Will explained all the work he was going to complete, provided detailed pricing and kept us updated throughout the process. Greatly appreciated the extra time he took to make sure we knew our options and then when finished, that we understood how to work our new water heater. After what I thought was a simple tub draining issue, I called plumbright to come out and take a look. They stopped by in between jobs to look at my issue. My issue was more than a clogged drain and the plumber that came out showed me the visible problem under the house and low and behold he just so happened to see another problem that I didn’t even know about. He showed me that issue as well. With going out of town with in 48 hours of having this issue, the guys came out the next day and completely took care of my plumbing issues. This place is a rip-off. I do not recommend their services. They had us waiting weeks for a replacement part we didn't even need. Then WAY overcharged. Terrible way to run a business. Avoid at all costs.

These guys do shoddy work, are constantly trying to upsell you on things you don't need, and always push their service contract as an add-on.

Have use NCM several times before and always satisfied with the work but this last time has left me wondering if I shouldn't have just used the money to put a third down on new dryer. Service man came out on Wednesday and immediately found the problem to not starting was door switch, less then 10 minutes, was charged $59.50 for this common problem. Of course they don't carry parts anymore and he had to go pick up one. Came back Thursday with little $30.00 (?) part, raised lid and installed it in less then 5 minutes. Gave me new bill for additional $89.50 which included another service run, but he smiled and said I'm not going to charge you a labor charge. Now that was Really Big of him. Think the next repair will start with a call to Angie's list. Being a loyal customer doesn't mean much to these guys.

I called Pacific Plumbing to replace the old, ineffective toilets in my home. They made a recommendation on quality toilets... without breaking the bank I might add. (I couldn't find the same product at a better price.) Because we had concerns about previous plumbing issues, they tested our pipes, delivered and installed the new toilets in no time. I was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this crew.
