We have utilized Supreme Air for over two years and have received SUPERIOR services since. Yesterday we had issues with two a/c & heating units. Supreme dispatched Yonas Mengesha who arrived well before the scheduled time-frame. Yonas was gracious, knowledgeable and experienced. Once the guy arrived the service was fine but...Well, the scheduling department has issues. I received an email saying my appointment was between 8 and noon. When I called at around 10am for an update I was told my appointment was scheduled for afternoon session between 2 and 6 pm. Then they called me back and said there was a cancellation and the guy would be at my house at around 11:30 or 12. Well The service guy arrived at 3pm and said he knew nothing about earlier appointment time. I feel they are a quality company but I cannot give more than 3 stars based on this unsatisfactory experience.

Original installation leaves a lot to be desired. first the filter box was poorly fitted, resulting in a refit months later, or the filter door would not close. The safety switch gadget was protruding out and as a result, now has tripped and the safety unit now has to be replaced, an unnecessary expensive charge.

My air duct was leaking a LOT of water due to a clogged pipe in my HVAC. I called at 11 PM at night and was able to get a representative on the phone who scheduled me for the next day. My technician was Westly and he did an incredible job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He put in the extra time to do the job right rather than just put a band aid on the problem. I am very satisfied with the level or service.

One of your drivers got in the lane next to me, on the right (the lane clearly marked to go straight) at a red light. The light turned green and he made a left hand turn, from the right of me, cutting me off while making an illegal move. When Supreme Air & Plumbing first installed our HVAC, hot water heater, and water filtration system, my wife and I couldn't be happier. You can see my initial review below. But once that install was complete, the company disappeared on us. While they've tried to make amends since, I recommend steering clear of Supreme Air & Plumbing.

After the install, the company never gave us the paperwork that described the systems they installed, meaning that when the filter in our new water filtration system was full, we had no idea what type of filter to buy to replace it. The company also had no record of the two-year service agreement Phil Harich had sold us with the systems. Once those systems were installed, he was unreachable. I called the company several times over the course of two months to get answers, and was lied to each time. The managers are talking about your account RIGHT NOW. I'll call you back later today. No call back, and the same line next time. We had to bypass our water filtration system, as the filter became too full for the system to work.

After two months, I reached out again and someone finally located the part number for the filter. No record was found of our two-year service agreement, and when the company contacted him, Phil Harich did not stand by what he had sold us. The company provided us with a one-year service agreement, which is great, but not what we bought. I have no complaints about the work Supreme Air did or the systems they sold us. But the customer service was so bad I couldn't believe it was actually happening, and it ended up making one of those systems unusable for several weeks.

Supreme Air & Plumbing was wonderful. My wife and I bought a hot water heater and an HVAC system complete with an air purifier from them. I can't say enough about Phil Harich, who sat down and walked us through our options. He took care of us throughout, answering any questions we had along the way and even stopping in during the install. When he first came to the house to look over everything, he put together the proposal right there. We never felt like we were dealing with a sales guy. He helped us pick out options that worked for us. And both the HVAC and the hot water heater install teams were great. Every single person who came to our home was kind and courteous, and happy to answer all of our questions. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

This company is GREAT! So they arrived within 1 hour of my call and I received a text and email of who my tech will be with a picture so I know who will be knocking at my door. The tech was very friendly and respectful of my home.

He diagnosed the issue and it appeared we needed a new blower motor. Of course this happened the day before the coldest days ever. They located a new motor , went to get the part, and returned to install .

Everyone I spoke with from the owner, tech, and office secretary were super friendly and helpful. Love this company and thank you for keeping my family safe, warm, and comfortable during the polar vortex!

Depending on when you call (day time vs night time and late in the week vs early in the week) you will get completely different customer service. During the day, you get a friendly voice that wants to help and usually gets you a technician by the next day. At night, good luck and you had better call back in the morning because the message will most likely not make it to the tech. I enjoyed the company when it was Supreme Air. Then they did a restructuring according to their employees (who all share in the same sentiment), the company changed a lot when it became Supreme Service. The home town feel is gone. However, the secretaries and the technicians are still top notch.

Things to know about Geothermal Residential. Although the concept is great, the cost of maintenance and repairs (as long as you have the service agreement) do not make the cost of ownership worth the savings in your energy bill. If you don't have the service agreement, the cost of ownership is WAY more than what you would have paid for a normal heat pump and general HVAC unit. I've had mine now for nearly a decade and have had buyers remorse for most of it.

Lastly, pay attention to the repair work. It will strongly depend on the individual.

Supreme has done work for both me and my son. They installed three geothermal water furnaces and tankless water heater at my son's house, and a hot water circulating system for me and my son. They also made repairs for my geothermal system left needed by the original installer, and do all our preventive maintenance as well as my son's. Quality and service has been excellent.

They engineered and installed energy management software on our geothermal systems accessed by iPad / iPhone for control of all our Geothermal units. Using it we were both able to avoid using Auxilliary heat all winter. I heated a 2000 SF house last winter for just $220. My son replaced his oil hot water heating system which used $6-10,000/year with Supreme's geothermal, using just $1300 last winter in a 4000 SF house.

Took three stars away due to it being almost a year since my installation and I have yet to have a gas inspection that has been continually delayed. Also they never obtained building permits, even though it's in the contract, and have been terribly unresponsive in solving this. Installation was fine and follow up was good, but make sure any permitting is done correctly.

Simply the most phenomenal customer service I have ever had. Over the coldest and most bitter temps of January, the technician (Derrick) who arrived ...after dark set in....icy cold....snowing....to my mobile home exhausted every Avenue to find the answer to my problem of no water, and then no hot water, and then where the f@*k is the water tank..... what a fiasco. He was dedicated to solving all the issues crawling under the trailer, in and out of the trailer and into every space. Phenomenal job! And all of that at the end of the day after he has already spent the whole day on several other calls....and 31 straight days with no day off! (We got to chatting, that's how I know). CHECK the work they are doing and do not assume Supreme Air or ANY service company is perfect. Someone needs do check up and watch for shortcuts. Working with Supreme Service Today has been a positive experience. From the initial consultation for the estimate to the end of installation, everyone that I interacted with behaved as true professionals of their trade. Sean did a great job of answering my many questions, exploring options for service, planning for the future and was a great communicator prior to the start of the job. Saber and Santos were both excellent in the installation process. They answered my many questions as I observed the whole process of the two of them removing my old units and installing brand new heating/cooling units and relocating my thermostat. I told them what I needed done when I initially called. Tech went out and said he needed to talk to his manager if they could do what I requested. Didn't hear back for 2 days and had to call numerous times to get an answer. They couldn't repair my AC.

Lady on the phone was really rude and acted like she was doing me a favor not charging me the diagnostic fee. I would never pay this fee!! Waste of time garbage company.

Updated: My original review was a little mixed. I have updated the review as I received an explanation on why follow up didn’t occur.

The technician that came out to my house was very nice. I received a follow up call on the same day and was told that they would follow up with me on Monday. Unfortunately due to an emergency I didn’t receive the follow up call. I ended up using the services of another company. However I just received a follow up call with explanation. We were given a three hour arrival window. We had to call them back an hour and a half past the show time before finally canceling. If customer time is not important than neither is our business.

We recommend providing realistic service windows for better scheduling. Also, have a means to centrally verify a service call had been met.

Yonas came out at the end of what was a 10+ hour shift on the hottest day of the year to help me diagnose my failed AC. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to obtain competitive quotes for three different solutions to my problem (part replacement vs furnace replacement vs full furnace-AC replacement) within a few hours of the visit.

Amazing Service! I was completely satisfied! I saw the Facebook page that advertised your plumbing and air conditioning services and I e-mailed the same day. I received polite customer service quick and easy scheduling and they showed up on time. My licensed plumber name was Mr. Paul L.. He wore a mask which was complying to the CDC face covering recommendations and extremely knowledgeable. I learned more today from him than the other two companies that came out to our home previous.He finished the job quick. Pricing was great if not lower than most plumber companies but service was great! He left my bathroom clean and taking care of our major need. Full disclosure: I’m not reviewing the technical work of this company. I’m moreso reviewing their billing practices. The business as a whole seems quite dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL.

I called to have supreme assess the HVAC system 7 months ago. They charged a $99 fee UPFRONT to diagnose the problem. The technician arrived, wasted my time, failed to diagnose the actual problem, wouldn’t give any explanation of the issues, but the technician INSISTED I pay the rather expensive estimate for further work. I declined to move forward with their services since I didn’t have a good experience. I ended up using a more reputable service recommended by a friend.

For the following weeks, Supreme would call incessantly asking to schedule the work to be done, to which I declined every time.

7 (SEVEN) months later, I wake up to a credit card alert for almost $600 from supreme!!! I was so worried because I didn’t recognize the charge nor had I authorized any contractor work. I feared my credit card was compromised and was a victim of fraud.

I quickly disputed the charge, locked my credit card, reported it to the authorities and requested a change of all accounts.

Only to later troubleshoot the issue and find that Supreme charged me for the 7-month old estimate that I declined!

I was LIVID. They admitted that it was an ‘ERROR’ and would process a refund. I insisted they admit the ‘ERROR’ IN WRITING -since I already reported the charge as fraud.

1. Why did Supreme retain my billing information? Even though I already paid the upfront diagnostic fee and had no further business with them.
2. How could they process a charge that I did not authorize?
3. Why wasn’t I notified immediately once the ‘error’ was identified?
4. Who is liable for the damages for their unlawful business practices?

My technician, Antonio, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with his tune-up and I would happily have him do work for me in the future. There was one hiccup regarding the price change between my quote on July 10th and the billing at the time of service on July 14th. This was quickly resolved when Antonio called the office. My only recommendation would be to prepay for your service if you want to ensure that you get the price quoted without any bumps.

So impressed with Supreme Air! My heat failed during the holidays - horrible timing. Phil made time to come out same-day and assess the issue, competitively priced a new system, and even gave me space heaters to use in the interim. **Here I am updating my review because it seems to be the only thing that gets this company’s attention. The lack of communication by this company is absolutely mind blowing horrible is an understatement. My A/C that is supposed to be brand new has broken now three time two years in a row. The tech that came to my home over a month ago claimed that it was our fault because the filter was dirty even though we had just changed the filter. But I went with it paid my hard earned money to get it fixed and also signed up for the premium service. Not even a week later the A/C broke again. They sent a new tech out who said that it was not our fault and that the previous tech didn’t know what he was doing. Now I am currently waiting weeks to get my a/c fixed. Called so many times without even the courtesy of a call back for me to call back and then tell me that they can’t find the part. Oh and to top it off tell me that they don’t know when I can speak to a customer service manager Alex because he’s in training even though I’ve called multiple times just ridiculous DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ***This company is absolutely horrible if I could give zero stars I would. First they never answer the phone or call back. I paid thousands of dollars to get the inside and outside units replaced and every summer since it has not worked. I have currently been on hold for two hours because my ac is not working yet again for a second year in a row. Don’t waste your money with this business they will disappoint!!! Will be contacting Better Business Bureau on this company!

Dealing with HVAC and plumbing issues is difficult. Especially with companies that don't show up or bill you for a job they screwed up. Managing properties, I've dealt with quite a few!

I found Supreme to be not only very knowledgeable but very courteous and friendly. The after hours service, office staff and technicians all were very pleasant to work with.

They were supposed to do a check and flush of our water heater. They sent an inexperienced tech out that broke the valve on our water heater and caused it to leak.
There response to me was; It is old. I told them, It was old when you got here, however it was not leaking at all.
They offered to sell me a water heater for an high price, which is consistent with their over priced services.
They never followed up with me and I am considering legal action to seek remedy for the damage done to our water heater.
I will never use this company again.

Yesterday 6/4/22, my service technician was Gyan. He arrived promptly and got right to work after first taking time to listen to my description of the problem and then performing a thorough test on the unit. I was impressed by his knowledge and confidence to correct several issues on the ac unit. The job was complicated and took quite a while to complete. I pretty much wasted my time calling Supreme air for a plumber to come out. I had air in my Plumbing lines and wanted work done. The plumber they sent to my house didn't want to do anything but try to sell me a new hot water heater and change the copper pipes dim the basement from 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. Today I called a different plumbing company they came out and cleared the air out of the lines and now I have hot water again. Supreme are just want to show up and collect $60 and do nothing.

Sean was amazing! We was very thorough. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Provided me pictures of the inside of my HVAC unit and provided his professional opinion. Had geothermal installed for my new house I was building in 2016. We worked with owner Denny throughout the whole process. We've been very happy with how everything has turned out. The house temperature stays very consistent and our electric bill is cheaper than at our old house which was significantly smaller. We had no problems receiving all the tax credits and refunds. Their customer service is superb. Just had the spring Maintenance done and the tech was very professional. I would highly recommend Supreme Air to anyone who may be thinking of going green and installing geothermal in their home.

I do not recommend this company, the prices are very high and when you are going to have an appointment for them to come see your unit, they make the appointment and they call you back an hour to cancel and the lady who calls you is very repulsive. also do not try to subscribe with them they charge you 200 dollars a year and with all that when the technician comes to your house , they charge you 99 dollars more so that the technician goes to see the problem . Believe me, there are better companies than this one and with better prices.

5 stars again, today I woke up to a pretty bad leak under my sink, I called Supreme Service and they sent Paul Lee out immediately. He was diligent and thorough. I could not for the life of me find this leak. Paul looked moved 1 pipe found that the old PVC wasn't connected correctly, T wasn't glued and had a crack, He was able to resolve my issues quickly and neatly.

I am honestly not sure what this team of folks aren't great at. From the folks that answer the phone always courteous and professional, they ask all the right questions and get the what seems to be the right techs for the right job out to the sites. So thanks to all of you at Supreme, you will be my first phone call when I go to put the New HVAC and tankless water heater in!

Got a tech out same day to fix a misbehaving thermostat. He called to confirm and then showed up right on time. He accurately diagnosed the problem, which was a software setting instead of the miswiring I suspected, and fixed it right away. Very courteous and considerate. A good experience.

Great service knowledgeable techs fair prices and really great communication. I have used them 2 years in a row both,for spring,and fall preparation/service and they do such a great job. They are meticulous and typically find minor things that can either improve function of my unit or prevent future repairs. Spend a little today and it will prevent this major expense down the road. And never in a pushy sales way. It's usually like hey I noticed this or that, I can send you a follow up email with information and pricing let us know if you'd like us to handle it etc. I will continue to use them. They often have great specials on their website too!

Geothermal unit had a lo press fault light. Youssef and helper quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor capacitor which prevented the compressor from operating. Youssef was able to explain the fault and operation of a geothermal system in straightforward terms. They had the part on the truck and replaced it in a few minutes. Both service techs were professional, very polite, wore shoe covers while in the house, and checked out operation of the system after repair. Nice job!

After working with Karen and Marc we got our warranty water heater swap from Bradford White/ Geospring. They make it extremely difficult to get a water heater under warranty. I spent hours with B-W on the phone to make this happen.
Thanks to Marc for the installation, from dealing with an awful distributor (Northeastern) and Bradford White warranty Dept. Jerks who job is to keep you from getting a replacement for an obviously defective design.

The checklist of service items to review is exhaustive and designed to keep my Hvac system in prime operating condition. The technician was personable, knowledgible and friendly. Great service by the crews at Supreme. Have had both my AC & Furnace replaced by them. The only downside I did not appreciate was each time they came to my house, the up-sell was very aggressive. Notably the last time, a doomsday scenario is presented about your system and they push so hard for their maintenance program. That if I went with their maintenance program (on my new unit), that the consultation fee associated with their initial site visit would be waived, and then the numbers attached to the visit were inconsistent, not readily available and wavered depending on your commitment. Again, the service has been excellent and the technicians very respectful of my home but be cognizant of the price and options you have before committing to a new unit at their request.

Gyan came to troubleshoot a thermostat issue. Apparently it would not work with my humidifier. He was respectful and professional.He researched the issue and realized that the thermostat that was installed would not support the humidifier. He replaced the thermostat and tested the system before leaving. It worked correctly when he left.

Guys that are coming in for checks and estimates don’t know what they are doing. They seemed very confused and not confident. We had to tell them what to get checked or what estimates we needed. They didn’t suggest anything on their end. This people do not send you service emails after they leave. They left our HVAC system untaped after looking at it, did not tape it back. We had to do it our own. Company may be good but they sure don’t have good employees. Very disappointed. They were nice to cancel membership after I explained situation.

We got “supreme service today” to install a new Ac 3 years ago now. Every year since they have installed the new unit something has went wrong!! Takes days to get in contact with anyone and even longer for them to find out what the problem is! It’s going on two weeks and we still have no ac! We have a one year old and he can’t even sleep it’s so hot!’ They gave us portable units that don’t work! How can a brand new AC unit not work? We have asked them to replace the whole unit but they keep giving us the run around! The worst mistake we have made since being homeowners is going with these guys smh

Buyer beware as diagnostic check does not include a check of refrigerant levels. I am giving them one star for showing up otherwise it would be zero. Company was called for a diagnostic check of AC/geothermal is system was not cooling. Rep checked system found compresser not operating, told me I needed a part and recommended another part to lessen the immediate load when the compresser comes on. Total cost 613.00. Said system was working fine. Within a week (note there was a cool spell the ensuing week and therefore did not have to operate the AC), the system was not cooling. I called the company and informed of the situation and suggested that it may be due to low refrigerant. They came out and checked refrigerant, and it was determined to need it. I inquired as to why the refrigerant was not checked on the initial diagnostic check and was told that according to standards that is not done unless there is an indicator that the refrigerant is low or otherwise leaking. They also said checking refrigerant causes a loss of some of it. Bottom line, it should mandatory that at the very least the company inform the customer upfront what a diagnostic check does and does not include. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The technician fixed the problem and identified additional areas of concern suggesting additional repairs and possible replacement of the heating system.The only hiccup was that the service call was originally placed on a Sunday afternoon. I did not hear back from the company that day and had to follow up the next morning. Complicating this was that all this took place during heavy snowfall. I fully appreciate the difficulty of getting someone out on a weekend during while it's snowing heavily. It just would have been nice to hear back and know that it would be taken care of as soon as possible. Small hiccup. Otherwise everything was very good.

Very happy with my Supreme experience. I received frequent texts and updates to inform me of my 10am - 2pm service window and got an email with an id-style photo of my service tech which I thought was a nice touch for those concerned about their security. My one suggestion is that instead of a text to simply say the technician is on their way, an ETA would be more useful as I had no idea where the technician was coming from.

My technician, Yonas, arrived just a bit early and was very professional, even putting on those little blue booties to prevent tracking in dirt. He was very communicative about the problem with my AC unit and tracked down a replacement part a few minutes away when he didn't have it on his truck so that he could take care of my problem today instead of a lengthy wait for the part to come in.

I'd like to inform you of the level of work and service that Supreme Air, LLC provided to me. Please be sure to forward this to your superiors and the owners as I was thoroughly impressed!

For a bit of background I had just gone through a renovation of my kitchen and I was a bit anxious about going directly into another contractor adventure right away. Your team relieved all of my anxiety within 5 minutes of me coming home on the 1st day of installation and seeing it nearly completed.

First impression as I drive up to my house on day 1: there are three trucks from Supreme Air, LLC (wow that seems like a lot for such an average sized or even small job). I walked around my yard scattered with my old furnace, my old oil tank, some old duct work as well. Everyone on your team is working hard and greeted me professionally and welcoming as well. I see both outside units installed, all lines installed, furnace is installed and your lead tech (Reggie) informs me the AC will be fully functional prior to him leaving. Wow I just didn't expect that much!!! Near the end of day 1 I was informed AC is working (turn off my window units). I was also informed professionally to not judge current install as more work would be required the next day. Fair enough for me, the team far exceeded my expectations. As everyone leaves for the day the entire team spent time cleaning up and ensuring there was not trace of Supreme Air, LLC left on my property (except the shiny sticker on the side of the outside unit).

Day two wasn't much different. Upon coming home your team had completed all work, and spent extra time ensuring my wife's phone could communicate with our new thermostat. All items I wasn't to judge yesterday I investigated, and found everything neat, tidy, and completed above my expectations!

Just as a side note: both days were around 95*F and humid so miserable outside!!

Kudos to your team, your way of business and your customer service! Every small business should strive for your level of customer service! I thank you for a job well done!

Terrible company to do business with. They will literally rob you. Charged me almost $400 for a 20$ part on top of a $120 charge just to come out. They were at my place for 1/2 and hour. 1/2 an hour of work to replace a $20 dollar part and they charge me $520 dollars. I feel taken advantage of and will never do business with this company again. If I have to sit in a puddle of sweat all day and swelter in the heat, I would still not call them. There tag line is “”have a supreme day!”” Yeah sure , I’ll have a real “supreme day” after you clean out my bank account. Crooks !

My experience with this company is positive, Everyone was courteous and professional from when they answered the phone to personally coming out to my home. I had an issue with my air conditioner that stopped running. I placed a call in the morning and by 2pm same day they sent out a repairman. While trying to determine the issue of why air was no longer running, Collin worked fast and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future for tune ups and repairs. Very happy with the service that was provided.

We made an appointment to have someone look at our gas boiler because the website had a whole section about boilers, including a special to have diagnostics run on your boiler. The day after we made the appointment, we got a text saying they don’t service oil boilers. We called again to clarify the boiler was gas (which we specified the first time) and received another message saying they don’t service boilers at all. Not sure why they have a whole section on their website about boilers if they don’t service them.

We've had some nice experiences with Supreme Air in the past, however I am deeply disappointed by my experience yesterday. I was given the drop by window of 8am - 12pm, rushed my daughter to daycare to make sure I was home in time (luckily I had the whole day off from work, if that were not the case this would have been even worse). I called at 11:30 to check on the status and was told they were running a bit behind (the woman on the phone was very nice, but given that information Supreme Air should have called me so I could rearrange my afternoon appointments). The service provider arrived 90 minutes AFTER the four hour window. Then, after looking at our system, the service provider told me if I signed up for a monthly service charge on the spot my free from that day's inspection would be waved. I've got to say it is a poor sales tactic to try to strong arm us into a monthly service agreement when based on yesterday's experience every visit from Supreme Air requires a full day out of our lives. The fact that I had to pay for a visit that required giving up an entire day off, and end that with pressure to buy what is now in my view a terrible product is a poor sales tactic. I've giving two starts because at least the employees I dealt with were nice.

Sean reminded me why I keep going back to Supreme. We’ve been extremely unhappy with our system almost entirely due to the nest thermostat (which the salesperson actually recommended against at the time). This was our third issue in three years. Sean came for the third issue and promptly fixed the issues, explaining each one in detail. Importantly, he ensured we got the best value for the warranty on our system. Contacted Supreme Air on behalf of my grandmother when she lost AC on an extremely hot day. Supreme Air promptly came by to evaluate the system and as a courtesy, left a portable AC unit behind to cool the house down while the replacement unit was ordered. The replacement of the older (circa 1985) unit was done thoroughly and professionally, not only leaving my grandmother with a nice cool house, but with an extremely efficient and competitively priced replacement AC unit.

We arrived home from vacation to find our water heater leaking. We made an appointment in Sunday for Wednesday but within an hour, we received a call saying that a technician would be on the way shortly that afternoon. Paul arrived and was quick to assess and offer a recommendation. Within hours, we had a new water heater with warranty installed and functioning. ACCAC wasn't blowing veryavery well. Coils had frozen. Called Supreme Service Today, around10am. Was able to get a repair person scheduled for same day, between 2pm and 6pm. The technician was very friendly during the transaction. He also adhered to safeguards when it came to COVID 19 including wearing a mask and covering his shoes. He kept me informed of all the repairs and was able to explain what the issue and solution was in a way that was understandable to me. I enjoyed the experience and interaction.

Supreme Air installed several Daikin ductless HVAC units in my building as well as a Carrier furnace and outdoor AC unit. The Daikin ductless units are effective with keeping up with all weather seasons. They are also very efficient and glad Alex recommended them to me during the consultation. Supreme stands behind their work and will go above and beyond to make something right and make the customer happy. Customer service is professional and responsive. Will use them again.

Take 2 - My AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave around July 4th, 2018 and within a day or two Supreme was able to give me a quote on a new 2 ton 16 seer lifetime AC unit and coil and install it on my roof. The team was professional, on time and the cost was very reasonable. Hence, why I continue to use this company for my AC needs.

5 years ago I worked with Supreme Service Today to get a geothermal heat pump installed in my house. At that point in time our pre-existing AC system was dying and the house's main source of heat was electric baseboard heat. Supreme came in, looked at the situation, wrote up a competitive quote, did all the duct work, and installed the WaterFurnace system. It's been running smooth ever since. The unit itself has had a couple of minor electrical issues, but those happened under warranty and were largely covered by water furnace.

I'm currently a member of their service plan. The technicians that come out for system inspections are helpful, knowledgeable, and get the job done relatively quickly.

Very pleased with service call and follow-up. Sean diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. Part came within 24 hours and Supreme scheduled a 2nd visit the next day. Sean was dispatched again and was running late, but Supreme let us know. He didn't bail-out. Came to our home at around 7:30 P.M. He was pleasant as before and didn't rush to get it repaired. Supreme did the original install of the entire system about 3 years ago and their service support was as good as their initial work.. Definitely recommend.

Over 4 hours late and refused to waive fee...

They advertise an on-time guarantee and say they will waive their service fee if the technician is late. I set a noon appointment and they did not arrive until 4:15. I would consider that pretty late, but the technician refused to waive the fee. We declined to use this company because of that. A few weeks later they contacted me and were still trying to get me to pay the $80 service fee when they didn't do a damn thing for us other than waste our time.

Haven't even gotten so much as an apology... can I give less than 1 star?

I have called this company twice for different issues and each time I was able to get an appointment quickly with a respectful and pleasant technician. There's a small detail that stands out to me: they actually always use shoe covers. I've had plenty over companies service my house for one reason or another and almost all them left behind shoe prints on my shiny floors...thank you for respecting my house. The technician arrived to check my hvac system which has alot of condensation on it and the air ducts causing a small mold spot in my ceiling. Well, he did not use one tool to check any settings, air pressure, humidity levels, freon amounts, nor did he check if the ac components like the compressor was working properly. What he did do was take a few pictures, sent them to his boss and gave me a price of $700 to revise my air intact and output to raise the air supply but my question was, how are you sure that's the answer if you haven't checked anything?. Needless to say I had another technician from another company arrive at the time he was leaving to do another assessment only to find out all I really needed was some freon! So there you have it folks, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. IT WILL PROBABLY SAVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY.

Though the service call I required was not completed by Supreme Air, I had an excellent phone experience dealing with Randy, the Emergency 'on call' tech. Randy phoned me back immediately following my call to Supreme Air's emergency line. His communication was on point - when I explained our HVAC issue, he provided an accurate initial assessment. He also laid out the fees and timeline expectations, providing alternatives and a realistic timeframe for my service (a Sunday emergency scenario for which his timeline of late in the day/next day wasn't feasible for us). When I asked him to leave me on his list while I searched for other options, he agreed without hesitation and simply asked for a return call if I was able to find a company to meet my timeline needs. In the end, I was able to get someone in sooner. Randy's initial phone assessment of our HVAC issue was the exact problem. I phoned Randy to cancel his visit and to thank him for his understanding. He continued with his gracious, professional attitude. Again, though I didn't use the service of Supreme Air, if Randy is the type of technician they have on board, I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

I had the best experience with Supreme Air. It all started when I Google searched free estimates for replacing my heat pump and air handler. I was contacted by Matt to set up me estimate. This was my 4th business I recieved a quote from, and I am very happy that I waited and had this appointment. My estimate was performed by Phil. Phil was very knowledgeable about the systems he was informing me of and came off very professional. I recieved a very competitive quote. We made the decision to go with Supreme Air and called Phil back to inform him of our decision. We were told that they were able to install the system that Thursday, 5 days later, which was fantastic since we are experiencing hot and humid Maryland weather. We were also told we could borrow some window units to get us through the heat until then. Right then I knew it was a great choice to go with this company. Phil came back that Monday and helped my wife install the units. Thursday came and the installers, Tevin and Jake (I hope I spelled Tevin correctly) arrived on time ready to go. The installers were very polite and courteous. I mostly left them to do their work only bothering them a few times to ask a question here or there. They treated me like a friend while talking to me, smiling and making great small talk while answering all my questions with a wealth of knowledge. When the work was completed the work area was clean as if no work had even been done. I was given an overview of the work performed and instructed on how to use the new thermostat installed. I know its only day 1 but I am already very happy with the service provided to meand I will definitely be telling those I know looking for HVAC work to go with Supreme Air.

We highly recommend Supreme Air. My house was built 15 years ago and we started having some problems with the HVAC components so I began shopping around for a Geothermal provider. I had propane and 2 outdoor A/C units in a 2 zone system. There is a lot of information on the internet about Geothermal and a recurring theme that you need to pick a provider with experience and a track record of success. I identified three providers in my area of Maryland and contacted them for quotes. As an engineer I did enough research to know what choices were available and the benefits and risks of each choice. I selected Supreme Air as my provider because they are the largest provider of Geothermal systems in my area, they are creative in working out financial terms and their technical recommendations were superior to their competitors.

Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of Supreme Air. Alex is one of the owners and he is great to work with. They have good team that keeps you informed of the plans and they beat their scheduled date of completion. We are very pleased with our new Water Furnace system. The guys that worked at our house did a very good job and frequently asked if I had any questions and they cleaned up after themselves. They came in at the agreed upon price. I asked for an additional sensor and they were reasonable with that change.

I had my geothermal unit replaced and paid a higher price than the other contractors that bid on the job. I decided to go with Supreme Air's higher bid because I wanted a quality job. Instead, I had nothing but issues with this company from the start. The original and agreed upon estimate failed to include all the work necessary that we discussed, however after some negotiations, they absorbed the cost differential. Once the job started, things went fine until they left. The job site was never cleaned up or completed. They didn't replace ceiling tiles that they had removed (some of which were broken by them), they didn't patch a wall in which they had cut a hole, they didn't secure the cover of the electrical panel and generally did not clean up after themselves. The county building inspector was 'scheduled' to show up twice and never showed and the customer service during those two events was terrible. On the third attempt to have the work inspected, the county inspector did show up. However, the work failed his inspection and I had to have Supreme Air come out and complete the job as well fix poor electrical work. Finally, on the fourth scheduled attempt, the job passed. It took 11 months for the job to finally pass and I took off 5 days to stay at home to see the inspection process through to the end. Also interesting to note is that although my old unit had been in service for well over 30 years, my newly installed unit has not decreased my energy bills at all, as I was told would be the case. Supremely expensive mistake.

Early Bird AC Tune-Up & estimate to run gas up to roof for grill. Dispatcher specifically set appt. for tech qualified for both jobs. Day of, tech claims that multiple AC parts are defective and need costly repair, but changes story when asked for exact measurements. One part did actually need replacing; tech tried to offer two different prices for work citing quality, but did not even know the brand name of the parts offered and was unable to explain any difference in quality, so tech was either lying or incompetent. Tech also left a gash in door during replacement. Complaining about appt. length, tech refused to give an estimate on running gas line or even offer another appt.; wasting my time off work. Called company to talk to owner to resolve before posting this review, told owner would call back. 2 weeks later, no call. Company cares more about overcharging for small parts than actually doing work requested. Dishonest, lazy, or incompetent - what's the difference when you need good work done in your home?

I am very torn about writing this review. While I think the service at customer level is great the office level needs some work. On May 10, 2018 I had a repair call from Supreme Air. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and removed the rodent nest from my heating coil inside the AC unit. It began working right away. He told me he wasn't sure if the heating coil would need to be replaced down the line. I made the decision then to have it replaced and gave a deposit of $306 and scheduled the work to be done. My husband decided later that night that we should wait until the piece actually needed to be replaced. I called the following Monday May 14th and cancelled the work. I was told that I would receive a refund check in the mail. Two weeks later I had not received the refund so I called again. I spoke with Donna. She informed me I would be receiving a refund in the amount of $170 and that she was going to walk the paperwork right back to the accounting office. I waited another week and still no refund. On 6/11 I called again and spoke with Donna. She said she would look into it and call me back that day. I did not hear from her so I called her back the next morning. At this point it had been 4 weeks since I was initially told I would receive a refund. On 6/23 I received a check for $57. I called this morning and spoke with Donna again. I asked to speak to a manager/owner but was assured by Donna that she would address this with the owner and call me back today. Not surprisingly I did not hear from her. I am beyond frustrated at this point. If you need quick, friendly, reliable service with no details this is the company for you. The details is where I feel this company could use some help.

Entered through the garage and tapped on the door, instead of going to front or back door and ringing door bell.

Tech was sent to finish job as previous tech didn't have needed equipment.

Regardless, customer still received a list (different from first guy 10 business days before) of needed upgrades and repairs.

First tech didn't replace HVAC panel cover. This guy had a make-shift water pump and made lots of noise. We feel less confident in the service now than previously. May choose to look elsewhere for next years' maintenance contract. Will see how spring inspection goes.

Tech attempted to clear a drain clog with a small machine that had only fifty feet of cable. He spent a half hour and charged over $400. Yes, that’s $800 an hour to run a machine that I could have rented for $39 a day.

They came back and completed the job with the proper machine. I am satisfied with the work after the second attempt. Be persistent if the initial job isn’t satisfactory.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Installed my air conditioner and it broke in two weeks. Said they would send service right away at 9 am and they called at 6 pm saying they couldn’t come today. After I expressed my frustration they arrived. When the tech arrived, he explained that the installers missed two key safety pieces! Then, 2 weeks later it broke again! Their 24 hour service is a lie, I will be filing a lawsuit for false advertisement as well as repayment for my terrible AC installation. Supreme Service my a**.

My initial 5-star review was for the technician, Yosef, not the company overall. He was great, courteous, professional, and performed admirably.

This geothermal project, on the other hand, has been going poorly. The amount of inconvenience we've had to deal with, coupled with the lack of professionalism on the part of the HVAC techs, the lack of communication overall from either Supreme Service or Allied Drilling, and the fact that something in the system blew out our electric panel and power, sending sparks all over our basement (and me, as I was right next to it!!!) and making the house smell like burning electrical components, has shown me that Supreme Service is anything but.

For the amount of money that we're shelling out for this, it has not been a good experience at. all. It's taken weeks for them to complete their work, and it still isn't running.

My husband took a day off from work so that we could have our furnace tune-up, the promised visit window was 12 - 3 pm. No one showed up or called us until 3 pm. We called in and the lady said the mechanic should be there shortly. No phone call or anything until 5 pm! The mechanic called us at 6 pm saying if we don't call him back in 5-10 mins we will need to re-schedule the appointment....which we couldn't as we were out doing groceries. Why appointment window even exists if they would never show up on time? what a waste of time and PTO!

I scheduled an appointment with this company for today. The nicest guy
( Paul L )met me on time and was very down to earth. I explained to him lately every time it rains hard we have a fountain of water springing up from a drain line in a side walk blows off the cover and the water reached 4-5 feet high. Paul did his exam, and put a hose down the drain to see if the line was just blocked. But the drain had no issue. NOW he states he needs to make another service call and bring a VIDEO Camera and a JET cleaner out clean the line, which sounded very reasonable. THIS is when he quoted me a price of $950.00. I agreed, so he called to schedule these services with the Office. Very quickly the price went to $1,600.00 with the story they had a price increase and Paul did not know about it.... HMMM!
Anyway, I still agreed to have the service completed. Paul states since he was coming back there would be no charge for today. I said THANKS!
Within 10 Minutes a lady called me and stated I owed $299.00 for todays service and then need to leave my credit card on file to automatically charge the $1,600.00. I stated the Paul had just told me there was no charge for today since he really couldn't do anything and he's scheduled to come back for the additional services on Monday. She stated that he miss informed me and today charge was $299.00 and demanded a credit card number to bill! I was in a meeting and told her I'd call her back as soon as I was out of the meeting. This really set her of but I hung up for I really was in a meeting! She then had the BOSS call me right back stating he wanted the credit card number NOW! i again stated I was in a meeting and would cll him back with the number, I hung up. When the meeting was over I did call back was on hold which seemed forever and did hang up. This went the same way for 3 more tries, same story.. on hold.!
NOW 6 hours later the same lady called me back, I have her the card number and she stated that she was going to bill me both for the $299 and the $1,600.00. I said no! She said if you schedule the service it has to be paid for NOW! I stated bill the $299.00 and cancel the service for Monday. With the changing of pricing and the nasty voiced lady!!!!! Who today needs this kind of treatment! THE GOOD OLD BATE AND SWITCH Routine! Please be where of this company..... use someone else!

DJ was phenomenal during my biannual AC tune-up. He also did a great job cleaning the AC unit coils. He was on-time, did the job quickly and was very thorough with the examination of the unit. I spoke with real humans, no phone trees or recordings any time I called. Appointments were easily available. For a small fee, I obtained member pricinh that has nearly paid for itself already. I got confirmation emails & texts about my scheduled service, Including one with the name & photo of the technician who would be arriving. He wore shoe protection in all parts of my house, explained each thing he did & asked consent before doing any of it. Warranteed parts & labor were honored without me having to.produce documents or argue. Prices were fair & well explained. I feel this company really delivered the great service on my geothermal system that they said they would!

June 14 2018 update:
The owner called to say he would credit the amount I paid to help replace my unit. A sales person came out a week ago, he said he would send an estimate that night. .. and a week later I still dont have an estimate from Supreme Air!

I wouldnt do business with them. They fix individual problems but dont do an assessment of the entire system. They came out in early May 2018 and replaced the blower, at that time there was ice forming on the outside of the ducts, but the technician said the ice should thaw and the system would start working again. In my mind he attributed the ice to the blower not working, it did start working but Less than 30 days later my AC Went out again and the same ice that formed is now being attributed to a leak. The first technician said he could not diagnose it because of the ice but yet the second technician WAS able to diagnose the issue with the same ice? Why wasnt the system looked at holistically the first time to say there could be a series of problems, so that I could make an informed decision and replace the entire system instead of paying them $600 to then not get any of it returned to me so that i could use the refund to replace the system. I now have to pay more money to get the system replaced (not with them). I'd rather a company do a full diagnostic BEFORE taking my money, this is the kind of advice and guidance I would expect from them as they are the experts.

Supreme Air was supremely helpful during a really bad episode: total breakdown of my HVAC system. Their wonderful service man, Youssef, had been telling me for the last 2 years that I will have to replace the system.

Well, he was right. The heat broke overnight and the house was about 40 degrees. After Youssef got a new system picked out with me, he had the team bring me two space heaters. THANK YOU! We made it through the second night.

The very next day, another team came and installed the new system. That was FAST!! About 40 hours later, we are warming up...

Losing your heat when it's 36 outside sucks. Having a surprise bill for $7 grand right before Christmas really sucks. But I have to say, Supreme Air made a bad situation much much easier with their financing option, fantastic customer care, super fast installation, and just general awesomeness.

Thank you, guys! You're a lifesaver!

What can I say? Paul is the man! We had a problem with low hot water pressure on the 2nd floor bathroom sink and tub. He arrived on time, persevered in his diagnosis and ultimately fixed the issue. Very disappointed. Very rusty coupling on a top-of-the-line system installed less than three years ago. They sent out Marc Mcconahy, who told me that they used the coupling from the old unit, although they knew it would lead to galvanic corrosion. To save money, of course. He refused to do anything about it, since it wasn't leaking YET. Then he tried to charge me for the visit. I told him to get out of my house.

I had them come to my house for a service. They immediately started trying to sell me a service plan without even looking and then told me I needed a new blower motor, new capacitor and it would cost upwards of $1500. They left the inside elements to the capacitor inside the house unit disconected but touching. I got a second oppinion, he got my blower motor running fine, replaced the capacitor outside and then looked at the inside unit. The supreme guy left the wiring undone but touching, and now my inside unit isnt working fried the capacitor and the motor. It had been working fine when he arrived, the problem was the outside unit. Supreme couldn't fix the initial problem, and then blew my indoor unit and burnt it up. Flipping do not trust them, the supreme technician was irritated and mad about me not wanting the plan and then jacked up my unit.

We had a power surge during a blizzard and my thermostat went bad. Supreme Service had a technician out the next day. Because of Covid and supply chain issues none of the normal suppliers had the thermostat I needed in stock and they did not know when they would get one. Our technician, Jona, went out of his way to find me an appropriate thermostat and it was delivered in two days. The next day Jona came out and installed it and now I have heat. This morning the temperature outside was 9 degrees F. They really did a great job taking care of me and my family.

I did business with another company and they didn't seem to value my business. In fact the replaced my air filter with the wrong size. So now I have been using Supreme now for a couple of years. My technician Youssef was diligent at ensuring my system was working efficiently. He explained everything as he was doing it. The first plumber that was sent out was horrible. Needed an outdoor faucet/hose bib replaced. Relatively simple. I was charged over $400 and the guy did an incredibly sloppy job. I showed his work to other plumbers and they were shocked by the cost and by his horrendous work. I called Supreme Service Today right away and explained the situation to them. I was reassured that a different plumber would be sent out ASAP and would fix the issue at no cost. And that’s exactly what happened. A few days later, Justin came out and did an amazing job. He didn’t rush it like the previous plumber and made sure he had all the right parts, even if it meant having to run out to the store to get them. Not only that, it was about 90 degrees out, but he kept his cool. This company almost lost a long time customer over a sloppy job and an outrageous charge. Justin restored my faith in Supreme and I will be requesting him in the future.

They are kind and courteous. Unfortunately, their supreme mission is to up sell. My system had a cracked drip pan and the only option they gave me was to replace the entire system including the roof top unit (including, of course, an extra fee to use their crane). I had the system repaired for $400 by someone less money hungry. It's like taking your car to mechanic for a bad muffler and he says your only option is for him to sell you a new car.

I continue to have a generally positive view of this business. Everyone on the phone and in person is courteous, respectful. A few bumps today, though. I am working from home on video conferences. I specifically ask for an afternoon appointment and was give an window of 2 to 6 pm. I scheduled my day around this but the technician arrived at 12:30! Also, as we scheduled some follow up work to be done on my system, I was asked if I wanted to pay today or the day of service. They already have a card on file should I cancel. I said on the day of service which is 2+ weeks away. My husband was in the room and he reiterated that. The technician then asked if the card on file was correct and proceeded to charge my card and asked us to sign. We told him we asked to pay the same day as the service. He told us he already charged us and it was too late to undo. That was not their normal way of operating. They did suggest several items to address, which is annoying for a courtesy maintenance appointment. But the technician did provide me at our request, with photos of the parts in question. That allowed me to make a judgment call about what condition the parts were in and if I truly needed all of the items mentioned. In the case of corroded items, that was easy to see as a problem. I just hope with other service recommendations we are not being taken advantage of where each free check up yields service that costs money.

Couple of minor issues worth mentioning:
1. Were not able to make the 8-11 AM scheduled time (but was able to work within my constraints--I had to leave by 1:30 PM )
2. Technician was unaware that I had a Geo-thermal system. This was the second time that it surprised one of your people. I'm concerned that perhaps the most appropriate people may not have been sent or perhaps the amount of time for the visit was not properly planned (or perhaps my visit could have been rushed). These may well not be justified concerns, but I feel like my system deserves the best attention.
3. When the technician left, he inadvertently left my thermostat at a very low temperature (71 degrees). We didn't discover it for several hours and several of us felt cold....

I was extremely please with Supreme Air's courtesy, professionalism, quick response, and subsequent follow-through from the initial call to the 24 hour hot line to the technician, Christopher, leaving. The call center was professional and courteous and the follow-up emails and text were timely and helpful in knowing when they would get here. The technician, Christopher, called about 20 minutes ahead of time which was followed-up with a text and email...very convenient. Christopher was quick, thorough, on-time, and professional. He diagnosed the issue in less then 5 minutes and was here less then 30 minutes.

Alex, (the owner) and his crew are professional, thorough, with a can do spirit. I purchased a geothermal system and it is AWESOME!!!!!! Alex took care of all the paperwork for my 30% Government discount, the utility discount, and the county grant. They walked me through the whole purchasing process, and educated me about the system along the way. I highly recommend Supreme Air for all of your heating and cooling needs.

UPDATE: Technician came out for a new-customer tune-up and discovered that seller of my home never installed a furnace filter. So he gave me the filter size prior to leaving so that I could purchase them on my own ASAP. Well, he told me the wrong size furnace filter (not even close) and I bought and opened a multi-pack of filters that I then had to work to get returned. When I called them to explain their error and the resulting inconvenience, they still couldn't confirm the right size for my model number and placed me on hold before saying they would call me back. They never called me back. If a company can't relay such basic info correctly, it makes me wary of using them again.

I don't often write a review of a company, but I am very impressed with Supreme Air for their attention to detail and for their customer service. Alex, the owner, called me couple days ago as a courtesy to schedule with me a complimentary check on my 20+ yo furnace, since the older the furnace gets there is a higher chance for CO2 emissions and other combustion issues which could be harmful to the residents. Colin and Alex came by, did a thorough check on the furnace and re-assured me that everything is working fine. Explained to me all the readings they got, and now I know that I am good to go with my furnace for a few more years for sure.
I would highly recommend using them as your heating and cooling technicians. They are professionals and they prove it!

Hired this company to fix house AC last year. They convinced me to sign up for a yearly check up service for heat and AC. Come spring I booked an appointment and cleared my day to be home. They cancelled the day before and rescheduled. I again cleared my schedule to be home for the rescheduled appointment and they called the day before to cancel. I spoke with the company that I had already cleared my work schedule twice and was not going to do this again. They agreed to send someone on the original rescheduled date. Stayed home and they called in the am to cancel. Asked for a refund for 1/2 my contract and have not heard from them since. Left messages, they will not return the call. - and they had the nerve to tell me that they could not re-up my service contract as my credit card would not go through. I explicitly indicated on the initial agreement that this is not to be a recurring charge (thankfully my credit card number has changed) and told them if they cannot complete the first contract with agreed to service dates, why would I hire them for a second contact. Do not hire this company and definitely do not give them your credit car number.

I had a new tankless high-efficiency boiler installed by Supreme. The boiler has been working great. However, three weeks after I had it installed, my tenant informed that the radiators in her apartment weren't working all the way. Thankfully, it wasn't too cold and my tenant was mostly out of town and not complaining. But Supreme made sure to come over really quickly and get the problem fixed. Obviously it was still under warranty, so there was no charge, but they sent me a nice thermos anyway, which I appreciated.

They were very professional and the technician was patient and explained everything very well. I would have used them to replace my hvac but my regular service tech came through shortly after they left. Yonas is an excellent tech

Christopher Alexander was quick to find the problem and equally as quick to fix it. This is why Supreme will always be where I go to for AC repairs...they have employees like Christopher who know what they are doing.
