Collin opened up our clogged drain pipes. Kept us informed as to his progress prior to arrival, kept at it until job was done, even though it took some time. It was late by the time he finished.

Plumber was here to inspect a toilet leak. Shawn ? I don’t know how to spell his name.He was very professional, very positive, and explained everything to me that I needed to fix the small leak. He gave me pricing, including my discount, before he started fixing the problem. A very pleasant experience. I would like for him to return to my home, if I have any more plumbing needs.Yes, he deserves a free lunch! Buy him his lunch!

I just needed a $15 part replaced. Was willing to pay an upcharge for someone to come fix it rather than having to order online and do it myself. When the guy got to the house he agreed that that was the only thing that needed to be done, and quoted me $550. My appointment was also on a Monday at 4:30 PM and he told me it was after hours and another upcharge. Said there was no other work that needed to be done. I canceled and ordered the $15 part myself. Took 5 minutes to install. Would NOT recommend this company.

Our repair person, Kenton, called in advance, arrived on time and got right to work on our sump pump and battery. He made a trip back to the warehouse for a new battery very quickly and installed it in record time. He was cheerful, professional and clear in his explanations. A win-win for all!!

Seriously, I think I have found a new Plumber. Mission Plumbing was so friendly and they quoted me a price over the phone. They didn't even have to come out and look at it. They didn't try to sell me other parts when I got here. They left and I was charged the same amount as the quote. It was incredible. Our furnace died two days before a huge winter storm. We called Mission and they came to diagnose just a few hours after we called. Our system was 26 years old and needed replaced. They came out the next day and removed my old system and installed the new system just before the below zero temps hit. Thank you to the whole team for your effort. They were professional, clean, and very knowledgeable! We will be using them again for any other plumbing and HVAC needs!

Our sump pump wasn't running after the big storms this week. I called this morning and they were able to send Nate out within a few hours. He confirmed that the pump was burned out and had a replacement available immediately. I'm glad Mission PHC was able to help us get this resolved before more rain comes through!

Dustin Thornton was very professional but easy to talk to. He did yearly check of AC, changed out filter, added needed Freon and advised me on future needs.

I called Mission for what I thought was a simple job. My shower had low pressure likely caused by a valve or something. They send a plumber out for the $49 fee to look at it. He eyeballs it and says I need 2 new cartridges and it is likely to be $600. Ok, fine, it needs to be fixed. He doesn't recognize the brand but says the guys back in the shop will be able to ID it with the pictures. He calls back and said they need to replace more (the valve) and now it will be more than $1,000. I call the shop and said I want a real estimate of my options with them actually taking the plate off to see the parts I need to replace. The office says they will send someone out the next day. No one shows up. Said the appointment was set but dispatch messed up. They set up an appointment the next day. On that day, I get a call from the plumber that came and visited and he said his manager said they just don't want to mess with this shower. Very unprofessional to just walk away from a customer like that because it may be a brand they are not familiar with. Called and complained and they did refund the $49 which got them to 2 stars.

Recently had my HVAC service done. Dustin and Jarrod came out 9/25/2020. These guys are super trustworthy guys. I have been busy lately with work and getting stuff done around the house. It's great to know you have technicians we can trust so we can carry on with our day and get things done around the house. The technicians would come out and find me to ask before they proceeded with anything. All in all a great experience!!! Wish I could give them Each FIVE STARS, well deserved. Keep it up! I text messaged Corky with a question about my non working system it wouldn’t kick on ! The dude not only tried to solve it over the phone but one better said he was just a couple miles away and would swing by and have a look! WOW certainly didn’t expect that! He was here in minutes and went right to the problem in seconds ! The dude knows his systems! It was a simple five minute find and fix I wouldn’t and won’t from now on recommend anyone else ! A+ for this man and your company ! You got one of the best with Corky !

Ryan called 20 minutes before he was to arrive. He was professional and kind. He gave reasonable suggestions for moving forward with a newer furnace. He gave several options and I never felt that he was trying to upsell. He took his time and made connections with me in a professional way.

I needed an emergency plumbing repair. Mission PHC came out right away and had the repair done in no time!! And they did not take advantage of my despair to overcharge. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Excellent Company. I purchased both my furnace and A/C from them and they did great job installing each.Currently (June 2023) I have used them for a plumbing project in my basement. Nate Reece was amazing to work with! He was able to split the job into before and after for foundation repair. He removed plumbing that was in the way, capped it off, then returned after the foundation repair was complete to replace the plumbling in better locations. High recommend the company and especially Nate Reece!

This company was PHENOMENAL! They sent two of their best people to our home. Corky and Tito arrived and explained everything that needed to take place to get the HVAC working properly.I could not recommend them enough, that is how good these guys were and only charged me $49. I got enough advice yesterday to last me all year. Corky is a very knowledgeable and professional as is Tito!

Overall we had a great experience with mission plumbing heating and cooling. When the wait time for our AC repair/installation was long, they offered a window unit to help us get by in the mean time. Knocked one star off due to not offering a discount for paying all cash. Friendly, responsive staff.

Adam & Jordan from Mission Plumbing were very nice, professional, punctual, and knew exactly what they were doing. The price Mission charged for the job was several hundred dollars less than another company that gave us a quote. Mission was very easy to get an appointment with, and they were able to schedule me quickly. Overall, excellent service. I will definitely be calling them again next time I need a plumber or HVAC service.

paid 100$ they came out twice giving me a time frame of some time today and didn't fix it, didn't call to say when they were coming out the next time so missed them. Then were extremely rude to me when I tried to schedule another appointment. I do not recommend. also told me i might need to replace the control board, would cost 1200$, I bought the board and did it myself cost me 240$ and took 15min that means minus the part that'd be 4800$ per hour labor cost, no way.response- BS, the guy suggested i do the repair myself because you are crazy overpriced, i DID NOT INSIST ON DOING THE WORK MYSELF. Your lady on the phone was rude as hell, best possible experience from your customer service? LMAO! it would have been better customer service if no one had answered.Strongly suggest going with any other hvac company

Amazed by these guys. Had them come out to look at our furnace in our new house because it was making noise, turns out its on its last legs as feared. The tech was VERY informative and kind. They really just want what's best for their customers. We have a family tie to another HVAC company but we will most likely be going with Mission for replacement because of how honest and professional they were.

Collin was incredibly responsive. On mother's day of all days a pipe busts and he is there within an hour after I called to schedule service. Lightning fast. His work was excellent and most impressively he was quite kind and I would be happy to business with him again.

Appreciated the technicians were able to install our humidifier in a tight space. They were very pleasant and professional.

Steven was an excellent technician who came to do the annual tune-up for my furnace. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He spent extra time working on my humidifier and correcting a problem with water flow. He cleaned the drain pipe and he found that there was no orifice so he replaced that as well. He gave attention to properly clean and reset myself Air cleaning system which is attached to my furnace. I would highly recommend him!

I had very little hot water pressure from all of my faucets and shower heads although the cold water pressure was good. I thought I would need a new hot water heater. Collin D. came out on a Saturday (no additional weekend charge), calling me with a half-hour of his appearance. It proved to be mineral buildup which he was able to clear fairly quickly. Collin was very professional and saved me from buying a new water heater. I would absolutely use his services again should I have another plumbing issue.

Ehh... $90k for air conditioning? And they only seem to sell Mitsubishi equipment. We went to an independent contractor and got *better* equipment installed for less than half that price.I'll give them an extra star because the guy was friendly, though. However, it was kind of eerie how the guy said some of the *exact* same things as a dude from another Mitsubishi dealer.

Great, prompt AC repair service (Jim performed the repair). Our AC quit cooling early evening on Friday 7/22/22, the hottest of days. Made the call at 6:30 pm, and Jim arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed and repaired the blown capacitor so we had cool air once again. Highly recommend!

We were originally scheduled in a 9-11 am slot. The office called us to tell us that the technician originally scheduled had reported that he was sick. Shannon stated that the new tech would arrive between 12 & 2. I informed her it would need to be 12 because we had to take someone to the airport before 2. Mark arrived around 12:30 and promptly got on the job. We discussed that I needed to leave around 1:45. He stated that the job usually took 1 to 1.5 hours and that I was rushing him. I thought to myself, well you have an hour and 15 minutes. At 1:10, he bid us farewell and said everything looked good.he admitted he didn’t clean the ac unit as he normally does. I said, well, see you next week. He said, “ You WON’T see me! “ I hope we got a good assessment of our ac, or we are done with this company!

My tech called me ahead of the appointment as promised. He was very upfront and honest about any issues he found, or potential issues due to my aging system. Very professional, courteous, on time, and all done at a very good rate.

I had a new laundry drain put in because the existing one was very old when I purchased my house 3 years ago. I called mission plumbing and the customer service was Top of the line, I thank you for being on time and calling me the day before, trying to express how much your plumbers were kind and efficient I have used other companies but I told my coworker if they EVER EVER need plumbing etc... Luis diagnosed and repaired a plumbing problem in short order. He was prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. I would ask for him in the future.

Had a young man try to repair my sink and tub fausets. After charging me $550 dollars I was told that I need to replace the fausets. Service was nice but I am no better off than I was prior to spending the money. Sorry it did not get resolved in a more inexpensive manner.

We used Mission for Plumbing. We had Nate as our guy. And he was phenomenal!!! He was super knowledgeable to all of our needs. Our plumbing issue entailed a house that had the plumbing turned off for several years, and Nate knew all the extra precautions to take. He was sensitive to our concerns (personal and business-wise) surrounding our particular situation. Thank you, Nate!!!

Corey, Jim, and Trevor did a great job with our full-upstairs mini split install despite the brutal heat in the attic. Mark stopped in both days of the installation to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. We only raised one concern during the installation, and the team quickly addressed it. We're really happy with how the installation went, and our new system has been running great & keeping us cool.

Mr. Tanner and another gentleman (sorry) arrived at my mother's home on time and removed a difficult stubborn old furnace and installed a new unit. They worked steadily, answered any question I bothered them with and cleaned up well when they finished the installation. I have had them do other major jobs at my own house and was just as pleased.

Luis De La Garza was excellent. He explained exactly what happened to our outside faucet, fixed it, then explained what he had done and showed pictures. He has great Customer Service skills and very pleasant to work with.

I called Mission PHC as a first time customer with a leaky bathroom faucet and company coming in a few days. My appt was for the next day. Tradesman turned up to change a gas regulator, said he didn't know anything about gas. MPHC has gone downhill in a big way. Previously called them out to change a washer and they charged $ 375 to change the entire faucet. Avoid!! They can't keep staff and have lost their previous capability

Chris came to my home to resolve an A/C issue. He was very thorough, and even made two visits to our house to make sure we had our A/C running properly and helped identify a leak in the system. Would highly recommend Mission Pluming & Cooling and Chris.

I was referred to Mission PHC by my sister for her own positive experience with them. Was able to get a next-day appointment with PHC. Nate installed an additional shutoff gas valve and even lowered his quoted price because it was an easier job than he anticipated. Friendly, professional, honest, and quick. Can't ask for more.

We ended up buying an A/C and Furnace. My first contact in this issue was Eddie, came to the house we talked about our needs and what MPH&C could do for us. Eddie answered all my questions and provided multiple proposals, no pressures. My wife and I discussed our options from MPH&C and others. We decided to go with MPH&C and Eddie's proposal as well as past experiences we had with MPH&C, they had previously installed a hot water tank for us, good job Chris. The day of the scheduled install I received my advance call telling me they were on their way. Right on time they started to arrive, four trucks. What team work. New equipment unloaded, old equipment was disconnected loaded up and removed. New was installed, Bryan took care of the A/C and Chad took care of the furnace. Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling had our back yet again! I noticed our furnace wasn’t heating correctly and they sent a technician right out the same day to take care of us. The technician (Chris) was familiar with our last service call in which a bird had gotten into the roof vent and unfortunately it happened again. (What are the odds?!) Another bird met its demise in our furnace motor, causing it to jam and not heat. Chris was responsive, listened well, was courteous, and efficient. We appreciate Mission PHC and highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

We had an appointment set but their techs couldn't make it because they were helping another customer. They were able to reschedule us quickly. We are part of their maintenance program and have been very pleased with all the technicians. Today, Luis came over to fix our kitchen sink. He was very thorough in his explanations and problem solving with what was going on. He also showed us how to avoid the problem again in the future. He was also able to come out within 2 hours of calling! We will continue using Mission.

We were having problems with a leak under our sink and pipes rattling. Nate came out and found the problem to be the Fossett that I installed myself a few years ago. He said pick out a new faucet and he would install it. May he installed it today and it looks great! No more rattling pipes and no more leak. These guys are incredible. Honest and upfront, thoughtful and careful. After a different plumbing company shattered our kitchen drain line under the slab while cleaning it, these guys stepped up. Not only did Zachary and Gage do the difficult work of running a new kitchen drain above that had to thread through the middle of a builtin book shelf, they threaded it very carefully and unobtrusively through our finished basement so it will be almost completely unnoticeable once we get a cover on it, and spliced it into our drain stack properly so we have a permanent solution to our drain issues and an access point for future splices. It was a complicated problem that they solved with care and thoughtfulness at every step of the way.I couldn't be more thrilled. I recommend them extremely highly for their fair prices for excellent work. Zachary is a treasure they should feel proud to have as part of their company.I will be coming back to them for any plumbing and HVAC work I have in the future!Edit: had another great experience! Seth came to service our hvac and gave us both really good advice about future plans, fixed things in a knowledgeable and solid way, and generally gave me a lot of confidence that I was being sold what I needed and not being taken advantage of. All I did was the tune up. It turns out I have an intermitant pilot that was not going out in between cycles as it should, so my Flame sensor thought it was on when it wasn't Then propane valve shut down the system and the blower would blow cold air. To replace it, it is a bit pricey, so I will have to save up for a few months. Maybe, this summer.

Patrick was incredibly professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed and then some! 10/10 recommend!

I belong to Mission’s Home Comfort Club that includes annual air & furnace checkups plus lots of other service perks. Well worth the money for service and peace-of-mind. My air service rep Chris Denmark was very competent, professional and friendly; replaces air filter only if needed. I felt very comfortable and safe inviting Chris into my home.

Trevor and Jim replaced our ancient AC system in a timely and professional manner, they approached it as if it were their own home! I will recommend these guys to any one that needs PHC work!

Mission has been around a while and done good work from what I can see on a local basis. They have been bought out by a parent company in Florida who has had lots of problems in Florida - so BBB reflects that. They were last company to come out - and it was last minute dealing - not completely their fault - and they tried to be competitive. I found out too late they had serviced two nearby neighbors for hvac and furnace repair which might have tipped the balance in their favor. Their service guy, Craig, seemed nice and honest. But I dealt with him and boss which made communication between two slow down a little when time was of essence - and I had been out of air for over a week. From testimony of neighbors this is a good company and reliable - one neighbor has used them for over 30 years at two houses. They were a very close second - they have lennox which is good - but I went with a company who used Amana. Their financing - which may only have been a special for this month - was amazing. This made me call them. I would recommend them for trustworthiness and overalll comparative good value. They have been spoken of highly now on our neighborhood webstie by 3 of us.

I had Chris Herriot from Mission Heating and Plumbing come out and repair and maintenance my AC. He was such a nice, friendly and knowledgable person. He worked quickly. I appreciated the work he did and also appreciated how friendly the office staff is. When I called they got me an apt the next day which also happened to be a Saturday. They are all fantastic!

Talked to salesman one day and furnace and air conditioning was installed the next day. They use great brands and have polite and knowledgeable employees from the salesman to the office people to the installers. I highly recommend this company.

I called Mission Plumbing because of a gas leak in my water heater pipe. The office was very friendly and Mike J came that very morning. He fixed it quickly and was very thorough. We hired him to replace our sump pump and install a back up battery and he did a great job! He also answered all my questions and took the time to look at my inspection report and explain the items and what was needed to repair them. He went above and beyond and is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him!

We have used their service for maintenance for several years now. I have always found their technicians to to be friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Last year we had a complete replacement of our hvac system and water heater. The installation was was done cleanly, professionally and on time to the appointment set. I would recommend them for any maintenance or new installations you might have based on the experiences we have had with them.

Everyone who works at Mission was very professional and explained the problems with our system thoroughly. They were respectful of our property, kind, and worked with us on our issue. I’m giving them 5 stars but if I could I would probably go with 4.8 stars as I feel that there was a little lack of communication when it came to dispatch and scheduling. I don’t know the inner workings of the company but I do feel there is some miscommunication in regards to information being relayed from the office to the technicians. Other than that, I really recommend them as a reliable company who works with their customers on finding a solution.

Received quote at start on repair, once work started, half of required work wasn’t needed. When finished, wanted to charge full amount. When questioned why, I was told the work that wasn’t needed was going to be done for free when they made quote. Called after work was done to to talk with “manager” and was told I need to pay for what was originally quoted. He told me they don’t work for free. I asked why in their quote, they were quoting half of the job for free(according to the technician after finishing the job). This business is a joke. All potential customers should look elsewhere.

Water filter is stuck just needed him to loosen it so i could change filter. He didn’t really have any ideas on how to get it off tried one thing couldn’t get it to loosen, then charged me the 49.99 fee and left. I want my money back because he didn’t do anything to justify the 49.99 fee. Waiting to hear from billing on Monday to see if they will refund my money. Just frustrated

Pretty cool that mission sends a link to track/gauge when to expect them and with a picture of who is coming to do the work. Gage was super nice, quick and even offered to put back the cleaning supplies under my sink. And was able to make an appointment quickly.

I purchased a service plan last year to have the HVAC serviced twice a year. The service tech was very professional and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my heating unit. He also was very helpful in answering any questions I had too.

A rodent chewed a wire by where it comes into the garage so the AC didn't work. If the previous company would of plugged the hole where the wires come into the garage, this may not of occurred. First, Mission assisted with getting my fireplace prepared for a gas insert. It required two visits. Each time excellent service. Then I called on Mission again to connect my water line to a new refrigerator. Again excellent service and VERY quick response.

Ricardo was friendly, professional and addressed our plumbing problem quickly.

Mike did an excellent job to fix the nightmare of plumbing issues in my basement. I had a 15 year old heater, way high water pressure (100 psi), some rusted leaky valves, and a laundry list of other problems. Mike was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater, and a good one. It qualifies for a rebate from the gas company because of the efficiency. Beyond that he fixed the service line into the house, which was severely corroded, added a PRV, and cut out some other nasty plumbing. I’m very happy with the quality of work and highly recommend. I will be calling on Mike and Mission if I have any problems in the future.

I work at a restaurant in the Shawnee mission/Merriam area. Due to a broken water line we had to temporarily close until the problem was resolved. Corky stopped by in the morning for some breakfast and unfortunately we were unable to serve him. When told the reason as to why. This man volunteered to come take a look free of charge. We already had someone coming to fix it but he left us some cards in case the current guy doesn't come through for us. I just wanted to give Corky a shout out. Super professional and 6 out of 5 on friendliness and customer service. Next time we have any issues, hvac or plumbing, Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling will be our first call.

My AC is in a challenging location and has an unusual problem, but Mike diagnosed it professionally and skillfully, and kept me updated as he did. Chris came out late last night (11:30pm) on an emergency call for our A/C unit that went out suddenly. Very satisfied with the new Trane HVAC system and Bradford White water heater installed on Tuesday. Mission may not have had the lowest bid, but it was very fair in my opinion, and 25% below the first quote we got. Craig was great to work with in choosing a system to address our needs. Brian was also great in scoping out the installation requirements. Gary, Tom, and Eric arrived on time and got busy right away, and worked steadily to complete the work in one day. David joined the crew later in the day to install the water heater. All of the guys seemed to really know their trade, and we are very pleased with the installation. After cleaning our ac condenser coils, my ac would not run. I requested a service call using the online request at 3am. Before 8am, I recieved a call from the very professional and kind dispatch worker. Our a/c was not working and she assured we would receive service that day. Midafternoon, I sent a text using the text us feature on the website and promptly recieved a text back giving me an update on the timing of our appointment. I recieved a call from the company again 10 mins before our tech was to arrive. Our tech, Tito, was professional and communicated with kindness. I expressed an interest in learning what was wrong with our ac. Tito took time to walk me through his diagnostics and was patient as I explained the work I had done before calling him for help. I could not have had a better service experience. I learned a lot, was left feeling much more secure with our ac unit and am grateful to know that I have a technician like Tito to bail me out when I get in over my head. Thank you!

I had two calls from this company. The first call was from Eddie to fix 3 defective humidifiers. He did a through and professional job and at reasonable price. He also advised on other issues that I could face in the future.Later I had a service call from Richard. He was also very professional and competent. He installed a replacement hot water heater and it has work fine. His work was fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. His work was professional and he was helpful in answering questions on other related issues we had.

Kevin and his son did an excellent job removing and installing units in a cramped space and redesigning the air intake and exhaust system, all in about three hours. They explained everything and took time to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend them.

Chad and Bo did a great job with our AC install. Chad was very polite and professional while explaining the process of work being done. When he found an additional problem with our existing furnace equipment, he laid out all of my options and let me make the decision without any pushy sales tactics. We ended up deciding to go ahead and replace the furnace as well, and with a phone call he had the unit brought out to my home within the hour and completed the install that afternoon. As I had to take off of work for the install appointment, I really appreciated that they were able to get it all done that day, so I wouldn't have to take off again. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the utility room like they'd never even been there. Chad then walked me through the standard maintenance practices and answered all my questions with a smile. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Ricardo arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, explained options to me clearly and solved the problem efficiently. He was personable and professional at all times. Gauge did an excellent job.of locating a natural gas leak we had ,coming from a pipe running under ground to a detached garage. Repair was extensive as they had to saw thru a concrete patio to replace it. Couldn't of asked for better crew. Very professional, and efficient. Concrete work looks good too. Had a refrigerator delivered only to find out we had an old copper water hose that they couldn’t hook up the new fridge to. Called mission in the morning and by 12:30pm they were at my door. Collin was a great serviceman and seemed very knowledgeable.

Gave Mission Heating and Cooling a shot after we got frustrated with our former hvac company and were very pleased with the results. They were very responsive, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Their technicians that we dealt with all seemed knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. It was also a pleasant surprise that they only recommended what we needed without trying to upsell us on a million things (unlike our former provider). In fact they actually helped us save money on the work by looking into and coordinating a claim for us under a warranty we didn’t even know we had on our a/c unit. First experience with them doing maintenance on my furnace was phenomenal. We’re on time and very informative. When my furnace needed replacement they gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse for a heat pump system. Can’t recommend the team at Mission PHC, and specifically our technician, Gabe, highly enough.Our furnace went out a night it was single digit temps and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. He was comfortable with this c1928 Brookside tudor and braved my scary stone basement to replace a garden hose pipe that was spraying everywhere. Even gave me a wet basement hack…keep charcoal briquets down there and they will absorb moisture. Who knew? This guy earned a steak for lunch.

Upon calling, they had a service tech at my house in under an hour. He was efficient and made a point to make sure that I understood what needed to be repaired and why. I have never had a bad experience with mission plumbing and would highly recommend to others.

Big shout out to Corky Williams to coming to the rescue. Within an hour he had a person here to give us a bid. We had been told by another company they couldn’t come until after Thanksgiving and it would take three days. They were going to bust up the floor in three rooms. The crew, Mike Carter, Patrick Shelor and Steven Hatten. They did an amazing job. The showed up 2 days after the bid on Friday the 18th. They were early to the apportionment, they made sure to not bust up the new flooring that was just laid down and they were finished and all fixed up by 3.

Collin Dorrian was fantastic. He was quick to diagnose and provide different options to fix our leaky shower. Once we settled on an option he was able to get started right away and fixed it quickly!

11/1/19 - I've decided to replace the whole heating and cooling unit and went with Mission after consulting with four different contractors.I am pleased to say that these guys came out as they were supposed to and knocked this project out in a timely manner fashion.Work looks great and the heating unit is doing it's job so far.Wasn't really able to test the cooling unit in this cooler weather so I'm excited to see how well it'll cool the house when summer rolls around.Thank you to both Steven and Tom!

Bought a 9,000 unit 1 yr ago, was not happy with the installation! Called and had other tech to come out and still did not resolve the matter. We just offer an extra 1 time check up.I was supposed to get a call in early spring to set up matenince but NO call. When I called they didnt have a clue what matenince I was calling about. Finally she understood and then informs me they are 3 months out! Wow! Thank God when there was an emergency they came day. Not sure what the issue is today

They did a great job! They were very accommodating to our work schedule and incredibly knowledgeable. I did not feel like they were ever trying to get us to spend more money and in fact offered different various ways to work through our old pipes clogging.

Everyone I worked with at Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was great. First Eddie came out to look over my old system and give me a bid. They offered a great system at a great price. I was also having my roof replaced and because of the weather wasn't sure if the roofers would be done in time. They were great about being flexible on the installation date. When it came time to install, Bo and Gary did an awesome job. Everything was installed as promised in the time frame that was promised. They put down tarps and cleaned up everything beautifully. In fact, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They got to us right away, and also fixed a larger secondary problem on the same visit. Technician explained all of our options each step of the way. Very satisfied.

From the sales man to the installers, the guys were great! Very informative and answered all questions I had, even late I to the evening, after receiving multiple bids. Had our AC unit go out on a very warm day. Mission Heating and Cooling answered right away and had a technician on site within 2 hours. The problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes. While he was here I had him service our AC unit and Mike went above and beyond with his service. Next time I need anything HVAC I will definitely be using this company!

Mission Plumbing responded quickly when I called late in the day with a sewer line backup. When I first called, the dispatcher said they were booked up, and I said “thanks, I’ll find someone else” But I got a call a few mins later saying they found someone. I had already engaged another company, which later failed to take care of my problem. I called back and Mission Plumbing dispatched someone after hours. Colin came to the house right on time, checked things out, and cleared the blockage. He had to remove a toilet and run the line through that drain. After he did the job, he left the bathroom cleaner than when he started!The cost was reasonable. The dispatcher (Amy?) was diligent and clearly cared about getting me help. And Colin the technician was fantastic and gave me advice on how to improve accessibility to our sewer cleanout.Fantastic service. I will absolutely use Mission again.

It was pointed out that our hot water heater was rusted out around the bottom, was leaking, and about to give way. I called Mission for a rough estimate to replace it and was told someone could come by in 20 minutes and take a look at it. Gabe arrived, explained thoroughly what was going on as well as what they would do to replaced it including adding new and better 1/4 turn shut off valves and larger flume. I immediately felt confident this company would take care of me.The next day and on time my hot water heater was installed with all the new features as promised. I would definitely use again.

Mike C did an excellent job Re-routing my washer drain line. It was no easy task and Mike worked through the quarks of our kitchen and solved our problem. He also took the extra time to crawl through our entire crawl space to make sure there were no other leaks causing our issue. We had problems with three toilets recently. One toilet refused to fill properly, one ran constantly, and one appeared to be backed up. I had an appointment scheduled with another company, but they were backed up and mentioned they could not do the work on the appointed day. I canceled with that company, called Mission Plumbing, and within 45 minutes they had two service operators at my house. Everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Very responsive.

Kenton got the gas line extension installation done in a timely manner exactly as described in the estimate. He also took care to ensure that our cats didn't escape while he was in and out.

Mission PHC has been DELIGHTFUL to work with, all of their technicians are so professional and personable! we have had them install all of our new HVAC equipment and now they’re redoing our gas lines. We call them for everything because they’re so trustworthy and do the job right for an excellent price.

Mission Plumbing came out and charged me approximately $700 to repair a burst copper pipe that was in an open area of my basement. The same pipe then burst again. I get it, cold weather can cause pipes to burst. However I was extremely surprised when I called Mission Plumbing and they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee just to come out and look at it. Instead I got bids from four other plumbers that did not charge a diagnostic fee. All four stated the repair would normally be around $200 however they would have to charge around $500 to fix the prior incorrectly done work of Mission Plumbing. Specifically Mission Plumbing apparently charged me $700 to replace a horizontal open two foot line of copper piping. Mission Plumbing used 3/4 inch pipe when it should have been an inch and also used sharkbites instead of PEX. In order to fix the current issue the 3/4 inch pipe had to again be removed an replaced with the correct fittings. When I called Mission Plumbing to advise them of this issue, the receptionist insinuated this was my fault for allowing other plumbers to touch the pipes when they came out to do bids and decided to start an argument with me over Mission Plumbing's potential liability. Rude, unprofessional and apparently not good at their jobs.

The HVAC Technician, Tito, is one of the most professional service people we have had in 25 years of home ownership. We appreciate his depth of knowledge and how easily and readily he explains what’s going on and our options.

I had three of you men out to my house. They all did an excellent job in helping with a gas leak, quoting a new air conditioner and doing our scheduled maintenance. First off Nate was excellent, professional, courteous, all that you could want out of technician to do your water heater repair! That was the great stuff. Now for the not so good stuff, problem was the gas controller the electrical component that allows pilot to be lit, kicks on the main burner to heat water up was bad. This is a component under warranty and a new one was installed, and that fixed the problem. The not so good or actually bad stuff is that this under warranty service cost me a WHOPPING $465.00. Yes that's exactly what I said, WIW $465.00 labor for warranty service. And actual labor could not have been over an hour! OUCH BE CAREFUL ABOUT MISSIONS PRICING!!!!!!

We use Mission for our maintenance program but they also work on our iComfort thermostat issues. Respond quickly, tech has always been beyond helpful and courteous. Would recommend.

I called Mission PHC after hours for an A/C that wasn't working properly. It was just blowing out hot air. Austin Ingram showed up. He was very professional, very courteous, and worked hard to find the problem. Austin found that although the A/C was on at the thermostat, the heat was also running simultaneously. Austin found the wire that ran from the thermostat to the HVAC system was bad somewhere. He disconnected the heat portion of the unit so the A/C would start cooling down the residence (it was 90 degrees by this point) since he needed to come back a few days later to run a new wire in the attic. But the A/C was on and working well. Austin then came back a few days later and ran a new wire, tested the system, and everything worked perfect (heat and A/C). Austin worked hard to isolate the problem, fixed the problem, and did it all with a smile on his face. Great asset to Mission PHC. Thank you!

We called late in a Friday evening on the hottest day of the summer so far and someone was able to come out that night. The technician, Chris Herriott was so polite and thorough and gave us good advice for going forward. We have had extremely positive experiences each time with Mission and Chris was exceptional.

My compressor unit is couple years old and recently started rattling. My problem was a non-emergency and they gave me an appointment for the next afternoon. The technician actually was three hours early which worked out great. Mission tech was very friendly while listening to my concerns. He assess the problem when he entered the house offered to put on booties. Diagnose the problem as being a bearing or a bushing loose in the compressor. Let me know that as long as the unit was correctly registered the part would be under warranty and I would just have to pay for labor. I have to head to hold off for now as The unit is cooling well.

We needed to have a plumber come out and provide service for a while. The headache of who do you call and who is going to get the job done right at a fair price had me keep putting this off. As the issues with our plumbing became worse I was forced to start calling around. I found that most plumbers in the area have pretty high service call rates between $80 to over $100 just for them to show up. Mixed with I didn’t know what kind of plumbing issue and cost I was going to experience I was already feeling overwhelmed. When we called Mission PH&C it was a great experience right from the start. A very friendly lady answered who was nice and helpful. Service fee to come out was $49.99 which would be waved with any repairs they do and this was on a Saturday with no extra charge to come out on a weekend. The service tech we got was Collin D. who came within 30 minutes of us calling. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to put any concerns to rest. Repairs got done at a fair price and we felt great that we called Mission. I’m even thinking about dropping my current HVAC company, not because they did anything wrong, but because of our experience with Mission was great. Thanks guys!

Collin Dorrian did a very good job of clearing kitchen piping and installing plastic pipline (old pipes were iron that was oxidizing). He didn't waste anytime getting the job done. Got whole 1910 house plumbing done in 2 days, retrofitting and removing pipes with less demolition than expected. Sent extra crew over whose original job cancelled. Cleaned up after themselves quite well. They got enough done on day 1 so we had a working toilet and a working sink, no need for a hotel room. Recommended them to one person already.

I thoroughly described the situation, and they assured me they could help me tonight.The plumber gets here and has no idea what's going on. None of the notes were passed on, clearly. He said he couldn't do anything because there was standing water in the basement (which I had told the people on the phone more than once) and then charged me $49 for doing literally nothing but wasting my time.Will never go near this company again.

Our house is midcentury modern and all heating and cooling is handled by Mitsubishi Mr. Slim wall units connected through a routing box. It is an unusual system. Mission is one of the few knowledgeable local contractors that can deal with this system. We had issues which were correctly diagnosed and repaired. The age of the system made it questionable whether we should keep or replace the outdoor condenser. Discussion with knowledgeable technician gave me the choice. I chose to replace it. Price was acceptable, installation was timely and urgent due to health reasons. Very good folks. I trust these people and like everyone who has worked on our equipment.

Needed a new flue from the furnace on a rental property and they did an EXCELLENT JOB. It was an old furnace but they serviced it, AND made a special flue to fit the old space leading from the house to outdoors, and sealed it tight. We’ve needed a new AC and Furnace for years but what we had was always good enough. I’m also someone who has done most of the work on my house by myself. So trusting someone to come in and do such a huge project for a substantial amount of money was nerve-racking.I got three estimates and one of the reasons I went with Mission was due to the professionalism of their estimate process. A man name Craig came into my house took numerous pictures spent significant time in the crawlspace, drawing and measuring exactly what they would need to do. None of the other two companies did that they looked at it and then sent me an estimate.All three estimates were fairly comparable in amounts and what we would be getting. Mission did a little better and what they could offer in the mid range. Both Craig and the office manager were very responsive and set up our install in very short order.The day of the installation they arrived on time and worked constantly until they were done. It took the better part of 8 to 9 hours. Then the installer took the time to show me how everything works, what changes are necessary in the winter versus the summer, and even fixed a light fixture in the crawl space that had been busted for years! I believe his name was Steven.Everyone I interacted with at Mission was professional, courteous, honest, and seemed genuinely glad to be providing the service to me.I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

Mini-split not working needed blower motor & rotor bar Cleaned of debris. Had to order blower motor from Diakin in Texas. Installed, very complicated Diakin unit to work on but with help of Bill, Chris Herriott successfully has it running again. Very pleased .. friendly professional servicemen. Advised me on 2 outside Older units to prepare for summer.Returned to diagnosis further (heating) issues..did some checking & called in another diagnosis. While waiting to talk with warranty checked 2 other units & said are OK for Old units for now & hosed out both.

We had a great experience starting with Tito Who came to our home to service our air-conditioning unit. We decided to go ahead and upgrade both our furnace and air conditioner with Mission plumbing heating and cooling. The installation process done by Dave,Tom and Gary was seamless. What impressed me most about the installation team that we discussed the process thoroughly making all parties happy

After dealing with a different company for weeks trying to diagnose and get replacement parts for our Furnace, it died on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Fed up with the progress with the original company, I called Mission and Chris Herriott was out at our house within a couple hours. Chris found the replacement part located in the city and went personally to retrieve it. Upon replacing, he tested and recommended that we consider a furnace replacement as this would be a short term fix and we'd continue to spend money and have problems. Not the news we wanted, but appreciated Chris' honesty and professional opinion. He was great!Patrick O'Brien was out to help price various options for our furnace and appreciated his timeliness, professionalism and walking through a variety of options. We agreed on a replament unit and our previous service call was credited as part of our overall price!We had Jim Hutsell and Trevor Bobbitt out to replace our Furnace and A/C within a week and they were great. Very professional and got us up and running within a day. Much appreciated!While Jim and Trevor were replacing our furnace they discovered an unrelated plumbing leak. They called back to the office an Luis De La Garza was headed our way in less than an hour! Luis was courteous and professional and explained the issues and took pictures of the problem and the repair.I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will plan to use Mission in the future for all of our pluming and HVAC needs!

Service tech Gabe Woessner did a great job servicing my HVAC system!

Gabe was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job at repairing my air conditioning. He replaced the capacitor which had been installed upside down due to short wires. He corrected the length of the wires and installed the capacitor right side up. He tested several other things on the air conditioner and added some refrigerant. I had just had a check up two weeks prior, and that technician had not been nearly as thorough as Gabe. Thank you, Gabe!!

I’m so sorry I don’t know correct spelling of Service Technician, I believe it was Ligell? He was very polite. He called to make sure it was ok to head my way. Very friendly when he came to the door, answered all my questions and had a lovely smile and personality. He knew is job well and was professional!!

I called to schedule an appointment because my thermostat was failing on a system that was installed by Mission. A technician was sent out and agreed within minutes that the thermostat needed to be replaced, but that they don't carry them on the truck.I was charged $149 for the visit/diagnostic. Replacing the thermostat was going to be $900. Having installed the system, I wish they would have told me the costs of the visit and the part when I scheduled the appointment, otherwise I never would have had them out.The technician, Mike, was a good guy, just a bad situation.

He provided me with options for financing, made recommendations, and made the process easy and quick. After a series of expensive repairs over the past few years, we decided it was time to replace our old Trane furnace. We received bids from two local firms and picked Mission as the bid was more comprehensive at a slightly lower price. Chad came on Monday afternoon to bid the job and the crew arrived early Wednesday morning to complete the installation. Rob and Gabe were both very professional and finished the entire job in 5 hours. We are impressed and would definitely recommend Mission!

Needed a part replaced in our mater bathroom shower and earlier this year we needed our water main looked at. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Collin Dorrian. He has always been professional and courteous. I highly recommend Mission PHC for the work that Collin has done!

We've been receiving service from Mission PHC for a few years now, and are consistently impressed with their service.

Nate came out the same day we had the leaky faucet drip. He did a very neat job and found another problem he found that we were unaware of and explained other details about our problem. He fixed everything correctly and skillfully. I call him Nate the Great.

We had a rattling sound coming from our furnace and so we called this company to come check it out. They charge a $49 trip charge which they said would go toward any repairs. After discovering that the sound was actually just a flex pipe rattling against part of the furnace, they simply wrapped that pipe and then charged us with a “diagnostic fee” of $80 saying that the $49 wouldn’t go toward that since it was a different fee but we were not made aware of this fee until after the fact. When prices are going up left and right due to inflation, fees like this don’t make me excited to work with you. The fees weren’t made clear and it basically feels like we just paid $129 for nothing. We won’t be using this company again.

Our very old hot water heater finally bit the dust. Mission offered a great product at a great price. Mike C. was the master plumber assigned to replace it. I absolutely could not be more satisfied. He called ahead with an ETA, arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous and efficient, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The job was completed beyond expectations, as he replaced some of the pipes that were old and even repaired my main shut off. It's obvious he takes pride in what he does. We have used Mission for multiple jobs both large and small, and it's their exceptional customer service that ensures they will be our only call in the future.

Kenton was very helpful with the situation we had at hand. We both learned more about the Apec water system. He is definitely worth buying lunch for.

Jeff and Ryan did an excellent job on the winter tune up. Jeff has been our tech for years doing our winter and spring tuneups and he always has done an excellent job. Ryan is an apprentice and the two of them make a great team. They are both very friendly and all the time working efficiently. Great job!

We had a horrible situation this weekend where our gas was shut off by the gas company due to a small gas leak which they could not find. I first called Adam who gave me advice over the phone and even called later that day to check on me when he could not help that day. They came first thing on Monday and fixed everything promptly and professionally. Kevin was extremely professional, straight forward and friendly. He did the work quickly and left everything as he found it. He wore shoe covers and even used a towel to wipe up the floor since it was snowing. I truly appreciate the service and would recommend to anyone.

Another positive experience with Mission PHC. I had water all around my furnace and water heaters this AM. I thought one of heaters was leaking. The technician came the same morning as my call and determined it was only a clogged drain tube. He quickly fixed the problem & gave me a few ideas on how to prevent in the future. We are very glad we used Mission PHC to replace our HVAC system a few years ago.

Started with a different company to fix my water heater. By no means were they bad, I was just looking for a 2nd opinion on a potential new heater. Tyler was able to see a minor problem at the beginning that ended up being the issue. Was able to fix it with a simple visit instead of an entire project. Sink was clogged. Plumber came out and fixed it but sink was backed up a few days later. I called and they came out again and really, really fixed it. Plumber explained the issue (clogged main), which explained why it backed up twice in a week. I appreciate that they came out without question and so quickly. Both plumbers were great. Great service.

They were fantastic. They did not know if they could get out same day. They were able to. The tech called 30 minutes out. Showed up on the money thirty minutes later. Repaired the hvac and was quick in doing so. Great service and great techs.

Collin Dorian changed out our pedestal sink in our bathroom. He was courteous, did a great job and left the site spotless. We got a quote from LBA that was almost three times the quote from Mission. I couldn’t recommend this company more! We switched to their maintenance program as well.

Luis De La Garza was our tech. Our old humidifier had not worked since our new hvac installation, and he spent a great deal of time figuring out the proper wiring so that our humidifier would work seamlessly as part of our new system. It even is controlled completely by our new thermostat now. I was so impressed by his knowledge and troubleshooting ability with a difficult problem to resolve. Luis is great and you guys came through again!

I usually do not leave reviews, but the level of service provided left an impression that I feel the need to share. My HVAC died and I had several companies come out for quotes to do a whole system replacement. This was the only company that I felt 100% they were not trying to play games.- Timely: They are the only company that set actual times. No time windows for 3-5 hours. They said noon, and they were there at noon. When the installers said they would be there at 8Am, they were there early ready to go at 8AM sharp.- Sales: At no point did I get pressured into the premium tier of equipment. There was no hard upsell. I stated I was on a budget and the sales rep (Chad) gave me a good/better/best scenario and was very much willing to explain the value behind each part of the cost. Also, very responsive.- Costs: They balance value and cost almost perfectly. we all fear The Binder as part of the sales pitch, but they were the only company that was like, Here is good, better, and best. This is the cost installed, here are the options, none of them are required, but here is the value they provide should you go that route. everything is laid out for the laymen, so that they can understand the bids aren't some arbitrary number.- Service: I will be the first to admit I am nosey and am generally curious of all trades. These guys had no problem with me observing and asking questions about their work. At no point did I get bad vibes and would have felt perfectly fine running to get lunch or something while they were working. the quality of their work is top notch in my opinion.After being burned by contractors and other repair companies, this is the first company in a long time that I would actively recommend to people based on my experiences. I cant speak to their plumbing work, but it is my intention to use them for that and will write a separate review once that service is rendered. 10/10, will use again.

When your looking for plumbing work or any kind of home renovating, the process is never what anybody looks forward to, only the beautiful end result. But I will say everyone at Mission Plumbing and especially Mike has not only made every plumbing experience extremely positive and easy, but also genuinely enjoyable! Both of our techs (Tito & Luis) were great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our heating went out and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They also took the time to explain everything. Even went above and beyond to clean out our humidifier system which wasn't working. Definitely would recommend Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling. It was easy to set a same day appointment and the pricing is reasonable.

My mid-1970's house had cast iron pipes throughout, and they were starting to cause a lot of drainage issues. I contacted Mission PHC based on the recommendations of a few friends, who said they have used the business for years and completely trust them.The first Mission PHC employee, Tyler Dearing, performed a thorough inspection and explained what happens as cast iron pipes age, and suggested that he bring Jordon King in to scope to assess the extent of the blockage.After consultation with Tyler and Jordon, we decided that all above ground pipes would be replaced with PVC and Jordon would attempt to clean a 6ft section of underground pipe that connected to the main line. The main line had some service over the years and is still in good shape.The 6ft underground section ended up having to be replaced, and with all of the effort the plumbers were here 2 full work days. I can't say enough how hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly and unobtrusive everyone was. Anytime something unexpected arose, Tyler would consult with me. Otherwise, other than noise that can't be helped, I was able to work at my job without interruption.There were 2 other plumbers whose names I can't remember, but I want to make sure that thanks is given to them too. This was an expense I wasn't really expecting, but it's nice to know that I will now have peace of mind.

Mike S. not only repaired and cleaned my heating system, but he took the time to explain how my system operated and compared that to how my a/c system will operate in the summer months. A year ago in a different house that I was putting on the market at the time, Mission PHC saved me from buying a whole new HVAC system by finding what the real problem was when the HVAC company I had used in prior years was determined to sell me a whole new system regardless of the fact I was putting the house on the market. These guys are legit and it's a relief to know there are still reliable and honest businesses who want to take care of their customers. I give them a far better rating that just the five stars.

These guys were thorough! The sales rep thought through some of the potential problems I would have with an HVAC upgrade, but the recommended unit looks great now after their day-long install. They overhauled my coolant lines with larger tubing as well and ran them professionally through the garage under tight constraints. Now I have good air conditioning and a modern heating unit! I'm very grateful!

Seth McClain was out for our spring tuneup and got us all up to date. He found a couple items that needed addressing so big problems don't happen down the line. He did a great job!

Mike Carter and Gage Weatherly came to our house to fix a number of plumbing issues and install new faucets and shower heads. They also did some work on a toilet. The guys were great to work with and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them and their company, Mission Heating and Cooling.

You never want your air to go out in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the year, but Missions easy online booking meant we had an apt the next day. It was a 2pm arrival time and Seth was early! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond. He even noticed our ceiling fan was on winter settings, not summer. Such an impressive young man. We're so grateful for such quality service!

We had a toilet replaced and a shower faucet repaired. Nick was on time, professional, and courteous while completing the work. We would highly recommend him and Mission. The cost was very reasonable as well.

Patrick installed a water heater, water line to my refrigerator and capped off a gas line. He was personable and very informative!

Clogged pipe. Ricardo Terrell took the time to snake the pipe all the way down to make sure it was completely cleared out and got me back on track. Totally polite and professional, really enjoyed meeting him, would love to have him take care of all my plumbing issues!

Had Mission install new HVAC system 6/25/22 at my home in OPKS. Found out from neighbors that city of OP was inspecting their new HVAC systems. Called Mission customer service, 9/16/22 to find out why my HVAC was not being inspected. Was told OP permit was not pulled by Mission but not an exact reason why it did not other than salesman should have handled it prior to install. Was told they could apply for permit retroactively and city of OP would come inspect. I agreed for them to do this and Mission said they would pull permit and pay the $50 permit fee. On 9/19/22, tech came out to install locking caps on outside condenser and said they were needed to pass inspection. Tech said locking caps help prevent freon theft/possibly people huffing freon. Asked Tech why this would not have been done at original install, was told if the salesman does not write up in the sales order, it is not done. Also said it is the salesman's job to handle the permit. Called the salesman who said that inside staff should be handling permit not him, that company is not trying to avoid permit fees/city inspections, tech installers should know to install locking caps on all sales jobs w/o him writing it in order, and that he would talk to GM/staff to discuss the inconsistent communication. Waiting for proof OP permit was pulled then city inspection to be scheduled. Called city of OP and verified that permit is required for all HVAC replacements and that some HVAC companies are better than others in complying with OP regulations. FYI, Polestar and Neal Harris are the companies that neighbors used for their replacements and had OP permits pulled before installs.

Replaced exterior faucet that was dripping. The technician, Gage Weatherly, was awesome. He showed up same day, was super nice, explained the options, did a great job, and he even cleaned up all the mess.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Mission Heating and Cooling. On one of the hottest days of the year, they were able to come within hours of our call. What a pleasant surprise. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and reasonably. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them highly. Friendly and responsive to our needs. And a real live person answers the phone when you call. Score!

Jared did a great job with our furnace tune-up. He was honest, patient, and helpful as I asked a lot of questions about an unusual issue with our furnace. He did not in any way try to push us toward replacing the furnace or choosing the most expensive type of repair; he simply explained the problem in detail and recommended that I talk it over with my husband, who may want to do the repair himself. I always really appreciate it when a technician doesn't condescend or seem dismissive when I raise the possibility of doing the work ourselves. We also talked about the company's installation expertise with the type of system we may eventually buy, and he had some really helpful information. I like that Mission is a small company where the employees know other employees and the areas where they have particular expertise. I feel very confident about using them in the future.

Zachary Willard opened the drain from the washing machine. He was very efficient, checked and double checked the success of his work, communicated clearly with me. I am completely satisfied with the experience.

Replaced both furnace systems with 99% units. A lot of work to change to these systems. Everyone (five techs) worked very hard and cleaned up. Explained system well. The salesman showed up for several hours also. Thanks for great job. New systems are working well.

Mike was not clear about what it would cost and the process he needed to go through. He rushed us to make a decision on moving forward without giving us a chance for approval from management who was out of town. We wanted to wait a couple hours before moving forward but he said he would charge $75/hour. We went ahead for the service with an initial approximate cost of $800. The parts were purchased and replaced and it still did not work. He then said another part needed replacement. It would cost another $500, totaling over $1,300. We went ahead and approved it. After all that is said and done, it still did not work. He requested another $1,800 on top of everything to replace another part, a main board. This was above and beyond the initial cost and the results were none. We requested for a discount and itemized receipts. No discount was offered, no receipts were provided. No results. This was the worst experience. All they did was charge for every hour and every part with a loaded price. If there was a better estimate from the get go, giving a range of $500-$3000, given a clear process of what may need to be done if things didn't work as expected, to be more informative so a correct decision would have been made. They were unclear, unprofessional and just wanted to make a quick buck. We do not recommend this company's services to anyone.

Mission has replaced our hvac system in the past but this time it was plumbing issue which they fixed in a professional and timely manner.

We use them for our annual inspections and I've been impressed with their competence and professionalism.We recently used them to get a new furnace and AC installed. They were fast and responsive. The sales rep never once tried to up-sell us on anything. There was no pressure. Our A/C is working but not well. It’s taking over an hour plus to get down to 76-77 degrees. Spoke to someone at 830am expecting to have to schedule for tomorrow or later this week which is fine, we would manage until then. Surprised to find out they could be here this afternoon, maybe early afternoon is what I was quoted. I was also told I needed to turn off my A/C in case it was something freezing up. I asked if I could wait for a bit but was told it’s best to do right away. We turned off our A/C at 830am. By 3pm we hadn’t heard anything. Again, understanding it’s busy summer season, but just trying to determine if it would still be an appointment today, I called. My house was at 90 degrees and I have small kids and pets. If they couldn’t make it today, that’s fine and I’ll just turn on my A/C for the night. I called just to explain I was okay waiting til tomorrow if they were behind but in the middle of my sentence I was interrupted by Shannon “ma’am we are very very busy today so what’s your address?” Very rudely. I understand it’s busy and that maybe she’d had a bad day. However, I was rudely interrupted before I could even explain reason for the call and pretty much dismissed immediately. I was so put off by the behavior that we ended up canceling the service and calling another company who was here within the hour.

Kenton helped me a through a complete plumbing checklist: 2 new toilets with new flange attachments, outdoor faucets, rerouting two copper lines, repairing a shower. We didn't know what we were getting into but he did the job right. Thanks Kenton!

Personable and professional, recommended some upgrades and pros and cons for comparison of each, I would recommend him and his representation of Mission was excellent. Couldn't ask for better service. Fiber optics company breached my sewer line. Mission completed my repairs and billed the fiber optic company. They took care of everything, did a great job and simplified my life.

I originally had another hvac company go out to check on a furnace in one of our rental properties. They charged a trip fee of over $100 and another “waiting fee” of over $100 because they could not get into the furnace closet. I then called Mission Plumbing and a very nice lady named Rosanne picked up right away and was very helpful. Mission was able to get someone out next day and their trip charge was less than the other company. Luis was the first tech and provided someOptions that made sense and so Mission sent another tech to provide a quote for a mini split and the 2nd techs name was Pat Marsh. Pat was very responsive via text and communicated very well. I can tell he was honest and provided other options to try and save me money. I’ll be using Mission again for my future plumbing and hvac needs.

Collin has been out twice to fix plumbing problems at our house. He is fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. He explains things in a way I can understand. Collin and Mission are the only company I have or will ever use.

Collin came to my home ready to work. He took care of a toilet issue where the seal was eroding and toilet was unbalanced causing a slight drip down to the basement ceiling. I had mentioned a couple other “wish list” items of water down spouts outside and took care of them quickly even though I’ve had it on my list for years! Couldn’t ask for a better person than Collin!

Nate was on time and professional. He replaced my kitchen faucet and disposal. The faucet at least had been here since the house was new and it put up a fight, but I told Nate I had faith in him. He was able to get the new faucet installed in less than a couple of hours. I will be calling mission for my needs in the future.

Ac died and they replaced the entire system. Josh, buy them a steak dinner, Kevin and Christian are AWESOME!

The guy that did the work was very professional very kind let me know what was going on and what I would be paying. My only problem was the systems only 2 1/2 barely 3 years old and it’s already broke down. I don’t feel like that’s good advertisement for a company that’s very reputable I wouldn’t think I’d have to pay for something that quick when it wasn’t my fault. He says this happens a lot I sure don’t agree with this system.I had a furnace that was over 30 years old barely had problems with it now I can’t even have something 2 to 3 years old and it’s broken down just wrong

I purchased my HVAC last year and had Mission come out yesterday for routine maintenance. Tito came to my house to do the work and I mentioned that the unit was noisy. I asked if there was anything that could be done. Tito serviced the unit and also investigated the noise. (BTW — I had two other HVAC mechanics investigate the noise.) After about 20 or 30 minutes, he discovered that the noise was being caused by the vibration of duct work. He tapped the duct work in place and my unit is running perfectly and the helicopter noise is gone! I’m so grateful for his diligence. Thank you Tito!

Update October 2021 - I continue to be a customer of Mission Plumbing Heating and AC. Just had our routine schedule furnace time up. The guys called before to let me know they were on their way out. Both were respectful and wore mask due to Covid-19 in our home. Glad I can depend on a great company as Mission for servicing our furnace/AC unit.Air scrubber filter went out and scheduled with Mission PHC to come out on a Monday. They addressed the issue and ended up adding a new thermostat and replaced the air scrubber at no charge and no labor charge as it was under warranty. Jeff is very professional and knowledgeable about all their ac and furnace units. He even gave me some feedback on a Nest Thermostat that I was considering about purchasing. Excellent service!

Collin was awesome! He was professional, answered the questions that both I and my father in-law had, he got the job done quickly, and the new pipes were great.

He was not only on time, but polite. Bonus is that he cleaned up after the job was done.

Mission sent a plumbing tech, Collin Dorrian, to our house when we were experiencing a suspected issue with our hot water heater. After thorough trouble shooting, Collin was able to pinpoint the issue with near 100% certainty. Given that there was a slight possibility that our problem was due to something else, Collin provided several choices for our course of action. Some options did not even include Mission doing any further work at the time. We really appreciated Collin's transparency. He also outlined all possible options with Mission, provided to-the-cent estimates, guarantee/warranty information and also let us know about rebate opportunities. Armed with all the information Collin provided, we decided to go with his first and best suggested solution. Because of the route we chose, Mission would need to come back out on another date. We wanted to guarantee Collin would be the tech sent back out to our house so he took care of scheduling us. Collin was very responsive and timely with email and phone communications making us feel comfortable with the decision we made and how the installation would be done. We are an immunocompromised family and Collin was diligent with masking and distance while also communicating he was in good health. He informed his partner, Christian, on installation day and Christian was happy to help us out by masking and ensuring he was feeling healthy too. Altogether, we had a great experience with Mission, completely due to Collin's leadership and customer service. And, our problem is fixed, again thanks to Collin's suggestion and work.

When our shower cartridge broke, we originally tried to work through our homeowners warranty to get paired with a technician. When they were unable to match us with a service in a decent amount of time, I gave Mission a call.Within an hour or two, Mission had a technician (Jason) at our house and diagnosed the problem. We had an odd part that was not carried locally at stores and had to be ordered, so Jason ordered the part before leaving. The second the part had arrived, he returned to complete the repair.Jason was awesome! Very punctual and professional. I would recommend him and the rest of the Mission team to everyone!! We are very thankful for their work!

Mike was the technician that came this spring to service my A/C system, and was professional, informative, honest and helpful in his recommendations. Zach and Ricardo came out after we had some flooding in our basement and took care of the job very thoroughly! We had already had a plumber come out once and he did not take care of the issue. Zach and Ricardo spent lots of time, were courteous and helpful and took care of the problem 100% and explained all they did. We will continue to use Mission when we need them!

I had an issue with my water heater, called in on Friday, Nate came out same day and was able to point out the issue. My water heater was older and was done with. Up front price did not change, they explained everything that needed to be done clearly, and showed me all the work and all the functionality when they were done. The space was left clean when they were done! The ladies in the office were super helpful and answered all my questions and we're so patient and helpful! All three technicians I interacted with were very polite and helpful. All around great experience when the circumstances were less than great (broken AC in August). I'll be working with them again if anything else goes wrong! I Highly recommend them!

Had these guys out (Riley Lackey and his helper) today to do a trenchless sewer line repair where I had a tree root grow through my sewer line. The break in the pipe was underneath fiber cable and electrical lines, so digging it up was out of the question. The guys were professional and did a phenomenal job. Being in the HVAC industry myself (albeit commercial construction), I can be a little picky when it comes to MEP work because I have a pretty good knowledge base of what good practices are. These guys were great! My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner because I could have alleviated a lot of personal stress over this issue the last few months lol. Will definitely be calling them again if an issue arises I can't tackle myself.

TLDR: Employees were kind, on time, and answered my questions. Didn't receive all services I was quoted for and was wanting done.The two gentlemen I interacted with were very kind and helpful. However, when I originally called the business main number to inquire on pricing for my needs, I was quoted an amount. Sadly, only one of those services was completed with a bill higher than what was quoted. I now have to pay an additional fee for the work I thought to have been originally quoted.When calling to inquire on the type of services they provide, I was told they did not offer hydro jetting. However, the gentleman who came to do my camera inspection told me the only way to clean some additional piping I had originally inquired about requires hydro jetting which he can do. So, I am confused why this was not done originally or mentioned from the beginning in my original inquiry.Last, one of the gentlemen knocked over one of my gas cans in my garage likely leaving a permanent stain. He was kind enough to buy a compound to pour over it to help absorb the mess.

Our service technician, Luis De La Garza is an excellent plumbing professional. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Mission Heating Plumbing is a great homeowner partner and provides quality service. I highly recommend.

The capacitor on my AC unit went out and Gabe Woessner from Mission PHC was able to drop by within half an hour. Got everything sorted and a few maintenance items knocked out. 10/10 experience.

The tech that came by was honest and explained the problem with the unit, I thought it was something more complicated. I feel that someone else would have hustled me for some cash, most local guys do.Good pricing on the install of the unit, good follow up on the maintenance.

Very happy with our experience with them and they have been so friendly every time - we've had them install a new HVAC system, a toilet, and return for a tune up for the HVAC and each time we've been very pleased with our experience.Edit November 2022 - we had them out again to fix our kitchen sink, which was leaking terribly and the pipes were a mess. Gage was the person they sent to look at our sink and do the work and he was fantastic! He was super friendly and did an immaculate job. Our kitchen sink pipes look 1000% better and so do the new sink drainage holes which he replaced. Couldn't be happier, will continue to use Mission PHC.

We recently contacted Mission as we've used them several times before for our HVAC and Plumbing needs. As usual they were very responsive and were able to come out same day as we had issues with our AC unit cooling our home. Gabe was the technician that came to our house to assess and fix our AC unit. Gabe was very courteous and informative throughout the entire process as he was working to diagnose the problem. Once he identified the problem he quickly took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Within a brief amount of time he was able to get our AC unit working efficiently. He was able to show me how to better maintain the system so I wouldn't run into similar issues in the future. He also assisted getting us setup on a maintenance schedule which would help resolve future potential problems. I would highly recommend Gabe and Mission for your HVAC & Plumbing needs.

My wife and I have used several different companies for plumbing, heating, and A/C on a complete addition and remodel of our house and Mission is by far the best company we've worked with. They've installed water-heaters, A/C, toilets, sinks, and a bathtub/shower and it has all been exceptional work. In one case out of all the above we had a leak that developed and they were quick to send a tech out to fix it, at no cost to us. Highly recommend their Service Tech Jeff Mills for plumbing. He's the best plumber we've had so far and if we need to we call them back on an additional project we're going to ask for him. 5 star company.

I have been using Mission for years and never had an issue with their work, they have always arrived on time, and they always take their time and don't rush a job. This week my a/c went out, and I called at 6 am that morning; they said they could make it out by 12, but they made it out a short earlier. The unit needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price for the a/c and furnace since it also seemed to be at the end of its life. They were able to deliver and install the next day. Corey Weaver and Tom arrived at eight and were done by 12:30, even with them having to send the a/c unit back since it had a dent. I was not there to notice the dent, but Tom said he didn't want to install it because we paid good money for the unit. Needless to say, Corey and Tom worked great together and did a fantastic job; you can really see the passion they have for the work they do.

Adam D and Jeff B installed a new hot water tank for me today. They were GREAT!! They were professional and friendly and knowledgable. I was impressed as I saw them truly working as a team to seek a common goal. It gave me a good feeling knowing that I was going to receive a job well done. Mike did a great job for us. He came out and evaluated all the plumbing issues we were having and gave us an estimate for each issue. He let us know what needed to be repaired immediately and what items could wait to be repaired at a later date. He worked quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough about what a pleasant person he was to work with.

The service tech was very nice and gave me some information in regards to furnace maintenance. Keeping area as free as possible from dust since our unit is in the basement by the dryer. We will see him in the early summer for our air conditioner check-up.
