Great service, very friendly and fast work. Not sure why I didn't just use Roto-Rooter the first time I had a problem with my sump pump.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing responded quickly to our situation. Even on the holiday they were the only company to offer a fix that day. Specifically our plumber was David. He was prompt, professional, and happy to indulge my questions throughout the process. We hope to not need David's expertise again but if needed he will be our first call.

This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

A gentleman named, “Charlie” came to my house to remove stuff that had clogged the toilet drain. My son had thrown stuff into the toilet.
I use the term, “gentleman” because he was courteous, professional, and had pleasant to work with. He wore a mask while working quickly and efficiently. He explained everything that he was doing and took extra steps to ensure that there were no other problems beyond what I had believed.
If the situation arises again, I would use your services because of the great experience I had working with Charlie.

Everything went well from the start. Paul from the Sales Team answered all my questions and was very helpful. He went over all my options to help me find the right unit. Misty in Service was very helpful and kept me informed on my project status. Chris and the Installers did a great job of getting my new unit installed, everything went smoothly. I will use A.J. Michaels again!

Great experience with Min (technician number 1461)! He repaired my toilet and found some issues with my shower. He was great at explaining what the issues were and what we need to do. Also, he was professional, kind and funny. I cannot recommend him and Roto Rooter enough! Whenever I have plumbing issues, I plan on requesting Min specifically!!

Terrible company and any report should not be trusted.
The technician who came out to the property (rowhouse within the city) did not bring a ladder tall enough to get to the roof, knowing leak was coming from roof into the home's ceiling drywall. We had to go door-to-door with technician to gain approval from neighbors for technician to walk across roofs because of ladder inefficiencies.
After inspection, technician can see frame of home exposed and knows water is coming into home because of hole in the old chimney that exposes the frame, but denies that water is leaking on two levels because of it!
Technician gives radically false claim that a small gap on the outside of the shower is causing water to leak onto the level below! Rain comes in through hole in roof, gets to wood frame of house, causes massive damage in bathroom ceiling, but somehow the same rain water gets onto the level below because of a small gap outside the shower that's not exposed to water from rain.
Ridiculous.
