Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing responded quickly to our situation. Even on the holiday they were the only company to offer a fix that day. Specifically our plumber was David. He was prompt, professional, and happy to indulge my questions throughout the process. We hope to not need David's expertise again but if needed he will be our first call.

David was on time and professional. No repairs were done since it was an electrical issue, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with an estimate for other plumbing work I needed.

Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

They assessed the problem and then got right to it and cleaned out the clog. They where very polite the entire time and cleaned everything up after they where done.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! In fact, he fixed it so quickly that there was no charge. Now that’s a company i can count on in the future. Outstanding work by BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING!

These guys were amazing! I requested help on a Saturday, when my hot water heater started leaking. I made an appt online for Monday, but got a call on Sunday afternoon asking if I’d like them to come early! EARLY!!!! Dave showed up and we came up with a great plan to get my hot water heater replaced — 2 hours later, we were back in business! Fantastic!!!

I HIRED THEM TO REPLACE MY KITCHEN FAUCET FROM KRAUS, THAT HAD ALL THE PARTS PRE-INSTALLED. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND CHARGED ME $518 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE FAUCET!!! I AM DISABLED AND WHEN I REALIZED HOW MUCH THEY HAD CHARGED ME I WAS SHOCKED!!!

Our outdoor faucets were leaking and needed valve replacement and other issues that come with age...we needed an overhaul.. David was very courteous and completed his work with confidence. He left our home/work area very clean. We are truly happy plus the work is backed by a service guarantee!

Had 2 outside hose faucets and one under sink shut off valve replaced since they were 36 years old and needed replacing.
David and John were at my neighbors fixing her toilet when I asked them if they come over and work for me right away. They gave me an estimate and called in to see if they did not have another job right away, which they did not. Both were friendly and very polite. David was teaching the business to John. I've used Ben Franklin a couple times and have had Israel as the plumber each time. He's prompt {called at 8;30 am and he was here an hour later] ,professional and efficient. Prices do seem high ,but they tell you what it will cost upfront so it won't be a complete shock.To date they have replaced a shower cartridge,fixed leaky pipes and replaced a sump pump
