Our 34 year old AC unit was having issues, Logan was able to get there the next morning to check everything out. I knew we’d likely have to replace with how old it was but Logan did his best to see if anything could be fixed before landing on it needing to be replaced. He sent a great quote to me and within a week from the first call the new unit was installed and has been running great.
The gentlemen who came to install, Adam and Josh, were excellent as well. They went above and beyond what they came there to do, they noticed our main plumbing cleanout was located slightly under our old unit and worked to shift the entire pad so that we had easier and complete access to our clean out. We installed a new thermostat ourselves and before they left they made sure everything was hooked up correctly and running smoothly. Marsha in billing was excellent to work with and so friendly. Everyone from the first call to request a service appointment through the end of install and payment were very friendly and never pushy. Logan even checked in later after the install was complete to make sure everything went well and the AC was doing its job.

He was pleasant, honest and prompt. I thought I needed a new shutoffs valve for my washer but it turns out the thing was just loose so he tightened it. Saved me money and fixed the problem.

Worst workmanship ever. They dug up my yard for a job it's for my neighbor without informing me. Then it took them a lot longer and they said it would. Has costed me about $500 to damage to my yard because Of their laziness. Horrible. Never use this company

Awesome service. Called late one evening about a plumbing issue. Mike came out the next morning, quickly identifying and resolving the issue. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. I've used New Circle Mechanical for years for various issues and always been extremely pleased with their work.

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

Have used KCC for over 20 years. Come twice yearly for preventive maintenance on AC and furnace . AC made a “weird” noise last week and they were here in a few hours. Changed the condenser(?) and all was well .fantastic service.

William branch om branch and son is a very nice place to get Plumbing done it's family-owned and oriented it's been around for many many years they have a reputation of not you having to pay the bill right away but they will allow you to make payments Without Really any interest or modern fees at all a dependable and we're going to continue to use them

I called Bryant 4/23 for AC repair/issues, a tech was sent out 4/24 charged me $1000.00 and I paid in full, told me what was wrong, stated a repairman would come 4/25, no one came, I called 4/25 late afternoon, they said “best we can do is 4/27, tech came 4/27, didn’t even know how to operate my thermostat, spent over 4 hours to tell me he didn’t know why it wouldn’t turn on someone will have to come tomorrow to fix it, 4/28 comes and no one shows up, I call for the fourth time, they told me best we can do is 4/29 or they’ll refund my money. Do note I finally got a statement after asking three times that said what was wrong and how much it would cost. The man on 4/24 told me it would cost 1000.00 to fix the issue but failed to tell me that he added a “gold membership service plan into that cost” which is quite frankly illegal. I called 4/28 to ask about that and they said he shouldn’t have done that. So it’s now 4/28 and I still have a broken AC, out 1000.00. I wouldn’t recommend this business to save my own life. I’m understandable about short staff but they quickly took my money, in a fraudulent way, and never met their end of the service bargain. I’m debating about contacting the BBB. This is insane! How are they such a large company with this customer service? BEWARE! Not one time did they ever contact me, so if you wanna make sure they do the job, be ready to call 1/2 a day. Was contacted 5/2 after finally fixing my issue 6 days later on 4/29 to be told they refunded me money that should never be charged, and that they weren’t going to charge me for an additional repair after a tech told me I wouldn’t be charged any way (they misdiagnosed after my nest thermostat literally told them what was wrong day 1). Customer service manager 100% insinuated that they would charge me if I didn’t update this Google review. My experience with this company has been hell. Thankfully I have a home warranty to assist with this cost of repair but not my peace of mind.
