I called on Monday 09/27/22 and was able to have someone out the Same Day. Mathew was great and I really enjoyed talking with him. Turns out that my 'clog' in my sewer drain was actually a clay pipe that completely collapsed and need full replacement. Mathew gave me a Quote for the Repair and was actually able to get us 'flowing' for the most part until the Team could come out and do the Repair.I will never use another Service Company. I had a gas line ran between my gas main and our pool heater. I did the trench work myself to save money. Full Nelson ran the gas line and connected it to the gas main and pool heater. They ordered the inspections. There was a little bit of a delay between the start of the job and the end of it and I'm not sure why, but it didn't matter much to me as we didn't need the heater yet. The technicians were great... very friendly and did a good job. I'll give Full Nelson more business in the future.

I had heard of Full Nelson from billboards and saw them recommended online. They were easy to schedule and explained the payment process to front. My serviceman, Robb, was very professional and helpful. He explained exactly what was happening and have options. While he was servicing I discovered I needed gas pipe installed so he rearranged his schedule with the office and stayed to install this pipe so I could get my gas stove working. I did invest in their total care program and believe it’ll be worth it! 10% discount and they do preventative maintenance checks on everything. As a new homeowner, I’m glad to have their service.

Full Nelson was able to get James out to my house same day to check out a leaking water heater (water gushing out). James was very polite and professional. He answered my many questions and even got on the phone with my husband who was out of town to explain the situation and provide replacement options. James installed a new water heater, showed me how it worked, and made sure everything was back up and running before leaving. He was also very careful to keep everything neat and tidy throughout the process. 10/10 definitely recommend!

We have used Full Nelson for multiple plumbing and a/c issues in our home. Recently, we found out our A/C had a leak and the system was at the end of its life. We decided to go ahead and fully replace it, and we are so glad we did. Corky was very informative and kind regarding the process. He even brought over some great Banana bread! Anyone from Full Nelson who ever serviced our home has been professional and great. We will continue to use them and their services.

Again we had a wonderful experience with this company, Ray came out and performed a plumbing inspection on our house and was a true pleasure to speak with. We showed him all the things we were concerned about and he showed us the concerns he had. We found out our system pressure was low, a outside spigot that had freeze damage and an assortment of other issues. He was so polite and friendly, explained everything and quoted repairs we might want done, no pressure just nice. We will by all means recommend this business to all.

We've been using Full Nelson exclusively the past two years on an old house. They are professional, friendly, and thorough in both explaining our options as well as cleanup after the job.

After several years of giving my business to this company, I withdrew that business today. I've had a good experience with the sales team and with the technicians that came into my home. However, after being rudely screamed at by a customer service lady and then hung up on, I will not tolerate this behavior from any company that is willing to take my hard-earned dollars and loyalty for granted. I agreed to purchase a maintenance agreement for my air conditioners as well as for my two furnaces. I was a little disappointed when they could not schedule my A/C check-up until the end of June - after it had been running for six weeks. Three days before that service was to be done, I was called by this customer service woman who said they needed to bump me because they had to do an emergency install for someone else. Okay, I was willing for that until she then told me I would be bumped all the way to the middle of August! Huh? Apparently, this A/C check-up isn't that important if it doesn't even need to be done until the end of the season. I protested that this revised date was not acceptable. She became irate and then tried to make me feel bad about denying service to others. After screaming (literally) at me over the phone, she hung up when I tried to reply. I hope no one else has this experience....up until now, my experience had been satisfactory. True colors come out when under pressure, I guess.

I met with Corky, explained my situation, showed him what I needed. He presented me choices within my budget range. I picked the unit I thought would work for me. He was polite and knowledgeable, and one of his installers, Mike, was there within 2 days, bright and early. Mike was quiet, but efficient. He got my new furnace installed and working within a few hours. I have been very pleased with his work.

Jeremy gave me a call to let me know he was about a half hour out and showed up right on time. He cleaned and maintained our AC unit and took photos to show and explain what he did and what he would recommend for the future of our unit. Wonderful service :)

We are beyond thrilled with the work they have done, Robb (plumber) was awesome! We had a leak start on a Sunday from the main water pipe coming into the house. I sent them a Facebook photo via messenger, thinking they would respond the next day. I had someone message me back quickly and had someone call me soon after.Just know when they quote you it may be above other quotes, but the parts they use are top quality. They will not put anything in your home that they wouldn't want in their own home. Remember you get what you pay for and you'll get great quality with Full Nelson.

We've used Full Nelson a number of times, and have always been not only satisfied but delighted with the service we receive. They always work quickly and efficiently, they are good at explaining the problem and the solution(s), and as a real estate investor, I've had a chance to work with quite a few area plumbers, and Full Nelson has been consistently the best at providing excellent value at a truly affordable price. When friends or customers ask where to find a good plumber, I always send them to Full Nelson!

Well they charged us $400 to snake a drain which in itself is criminal. That wasn't the worst though. Now less than a week later our drain is backing up again. We called them and they said they dont stand behind their work and wanted us to pay for them to do it all over again.

The guy was nice but their prices were insane. They wanted 300 bucks to do something that literally took me less than 10 mins on my own.

I have had Full Nelson do two major repairs and a couple minor repairs for me in the last ten years. I couldn't be happier. They went out of their way to assist me with remodeling recommendations in addition to the great plumbing work that they have done for me. I will call no one else for any minor or major plumbing repairs. You cannot go wrong!

Our garbage disposal stopped working instantly one day. We could hear that power was going to it and that the motor was trying to run, but nothing would physically turn inside the disposal. Full Nelson arrived and David M. found out we had a screw jammed in the grinder. It took David M. about 15 minutes to diagnose, dismount, wrestle out the jammed screw, and then remount our garbage disposal. A+

Robb was professional and knowledgeable. He was courteous and careful in my home. We have an older home with known issues regarding cast iron to clay tiles sewer lines. The office was responsive from first contact to completion of diagnosis and repair. The work we needed wasn’t cheap but was quality and effective and taken care of quickly. Pricing was fair and I will definitely call them again. Very pleased with the entire experience! I highly recommend calling Full Nelson and can’t say enough about the friendly work done by the tech Robb!

My drain was backing up in the basement because the sewer line was clogged

We had a first-class experience with Full Nelson. An issue began underneath our basement floor, involving our laundry drain pipe. After going back and forth with our warranty company, other plumbing companies, and weeks of waiting, we got a recommendation for Full Nelson. They sent Trey out and he explained the problem and solution so simply. We decided to proceed with fixing the issue and they scheduled us quickly. Trey came back out and fixed the issue in a few hours. His work was awesome, he cleaned up well, and was so friendly to us. It was very clear that his focus and attention was on helping us and getting our home back to functioning! Thanks Trey and Full Nelson!

The technician was great he was quick and very professional but the price was horrible and not explained before they did the job there was a 45 dollar service fee and then they charged us 135 dollars to unclog 1 bathtub drain and they overbooked our appointment and had to reschedule it for later and didn’t let us know until 5 minutes before our Original appointment time when they booked our appointment on Friday and didn’t come til Wednesday I will never recommend this company.

6 months ago this review would have been a 5-Star glowing review. At that point I had used their services twice and had nothing but excellent service from them. I have a stretch of pipe in the basement from the washer to the other side of the basement that seems to get clogged about every 6 months. Like I said, I've had them come out twice to unclog it. It takes about 20-30 minutes to unclog. And I wasn't upset with the cost at roughly $120.00. This time when the pipe started backing up, I called again ... they were wonderfully prompt as they always are ... but now because of their new pricing ... the same 20-30 minute unclogging cost me $234.00. I went ahead and had them perform the unclogging because I needed to do laundry that evening and I didn't believe that I would be able to get anyone else to come out the same day. I don't mind companies raising their prices ... I understand how business works. But to raise this particular procedure by $110.00 is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be calling them again.

We are remodeling our kitchen and relocating the sink in the process. We're also switching to a gas stove. We had the kitchen down to studs and found more plumbing issues than I could handle. The house is over sixty years old and had been cobbled together in places. I had seen Full Nelson trucks in my area and knew they were based nearby. They weren't my first call but they were the first to actually answer their phone.I called on a Monday and they had someone out that day to give me a quote. After a complete look at what needed done and finding a couple things I hadn't noticed, they gave me a detailed price for all the work.I was worried our progress would be severely hampered by the plumbing but they were able to get me on the schedule for Wednesday of that same week.The same person that quoted the job, Rob, was the one that did the work so he was ready to go and had everything with him to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. Rob was punctual, polite and personable. He was able to complete all of my new kitchen supply lines, drain line, gas lines (to the new stove and an up-to-code line to my gas dryer) and fixing the vent pipe that went up through the roof. What he did in five hours would have taken me a week and twenty trips to the hardware store. The biggest difference is, now it's done right.I would and will recommend Full Nelson.

Very pleased with the service provided by Full Nelson Plumbing today. We had an awful smell coming from what I believed was a sewer leak. Long story short, it was a simple fix that I probably should have known to do already, but the service technician was EXTREMELY kind and proffesional and I was very pleased with the reasonable service charge as well! I have used Full Nelson Plumbing many times from major sewer repair to clogged drains. They are always on time and friendly. They put paper covers on their shoes when they come in. They introduce themselves and find out the specific need that you have. They are quick and reasonably priced. I will use them again.

Called in on a Saturday morning. Got lucky that they had a tech available and that the tech was Walt. Solid communication throughout the process and helped with getting my home warranty to cover the repairs. Walt informed me of other things to be mindful of due to the advanced age of the system and suggested some changes to maintenance and care.I look forward to using their service again in the future.

I have the yearly service plan with Full Nelson Services, so they come out three times a year to inspect plumbing, heating, and AC. The service technicians are very knowledgable, friendly, and respectful of your home. So glad I went with the yearly plan! Will be renewing in the future.

Dont waste your money. I have hired them to do camera inspection to find the broken pipe, their technician has zero experience in plumping and ended with 300$ bill for cleaning one pipe (which cost only 70$ with other companies) and he did not find the broken pipe. he told me exactly what the other plumper told without using camera. i spent that much for camera and didnt know what i want. then i hired somebody else who found the pipe and exactly where is the broken part for less than what i paid Nelson for nothing.Answering your Reply...Yes your Tech cleaned the pipe as a part of the camera process. i did not hired you to clean the pipe , i did to use the camera and find the broken pipe. i wished there was no broken pipe but there is. the other plumper i hired found it exactly where while your tech failed to do. BTW i have two pipes and you are talking about the good one. your tech admitted it that he couldnt find the broken part and he gave an estimation 6 to 7K to dig to find it. im wondering why you even have the camera for. and by the way you said in your reply you will get in contact with me but nobody does. now i know all what the management write on here is just for people to read and not what you really do for your customers. thank you Guys lesson learned ( you are liars )

Our furnace went out on the coldest day so far in KC, negative 6 degrees. This company was super fast responding even though they had a bunch of other calls AND the tech Andrew was great!! They've definitely earned my business and loyalty going forward.

We had them out for a scheduled service on 2 of our rental property’s I waited at the first one for 1 1/2 hrs then called to find out where they were and got told sorry we had to push u to 3 days down the road and we called u but no answer so I replied with don’t worry about these 2 units I’ll find someone else then they found a person to show up about 20 min after I left the property so I turned around and went back got it all inspected (no cleaning or filter on my rental unit)228.00 then they ran my cc and told me she forgot the 50.00 coupon and couldn’t rerun it because transaction had be done alreadyBe aware these guys r not good ppl

UPDATE: Gordon, The HVAC Service Manager, reached out to me. He was very professional and considerate in rectifying the situation. Full Nelson has regained my trust.I was having some issues with my furnace and decided to try this company out due to the great reviews and proximity to me. However, I am very disappointed by their price transparency. As a non-member customer, I was told on the phone that it would cost $50 for someone to come out to look at my system and let me know what is wrong. It turns out that to find out what is wrong, every visit also requires a system and diagnostic check to the tune of ~$300 on top of that $50. It would have been great to have known this in advance, as this is nearly double what I have paid my previous servicer for annual checks.

Justin and David came to replace our sewer pipes under our house and finished earlier then estimated! They were always on time or early, and helped us understand what was being done and what needed to be done. Rob came to do the initial check of the sewer and was also very knowledgable and personable! We had trouble finding a plumber to help with our issues before closing on a new house and they were easy, had great availability, and efficient! I would recommend them to anyone! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Andrew showed up at our house for our summer HVAC. We have an older unit, so we know we need to keep it maintenanced to last longer. Had a fantastic experience with Full Nelson. I've used other plumbers in the area for minor fixes, and had meh experiences. I decided to try someone new. Problem turned out to be very significant, a failed septic line that needed to be replaced, requiring a significant amount of work. Full Nelson was very honest and upfront with their work, and even helped me out with my insurance as we battled them for three months. Despite the delay, Full Nelson held to their original quote, came in an knocked the work out in two days. They were very professional. Corky was a great resource, he was very available and helpful as we looked through multiple options of how to handle the problem. He gave me multiple options, quotes, and was very amenable to all the questions I had. Very friendly, great guy. I also wanted to thank Robb, on the plumbing side. While all the work was being done, I asked if they could add a broken outdoor spigot to the list, as they were already there. He quoted me a very good deal, however they were unable to get to it during the main construction. However, he came out a week later, held to that cost and even did extra work that we hadn't agreed upon in the beginning to ensure the new spigot work. I am normally wary of posting 5 star reviews for a company who just did what you paid them to do. But I feel Full Nelson truly went above and beyond what I had expected them to do.

From the initial visit all the way through the end of the project, I was impressed with the professionalism and communication that Justin provided me about the various nuances of the work. He even identified a potentially dangerous situation with the water heater vent which we had repaired in addition to the original work. Everything was explained to me during the work as well as during the post inspection of the work. I would highly recommend and definitely use Full Nelson Plumbing Heating and Cooling again.

Laundry pipe froze due to really low winter temps. Called Full Nelson Plumbing and spoke with the owner about problem solving. He guided me over the phone what to do to solve the problem, but I didn't feel confident doing it myself. So, within a couple of hours (during a busy season for plumbers) one of his guys were here. He was able to defrost the pipe and save the day with minimal cost to us! He also told me what I needed to do to prevent this from happening again.This is a great company and I'm glad to say that I just found my new plumber. We've used another company in the past, but got tired of their high prices because their plumbers were paid off commission. My only regret is that I didn't use Full Nelson Plumbing sooner. We actually called them twice before for other issues, but because he was able to help us over the phone we didn't need them to come down. Their aid in a resolution was much appreciated. Especially, when we don't have a lot of money at our disposal.

I had three different things I needed a plumber for. One turned out to be easy, one was routine (a slow bathtub drain) and the third was a prob with the sump pump drain pipe. Cody was the plumber sent out and came up with a much better repair idea for the sump pump drain. A reasonable price, very professional and Cody clearly knew his job. I have used them for years. They are tops in our book. They have worked with us on larger jobs to help us with payments, and been able to 'work us in' on emergency type work. They are always there when we need them, do quality work, clean up after themselves, and are very polite. They even help us with the smaller projects when I don't have time to do them myself.

Shawn provided me with an honest opinion of what he thought my problem might be and didn't try inflating the issue to something it wasn't. In the end it was a simple fix and I will definitely contact them again should I need any more help.

The woman who took the appointment told me about the $49 service fee, which I thought was reasonable. The technician Robb was on time, professional, and personable. After tinkering with the heater for about 15 minutes, he told me he couldn't find any obvious issues, and recommended that the heater temperature simply be turned up. He then informed me there would be a $136 diagnostic fee on top of the $49 service fee. I asked him to explain that more, and he said the $49 was just the trip fee. So, basically gas money? I've never worked with a service company where the service/trip fee did not include a diagnosis of the issue.I called the Full Nelson office for an explanation, or at least a clarification of why the diagnostic fee was not disclosed initially. They were unable to offer any answers and basically said the tech was responsible for disclosing repair fees. When I said there was no repairs done, that it seemed like I was being charged $136 for turning a dial on a thermostat, they didn't have an answer.I have no complaints about the quality of service or the professionalism of the staff I interacted with. But if the price of a service call AND diagnosis is actually $185 dollars, before any repairs are completed, I strongly feel that should be disclosed from the beginning.

These guys are amazing! They were here early, worked hard and all day long. They had to remove the hot water heater to get to the furnace pull it out and replace the A-coil, replace the floor, put it all back plus replace the outside unit. It was a long hard day for them but through it all they joked and was beyond polite. Corky showed up with banana bread, that was amazing. Wes, Bo, and Dallan were working hard the moment they walked through the door. They even swept the floor before leaving. Full Nelson will be the only plumbing, heating and cooling company I'll use from now on. Great company and great guys!

Our sink was dripping at the base and Into the cabinet below. Jessie from Full Nelson came out and had it resolved within 2 minutes after entering the house! He could’ve quickly wrapped up the appointment too, but walked me through how the issue could’ve happened and made sure we had full proof once the leak stopped. He then talked me through more helpful tips with our faucet, so if it happens again or we need to replace or clean I’m fully capable! At the end he even tried to save us more money on the job too!! It appears their goal is to upsell services, be cautious about what you actually need.Original: Came in to quote replacing two bathroom sink faucets, quote came out to $1050 using my own faucets!! An experienced plumber could do both in an hour or two, so expect to pay $500 to $1000/hour for services. Extremely costly.

None of the things listed separately. I needed a lot of work done on the pipes in the Maceman on the sump pump taking out all piping putting in new piping checking the toilets to make sure that they are working correctly and were even pulled up to make sure that they were. They did a lot of repair which was badly badly needed. They did an absolutely wonderful job and they want them out their business but they were nice and polite they worked hard and got everything fixed and in working order. I will use them again in an instant. I could not say enough good things about them.

Full Nelson is the best! I have been using them, since I bought my house 11 years ago. Given that my home was built in 1936, the old girl has some fairly delicate plumbing and needs attention at least once per year usually multiple times a year. Every time I call, the Full Nelson staff does their best to get me worked into that day's schedule and send a knowledgeable and professional tech who listens closely to what I need. We discuss what they are going to do and it gets done quickly and completely. The one time I experienced a second back up shortly after having work done, probably nothing to do with the work they did, they sent a tech back out immediately for no charge. They guarantee their work and stand by it. I have no time or patience for undependable and expensive contractors. Consequently, my life would be bereft of light and song without my Full Nelson crew only a phone call away! =-D

I called in for an emergency plumbing repair. I got a call from a plumber (David) within about 30 minutes. David informed me there were two emergency jobs ahead of mine and said it could be a couple of hours before he got to me. I was OK with this. He also kept in communication with me throughout the night to keep me informed of any scheduling updates. Super friendly. Excellent communication. And I am happy with the repair that was done.

We decided to call back Full Nelson for our drain in the bathroom sink. We had previously purchased a service package through a referral program and additional discounts were included in the price. The tech was on time which is super important in our lives. I did ask him to give me estimates on installing a pull down kitchen faucet while he was here to unclog the bathroom sink. He was able to do that and clearly explain the various choices and associated costs. He was able to unclog the drain without even using any equipment so time was about 10 minutes. We have used this company twice now and have had very professional service that was on time. However, we had been searching around for a new HVAC and plumbing company since our go to company had been discovered and it was increasingly difficult to get an appointment. They are NOT cheap. In fact both times we used them we felt like we had been very overcharged for the services. When I asked about it the young lady that answered the phone basically told me I was mistaken that they were lower than the going rate. We will probably go back to our previous company and just accept the wait while we continue to look around for another company after we use our contract for service up with the furnace check this year. There would be no problems they cannot do with fast, professional, clean, on time service if you hired Full Nelson just be prepared to pay top rates.

Have used Full Nelson at least a couple of times now and have been impressed. Friendly and approachable employees. Very knowledgeable and do great work and with my experience, prices edge out the competition. The gentleman even gave me tips for the plumbing I would do myself and doped up a couple of my threads for what I was taking on myself. Did great work with new shutoff valve and new pressure regulator. Definitely call again when needed.

Andrew was my service tech. He was timely and very knowledgeable when it came to my AC repair. Most importantly, I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need and was very conscious about making sure he answered any questions I had. My AC units aren’t brand new and will likely need to be replaced in the next 5 or so years and because of my experience today I will be calling Full Nelson when I do need the full replacement.

He provided quotes for replacing our A/C unit's motor and fan, gave us options for new units (ours is coming to the end of it's lifecycle), and gave recommendations for products that would be more energy efficient while being cost effective. Amazing and quick!

Called for service work to add freon to unit. Was told service after hours was $249 and normal service hours visit was only $49. I made the appointment for normal business hours and the service tech showed up, took the panel off the outside unit and hooked up guages. He said there was no freon in the unit and it would cost $1500 to fill it but it would be better to put that money toward a new unit. Then he charged me $160. When asked about the descrepancy ($49 vs $160), he said the rest was for diagnostics. For 10 min diagnostic work they charged $111. That would equate to $666/hr.

They were quick to accommodate when my A/C went out. Service man came early so it didn't cost me another $100.00 for emergency service. Found I needed a whole new unit, David scheduled an appointment with Sales Representative Corky Williams. He came the very next day and ahead of schedule. SUPER guy, explained to me ALL of my options, answered all my questions and was really super informative and knowledgeable, I was impressed. Picked my new unit, and to top it all off, Corky brought us a window unit to keep our house as cool as possible until the install date. He also topped it off with some homemade cookies. Overall it was a great experience, now hoping the install goes as smooth. Thanks Full Nelson!!

I have a friend who owns his own plumbing business in south part of town and asked him for a recommendation for somebody that he would recommend in the northland. He said Full Nelson, so I gave them a call. Robb showed up during the agreed upon timeframe to fix a leaking cheap plastic hose running from a junky saddle valve on the cold line of hot water heater over to the humidifier on my heater. Robb replaced it with GOOD quality shutoffs that will last a lifetime and real copper line that is leak free and solid. That line he installed will outlive me. Bought this house 4 months ago and there are several plumbing issues that the previous homeowner did himself that I now need to have fixed. I'll be having Full Nelson back soon to start addressing these things.

I am a first time homeowner and know absolutely nothing about home repair and maintenence. I turned on my A/C for the first time this year and noticed that the air was barely flowing. My sewer decided to clog due to tree roots on Christmas Eve of all days. I had a plumber at my doorstep within an hour of my phone call. He was professional and fixed my issue within an hour or so. I expected to pay an arm and a leg for the service since it was weekend AND holiday rates, but I found the bill reasonable all things considered. Will definitely use Full Nelson Plumbing again and I recommend them to my friends.

The work is fine, the repair guys were on time and professional and did a great job. I always get great service from Full Nelson. However the prices have skyrocketed. $400.00 to install a faucet in a kitchen when no new holes need to be drilled, no welding, nothing complicated? That's way too much. I will be looking for a new service provider and I hate that because we've been using Full Nelson for a great many years.

Our specialist was friendly and helpful. He did a great job assessing our needs and giving us feedback on how to approach them. My only complaint is the pricing. We had him replace a leaky outdoor faucet. We had to wait on the indoor stuff because it was just too much money.

Shawn and his crew have serviced both our rental homes and personal home. You will not find a more honest group of plumbers. We had a water meter running constantly at our home and one plumbing company said we would have to dig up the sewer line for about $2,500. We called Shawn for a second opinion on a recommendation of a friend. Shawn found a running outside hose that everyone had repeatedly stepped over. Shawn wouldn't even take a $100 service fee....he didn't think anyone should get paid for turning off a hose.

When our ancient AC unit went out in August, they sent someone the next day to look at it and gave us a quote for a new one. It has been working great and looks like it has lowered the Evergy bill a bit for August which is great after the initial shock of the expense of buying a new unit. We had some water back-up in our basement and gave Full Nelson a call. I thought it wasn't the sewer main giving us trouble but it was and because of that the cost rose significantly to run a snake. Unfortunately our lateral line to the main sewer line was collapsed so KC water got involved.The plumber from Full Nelson, Mathew, was friendly, knowledgeable and was great overall.Full Nelson's services are on the pricey side but they got out to us fast.

Excellent customer service! All my questions were answered, and I am very happy with the work that was done in my basement. The crew was very professional and quick.

Paid for weekend furnace repair. Tech came diagnosed possible problem. Told parts were not available. Charged almost 300 no work done and no parts available. Now I don't mind paying for Saturday visit but seems to me that if when I called nothing was going to be available then I would have waited until Monday. Someone finally followed up by phone about a week later and I had worked all night and was exhausted did not call back to explain what had occured. I've had work done here before including furnace repair and plumbing. Just disappointed . Got work done for less there call just to diagnose.

My service tech, Cody, was extremely professional and did quick, great work on replacing our old water values with quarter turns in the bathroom (did 5, 4 under the sinks, and 1 to the toilet, in a little bit of an hour). Who else spent the last rainy week wondering if having 2 cats and 2 dogs qualified as a need to build an ark because the water was seeping into the house? We awoke to a small pond in my sewing room. Because our old plumbing cleanout valve was at the deep end of the pond, we thought the seal had broken. A plumber from Full Nelson was there quickly and the issue was discovered quickly as well. The valve seal was intact. The seepage was through the foundation. Before I had time to panic or trip over my checkbook, the plumber explained that the cause was retention of water against the house because a) the gutter wasn't clean and the excessive rains poured straight onto the garden we built and b)....wait for it...wait for it......built with an interlocking block wall that kept any water from running off the garden. There it is - we built a pool and filled it with water. It seeped into the house through the foundation which, by the way, was intact. Solution? Clean the gutters and take down 1 side of the wall and place a french filter against the wall on the garden. All work NOT done by plumbers. All work explained in detail by our plumber because he wanted us to make an informed choice when hiring someone to help us. AWESOME experience! Water related? Yes. Solution plumber related? No. Full Nelson charging for advice? NO! This is how companies stay in business - full disclosure, full support, Full Nelson. Haha! (I just made that up, but it applies. My water heating tank had a crack and they were able to come out and get a new tank to install the next day, David and Lucas, got it switched out and talked through the process, then discovered that my pressure valve was also cracked and leaking and was able to repair/replace that too. They were knowledgeable, worked to get the job done, and answered all my questions. They also worked with my time to be able to make sure I could get back to normal.

While they came quickly and the repairman was very pleasant, I feel that we were overcharged. In making the appointment, I said we had lit the pilot light a few times, but it wouldn't stay on. The repairman came out, relit the pilot light and charged us $100 on top of the trip charge, even though I told him it wouldn't stay on. He said if it went out again, we'd need a new one and couldn't put in a new ignition switch. It went out in less than an hour, so we paid $100 for something I had already done, and knew wouldn't work. Update: I was contacted by the company and was told I would be getting a refund. Hasn't happened yet.

My technician Cody was indeed was highly professional and fully knowledgeable in his trade, and I'm speaking objectively as a person having an education and some experience in the HVAC field. I couldn't have been more confident and satisfied with the service me and my family received. 5-stars is definitely warranted.

Everyone from Full Nelson is always super nice, helpful, and professional. We've enjoyed working with them every time! And they always offer to pick us up a drink on their way here, which was really extra appreciated when our AC was broken and it was 90 degrees out.Would definitely recommend!

Very pleased with full Nelson plumbing. The basement drain was backed up I called them about 930 and was told they could have someone to me between 10-11. Trey showed up assessed the problem, fixed the problem and was out the door. He can in with shoe protectors and was respectful of the house and even cleaned up when he was done.

Called for them to look at the outside central air unit. Had an appointment within 24 hours and they showed up on time. Gentleman was very polite and knew what he was doing. I will use them again.

2023 Update: Excellent service and can tell they really care.2021: We had a few items that needed attention. The pre-appointment notice, call morning of and follow-up customer sat check were awesome. Clearly Full Nelson really cares. Justin was the master plumber and he is absolutely incredible. So kind, thoughtful and detailed. Explained every aspect and kept us updated. Kind of guy you'd trust your house keys with. The quality of work Justin provided caused me to get a few other things done. When you find a person who does quality work, you want to get everything done. We bought a new home 6 months ago, and recently (of course) the AC system went out. Our first call was to Chris Tinberg, who has helped us with heating, AC & plumbing issues at our old house.Chris immediately sent a technician over, and even swung by the house himself. After some diagnostic tests, it was determined that the compressor had gone out on the 19 year old system. I called to have them come out to fix my kitchen sink, it had been leaking bc my pipes were battling gravity. They sent out Cody Donley, and he was awesome! Put on lil booties before coming in the house(idgaf, but ik some folks do), he wore a mask and was very professional, helped get everything fixed and then we discovered my garbage disposal was leaking(went bad from water sitting in it from original problem) and he got us hooked up with a new one! 10/10

I would highly recommend these guys. David did a terrific job fixing our issues. I called to get this stuff repaired and the get day they had him out here. I was highly impressed with the craftsmanship and dedication that you can tell they put into their work. Will definitely be using them in the future if/when the need arises.

I took bids to have an outside faucet installed in the back. It would be a simple job as all the work required is in an unfinished basement. The plumber took a little over an hour to do the work and put all the pipes between the floor joists and studs in case we ever wish to finish the basement. Excellent job, I had priced the parts to do it my self and they came to over $125, Full Nelson's bid, with parts was low enough to make it to my advantage to let them do it. Other bids were twice that of Full Nelsons. They arrived on time, cleaned up, wore booties over their shoes, I could not ask for better treatment. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Oh, by the way, they came in under their bid which made me very happy.

In early March 2020, we had our entire sewer line in our basement replaced due to rotted sewer pipes. The job required excavating sections of our basement floor. The project took three days to complete.The technicians of Full Nelson Plumbing, (James, Luke and Matt) did a great job! I would recommend them for any plumbing work that a person needs to have performed. I have used them a number of times for my home issues and they have always done a quality job for a fair price.

Great response time. Making appointments to get an estimate and having the work done on the following day was easy to set up. They gave an estimate for worst-case before they got into the foundation and the job was a lot easier and less expensive than expected.

The technician was friendly and courteous. He went about his work with dispatch and when done, gave a summary of the condition of the system, satisfying me that the AC system should be good for the coming season.

We were referred to this company by a reliable client after several attempts to find a nasty smell in a rental property we manage failed. As a last resort, we scheduled the plumbers to come to the house and fog the ventilation system to find the source of the odor. But when the plumbers arrived they spoke with our handyman, who had been working on a leaking shower and discovered that it had no P trap. The Full Nelson guys walked through the house and determined the missing P trap was likely the source of the smell. For this, they charged us $150 for simply coming to the home (a 12-mile trip), rather than a more modest fee commensurate with the service they provided. We'll look elsewhere the next time we need this kind of service.
