Just had two guys come to my parents house to look at the hot water heater they installed back in 2014. The unit is leaking water from the bottom into the basements bedroom. The main guy was confused and didn't know why he was called to the house. I'm like dispatch didn't tell why you're here??? He had no clue what to do as if he was high as a Giraffe's behind. Then he goes outside into his truck pretending to call dispatch but really he called my Pops. Got the nerve to tell my Pops that I wouldn't let him in so he has no idea what's wrong with the hot water heater. He's he's talking to my pops telling him he doesn't know why he's there to begin with. Pops just got fed up due to the unprofessionalism and told him just to go ahead and leave he'll find somebody else because he doesn't have time to deal with dumb stuff. Talk about being unprofessional I would never use this company because of those two. There might be some great workers that do work at plum wright but because of those two we would never use this business again!

Last night my septic piping starting leaking into my house. I called them and within 3 hours zach was at my home to help. He had to access through my toilet and was kind enough to even clean up after. He was informative and easy to talk to. Very thankful I called them when I did. I first called drexler (they don’t have anyone to come to indiana atm) and they sent me to jecker who didn’t think my septic needed drained, and they recommended greenwell to snake my pipes. Was a long process of calls, but they got the job done

Collin did an excellent job! He was more thorough than any person who has serviced our HVAC in the last 20 years. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done to the older system and what could wait. I was grateful for the time he took to do that.

We were having new countertops and a sink installed. I needed a plumber to disconnect disposal, drain line, water supplies to faucet and dishwasher drain then return to hook everything backup after sink installation. Being new to the community and wanting to use someone close I contacted Blackburn and Davis. The quality of their work was excellant however I thought their bill of $752 for labor was very excessive for the amount of time they were here. I definitely will contact someone else the next time I need a plumber.

There are so many better plumbers in Louisville and you'll be glad you used one of them.

These guys do shoddy work, are constantly trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and always push their service contract as an add-on.

Stay away.

Would never recommend. Service is terrible and have had issue after issue. Not happy.

Used these guys for several plumbing jobs and they're great every time!

My husband and I just bought our first home and it was def. in need of some new piping. Our old copper pipes were never replaced since the house was built back in 1956. I had called Pacific Plumbing and was able to have Jack stop by the next day to give us a estimate on the new replacement piping plus to have our guest bath toilet bolted to the floor (it was very loose). They came out within a month and Austin & John were both very professional and did an amazing job! They had to come back the next morning to finish the job. Once they left, our master bath toilet wasn't flushing right. I called Jack and he came out within an hour and fixed it right away and was able to check on all the work the 2 guys had done, everything was so wonderful! Giving this team 5 stars all around!! Thank you!!
