Catons Plumbing, Drains & Water Cleanup

The plumber Catons sent out today did an excellent job.

This is the second time I’ve used Catons Plumbing. Their customer service and service quality are always great. Unfortunately, I feel the plumber’s solution was not required and I was left with a $380 bill.

The water softener in my basement no longer functions. I turned a lever I shouldn’t have, which trapped water in the water softener tank. Water started leaking into my basement—hence my need for a plumber.

Instead of shutting off the valve, to release the water pressure in the softener which would have stopped the leak, she proposed that I cut out a bunch of copper piping to redirect water away from the softener.

She did a phenomenal job, but I feel it was unnecessary.

Contacted Catons plumbing to unclog drain. Kimberly did an excellent job. She was very professional and completed the job timely.

The plumber was awesome. She was very thorough and kept me abreast of what she was doing and why. She followed up the next day too.

The plumber seemed to have no knowledge of what he was doing and he ripped my linoleum floor when he was pushing the refrigerator back into place.

Kimberly the tech was professional and explained in detail that I could understand as to what the problem was. She fixed it in a timely manner, and my toilet is operating! She was great all around.

I had a leak that I needed to be seen post 9pm. Technician made himself over at 10pm. He was very polite, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised there was an opening the same night, the representative over the phone was efficient and helpful as well!

They came to fix a worse plumber's work. Great team, amazing service. I always use them them I can.

Summit a service request online around 1pm requesting service at 4pm. Within 2 hours, representative from office called and informed the tech will arrive within an hour. Tech came about 30 minutes later. Sang (the plumber) was friendly and professional. I explained to him the issue, then he explained to me what’s he going to do to fix the problem and the price. Signed the work paper then the problem was fixed 30 minutes later. Would recommend Catons plumbing service and would give Sang 6 star if I could.

We called them and came out the same day. The fixed replaced and gave us instructions on how not to get into the situation.

Used this service for years. Very dependable and experienced service personnel from administrative staff to plummers.

The repair man did an excellent job taking off the water hose that was hard to come off by cutting with his saw. Within a few minutes he had organized everything and silicone around the pipe. Great job Mr.Hung.

Emergency call for a kitchen leak on a Sunday with guests for dinner four hours later. Two professionals tagteamed the repair- Which turned out to be a bad faucet not a bad supply line. They waited patiently for my dash to Home Depot to pick up a new faucet which was promptly installed correctly and functioning within minutes. Good outcome, under pressure, with professionals.

They did a great job fixing a broken toilet. They were easy to schedule, responsive, arrived on time, professional, and ultimately, did the job well.

Caton’s offers solid, reliable service in the murky world of plumbing. We have come to call them for more complex repairs and those repairs not covered by insurance. While they are expensive and a strain on a small budget the alternative of a bathroom out of commission or a backed-up pipe is in the long-run a much greater cost to a household. Always ask for a discount or show a coupon from the website and allow these expert plumbers to walk you through the repair since understanding what went wrong can prevent the problem from happening again. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Jason and his apprentice were kind, knowledgeable and hard working. They did not give up until the source of the clog was found and removed. The also re-secured my toilet with toilet with new bolts and made sure that it was secure. The made sure that the area was cleaned up after. They were very gracious with my husband's corny humor. If I need plumbing help again, I will use Caton's plumbing and request Jason.

Sang diagnosed the issue with our kitchen plumbing quickly. He showed us the issue and quickly fixed the leak. He was professional and felt like a plumber from our community.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy and appointments were immediately available. On the day of my service, techs were busy and running behind but I was kept apprised of the expected arrival at my residence. Hungh was pleasant and helpful! He quickly got to work to troubleshoot and resolve my issue. Would definitely use Catons plumbing again!

Frozen pipe break in a wall next to laundry room. Plumber needed to purchase two pipes to replace in the same location. Plumbing repair was satisfactory however, damaged wall and ceiling tile was not repaired. I need to get a ceiling and sheet rock service to do this finish work.
I rate this service as excellent with regards to arrival, courtesy, water leak repair, and clean-up after service. I would be delighted to use this plumber's service again. I felt left hanging with respect to dry wall service after repair. He explained this was outside his responsibility.

We needed our gas line to the clothes dryer brought up to code for a Monday delivery of the new dryer. Caton’s plumbing came out on Saturday and got it done. Our technician was professional and courteous. Caton’s Plumbing installed the original gas line 24 years ago and I think that was on a Saturday too. If you want it done right call Caton’s Plumbing.

I had a problem with my downstairs toilet backing up into my downstairs tub...yeah, gross. But Hungh came out and not only fixed the problem (the sump pump had to be replaced), but also fixed that shower's hot water issue. I've used Caton's several times before, and though I'm typically not a trusting person when it comes to home repair companies? Caton's has my business, full stop.
