Best Cooling System in Louisville KY

In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldn't have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmare's with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

Chad did an excellent job with my clogs in my bathroom. He communicated with me throughout the process and finished the job in a quick & timely manner.He was very pleasant to deal with.I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing repair for myself or others.

I have used Absolute services for over 3 years and have always had great work done by them. They bring a lot of experience and expertise to the job and do a through job of explaining the issues, the suggested repairs, and payment options up front. I have never had an surprise cost or issue come up from their work. Carlton was especially courteous with my questions and concerns raise during service visit and patiently pointed out things to be address that he noticed on his inspection. Carlton also pointed out value on current and future service work if I signed up a service contract with Absolute Services.I would absolutely (pun intended) recommend Absolute Services for any of your plumbing and HVAC needs. They work quickly and neatly.

I had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized after a septic system had backed up into the house and had went into the ductwork system. They come out and did a thorough job and within the time that they said that they would have the job done we’re done shortly before that time and brought it to my attention that I had a waterline leaking in the basement. They come and repair the waterline. It began to leak again a couple of days later they returned and repaired it at no extra charge. We’re very professional polite informative. I’m glad I hooked up with Michael Gudorf and his crew. A job well done fellas. I give a A+++++A And rate them as top service in the Dubois County area. Thanks again for helping us and taking care of us.

I used Becht-Givens for a rental home/routine furnace check/maintenance. They were polite, arrived on time, and so far so good with the continued performance of the furnace. The only hiccup was they did not have the needed humidifier pad on their truck, so we had to schedule time for a second visit to get that installed. But I can recommend them.

Today I not only had my air ducts cleaned, I also had the ductwork insulated and an Air Scrubber System installed. Rusty deserves 5 out of 5 stars for a job well done. He was thorough and made sure the work was done right. I’m glad I chose Maeser’s. Kudos to the techs, too, for all their hard work.

My home was struck by lightning. Had to replace furnace, water heater, air conditioning compressor, and electrical service panel box and meter housing box. Technicians were professional and i was quite happy with the price of the replacement equipment and parts. The technicians even handled some of the negotiating with the insurance adjusters. Got everything covered from the lightning strike with the exception of the water heater, were going to cover it until they found out its age. They ended up finding another issue after installing the new electrical service panel box. When L.G.& E. was called to turn the electricity back on, they found that the underground line that feeds into the meter from the transformer was damaged and not energizing the line fully. L.G. & E then had their contractor replace the line. Was real impressed with their knowledge and technical expertise. My overall experience in this transaction was one of overall gratitude. Can't say enough great things about the job that was done ant that of the people employed by New Circle Mechanical.

Pacific Plumbing just installed a new water heater for us today . They were on time, courteous, professional and did the job right. After installing the heater they immediately found that a component of the heater was bad. Within a couple hours, they drained, removed and picked up another heater that was installed right away. I would highly recommend them!!

Had my AC cleaned and checked, the tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonably priced!

Schardein Mechanical has been very easy to work with and I appreciate their efforts with customer service. They do good work for a fair price. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is right.

I've always worked with Jim directly. He's reasonable, honest, and most importantly professional. I don't call anyone else for HVAC. Jim and Louisville Mechanical is my go to.

William branch and son is a company has been around for years how many years they do we use Emperor plumbing and air conditioning HVAC is a we call it and when a woman when I call the woman that answers the phone is very polite customer-oriented family-owned business and I enjoy them I like them they've been good to us very good to us you try to meet your needs and things like that and I've always at good very very good service with them but like everybody everybody's different you go to what company to want but I like women Branson son they've been reliable and good to us good service oriented people

I used Bryant for yearly service on my AC unit. The rep, Omar, was timely, polite, and he did a great job overall. The AC unit badly needed cleaning, and it looked brand new once he was finished. Overall, I'm very happy with the level of service, clear communication, and price point.EDIT: I used Bryant again today for routine AC check/maintenance. There is no evidence that the unit was even opened. There are leaves in the unit. The coils were NOT cleaned. What did I spend 80$ on??? I would NOT recommend Bryant!!!!

They won’t show up on time and blame you for it. They’ll do the bare minimum and you’ll have to go back and do the majority of the work. Just keep looking for another contractor.
