Tom Keller promptly returned my call and was able to fix my HVAC problem the next morning. I know him personally and he is honest, trustworthy and fair.

The service was great but I was very disappointed that for an easy 20 minute job a high flat hourly rate was applied with no discounts. The parts cost was also fairly high.

The installation team was courteous and efficient. As usual, the Keller crew did a nice job. However, I was disappointed that the replacement parts for the toilet in the master bathroom were not available.

It would be nice if they ever answered the phone.

Keller was very knowledgeable and honest. He let us know what he would need to do to get our HVAC and water heater replaced and what sort of issues he could see potentially occurring. The quote was reasonable. The price didn't change when the HVAC ended up taking 3 days to replace rather than the 2 days he expected (he had to bring in an electrician to change some wiring around). Everything has been working perfectly. Would recommend.

Working with Tom Keller and his team was great! I had a situation where I had hired another company to finish my unfinished basement. This was completed in summer 2019 but I was just recently contacted by my county's inspector that inspections were never done for my basement. Well, during inspection, I found out that a plumbing permit was never submitted for a half-bathroom that was put in. I tried contacting the company that finished my basement but no one called me back. Getting desperate, I decided to contact several different plumbers in my area to see if they would look at my bathroom and submit a permit. Some plumbers were unwilling to submit a permit for someone else's work, but Tom listened to my story and agreed to take a look. He not only came and submitted a permit, but his team also created a deflecto vent to vent out the air out of the house. The plumbing inspector came and passed all plumbing issues. Tom and his team were prompt, very professional, and they really came through for me. Thank you Keller Plumbing!!

We have used Keller Plumbing and Heating for years. Most recently, we called when we needed their services in a remodel of our laundry room. With Tom Keller's help, we planned a new arrangement that allowed us a better workflow and accommodated a larger washer, dryer and sink. Mr. Keller and his staff were clean, neat and organized. Everyone showed up on time, completed the work as promised and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the job. Pricing is fair and equitable for the level of service provided.

On the day after one of the snowiest and coldest days we've had in quite some time, the toilet in my master bath decided to back up. I called Keller Plumbing, whom I had never used before but found on-line, and within a few hours they were here and fixed my problem at a very reasonable rate. They were very professional and friendly and have now become my 'go to' plumber should further problems arise. I would recommend them without reservation or hesitation.

KPH replaced my sump pump today, but have done several jobs, both plumbing and HVAC related, across multiple houses for me over the years. Charles and Liam did great work, left the work area perfectly clean (as always), and took the time to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. I dealt directly with Tom Keller in the past and the quality of his work and attention to detail has always been high. Their cost was very reasonable (about half of Roto Rooter and other plumbing services quoted to replace a sump pump). I would HIGHLY recommend Keller Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing those services.

Tom was very responsive and came out same day to take a look at a leak, which while relatively minor, was causing me quite a bit of stress! Unfortunately the leak is part of a bigger problem, but he was very upfront and honest, and I trusted his guidance with how to proceed. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of time he & his partner were at our home.

I was very impressed with our experience with this company. My thermostat went out during a spell of very cold weather (the Polar Vortex) and they had someone out within an hour or so of my call. He never suggested anything unnecessary and, in fact, only charged me the flat rate for coming out - even though he fixed the short in my thermostat and I drug him all over the house getting quotes on other issues. He was polite and professional and even smiled and talked to my kids. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Greater Baltimore area.
