Nyi from Roto Rooter (#2408) came to snake out a blocked main sewer line for me on Monday. The service I rec'd was top notch!! The response in customer support with setting up the appt., explaining things to me was excellent & Nyi was there within about an hour to work on the drain. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient to say the least !!This is not the first time I have used Roto Rooter and they have been way better than any Co I have tried before in every way, especially with response time, friendliness and very competitive pricing. I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

I had an emergency and this company was amazing. First and foremost, I called them on a Sunday and I was glad it didn't go to voicemail. The gentleman was transparent from the beginning, both about his availability and the price range so I knew what's the most it could cost. It took hours to clear my situation and he was very professional, patient, got the job done, and most importantly, sticked to the price range. I cannot stress this enough because it is very important for me to know the upper range of costs when it comes to this kind of work. Imagine you call people to fix something, they keep adding it up and you end up selling the house to pay if off. Haha this is what I fear. I called Prime Plumbing to replace a sewage pump that had stopped working! The plumber they sent was on time, he explained everything to me thoroughly, he let me know about other issues that needed to be fixed in the future, and even provided me an estimate for a water heater that I will be needing in the very near future.I definitely plan on using Prime Plumbing in the future!

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

Wow! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the extraordinary service and workmanship of the AJ Michaels team. From start to finish, every aspect was great! We live in an older home. The AC unit was mounted on the roof and the vibrations were incredibly noisy. They came out and moved the unit, repaired our system, and now we are soooo happy. We don’t hear the AC at all. They stuck to their estimate both price and time wise. And they took great care to protect our floors and clean up after they left. Fabulous!!!
