On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....
And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

Our technician was on time and pleasant and efficient and solved our problem in less than a half hour. It's wonderful to have our drains running smoothly now!

Ace Plumbing was part of a team that did our Kitchen remodel. Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Even more impressed - all the work is efficient, clean, and functional, highly recommended

Joe and his sons are not only good plumbers but sterling people. They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. A family owned and operated business with true professionals that are friendly and courteous. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Exactly how a small service company should be operated.

I have used Ace Plumbing many times over the years. They are always prompt and reasonable with costs. Just in the past month, I had a water heater break and they were able to fit me in immediately, did a replacement and left my place looking like nothing had ever happened. Good plumbers are hard to come by and I'd highly recommend them.

We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

I contacted ACE Plumbing for a faucet repair. I texted for help and their responses were swift and exact. Joe provided the customer service. He was very helpful. You can tell through his texts he is professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with reasonable cost and an expectation if additional work was needed. Additional work was required at a reasonable cost.

Jeff provided the customer experience. He updated me on his arrival, he arrived a few minutes early, and started working immediately. It was like he was not even there. He focused on his work. He offered feedback on some minor issues he discovered. I appreciate the feedback because it allows me to be proactive. Workmanship is great!

I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process. We called with a clogged kitchen drain , Kevin took care of clogged drain quickly, no mess was professional, very friendly and then the next week we needed a main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve replaced. Ace Plumbing — Joe Bahr & his sons Kevin & Jeff — have been wonderful. We bought our house a year ago. It was an estate sale and sold “as is”. It had a lot of deferred maintenance issues and Joe was quite helpful advising what to address from the inspection and what to defer based on our plans to remodel. We have had them install a hybrid heat pump water heater (replacing a tankless coil) which we have been very pleased with. I know the value of having a good artisan contractor that you can rely on as a homeowner. I wholeheartedly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

When I went into the basement my tub and toilet were full of sewage. I called Joe at Ace Plumbing and he said I'll be right there. This isn't the first time he has saved me. His prices are reasonable and he is very efficient. I love Ace Plumbing.

This company was amazing! Kevin was the technician who came to my home. He was professional, he listened to everything I had to say about my issue. I had a small leak coming from the bathroom through to the living room ceiling. I explained to him that I had installed a new shower head several months prior and the pressure was very forceful to the point that the shower curtain was being blown around. Kevin said that could be what caused the leak but he was going to run a few tests to make sure. He ran the water in the tub for a good while, came down to check the ceiling, it was dry. He then flushed the toilet many many times, checked the ceiling and still dry. Lastly, he ran the water in the sink, checked ceiling, still dry. He surmised that the problem was the powerful shower head ( the curtain not staying closed to keep the water from leaking out of the corner ). He even googled splash guards on his phone to show me what I might want to use to help keep the water from leaking out! I was lucky that he had a lower pressure shower head in his truck that he installed for me. Saved me a trip to Lowe’s.
He could have easily told me pipes were leaking behind the walls, needed to be replaced, cost thousands to fix BUT HE DIDN’T!! He was honest about it just being the shower head and nothing more! For this, he has a customer for life and I will recommend Ace Plumbing to everyone needing a plumber!! Thank you, Kevin for being an awesome technician!

Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Ace Plumbing helped me out last minute not once but 2 times in the course of a week after having been disappointed/given the run around by Home Depot. They installed new valves in a gas line to bring it up to code and installed a new washer and drier. The price was extremely reasonable and every plumber that provided service was professional and courteous. I will be calling them again should I have additional plumbing requirements.

The seal under my 32 year old toilet failed and was leaking under the base. ACE Plumbing came out within 6 hours of calling them last minute and did a first rate job. The plumber was very polite and professional and solved the issue inside of one hour. I had used them in the past to replace a water main pipe in my front yard and they did a wonderful job then as well. I highly recommend using them them. They have been my go-to plumbers ever since.

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

This Company is Absolutely Amazing! They are punctual, professional, polite, high-quality and customer-service oriented at the same time! This is a Family-Owned Business and they take their work seriously; it is not just a job for them, it is their Trade, their Profession and their Calling. 1) When I was looking for a Plumber for a major project regarding upgrading, fixing and renovation of my Tenant’s water system, I reached out to their Main Office and the Owner, Mr. Joe, answered all of my questions precisely. He knew exactly what plumbing issues I was talking about right away and gave me a quote over the phone. It was very nice to have that security of having and Expert on the other end of the line and also the security of knowing beforehand what expenses to expect, whereas other companies make you wait for a quote. 2) His own son, Mr. Jeff, who is very experienced because he was around the Trade from a very young age, completed the entire complex operation while exceeding my expectations in quality of workmanship - and did so in half of projected time; moreover he was very patient, understanding and helpful, explained everything beforehand, walked me through the entire process to alleviate my worries about the plumbing system modification. 3) Mr. Jeff is very detail-oriented and it shows that he cares about his work a lot. He went above and beyond, building from scratch some parts of our tenants’ system - for example a unique, non-standard rarely-found-in-stores run-off valve - and did so correctly from proper materials - copper; (as this part was previously improperly built from plastic and incorrectly installed by previous plumbers.) Additionally, 4) Mr. Jeff is not only a knowledgeable Professional, but is also very customer-service oriented, even bringing in his own tarp so as not to walk over my tenants’ floor in work boots - which my tenants appreciated. 5) As far as COVID precautions are concerned, the Staff of this Company are Vaccinated, but they still wear a mask as a Courtesy to the Client - which we also appreciate tremendously. 6) Also, as a side-note: this Company doesn’t use After-Market parts, all equipment they install is new, out-of-the-box. 7) Moreover, their prices are MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THIS QUALITY - within this expensive Industry. I will be their life-long client and I will be recommending them highly to all my friends and family! To anyone who is looking for a great Plumbing Company - this is it! Called Ace Plumbing to fix a leak originating in upstairs bathroom. They were on time with call prior to visit, courteous, clean and efficient. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them again.

Ace Plumbing LLC has consistently fixed my plumbing issues quickly and at a reasonable price. I have used them for minor repairs and faucet replacements as well as installation of new water treatment system. I highly recommend Joe and his team.

We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

Ace Plumbing was a sub-contractor working for Kenwood Kitchens when we remodeled our bathrooms. Kevin did such a great job, that I contacted Ace to do some additional plumbing work on our house. Kevin was once again our plumber and did an excellent job - quick, neat and the price was very reasonable. You will be very pleased with any work that you have Ace plumbing do for you.

5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.
