Once again, Len the Plumber has gone above and beyond. Even though there was a small mix up on when the technician would arrive, once he did (Ron Rice), I could not have asked for a better technician. He found the problem immediately and had several options for fixing it, keeping in mind the cost. He repaired what it was and installed a new toilet. I feel confident that Ron's work will fix the problem(s). I have been using Len the Plumber for many years and will continue to do so. Very highly recommended.‐---------------------------------------------March 28, 2023As much as I did not want to have to buy a new furnace, I knew that Len the Plumber would be the right place to buy and install one. Jason and his crew arrived on time and were finished before the promised time. They were efficient, courteous, explained everything and showed me the finished product. Once again, I would use Len the Plumber without hesitation.

He did a GREAT job! He knows plumbing that’s for sure. He took care of the complete job and cleaned up also. Nice person as well.

Paid $481 to cut & install a bathroom p-trap with my own parts. Took less than 40 minutes. Was then told new faucet leaking but not in scope of work so would be an additional $150 at least so still couldn't use sink. In all fairness I was quoted price before work began but since I was in a bind I had to have done immediately. But their prices are not fair for the work and I would not use again or refer to my clients.

Called for an appointment in the afternoon, the appointment was made for the next morning. The plumber showed up on time, fixed the problem, and the job was done. The price was very reasonable. Len the Plumber has done several jobs in this old house and I have always been happy with their work.

John Frazier provided outstanding customer service. John was professional, informative, focused, polite while explaining in detail, everything he would be doing and why.

Josue worked with us to cut and install a new drain pan for our washing machine. He was so friendly and professional when he came, and was very honest with us about the work that needed to be done. He worked with us to schedule a follow up appointment that we needed to finish the job and made sure we understood everything and didn't have any questions before he left. Omar was up front and honest. Took the time to explain everything and worked hard to get the problem resolved in a timely matter. I will ask for Omar if I have another plumbing issue. Having a pleasant experience well manored plumbing just made everything go that much better.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are professional when it comes to calling in to set up an appointment, yet have the most ridiculous prices. When the technician came, he automatically suggested a new water heater. He offered to do a service that wouldn't require a new water heater but admitted it might not be worth it long term. The service was going to cost almost $400 according to the quote but did not list on the quote what will be done, which is skeptical. The quotes to have a new water heater installed ranged from around $3600 to $4000 plus which is unacceptable when the average cost for a water heater replacement isn't over $2,000 (parts and labor included). There are charges listed on the quote with no explanation beside them. Upon calling to speak with the manager, neither him nor his technician could explain what the additional charges was for. The manager I spoke with lacks professionalism and didn't like the fact they were being checked on how they are ripping individuals off. The BBB rating for this company is 1.2/5 which should tell you all you need to know about this company.

We are thrilled with our new water heater. We called them for an emergency visit due to a bad leak in old water heater and they came within an hour. Sean Miller and Zach arrived and wore shoe covers. They were friendly, efficient, very attentive, professional and left the area clean. Sean has 35 years of experience and did an outstanding job. We are so happy and we highly recommend them. We plan to hire them again. 👍

We had a leak in our upstairs shower, which came through the ceiling down below. A technician found the leak and repaired it in a timely fashion. He was very professional, and cleaned up well after his service.

After 22 years my air conditioning units finally said they had enough and stopped working on July 4th weekend. After getting multiple quotes, Len the Plumber provided the best value and the quickest response time. Jason Coleman and his team were impeccable in their professionalism and communication. I trusted them to come and go out of my house while I worked in my office from home. They were gracious and loving to my dogs, who wanted to oversee the entire operation.I can't thank Jason and his team enough for the removal and installation of my two units.Thank you Len the Plumber, for hiring such great technicians who know how to get the job done especially when climbing in an attic that's over 100 degrees. Called them at 4pm. They had someone here within 90 minutes and it was fixed by 8:30. Rohan was great.

I was NOT impressed with the technician TJ ! He was on the phone using his head sets so never heard the questions I was asking ! He was outside smoking and talking on the phone after he was finished with the job ! I had to go outside and ask where the bill was so I could pay it ! I had 2 jobs that needed to be done but only used you for 1 and will found someone else to do other repair ! TJ needs a lesson on how to work with customers

I called about a problem we were having with a toilet that was running continuously. They dispatched someone immediately to our location and he quickly diagnose the problem as a bad pressure regulator valve where the water supply was coming into the building.Tyler gave us an estimate and once we approved the repair he was able to obtain the parts and make the repair all in the same day. “LONG POST” We’ve been using this service since we first purchased our home in 2004. Our now 24 year old son &homnow 15 year old daughter KEPT this place busy. I don’t know how many toy cars, or doll shoes and legos they removed from our systems. Our late cat also put his toys in the toilet. They’ve always been professional, reassuring, prompt, a great teacher, and have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to ensure everything in our home is working properly and is replaced on the spot if needed. They never overcharge nor do they try to force you to get extra work done that you didn’t ask for. They’re very honest and affordable. My husband hasn’t used ANY other services but Len since 2004. He tells EVERYONE about Len. A few years ago we had an emergency with our pipes and it was the middle of the night. They knew I’d just had our daughter and they came out to our home as the sun was rising. They were very apologetic about our situation and they had smiles on their faces despite coming to work on our home. They took their time and answered every question and calmed every concern. They have many deals and discounts and NONE of their equipment is old nor expired nor cheap. Our toilets were changed 2 / 4 years ago and they’re STILL holding up. I have a plumbing issue right now and they’re actually at my home taking care of it now. We’re waiting on his partner to come at 1:30 but the young man that’s in my home now is AMAZING. No matter who they send it ALWAYS feels like a concerned family member coming to save the day. I recommend Len to EVERYONE I can. They’re AMAZING. I called to have my gas oven disconnected in preparation for a new one being delivered. I was told by customer service that they would charge one fee for disconnecting it and come back to connect the new one after delivery. This man comes in my house looks at the connection after my husband moved the stove for him and says “Oh that’s easy but it’s still gonna cost $500 bucks” that was the price he quoted to just disconnect it not to install the new one.We sent him on his way with his 50 buck fee for the effort it took him to attempt swindle us.I’m filing with the BBB for my 50 bucks back because I see that this is a scam that Len the Plumber Technician pull all the time. They come in a quote a ridiculous price and when you check with another plumber it’ll be half the price or even less for the same work. They pocket the service fee for zero work and move on to the next. I should have learned my lesson the last time I had them come out and the dude gave my contract information to a friend of his to farm out the work to someone else. Don’t bother with Len the swindle!! Use Michael and Sons they’re professional and do good work.

My service today was outstanding. I called for service on a Sunday a little after 1pm and there was a plumber onsite before c. 2pm. The plumber was very courteous and professional, and he took his time to explain what the issue was and what he would do to fix the issue. His service was of high quality, and he cleaned up the area after his work even though the significant mess was made due to the preceding incident and not his work. I highly recommend Len the Plumber.

Tiyese came to my rescue after I called Len The Plumber on a Sunday when I realized my HVAC heat pump was leaking. Not only did he quickly identify the problem, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and educated me on my system and how to maintain it better in the future. I felt like when he left I knew more about my home and how to be prepared.Tiyese had a wonderful personality while being professional and kind. He was very attentive to detail and cleaned up well after his services. He also went above and beyond by also setting me up with a consultant appointment when I mentioned that I wanted to talk to someone about upgrading to Geothermal.I would highly reccomend this company and their top notch service. If I ever have issues in the future I'd specifically request Tiyese to come back if possible because he was so great to work with. Dale was professional and took the time need to fully assess the outside water sump pump hose and came up with a couple of alternatives, which included a battery generator that would come on when/if the power goes out again. While the dispatcher (Michelle) was extremely rude to the point where I needed to speak with the office manager regarding her behavior, the ACTUAL service received by Roland was outstanding. He was very personable, polite, informative, efficient, and just had such great energy.

The technician, John, was great! No complaints with the service from the company across the board. I feel if I had shopped around a bit I could have found a somewhat less expensive option (I understand all plumbers are pricey), but this is most likely the fastest and easiest service that I would have found.

The representative that came out was very nice and knowledgeable, but the price was OUTRAGEOUS. The quote was $4560.00, plus the 377.00 that they charged to check the wires with a voltage reader, that took literally 5 mins. The 2 companies that I contacted after he left were $ 2000.00 and $1600.00. They may very well do excellent work, but installing a well pump is not too difficult. That was a $377.00 lesson. Obviously, will not be calling again.

I supplied the faucet and all the hardware was included, it was a relatively simple replacement of the existing faucet. The install was done in 30 minutes, the guy that did it was great (and is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review). I should have simply said 'no' when I was quoted the price, but I'd already taken off work to get this done. If they'd told me their 'flat rate' before he arrived I would have said 'no' then. Live and learn, but I won't be using Len any more since this job ended up costing me twice as much as it should have. I reached out to Len via Facebook Messenger, supposedly the message was passed along, but nearly two weeks later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Also, Len should get their systems operating in sync, since I was called by three different people to let me know the plumber was on his way. But that's just a minor annoyance. EDIT: Another week gone, still no response from Len.

Professional, yet have the most absurd prices. To cut two small holes in drywall to diagnose ceiling leak was >$700. This is ridiculous. I would understand this price for fixing it but all he did was cut the hole and say oh the leak is coming from there. Did provide options including new shower install but never gave a quote on that despite saying he would.

Technician Trey Keyser was fantastic. He diagnosed issues we faced and jumped into action. He remained professional, sincere and ultimately got the job done. Trey is an outstanding representative of Len the Plumber, and we will not hesitate to call again if needed.

Technician, John Frazier, was fantastic. Diagnosed and repaired AC system in 20 minutes. He was mindful of my property and overall financial considerations concerning my system. A rare real professional class act.Only draw back, actual charges (beyond technician's control) are on the high side.

Our service technician, Dylan, was excellent. He went the extra mile to ask good questions and helped us with any additional issues we were having. Had a leak in basement. Coming from the second floor toilet. Joe Allen came out and checked everything and the next day installed a new toilet. He was quick and i will be calling on him in the future. Thanks Joe .

Called Len the Plumber when our AC/thermostat malfunctioned in April. They replaced the unit and the thermostat. We were told that the fees for the initial days work would be credited towards new install. Never happened. $2k over charged. I called three times and no one ever got back to me. Even to say “we’re sorry, our tech misspoke, that’s not something we offer”. I got zero communication. I decided to cancel my service plan with them because of the poor communication.Additionally, our next two BGE bills skyrocketed to over $700 each. It seemed like we could never get the system to turn off or do what we asked. At this point I didn’t trust Len the Plumber to make it right so I we called a different company. They discovered that Len left a jumper wire in the system that didn’t allow it to cut off. I’m so angry.

Kept me informed on problems found. Kept me informed on what was going to be done and about when everything would be completed. Upon completed we reviewed everything that was done along with some suggestions to make things better. Very pleased with the result.

Very impressed and pleased with my service! Jay McKinnon III was my plumber, came on time for a same day appointment after we noticed our 20 year old water heater leaking. He took a look, gave me a quote, and got working. Price was a bit higher than I expected but ultimately am fine paying for the quality and warranty. Will definitely use Len the Plumber again.

I detected a Water Heater leak in my basement , Which cause me great concern . I had a flooded basement 2 Years ago ,due to sump pump going out .I needed repairs ASAP !!! I contacted Len The Plummer , that same night and Technician showed up 8 am next Morning . Diagnose bad water Heated ,19 years old , needed Replacement . The next day My 75 gallon Gas water Heater Replaced , in a timely manner and great workmen ship and to county Codes . Keith Williams installed a new submersible well pump to replace our faulty jet pump. The work is amazing! Looks fantastic and works perfectly. Plus it’s hard to believe that one person could do all that work so fast! Keith really knows what he is doing. Len the Plumber is definitely getting all my future business.

The tech I had was Michael. He was professional and explained a water softener system to me as I am not familiar with one. He repaired the system with no issue. I did not give 5 stars because they cancelled on me yesterday evening. At least they came back today.

Saturday afternoon I came home to find plumbing to our water softener system had sprung a leak and we had water all throughout our downstairs. Since it was the weekend I was not able to reach our regular plumber, so called Len the Plumber. They were super responsive and had a technician enroute right away. The technician that responded was Joseph. He was highly skillful and explained things to me very plainly. He provided me with different options of what could be done.Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when calling Len and I truly thought that we would be priced gouged or that they would try and strong arm me into stuff that didn't really need to be done. I can honestly say that was not the case. I was so pleased with the service I received and was just very thankful that we happened to be on Joseph's dispatch route that day!

Victor was so helpful in explaining why my ancient iron cast plumbing rusted causing a leak under my kicthen into my crawlspace. He replaced the piping as well as cleaning out the pipes as they were clogged. Thank you for your professionalism.

The dispatch scheduled our appointment from 8 to 11 am. Dispatch didn't tell our service person about the appointment until 11. But as soon as he knew about the appointment he rushed over and did a great job. 10 out of 10. But I'd push dispatch to be true to the time they scheduled.

Will be using this company going forward for all hvac and plumbing needs. Great service time to fix our AC as we called last night and they have someone out next morning, even in the middle of summer! Service man John showed up and found our issue quickly and clearly communicated what needed to be done to get it back up and running as well as recommending some things to extend the life of our AC unit and improve our own health. Work was completed quickly and John was professional and friendly the entire time.

Ryan is professional, curtious and keeps you well informed of what is needed to preform the job. I bought a new vanity and the drain pipe needed to be adjusted in order to line up with the vanity. I was well pleased with the job performed.

Billy Coleman did a fantastic job with our 2 repairs. He thoroughly investigated and found exactly where the leak was in our shower drain. He also repaired our broken sink pipe. Very skillful and answered all the questions my husband and I had.

Service was ok, but I got ripped off! I just requested for replacement of a leaking expansion tank and charged me $531! (By the way, the expansion tank costs only $80 in Home Depot), and it only took less than 15 minutes to do. Moreover, I also got slapped with additional $252 to “diagnose water heater” and all he did was turn on the heater, adjust the knob and saying “it works fine now”- less than 5 minutes. Anyway, thanks for that $80 discount. I ended up paying $703 for that! Rip off.

My faucets was leaking buckets and when I couldn’t fix it myself then I called. Well on the same day I called they sent out a stellar plummer. Plummer Jessie was not only polite and efficient but he was also personable and knowledgeable. He gave me options and even a discount which helped tremendously. Len the plummer saved the day quite literally.

Had a faulty garbage disposer and they were out the next day and had it replaced within an hour. Gave me a couple options to chose from and Sanar did an excellent job installing it.

Mr. Houston Frey was simply phenomenal. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about products and diligent with his problem solving skills. He made me feel safe and comfortable because I was panicking and overwhelmed about the situation. He got the job done (installed a new fixture valve, removed water clogged wood underneath kitchen cabinet) gracefully and I couldn’t be more happy. He definitely went above and beyond and I am so grateful. And he cleaned up his work space which is so fantastic to me. Tech John & Anthony were very thorough, explained the problem and resolved the issue why our heat kept turning off. They took pictures and was able to pin point the problem. Both were very nice and great customer service.

Ryan and his apprentice were very professional and courteous. They called to tell me they were going to be delayed instead of making me wonder where they were. This may not seem that big a deal but it has happened to me before. Ryan told me what needed to be done and answered all my questions with patience. Sam did a great job leading a team of three to stay on task and finish the job ahead of schedule. He made sure we're able to use our kitchen sink around the New Year Holiday. He explained the root cause of the damage and how to fix it, especially repairing rain water drain back to the sum pump.Sam is a real professional. He truly did a quality job. I contacted Len The plumber and made a schedule to inspect a water leak problem. They requsted to rescedule the first time then for thd 2nd and 3rd resceduling, they didnt even bother to call and inform me. I had to call them and findout that they were busy to show up. Got my tenant to wait for them on 3 differnt appointments and no show. Very unprofessional.

Called for a water heater quote on a Sunday after my mother’s tank went up. The technicians were prompt and professional. They assessed situation and gave me a quote of a minimum of 3500.00, possibly more if they had to cut boiler pipes, etc. for doing job 2 days later. Ended up using another company at half the cost, and next day service. Don’t use them until you get at least 1 more quote, verges on price gouging.

Rohan was my technician and did an outstanding job with my new water heater installation. Turns out my old one could not be repaired and within hours I had a brand new water heater up and running. Ryan and his partner worked to unhook a gas line attached to an old dryer that just would not budge; the whole process was professional and low stress. This was our first experience with Len the Plumber and should the need arise, it won’t be our last.

I have used Len the plumber numerous times. I am generally happy with the service and this time was no exception. The tech, John, was thorough and got the job completed in a timely manner while also taking the time to explain to me what the problem was.

We’ve worked with Len the Plumber a couple times in our new home. They’ve been nothing but professional, friendly, and honest. Initially, they replaced our sewer line, and it was done within a few hours. More recently, we needed to replace our water heater, and they were out here the next day. Kyle and Zack were awesome! They were both so kind and put everything in terms we understood. Plus, when we originally called for service, the man who answered offered us a new special which gave us a big discount on our water heater! We’ll continue to call Len the Plumber for any plumbing and heating/air services.

Had an issue with my 3 yr old water heater...as most people know when you have water leaking from somewhere you can't wait for service. Called Len The Plumber and they were very responsive and came out in a few hours. Billy was our service technician and he was very courteous and professional, explained everything he would need to do to make the repair. Job was completed and so far everything is back to normal.Thank you!

Len the plumber helped me to diagnose my leaking bathtub fixtures. The diagnosis was my plumbing was old and parts are no longer stocked on their truck. I was even told parts are no available. I know better after visiting Lowe’s! Yes my plumbing is old but parts are still available. I was given a $1983 quote for new fixtures after being told they do not meet code. I paid $277 dollars for this! I must decide on my next move. Meanwhile the plumbing is not fixed. I graciously give 3 stars.

Dave Sizemore came out to help figure out why we were getting water in the basement after we showered. Come to find that there is a huge hole in the drain pipe. We have to get a camera guy out here now to make sure that it’s not all the way down the yard so we can get it fixed asap he was extremely helpful and willing to help

Was happily offered a same day appointment and Ezra diagnosed the issue and installed new equipment. I was happy that he had our model on the truck and was able install in one trip. Samuel and an assistant came out to my home to resolve a plumbing issue. There was a horrible smell invading my home. We had another company come out and the technician was very incompetent needless to say he didn’t find the problem. When Sam arrived he was very professional he introduced his helper, covered his shoes and got to work. He immediately located the problem gave me my options and his professional suggestions and allowed my husband and I to decide. He saved my summer vacation. REALLY! Awesome job! Will never call another company.

The service was excellent. The repair team arrived promptly, assessed the problem and suggested options for repair. They replaced 3 water shut off valves and installed a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job, I am very happy and highly recommend Len the Plumber!

Devon was very knowledgeable about the system, which Len the Plumber installed yesterday. He discovered the wiring wasn't done correctly so our heat didn't turn on the first night after it was installed. He also went over the thermostat with us again to ensure we understood the basic use. I am very satisfied with the work done to clean my kitchen sink drain. The plumber arrived quickly and was very efficient and courteous. He resolved the issue and improved the drain design so it will be easy to DIY any future clogs.

The toilet in our basement backed up (undoubtedly because of a foreign object/material my MIL put down the toilet). We've had them out many times to do repairs but recently we had the faucet replaced (because the builder put it too close to the wall for us to do it). Excellent job. Great communication. Showed up when they said.The water heater they got us in for an estimate the next day then for the replacement the following day. The communication from everyone was clear and concise. The estimate and our options given as well as what was recommended.They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and double checked everything before they left.Always happy and I really like Derrick. The price was a little more than we expected. However the service technician, Billy Coleman, was AMAZING!! He came in the door and started to diagnose the issue. The he showed us other things that need urgent attention. LIke our water heater had rust and bubbling under the paint. Really worth the call.

I had Josh come out to help relocate our washer and dryer hookup in our new house. He was on time, super friendly, very intelligent and let me know about how the service plan could help. The drain in my kitchen sink was clogged. Len the Plumber responded immediately and arrived on time. Technician, John, was very careful with preparing the area and he went above and beyond with clearing the drain all the way to the main. Cleanup was also excellent. I thought the cost was a little high, but it was also immediate service and a job well done, so no complaints.

The last was I called them was a Sunday morning at 0900 and someone came in an hour and a half. You can’t beat that.Of note: that was a good experience as well.They’re a little pricey, but you’re paying for the convenience and responsiveness.I will definitely use them again in the future.

Came and addressed what was needed and didn't try to upsell or make it more complicated that it really was. Appreciated the availability for weekend service too. Would have given a 5 star but they scheduled for Sat and then had to reschedule for Sunday which wasn't ideal, but I still appreciated weekend service.

Victor was right on time. He looked over our problems, told us how he would fix them and explained why and then told us the price. He did most of the work that afternoon and had to get parts for our shower, so came back the next morning to complete the job. Both times he was efficient, neat and very pleasant to work with. This is the second time we’ve had to call Len the Plumber Heating & Air for something. This time our AC decided to act up and of course it was 93 degrees and humid outside. Mike Cameron was our service tech. He discovered the problem within minutes and explained the solution and cost for getting it fixed. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! He got the problem solved quickly and had our air conditioner running again in no time. I highly recommend this company and Mike for any of your HVAC services!

James Nicholson did a fantastic job with repairing our pipes and clearing our drains. We had a backed up kitchen sink that needed roughly 10ft of pipe, elbows, and junctions replaced because it was clogged solid with about 70 years of grease and debris.Mr. Nicholson came out on a Saturday and was incredibly professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the piping and cleared the remaining piping that didn’t need to be replaced and cleaned up in about 3 hours.In the same vein as other reviewers, the professional work and responsiveness comes with a pricetag but they get the job done right the first time. 10/10 would call again!!

Called about AC Tune Up special received in mail that expires 31JUL. Called in to ask about it and they say its expired even after double checking when the mailer clearly says 31JUL23 and somehow I am in the wrong.. good strategy.

Richard was my tech and he did amazing. Very responsive. Tim i believe is his dispatcher and he was equally amazing. Came in and gave me a great estimate and got the job done! Answered all of my question an amazing job and i would use them again.

Suddenly our AC was not working. It was doing this short-cycling thing. We called Len the Plumber and they sent an excellent young man who really knew his stuff! I unexpectedly found lots water on the floor in the laundry room. I called Len the Plumber late Monday night and they sent a tech the very next day. John Frazier was my technician. He arrived within the specified window. He listened to my issues and after only a few short minutes of looking at the system, he was able to tell me what was wrong. John Frazier gave me options on how to repair the AC so that I could make an informed decision. He was very polite, respectful and personable. He showed me where my outside unit was because I wasn't sure and talked me thru everything he was doing. John made sure that he didn't miss anything and that I was educated on my system. He set me up with a Comfort Care specialist prior to leaving and made sure I was satisfied and understood the work he did. Ryan, the technician, was great, so that's why I gave the 1 star. I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I bought the disposal, so all that was needed was for it to be replaced (labor). There was nothing complicated about it, small 1/3 hp. I had a good experience previously, so that's why I called for this service. I was charged almost $400, just to have it replaced. I will NEVER use this company again and will not recommend to family or friends. I looked up average labor fees for this service and it was $150.

I had a sudden faucet break in my bathroom and Len the Plumber was avilable to fix the problem. My originally scheduled appointment was cancelled due to a lack of technicians that came to work that day. However, the woman who called to deliver the news and reschedule my appointment was very kind, professional and coutereous. she apologized several times for the inconvenience and booked me for the very first appointment the following day. My technician was Anthony E., and he was fantastic. He was respectful of my home and wore booties while walking through my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained my problem in a way that I could completely understand. He was effieceint and fast and I would definately contact Len the Plumber again based on the outstanding customer service I received from Anthony E. as well as the ladies who re-scheduled the appointment and notified me of Anthony's arrival. Oh, and I also liked how they send you the name and photo of the technician that will be visiting your home. It provided me with a sense of security; knowing that I was letting the correct person into my home.

As my house gets older there are things that breakdown or need repair. My toilet handle broke away from the connection to the chain. I had plans that day and when I called Len the Plumber they offered to come the same day but I was not calling from home. Since the weekend was coming up I asked about Friday and it was Yes ma'am, we could be out between 8 am and 11 am or 11 to 2. I was thrilled to take the 11 to 2 that fit into my schedule perfectly. I received a text with Shawn Gover's picture saying he was on his way on Friday right at 11. I found him very respectful and friendly. He asked what the problem was and knew just what to do. After checking on things he went out to his truck and came back with a kit that had everything needed to upgrade the problem. He even tightened up the seat that was a little loose. Very pleased about how efficiently he worked, had me sign some forms and use my credit card. I felt confident the job was perfect.

Samuel showed up about an hour after I called for service on a Saturday and fixed our toilet right away. He was professional and courteous. Found the problem and explained why he was doing what he was doing. Very grateful.

Had them fix an outdoor water faucet that was leaking badly. It was winter when they did the work and I have not tried turning on the water until earlier this week, but they did not properly label where the outside water turn on is and when I called and asked them to send someone to show me where the water turn on is located (maybe 5 minutes of work, if that) they told me it was $49 to come out. I tried to say that was insane to charge that to just show me where something is located. The man on the phone, a manager I believe, was incredibly rude.I will certainly never use this company again as they are 100% about money and not their work or customer relationships. Judging from other comments, it seems that is their M.O: Money Money MoneyEdit: I contacted them, as they asked me to do in the reply, it is several days later and I have yet to get a reply. So their reply to my review was clearly just for optics and not actual customer service.

My technician James (Jim) did a great job with not only a repair - but repiping my kitchen sink drain up to code as well as changing the handle on our rusted main water valve to a lever. He explained everything well, warned me it might get smelly in case I wanted to take my baby upstairs, he answered all my questions and gave me tips and advice on how to replace other things. I would definitely use Len the Plumber again, Jim came quickly and got done in a timely manner. Super pleasant to work with! I would definitely recommend for anyone needing work done.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I believe Len the Plumber's technicians took advantage of me as a new home owner. I had them replace the 20 year old water heater in the house I just moved into. They were eager to get started right away when they came to do the evaluation. I was excited to get it done so quickly. The price seemed really high, but I didn't know any better. Now I do. After doing some research after the fact, they charged me well more than double the average rate for a water heater install. $4300 is an unbelievable amount for a water heater and a couple hours of work. Can't believe I fell for it. At least now I know this is not a trustworthy company and they will take advantage of people who don't know how much a job should cost. I will NEVER use Len the Plumber again and would strongly encourage everyone else to also avoid them. I can't believe it isn't illegal to overcharge someone this much.

I have used Len the Plumber twice in the past 3 months. The first time for a water heater at another property. My technician today was Shawn Gover. I didn't want to wait a week and a half for another company to come out and unclog my toilet. The service was handled the same day. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 7/20/23. My Air conditioning went up on me on one of the hottest days. I didn't waste any time calling Len the Plumber. I knew they would be right out. There were parts that had to be replaced, but my technician Josh Boutchyard was prompt , personable and explained everything to me. He even went back to his office to check on part for me. He came the next day and fixed my system. Very satisfied with the service.

After snaking the drain twice to remove clogs, Anton determined that access from the basement would allow the remaining clogs to be cleared and by adding an access port there, future clearing - if necessary, would be more effective. Anton was thorough, personable and professional.

I have used Len the Plumber since 2004. They were able to plumb and install our new sink and dishwasher just before Christmas that year. Over the years, they've repaired pipes and cleared drains and the sewer main. They have always come out when we call. Some people in our neighborhood think they are too expensive but I've always felt the quality was excellent and warranted the *slightly* higher cost.Edit: I recently joined their service program and am still impressed! I get two HVAC checks and tune ups a year plus a discount on any service. My tech, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and it seems like Len the plumber built their HVAC business with experienced people!I trust them with our house!

July ‘23 - Very friendly, professional, and they have an impeccable reputation, but you pay for the quality. They are expensive, but they get the job done right the first time.8/1/23 - I had the need for a capable A/C repairman this month. I decided to use LEN the plumber for Heating and Air as I had signed up for their membership program on my last call trying to save some money. The tech, John Frazier was an absolutely great guy and clearly a master at his craft. He had us fixed right up extremely quickly (about 2.5 hours or so). He was friendly and very communicative. He explained what was going on as he worked, and gave me his direct line in case I needed to reach him. But I just can’t give a five star review because these prices are just outrageous. He tried to work with me to keep the price reasonable, but the total cost out-of-pocket for the (admittedly great) work, leaves me desperately looking for another company. Even if the service isn’t as good, at least maybe somewhere else, 3 hours work won’t cost me an entire paycheck.

Bryan was incredible! He was polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me options when available. He provided more than what was promised where he could. He left the area clean and went through each repair with me before he left, explaining what he did, what I could expect, and how he tested each repair. I am very pleased with the service the technician provided. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He got our air conditioning up and running for us in a matter of minutes, and the price didn’t break the bank which was what I was expecting after reading some of the reviews.

Initially my appointment time provided by customer service did not get on the calendar. Was able to reschedule for the same day. Technician work was fine. Only issue is in the process, the temperature dial for my wall heating unit was taken off and not not replaced. Not I have to try and locate a new dial for the unit.

Bryan and Houston were the absolute BEST. Polite, kind, respectful of my property, and understood exactly what I needed and wanted. They completely re-piped my house from the water meter to the second floor, cleaned up, patched the sidewalk, and did it all in two days. There was minimal demolition needed and it's going to be a snap to repair. I cannot say enough good things about the service I've gotten from Len the Plumber in general. I had to Len The Plumber out to house twice in a week, once on a Saturday. Both times they showed up within a couple of hours and identified and addressed the problem quickly. I highly recommend.

I really wanted to love this company. They were super professional the first day I called and responded quickly. They came out and tallied up the job and Keefer was pretty helpful (it was his last day of working for the company.) That should have been a red flag. He told me it would be a two person job and that dispatch should call me back by 5 that day. By the way none of this is on Keefer he was excellent. It was going on 1630 so I gave them a call to see what the status was and when could we schedule the actual work to be done. They said expect a call the next day. I called… same issue. I called on three separate occasions and each time I got the run around. I finally called a different plumber who came out and actually did an amazing job. I do not recommend this company unfortunately.

Rohan was arrived on time. He was very detailed when explaining what needed to be done to unclog my bathroom sink drain. He even went as far us checking out the pipes in the basement. My sink is no longer clogged I can brush my teeth and wash my face now.

I received an estimate from Len the plumber for services at my home. Upon seeing the estimate, I decided to get another quote from a different company. The estimate from Len the plumber was $1,186 MORE than a local company. The person that came to do the estimate was courtesy and professional. He showed up on time. The pricing seemed high. I was able to get the job done (correctly and professionally) for much cheaper. I can’t speak on the services provided by Len the plumber however the person they sent to my home seemed nice.

Today was second try at getting a tech to my home. Scheduled for Friday and waited 2-5 pm until called by dispatcher to say no techs available. Fortunately, rescheduled for Saturday and John Pitt, tech, arrived within expected time. Service is still pricey but John did a quick, effective repair.

My toilet was stopped up and had overflown on a Friday afternoon. I called this company for service and a technician, whose name is Kevonn arrived within 2-3 hours. Kevonn diagnosed the problem as a sewer line clog. He brought the equipment into my home to clear the clog, placed floor covering for protection and cleaned up afterwards. He discussed the process of what he was doing, as well as the cost of the service. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also, he informed me I would receive a free sewer line camera inspection, which is offered with a sewer drain cleaning.

Anthony Cedeno was very professional and knowledgeable. The original appointment was just for service. However, it turned out that my furnace flame probe needed to be repaired. Anthony Cedeno got our furnace back to a working condition. We are very thankful for his helpful and service-oriented attitude. We are thankful that he was able to help us that day.Tiyese Pope was the technician who help us with our service call a couple of days later. Tiyese was a treat to interact with, as he was very informative and knowledgeable with all the options he provided. Mr. Pope did recommend a number of options for his findings. My wife and I will be sure to follow his recommendations for maintenance. We could possibly go as far as replacing the furnace when the time is right. Our sump pump stopped working. We called Len and they were able to send someone out in the evening. Derrick was on time and professional. He was able to assess the problem and replace our sump pump and made sure it was working properly before he left. Derrick was kind, courteous and professional.

Laconia was great in testing and diagnosing the toilet blockage. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to resolve the issue. Very professional in that respect. When he left I noticed he scratched my bathroom cabinet sink and the cabinet doors with his snaking equipment. I felt he could have brought this to my attention instead of leaving me to find it. In addition there was poop debris on walls, baseboards, flooring, sink. I understand about the poop, but again I should have been informed about my cabinet.

The 2 technicians (Dylan Ewen and his coworker) were professional and did the work on a timely manner while keeping me abreast throughout the process.Yet, I was charged almost twice as much as Micheal and Son who did the same Backflow testing about a year ago and who was not available this time; ($858 vs $471.05 (= $302.5) + $169 due to the emergency dispatch).

The service, once again was exceptional. However, for this particular job I thought was a little pricey. However, I will definitely use and recommend both the technician and Len the Plumber again.

My a/c unit was leaking water onto the floor. I called LEN the Plumber and they were able to respond immediately. The tech Tiyese Pope checked my unit. He could have cleared the clog in the drain pipe and left, but wanted to check the entire unit. After his thorough inspection and maintenance, my a/c is running so efficiently that I am able to turn up my thermostat 2 degrees which will save me in the long run. I definitely recommend Mr. Pope and this company.

We had John come out to service our 25+ year old ac. He was super helpful and professional and recommended not to repair it as it would cost almost as much as a new system and it probably wouldn't last due to the age. Two days later we had Jason and John come out to install our new hvac system. They were professional and installed the system in little time. They made sure to show up even slightly before the appointment window to avoid having to cancel due to pending thunderstorms. They all really showed a sense of decency towards us as the customers that has become incredibly hard to find these days. Definitely glad we chose this company and got such great professionals.

It was a very stressful situation and I really had no clue where to even start. Aaron came to the rescue and had a new, beautiful hot water heater installed by dinnertime the day I called. Called while at work about a leak coming from my toilet pipe. They were able to schedule the same day from 5-8pm. I was able to be present after work. Matthew came on time and got right to work. He saw the issue and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to replace the faulty part with a new one and there is no more leak. He even gave me helpful advice to not use the toilet for a couple days to allow the wood under my toilet and the caulk around the bottom of the toilet to dry. I’ll check in a couple days if the issue is still present but he assured me that they would come back if there was. Thanks for the quick fix!

It was very difficult for me to reach the screws to remove the faucet and it required special tools. Dave brought all the right tools and got the job done.

I called Len the Plumber because we had a leaking faucet above the bathtub. To change the faucet they charged me $1230, and that same faucet cost $100 in Home Depot. Total and utter rip off. My mom was to have surgery in two days, and I really didn’t have time to contact other services, but it is such a shame that they go into community and rip people off like this. Plus, the main plumber Kenneth Borowiak was saying how my old faucet was cheap Home Depot product, and lo and behold he installed Home Depot faucet as well. Plus, I asked him to put different faucet and he refused. Also, he was making phone call to his car mechanic regarding his car repair. So unprofessional. Also, after they finished work, area was not left clean. The guy that was helping main plumber was courteous and professional.

We live in an older house, which has plumbing which is just as old; Len The Plumber is often our Go Too with our issues. Their plumbers are able to respond quickly, get the job done, and at a reasonable price.Mason was our assigned plumber on this occasion. We called about a frozen valve under our kitchen sink; Mason gave us an estimate for the valve replacement, and also one to address corrosion he noticed and showed to us. Plumbing problems down the road have come back to bite us, so we were glad Mason found them. The project would take a while and he would need to pick up some parts, so we all agreed it was best to start the next day. Mason worked efficiently and completed much in a few hours, explained everything, and left us with the surety that our sink area was in good shape for decades down the road. At a reasonable price.

Needed new sewer line, they came on time Monday morning at 8:30 and were done by 1. Awesome service and very professional.Our yard hardly looks like it had been dug and they even hauled away some branches they had to cut down.They had to cut our cement porch and they filled that in with rocks which was awesome.Would highly recommend and call again. Great prices.

I called on a Sunday for next day service and received an early time window for my appointment. Tyrell was the service technician assigned. He arrived promptly (early in my time window). He was professional, courteous, and efficient and conferred with me prior to performing the repair. He fixed my system quickly and I was back in business. Response with 6 hours. Repaired a toilet clog in15 minutes. Response was good, technician was very good, cost and company procedures were very poor. Cost after about 20% adjustment was $377.00 or approximately $1500/hr. Problem repeated within 2 weeks and Len the Plumber refused to stand behind their work. Would never use again.

John Frazier came to my home today for what I thought to be a A/C inspection and repair for a leak. He explained in detail what my systems issues were and what would be needed to insure the longevity of my equipment. I asked a question about my forced heat and he took a look and informed me that he could help with that also. He was respectful of my dwelling to the point where I told him that it was ok to go without his shoe coverings and he declined. I truly appreciate everything that was done today and because of John Frazier...LEN THE PLUMBER is the team that I will work with exclusively going forward!

A Len the Plumber van keeps coming to my neighborhood in the evening where the driver purchases drugs and leaves. When I reported this the Supervisor who called back chastised me about making unfounded accusations. When I said I would report this on social media she accused me of making a threat. Draw your own conclusions.

Victor was so patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly and showed me through the process the entire time. After he explained everything to me, I felt confident that I understood the issue and the work he was doing, plus what needed to be done to fix the issue, so that I could relay it all to the insurance agent.

I have always called Len the Plumber for services. Would have only given them 3 stars but the tech was great today. My problem was with 2 no shows 2 days in a row. I will never schedule ANY evening appointments. Had a 5-8pm appts only to wait and wait and no tech showed up. Had to call a couple of times to get updates. Finally scheduled for an early morning and finally got the sump pump repaired. Just hope this is my only negative encounter because otherwise they are dependable and service was great.

Service received from our technician Thomas St. Germain was quick and professional. He was exactly on time for the start of the appointment window as well.

Repair costs are a little bit on the higher side, however the amount was worth the piece of mind that a good job was done. Joe Allen replaced our dripping faucet and some piping, etc. The way the vanity was built made it very difficult to replace anything and the pipes not in code. Honestly, this was a project we could not do ourselves. The old faucet was also an issue in itself trying to remove it.Joe Allen was just wonderful to deal with. He was not only professional but just a nice person. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. Also, he arrived when expected (even early - dispatch did ask if that was okay), the first time he arrived. When it was recommended a get a new faucet to fix the issue, as well as replace pipes under the sink which where not in code, I was able to choose the faucet of my liking and was given a choice of different costs up front for the entire project. The new faucet needed to be ordered and thought it would take at least a week, however I got a call within 2 days stating it was in. I made a new appointment for it to be installed, and dispatch kept me informed when Joe would arrive.The entire experience was top notch and I would use Len the Plumber again. If. you do decide to use their service, I would recommend you ask for Joe. I will be using him again for sure.Lastly, if you decide not to use their service you have to pay the 49.00 gas fee. Honestly, I know some people found this unfair, but honestly I don't blame them.

Very pleased with the work done by TJ the lead technician and Ryan both with Len the Plumber. Our water heater was replaced within 24 hours and it was a very smooth process.

When we had a pipe burst this morning, I immediately call Len the Plumber. They had a technician out to us with 90 minutes and all repairs were completed by the end of the day. Great service and a job well done!

The service was excellent. Notwithstanding there was a lag between the time they were supposed to get here vs. the time they arrived, the service was great. Our basement flooded with sewerage on Friday evening. They came Saturday to assess the issue, but needed time to let the pipe drain. They returned Sunday, and the issue is fixed. Their prices were very reasonable. We spent almost twice as much on the professional cleaning. Our technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I have no true complaints. It was impressive, to say the least.

CRAZY Expensive! I need two rusted drains removed from 2 twenty year old tubs, and a toilet isn't filling fast... $3200 dollars. I JUST replaced the plunge mechanism myself in the upstairs bathroom. The part was $20 and took 30 mins watching a YouTube video. $500 is what they wanted for a complete toilet rebuild. The plumber told me the tool I would need to pull the drains out when he left. Biggest waste of $49 mandatory quote fee in my life. DONT CALL THEM!!!

They came out right away. Had to schedule a come back time to do the work. 1st day scheduled had to be pushed a day due to scheduling mishap in their office. Took all day to remove a shower and install a new one. The guys were nice and professional. I wasn't too happy with the finishing look of the tub and shower surround. Edges uneven, caulk white and clear and messy. Plumbing part was good. It was pricey considering the final look of the job, hind sight, we should have shopped around for a better price with finishing work, as we have to do the drywall spackle and finishing ourselves.

The guys at Len the Plumber were great! They showed up on time and explained what was happening. Got to work promptly and finished quickly. Explained everything so I understood it and made great suggestions on how to avoid this in the future. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

Enjoyed a great maintenance appointment with Mr. Pope, who walked me through all the details of his visit, educated me on some aspects of my HVAC system I was not aware, and was extremely professional and approachable on all questions directed.

John came to do the yearly check and we found out our compressor wasn't working! Fortunately it's under warranty but the first estimate to get a replacement was 7-10 days. They found one closer and will get it and the unit working in a couple days. Glad it's not freezing winter or red hot summer! John will be back for the repair. He was friendly, informative, and professional.John returned Friday to install the new compressor. He had a lot to do to get everything ready for the new compressor. I've been searching for a plumber to install my shower faucet handles. When I called for an appointment, the call center took my call. I listed the two jobs I had, and asked for a technician to visit to create an estimate. A customer service person called back, and I asked a few questions about their rates. That person couldn't answer my questions and transferred me to the customer service manager, a Mrs. Marshall. I politely asked for a range of rates, and she was extremely rude in response. Nonetheless I remained polite, and asked her six times if I could speak, but each time she told me there was nothing for me to say.I had one company come out this week and bill me for the visit, then tell me they couldn't send me an invoice. I had another company come out and not bill for the visit. I'm a little gun shy about the first one, and wanted reassurance that their services would be within a reasonable price range before I paid for the technician to come out. There is a huge range of pricing, and I'm a regular homeowner who wants information before spending her money. I don't think that's an unreasonable concept, but she was shouting about it as if I was asking for the moon.After six times of asking if I could speak, but being told no, I told her that I'd be reporting on my experiences on the neighborhood referral page.The call was recorded, so after hanging up on her as she continued to rampage, I called the call center back to express my dissatisfaction with how I was treated, so the recording of that call could be sent to her manager. I can't imagine an owner would want their customer service manager speaking to people that way.While a very kind person in the call center tried to take my message, Mrs Marshall 'took over' the call, cutting that person out of the call, and proceeded to be even ruder, both to me and the poor call center employee, who didn't even know what was going on. It was incredibly unprofessional and agressive. She accused me of 'harrasing' the people at the customer call center. I was doing no such thing. Customers have a right to report adverse experiences.I explained that I did not wish to speak to her, and that I was calling to file a compliant with the company management. She proudly informed me that she had already sent the recording to her boss, and that they were fine with it.I've never once seen a customer service manager respond so visciously to questions from a potential customer, or go to the lengths that she did to be rude. It was uncalled for and seemingly uncharacteristic for the company, based on the 4 star rating.Obviously, I won't be making that appointment for the technician to come out, and when I report to the neighborhood group on my experiences with the various companies I've contacted, Len the Plumber will be at the bottom of the list. I imagine that they have great technicians, but if a company cannot spend a few minutes explaining things politely and calmly, and winning a customer's trust, all the technique in the world won't matter.The grand finale was her telling me she was 'blocking my number', as if I'd ever call again! My heavens! LIke a grade schoool argument.

I'll never call another company. Service and quick response time is unmatched. I'm a general contractor and wouldn't hire my own team over len the plumber Derrick was amazing. Matt The operator was awesome. Andrew, I want to say site manager was incredible. The other two gentlemen that were on site were also extremely professional and kind. All around 10 out of 10. Everybody involved made the check much easier to sign in the end. No one wants to spend money. As a general contractor, I'm pretty knowledgeable in the field but I was also educated on the process which again make sign in the check a little easier. Everybody involved was as careful as could be to my garden and my 50-year-old Japanese maple.

Andre was great when he arrived and very professional. He quickly understood the issue and identified the best way to solve to problem and had us back up and running as soon as he could. I wasn’t happy that I wasn’t able to get service in the day requested and the company had to reschedule twice but I don’t fault the technician for that and the woman I spoke to on the phone was apologetic and kind. Some things just work out when they work out and patience is rewarded. Again, Andre was great and did excellent work.

Last spring, I had a problem with my well pump. Richard Keefer from Len the Plumber was out first thing the following morning, diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and took care of the issue - including a new pump and a new holding tank - which he installed the same day. He mentioned that my water heater was likely due for replacement because of its age but I declined at the time. Fast forward 9 months, my water heater bit the dust. Without hesitation, I called Len the Plumber. Within an hour, Ken Borowiak and Sean arrived to remedy the problem and a new hot water heater was installed the same day. In both cases, these gentlemen resolved my plumbing issues and any questions I had in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Additionally, they were very neat and left my house without a trace of ever having been there. I can't say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. Thank you so much!

Anthony did an excellent job. It was a Sunday emergency call due to a sump pump outage at my home. Len the Plumber was responsive of sent Anthony to my home in the morning and he replaced my sump pump by 1pm the same day. I called Len the Plumber to set an appointment today. They said technician is arriving between 11a to 2p. They called back 10 minutes later and said that a technician is in the vicinity and is available to service us in the next 45 minutes. Mat and Tony the technicians then timely arrived. They're very courteous and they were straight forward especially in determining the estimate for the job. The job was completed in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours to our relief and satisfaction. They did an excellent toilet drain job including the aftercare. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Len the Plumber were true to their promise of a prompt and same-day service. Definitely their service is a 5-Star!

Billy C. was so amazing throughout this process! We had a huge pipe leak over the weekend (leaked through 2 floors) and they were able to come very quickly to evaluate it. He walked us through the process - getting it cleaned up, who to contact, next steps, etc., and was quick coming back after the evaluation to fix the leak!! He answered my many questions and was so kind and professional through it all! He put us at ease during a bad situation and I’m so grateful for his help and expertise! I don’t wish this type of leak on anybody, but if you’re ever in that situation, I highly recommend them!

Dispatch was not great. We were called and told technician was on the way. Hours later we were told no tech was assigned to us. Two more hours later, we were told a tech was on the way. That gets few stars.BUT Dylan and his helper get about six stars. Excellent work and clean up, patient and professional. We hope he will be our tech next time we need help.

Called on a Friday and got a same day appointment between 2-5 got home from work at 5:45 and still no plumber. Called and rescheduled for the next day between 11-2 and no plumber showed up. Rescheduled again for the next day between 8-11 no show had to call and I was told someone was still coming. A plumber came around 2 and fixed my plumbing issue. The plumber was great. He told me exactly what he was doing and how he was going to fix the problem. Couldn’t use my kitchen sink and had to eat out because we couldn’t cook. Very costly to fix the kitchen sink. Still going to use Len the Plumber, but I’m going to ask for the same plumber Saran Reyes. Highly recommend him. I hope in the future if I have a clogged drain, it will not take 3 days to fix it.

I called len the plumber to get an estimate on the outside faucet running water after I turn it off. I had to get it fixed because it came on overnight. They don't give an estimate over the phone & they charge $50 dollars to come out. The plumber charged $451.00 to change the faucet and install an elbow part inside underneath the sink. I think it was too much because there was no cutting or plastering of materials. I would not recommend this company & I will not use them again for anything new. There is a one year warranty on the work but otherwise I will not use them again. I have used them several times in the past but every time they come to unclog a drain or a repair their price is too high & the plumber always says that they usually charge a lot more. I always have the coupon but it doesn't seem to help. I will call someone else next time I have a plumber problem.

A great job was done in getting my water leak repaired. This turned out to be a more difficult repair. Anthony got it done in a very professional manner. I know I can depend on Len the plumber to handle my problems in the future.

I had a leak in my basement. Every two hours my family was using the shop vac to vacuum puddles of water. I called Len The Plummer, and got a same day appointment. The company sent a text message with the service man picture and verifying my address that he was on the way. Billy Coleman was very welcoming and he explained the process to locate our leak in our basement walls before he got started. I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. We are first time home buyers and he told us about the other services that the company offers. This is my 2nd time using Len The Plummer services and I would highly recommend them.

When we called I was expecting the next available to be a few days (if not longer), but we got an appointment for the next day. The team showed up and immediately got to work on our request. We just upgraded our washer and dryer and swapped to electric devices and needed to shut off the old gas line. While I am satisfied with the repair job that was done, it was absolutely ridiculous what the price was. About $70 total for a parts and that’s being generous. I was charged over $700 to fix 2 feet of pipe that I found in the house and opened up forms. It would be easy to get two. Two shark bites, and 2 foot of pipe. I will never use the service again and I intend to tell anyone that asked me about you guys the same thing. For some business that claims to not charge extra for weekends, we should we got the short end of the deal.

Although Ryan was not able to clear my clogged kitchen sink. (Due to some old incorrect pipes) Ryan gave me some other options which actually resolved my problem. Not well-versed in plumbing expenses and the repair and replacement work was expensive, however, my sense is that it was a reasonable amount given the severity of the problems as well as the actions undertaken to resolve the problems.Also, Jerry, the Senior Plumber, was polite, patient, friendly, thorough and seems to have a general desire to be helpful. Update 6/23/23: So after the installation the unit stopped working in less than a month, for the past month and a half I've been calling and have been told we have the parts the service team would be contacting me soon to fix it, well they finally did call me this past Monday 6/19/23, so I took off work on Friday 6/23/23 for them to fix it, the techs showed up, took the unit apart and found out the wrong parts were ordered and now I am going into July with a 6700 dollar lawn ornament. Update 7/10/23: The ac unit is now functional again. The tech was very polite and professional, he was as happy as I was to get it working again once it kicked on.

I needed a new gas stove installed, asap. I called and was scheduled for a technician to come in just a couple hours. Kenneth arrived quickly and got the job done, despite old house issues. He was professional, efficient, and answered my questions. Very happy with my service.

Nothing wrong with the quality of the work or the professionalism. The price though is EXTREMELY outrageous almost cruel!!! I think I twice repeated the quoted price just to make sure I hadn't drifted off to some alternate reality. I was expecting the plumber to say he pulling my leg but he was dead serious. I replaced less than 2 feet of old aluminum pipes with pvc and was thinking $200 maybe $400 (if they were overpriced). The actual cost was closer to 5 times that amount. ($1545.00)I am not a plumber but have personally replaced aluminum pipes in my house before and know it isn't a demanding job (if I can do it with no prior experience). Unfortunately this job required a special saw to cut the pipe which I did not have. No way was this worth that kind of money but it's the holiday season so I said ok, let them eat a little. Don't think they will hear from me again.

Vince was totally amazing! After a water emergency at a rental property on a Friday afternoon that ended with the city shutting off water to the house, I called five plumbing companies to come out and address the issue. Len the plumber said they’d send someone Saturday morning. None of the other companies I talked to would deal with it until Monday (although 2 said they could send someone Saturday for a $250+ weekend surcharge). Vince arrived early on a 40 degree Saturday morning, took one look at the scary water-logged crawl space under the house, and went right in. He was totally drenched from crawling around and he was reaching into elbow deep water at various points trying to feel around pipes and identify our issue. There was absolutely nothing straight forward about our water mystery since plumbing had been replaced, rerouted, cut off, etc in a dark space under the house over the last 50+ years. Lots of trial and error and testing to determine what was going on. Lots of people might have thrown up their hands and said call me back on a warmer dryer day when the water is gone, but Vince was the most hard core dedicated plumber I’ve ever worked with and was definitely up for the challenge. In the end, the problem was identified , fixed, and we were able to restore water to the property. I seriously don’t think any other plumber would have done what he did. Moving forward, I will absolutely call Len the plumber for all of my plumbing needs at both my house and all of our rental properties.

I was extremely pleased with Andre’s work. He replaced a section of copper pipe that had a pin hole leak and the shut off valves for both of my outdoor spigots(sp?). He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to work in some challenging areas of my house (the valves weren’t located in the most convenient places).Also, this was the 2nd time I have called Len the Plumber in the last 3 months (the first was urgent and the last was me working through my “to do list” of home maintenance projects). Beware! We had them install a tankless water heater for $4720. They informed us we would need a meter upgrade from BGE and assured us it would be free. Turns out Lens folks had to come back out to hook up the new meter to the house main and they charged us another $1300 to do it. Had to pay or go without hot water. This company is dishonest or incompetent, not sure which.

Two for two Len the Plumber did it once again. I am having ny patio re-done, and there was some ground water when the removed the concrete, it was determined my sump pump was the culprit. I called Len the Plumber Wednesday afternoon. Ray Kinkel was my assigned technician and he gave me his honest opinion. A day later my sump pump was replaced and I am truly satisfied. Ray and Devin were professional, courteous, friendly, and masters of there craft. I highly recommend Len the Plumber to anyone who needs work with their plumbing. Ray you are the best!

After causing a pipe to burst your tech went to silent mode rude and tried blaming the problem on someone else. Had to cut out wall and they didn’t want to take responsibility. Contradicting and lying about statements he made. Take ownership accidents happen. Being an adult and owning up to your mistakes and correcting them makes for a bigger person. Was handled without insurance but what a headache. Product installed poor cheap quality. Will not return.

The technician who did the work was actually excellent. Did great work, courteous and professional.But I got no-showed 4 times, 2 with no communication at all from dispatch. Not once did they meet their arrival window. I can’t imagine how they are still in business with that kind of track record.And the service seemed pretty pricey, but when you need a plumber you need them stat so I didn’t do any shopping around. It took 6 days to get my problem fixed and a lot of time waiting for no one to show up.

A few hiccups to start, including a canceled (by them) appointment and a tight space to work in needed two attempts but in the end Abraham did a great job, cleaned up and re-installed appliances, basically ‘beat it into submission’ as I like to say. Would use again.

Detected leak in my dishwasher and replaced the leaking dishwasher with a new dishwasher.. Also, replaced my hoses with braided steel, replaced my valves and replaced my laundry box in my condo .

Water heater was leaking like a sieve and they were here after hours within 30 mins to evaluate the situation. James was a fantastic help and was professional and quick! It put my mind at ease knowing we were not going to have water in the basement and we would be able to bath the kids. Not cheap but worth the peace of mind.

Justin turned off the water to enable the installation of a new counter, sink and faucet. Then he reconnected when that was done. Also found a few repairs needed and did those. Removed and replaced the water heater too. He was a big help.

Very good experience with Anthony(Tony) in my time of need. Talked throughmy concerns with replacing 2 outdoor spigots one of which had broken in the wall. Another that was placed above our electrical box by the builder was moved to a better location. Talking through the concerns and options was very productive with Anthony(Tony). I'll definitely be having him back to replace our sump pump later this year.

Worked with a few individuals to identify a replacement AC system for my home in Baltimore. Everyone was very helpful and responsive. I think the value I got was pretty good, Len beat a few other companies on price. Install was painless and quick.

Technician was to arrive between 8-9, first 1 arrived at 9:20, 2nd one arrived 9:30 to drop off units. First technician waited for another technician to show for a long time and eventually did what he could on his own. Second technician finally arrived and they finished outside but waited for a 3rd technician to come to help get attic unit upstairs. (Last company we used easily took apart the unit in 3 sections and 2 got it in attic easily - both Trane units.) Meanwhile, a thunderstorm came and the paperwork and manuals got drenched. The plug for the unit was only for air-conditioning, thus needed to order another plug for heat and air. They didn't leave until after 7 PM. I called a few days later wondering where my receipt was and was told the just paperwork just came in with no mention of a part needing to be ordered. Parts person called to say she didn't receive an order for a new plug but would do so. Have not heard back when the new plug would be exchanged with the wrong one.The technicians were all very polite and endured very high outside temperature. The people I talked with on the phone were also very polite and attended to our. needs. The salesman questioned our needs and chose a unit for us. there was no book or paperwork to help us visualize what we were buying and I gave up trying to find it on my iPad. There was no breakdown of the unit's cost nor was any guarantee explained. Also, the full payment was asked for upfront, andI later read in the receipt that'll payment wasn't expected at that time. I admit I should have asked more questions, but we were concerned about getting air conditioning ASAP due my husband's medial needs and not focused on questions I would have normally asked.Very pleasant staff both on sight and on phone - coordination of workers' schedules needed improvement as it shouldn't have taken all day to do this job (our other heat pump was replaced in ½ day) and the technicians communication with the office about needing a different part broke down somewhere.The unit is working well and we believe we got the right unit for our needs. The replacement part has yet to be delivered and installed.

FOLLOW UP - 2 weeks after they posted their answer, they still haven't gotten in touch with me. I emailed they my contact info and the time I'd be available. They called once, not during the time I was available. I emailed them again, no response. I asked them to let me know when would be a good time for them, no response. So my review stands.The townhouse next door had Len The Plumber replace the water service pipe. I had a Bobcat and an open trench in front of my house for 2 days. When they were done, they did not restore the lawn – didn’t pack down the soil, didn’t hose off the sidewalk, and didn’t plant any grass (see pictures). I think they left the area in front of my house a mess to get even with me for asking questions, like when would they be done, etc. I tried talking to the foreman, but he was combative and not helpful. I think he was under a lot of pressure because they ran into problems with the job and didn’t know what to do. I called the office to ask when they were going to finish and they said they’d call me back but never did. If you use these folks, expect petty people and poor workmanship.

I had a problem with my AC unit and they sent someone out the next morning. Josh arrived on time ad was extremely helpful. He not only did great work but took the time to go over everything with me to help educate me. He even helped clean my outside unit that day which wasn’t scheduled. After another plumber cancelled last minute for a separated sink pipe (pic attached), Len the Plumber had a tech available. Tech James Anderson was professional, explained what was wrong and how he was going to correct it and had it fixed quickly. He double checked the leak was solved before leaving, as it separated after a large volume of water was in the sink from washing out a bucket - that was too much for a slow leak that had been happening for two weeks (original sink installer was delaying coming out to fix it). All fixed and very happy with James.

I’m writing this review after 2 weeks of giving Len The Plumber the chance to rectify this situation. After multiple phone calls with no reply, I’m now posting- which I feel is reasonable. I think it’s only fair to give businesses the chance to fix things before publicly airing dirty laundry. Unfortunately, they did not do that.On Mon 2/14/22 we called for service- pretty bad back up and overflow out of our washing machine drain which led to a broken pipe. When the plumber arrived and looked everything over, he informed us that our washer was draining incorrectly. In addition to the unclogging and repair, and he’d have to run a new draining system for the washer.The repair was made and new line for the washer was put in on Tues 2/15/22. The plumber left around 3:30 or so. Family members were kind enough to stay for the repair while I was working and paid him. When I got home from work around 5:15, I went downstairs to find that the plumber had broken our closet door. Pieces of the slats were left on the floor. He did not tell anyone this happened.I immediately called to report the damage as soon as I noticed it. I tried the office number on my invoice but they were closed. So I called the dispatch number and left my name and info. I was told a customer service manager would get back to me the next day (this was Tues 2/15/22). No response. So I called again on Thurs 2/17/22- again, my info was taken and I was told a manager would call/ email me. No response. Called again on Tues 2/22/22- same thing. This time the receptionist actively typed and sent an email directly to the manager while I was on the phone. No response. I called again on Thurs 2/24/22. This time they seemed to know who I was and put me on hold. I finally got in touch with a manager on that phone call. She said to email her pictures of the broken door and that she’d be working the next day, Fri 2/25/22, and that she’d definitely be in touch tomorrow. I emailed the pictures right away. She responded to that email within a few minutes, confirming she received the photos, and again reiterating that she’d be in contact the following day Fri 2/25/22. No response Friday. I figured I’d give another business day just in case. No reply again by close of business today Mon 2/28/22.I’ve been calling since the moment I noticed the damage on Tues 2/15/22. We paid over $3,000 for this service. For that amount of money, I do not expect damage to occur. Of course, mistakes and accidents happen. If it does occur, they should own up to it and tell the customer it happened. Furthermore, when the customer is paying $3,000, those mistakes should be fixed. They should not have to repeatedly call for weeks on end to address it. I regret using them as I feel the price was excessive- which I would have overlooked had the experience been better- and there is damage to my home. Now I cannot get a response from Len The Plumber to address and fix this damage. Avoid like the plague.

A service technician from Len the Plumber was dispatched the same day to my house. Rich arrived right when the scheduler indicated and was professional and polite. I had a minor leak from my bathtub that I made worse through personal repairs. Rich listened to my story and passed no judgement on my handiwork. He outlined three possible repairs starting with the lowest cost option to the most expensive. He didn't push for the most expensive and patiently attempted to get the cheapest option to work (which he was successful in doing). Rich also made certain to apply available discounts to further lower the cost. Would definitely use Len the Plumber again.

Len the Plumber recently replaced my old HVAC system. I want to thank Jason and Anthony for a job well done. They were professional, polite and hardworking. They managed some complicating issues due to the installation of my old system with no problem. They explained my new system and answered all my questions and left the work area clean and tidy. I called yesterday to get an appointment and I was able to get an appointment the next day. James, the technician, let me know when he was about 30 minutes away, which was very convenient since I had to take kids to camp.When he arrived, I explained the issues we were having and showed him where the problems were occurring. He immediately explained to me what was going on and what they needed to do to fix the problems. Before they did any work, he very thoroughly went over all of the charges for the services. When he was done, he made sure I knew everything was fixed. He was very professional and efficient.

We had our air conditioner replaced today. Chris and Rhaja were great! They were very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and they replaced our AC unit in under 4 hours! The company sent out a technician same day when we noticed our air not working. His name was Ryan and he was super polite and knowledgeable. John, who we met with to figure out what new air conditioner system to purchase, was also super kind and seemed to have our best interest at heart. Replace cut off valve to outside faucet, Josh O’Neil was great. But, they failed to show up on two days. First time I stayed home and they were a No Show and did not even bother to call me. They rescheduled a week later. For that appointment they called and said that they again could not make it. They again rescheduled for another week. Josh was great as the plumber, but the management of my appointment was terrible.

A repipe of the whole house was done, also installation of bathroom vanities. Very happy with the work done, Jim and Jay were professional and reliable. Happy to know there will be no more leaks!

I just moved into my home and had my toilet and shower backing up. I don’t know the area or anyone here so I had to find a plumber based on reviews. I called Lens Plumbing and they came out the same morning and were extremely prompt. Very respectful, out shoe covers on immediately, helped me move large furniture to make room for his equipment to get through. He worked fast got the job done and cleaned up great when he was done. The company themselves were very professional. I loved how they sent a picture of the technician that would be coming to my house with a tracker of where he was and his contact information. Made me feel very safe being my husband is gone a lot with work and it’s usually just me here with my kids. Definitely recommend this company.

Be advised they will temporarily fix the problem, and then charge you to come back to fix what they messed up the first time. I hired them to fix my hot water heater. The plumber appeared to not know what he was doing and simply wiped water away which temporarily fixed the problem for 4 days. This cost almost $300. I called back and said it was not working again and that he did little to fix the problem and was told they would send someone but would be charging me again. I canceled the appointment because I will not pay another $300 for another slight fix when they didn’t fix it in the first place. Use anyone else.

They were great. The person who helped me today was professional and a great guy. He answered all of my questions and solved my plumbing needs. He identified a leak in my drainage pipe and fixed that and he repaired a leak in my kitchen faucet and ran a water line for an ice maker. He also answered questions I had about replacing an old water heater I had. The service was quick, I called at 10 and they were here on site in about 20 minuets. Good work and I recommend.

Once before they in stall a new water line 2 or 3 years ago, and we have not had problem since. Last week our 23 yr. old a/c unit went up. I herad the advertisements LEN THE PLUMBER doing A/C units, the man came out the next day. He replace one of the parts and the cool air was blowing again.

Sadan was great. Arrived within a timely matter. Was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what he would recommend we do next. He was professional and funny at the same time. I never had any bad experiences with Len the plumber. I will keep using their services.

They replaced a valve that controlled the hot and cold water temperature coming in the tub/shower. They did a good job but they advertised $60 off which never happened. They charged me twice what they should have charged and there was 2 men to service the tub when only one was needed. Will never use Len the Plumber again. I still do not have a receipt for the work they did! Ryan the service man cussed a couple times while we were having a casual conversation and I was signing the forms. It is not professional to have a foul mouth.

I didn't have a scheduled appointment but I saw the Len the Plumber truck parked across the street. I went over and London Frey answered my question and informed me that he could look at the work I needed done and give me an estimate for $49. (The money would be rolled into the cost of the service.) I said let's do it. He did it, and he did a great job, was totally professional and a pleasure to talk to.

We're are VERY happy with the final results of the work he did for us and in addition to that he made us aware of a faucet leak that we plan to replace ourselves. They arrived on time and talked me through the the issues & charges, secured water for the night and came back the next day to fix the leaking pipe. $1441 to find and replace a section of leaking pipe, investigate a separate water mark on ceiling (no leak found), and secure two wobbly toilets.

Mr. Livingston acted in a highly professional manner. He was able to determine what the problem was in less than an hour and had it repaired very quickly. He then cleaned up the work site and advised us on how to proceed to fix the damage to our ceiling caused by the water.

Tech did not show for appointment and did not return calls for an expected time window. I do not recommend this company because they wasted my whole day. My time window was 8am-12pm and then got a call 2pm tech was running behind. I waited until 7pm and called the after hours twice.

Needed faucet replaced (we had purchased already. Also an outside spigot replace for Darden hose. Was charged $1,800. AND the guy had to cut the hose so WE had to go buy a new hose on top of all that

I had the pleasure of having Zach come to our home and help us fix the AC unit in the same service. We had an AC unit with a busted compressor and low refrigerant level. We had previously called AirTron but they gave us estimates in thousands so we decided to call Len based on the reviews. Zach came the next day and explained what was wrong and helped us fix the issue and now we have perfectly running AC unit. His professionalism and honesty helped me make this decision to trust Len team for future needs.

Called Len the Plumber to fix a kitchen sink drain that had actually come off from a previous plumber's so-called work. Rich Beck replaced the whole drain assembly with pipes that are much more substantial, and he was fast, efficient, and clean. He readily answered all the questions I had. Len's isn't the cheapest, but I would hire them, especially Rich, again

Called the day prior, they set me up for an appointment the next day 11am-2pm, said someone would call in the am to go over my needs. No call, called them at 10am and they said yes someone be at my house from 11am-2pm and that the plumber would call 30 minutes before. Fine, no call by 3pm. Called them again, they said they were overbooked. Figure your stuff out so I don't waste my day sitting at the house waiting for you not to show up.

I had a appointment and waited for 3 hours and no one called or showed up as if my time is not valuable. Day 2 again no show with another excuse. The call person calls with dogs and kids in the background so unprofessional. I'm so disappointed! CALL ROTO ROOTER they come within 2 hours.

Ron was excellent and professional. He talked us through the issue and fixed the emergency problem we had. He was helpful in dealing with remediation company and insurance.

The service tech came on time to replace my kitchen faucet. I purchased the faucet myself so the tech just had to install it. He also replaced a valve under the sink. He was here for less than 2 hours and my bill was $890.00. That charge included a 60.00 discount. I signed the receipt and paid for the service. I realized that I was overcharged and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company unless you have extra money to throw away.

Had the floorers here installing flooring and needed a plumber to disassemble the bathroom sink and reassemble it. Called Len the Plumber and they had plumber to my residence within an hour. They did outstanding work!!! Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, explained the entire process, and was very kind and courteous. Josh, the Plumber came in and put in cheap 2 values and hose for our washing machine and charge us $795 dollars without drilling the hole for the drainer, telling us drilling the hole for the drainer will be additional money. He took less than an hour to the job. He didn't give us a receipt.

Chris installed new water line connection behind kitchen refrigerator after massive water damage to basement ceiling below. However, he surmised that the refrigerator should not be reconnected to the replacement piping to avoid the risk of further leakage, this eliminating the accessibility of water or ice through the refrigerator. He suggested replacing the refrigerator which he felt was not functional--absolutely untrue. I plugged in refrigerator within three hours after his work was completed and it has run well and without problems since then despite no access to water or ice. I would like my refrigerator to be properly reconnected to the water line that he replaced, as he claimed the prior connection was done incorrectly, leading to the eventual current damage. This refrigerator is six years old, a Samsung French door 28 c.f. appliance costing $2500 after sale discount, not a cheaper model with limited features. I just need the water line connection done properly so that I can get full use of the appliance; highly inconvenient with no water or ice accessibility. This repair involved minimal time (under 30 minutes) to repair, and cost me nearly $600 but not fully providing a complete job performance. I had a wonderful experience with Tim who is a service tech that came out to my home in Cecil County within 24 hours of my service request. He assessed our leak and promptly repaired what was necessary and explained everything to my mom and I with estimate before going on with the job. Tim was very friendly and willing to answer all of our plumbing needs with a professional and thorough consultation. We already have him scheduled to come a week from today to do our full water heater replacement. Although the price tag is high I am confident we are getting quality parts and labor with Tim and Len The Plumber company.

Len the Plumber sent Thomas to my house today, and he was nothing short of EXCELLENT. He went above and beyond to help me with a very large sump pump issue that he handled with calmness and class. He was SO personable and knowledgeable, answering any questions we threw his way. He fixed the issues expeditiously, and we are so fortunate to have had such a pleasurable experience in- what could’ve been- a super stressful situation. Thomas is the best plumber I’ve encountered, and I have nothing but the most positive things to say about him, not only in his job, but also as a person. The technician who came to our house was prompt, courteous and efficient. The information we were given however was either faulty or false. The customer service on the other hand was abrupt, rude and unhelpful. The lady who answered the phone hung up on my husband while he was seeking assistance.

I called to repair a pipe leak post freeze in basement bathroom. First appointment was scheduled at a different time than discussed with representative, so I had to reschedule for next appointment a few days later. When technician came to the house, he believed dripping water was due to condensation from when pipes thawed out. Water to those pipes had been turned off since leak was first noticed, and leak did not start again immediately. Technician left and leak started again shortly thereafter. When I called the office they said they couldn't send somebody out for a couple days. I decided to go with another plumber. I was disappointed with scheduling and the misjudgement of dripping water from the ceiling. The technician did not charge the automatic fee for coming to the house, so that was the only positive.

Jim was awesome, professional and efficient. Showed him what the problem was, he wrote it up in less than five minutes and got right to work. I appreciated that, especially since I have two Labradors that wanted to be involved and I work from home with a heavy workload today. Everything was done in less than one hour. He replaced a tub faucet in the basement that has been on the tub since 1950, great job!

Old water heater was leaking. Damaged the floor and was actually falling through the floor! Victor examined the situation, removed the old tank, and after I had the floor replaced, he installed the new water heater. Victor was courteous and explained everything as he went along. And then he cleaned up afterward. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Len The Plumber! Ask for Victor!!

A pipe was leaking in our basement. Rich came out, checked the situation, gave us his opinion and made sure to get the job done. The only issue was that they had to go under the sidewalk to reach the pipe, which wasn't really their fault. The concrete wound up breaking. Still, we are happy we don't have a leak anymore.

Shawn Cline was prompt, and efficient in his use of time and materials. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had leak repairs, the installation of a new water heater, and the removal of the old one all done within the morning. He was thoughtful and considerate, asking appropriate questions and explaining what he was doing as he went along. He went out of his way to make sure all of our problems were resolved, and we are grateful! We would highly recommend him to others.

We called Len the Plumber to repair a boiler that was failing to light intermittently. The tech who came out to do the repair, Matthew Miller, was knowledgeable and professional. The problem with our boiler was difficult to diagnose and repair but Matthew was persistent and now our boiler works like new. If this review were based on Matthew alone it would be 5 stars.Len the Plumber as a whole is a bit on the expensive side. Also, the reliability of their scheduling and communication following late or missed appointments is poor. Despite that I'm likely to use them again if I know Matthew will be doing the work!

The technician was super amazing. Professional and very nice. I could not have asked for better customer service. I needed estimates and they were on time and gave me a good deal although I thought they were pricey. I will be calling them again for something else in the very near future.

Josh was just great. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. I haven’t had the best experience with the company but I think maybe Josh has redeemed them! HVAC service is new to Len the Plumber and they made a great decision in hiring Josh. Prices are still high but I guess they have to pay to keep people like Josh around… I recommend asking for him if you need help with your HVAC system.

Mike, the technician is professional, friendly and nice. He is well organized and explains what’s going on. But the business is not what was expected when it comes to responding. I called them 8:15am, they put me on schedule between 12pm to 4:30pm and told me the dispatcher will give a call in 30 minutes, never happened. I kept calling and the office lady wasn’t understanding my situation. Again, the dispatcher never called, and finally the technician came at 8pm.The morning office lady never tried to understand my situation which was really emergency.

They should be ashamed of themselves trying to take advantage of senior citizens. One star is to much. They wanted $3500.00 to change a faucet.
