Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

Had been having a bad smell when running the washing machine. The smell became horrendous on a Sunday. I called 4 other plumbing services only to receive a callback from 2. Benjamin Franklin being on the quick draw!
Todd Houston was great in the phone. He listened to our issue and assured us we were in good hands and was able to accommodate our work schedule without any hesitation.
David Laboskie was our appointed technician. He took the service to the next level! Showed up on time and was ready to jump right in. He was honest, up front, and used absolutely no scare tactics! He spent the time with us and genuinely listened to everything we said, answered every single question we had and really made us feel better about our situation. We were left with options to help remedy our situation without feeling like we were being pushed into a corner.

If I could give this company and David, the plumber that came out to install my water heater, 10 stars I would. These days it’s hard to find good/great customer service, and from start to finish this was a wonderful experience, given I had to replace my water heater, on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, sympathized with my emergency. They arrived at my home in a matter of a few hours, and finished the job in an efficient way. David explained everything, did not leave a mess behind. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation more than tolerable.!
David is a hero. Replaces my broken drain valve in my hot water heater. Swapped it out Hot' and avoided a 40 gallon flood in my basement. Went above and beyond. Super professional . 6 out of 5 stars!

David was on time and professional. No repairs were done since it was an electrical issue, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with an estimate for other plumbing work I needed.
Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! I made an appt online for Monday, but got a call on Sunday afternoon asking if I’d like them to come early! EARLY!!!! Autumn in Customer Service was delightful to speak with scheduling my appointment. David sent me a text when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. David investigated why I didn't have water. He did his diagnostic checks inside and outside at my well. He explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out I needed a new water pump. David was very professional, articulate and knowledgeable about his craft. Some technicians you can't wait for them to get out of your house, I didn't feel that way today. It was a pleasure to have him work on my plumbing issue. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone with a plumbing problem.

I HIRED THEM TO REPLACE MY KITCHEN FAUCET FROM KRAUS, THAT HAD ALL THE PARTS PRE-INSTALLED. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND CHARGED ME $518 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE FAUCET!!! I AM DISABLED AND WHEN I REALIZED HOW MUCH THEY HAD CHARGED ME I WAS SHOCKED!!!

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
David and John were at my neighbors fixing her toilet when I asked them if they come over and work for me right away. They gave me an estimate and called in to see if they did not have another job right away, which they did not. Both were friendly and very polite. David was teaching the business to John. David was very knowledgeable and explained all my questions. Really glad they were able to fix my potential leaking problems right away. Thanks again Guys.

I've used Ben Franklin a couple times and have had Israel as the plumber each time. He's prompt {called at 8;30 am and he was here an hour later] ,professional and efficient. Prices do seem high ,but they tell you what it will cost upfront so it won't be a complete shock.To date they have replaced a shower cartridge,fixed leaky pipes and replaced a sump pump
