IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH WARRIOR PLUMBING, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, GOT RIGHT INTO THE JOB AND DID NOT STOP TILL DONE. I FEEL THAT I CHOSE THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR FOR MY WATER MAIN BREAK ISSUE.

I had a gas leak on a Sunday & had called the people you would see on a commercial. I was bailed on by one towards the end of their time frame & the other just said they couldn’t help. So I was lucky enough to stumble upon these guys. The other people wanted me to spend anywhere from $50-$80 for them just to come out. Warrior immediately asked me to text pictures of the issue so they could try to give me a quote. They did within 20 min and it was on the low side of the national average (I checked home advisor & reviews of other companies’ pricing) They said they could come out on Sunday but it would be time and a half and they didn’t want to charge me that so we made the appointment for Monday. They were here early and my mother was here to let them in. I forgot to leave the key so with my mothers and my permission they literally crawled in the open window (thank you Mother Nature for open window weather and the dog apparently knocking the screen out. I don’t know if crawling through the dog door would have been easier?). Most other companies I’m sure would’ve turned around and said I’ll get to you another time. I was not here but my mother said that they were extremely friendly, she said my dog liked them so that tells you a lot. I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I needed any of the services they provided and I would definitely use them again.

Brent was excellent! Everything was arranged quickly, he showed up on time and his work was great. Reasonably priced too. Definitely a 5 star experience for me and he's now my go-to plumber for sure.

Due to a gas leak, I was without hot water or heat for several days. When I spoke to Warrior they offered to come early the next AM, before they start their regular day, to fix the repair. When I sent him a video of the gas line, he told me the job was too big to finish the next AM but he rearranged his schedule for the next day so someone could out and make the repairs, which he did for less than he quoted me on the phone. Outstanding!

I didn't actually end up getting the work done . I am an Agent and the sellers went with another company . However, the customer service I received was impeccable. I corresponded with Brent .

Brian at Warrior Plumbing was extraordinarily helpful! We called on Christmas Eve with a dishwasher issue and he took the time to troubleshoot with us over the phone before leaving for the holiday. When we had washer/dryer problems about a week later, he came out to the house immediately and helped us install the washer after Lowes told us they could not complete the installation. Brian was always personable and the service was so easy to coordinate. We would recommend to anyone!

Warrior Plumbing is AWESOME! We needed to replace a toilet and have our tub “snaked” to address a clog - while our rental condo is in Baltimore, we live in California. Given I wasn’t sure of the toilet size or style, Brent made arrangements to see the toilet in order to know what material was needed. A date and time for replacement/repair was scheduled and once the job was complete, Brent texted me pictures. Making the process simple he was professional, communicative, timely, honest and fair. My pipes busted this winter and almost flooded my basement. Nobody else would come handle this emergency in a timely manner. After about a half hour of calling other plumbers I came across warrior plumbing. I was just lucky enough to get a hold of one of the owners, Colin. He sympathized with my situation and sent a team specialist over to save my house. After his team handled the situation, I was expecting a huge bill. To my surprise the price was lower than what I thought was reasonable. Warrior plumbing is the only plumbing service i will ever use.

Use these guys. Warrior Plumbing and Heating responded quickly when we had a sewer backup into the home, and as it became apparent the fix would necessitate demolishing much of our bathroom and replacing indoor and outdoor piping, Brent and his crew communicated clearly and consistently and ultimately delivered above expectations.

This is my first time using this company and after this experience we will continue to do so! Brent responded very quickly and Danny and CJ were super helpful and took care of installing a new garbage disposal without any issue. Other companies were telling us we couldn't get an appointment for at least a week so we are grateful for Warrior Plumbing!!

Brooks and Danny showed up right on time and did not waste a minute clearing my drain. They were very professional and were super nice to my dog while they were here. They were done in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I will be using them again!

We remodeled our master bathroom and only a week after it was finished the bathtub faucet stopped working. Brent came out almost immediately after I called on a Saturday. Within just a few minutes he had the faucet apart and was able to tell us it was installed incorrectly by our previous contractor. Thanks to him, everything is up and running again. I would definitely recommend Warrior Plumbing and will use them again myself.

Warrior's are true Warriors! Very responsive and professional people. I had them do my gas line and pressure relive and expansion tank. Brook and Danny showed up on time and got it done before scheduled time. Brook went out of his way to adjust my job in his busy schedule. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He performed an outstanding job, tested & retested the system before leaving. He also cleaned up the job site before leaving. I found him exceptionally hardworking, professional and honest. His initial visit was to determine whether we had a venting issue, but realized an issue with a shower renovation that was done by a previous homeowner; which at first seemed like a laborious job. Brent contacted us over the weekend and figured how to fix the issue with no deconstruction of the shower area.

I had a sewer line backup over Labor Day weekend and called Warrior Plumbing in a panic. I was given options (calling Baltimore City for a clean out service or having a technician come out immediately) and decided I couldn't wait 24 hours for the DPW crew, so I requested a technician come out as soon as possible. Brent and his colleague arrived in less than hour and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue. They also ran a camera and showed me the issue (tree root blockage). They gave me a run down of options, and I'll be using Warrior to create a permanent fix. The service was great in that the immediate problem was resolved, but more than that, the guys were amazing! They respected my home, cleaned up (with bleach) after snaking the line, and both were friendly, courteous and extremely professional! I know nothing about plumbing, but I do know stellar service, and this group is top notch! I can't recommend them highly enough-- do not hesitate to call them if you need plumbing services!

Follow-up: Sewer line was replaced without incident. Less invasive/ destructive method used that didn't require huge trench dug in the yard. There was a small issue with the concrete repair made to the basement floor, but Brent was quick to come out and remedy that. I really appreciate that this company stands behind their work! Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Warrior Plumbing saved my sanity one day when my kitchen sink suddenly clogged one morning. I called them in desperation after Roto Rooter said it would cost $623 to unclog the drain, to which I said no thanks. Brent showed up late in the day, found the source of the problem (my fault for overloading the garbage disposal), and charged me a very reasonable $450. Plus he was super nice about it. We had a clogged main line drain that was coming back up through the washing machine drain into our basement. I called Warrior Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and they came within 30 minutes. They wore masked, gloves and shoe covers the whole time. I felt very safe and they fixed the clog quickly. Will definitely use again, I highly recommend.

Hear me out, this may be a weird review. But this plumbing service literally did not do anything to my house, I never met them in person...but I would still recommend them.

I contacted the number in the morning and the girl who answered was friendly and attentive. She told me that someone will contact me within the next two hours and I said great! Then my issue...turned into an emergency. I'm talking water everywhere, unusable toilet in a house with 3 people and one bathroom. It was a disaster. I called her back, frantic that it was an emergency and to see if maybe they could get to me. I had another man call me (Brent I think his name was) and when I explained, he said he had no crew, could not come out the same day, and told me to call my homeowners insurance.

I was sad, of course, so I contacted another plumbing service that does emergencies and 4 hours later my problem was fixed. But I am THANKFUL of Warrior's professionalism, honesty, and good advice. I am often tired of the run around with services that want to promise more than they can deliver because clients are so demanding. I have been on the waiting end of services that never come out or when they do you feel like another rushed service. The man I talked to told me with straightforwardness and I even used his advice and filed my claim for my damages. I work with clients in my own line of work and I wish they could all have common sense and understand not everything can go their way. If my issue wasn't an emergency, I bet I would've recieved excellent plumbing work.

Less than a year into owning my first home, I noticed a leak coming from my second floor bathroom. I hired Warrior Plumbing for the replacement of drainage pipes in my bathroom and the tee in my sewer stack. Brent was incredibly responsive and everyone was very professional and talked me through what the repair would entail. They were also methodical throughout the repair and thought steps through. Their responsiveness and customer service was greatly appreciated through a stressful situation.

UPDATE 6/27/23:
Had them out for a second job that required cutting through the wall to access pipes. They did such an awesome job of preserving the drywall and wood slats on removal that I can actually re-use the slats which will end up saving a ton on the wall repair. The guys are always professional and cleanup after themselves. Prices are super reasonable and they are clear on the work they’re doing and upfront with prices. Definitely recommend them!

11/2022:
Scheduled them to come out and fix a leak in the pipe to the ice maker. Turns out there wasn't a leak, just a loose nut. Instead of performing the work they were contracted to do, they saved me a bunch of money by just tightening the nut, which fixed the leak.
Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and professional plumbers. I'll be having them back in the spring for some additional work and maintenance.

These guys are amazing. Not only were they on time and efficient, they were helpful and honest. They weren't just trying to make money by taking it from me as some professionals tend to do, but actually wanted to help me fix the problem. They advised me that they could come out on a weekend but it sounded like it could wait until the next day (a Monday) which would save me an additional cost. They also helped me navigate getting the city to fix its issue helping my backup issues too. In the end, they advised me to call my insurance company because it was going to be a costly fix, although they could have done it and I wouldn't have known any better. I appreciate their honesty and help. Can't recommend them enough.

I was very pleased with responsiveness and with time spent in gathering information for how to approach a difficult installation problem with an old house/old piping. I was able to text and send photos back in forth, then they came to assess in person, and then someone came out (on time) and did the installation. They also found a way during the installation to simplify the job and reduce the cost. I will be calling again.

The trap under our laundry tub was aging and had developed a small leak. We got quotes from a few companies and Warrior Plumbing was the best price and the most responsive. The plumbers who arrived were polite and professional. They did a great job! This company will be the first I call for any future plumbing issues.

My water heater broke down over Christmas. Brent responded to my call even when he was out to dinner with family. He came over next day to take a look and gave me estimates.
His team showed up next day (weekend) and got everything done in matter of couple of hours. Enjoying long hot baths since then.

I had my main drain cleaned out by Warrior Plumbing. I had been using the same company for years. But I wanted to make a change and it was so worth it. If you are in need for drain clean you should give them a chance. I will only be using them going forwards. Thanks again for your service AAAA++++.

Brent and his team did a beautiful full bathroom reno (moving all plumbing, fixtures, tile, everything) for us when we bought our house. Warrior's price was fair and competitive and they showed up when they said they would and finished everything on time. About six months later we got a leak in our main exterior water line. After fighting with Baltimore's recommended home exterior water line coverage provider for two weeks (being without water the whole time), I called Warrior and they came out and fixed it all less than 48 hours later (Note: Warrior was not a contracted company with the coverage company so I paid them directly and had to get reimbursed by the coverage company later but being able to get it fixed ASAP was worth that dance because the contracted companies weren't going to be able to come out for at least 10 more days). My wife and I have been extremely happy with all of their work and recommended them a number of times.

After having a flood in my basement where my hot water heater went out and could not stay lit, I had several companies take a look and I was told that I needed a new one. I called Warrior Plumbing for a second opinion and after coming and looking at it, they recommended putting a fan directly on the heater for two days to dry out the inside completely. After 2 days the heater was able to be lit and stayed lit. They then came back and raised my hot water heater off the my floor to hopefully prevent future damage. The only mistake I made in this whole process was not calling Warrior plumbing in the 1st place. Going forward, Warrior Plumbing will be my 1st and only call when I have plumbing issues. They are extremely professional, quick response, attentive to the needs of the customer.

Brent the owner was able to fit us in the schedule last minute today since I told him I needed to get some items fixed ASAP due to a home inspection repairs deadline. I am the manager for a local business. We had them come out for an emergency with our hot water heater with the expectation they'd be done by the time we needed to open for clients. We had to press them for an estimated time of completion which we then tacked an extra hour onto just to be safe. 2 hours out from looking to reopen, we ask if they'll be done in time and they cannot give us a concrete answer. We understood that the situation with our hot water heater was worse than they had expected but 1. as a professional who provides a service, you need to be able to take a look at a problem and give a time frame for completion and 2. IF that changes, you should let us know as quickly as possible. When we pressed them again for a time so we can notify clients they got defensive and rude. Eventually they decided they simply weren't taking the job any longer. Fine, obnoxious but no sweat. To add insult to injury, they call in a FALSE police report claiming they were assaulted by a member of our staff. Police show up to question us and we explained that no one (us or them) put their hands on anyone else. The cops asked the Warrior plumber who called in the report to re-state what happened in front of both us and the cops and he refused, realizing he'd been caught in a lie. The cops determined his claim had fallen apart and do not file a formal report.

That's insane. I don't care how good of a plumber your reviews say you are. Your behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. YOU came HERE to perform a professional service, yes we will absolutely hold you accountable to that. Absurd

Brent of Warrior Plumbing and Heating was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hardworking and prompt. We had what we thought was a serious plumbing issue and he helped calm our nerves while handling the problem. Our first time using them was August of 2017 when we bought our home, have used them for a few issues since and will call them first in the future. Already referred them to a couple of friends that have had the same great experience.

Warrior is absolutely awesome. I got a super quick response when I submitted a request for an appointment and had everything scheduled right away. When Danny and Ryan came by to check out the problem they were on time, quick to identify the problem and even quicker fixing it! They did an awesome job, I can't recommend them enough!

We put our house on the market and the first showing we had, the people noticed water by our water heater. We had an open house scheduled for 3 days later! We called Warrior and Brent came out the very next day and replaced it for us (which just so happened to be a Friday night when most people are starting their weekend)! Talk about service! Warrior installed two toilets for us last week. They were very fast and neat, great work.

We have used Warrior Plumbing now for several years from large emergency jobs (sewer line back up) to small leaks around the house. Brent has saved us several thousands of dollars (from that sewer line back up that other companies told us had to be replaced and it DID not) Brent is reliable, honest, fair and trustworthy and our go to plumber! I have referred them to several friends and cannot say enough good things about them!

Danny and Jon knocked this job out of the park! They were timely, efficient, and willing to talk through the details of this job as well as discuss some secondary work that may be needed. They protected the area around the work and cleaned up nicely after testing the repair. They replaced an old cast iron drain pipe, that didn't have a lot of clearance around it, and the work was not easy. I was totally pleased with the communication ahead of time and with these guys doing the work. I will definitely continue to use Warrior Plumbing!

Originally I had another company Len that offers same day horrible service came in for sewer back up and mis-diagnosed problem ruined basement that required Professional clean up and new carpet. The Warrior team was so professional, always laying down tarps, correctly figured out issue, quickly took care of it helped get house back functional. I cannot thank them enough and regret not knowing them prior it would have saved me thousands. I never give reviews but I hope that more people will not have to go through what i did and just talk to Brent and the Warrior team first!

When my kitchen sink was clogged and nearly overflowing, I wanted it fixed ASAP. After calling several companies recommended by neighbors to no avail, I searched Yelp and found Warrior. They were able to come out that afternoon. The clog was much worse than we knew, so Frank called Brent Sr. for help. I fully expected Brent to tell me they'd have to come back another day, but he and Frank stayed until the issue was resolved, replacing some remaining old galvanized pipe with PVC and adding a clean-out for easier access if this ever happens again. They did a great job and cleaned up after it was complete. And they did it all for a very fair price. I highly recommend Warrior and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Great plumbing and heating company.

Had them out for a badly clogged toilet and they resolved it promptly and systemically. They also connected a natural gas line to a grill and leak tested it. Both reasonable prices and great communication.

More recently, they repaired a leaking shower and collaborated with me to find a difficult to diagnose cause.

Highly recommended.

We had a toilet pipe break- within 5 minutes of putting in a contact request on their website, I received a call. After sending pictures of what we were dealing with (turns out it was minor), Brent walked me through how to correct the issue myself. He was super clear in his instructions, along with letting me know what we may deal with in the future. I will definitely be contacting Warrior with any future plumbing needs!

Edit: We had the same pipe break and realized that this would be a recurring issue. Again, after contacting Warrior, I received a quick call back. After explaining the situation, it seemed like a straightforward fix. I was able to get an appointment on the books quickly. The repair itself took maybe 40 minutes. Warrior plumbing has saved us once again. ( and second time on Christmas Eve!) We woke up this morning to a chilly house and no heat…. Because why not put the cherry on top of this crazy year! I called Brent, who walked me through SEVERAL diagnostics . Just when we thought we would be heatless for days ( as supply houses for boiler parts are closed for the holidays) and possible pay for an expensive part, it ended up being a trip to Home Depot and self install.

The Goldsmiths have done many jobs on our almost 80 year old house over the last 10 years. They are honest, fairly priced, neat, timely (6 days before Christmas a tub leak was discovered and a portion of my living room ceiling had to come out. Brent fixed the leak gave me a functional bathroom), and just good guys. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency plumbing situation in my house over the weekend, my shower would not turn off. I called around to all of the major plumbers in the area who advertise Same Day Service, but none of them were able to come and fix the shower that day (some weren't even able to come the next day). Then, after searching google, I found Warrior Plumbing & Heating. After speaking with the owner and sending a picture of the broken handle, he was able to send someone over to my house and have everything working as good as new within 2 or 3 hours. Will did a fantastic job and the shower has never worked better.

We had an awful clog that wouldn’t budge, so we called Warrior for some professional assistance. Frank was awesome, polite and extremely professional. Got the clog out in no time. God forbid this happens again, but if it does, I know who I’ll call.

My husband and I bought a house over the summer and were working on doing some restorations and renovations. We decided that if we were going to renovate the outdated bathroom, we should get it done before we moved in. We contacted several places, but Warrior was the only place that answered right away and made an appointment to come and look at our house that same week. The level of communication throughout the entire process was just as great as that initial impression. We had a very specific design in mind for our fairly small space that involved moving all of the plumbing and incorporating the original clawfoot tub. Brent was super helpful in letting us know what types of materials we should consider using and answering every question we had. He and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job of making our dream bathroom a reality. Each member of the team who worked on our project was friendly, professional, and kept strict covid safety protocols in place. Everyone who has seen pictures of the finished product is in awe of how beautiful it turned out. Warrior is top notch and we will sing their praises to everyone and continue to use them whenever we need plumbing or heating work done in our home.

Way over priced. I attempted to go local because I want to support local labor. Home Depot quoted me 12000 out the door. The plumbers here were asking for 1500-1700. When pressed on the pricing, the plumber was shocked that I would thought his prices were ridiculous. Go use staffer plumbing. They replaced my main water line to the street for less than warrior quoted me.These people are crooks. As a service connected disabled combat vet, it is sad to see such bad business practices.

Licensed Brent and son Brent are thoughtful in their analysis but at the same time swift and efficient in their delivery of an estimate and job completed. Excellent service! I called at 2PM after struggling all morning to find an available plumber to repair a cracked gas pipe to my furnace. Prompt and professional

I had a last minute need and Warrior showed up within an hour to fix my issue. They were professional and effective, as usual.

I didn't handle much of the communication with the Brent, my husband did, but I was the one home when he came to do the repair. He was very nice, got the job done very quickly and even put up with my loud dog. We had two leaks in our bathrooms and he was in and out within an hour it seemed and the leaks were fixed! Paying was easy, he sent me an invoice via email and I was able to pay by credit card online.

Warrior Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. My husband and I live in the Canton neighborhood and had a leaking toilet. The toilet needed to be replaced due to the porcelain tank cracking. Absolute professionals! I can't say enough about this company for the incredible job they did with my basement bathroom ejector pump installation. Our basement bathroom pump has failed several times over the past 6 years, generating huge costs for pump replacements, cleanups, etc. We went through several companies who only offered to keep replacing the pump, costing us over $500/year in wasted repairs. We had Warrior evaluate our entire basement plumbing situation to find a definitive, permanent solution. They ended up installing a high quality pump and re-routing the ejector pump line into the proper sewer outflow pipe. We now have a reliably functioning pump for our finished basement bathroom!

It is incredibly hard to find a reputable company to do major repairs on your home, someone you can trust to do the job properly. These guys are it. They were prompt in their communication, showed up on time, and had all proper equipment and ready to work. We looked at the basement together and discussed the options in great length...they answered all of my questions and heard all of my concerns. We then came up with a plan together that we all agreed on, and they returned to do the job exactly when they said. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned everything up when finished. Can't ask for much more than that! Don't waste your time, money, and sanity hiring anyone else if you want your plumbing fixed properly, quickly, and for a great price. 5 stars.

Warrior redid the plumbing in our home while we were completing a full rehab of the property. It was a big, and sometimes complicated, job. Brent Jr, & Sr and their team were professional, efficient and affordable. They came up with some innovative solutions to help us add a 1/2 bath when other plumbers said it wasn’t possible. After the work was finished when we ran into a separate issue they were more than willing to talk us through options and help trouble shoot the problem. They were great to work with!

From start to finish an honest, reliable, quality company. Price for sewer pipes were more than reasonable and their customer service went well above and beyond most service these days (unfortunately). All the 5 stars they've recieved, they've certainly earned!

Prompt, professional and did great work!

I had a new toilet installed and was happy until two days later. I noticed the rim of the toilet was cracked. I immediately notified Warrior & provided photos. The service technician took photos of the toilet as well and because the toilet seat was down the crack of the rim could not be identified. I purchased this toilet brand new and even unpacked it and had it sitting in the living room for the technician so I verified the toilet was in perfect condition before installation. There was no hair line crack. Warrior offered to reinstall a new one at no charge as long I purchased it. Although I respected the offer it was not my responsibility to replace an item I did not receive cracked/damaged prior to the installation. The technician advised he did not crack the toilet during installation. Warrior offered other reasons the toilet could have been cracked which sound logical. However, I don’t expect items to break within days of installation. Especially when I’ve inspected them and unboxed them for said installation. It’s unfortunate because the reviews were highly commendable but this was not my experience.

I had a sudden leak develop behind my wall from a cast iron pipe breaking. My insurance was difficult to wrangle, but Warrior Plumbing was quick to diagnose, discuss, and plan a repair while navigating the headaches of my insurance. They were incredibly communicative and efficient while replacing the old pipe and restoring water to my house and professional all the while. They are my go-to for all plumbing needs.

Had them install a hot water heater. The work was done quickly and they did a nice job keeping things clean. Had one minor issue after the install and it was resolved the same day. Very happy with their customer service and responsiveness.

I was blindly referred to them from a website when we had a plumbing issue. They responded immediately, arrived promptly and resolved the issue. The next time I called for repair, a few months later, their integrity really showed. They could have easily charged me for a new and expensive part but instead guided and assisted me in tracking down a warranty (for a part they didn’t originally sell me). I wish I had a “go to person” in every trade with their level of honesty and expertise. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!

We just moved to the area & a week into living in our house we discovered water in our basement. We could not detect where the water was coming from until we pulled the trigger on a leak detection company who told us it was our sewer line. I wasted no time and googled an emergency plumber in the area and Warrior was the first to pop up. I called and was not only given sympathy (first time since dealing with this issue) but I was immediately taken care of. They had me send photos and the owner reached out to me soon after. Brent was so understandable and told me to call the town to see if the problem could be handled on their end before we dropped money on a fix. His guys came out that afternoon & were so professional, so polite and educated me on other things I should be aware of. They left our house clean after fixing the issue & it was honestly the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I am so happy I found them. I won't be using any other plumping company. I cant thank them enough! Incredible!

Had them over to look for possible leaks causing water damage. It turned out there were no leaks so they ended up just doing the inspection. The service is very good but $185 for just an inspection seems pretty high.

Warrior has been our choice of plumbing companies for years. We recently purchased a home, and needed a complete sewer scoping to be sure we wouldn't have any surprises once we moved in.
