Have leaks in plumbing they did, was sold a bad water heater, then charged for them to come fix it (It was not fixed) Had to retrieve my tools they were trying to steal, and they showed up hungover, very unprofessional and rude. Going to have to call new plumber to fix what they did.

Kevin and his professional and knowledgeable crew have been my resource for maintaining and remodeling , upgrading
1 million ft of commercial/ industrial property for plumbing and gas supply and delivery and redesigning and installation for 5 condo units for the past 15 years. I would highly recommend him and his group for any small or large project that involves moving water or gas. I never call anyone else. 15 years. Multiple projects. No one better.

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!

If you can dream it up they can plumb it up!

Our hot water heater started leaking yesterday. The installers referred us to Grabill Plumbing, and they called quickly to set an appointment, arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and got everything switched out and re-installed quickly. We'll certainly be in touch for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for such great service!
