KCC did a fantastic job. They responded quickly and fixed a problem which was overlooked by another company. Danny from KCC was terrific.

KCC was used for Pm's on our heat exchange unit in our warehouse plus two small office units. They charged 1,932.00 annually. Included new filters and wear and tear on some parts. It turns out the heat exchange unit uses washable aluminum filters, KCC was telling us they needed new filters every time. Jokes on us!!! We hired a new company to replace KCC, and there changing us 772.00 annually. So that's a 1,160.00 dollar SAVINGS.

Brand new Furnace , AC and Water Heater....replacing all 20+ year old equipment. The service and sales team were phenomenal. Professional, timely and did what they said they were going to do plus more! Replaced our entire system on the hottest day of the year without impacting our comfort level at all. Jack Osbourn and Ronnie Keen did a great job replacing our AC/ Heat pump unit and coils. They were very careful with my ground cover around the outside unit as to not trample it. My husband said they were very clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible company, that overcharges by over 100%. Quoted 17000 dollars to replace our unit in a 1400sqft house. Just had another company leave, 7999. Taking advantage of your customer base while in a home cooling crisis is downright disgusting. I hope the higher ups choke on refrigerant. You all should be ashamed.

It was 17k, if you're saying that it should be 8-10k, then explain why you would quote double that? I'll say it again, choke on refrigerant, thank you. They came out at 9:30 on July 3 (night before the holiday!). Replaced our capacitor and gave us cool air when it was 80 degrees INSIDE!

KCC installed a Trane heat pump system with heat exchanger, compressor, and coil. Installation was prompt and friendly, and they were nice enough to give us some help with an existing Nest thermostat after the system was installed. We've been quite pleased.

He was here and out very quickly. I don’t know much about cleaning furnaces so I guess he cleaned and maintenanced it. He was very polite and professional and liked my dogs

KCC installed my TRANE HVAC system yesterday. Bottom line, they have been a class act from start to finish. I only took quotes from companies meeting my filter criteria: A+ BBB rating, NATE trained technicians and great reviews. Of the other five companies I took quotes from, most were in the same quoted price range but one was quite a bit lower. I actually called KCC to cancel their appointment and spoke with Ronen Danino. He said “Give us a chance to earn your business.” So I did, and they beat that best quote by $500.

I know TRANE is legendary for its’ reliability and quality. I read that TRANE is the only one to get perfect 5’s from Consumer Reports. Two more things that were greatly appreciated from KCC: a) Communication throughout the process was stellar. Anytime I had a question, I was immediately put through to Ronen and got whatever information I needed; and b) The technicians were also very professional and valued good communication. Jack and his crew completed a flawless installation of a pretty complicated situation. The compressor required a crane to install on the roof and my air handler/heater was on a cramped, elevated platform inside my pantry. We are putting KCC on our recommended list at Merchantile Gallery Lofts and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.

KCC has been on of the best companies I have dealt with by far. I have used them AND only them for my heating and AC needs. They are very prompt, precise and affordable. I had an issue with my AC when I first moved in and they were quick with a response and taking care of the problem, and the same goes with my heat. When I had an issue with it, they were there the very next day to look at the issue. Never once did they try to upsell me and push a product that I didn’t want or need, and they were honest and upfront with everything. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to anyone!

KCC’s technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. They installed a new AmeriStar furnace and air conditioner at my mom’s home. The technicians were easy to communicate with and taught my mom and me about the new system and thermostat. The furnace was install in a utility room on the floor. Furnace exhaust pipe is positioned on the front of the unit were a person could be accidentally burned if they Contact the pipe. KCC removed the initial exhaust pipe and installed a protected exhaust pipe at no additional charge. KCC’s staff members were very helpful providing a solution.

Extremely pleased on hiring KCC to install my mother in laws AC system. Mind you I did this from Florida. Called on Tuesday and installed by Friday. Very professional every step of the way. Sent me pictures to show the completed work. Mother in law expressed the crew was very courteous, clean and professional. My condenser unit wasn't level. Easy. However, they were quick to set me up and get this issue resolved. I've used them in the past for a clean and check on the AC side of the system as well. Always professional and the techs are great at answering questions.

Quoted us $250 for a job, then we get an invoice for $968 because their first technician was too overweight to do the job the first time-- certainly unprofessional. Told us they would be back out the next day to complete the repairs, then didn't show-- when we finally got ahold of them they told us it was because the technician that was able to do the job wasn't available. Lack of communication and unprofessionalism all the way around. My company will not use this company again.

Danny is always extremely pleasant, punctual, personable, knowledgeable and professional when he comes by to perform regular maintenance on my HVAC system (and make any repairs IF needed) and Allison is ALWAYS extremely pleasant, personable, professional and helpful when I call her with any questions/requests!👍🏻

They replaced my furnace and AC last year, I got it less than what was quoted by other more well known companies. They were very efficient. I have had them out this fall to clean my furnace everything went great.

The tech that came out was very thorough with our furnace/AC check.

Had my AC cleaned and checked, the tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonably priced!

They came out on a Thursday and gave me an estimate. On Friday they installed my furnace and I am really happy with it. It only took them about 6 hours.

The unit KCC installed 15 years ago reached the end of its service life. Because of their good service and support since the initial installation, it was an easy choice to have them install my new heat pump.

The installation techs (Ronnie and Jack) were friendly and appropriately informative as they progressed through the installation process. I was totally at ease during their time in my home. They cleaned up when finished and tested the system to assure proper operation.

I was especially pleased with the pad and support stand for the outside condensing unit. They leveled the ground to assure it would be stable for the life of the unit, and the support stand raised the unit to assure no damage from landscaping or while trimming around it.

I purchased a new HVAC system from them five years ago. They are competitively priced and clearly communicate the scope of work they perform. Their installers are friendly, professional, quick and clean up after completing their work.

They have performed periodic service on my equipment and their service technicians exhibit a high level of courtesy and expertise. I especially appreciate that they wear disposable boot covers when entering my home to assure they keep my floors clean and free of outside debris.

We originally contacted them for repair and they diagnosed the problem quickly. Recommended a full replacement and gave us a reasonable price and quality follow up visits for maintenance. Would recommend.

Service was fine, just very dissatisfied with the installation charges. I heard the tech ask someone on the phone what to charge for the installation of a furnace part. The part price was covered under warranty. He responded to who ever he was talking to that it took about an hour tp go get the part and about an hour to install. Well he was here about a half hour total to remove and replace the part. So I didn't know part of the installation would be to pay the tech to go where ever to pick up the part. Anyway I was charged $175.00 for a half hour part replacement. I think that is way out of bounds. I won't be calling them back.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company! Our HVAC went out and we were unable to finance, let alone pay outright for a replacement unit. Kas went out of her way to find a solution and within the week we got a replacement and don’t have to fear the winter. The entire team was so polite, responsive, clean, and efficient. We’ll definitely continue using this company for any future needs.

In fact, today I spoke with Ronin who was able to troubleshoot my a/c issue with me over the phone. He checked up on me several times and made sure I got the help I needed and he saved me money!

This company diagnosed a problem that a previous company had misdiagnosed, causing further problems, and subsequently abandoned. KCC spent a LOT of hours diagnosing the problem and attempted to repair it before replacing the coil and a valve, which are expensive. They didn't charge me for most of the hours they spent here, they fixed the problem (it ended up being the coil, still under warranty, and a certain valve, which had probably been the source of the problem to begin with, but having been misdiagnosed by another company, the coil was fried). Kentuckiana Comfort Center technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and fair. I use them in my business (Realtor with Re/Max Metro), I have a service contract with them for my own property, and I highly recommend them.

I like the KCC people. I have worked with several as a vender and these guys are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in the Louisville area. At the end of the day it is more about people than anything else when trying to find quality and service and KCC is made-up of good people. Give KCC a try.

When I tell you these people saved us…they saved us! Our AC condenser went out and we were HOT! Had a bad experience with a company basically about to try and take advantage of us in an awful condition. KCC was recommended by a friend and they knocked it out of the park. I would highly suggest them. They went above and beyond to help with our AC and cooling our house down. Even cleaned outdoor unit and adjusted vents!

KCC had a technician out within 45 minutes on a Friday evening. The technician tried about 3 or 4 things to limp my old unit along but eventually determined that it was needing replaced. Got a great price and was fixed early the next week.

Have used KCC for over 20 years. Come twice yearly for preventive maintenance on AC and furnace . AC made a “weird” noise last week and they were here in a few hours. Changed the condenser(?) and all was well .fantastic service.

They were so quick to get us in! The two techs that came were the most professional I have ever used and really knew their stuff. They were courteous. They even asked for a broom to clean up after they were done. It was quick and thorough and I highly recommend them!
