I contacted Roto-Rooter for a backed-up kitchen sink late in the evening. Service was scheduled for the next morning. The serviceman arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. He fixed the sink blockage (which I tried to do myself and could not) in about 90 minutes using heavy equipment the average homeowner would not have. All worked well when he was finished. For timely, dependable and professional service, Roto-Rooter is tops. But I was surprised that its price for a basic drain cleaning had increased so much---now over $550.

The service Tech Robert B. was very professional and detail oriented in establishing the problem site and resolving the issue in the shortest possible time. He was courteous and friendly, and went beyond providing an excellent service but also offering advice to prevent such problems from future occurrence. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family. Job well done !

Called around 7AM with a faucet running water. Roto-Rooter called at 7:15AM to confirm that the technician was on his way. Technician (Khiangte) arrived at 8:45 AM (traffic was bad that day). Would have been there earlier otherwise. I had to sign a work order authorization withoutknowing the extend of the repair. Pricing was outrageously expensive but I did not have a choice at the time. Repair was quick (45 mn in all), Travel time ($160)+ labor ($299) + parts ($150 - online the part costs $50) and a $40 discount added up to $560 for replacing a Moen Ibe-handler PosiTemp faucet cardridge).

The service was prompt and great. Khuma was professional and courteous. Roto Rooter charged more than my regular plumber but we needed them fast and they showed up.

The most punctual serviceman I ever worked with. Their plumber was polite, professional, and efficient. The best part is that they have warranty for their work! I'll definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Had a blockage that I couldn’t clear so I decided to call Roto Rooter. The tech (Lange Mung #3650) was freaking awesome! Not only was he very professional and had an array experience, but he cleared up a blip for me. They had my address noted as a commercial entity instead of residential, and would have charged me even more! Mr. Mung cleared that error up and put and sealed my pipe too!!

The process from start to finish went smoothly. A supervisor came on a Saturday afternoon to assess a leak under kitchen sink. He checked downstairs and was able to tell me there was no water damage. A technician came on Sunday morning to check and assess where leak was. He explained the process needed to make repairs. He was polite and respectful.

I believe everything is being done backwards. Clean up was being done before the problem was found. Jeff with clean up has been wonderful but trying to clean water before the culprit was found is totally ridiculous and I'm sure costing more than necessary. Company is extremely expensive for repairs being done. This is a senior citizen and being charged over 15000.00 dollars is a crime. Can't believe there is not a better discount for seniors with limited income. Camera man was in a big hurry to sell this job with only 80%sure this was really the problem. Not guaranteed if water was coming from a different area later it would be covered by this 15000.00 job. The 3stars go to Jeff and his clean up crew.

Previously I had a problem and Van came out to solve a shower control problem. He told me how I could save a significant amount of money by calling American Standard and getting a replacement part. I got the part and Van came out completed the repair and saved me several hundred dollars.Whenever I need a plumber I call Rotorooter and ask for Van,. I recommend him to my friends.

Joseph, tech 5423, worked for 5 hours to get the clog out, under pretty terrible (dirty) conditions. He was cheerful throughout and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. He also explained his findings and remediation well, and recommended steps to prevent recurrence. I have a home warranty but I didn't want to wait for their tech, and I'm glad I went with this company.

Returned home after working a 12 hour shift to find 🌊 seeping under my garage door. Isaac (2009) and Hming(2964) arrived in less than a hour after we called on a Friday evening about a leaking pipe damaging our basement ceiling. They were efficient, courteous, very respectful of our home and had everything in their truck to effect an eventual repair, allowing us to turn our water back on before midnight! They were professionals in every way and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Daekwon was very thorough in trying to find the water related issue. Even though we could not pinpoint a direct source, he was very patient by exhausting all options. He even offered to return if the issue arose again.

Incredibly courteous, did a wonderful job of cleaning the main sewer line. Cleaned up afterwards as well, better than I was planning on doing myself.

I was getting the house ready to have family come in for the holidays when our 5 year old garbage disposal started to leak. Turns out there was a crack on the side that was causing significant ponding in the sink cabinet. Needless to say, I panicked since we were expecting guests in two days. Thankfully, we found Roto Rooter! They were able to schedule an appointment for the following morning and replaced my disposal that day. Dal was fabulous- extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Hopefully we don't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do I'll certainly call Roto Rooter again.

We had clogged drains in tub and sink due to hair, grease, soap, etc.
Mr. Bonilla came and did a wonderful job of unclogging the drains, answering all our questions and instructing us what to do to avoid this issue in the future. He was very polite and professional and he worked in a timely manner.

Excellent excellent excellent work from Roto-Rooter! I’m so happy I called them to fix my issue. Dama was the technician that repaired my busted P-Trap on my upstairs tub. He did an incredible job!I actually created the hole when I tried to use an auger to remove a clog in the drain. Water started leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen below my bathroom and got everywhere when I tried to use the shower. My house is very old and the P-Trap was probably at least 100 + years old too. Ha!!Dama was very professional and was not intimidated with the task or the location of the where the leak was coming from. The locationwas in a tight spot surround by supply lines in the corner of my kitchen ceiling. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. It’s rare to get a true professional. He’s definitely a professional. If I ever had another issue, I would most definitely request him. Even though he’s a great guy and true professional, I hope to not see him again anytime soon! Ha!! It may be ok to deal with the average plumber at roto rooter but never deal with the general manager. He lacks basic people skills. Very unprofessional and needs to be trained.

Overall great service! Calling in for service was a breeze, I had someone at my home within an hour of placing the call, and everyone was very courteous and polite. The price was a little higher than I would have thought for using pliers to pull out a couple things from my disposal, but, I can’t complain too much because my disposal works and my sink now drains properly! Today is Sunday. Yesterday I called an emergency plumber who said they'd get to me by Tuesday. Today I called Roto-Rooter. They were at my house within an hour and fixed a bad clog. Van Linga, service technician #3517, fully explained and corrected the problem between two bathrooms, which could have caused a real mess if I'd had to wait a few more days!

The repairman, Min (#1461), was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After providing him with a description of our problem (clogged kitchen sink) and what measures we had taken to resolve it, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and began work. The grease and hair clog was removed from the pipe and water was flowing freely down the drain in a short time. Prior to beginning work, he gave me an estimate of the costs and, afterwards, educated me on what had caused the problem and how to avoid a future recurrence. The plumber completed two replacements one for my utility tub faucet and garbage disposal.I was scheduled for 2/24/18 and received service that day timely and professionally. The plumber Dal- #2570 was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me how to do prevent maintanance. The total time that both jobs was completed 2.5 hours which was clean and to the point. I am so happy I chose Roto-Rooter.

Two responsible plumbers, Ram and Zai, worked as a team to identify the problem of incorrectly connected pipes in an updated bathroom of an older home. Together these plumbers effectively evaluated the problem, explored possible solutions and chose the most efficient and effective approach to fix the pipes. The job involved cutting the drywall and pipes to change the route and correctly reconnecting the pipes. These two men were professional, kind and neat as they completed the work and rechecked for leakage. I highly recommend these plumbers and the company.

We called Roto Rooter to fix a back up. We had 3 technicians come out and claimed they cleared our blockage. They didn’t. It kept happening even after they assured us it was cleared and fixed. It wasn’t until Purcell Edwards came out and took the time to locate the problem. He was amazing. He spent time with us to be sure we understood the problem and then offered solutions. He was timely and professional.

Joshua came out for what we thought was a drain issue. After he examined the area, found that the drain was ok and spent time checking all other possibilities for the water, both inside and outside. We could not explain why the water was on the floor but it was not for lack of trying.

Great emergency service had someone out in an hour and fixed my problem leaking pressure relief valve and installing some new pipe to make it all work, even gave me an awesome hook up on my service.

Roto-rooter responded quickly to my issue. They had all my information in moments and Dal #2570 was at my house within just a couple hours of my call on a Saturday night. Robert (895) came out quickly on a Sunday to clear a blocked drain in our KSL. Although he wasn't able to clear the drain, he did everything he could with the equipment he had on hand and made multiple calls to get us in touch with the appropriate technician to investigate further. I called Roto-Rooter for a hot water heater service. I spoke to the attendant and was informed the technician would arrive between 5:30 and 9:30pm. I received an verification email of my service. Almost immediately, I received a call from Joshua Boone, Service Technican #5765, about the service charge and that he would be driving from Baltimore. Joshua arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Joshua was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the repair. I asked questions and he answerd them all without hesitation. After the repair, Joshua stayed and verified that the water got hot. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone that has an issue with their hot water heater. I will inform my neighbors to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Joshua if they ever have any issues with their hot water heater.

We thought that our water heater had some sort of malfunction and called them the night something was going wrong. They weren't able to get here until the next morning, and outside circumstances made the entire process fairly inconvenient. However, Khiangte was able to properly assess the situation and find that the real issue wasn't so dire and was able to fix it in the same visit, which does go a long way compared to other services that would charge for the inspection and then the next visits. Overall the service was efficient and Khiangte let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Very happy to have his help.

We have a gate valve in our basement that turns the water on and off to a hose faucet in the backyard, with a copper line running between the two beneath the unheated sunroom. The gate valve broke, causing it not to close all the way, which resulted in the line under the sunroom bursting just before the hose faucet with no way to stop it without turning off the main since the gate valve wouldn't close all the way. This happened on Saturday morning, so they got a plumber out to us on an emergency call within about 3 hours, I walked him through the situation, and asked him just to replace the gate valve so we could at least stop the leak for now and deal with the burst pipe later. He ends up quoting me a ridiculous 600 dollars, just to replace a simple valve. He refused to negotiate saying it was company policy, and we didn't have much other choice besides continuously turning the main on and off every time we needed it until we could get another plumber there, so we went ahead and had him just replace the valve. It took about an hour and a half to complete, and the total came to just over 599 dollars, 80 of which was for the new valve. These valves go for about 20 dollars at home depot, and they charged over 500 dollars for an hour and a half of labor. This was straight up highway robbery if you ask me. Over 300 dollars an hour in labor and a 400% markup on parts is absolutely outrageous. On top of all this, before he started work he kept trying to talk me into just fixing the burst pipe, and leaving the valve for later. Clearly he realized there would be a high chance of the same thing happening all over again if he were to take that approach and they'd get to charge a second time in the likelihood the pipe ended up bursting again, and I had to argue with him for a good 10 minutes just to get him to fix the valve that would ensure the problem wouldn't return. I would highly recommend finding someone else and know I will never be using them again.

Hillel and his clean-up team did a fantastic job! He and his team came out to the house the evening before the July 4th holiday, worked late into the night, came back on the holiday, then finished up on a Sunday. A sewer drain overflowed ruining many personal possessions and leaving the basement crawl space in an unhealthy state. After remediation, the moisture levels were low, the damaged property had been removed, and the area cleaned and treated for mold. Hillel even helped with the insurance claim. The team was always helpful, professional, and polite. A nightmare turned completely around!

Rohming, the plumber did an excellent job for us on a very short notice. We needed our kitchen sink garbage disposal unit replaced and a new water filter faucet installed. He explained how he will approach the job as we had a very small under sink area opening. He ensured that the new plumbing work allowed a good access to the area and opened up new area for storage. He cleaned up the area after he was done and tested the whole installation to our satisfaction. He did tell me that he has been with the company for over 10 years and took pride in his work and the company. When we asked about the warranty about the work, he explained the warranty period and assured that his install will not require any post install call or would not have any problem. I also thank Roto Rooter to quickly find Rohming for the same day service. I would definitely recommend Rohming and Roto Rooter for any plumbing job.

Mr. Purcell showed me where the water was coming back into my residence due to a short pipe from the sump pump. Then, he wrote a report for me to submit to the Water Company so that I would not have to pay an outrageous water bill. I was very appreciative of the level of service that he provided.

Once I realized I had a sewer backup, I called Roto Rooter and the Technician, James Lian, was there within an hour. He accessed the sewer line, snaked it, discovered the clog and thoroughly cleaned the line to the street. Soup to nuts in under 2 hrs. Terrific job!

So I know this might sound odd, but I was so relieved that I didn’t have to ask Kam to take his shoes off because he came in with shoe covers. He was extremely professional, came earlier than I expected (which was great) and did a great job of telling me what was wrong and gave me great suggestions for managing and caring for my pipes. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I’m definitely referring him to all the folks I know—apparently some plumbers don’t do condos. Go figure! Kam was fantastic!

A major pipe burst in the unit above our condo. It damaged the majority of our property. Long story short, we had a bad experience with another contractor which delayed work. Four months later, we are doing extensive research to find a new contractor and we came across Roto Rooter's impressive reviews. We called about 6 companies and Roto Rooter came out on top.I spoke with Jason Nelson who came to our unit immediately after I placed the call. Not only was he knowledgeable about flood damage and the rebuild process, but his extensive knowledge and experience working with insurance companies lifted a heavy burden in this entire process. Mr. Nelson started the process of putting our home back together as soon as we got off the phone. Given the lag from the other company, we were surprised at how quickly he got things moving. He has made himself available whenever we have a question or concern and has been willing to help us with every aspect of having our home rebuilt. He also checks in frequently to make sure that things are moving along. This has been a relief to our family given this chaotic and stressful situation.

Kristina (6067) visited my home on 7/6/2019. She arrived several hours earlier than expected based on my initial phone conversation with a different Roto Rooter representative. However, I received a text message in advance so I learned about the ETA prior to the actual arrival time. Kristina quickly identified the root cause of the problem (i.e., a malfunctioning vacuum breaker). She also educated me on what to do to prevent pipes from bursting during the cold season. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time locating the specific vacuum breaker that I need at both Lowes and Home Depot but at least I did not have to pay for services not needed because of Kristina's professionalism and honesty. For that reason, consider me a repeat customer as needed in the future.- Lionel

I ordered 2 2pound containers of Root destroyer. I was notified by phone when they would be delivered and details on payment. The product arrived on time and the delivery driver was [prompt and polite. My only minor comment is the containers were smudged and the print on them unreadable. Having used the product several times before, this was not an issue for me. However, it would be a problem for someone using it for the first time.

On December 19, 2022, my home experienced a major plumbing problem. My basement bathroom flooded, and I had no idea what to do next. I called Roto Rooter and they were able to assist me immediately. The representative was so attentive and scheduled my service right away. Larry Patterson was the technician and professional expert who answered the service call to my home. He was very respectful, personable, professional and knowledgeable; He answered all of my questions and made me understand anything that I was unsure of. He was able to advise me of the best possible action in response to my problem. I was deeply impressed by his intellect and his professionalism. After cleaning out my plumbing and making sure that the problem was resolved, he was able to provide me with the best advice about sewage cleanup and restoration to my basement. He coordinated Cynthia to look over the damage to my basement at a time convenient for me. Cynthia was incredibly professional, and she made me understand my options. She walked me through the whole process of restoration. She was able to schedule everything in the same the day. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. The pricing was affordable, and I am very happy with this service. I plan to utilize them for all of my plumbing needs.

Khiangte and Thomas did a great job with figuring out and explaining what was causing my master bath tub to leak and fixing the drain problem with my master bath sink. Khiangte gave me an initial estimated cost for the repairs I need and it was pretty close the final amount. They explained exactly what repairs they were going to do today. They left my home as clean as it was when they walked in the door. Also, Roto Rooter called me to let me know they would be arriving at my home between 30 to 45 minutes and Khiangte and Thomas should up in that time. Very good service!

Khiangte was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to fix a gas leak that another company had indicated was present on a pipe in our basement. He tested it and actually determined there was no gas leak (not sure what that other company was saying) and thus no additional work was required. As a result they only charged me a greatly reduced trip fee which I was happy to pay just for the piece of mind.

We had a quick same day service provided by #1503 he went over our options of what we can do to fix the solution. He was pleasant and efficient. We most definitely use their services again.

Quick professional and got the job done. Josh and Gino came out within an hour of my initial call to Roto for a clogged drain, on a Sunday no less! Our sink was clogged on Easter Sunday. The technician came out and was upfront with the prices. He said it was the same price even though it was a Sunday and holiday and I hope that was true. I can’t believe this place has such good reviews.We have had a problem with our toilet backing up and not flushing properly. I don’t know anything about plumbing but it seemed like it shouldn’t be too complicated. I put in a call Saturday at around 11:30 am, the plumber arrived probably about an hour later and everything seemed great. Then he tried to upsell us on everything, and ended up charging $600 which was several times more than I expected to pay. Whatever, toilet’s fixed so that’s the important thing.Except that now the other toilet is suddenly having the same problem, when it was perfectly fine before. So I call again the next day, a little irritated at paying $600 for my problem to be redirected. The operators are incredibly rude to me but tell me they’ll send someone out within two hours, probably less. 2 hours later I receive a text saying they’re on their way, and over an hour later they are still not here. I call again, the operator is EXTREMELY rude to me, and I’m told they’re not far away (on a street I’ve never heard of). So far 15 minutes later there’s no sign of them.At this point, even if they do arrive and fix anything, I’ve wasted my entire weekend sitting here waiting around. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.EDIT: Our plumber arrived (90 minutes after the text saying he was on his way) but once he got here, he was great. Fixed our issue in 15 minutes with no charge. Updated to 2 stars.

We had a plugged kitchen drain and my wife called Rotorooter. She never asked what it would cost to snake the drain. They came out the same day and the technician was very nice and snaked the drain and unplugged it. (My son had tried to use our snake but couldn't get through.) I am very satisfied with the service, but it seemed that the price was awful high for 20 minutes worth of work. I would recomend comparing prices first. They may be competitive with other plumbers, but seemed expensive to me, but we didn't compare.

I called Roto Rooter on Thursday and got a same day appointment. When they arrived the two guys talked me through the estimate and talked to me about every step they were taking to fix my kitchin sink. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has plumbing and drain issues.

Joseph 5423 came out today to install a new washing machine drain pan. He was very quick and did exactly what we needed done for a very fair price. He also showed up less than an hour after calling! Overall, great experience, would recommend.

Van Tech #3628 arrived at the time that was told by the office and before he started working he explained what he thought the problem was. He quoted us a price and he then started his repairs. After checking to see if he had the parts for the repair he made the necessary repairs and then proceeded to check the toilet over to make sure everything else was ok. He made a few ajustments to help with the toilet while waiting to see if the repairs that he made to the inside of the toilet fixed our problem which it did he then made one last adjustment to the toilet and then he was done. Van was very friendly, helpful and very good at what he was doing. He also gave us another price for a job that we needed done on a shower drain which we will address whenever we decide on taking care of this problem. All in all Roto Rooter gave us a start window which they met and the job was completed in a timely manner. We used your water restoration services but I’m still waiting for an itemized bill. No one will give me a bill showing the work that was done and the charges. Why did I receive a letter first out of North Carolina just a few days after the work was completed with a grand total? I have contacted your company back by phone and email and still I have not been sent an itemized bill for the work that was completed. Why did I now receive a bill from your Chicago Office? Buyer Beware!We had a leaky appliance and called them up. They came promptly, however you should know their website says free estimates, but the tech that came gave us the estimate of 400 dollars just to DIAGNOSE the issue. He just stood there, looked at it and said it'd be 400 dollars just to LOOK at what the problem MIGHT be. Then he said if the problem is what he thinks it is, it'll be another 1600 on top of that. He didn't even touch anything just walked in and said 400...yeah i'll be going other places. We eventually found out the issue and fixed it ourselves for free. Go somewhere else or try to fix it yourself.I gave them 2 stars because they did manage a quick response

I called roto-rooter last night at 11 because of plumbing issue in the bathtub ( could NOT stop hot water and could NOT find main water shut off valve...)and in the middle of night at 2 am, L.P. (#2158) came to my house to stop hot water and came back again 10am to fix the tub faucet!!so thankful and greatful !!!

The service rep, Daniel, was prompt and informative. He examined my hot water heater and determined it was a simple temperature adjustment that I could've done myself (doh). There was no charge for the visit, which I appreciated as they could've charged a flat fee just for visiting the house. I also used Roto-Rooter a few weeks ago to unclog a basement drain and was satisfied with their service then as well.

Called Roto at 12 midnight on a Friday after discovering a toilet tank leakage problem that required me to shut off the water supply entirely. So it was a serious problem. Roto's website says 24/7. Usually this means you get an answering service and the run-around to get to an actual plumber. Megan answered right away and was great (pleasant and empathetic), understood the issue and my anxiety, and got me scheduled for 10am the next day, Saturday. Oh my that's good. Then Sam came out, assessed the issue, clearly discussed the options to either repair or replace the 25-year old toilet, and shared the pros and cons for both. Hey, don't judge, lol. 2 hours or so later, I was ecstatic to have a new, water efficient toilet professionally and beautifully installed!! I called the 800 number to inquire about the cost of the service I was in need of and the customer service agent was a delight to chat with as she explained to me how the service works and to my surprise there was not a service charge for someone to come out and asses my problem and that was great! She scheduled me for a same day service call. The service technician Aldalberto arrived within an hour and exhibited complete professionalism. He assessed my water heater problem and told me it could repaired. He prepared a quote that was to my complete satisfaction. His attitude was impeccable and that to me was the kind of service I was not expecting because my past experiences with repair technicians had led me to believe that all service technicians have the same and I quote I'm just here to do a job attitude. Well today we finally received someone that seemed to know what he was doing !!!!! Roto-Rooter was just here on Thursday the 29th of Sept to fix our problem for the 5th time!!! Alex was here on the 29th of Sept 2022 and said it was hair that caused the back up. This was a bold face lie as we knew it was tree roots clogging it up. He was here for 3 hours and wasted our time and money !! Today Oct 3rd I had to call again for the exact same problem, however we finally received a technician that was able to get the snake with two cutter blades down into the line ( the last 5 guys could not get the double bladed snake in and told us it was a wipe that got flushed which is untrue cause we don’t use wipes in our household ) Todays technician Daniel (8118), was wonderful, not only did he fix it, after the fix he ran a 77 to 83 foot snake to where our line connects with the county line. Again this was our 6th service call with Roto-Rooter and OUR TROUBLES DID NOT GO “ DOWN THE DRAIN “ until today Oct 3!!!! 🪠🪠🪠.Thanks again Daniel #8118 !! Also if they come the first time and have to comeBack within 6 mos you are NOT CHARGED A FEE AGAIN. They also have 75.00 off coupons that you can use to cut down the costs. Daniel arrived very quickly and was efficient and professional. Thanks again Daniel ! I also noticed on my other receipts I could not read the names of the technicians and Daniel was the only one that left his employee # for us to see .

I had 3 different plumbing companies none of them could locate the problem! I was livid, I woke up determined to find a knowledgeable plumbing company that wasn't trying to drain my bank account. I called Rotor Rooter and the customer service was so good, I thought I was at Chick-fil-a. The young lady said that someone would be at my house within an hour, and certainly my door bell was ringing within an hour!! Let me tell you that my technician came armed with knowledge and ready to work. He fixed a problem that THREE other companies couldn't locate. I don't care how big or small the problem is, I strongly recommend that everyone save themselves some time and money and call Roto-rooter and ask for tech # 20 1547. My technician pointed out another issue that would eventually become a major issue down the road. I took his advice and had that repaired too. PREVENTATIVE water maintenance...what more could you ask for? Zo I can't thank you enough for your outstanding customer service, your extensive knowledge, patience and professionalism.

Easy to schedule and reschedule appointment. They come and tell u the estimate without any charge. The plumber Joseph was great. He takes time to explain what is going on and he work so hard till I was 100% satiated with his work. Just outstanding!

The plumber was here within an hour of calling and after some trial and error, figured out where our clogs were. The job was costly, but if you call a plumber, you should expect that. Chal knew what he was doing though and got it cleared.

Kam was the technician who was assigned. He was excellent explaining things to me and got the job done in good time. He recommended another repair and I’m going to request that he is the person who is assigned. I like that the business didn’t make me wait days to schedule. They called in the am to confirm and the tech was on time. I would recommend them if you need a plumber. It was a messy job and he did it well!

Joseph (#5423) was very professional and knowledgeable about this old house and its cast iron pipes. To our great relief he succeeded in opening the shower drain, and he cleaned the floor, restoring our use of the master bathroom, all on the day after Christmas!

I had woken to a Sunday Morning nightmare of a downstairs toilet flooding my hallway and living room hardwood floors and carpets with raw sewage and feces; even after turning the water off it kept coming, using and ruining all the towels I had and could find to contain it. Luckily called Roto Rooter and Josue Tech Number 3607 came to the rescue. He was extremely and with out a doubt a man of great work ethic, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge for his profession. Josue explained everything that he was doing and what the options were in lament terms but in enough detail, so I could make an informed decision. I would go with this company again for sure and will always request Josue from here on out!

I have used Roto Rooter once before. They are knowledgeable, professional, and speedy (in both setting an appointment and performing the work). They are about middle of the pack when it comes to pricing (which is still kinda high), but you get what you pay for! Overall a good experience.

Called this morning and a technician was dispatched to my home today. As I waiting the manager called and explained that the original technician that was supposed to come out had some van trouble and stated he will be sending someone else within the hour. Brian #742 arrived within the scheduled hour and look into our situation. Needless to say I had to get it replaced but I was overall satisfied with the service. Brian explained the cause of the sump pump failure and what needed to be done. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I have used this company before five years ago for the same problem. I wasn't hesitant to call them again. Prompt and satisfactory service. Thank you for keeping my home from flooding.
