This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

Tech 5748 did very good job. Came prepared with a mask and foot covers. Explain what he was doing and recommended a product that would help eliminate this from happening in the future.

We contacted A.J. Michaels when our water heater was leaking. They were able to send an estimator out within a couple of hours to give us a free estimate and he gave us a price on the spot to replace it. This was our third estimate--including one from our home warranty company--and it was by far the highest quality product as well as the most competitive price. We had an A.O. Smith heater (the same brand as the one they were replacing that had lasted over 25 years) installed that same day and the two gentlemen who came to install it were efficient, courteous, and careful. They covered our white carpet, covered nearby sprinkler heads, and completed the job in under three hours. After they finished, they took the time to answer our questions and explain how our new water heater works, which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend A.J. Michaels and can say they will be the first call I make the next time we have any issues!

Chris Jones 7932 was my technician and his bedside manners to his patience and willing to be straight forward and go above and beyond was an awesome experience for me. The meter Yolk had to be replaced in our property and Chris went to 4 different suppliers before ending back at the county (who still refuses liability) to purchase to item from them and replaced and repaired the damaged item right away. If Chris represents Rotorooter, I would recommend him and his company anytime of day! It’s people like you that make these disastrous situation much better. Thanks Chris!
