Davis and Davis plumbing did an excellent job. I had three issues they addressed each one with the most affordable and best alternative. The technician Jason explained everything well.

We have used Davis and Davis for several small jobs around our house and will definitely keep calling them whenever we need work done. They are timely and responsive and the prices are fair. Jason has helped us with our last few plumbing needs and he did a great job. We're glad we found this company!

Great company! So happy there were able to unclog the blockage in my main line. Sewer water leaking in to a basement is never a good thing. The gentleman was careful to not track the poo water throughout my home. Would highly recommend!!

I had Davis and Davis plumbing repair my P-Trap in a basement tub that was damaged during a construction project. They replaced the area, but it did not seem to line up the same, the new P-Trap is now touching a copper water line. The new P-Trap does not flow as fast as the old one and now has a rubber compression fitting with two hose clamps.... while they reassure me the rubber fitting is an approved solution by code, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to change out this fitting. I was not happy with the repair. I spoke to one of the Davis' directly and still no resolution. Worst customer service ever.

They called when they was on their way and was on time

Poor poor service,,,was supposed to unclog a drain never did an wanted 700$ for a job they left an did not complete!!! An was threatened to put a lien on my property if I did not pay my balance as I told them take me to court! Tom Drexler came right out and fixed my problem!!!will never use these people again,,,they will scam you out of your money!!!

Kevin Cole was a great Plummer , he fixed our sink in a jiffy . Now I’m able to use my sink without it getting clogged anymore .

Honest work, been a great company.

Hire them to unclog washing machine drain. They replaced drain box and connected it to drain. This did not fix the problem and they charged my mom $500. I had to undo the new drain box from the drain pipe and use a drain blaster connected to my garden hose to clean the drain. I fixed the problem myself and still out $500. Turns out we did not need a new drain box at all. I emailed a complaint and it was completely ignored. Not going to use them again.

Kevin was patient and friendly he took his time,and was very professional when fixing the issue.

I own a home that is 70+ years old. Needless to say, there are always plumbing projects and repairs to be made.

Davis & Davis has done all of my plumbing work for 20 years. This has ranged from small projects (replacing an outdoor spigot) to large ones (replacing all the copper piping in the entire house). They once even came on a Saturday morning when my old sump pump had failed and partially flooded the basement.

Davis & Davis a no-drama service provider. They show up on time, provide professional service, and do what they've promised to do for the price they quoted. I know when I call them that I will get good quality, reliable service.

I called 2 other plumbers and none could get here until later in the day, I had water going everywhere and needed someone asap. I called Davis & Davis, someone was here right away. My problem was fixed in less than an hour, I could not have been more pleased.

The plumbers that came out were great but the office staff are totally unprofessional and rude. They are the ones hurting the business. Won’t be calling them again and the office staff can take the credit for it.

I set an appointment 2 weeks prior to the appointment. I waited the entire day for them to show up. They called at the end of the day saying they could not make it. They said it would be sometime next week. I declined.

These guys are the best! Got it done right and it’s the second time we have used them for a water main leak. Definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Our toilet was making a strange sound so we called Davis and Davis to come look at it. The service person was nice and helpful. It was until I had received my next water bill that we had a leak caused by the service tech. When I called to ask someone to come out and fix the problem they created, I was told I would have to pay another $150. Even though I had proof that our water bill doubled after the plumber left, there was no way for me to know there was a leak before he left. Call me crazy but I don't go around putting food coloring in my toilet all the time. The service tech said it was fixed so I mistakenly believed him. I will never use them again and I will never advise anyone to use this company.

Danny was the best. On time and friendly. Went above and beyond. In addition to fixing leak, gave us options and left us with a better plumbing layout under our sink than we had before. We chose the higher priced option that replaced 2 valves with 3. Very happy with results. Price was reasonable.

My family spent several thousands dollars with Davis & Davis on a shower installation for a new bathroom. Six months later, while taking a shower, water began shooting from the water handle. When we called Davis to come take a look at it, the first thing they said was, Oh, that's going to be a voided warranty. We removed the water knob to try and get the water to stop spewing out all over the place without having to shut the water off to the house. Apparently, that was enough to void a warranty because they refused to fix the problem even though it was apparent that they had damaged the valve and cartridge during installation. The valve looked like a reused valve, and was bent to hell, as was the cartridge. After being told by the owner, Kevin Davis, several times that I was the one who damaged the valve, it became clear that he was not going to take any responsibility for the terrible work his plumbers had done to fix our brand new shower that we had just payed thousands for only six months prior. Poor business!

Our initial call to Davis & Davis was Christmas 2016. We came home to a house filled with gas due to leaks in the gas lines. Plumbers came out that evening to assess the situation and returned the next day to replace the lines for a very reasonable price. Fast-forward to January 2019, we have a leaking water heater. I called on a Friday and told them it wasn't an emergency, so they sent Dallas out on Monday. Dallas examined the old water heater and recommended replacing (and bringing connections up to code). I asked what the timeline would be expecting it to take a day or two to get scheduled. Two hours later, we have a new water heater. Davis & Davis are now my go-to plumbers and gas line technicians.

Just moved into a new house and had terrible plumbing issues. Kevin Cole came in and did such a great job repairing everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

My washing machine was backing up into the basement and I couldn't figure out why, HomeServe sent Davis and Davis out and Blake was great. He fixed the problem and I can do LAUNDRY again! Yeah!!

Davis and Davis was the 4th plumbing service sent out by HomeServe to clear my sewer backup. Dave and Crimson were really thorough in trying to problem solve and finally cleared the system.

If I had a 10 button I would hit it. These guys came out to fix our well pump and myriad other problems that occurred as a result of our pump going out. There were serious complications with the project (none of which they could have known about ahead of time) and Keith and his crew stuck it out until midnight in subzero temps digging out our yard to get broken line fixed. He would not stop until he got our problem fixed and though the price obviously went up, he did not stick it to us as he easily could have in the vulnerable position we were in. These guys are about getting it done right and are very conscientious about their work. So glad my wife called these guys.

My husband called on Friday evening ,because our water heater did not work and left a message. 30-40 min later a plumber called back and promised to come on Saturday morning and fix it, but asked my husband to buy the kit with the heating elements. We bought it and waited all day on Saturday the plumber to call . Nobody called, besides a women named Patty called at 2 pm and after we told her about the conversation from previous night advised that they have no such pricing and will be $125 additional service due to weekend. at that point we were completely disappointed and gave up. Very, very poor customer service and complete lack of coordination.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Jason P.! I had gone through repeated escalations with my home warranty and was still told to wait even in the urgent case of having no access to water. So I called Davis & Davis after 3 days of the water having to be shut off due to a busted pipe coupling. He was able to respond in less than an hour and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Above and beyond. The price was very good as well. I could not be happier with their work.

This is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with for any sort of home owner's issue: repairs, electric, plumbing, etc. These guys went way above and beyond to help fix a plumbing issue we had shortly after moving into a new home. It was a clog at a pipe intersection that was causing overflow and leakage. It also left us without a washing machine, so we were eager to get it fixed. It took a couple trips out because we were working through an insurance company who had to approve the work, but Davis and Davis were able to get all the necessary work approved and the problem is now fixed. Scheduling was a breeze. But most importantly there was a level of genuine care that I feel you just don't find often these days. We worked with both Brad and OB on different occasions and they were simply two of the nicest people I've ever met. They felt for us and the issue we were having, and they did everything they could to get the work approved for repair and get it fixed as fast as possible. They were unfazed by all the children and animals getting in their way, and even stopped occasionally to interact. They were just some very wholesome people that did some very quality above and beyond work. It doesn't get better than that. Give these guys a try for your plumbing needs! I know I'll continue to in the future.

This company was prompt and friendly. We had a plumber out because our pilot light went out in our hot water heater went out and we couldn’t get it lit. The service was great, and their price is competitive
They even sent me a text message when the plumber is on the way. This text message had the plumber’s location, billing information and follow-up after the appointment.

Kevin Cole did a great job assessing our garbage disposal, gave us our options and pricing , replaced the unit and timely, clean and precise manner and gave great service. Kevin was friendly and helpful. He went the extra distance to make sure everything was working and he cleaned up after himself. Thanks Kevin!

Our technician was Kevin. He made sure to thoroughly analyze the potential problem to determine where leakage was coming from. Kevin was honest with us. We appreciated his work ethic, promptness, and integrity. We will definitely use the company again and will specifically ask for Kevin when we do.

We had a block in our main line on a Saturday evening. Danny and Michael came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. They were respectful and ensured any leaks we had as a result of the backup were fixed.

Charged me to run camera when camera wasn't needed, have had 2 separate leaks since they were here to have repaired them already, out to get your money and run.

Plumber installed a natural gas water heater on a propane line- I supplied the water heater so my mistake- but as a plumber they should have noticed- left without lighting it up bc it obviously didn’t light- charged me 325 and just offered me 150 to make it eighty- now I’m out 1000 and still have no hot water-

After messing with another company thru Home Service that didn't work out (terrible customer service) After a week of no hot water called Home Service back and asked for a different company. Jason came out same day for the service call, the heater was install and had hot water in two hours. Thanks Davis & Davis Plumbing for the prompt service and installation.

Kicked the basement door of my apartment building in and broke the lock. Very unprofessional company.

This plumbing company wanted to charge me $150.00 to unclog a drain. I asked if they gave a warranty on their work and they said for one or two days. Lol. I didn’t let them do it and called Jarboes Plumbing and they are doing it for $98.00 with a year warranty. Guess you can guess which one I chose.

The guys that came out and did my repair was fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better crew. These guys went above and beyond and was very professional and easy to talk to. Jason came by and promptly found the issue as well as checked for the possibility of the same occurring. Fixed the problem quickly aaaaand made me aware of a residual issue I would not have otherwise known. Greatly appreciated his prompt and professional service as well as his knowledge.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Davis & Davis replaced my waterline in September. Water was standing in my yard 2 weeks later. They sent someone out to check the meter & it was confirmed the standing water was from a leak in the new water line.
It then took 2 more weeks for them to send someone out to repair. I was told by them a connector was bent when they were putting the dirt back in place. I have called them numerous times since early November to come out to repair my yard. I still have mounds of dirt with tubes, sticking out that were left for the plumbing inspection , I was told early November it would be 2 weeks before they could come out, to put everything back in place. 7 weeks & many calls later I am still waiting. You can save yourself a lot of aggravation by going elsewhere.

When paying for a plummer to come look at a stopped up pipe we told him that the drian had been snaked 5 times once with a large snake we told the man that we had already snaked it and that wasn't the problem he told us that the work was under warranty for 7 days with that being said he said if the problem happens again he would be back with a camera snake to find the problem well he never came back after the toilet and bathtub both overflowed we called and the company and the woman who answered was very rude to us she said it's not under warranty and there was nothing she could do about that being said we was out the money and the problem still is happening 3 days later

They came in but never got back to us. Very disappointed

I work for an apartment community off of National Turnpike and we have used Davis & Davis since November of last year. They are very quick, whether during normal business hours or on call, have fair pricing, and do excellent work. The have completed two major plumbing repairs for us and after tearing up the floor, removing the toilet, and even water heater, you could not even tell they were in there; their work is that neat and concise. The plumbers are all very friendly and efficient and Patty is always pleasant as well. No complaints thus far and looking to continue a good partnership with them.

These guys are fast. I called this morning about my water heater and they were here much faster than originally stated. Great job guys!
