Extremely happy with the service I got from this company! Came out same day early in the morning, and did exactly what I wanted/needed! Simple and quick, and had me running cold air again. Straight forward and honest

I live in a condominium with a Marley water AC system. The whole building cools from the chilled water of a huge Marley tower. Although several companies would work on Marley systems, ONLY Louisville Mechanical, to the best of my knowledge, will come into a residential Unit and fix a system like this. L.M. will charge a premium price, but it's worth it to have AC/heat. This building must be a thorn in Louisville Mechanical's side, but they don't leave us to the elements. They're like expensive Saints.

Louisville Mechanical Services is the only mechanical and HVAC I trust and refer to my clients. As a real estate agent, my clients often turn to me for a recommendation. Louisville Mechanical Services consistently provides professional service by knowledgable and experienced technicians.

Pros: came out same day, friendly tech.

Con: pricing. I was given a verbal estimate of between 500-550$. But somehow the compressor broke itself, and as a result, they charged me for more hours of labor and it ended up being over $700. As a consumer, I was forced to believe that my AC unit, which functioned fine when the tech got there, somehow broke itself while he was working on it. I expected that the company would stick to their initial estimate, but I was wrong. That was a big disappointment.

I was wary when I did not initially receive a written estimate. I think Louisville mechanical would be better served to supply written estimates and to keep the customer updated, as clearly and concretely as possible, if there are any price increases. That would keep an unfortunate situation such as this one from repeating itself in the future.

Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing!

The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance.

Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left.

I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!

I needed immediate help with no heat. The service was quick, efficient and fixed within 24 hours

I've always worked with Jim directly. He's reasonable, honest, and most importantly professional. I don't call anyone else for HVAC. Jim and Louisville Mechanical is my go to.

Nice shop good ownership never work there but would seem to be good place to work.

Dave came out on a Friday night and provided excellent service to my boiler that was all orange flames. Bled radiators and cleaned burners . I appreciate his excellent sevice and gave my spring to do list.
