower for school. We can’t shower for work. It’s such a bad experience that I’ve waited all day and then get cancelled, after I confirmed the service at 1600. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company after two of these three experiences. They don’t treat you like a valued customer.

Older gas furnace needed near obsolete part and without New Years holiday would have been much quicker. Technician inspected and verified safety and suggested tweaks that have made my home warmer than ever. Great experience.

Tom Drexler team went above and beyond to help with our furnace issues. This was my first issue ever with my furnace. I was very discouraged at first, but they were able to get us scheduled in right away. Sherman was very informative of the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. I highly recommend.

Technician said the capacitor of the ac condenser unit was bad so I paid nearly $500 to get it replaced (It's kind of ridiculous how much they charge for labor for a simple capacitor replacement). Regardless, after it got replaced, the condenser unit still didn't work!He then came back the next day and said the compressor unit within the ac condenser is also bad, and it will cost around $2000 for labor ONLY!Imagine if I paid to get the compressor replaced and he comes back saying that's not the problem and something else is also bad. At that point, I might as well replace the entire ac condenser unit and would've wasted all the money that went into fixing each components!I ended up calling a different HVAC company and got the entire outdoor ac condenser replaced for way cheaper than if these guys were to do it.If they would've told me the compressor is also bad during the examination, I would've not wasted that $500 for nothing!I would NOT recommend these guys if you're trying to save your hard earned money! And DON'T trust the high star rating!!

First maintenance check for us. The technician was very polite and thorough in his work. He took time to explain everything. We are very satisfied with being a new customer to the company.

My water heater started having issues on a Tuesday night. It looked like I was having water leaking off of my vent from the water heater. The next mornig, I called around to 5 different plumbing services and Tom Drexler was the only one that could have someone come out same day. All other companies didn't have any available to even assess the issue until the following week - that would be 6 days of no hot water. Nicholas was very professional and was able to assess the issue quickly. Seems the water was leaking from the top of the water heater and spraying into the vent. He provided an estimate and I was able to get a new water heater installed the same day. It was nice to have my hot water back on in less than 24 hours.

Renovating a building. Called them about pressure tests as well as new plumbing work - gave details and specifics about what was needed. First appointment date - no call / no show. I called in late afternoon to check status and was told “sorry, no one is available.” Appointment was rescheduled for the following day. The morning of that day I received a call from the technician saying that he had read the notes, but wanted to go over what the work was again. So I went over the specifics again of what needed to be done. Technician came took a look at the work told me he wasn’t sure if they would be interested, but that he would get back to me. Three days later, no response. I finally called to ask what the status was and was told by the office staff that Management had said that they were not interested in the work. I asked why no one gave me a call to let me know this or, why was the appointment even scheduled if this is not the type of plumbing work that Drexler does? No good answers. This was handled poorly and in a completely unprofessional manner. Will NEVER consider using them in the future.

These guys have a promotion for a free furnace if you buy an AC. An AC is listed on their website as anywhere from $4,000 to $7,000 to buy and install. So you figure that with the free furnace, the price should also be anywhere from $4000 to $7000 to buy and install. However, this is a scam promotion. I got a quote for a tiny 850 sq foot house, and the cheapest they told me they could do it was $8500 to $9000, or MORE THAN DOUBLE what an AC says it should cost on their website. The guy told me that this is due to the fact that the promotion does not cover labor on switching out the heater. That's obnoxious, as it does not cost $5000 in labor to switch out a heater. This is classic bait and switch, and when I pointed this out to the guy, he just got really mad and said they can get away doing it because they are the best and not cut rate. No, sir, you are running a scam promotion.

Overall, we like the finished product. I especially liked how they framed the shower window. We work away from home, so I only met the technicians once. They were nice enough, but on the first day, I was told they would arrive between 8-9am. They arrived after 9am, no explanation, no apology.Since I didn’t have face-to-face contact after the first day, I asked for a call/text when they left for the day, never received one. I did get a text when they arrived. A daily update would have been nice: what was completed, what the plan is for the next day, etc.I had to ask about the plan for debris pick up, maintenance/care/cleaning of flooring and shower. I had to ask when the shower/tub would be ok to use, and was told 24 hours after completion.The bathroom which was remodeled was upstairs. There was quite a bit of debris in the bathroom and laundry room downstairs. The trim between the new bathroom floor and our hallway carpet was not cut to fit the door frame and looks cheap. They are supposed to return and re-cut that.The vanity cabinet has no hardware to open the drawers or door, and there’s no notched area to assist with opening them! I have grandkids, who will be the primary users of this bathroom when they visit, so that will be interesting. The showroom has a limited selection of vanity cabinets, and I selected this one, so I’ll take responsibility for my selection. I should have examined it more, but who would have thought there would be no easy way to open doors and drawers?!Kendrick, the sales manager, was responsive, but overall, the communication from the remodeling team was poor, and disappointing.Update - A different team, led by Matt, came back on 7/3. They draped the floor from front door to bathroom. Within less than 2 hours, they fixed the vanity, the shower shelves, the threshold trim. They offered to clean up the debris downstairs, but we had already done that. All is well.

The technician was great! He gave me information re Delta lifetime warranty on upstairs faucet as well as toll-free number for free of charge replacement parts. He did a complete job and cleaned away all of the lime deposits and with the sink looking like new to match the new faucet. 5 star job.

He and his work partners were quick and efficient on completing the project and coming back out to inspect. Chris was very friendly and professional. You could tell that he had previous experience in the hospitality industry. They have promised to come back out in 3 weeks to level and seed the yard once the area that was dug up settles.This is a solid company!

Upon short notice, Aaron Thomas of Tom Drexler arrived early Friday afternoon of New Years weekend to answer our call forrepair or replacement of hot water heater. After determinationmade together with us that repair was not reasonable option, we picked out new equipment. Drexler delivered a new unit and Aaron worked until 7:30 PM removing old unit and installingthe new water heater, including repair of existing water and drainage lines. The new unit was operational that evening.The following morning at approximately 8:30 AM, Aaron returned to replace our master water shut off valve to repair an ongoing leak and to install some additional drainage lines. This plumbing technician was an expert in his craft and one of the hardest workers ever to have provided us service. I would certainly recommend his service and Tom Drexler Plumbing to anyone.

It was very easy to call and get an appointment with Tom Drexler. When Michael C. showed up he was on time (called ahead, too, so we were aware of the time of arrival during the scheduled window). He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. When he realized what I accidentally requested and what we needed were different, he promptly adjusted the work order and saved us an unnecessary expense. Also, the shower needed an uncommon part and he tracked it down for us! He really knows his stuff and he seems to genuinely enjoy his job!

Had an emergency with sewer drain backing up and running all over our floor and they came out today and cleared out the sewer. The price was VERY reasonable! The tech was very professional and nice.He didnt make any mess in our home either. I highly recommend him. Will be using them when I need a plumber in the future.

Had Ethan come out to do an estimation on installing new outlets in my bathroom. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Would recommend him for the quality of work he does. However I was told over the phone that the estimate was free and Ethan informed me that it did cost money, less than 100 but was respectful toward the fact I was told false information.First experience though with this company was good.

The tech that came to our house was great and super helpful I’d rate him alone 5 stars BUT waited over 24 hours for someone to actually come. The schedulers kept telling us someone was coming and we’re next everytime we checked in with them. Then they called us at end of day to tell us “other emergencies came up” and tried to get us to pay $99 to be on call instead of putting us first in line for the following morning after being without a toilet for multiple days. They need better management!

Hunter came over to diagnose our kitchen sink clog, he explained the process, worked quickly and was very professional. Overall, very pleased with our Tom Drexler experience for this need and our HVAC needs.Update: Jacob came today on short notice to fix an outlet and restored power to a couple rooms in our house. They took great care to protect our home while they were coming in and out of the house. They did all the cutting of their materials outside and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are very happy with our new bathroom and feel we received a great product for a fair price!

From the moment we called to set up the appointment for our hvac system to the install crew ,it was an awesome experience. Was told by another plumbing company that I needed an electrical ground wire for my water heater. Jonathan came and showed my son exactly where the ground wire to the water heater was and that I did not need a ground wire. He was very informative and very honest and I think from now on I will be going with Tom Drexler Plumbing and Electric. It was very frustrating to know that a company I thought was reputable would be so ignorant or just flat out lie to get extra work. Had a break on the outside water spicket he had to replace the freeze barrier tube and a water spicket did a good job thought he would thought they were a little high price but he was in and out on a timely manner overall he did a good job l

Last year my compressor went out and we paid to have it replaced (several thousands of dollars). Once it was replaced we were told the reason the compressor went out was because of the switch which changes from heat to cooling but it could be done manually by a technician. We paid for a one year service plan on top of the new compressor to ensure that we would have this done correctly. When our technician came out he was unsure how to do this which is fine so he made some phone calls. Then was told to not change it from heat to ac and to stop the service. We were told not my my technician but whomever he called that we would just need to buy a new unit. So at the end of the day I was lied to so that I would purchase their service plan which I used one time (it cost several hundred dollars) and then still have to purchase a new unit but I promise it won't be from Tom Drexler. Just to clear the air this was not a lie told to me by Bryan S. or by Elizabeth. Those two technicians are apparently some of the best this company has so if they come to your home just know they are doing their best to give you the best service they can but they are at the mercy of their management.

My 88 year old next door neighbor had a Tom Drexler service agent come service his broken AC unit this past Monday. This agent told him his whole unit was faulty and he would need to spend $5,000 on a new unit and left the old man in his hot house. My AC unit was also broken and I had hired a different HVAC company to service my unit. After getting my unit working, he walked next door and 30 minutes later had the unit up and working again and the unit has been running fine ever since. I didn’t use them, but I definitely wouldn’t trust them. They will take advantage of you.

Found a water leak and called today. No more than the call was dispatched, Chad (the technician) was fast to get here and determine the source of our leak in the ceiling. We had Tom Drexler come to our house for a tuneup of our air conditioner and heater for the first time.We previously used another company. They sent out Kolton. Let me tell you, this guy was thorough in his inspection. He found some issues that were not found previously from the other company. When he was finished he explained the issues and what options we had. We are so glad to have Tom Drexler come, we are moving forward with getting the issues fixed. If you are second guessing how your system is running, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.

Our AC went out and I had heard great things about Tom Drexler. When I called, they were able to have someone come out the same day to take a look. Brian came out and was very quick and thorough. He explained everything that was wrong and recommended replacing the entire system. They were able to come out and install it within 2 days! Harley and Thomas came to install it and did a fantastic job! They kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything afterwards. They were quick, professional, and great with my animals and kids! 10/10 would recommend!

Tim was a very nice gentleman. He discovered my heater was an old heater when it was installed. Also it was not installed per code. He told me and my son what was wrong and told us what he would do for me. We agreed to have him install a new heater. He told us the cost and then started working. He also replaced several section of pipe that was leaking. He discovered that the water line from the meter would not completely shut off. I reported that right away. He cleaned up any mess he made, which l appreciated. How can you advertise 24/7 emergency service when it's not true? I specifically asked about 24/7 service when I bought my heat pump and was told yes you have 24/7 service. But I need service tonight and can't get it.

Even when scheduled weeks in advance, they will cancel at the last minute. After the first time this happened, I thought it was a fluke. Now, it’s a pattern.

Had Darrell come out and service our units with the service package we purchased from Tom Drexler. He was quick and professional and was able to point out some things that needed to be done.Due to the repairs needed we went ahead and rplaced our furnace and not only did Tom Drexler offer the best deal out of 4 companies, their installer Chris was at my house early and did a wonderful job installing our new furnace.

Techs were very helpful and answered all my questions professionally, did great work, checked their work, cleaned up well and explained the billing process and the maintenance plan. The office planning department leaves something to be desired. 18 hr notice that they were coming to preform work is not enough time to prepare and adjust my schedule. This happened twice

They lied and cheated it told us that we needed a whole new unit gave us ways to break that unit so it costs us more money to purchase parts or untill we got a second opinion and found out they were scamming us. So I would always get a second opinion after going with them if you do.!!!

I had an appointment yesterday, the guy came out and gave me a quote but had to reschedule the work for today. I messaged 6 times and finally called and they told me that they won’t be out today and they can’t move me up on the priority list. Not happy at all and as of now I would not recommend them at all.

Tony made me feel comfortable and was very honest with me about my choices. It was obvious that Tony enjoys what he does, i.e., helping people. If I need HVAC work beyond what is being done now, I will ask for Tony Hidrogo to be my tech.

Make sure if you went somewhere else first, get a second quote from Tom Drexler. Mr. Mudd came out to check my water heater and he was a great help. I highly recommend their sercives for they told the truth and gave me many options!.Great service

I called Tom Drexler at 10 am with all my drains backed up at the house. They told me they could make it the same day. At 5pm they called back and said it wasn't gonna happen, slightly frustrating, but if youve worked service calls you know your at the mercy of the job and at times there's no telling what you're about to get into. However @ 7:30 am the next morning someone was on the way to my house. The gentleman was knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of our home. First we looked for the septic tank, we couldn't find it. It wasnt our fault, I got in contact with the previous home owner and the access was buried 4 feet deep(totally uncommon, but we live at the top of a small hill). Then he went to the roof to try to snake our main waste pipe. That did the trick and everything went back to flowing the right direction. I've used them one time before to change my dryer receptacle at my old home and they techs have always been polite and professional.

Great job! Tam Le did a thorough electrical inspection, explained all my options, and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond by helping me get a dead bird out of my AC unit! Thank you!

We had a blockage with our main line plumbing and it required a full replacement. Technician Chris Downey did an incredible job communicating what exactly was being done, while always respecting our time and property. Chris was extremely helpful making sure the job was done right and we are super happy with our fully finished system!

Chase Dean was great! He entertained all of my plumbing questions and was able to clear my clogged drain and even stuck around to make sure my floor drain was clear as well.

Tom Drexler Plumbing replaced our sewer line into the house in January 2022 because our old clay line was cracked and had roots growing in it. Because of the roots, the sewage from the house would back up. TDP completed the project and I believe did good work with the sewer line because we have yet to have a problem and we have a lifetime warranty. However, our yard was left in complete disarray. In addition, they had damaged the MSD sewer clean-out and it was way below ground level and the top wasn't on it. I thought perhaps they were waiting for the soil to settle before they came back but after about 8 weeks I had to call and ask them to come back. They did come back, but didn't talk to us, just put some dirt around the sewer clean out, reseeded and put more straw on it. They also cut off, per our request when I called, the sewer clean out they installed because it was next to the porch and was left about 4 feet tall. The yard is still a severely uneven mess with exposed gravel. I got an estimate to repair the area and they said they would need to use heavy equipment, put top soil on the area and then seed and cover with straw to the tune of $1200. I called TDP back and they sent someone out who was great, but said they would they have to send out heavy equipment to fix the mess they made. He said that he would put a note on the order that the next person needs to talk to the homeowners before they left. Someone came back, we were home, but no one came to the door to talk to us or we would have pointed out that it was still messed up. The yard is STILL a disaster (as of March 8, 2023) and not only is it completely uneven (using my lawnmower over the area is a NIGHTMARE, but we also have areas that now hold water (tiny ponds if you will). I really do not obsess over my lawn and I didn’t expect it to be perfect, but this is ridiculous. I’m seriously considering getting a yard sign that says, “Crappy yard courtesy of Tom Drexler Plumbing.”

I had every toilet in the house backed up and the shower was backed up as well . Ryan Riley was my technician and he was great ! Very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his work .

Bryan's attitude is infectious. He quickly and efficiently checked out our A/C as part of our maintenance agreement. He cleaned the outside unit and measured the health of all the individual components, inside and outside. Very nice, informative, and understanding dealing with my home warranty. Had to replace my water heater. Call this morning and had a new heater installed by 3pm. Very efficient, prompt, and friendly!!!

Although the clog was eventually cleared after pushing it from the sink to the shower and it backed up. Note the shower is only 3 weeks old, I also had to clean up everything afterwards. Satisfied the clog is gone. Very dissatisfied that I had to do the clean up.

Wanted to install a new furnace and new air conditioner for $10,000. Got it repaired for $225 from another company. And it was only four years

I was told by a Tom Drexler service representative on 6/24/23 that I needed repairs to my current furnace and air conditioning that would total $2,990 if performed by Tom Drexler. I was shown photos of burned components and advised that excessive heat stress, the result of arching and/or chattering, was a concern. So was a failed capacitor, overamping compressor, excessive shaft play and motor oil leaks. With the age of my units (furnace – 17 years; air – 16 years), I was advised that replacing the systems, at a cost of $11,000 to $22,000 was a good idea and what my representative would do if it were his own situation.With such high stakes, I called another company recommended by friends for a second opinion, which was provided on 7/3/23. I did not reveal the company that had advised me first, but said I wanted to see if their recommendations would match the first company’s. The service representatives (one was in training) – who do not work on commission did an inspection and FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH EITHER THE FURNACE OR THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. I showed them the print outs from Tom Dexler of my “issues,” and they addressed them one by one – disagreeing with ALL of them and explaining their reasoning.Beware, people.

This was our first time dealing with this company, but considering any technician we’ve ever had (even from other companies) Jason was probably one of the friendliest we’ve dealt with. My elderly mother called this company about a leaky toilet. They told her she needed a whole new toilet and valve and it would be $1500. She called me and I told her to wait, and I would send out a plumber we use for a second opinion. The other plumber fixed her toilet for $200. Shame on them for trying to take advantage of an elderly woman in poor health!

He was generous enough to share with me what he was doing each step of his process so I could understand how my system was functioning, and/or what needed to be addressed. He explained their services and costs, but did not pressure me to decide on the spot (which I appreciated). I will ask for Anthony when I need Drexler HVAC services.

The tech was punctual & proficient in the Fall checking of my two year old system. All was well as I expected.As usual, I requested a mailed printout for the service. I reminded the tech I had also requested the Spring checkup paperwork which was never sent as well as a service call correcting an installation error which failed the County Inspection. He was the tech for the Spring check too & I had requested I be sent the paperwork for the two services then. For such a new & expensive heating & cooling system, I want to maintain good records for a future owner. I realize the tech has no control over what the office staff fails to do but it is truly poor service when Drexler only wants the sale of the HVC System & offers such poor follow up service from a good customer. Drexler does not seem to realize how poorly this reflects on his marketing. Hopefully this time, I will be sent the requested paperwork for the last three services. It may determine if I remain a customer.

I had an issue with my furnace so I called Tom and Drexler to come look at it . They came and basically told me I needed to replace my whole furnace and quoted me 10k. I couldn’t pay that so I had to buy space heaters until I could afford it . Come to find out it only needed a a $20 part and is working perfectly fine .

Josh was very attentive and informative!! Although we agreed with his recommendations my wife and I both thought the price was high for the service needed! Josh was great!

My heater went on the blitz during the coldest/worst storm in years. Tom Drexler got me a tech out on Christmas eve! The tech Noah, came prepared for anything and was extremely professional and friendly. He found the issue almost immediately and did a complete systems check for me. I just moved in the house and he confirmed the HVAC is in good shape. I was so happy I signed up for their maintenance plan which covers electrical and plumbing checks and discounts as well. I am very satisfied with the costs and Noah is top notch!

The team was professional and friendly. They responded quickly to backup water on our basement. It couldn't be resolved with weekend support. The next week, Tom Drexler returned and quoted $30k to replace all of the sewer lines and even showed me a video of the gravel that was in the clay pipes. I got a second opinion, and the gravel turned out to be scale buildup. This plumber scoped all of the lines. The scale plus a large hair clog were the source. It was resolved for much, much less. Tom Drexler used scare tactics to make me think our lines were in shambles. The plumber I used shared video to confirm that all the lines im good shape despite their age. I will never call Ton Drexler again and have heard similar stories when I share with others.

Bryan was top notch in every way. He rolled out the Red Carpet for us like no one has ever did. Whe are very proud of this youngman and his future is super bright. Thank You Drexler for a Ambassador Employee.

He was there about 2 hours or so I really don’t know because when he was done he just left and didn’t tell me nothing. And he never showed back up. So I still don’t know what was done. Now our unit is running fine. Well a week and a half has went buy and our unit has frozen up again. I call Tom Drexlers office and they say they will send the next best out to my house, and don’t know when just wait for the call, this was at noon today. Oh and also turn off my unit until someone gets here.Ok it is now 9:30pm and I just called the office and no one will answer and their voicemail is full! Great! Still sitting here in 90 degree weather waiting on a call from a technician at least to say they’re not coming tonight they will be here in the morning. Right. Well they just called me and told me they’re not coming tonight to be available all day tomorrow. Yay! And for me not to turn my unit back on. OK not gonna happen. I gotta turn it on it’s too hot.Next morning comes and Sherman looks at everything and says it’s fine and added refrigerant and left. It ran fine without freezing up for 2 days now it’s frozen again. So I call Tom Drexler’s office again at 1pm. I tell them it’s frozen again. They said they would send someone back out. I said ok and also send me 3 filters since I keep having to replace them. At 8pm Taylor gets there and starts looking at the unit. My husband does a little hvac work so he told me to tell them that the blower isn’t coming on so I did. Taylor then said he knew what was happening. He tells me he has to get a new motor and relay for it and that will fix it, but it’s late so if he can get it tomorrow then he will be back out when he gets it. He said this will fix the problem now. So as of now I’m waiting on a motor and relay for the unit...more to come. Well Taylor fixed it the next day. And today is October 9th, 2021 and my air is still running. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that my heater don’t have problems like my air did(because it is all one system) 🤞If u read these reviews, take it from me or not, DO NOT USE TOM DREXLER! They have been to my house at least 25 times in 4 years for same and different problems. Am I pissed? Definitely! Is my air out again for the 4th time in a week? Yep! Is my poor poor cat laying in my floor panting for air in this heat? Yes she is which makes me about to call the BBB. And find a way to sue them and tell them to take their product and services and stick them up their a&@es! Don’t take my word…but you have been warned!

Had stopped receiving calls from my previous plumber and called and was scheduled to be seen next day here. Came time for my appointment and they called to say plumber was on the way. As I was at work I couldn't answer. Called 5 minutes later to confirm. Got a call back about 30 minutes later saying since I didn't answer he was already back out of my town and they couldn't get anyone out to me. I have been without water for almost a week and was looking forward to them since they could be out next day. They didn't say anything during scheduling about canceling if I didn't answer the call. Very frustrating especially since I had confirmed over text in the morning.

UPDATE: 6/9/2021: Today, our 35 year old sump pump died. Brad came to our rescue. Such a nice and professional plumber! He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered me two options, and proceeded to work. No mess. None. Zippo. Halfway through the install, he needed two parts. He let me know, let me know how long he would be gone, returned on time, and buttoned up the job. Wow! I continue to love Drexler, and will continue to use them. Thank you, Brad! John Kinder was the technician that came to our home. John was also the technician that made the initial visit to our home weeks ago. John was professional each time he performed the needed repairs. John kept me updated with the process so that I could understand what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Tom Drexler based on the professionalism of their techs alone. The only issue I have with Tom Drexler is that if required they will put a nicely cut hole in your wall and you the customer are required to get it fixed at your own expense.

We had recently had our bathroom remodeled. Shawn and his teammate were so professional. They were attention to detail as well as they had a lot of passion in their work you could tell that. So we actually had our old shower taken out and a new shower put in. The old shower stall was made into a linen closet and the tub by the window was removed and a new walkin shower installed. They replaced the counter and mirrors along with the lights. Our bathroom looks amazing we love our newly remodeled bathroom. These guys were great from the start to the finish I highly recommend them. I would also like to give a shout out to Sarah. She was fantastic. She would always call. I made an online appointment and they were prompt with staying in contact with me about what time they would be here. Called me 25 mins before he came and even sent a picture to let me know who was coming. Awesome service.

Complete joke to deal with this company. Amateurs assigned to set appointments with little or no knowledge of what they're setting up. Promised a window of a Monday morning appointment, but received a text advising they could not confirm a specific time, but would get back to me as soon as possible. At 3:45pm, received a call (not a text) that all their techs are booked and the earliest appointment would be Wednesday. I asked what time on Wednesday, the person on the phone would not commit. I told him, don't bother sending anyone. He said, So, you're cancelling? I said if he didn't know what time or couldn't commit to a morning appointment, not to bother to send anyone. Joke, Joke, Joke.

These people should be in prison. They are nothing but liars and thiefs. We will never use them again. We scheduled service only to have them call at 6:15 at night.

Emergency drain clog was cleared on Sunday morning with no overtime or additional charges. Technician was thorough in unclogging sewer pipe and explained good maintenance and upkeep. Service includes one additional services call if problem ever recurs on the same drain pipe.

I had sediment build up in my water heater that was causing loud popping sounds. Will Turner came to my home on time, after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. He was professional, respectful, and overall a very nice man. It took about ~15 minutes to remove the sediment and drain the water heater. We had a very pleasant conversation while we waited. As a first time home owner, all of this was very new to me and he took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend using Tom Drexler and especially Will Turner.

I had my main sewer line replaced about 2 years ago by Tom Drexler. They didn’t fix my fence they took down or grade my yard back out when they were done. Both of those things were promised before the work began. To top it off 2 days after the work was completed my kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. When I called them to come back and check it they told me I’d have to pay a 100 dollar service charge. I had another company come in and check it and my line had mud in it from the work they did. After many calls and getting the run around I fixed the fence and did the grading work myself. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them for any plumbing work.

Work wanted me to set up an appointment with this Ac guy and the technician decided he didnt want to show up. The manager decided to put the appointment on hold meanwhile no one contacted me or the store about the hold. I waited 2 weeks and called again and the customer service representative said he would put a note in the system for someone to call me back the next day and explain why. Never heard from anyone so we found another hvac company to take care of the problem.

5 star service!!!Andrew Winfield and David Williams located our sewer after a mainline backup on Christmas Day. We elected to replace the full sewer after many failed attempts at restoring flow. The full sewer replacement has not been an easy install for Tony Simpson and Joe Adams due to the way it was ran in 1960, but they're making it happen!I would recommend this company to my family and friends!Update: Jeremy Uptain stopped by for a quality check and added extra straw as a courtesy that way our dogs aren't tracking mud inside the house.6-12-23 - Chris Wilson and Adam Kunkel did a great job leveling the yard.

I can't say enough great things about Liz! She was reassuring, professional, funny, and honest. She explained how my system worked, and tuned up my AC for no charge. I'm so glad to be a member of the Drexler family with my plan. When you need work done on your HVAC, ask for Liz! I know I will.

In addition, their yearly maintenance agreements cover more services and more visits for less money and include some repair costs that were not included with our previous provider! Brian the technician arrived promptly, and called to let me know he was on his way. He had to deal with the DIY HVAC installation from the previous owner (who wired the entire thing in wrong). He required the entire system correctly, and now we actually have both heating and cooling! So thankful for Drexler! They are not overpriced for the work they do, and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend this service to anyone experiencing issues with heating/cooling/plumbing or electric issues. DON’T grab a “Chuck in a Truck” thinking you will “save money” just to find out you overpaid for subpar service! Trust the professionals who will do it right, and guarantee their work! And their prices are probably the same as the untrained guys you find on Craigslist.

I am ONLY giving 3 stars because our first technician, Nicholas was so good. I called Tom Drexler and Nicholas came out the same day! He was very professional, nice and thorough. He installed our Kohler kitchen faucet (that we already purchased) and tried to clear a clog. We paid almost $500. He was not able to unclog our pipe, but he scheduled someone to come out the next day. We joined the carefree maintenance plan. Well, the next day we got a text at 8:20am that we were still on the schedule and they would call us when they were on the way. I am very angry and dissapointed, I took the day off work, just to get a call at 1:30 in the afternoon (on my birthday of all days) to say other people's emergencies are more important than ours, that we already had scheduled.... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING Trying to find anyone to keep their word in business is so far and few between. And unfortunately Tom Drexler is now another company added to that list. We will not recommend them.

L I had a garbage disposal installed about a month ago. I had an additional charge on my account this week, so I called to figure out what it was for. Turns out it was a maintenance plan that I was not initially made aware of. I was very unhappy, but Wesley from customer service contacted me and made things right. Wesley deserves a five star review, but my overall experience would be a four. I had previously left a poor 1 star review but I had a great experience with Tom Drexler’s customer service/billing department so I decided to change it. It seems like since Covid, customer service has gone out the window with most companies, so it is nice to see that there are still companies out there like Tom Drexler, who care about their reputation, and doing the right thing. Because of Wesley, I will be using a Tom Drexler in the future, and also recommending them to others in need of their service.

Gunther checked all of our plumbing systems and did not find any problems. In addition, he did some troubleshooting on the gas logs in our fireplace which we had been unable to use since the end of December. In fact, the price for the heater itself was 3x the price I could have bought it for for 3 other sources. I ended up just replacing the existing tank heater. The technician was great though!

They are great I've had them out multiple times. I keep calling them first because they have always went above and beyond for me. I just learned they do heating air and electrical work too. They have a carefree maintenance plan that you just can't beat. I got the gold plan for 300 a year. If you have an older home it'll save you so much. I've saved well over 300 already on the first job since I signed up for the plan. On the first job I'm saving between 3 to 500$ and it comes with service line protection and sewage backup protection. Whaaat!?

The Drexler team installed our new HVAC system yesterday. They were friendly, prompt, and respectful of our home. Because temps are moderate, we haven't needed heat or a/c since installation, so can't yet speak to the system's value. Hoping it was the best investment for the money!

Tom Drexler plumbing has a good service but i was extremely disappointed with the cost they charged me for a small job. I called them to replace the faucet of our washroom sink, and they charged $226.00 to replace each faucet (total two faucets replaced = $452.00 for the labor).The faucet was also purchased by me. There was no extra piping or plumbing work needed to fix the new faucets and the complete Job was done within an hour.I complained to the plumber (Wayne Smith) regarding the high cost, but he said that it's normal what they charge. I obliged at that time since I wanted to get the job done, but later when I asked around, I found out that I was overcharged for the work done.I am leaving this review since I want people like me who do not know much about the labor costs to consult with friends/colleagues/neighbors before just calling any services. I feel I paid exorbitant amount of money for replacing two faucets of my bathroom.

Bryan came out to my aunt’s house(Ms. Kane) for a scheduled maintenance visit. He was professional, on time, patient and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Bryan definitely provided excellent service.

I am so happy with the work done by John King and his crew at Tom Drexler ! I had 100ft of sewer lines that needed to be replaced ! It was not an easy job considering most of the lines were under concrete . John and his crew were able to get the job done fast and efficiently! It only took them 2 and half days for my sewer lines to be up and running ! Amazing! I’m so happy ! I’m glad I trusted them with the job !

I was very impressed with how the Rep spent time explaining details of things that needed to be done. Fortunately, before I called any plumber, I had spoken to someone who had had household water pipes replaced and knew he was telling e the truth. When he told me I had to replace my water heater, I disagreed,but after hearing why AND talking to friends I see that will be necessary. I walked with him and when I saw the photo he had taken which were part of my invoice, I knew he was covering all of the bases we had discussed. AND even though his price wa higher, he was including jobs that the other 2 plumbers had not. He was very thoroughI can't answer the other questions yet; I have one more estimate today, but I am leaning toward Drexler at this point.

Harley and Matt were super easy to work with and considerate of our 3 dogs in the house. They got the job done in less than a day and explained the work after. Did a great job on getting the sewer open. Tenets were putting stuff down the drain they weren't supposed to and he brought it to my attention. Very professional and nice. Will definitely recommend Tom Drexler.

They were great….. showed up Sunday and cleared the blockage best they could… got main toilet, tub etc running….. returned with Camera to investigate further on Wed.. found and showed me the problem….. gave a written estimate with exact repair options & prices….. Price was a little more than I expected, but they were reasonable and a little flexible…. more importantly…… they came back the following day, Thur, and did exactly as agreed…. Thank You!!

Austin was on time, went right to work, & got the job done right. Besides replacing the old light fixture over the back door, he also replaced the old unsafe metal junction box (exposed to the elements, & in contact with the aluminum siding) with a plastic junction box, to bring it up to code.

Best service I have EVER had. Evan and Will the guys that did the service were amazing. They made sure everything was done right. They answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease with the service. They were very polite and respectful when doing the service. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. They even came out within a half an hour of calling them to help with my issue till I could get the repairs done. Brad Holt and his partner did an amazing job replacing my water heater. It was a difficult install that required them to think outside of the box in order to get the old one out and install the new one. They were on time, very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and determined to complete the task no matter how difficult it was. On top of all that they both also entertained and answered all of what seemed like 1,000 questions from my kids while they worked. If I could give more than 5 stars these guys would definitely get the maximum. Any and all future work I have done I will be specifically requesting one or both of these guys.

After my shower faucet broke, which constantly made a stream of water run out, I called Tom Drexel plumbing. They assured me that they would be able to come today and that I could stop calling around looking for someone else. I received their text message telling me that they would call me when the plumber was 30 minutes out. I waited all afternoon for them to arrive. At 4:25 that same day, a manager called and said that the plumber would not be coming because he was stuck in traffic and their plumbers stopped working at 5 o’clock. I totally understand things happening like jobs going over or being struck in traffic; however, I was very frustrated that they were not going to fix the problem when they had assured me that day that they would. Also, since it was so late in the day, most other companies were closing. Luckily, I was able to find a handyman, who came out after hours to do the repairs.

Michael Duncan and Joe did an excellent job repairing a copper pipe that burst after our cold winter. This was not any easy fix. It involved finding the pipe and replacing the outdoor faucet. Double wall in the lower level.

I have never had any issues with Drexler. They usually can get on site same day and have been very responsive. All of their technicians I’ve worked with have been very professional and knowledgeable. Garret came and fixed an hvac issue for us that we called about, but further investigated and found another issue that he was able to go ahead and fix during his visit. He was in and out within a couple hours and did awesome at educating us and providing us with multiple payment options.Thanks for all you do! Drexler is our go-to and we have been able to trust them for years.

The initial receptionist was terrific, the follow-up phone call with another receptionist was very easy and helpful; and Johnny, our technician, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, thorough and did an excellent job explaining our options for a solution to the problem. Tom Drexler is a well-run company and it’s employees always provide excellent service.

Will was very prompt with his first visit. He informed us of our options regarding the issue with our toilet. We decided on a replacement. He returned early the next morning and in a timely manner replaced the toilet. He cleaned up the area where he worked and you would not know he had been there. He was very personable and courteous. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues and he has pretty eyes and a nice smile.

Bryan Stephens was our technician and he was so friendly. He came out to service our HVAC and we inquired about adding a humidifier to the unit. He was able to get that arranged and installed the following day. He was just such a breath of fresh air both professional and funny. We enjoyed the experience, which you can’t say very often.

Tony was on time & very thorough with the A/C tuneup. Took the time to review what he did and answer any questions I had for him. Made a helpful safety recommendation and installed the new part on the same visit. Tony was also very polite & professional.

My Technician was very good with explaining plans and what he did to my system as far as checking it to every detail and he wore shoe protectors to protect my floors from the rain we had and when he went out back to check my AC he noticed I had a bag of trash sitting at the back door to drop in to the garbage can when the rain stopped and he offered to put it in the garbage can for me…. He was very thoughtful and respectful and I am so happy he was my tech today…. Plus calling into the office for the Appointment and letting me know when tech was coming was very easy and they were very professional with what they do and say… I am completely 100% satisfied

Danny explained everything he was going to do and why he did it. I think the service was priced well and I won’t have to face this again anytime soon.
