I called Gudorf on a Saturday at 2:30pm due to a clogged drain and the technician was here at 7:00pm the same day. Within an hour and a half, my plumbing was running again. Paul was friendly and professional. The pricing was reasonable. I have already recommended them to a friend.

February of 2021 my water heater was replaced they did amazing. August of 2022 I found a leak at one of the sodering points called them because it was there work that needed repaired I left a key so they could get in and next thing I know I got a bill for repairs I never authorized. I never received a call to authorize the repairs. They fixed the leak that caused rust on top of the waterheater but also placed my expansion tank that wasn't leaking. The lady in charge apologized I didn't receive a call but still charged me a fuel fee and a service charge when I questioned it she put me on hold and never picked back up and I would still be on hold .

I had a saltless water softener (Easy Water) system installed. Very professional service. The office provided excellent communications and the service provider was professional and timely. Excellent job!

Once again Gudorf did a Fantastic job for us installing our new dishwasher. Not only are they professional, but they were very helpful with our appointment time due to an unexpected delay in having someone at home. Thank uou to Logan for always doing a great job for us!

Gudorf did maintenance on 8 commercial units and repaired an ice machine. I have had to call them twice now in emergency situations and they have always been responsive and do whatever it takes to resolve the issue.

100% recommend Gudorf, from start to finish they made what could’ve been an intimidating process super easy and professional. We’ll be using them for any future upkeep/maintenance without hesitation.
Our 34 year old AC unit was having issues, Logan was able to get there the next morning to check everything out. I knew we’d likely have to replace with how old it was but Logan did his best to see if anything could be fixed before landing on it needing to be replaced. He sent a great quote to me and within a week from the first call the new unit was installed and has been running great.
The gentlemen who came to install, Adam and Josh, were excellent as well. They went above and beyond what they came there to do, they noticed our main plumbing cleanout was located slightly under our old unit and worked to shift the entire pad so that we had easier and complete access to our clean out. We installed a new thermostat ourselves and before they left they made sure everything was hooked up correctly and running smoothly. Marsha in billing was excellent to work with and so friendly. Everyone from the first call to request a service appointment through the end of install and payment were very friendly and never pushy. Logan even checked in later after the install was complete to make sure everything went well and the AC was doing its job.

Paul was our Electrician and he was Ontime , Very Professional and Very Courteous!!

These guys are great! Our furnace quit last night and we left a voicemail for them. They returned my call first thing this morning and was at our house in less than an hour. Logan was super professional. He made clear everything he was doing very clear and put me completely at ease. It was an easy fix, thank God and we had heat back in about an hour. We will definitely use them for future needs and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Our service Technician was prompt. He was polite knowledgeable and he had the part we needed to replace in his vehicle. In a time where you seem to struggle getting any service it was refreshing to have a friendly tech that got to our house immediately and our air unit repaired and working properly in less than 20 minutes

First let me start off this review by saying, from the very first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Tracy, the person who answered the phone was extremely personable and helpful with getting a time-frame scheduled for a tech to come out and address our issue.

The technician, Robert was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable of our situation. He was able to quickly, and efficiently help us out while also expertly managing to put our minds at ease.

Very professional with great employees! They came as soon as possible to check out our AC on a hot day and even though it's going to have to be replaced our Comfort Advisor made us feel like the transition would go over very well. We asked a lot of questions and they had the answers!

I had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized after a septic system had backed up into the house and had went into the ductwork system. They come out and did a thorough job and within the time that they said that they would have the job done we’re done shortly before that time and brought it to my attention that I had a waterline leaking in the basement. They come and repair the waterline. It began to leak again a couple of days later they returned and repaired it at no extra charge. We’re very professional polite informative. I’m glad I hooked up with Michael Gudorf and his crew. A job well done fellas. I give a A+++++A And rate them as top service in the Dubois County area. Gudorf Heating and cooling systems were installed last year. They also installed tank less water heater too. They stand behind their work by offering me a services to check the systems in spring and fall. That insure me that I will not be without Heating or cooling again. We tried for close to 4 months to get a local plumber out to give an estimate on water repair. We had pressure when we turned on the faucet but it would dwindle down to nothing in a matter of seconds. We have spent over $7500 with a local company over the last 3-4 years and we couldn't even get them to return our calls. We finally found Gudorfs. Within 24 hours the owner of the company showed up to give us an estimate for water line replacement. He said he didn't think we needed new pipes. Had a tech out the following week and found it was a switch on our water softener causing the trouble.
For $179 we had our fix. They could have easily sold us all new lines under our house but didn't. We are truly thankful for Gudorfs. Will be giving them our business in the future and will recommend them to anyone of our family and friends.

Kevin and Paul were on time, clean, pleasant and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the services they provided. They replaced our water heater with a tankless and replaced our well pump. We will definitely call them again!

Quick, proficient, and professional! Kevin explained everything he was doing before he did it. The end result was beautiful. I had them replace a faulty water valve that was the main shut off for the house.
