Our toilet developed a leak around its base. We called in the morning and were promised service in the afternoon. The Prime serviceman called when he was on the way shortly after noon. He arrived, went through a diagnostic sequence, identified the problem, told us the cost to repair, showed the evidence of the problem as he did the repair, and finished efficiently. He asked if there were any other plumbing issues he could address while on site, and left the bathroom clean and tidy. We will use again for any plumbing needs.

The service we received was beyond our highest expectations. We made a last-minute call expecting to have a technician arrive the next day, but we’re lucky enough to have a technician in the area. He was appropriately covered for COVID-19, extremely personable, professional and very knowledgeable about our make of jacuzzi tub. We received a prompt diagnosis and on the spot repair with minimal interruption of our household.In addition, we received a quick primer on our combination hot water heater and boiler that saved us a separate service call. We couldn’t be any happier with the service we received and will definitely use Prime Plumbing as our first choice in the future.

I absolutely recommend Prime Plumbing. I called them after seeing positive Google reviews. The office agent got an appointment 3 hours after I called. The technician called me 5-10 minutes before arrival. Will, the technician was super professional and thoughtful about the space. He wore the disposable shoe protectors as to not bring the outdoors inside. He was mindful not to use machinery that would harm my home. He also answered my questions with a friendly and pleasant demeanor. The problem was fixed and I was so happy. 5 stars!

Prime Plumbing Replaced my water service line for Home Serve Warranty Co. recently: They left a mound of dirt in the yard & didn’t compact the backfill soil down after putting the line in. They left holes near the sidewalk you could bust an ankle in. They also left the inside of the basement and stairs a mess with mud everywhere. Muddy handprints on bathroom walls In basement I couldn’t figure out why there were so many, tar on the walls and commode from sealing the hole they drilled for the new pipe entrance. They made a crudely cut hole in my basement bathroom wall to hammer drill through the foundation.That was not fun cleaning up after this filthy crew. I had to repaint the walls because the hand prints would not come off.... and a pro tip, isopropyl alcohol removes tar from porcelain.I called about the lawn and they old me they’re coming to level it and then never showed up. Now when I call I get no answer on their phone for some reason. Seeing how they didn’t answer I called Home Serve (they’re the company that picked this company) to let them know what had happened. Somehow they answer the phone when Home Serve calls. Home Serve told me they would call me to reschedule leveling the yard out. Still waiting for a call....If I had a choice I would not deal with Prime Plumbing ever again & I’ll be letting everyone I know about my experience.

Back up occurred in my basement and was determined problem was outside the house. Prime Plumbing was assigned to assess the job by warranty company. They came out on June 17, 2021 and determined that my sewer line was broken and had to be replaced. They reported issue back to the warranty company who then approved the work to be done.June 18, 2021 spoke to Prime Plumbing with regards to process and procedures with regards to the job. Was told it would take about 10 to 11 business days to process and start job.June 28, 2021 called Prime Plumbing to get update/status of job. Was told they need to send someone out to take more pictures.June 29, 2021 Prime Plumbing sent staff out to take pictures of job site.July 1, 2021 called Prime Plumbing to get update/status of job. Was told it was still under management review and they would call me as soon as they were ready to start the job.July 8, 2021 called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told it was still under management review.July 13, 2021 called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told it was still under management review.July 28, 2021 Prime Plumbing sends another staff out to assess the jobsite. Asked guy that came out what was taking so long as it has been 6 weeks. He wasn't sure why but said they should be able to start the job within a few days of him coming out.Aug 16, 2021 (2 MONTHS LATER) called Prime Plumbing again to get another update. Was told they determined that they would not take the job.....WOW...2 months under management review to assess they could not do the job. Thanks a lot Prime Plumbing!!! Calling me to let me know would've been nice.In the meantime, I was living the past 2 months with limited water usage in my home. I was taking showers, using the bathroom, doing laundry at different family and friends homes (Prime Plumbing was aware of my situation as I kept reminding them every time I called in).Called warranty company. They did not have a record of the above. Job assigned to new plumber.Aug 18, 2021 New plumber assessed the job and determined I had a clog in the sewer line but it was on the city side. PIPE WAS NOT BROKEN. Asked me to call the city. City came out the same day and de-clogged my pipe....problem solved and in only 1 day.Conclusion: Prime Plumbing assessed the job incorrectly!!! They were planning to dig up my back yard to replace the pipe but rejected the job because the equipment to dig up the concrete in my back yard (to get to the pipe) would not have fit in the alley behind my house.Thank god they didn't because they would've torn up my back yard to supposedly fix a pipe that wasn't even broken.If the job was assessed correctly in the 1st place, my plumbing issue would've been fixed right away, 2 months ago!!!!Final thoughts: Wonder how many other jobs they assessed incorrectly but did the work anyway based on that wrong assessment???I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!WHAT A HOT MESS!!!ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!!

All i can say is f amazing. Guys took an impossible week job n made it 1 day. Went over n beyond any expectations. Stayed after hours. Could have come in in did the basic job he was paid for but noooo. Again above n beyond. Anyone out there reading this if u need a plummer thars actually going to get the job done n amazingly then 5 stars isnt enough to rate this guy!!! Blake n brad r amazing. They could have stopped but noo. He told me im not going to leave u likr this. Their work was beyond amazing. They had an amazing personality and disposition. Didnt even want to take a break. Their work was precise the concrete they laid after was like a glaze on a cake. Beautiful. I cant tell u how great they r or how much i appreciate them. I can say im definitely going to try to poach them. Workers like b&b r diamonds in the rough. Again 5 stars dont even begin to rate these guys.! Hats off b&b!!

I called Prime for a problem I was having problem with my plumbing. They sent a service tech by the name of Robert. He did a fast and amazing job. I defiantly recommend call Prime with all your plumbing issues!!!

Plummer accurately assessed the problem by listening to the water flow from my upstairs bathroom, looking at the ceiling below, and listening to me.

My tech helped me resolve an unusual issue in an older home. I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly which you can't always say about contractors. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was very impressed with Ernie and Grace. They were professional and friendly. They gave me a very detailed explanation of the services they could provide with a breakdown of each components cost. They did not try to “fast sell” me on anything but allowed me to make the decisions on what services I wanted.By the end of the day all of my plumbing problems, at least in that area, were completed. They were proud of the work they did and I was impressed by both of them!I would definitely use Prime Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We had two plumbers come out and tell us that we needed to have our sewer line replaced. We went for one final opinion because we were getting conflicting information from different plumbers. Brad came out and found that the issue was actually a clog on the City's side, which ultimately saved our yard and ~$5k. The service was accommodating to my schedule, which was nice. Brad also offered to support when I called the City to notify them of the issue. I know nothing about plumbing, and this was the first plumbing issue I've had with my home, so I appreciated that he saw this and helped put. We also had great service in scheduling the appointment with Adam over the phone, who was helpful and thorough. I highly recommend calling Prime Plumbing. Absolutely excellent service.

The three man crew that was here to do the job was very efficient and extremely professional and neat despite the inclement weather. They explained what was to be done and about how long it would take to complete the project. The job was finished in less time than expected and everything put back into a satisfactory state. As of now there are no problems and will notify you if any arise.

Last year, Prime installed a new water heater for us and the work speed and price were far better than any other plumber could offer.Recently, we had a problem with water leaking into our home. Tim Rooney from Prime was able to diagnose the source of the problem where several other contractors (including two waterproofing companies) were unable to. When our decades old Instant Hot stopped working, we found ourselves wanting a replacement, just to enjoy a speedy cup of coffee. Finding a replacement unit was not a problem, and then we started looking for a plumber for the installation. Calling several produced lots of responses that an estimate could be scheduled in a few weeks, and likely over a month for installation. A neighbor recommended Prime Plumbing. I spoke with Adam, who was quite helpful, and an estimate was obtained the next day. A few days later, with unit in hand, Tony came to do the installation. He was pleasant and informative, about the differences between the old Instant Hot and the new one, and remained on site to be sure that all was working properly. Of course, all COVID-19 precautions were observed, and when he left the installation site was clean as a whistle. The charges were fair and reasonable, as well. Would not hesitate to call them for our next plumbing job.

Great work Prime Plumbing team! I used Google scheduler to schedule an appointment. Technicians Robert and Jason showed up on time, we’re very professional and very skilled. They installed a 75 gallon water heater and new sump pump in 3 hours. My experience with Prime Plumbing was outstanding thank you!!

I wanted to return and leave a comment about the repairmen/representatives that installed my water heater. They were very professional and courteous. They were prompt and they completed the installation in ample amount of time. The representative who brought the water heater up the yard and into the house was very careful and conscious of his surroundings so as not to damage the replacement/new water heater. After the job was completed a thorough description and operation of the water heater was given. I was also asked if I had any questions before they left. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and the representatives.

I not only got my outdoor frost free spigot fixed, but got a teaching moment on how to keep it from damage in the future. Not many repairman will give you that extra added edge and now, I'm more confident about preparing for the winter ahead.Besides the spigot, Joe and Kyle installed a new hand held shower head I supplied. In both cases, they were perfect cleanup artists. Wouldn't even know they'd been here.I was surprised at the speed in which the work was completed. I've used this firm several times in the past. They get no complaints from me.

Homeserv sent out a technician from Prime Plumbing. My complaint isn't with the technician, rather the office manager. Although Homeserv had my contact information as the primary contact, I was not contacted about the outcome of the job. Ms. Molly Barnes informed me that maybe I shoulda been there to get the information. Well, Ms. Barnes, that would be extremely difficult to do while boarding a plane in California. She then proceeded to hang up on the recorded joint call with Homeserv. It's unfortunate that you feel the need to operate your general business dealings in this manner. All the best!

From start to finish we had a perfect experience with Prime Plumbing! I called them on Tuesday, and they had someone come out on Saturday to give us an estimate. They sent John, and I had expected him to come, look, give us a quote, and make an appointment to come back, but nope! He fixed both of the things we needed and it barely took 20 minutes and it was a really fair price! And it should also be mentioned that he was extremely polite and professional the whole time. Fantastic and trustworthy company to work with and I highly recommend using their services.

That's how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to come out. Our technician was Aaron, who was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. First, the pricing was rather outrageous. We paid almost $400 for him to snake a drain.
But the plumber also left his booties that they wear in our front yard.
Horrible pricing and I have to clean up after him.

My second crew that came out was very knowledgeable and quite while they was working. They cleaned up behind themselves, and very polite and respectful.

I was underwhelmed by their service! The plumber told me that he can’t fix the leak because he dissent see it, but I pointed the exact leaking spot out for him in the pipeline. He stated ‘I will have to see it to work on it’ and continued to bill me a show up fee and left, without addressing the issue. 2 days after he left a pool of water was sitting right under where I told him the leak was. I called Carson Plumbing and they were prompt professional, came in the house with shoe covers (took them off when running out to the car and put them back on when coming in the house). I had to ask the Prime Plumber to take off his shoes when he walked into the house and he said he can’t due to safety reasons, but he MIGHT have shoe covers in his van. He told me the mixing valve was running out to an unknown place and he couldn’t trace it. The Carson Plumber traced looked at the valve and pinpointed the tub that it’s feeding in less than 1 minute.I’m just disappointed in Prime’s plumber because of the lack of effort!

Sam came out for the estimate and recorded everything they were going to do along with taking photos. Job was redoing feed and drain lines under sink, and install new dishwasher and disposal. Called on Monday to schedule once the dishwasher was delivered, and they had us booked for the next day. Al showed on time for appointment, completed all work quickly, leak checked, ran washer and disposal to verify correct operation, took photos to document, and packed out all the debris. The technician arrived early within the timeframe given to us. He identified himself, diagnosed the problem (clogged drain), and also discovered a small leak. He unclogged the drain and repaired the leaked. He also cleaned up behind himself. He advised us of steps we could take to alleviate the problem from recurring. He was very professional throughout his time here and very knowledgeable. If we need plumbing services in the future, we hope to use Prime Plumbing LLC.

I had Prime Plumbing come and replace a tankless water heater, as well as one of the cast iron pipes in the crawlspace. The office, and both the plumbers that came out were fantastic. Will was professional, explained all the options, and did top quality work. There was an issue with the water heater that Prime Plumbing had shipped, but they were nice enough to drive (out of the way) to pick up another and cover the additional cost. All around great company to deal with.

Other nationally known plumbers are salesmen who do NOT want to repair your issue but want to sell you the most expensive repair possible (your entire line/driveway needs to be dug up and replaced) vs Prime Plumbing never want to see you again once they have repaired your issue (we have cleaned out your entire line AND pinpointed where your line is broken and THAT is what needs to be dug up and repaired)!

Prime Plumbing has serviced my home thrice: once for gas meter maintenance/replacement, once for installing a Moen Flo Control, and once for diagnosing a water pressure increase and subsequent leak (water heater bladder tank valve broke). Every time, the technicians were on time, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. For example, my Moen Flo Control valve was 3/8 inch, but my pipes were 1, (Moen does not have the best documentation) and the technician was able to secure the proper flanges for installation, when I did not have them and could not find them for sale to individual homeowners! Scheduling has always been easy and smooth, even when I called 30 minutes before closing as I scared about a leak, and they were able to dispatch technicians first thing the very next morning. Pricing is competitive, and the technicians don't gesitate to run out for supplies as needed to complete the work properly. Definitely recommend!

I had a couple plumbing issues to take care of. One was preventative maintenance on a Rinnai tankless water heater, and the second was a clogged laundry line. Since the technician could snake the laundry line while flushing the Rinnai, he have me a discount. Prime Plumbing was timely, prompt, and able to resolve my issues. I am extremely disappointed with Prime. While they have rendered fine service in the past, they recently dropped the ball on a major job. After their trenching and demo work, they left all of the debris at my house, without cleaning up. Does not the customer have a reasonable expectation that this is part of the workmanship and professional service delivery? When contacted, they said that this is my responsibility. I informed them that if they had told me this up front, I would have used a different vendor. They sent a truck to my house, but the driver said I had to pay him to remove it, when, in fact, I have already paid Prime. Shame on you!Linda Lynn

Today, June 8, 2020, John Calbert and Kyle Stephens came to my home to repair/replace the sewer pump. They were extremely professional in explaining the issue, evaluating the issue, and then resolving the issue. Throughout the process they kept me informed and explained what was happening. Furthermore, they even advised of how to provide better access to the sewer pump along with a method to completely dry the basement carpet. I recently had my street to house water line repaired due to a leaking pipe. The staff at Prime Plumbing was professional and courteous. They arrived early and patiently explained the repair process to me. What I was most impressed with was the how quickly the work was performed, and the way they tried to limit the damage to the landscape (no broken cement, they smoothed out soil nicely, and replanted the grass). I got the impression that they take pride in their work.

Our issue was resolved in a fast, and professional manager, a reason was given as to why we had the issue and so we can prevent having a problem in the future. I would use this company again and recommend to others.

Because my basement is unfinished, when I have a worker come in the do anything down the basement, they usually leave pieces of material behind. However, the worker respected my home. I was required to use Prime Plumbing for a warranty repair on my Rinnai tankless water heater. They lost the part Rinnai shipped them, tried to charge me for covered labor, and then the new part began leaking again just a few hours after the technician left. The result of my experience with Prime Plumbing is that I still have no hot water, and likely won't for several days. I recommend avoiding Rinnai products, and Prime Plumbing.

Outstanding service

Great crew! Scope of work was to upgrade my main from 1/2” to 1”. They faced difficulty head on coming up with solutions to traverse the area between houses and the obstacles of flower beds and concrete paths. Workers were easy to talk to. They were not afraid to say they didn't know something and answered all of my questions prior to leaving the site. This is my first major project on a list of several. I will be calling Prime Plumbing again for any future needs I have.

Will was super nice, professional, arrived on time during the scheduled window and was quick. Had water coming from the second floor to first floor and took care of it. Also fixed the cracked seal on the third floor as well. Cleaned up well after too so no mess in any of the rooms worked on.

We have used Prime Plumbing twice now. Once at our old house where they replaced our water heater, and now a year later at our new house where they replaced our 15 year old sump pump. We have a minor leak on the first floor of our home. Though the cause of the leak was not determined, the plumber provided some great suggestions that were beneficial to us.

The crew from Prime Plumbing came out, communicated well on what I needed, and did the install quickly with good humor and answers to questions. I had the pipes under my kitchen sink reconfigured after new countertops, connected gas stovetop. I was pleased with my whole experience. Rob and Rob showed up on time, were conscientious of my house and belongings, were patient about my dog following them around everywhere, and best of all, didn't sneer or make fun of me for being the one who broke the pipe in the first place in a DYI project gone terribly wrong. Prime plumbing diagnose the issue and executed the job. I have no complaints. My main water pipe was busted which was located in the front of my yard. I spent a lot of money into my front yard just to have it dug up due to the main water pipe. Prime replaced the pipe, the dirt as neat and as flat as possible which I was very grateful. Not only was I no longer hearing constant running water, my grass grew back within 2 to 3 weeks as if they never were here. I contacted Home Serve on Friday and they said they would have a company contact me by the next business day for a leak that was causing a severe backup of water in my basement. Extremely efficient. They arrived at 0900 to repair the house’s water main. They excavated removed and replaced the old pipe. Replaced the interior shut off valve with a more current configuration. They replaced excavated soil and spread grass seed and straw. They were done by 1200. The crew was friendly and professional!!

Prime Plumbing are wonderful people. I called because I had a clogged line and they came out and unclogged the line after snaking about eighty feet. Then they noticed that the line from the wash tub to the main line was clogged and that there was a leak in the main line. But could not fix it at that time because of other issues, mainly because I needed a new wash tub. They were very patient with me. It took a few weeks to get a new wash tub. But when I got it, they were right back out to fix the main line and hook up the wash tub. Mitch and Rob were kind and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They tested the pipes upstairs and down and explained to me what they had done. Great guys did a great job. I'm happy with what they did. Thanks guys. Also, the first guy that came out to actually unclog the the main line also did a fantastic job. Don't recall what his name was but he was nice and kept me informed of what was going on. Thanks again. Job well done.

Where do I start? We’ve definitely found our new plumber and we couldn’t be happier. Everything from start to finish was easy, fast, professional and friendly. Our son ripped the shower head right out of the wall but it was later in the evening so I went online and scheduled an appointment with Prime for the next day. I got a confirmation by text first thing the next morning. Everything was fixed by early afternoon and we were back in business. I also had some questions about our well conditioning system and had some great recommendations. They came the next morning and got us corrected and ready for some recurring service which I’ve always know. We needed to do but it just fell to the bottom of the list. Just an all around awesome experience. Thanks for everything Prime!

Had a hot water heater start leaking that was under warranty by the manufacturer. Talked to 4 plumbers total, two had no idea how to handle this situation, one gave me a good quote, and prime matched that quote and I went with them because they clearly knew the process of how to get the new water heater from their supplier. They took care of it for me no hassle at all, and the installation looks great. Additionally, the plumbers were super professional and easy to work with, and the front office isn't pushy which is great, because I don't always have that experience. Lastly, they came out to give me an estimate without even bringing up a service charge. From what I can tell this is the exception to the rule, and is a breathe of fresh air.

Clogged ejector pump. Saved me a lot of money by not jumping immediately to the most expensive remedy. Will was professional, friendly, and explained clearly what the problem was and how he fixed it.

Had very slow drain. Prime care tech fixed problem nd also remedied safe natural way to keep my drains clear.

I could not be happier with Prime Plumbing! I brought them in for a second opinion/estimate to replace the sewer lines running beneath my home to the county hookup at the street. I was absolutely shocked when they advised me that there was nothing wrong with my sewer lines and that their estimate was $0 as compared with the nearly $14000 estimate from their competitor. I am so grateful to the master plumber and entire team at Prime Plumbing for demonstrating this extraordinary level of integrity. Given this I asked them for an estimate to replace the hot water in my home as it was also due. I had received estimates for that work from two other vendors and was again amazed that the Prime Plumbing estimate was still lower than their competition. I had a main water line break and scheduled the repair with Prime Plumbing. Garth and Allen arrived on time at 7:30 am and were finished by 2 pm. They analyzed the situation and came up with the best way to resolve with minimum damage to my home. They even stopped and answered my questions and believe me, I had many. The 2 guys from Prime Plumbing who worked in my apartment this morning were professional, quick, polite, and clearly do quality work. I'm VERY pleased with the repairs they completed on my old bathroom plumbing. I live in an apartment so I cannot control who is hired to do repairs here. Usually, I'm not pleased with contractors who work in my home - they are typically unskilled (or careless) and sketchy. This was NOT the case with Prime Plumbing. It was clear they cared about doing good work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality plumbing work done.

Sean, was the most thorough technician we have ever had. He took the time to give us tips on how to keep our drains clean, and he cleaned up after the job was complete. I have not had any more problems with my sink not draining.

I had to change out appliances and discovered the cold water valve for the washer wouldn't shut off. I called Prime Plumbing and they had someone there within the hour. Bill was able to give me a few options to repair the faucet and performed the work quickly, hooked the washer back up and cleaned up the work area. All in all it was a professional job start to finish.

The technicians came for what we thought was a simple drain snake in the kitchen that turned from a 1 hour into a 3 hour project... turns out there was quite a lot of grease.Even though they were hear for so long and had so much additional work they kept to their estimate and were very clean and professional despite the new frustrations

We had a failing sump basin and I didn't have the time to do it myself.Office staff was superb and Prime was quick to come out. The work was seemingly done well, although we haven't had rain yet so I'll know more then. Not the cleanest plumbing we've had done but as good or better than I can do. Unfortunately, discovered that instead of using our 100' garden hose (available to them) the crew disconnected our washer's cold water line to use as hose to mix hydraulic powder in a bucket. Sloppy and unprofessional, then failed to turn the cold water back on which is how I found out. Left hydraulic cement powder all over the washer and its lines. Found a chunk of hydraulic cement in our utility's sink's drain which explains why the sink faucet was running for 20 minutes. Something I would have never risked. Hopefully our main line is clear. Anyway, expected to leave a 4 or 5 star review as the Prime van drove off, but instead, two. It's stuff like this that makes me hesitate to call the pros.

Robert called and let me know he was on his way. He arrived with foot booties in hand(we don't wear shoes inside our home). He took every step to determine the issue and let me know what it was. Before going any further, Robert gave me the price and asked if I wanted to continue. I gave the green light and he went to work. He estimated 30-45 minutes and he'd be finished. Once finished, he asked me to test it out and asked if I had any questions. We talked about possible future repairs/maintenance and he told me what I should do. I would like Robert to come out when my next issue arises.

Brad, Blade, Kai, Jeremy and Kenny (the excavation crew) did a great job repairing our water line leak. They had to dig a trench in the front of the house using an approach from the back (due to a retaining wall in front). Brad operated the excavator with surgical precision. They cleaned up, put down grass seed & a mulch cover. There was a small leak, which we discovered the next day, and another plumber, Robert found the problem right away & fixed it. We're very happy with the work and would recommend them.

Prime plumbing has been able to take care of plumbing issues at my rental properties for the last two years. The Plummer came out a few days ago due to a sewage leak and they were informed that the sewage was shooting from the pipe. They changed the washer on my toilet on the 1st. floor. i still have sewage at the pipe behind my finished basement wall.that i paid someone to clean up. The problem has not been fixed and i am waiting on soneone to call me back to schedule. I hope i will not have to wait a few days. They do not need to send the same people back who did not resolve the issue .JUST FRUSTRATING

The service technician was professional and polite; he diagnosed our clogged sewer line and proceeded to snake the line from the cleanout in the basement - the toilet and all outgoing water now works properly with no back ups or air bubbles in the basement toilet (something that's been happening for some time). He suspected some roots or other debris was clogging the line, but it's now all clear. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone with sewer clogs or other water line issues!!

Our plumber arrived in the time frame quoted. He called to let us know he was on his way and actually arrived early. He was very helpful and repaired a leak. He also installed a pressure valve. And he considerately wore a mask. He did a great job. Five out of five stars. We had called a different company at first but were told they couldn't come for two weeks! We called Prime yesterday and they came out today! We were very happy with Prime and would use them again. This is Mrs Holten's husband.

Called on Friday, got an appointment for Monday. The guy came out to give me a quote and ended up doing the work the same day. He was super helpful and straightforward and quoted me $500 less than the other company I talked to that rhymes with Sven the Plumber and the quality of the work is awesome.

I was very pleased with the work I received from Eric. He arrived in a timely a manner, introduced himself and diagnosed the issue. After diagnosing the issue he was able to communicate with me what the issue was as well as any cosmetic damage that I would occur. I signed consent to the damages that may be done cosmetically before he cut open the wall. I would most certainly do business with them again.

Prime has always been extremely responsive and able to get to my house very quickly! Once here, they plainly explain the issue, the possible avenues to fixing it, and the cost for each one.I’ve now gone to them three times and I’ve gotten excellent service each time. They’ve installed a toilet, kitchen sink, main shut off valve and outdoor bibs. I’ll be calling them in the future for any needs!

My experience w/ Prime was exceptional. This is primarily due to interactions with Blade, who investigated the issue. He was fantastic with thoroughly explaining the issue, its resolution & answering questions. As a result, I had a great level of comfort with moving forward with such an invasive job (exterior main pipeline replacement, etc). I would refer this company to family & friends.

Tony from Prime Plumbing did an outstanding job with founding the water Leak. My water bill was up to $12,000. I keep tell the Water Company that something was not right. Everytime they would send someone from DPW their founding would always be. Did not find a leak or water-related problem. I have been dealing with this every sense 2017. Finally on last Monday a supervisor from the Water Company stepped in and sent DPW to do a inspection again. Around 7pm the inspector from DPW informed me that there was a leak on my line and I had to repair it. I immediately called HomeServe and they put me in touch with Prime Plumbing. Within no time Tony found the problem and it was scheduled for today to be repaired. Thank God they didn't have to dig up my front yard. Again thanks and job well done Mr. Tony.

Excellent customer service. I woke up one morning and there were sewage coming into my home through the basement bathroom. I family and I tried to snake it ourselves but to no avail. I had a toilet that was leaking into the ceiling and the stack piping had to be replaced. Randy and his co-worker replaced everything but never really updated me throughout the process.. I figured no news was good news. They did something to the bathroom upstairs - unsure what they did, but the bathtub and sink were left in a mess. 15 minutes after they left, I had 2 new leaks from the ceiling where the bathtub is which Ive never had issues with. I called the company and was told that they told him to come right back - well 4 hours later Randy comes back and he was not a pleasant man. He then went into detail about all of these issues with the pipes that I was never told about, kept insisiting we had talked about this when in fact did not and was arguing with me and cutting me off constantly. I pointed out that he was arguing a lot which was unnecessary and the result is I have 2 leaks that I did not have before the 8 hours of work he did and it needs to be resolved. He spent 30 minutes sitting in his truck and came back to tell me that I was put on the schedule as priority for the next day - I clarified this with him as I'm a nurse and would need to call out of the hospital. Well, I called the company this morning because I had a feeling I wasnt being told the truth and of course.. I wasnt added to the schedule, called out of work for this, and I have an entire bathroom that I cannot use due to leaks that werent there originally. Definitely not happy.

We had work done by Prime a few months ago but I wanted to write a review because I was very satisfied with the work. They came at a days notice; on time and professional. We had a very bad clogged kitchen sink and had did our own thing for awhile but we clearly needed the professionals. Prime did amazing work on the clog which was full of grease and whatever else. We bought the home about 2.5 years ago and the kitchen sink drain was always sluggish; so it was most likely a build up. I would recommend Prime to anyone who needs work; as I have already recommended to my mom. Great job 👍🏽 and thank you. The drain is still working beautifully since.

While the initial response and repair was excellent the after service was disappointing. When they gave me a follow up satisfaction call at that time I expressed a concern about part of the repair. Not recommended.Plumber did not arrive within the 2hour appointment window. When I called to ask what the new arrival time would be, receptionist was rude.Prime plumbing left no receipt indicating what work was done or what findings they made.Plumber talked excessively about his personal life, his open carry weapons permit, his pitbulls and made inappropriate inquiries. This made the customer very uncomfortable.

Prime responded the ticket filed thru Homeserv USA. They responded promptly, arrived at the start of the window we scheduled and completed the work quickly. Any questions that I had were answered. The man was even good with my dogs inspecting his work.

Brad came out today and did a great job. I highly recommend him (and this company). He was very thorough, and even used a camera in my line without charging me. I had another company camera my line and showed him the video, but he spent the time to do it again himself and ensure that it was done correctly. Then, he went on to provide excellent customer service and recommendations. In the future, I will never call another company. I almost never leave reviews, but it was the least I could do given the great service that Brad provided.

I woke up one day to a sink in my kitchen that would not drain. This was a difficult situation since I made it so my family could not use the kitchen. I called prime plumbing after the 1st plumber I called could not resolve the issue.Sam came out and from the start was very competent. He looked over the situation and began by repairing the damage the last plumber had left in the sink. He opened the piping in the basement so he could determine the problem, where it was located, and how to fix it.Sam then went to his office for additional equipment so he could free the blockage in the pipe the other plumber could not address, and get all working again. This required a special kind of snake to use in the drain, and it was clearly the right tool for the job. Sam also fixed the kitchen sink plumbing so it now had a trap I could clean, and put a vent in the pipe so it would flow more freely.I was very happy that Sam left it better than he found it and did such a great job for us. In addition, he was a very pleasant person and easy to deal with. Sam was also a company man and spoke highly of the company himself, and was clear that all staff had his level of expertise.I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing for any plumbing work. I plan to use them for all my future plumbing work, and could not be more satisfied with the job they did in my home. I paid their charges gladly and felt there was excellent value for the work performed.

I enjoyed working with this business. I called them based on high online reviews to find and repair a leak under the kitchen sink. They promptly scheduled the appointment for the next day. It seemed to have been coming from the garbage disposal, but the plumber found that the faucet tube had a hole in it and was causing the issue. After that repair, the garbage disposal was noted as leaking and we called them back. They originally didn’t have an appointment for the day I requested, but called me back later that day to say they made provisions to accommodate me AND waived the fee to diagnose the issue since this was a repeat visit for the same issue. Both plumbers were on time, clean, courteous, explained costs upfront and followed C-19 guidelines. I would recommend and use them again.

The workers arrived on time and promptly checked all my plumbing including both toilets three bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dish washer connection, washing machine connection, tub, shower, drains and water heater. They quickly diagnosed a problem with one of the toliet flush handles and fixed it--and showed me the source of the problem in case it recurs. They drained the water heater and even showed me how I could easily do it myself. They were very clean, polite, professional and did not leave any mess behind. They didn't try to upsell me to improve my plumbing or replace appliances that were working correctly. They even checked my stove for possible gas leaks. I couldn't assk for more.

This company had previously installed a great water heater unit in my house, and it works phenomenal. Honest work by good people, period.

They came out on schedule, explained in detail what the problem was and how the job would be completed... the initial visit was great. After scheduling and job is complete I'll definitely send another review but so far so good, great initial consult.

Cody and Jake replaced our water connection to street. The work outside involved cutting out a section of sidewalk. The interior work involve replacing the pipe and water service connections ( after cutting into the wall). All the work was professional, neat and tested. The sidewalk restoration was impressive. It was all done in a day. The crew did a great job, they are friendly, personable and a pleasure to work with. Cody and others replaced also replaced our sewer line previously). Great firm!

Prime Plumbing basically tried to fleece my 88 yr old Mom. Diagnosis: rotted pipe underground basement bathroom. We complained to warranty co, Prime stood by diagnosis and required that tub be busted out (which would damage one or both walls). Eventually Prime rejected job after we refused to demolish the bathroom, creating a need for renovation.We have a friend who is certified plumber who tried to get sketch of how pipes were running in bathroom. Prime refused any communication with him. He had me get Roto-Rooter video footage. Due to the “T” pipe formation, camera could not get across the hallway into the alleged rusted pipe.Roto-Rooter was very professional. Mr Chan explained everything to me. Clog was apparent. He talked with our friend throughout the job. Or friend who was already on a job asked is if ok for Roto-Rooter to unclog drain since co was already on job site. He negotiated a reduced price. Voila! Obstruction gone, powder room and basement fully functional.Your serviceman lied. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME

Great service with many options on what and how to install or repair things.

Our water heater developed a leak so we called Prime Plumbing on a Monday evening. They said someone would be out the next day between 12 and 4. Tuesday morning they called to see if I wanted an earlier time but we kept the original time. Tony and Steven showed up on time. They quickly addressed the issue and gave us a fair quote. They were patient with our questions and answered them thoroughly. Tony and Steven began working immediately and finished in just over an hour. They showed us the finished work and were again patient with our questions. All and all, we are very pleased with the work, the price and even better the total time from the call to hot water again. We would use Prime Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our issue ended up not being plumbing but he quickly got in touch with an HVAC technician and explained what the issue was very well! Prime Plumbing of MD was a very professional business to deal with.In June of 2022, I contacted Prime Plumbing because my tankless water heater stopped working. I contacted several other local plumbing companies that had absolutely no idea on how to perform services on a tankless water heater. When I contacted Prime Plumbing, the gentleman on the phone assured me that their company had certified technicians that could come to my residence and diagnose my tankless water heater.The Service Technician/Plumber that came to my home was Randy Hamel. Mr.Hamel called when he was enroute to my home, reported promptly and within the time frame provided, checked the water heater system, and diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes.We informed Mr. Hamel that our tankless heater was under warranty and that we just needed to locate a new one and have it installed, returning the old one back to the manufacture. Mr. Hamel, within 10-15 minutes, located a new one, quoted us a reasonable price, and removed the old water heater. Mr, Hamel advised us that he would be available to install the new water heater between 0800-100 hours the next morning,The next morning, Mr. Hamel arrived to my home at 0800 hours sharp, prepared and ready to install our new tankless water heater. Mr. Hamel was very nice, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We also had a toilet in our basement that Mr, Hamel checked out and corrected a minor problem on our toilet.Mr. Hamel & Prime Plumbing were extremely great and pleasurable to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good plumber. Used Prime through a call to Home Serve. Contact by Prime was quick and service call was scheduled for the next day. Repairman identified the problem and got right to work. He unclogged the pipes and cleaned up the mess from the overflowing water. He wore his mask at all times and was very pleasant. I highly recommend PRIME for plumbing emergencies or routine calls.

Thankfully, the problem was easily resolved. He fixed it quickly. Easily the best plumber I’ve worked with. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. He called ahead when he was on the way. He was friendly, professional, and very skilled. He was a third opinion and the only one to really investigate why my toilet was leaking. He explained what was wrong and gave me two options at different price points without any pressure to choose the more invasive/expensive option. He also assessed and gave estimates for some other projects we will have done in the future. I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again and recommend them.

Before calling Prime Plumbing, we had 4 different plumbers come out to look into our issue. The first two tried to snake our clean out in the front yard but they could not do it. We were told that our sewer line may be shifted or completely broken. The third company ended up sucking the water out of the clean out and after looking down the pipe, determined that we needed to replace the sewer line from that spot and that it would cost $6300. They never properly inspected our sewer line. The fourth company used a camera from inside the house but still determined that we needed a portion of the sewer line replaced for $5407. Then Brad came today 5/21/20. He came inside and also wanted to use a camera to check our sewer line. Brad was able to get all the way out from our property to the county connection and saw that we in fact DID NOT have to replace the sewer line at all. Brad discovered that we had a simple clog inside the house! He found the clog, dislodged it and saved us from having our yard dug up and a sewer line replaced unnecessarily. Our clean out is broken but Brad was able to give us a tremendous deal, saving us literally THOUSANDS of dollars! I am so pleased with the service I received today. Brad was HONEST and after having several companies flat out lie, honesty is greatly appreciated. Brad was also diligent and persistent and was able to locate an issue that 4 others had overlooked! I highly recommend this company and especially Brad.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When we needed our sewer line repaired we contacted them for a second estimate. Unlike the first company we contacted, they took the time to reassess and confirm the damage (a leak detection company had already determined there were cracks in the pipe). Prime Plumbing's estimate (and final cost) was 75% of the estimate from the first company and included repair of our concrete driveway, which the other company specifically excluded. After we accepted Prime Plumbing's proposal they were able to complete the pipe repair and indoor clean-up in one day (the other company estimated 2 days) and the necessary driveway repair within a week. When we needed some help with documentation for our property insurance they provided just what we needed to help us get maximum coverage (which was lousy but that is another story). Subsequently we contacted them when our toilet wouldn't flush. Turned out that our ejector pump was full because the gfi tripped. The plumber determined there were no other apparent issues, wished us a good day and no charge.Every single person we dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and friendly (from staff on the phone through all plumbers and their crew). Price is reasonable and fair. Work is high quality (even the driveway concrete repair was graded better than it was before)! Highly recommend.
