Recently we had the need for a plumber and called Dick Ray Master Plumber Heating and Cooling. Dan and Aaron arrived promptly and after assessing the problems, got right to correcting them. They worked quickly and was prepared with needed equipment and parts. They were not disruptive to the household and when they were finished, things were put back and cleaned up. I needed solutions on a lack of hot water supply in my home. I had one tank and it could not keep up with the demand of my family. I called Mission and spoke with a lady named Stacy. She was very willing to help and informed me she could send out a specialist the same day. I was blown away. The specialist (Pat Marsh) went through several options that would solve my problem. He explained in great detail the benefits and costs associated with each option.After I chose a solutions he had me on the schedule for the following day. Mission installed a new water heater at a fair price. Their employees draped all of my carpet and kept the place clean while they were working. Two very friendly gentlemen (Tom and Jim) got the job done quickly and cleanly. I cannot tell you how much this company cared from start to finish. Very knowledgeable staff and they are so friendly.Highly recommended!

Joe was recommended to me by a family member several years ago. Joe has always done a great job inspecting our HVAC systems. In fact, he did so well that he extended the life of our furnaces and AC’s to 22 years. He just recently notified me that it was time to replace them. He had warned me for years that this day was coming. Joe proactively sets up seasonal inspection appointments and is punctual and respectful. I highly recommend Joe Lowry for your HVAC needs.

I had a main sewer line that was fully blocked by roots. I called a well-known plumbing, heating and cooling company to snake the line and not only were they unable to unblock the line, but they broke off the auger bit in the sewer line and left it there which would have caused an even bigger block. He then said it was likely that the line collapsed and had to be replaced.

I called Mr. Plumber the next business day for a second opinion and their receptionist, Sydney, was extremely nice, answered all of my questions and was even able to get me an appointment the same day. Tom was the tech that came out and was extremely helpful, professional, and was able to remove the roots that were causing the block and remove the auger bit that was left by the previous company's technician. He left behind no mess and was also able to repair a washing machine drain tube before he left.

I cannot recommend Mr. Plumber enough and will be using them moving forward.
