We used your water restoration services but I’m still waiting for an itemized bill. No one will give me a bill showing the work that was done and the charges. Why did I receive a letter first out of North Carolina just a few days after the work was completed with a grand total? I have contacted your company back by phone and email and still I have not been sent an itemized bill for the work that was completed. Why did I now receive a bill from your Chicago Office? You are in Linthicum correct? This work was done less then a month ago, can you deal with your neighbors locally? Do I need to contact BBB?

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Chris the technician was on time, polite and very professional. He assessed the situation, gave me a price which was reasonable (for a plumber),went straight to work, did a professional repair and cleaned up and was outta here. I called Catons Plumbing after a frozen pipe burst in the wall of my house. They scheduled a plumber for the next morning. By late afternoon, I had not heard from them so I called back. Because of the number of calls, they had to schedule me for the next afternoon. I was not happy about that, but Sharon said they had plumbers working around the clock.When Bruce came within the rescheduled time, he quickly replaced the broken pipe section and insulated the pipe that could be reached. He also noticed another problem with my garbage disposal and fixed that as well. Bruce was thorough and professional, especially during a time of plumbing crises.

I called Lowe’s plumbing department In Towson of Baltimore County this morning to get some advice on how to stop a fairly newly installed toilet in our bathroom. The patient and knowledgeable person on the line showed be how to adjust the new fangled dual flush American Standard toilet. Very kind of the gentleman to take my call and to walk me through the adjustment. Thanks, Abbott Brothers Plumbing!

I have dealt with plenty of plumbers recently as I work my way through a cluster of a renovation project. I found the perfect fixture while on vacation in Europe and figure it would be a piece of cake to install. Little did my smooth brain know that British pipes use different threads than American pipes. The plumber I have already paid thousands of dollars to was not able to figure this out. Desperate, I called CA Taciak who graciously took my call. Lexi, who I spoke with, took down as much information as she could, and before she gave me a quote, said she would be back with more information. Minutes later, I received a message detailing exactly what would need to be done to adapt my traitorous redcoat fixture to my freedom sized pipes. This saved me tons of money because I am sure a lesser plumber would charge me for a trip out, not know what they were doing, charge me for a trip to the hardware store, charge me for the incorrect pieces, and walk off the job with the job incomplete yet still send me an invoice. The knowledge and kindness exhibited is a rare trait in this world and I cannot recommend CA Taciak and Sons enough.
