I had a leak on an exterior spigot they installed last year. They returned and fixed the part under warranty at no cost to me. I was very impressed with their response and speed in responding!

A KB Complete customer for over 10 years. Shower had leak. Contacted KB on Friday May 27 to schedule plumber. First available was Tuesday May 31st from 12 noon to 5pm window. On Tuesday at 4:30 pm I called KB to see where plumber was as I had had no contact all afternoon. My phone call went to answering service which was frustrating. Left information with answering service and they stated someone would call me. 10 minutes later received call from KB plumber who said he lived not far away and was given the job. This was my first indication that my previously scheduled appointment was not properly scheduled or was overlooked. Usually I receive a text from the employee stating who they are and that they are on the way. Never received this communication. When I made appointment, I specifically asked for a tenured and licensed plumber. KB plumber arrived at about 5 pm. While the KB plumber was a nice young man, he was a new KB employee (less than a year) and his lack of plumbing experience was obvious. I had to have the shower valve replaced which meant cutting into sheetrock to gain access to old valve to replace with new one. All in all, the entirety of the work was no more than 2 hours and cost me a total of $1,200.00. The job would have been quicker had KB plumber fully understood what he was doing. I was very fortunate to have been home to observe and assist KB plumber. The cost of the valve replacement itself was quoted at $755.00 but I had to pay $800.00. I believe KB website states you never pay more than what is quoted??? While I did pay the cost of $1,200.00, I feel I was taken advantage of and that the cost was excessive. I will no longer be using KB Complete for any future plumbing needs.

Firl did great. He was very knowledgeable about the system and answered every question we had. Please keep him around!! Thank you for getting to us as quickly as y'all did. I know that you guys are probably swamped this time of year! 😎👍

Chris Leon was our tech and he was awesome and took the time to explain things to us! We know nothing about plumbing and having Chris here really helped ease our minds! 10/10 would recommend!

KB Complete came out to my neighbor's to fix a plumbing issue. She speaks English but has a very thick Japanese accent which can make her difficult to understand, is elderly, and lives alone. KB took advantage of her. They charged her three grand to put a piece of plastic around a broken pipe. The pipe a year later is broken yet again, but they said it is only warranted for one year. One year warranty for fixing a pipe that cost three thousand dollars. That is ridiculous, and when we called them back to say they did not treat her right they refused to do anything about. Claimed the work was good, it was out of warranty and that was that. They may be good for the people who can stand up for themselves, but I will never use someone who takes advantage of people when they know they can get away with it. Pathetic.

Nick was amazing - had our heater go out on a Saturday night and gave them a call around 7PM. Nick was at our house within an hour. He was kind, thorough, and professional. I will definitely be using Nick and KB Complete again!

We have used KB Complete for many years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. They just completed repairing a break in our sewer line. In previous years they installed and maintained our AC and furnace, installed a new flyer, put in a new water heater and new toilet, and they replaced all the old galvanized water lines in the basement. Members of their work crew are reliable, professional and do all they can to assure customer satisfaction.

KB has done some great work for us in the past so naturally they were our first and only call this time. Alex K was right on time and got straight to work. Was in and out faster than expected. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything they were doing in a way that I could easily understand. All around great experience!

So far, they're the only company that's been honest and upfront. I was getting quotes to replace my ac unit because I was told my ac needs to be replaced by another company. I was that my ac has a leak and uses old r22 refrigerant and that it would be expensive to refill and fix by this other ac company. So i got a bunch of quotes to replace the ac unit, and only this company was honest that my refrigerant is r410a not r22 and that since its only 4 years old parts will likely be under warranty. Nobody else informed me of this while getting quotes except KB Complete, so I am moving forward with a repair through them and will update this review over time. Brian is a 5 star employee and the reason for this review. He went above and beyond and deserves recognition for it.

I really appreciate the time that Kyle took to explain what was needed. I could tell he enjoyed his job and was excellent at explaining what replacements were critical and why, and what could repairs could wait. He fully answered all questions I had.

Kevin provided excellent service as well as advice to avoid future problems. He quickly identified the problems and corrected them. We’ve used KB previously and they’re always our choice for plumbing and other home repairs.

Although our huge job is not yet completed (totally replacing ac, heater, water heater, humidifier, and air purifier and duct work) we have been very impressed with everyone at KB Complete! We currently have three trucks and 5+ guys working in our utility room. They were prompt in arriving this morning, double checked and explained all the work, and are very diligent in keeping the area clean as they work. Carmen in the finance department has been awesome to work with! We really appreciate their hard work on such a cold day!! Will be using them for future needs and recommending them!

Had a clogged drain pipe, and KB sent out Kevin the same day and we had our issue fixed within a few hours! They communicated every step of the way - even sending me a picture of who was showing up at our home. I felt very taken care of and safe through the whole process - will for sure call again in the future when needing their services! Price was competitive to others I called.

KB is fantastic! Our AC went out late afternoon on a hot summer Friday and they were out within an hour and had us up and running. The technician was friendly and informative in explaining the issue and necessary repairs. We’ve used KB for years and never had a bad experience.

Pat was great, but $400 to replace a faucet assembly is too high. I won't be calling KB in the future.

New washer/dryer installation couldn’t happen without replacing corroded water valves. Randy was quick and efficient in assessing and replacing the valves. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly explained what he was doing. He cleaned up so well, the area looked better than when he got here! Very nice guy and quality work.

Alex was great to work with. Came out to give us a bid on what it would take to run a new gas line to our fireplace. We were sure how possible it would be for an affordable price. He gave a suggestion that worked out well in the end and didn’t have to tear into the inside of the house to do it. I would highly recommend these guys for work.

Manuel was on time and professional. Was able to quickly determine that AC problems were electrical, and got an electrician here. Javon was quick to arrive, helpful and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me realistic options for repair.

We have a 20 year old home and have an outdoor faucet that we noticed was leaking over the weekend. Snow is predicted for tonight and tomorrow, so I phoned today (Monday) and KB sent Sam Suddarth out for the repair. Sam was very professional, helpful and knocked the repair out quickly. Our sump pump battery failed on us just ahead of some major storms rolling into the area. KB Complete came out same day and evaluated the problem, confirmed the need for a new battery and replaced it the next day. I’m speechless actually at the service we’ve continually received from KB Complete. The last time we called was to unclog a drain. Much to our dismay it appeared that there was a possibility our yard may need to be excavated to locate the issue. The following day the big guy took over the situation (Jake) and he and his team member worked, and worked until they broke thru whatever was massively clogging our drain, saving us thousands of dollars! We have used their service multiple times and been pleased with their service each time. I highly recommend them. They will treat you with dignity, honesty, and integrity-and always punctuality! Chris who came out the second time was wonderful. Based on his service we will try again. However the Saturday previous to the 2nd visit, that device man was not that great. And we had to pay the after hours service fee. I might add that if the first person had done his job properly we would it have had to have a 2nd visit.

Jim M and his associates at KB Complete have once again done a great job for us. They visit twice per year to maintain our HVAC and are great about highlighting and fixing issues at the right price and with minimal disruption. KB Complete has been taking care of my furnace and AC since 2013, when they installed my new system. They always do a thorough job, tell me what's going on, and charge a fair price for their excellent work. Their technicians are always top-notch.

Randall was great! I had him come out to check on my outdoor spigots that I thought were “wonky.” Randall inspected them and explained how one of them was just a little rusty and with a little muscle, he got the spigot to turn all the way open. No adjustments needed now, but he told me how he could rebuild it if it ever got worse. He was very nice, knowledgeable and if I have any other plumbing issues, I will request him! Thank you Randall for not making me feel stupid! Lol!!!

Our AC has been weird and causing our house to be insanely hot. We finally decided to call somebody out (after a few failed home remedy attempts); we contacted them this morning and they were able to make it out this afternoon! Firl was so helpful and so nice! He was here for about an hour and was able to solve our problem! We are so thankful for them being so responsive!

I used KB because I bought a furnace/ac system from them and I had a service agreement with them since that time. I hadn't used them for plumbing before and I wanted to see how that would go. I must say I am very pleased with the service. I called them to service a leaky, possibly failing kitchen sink faucet and to install cutoff valves on those supply lines. Jim M. was excellent and extremely professional as was Ismael, his apprentice. They installed the cutoff valves in what I would consider record time and when they got to the faucet they determined that I may not need the repair or replacement I was anticipating. They actually wound up saving me over two hundred dollars off what I thought I would be spending. Five stars and kudos to Jim M. and Ismael! I would highly recommend both of them!

Randy did the inspection of my house plumbing system. He was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

My drains were slow and the pipes in the basement were actually leaking at the joints. Dan came out and explained step by step his inspection plan. Open the really clogged clean out so a camera could be used to determine the clog or break location. Found it! Gave me an estimate and procedure to follow if I was to use KB Complete services. He emailed to me everything that we discussed. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. A Great Customer Service Representative. Rrpair work has not been yet. I would recommend KBComplete so far so good 👍🏾

KB Complete Plumbing was amazing. We had been dealing with another company who kept pushing us back several times. Didnt have our tankless water heater (which they said we had to have instead of a regular one) Kevin was right on time (which we loved) then let us know our water heater that everyone else told us was unfixable, could be fixed. He fixed it in no time and even put it on blocks to prevent the water from breaking it again. He saved us over $4000 and I would recommend him to anyone!

A/C went out in 90+ weather. They where able to replace the entire system quickly! Friendly staff that explained everything. Very clean & tidy!

Dornel did a great job checking out the A/C and Heating system for the house. KB Complete has helped keep my system running to get the maximum life out of it, since it is the original unit and 32 yrs old. I never feel pressured to make repairs that are unneeded, but appreciate how Dornel, and others, have taken the time to talk about what to watch for as my system is getting older.

UPDATE: KB Plumbing did come out and fix the issue by noon that day.You come out to fix an issue and then state there is a problem with garbage disposal...then you put disposal on...then the next day water is all over the floor...and then I call to have you all come out and address issue and you say it will be between 9 and 5...you all messed up and now you want me to wait around 8 hours for someone to come out...ok...I will just call every 30 minutes until someone comes...bad enough the guy didn't verify his work was correct and then be like I can only give a 9 to 5 window...also you guys were not my choice nor was I at home to ensure you did your job correctly nor do I believe the disposal was a problem it only became an i$$ue for you all

I had used another HVAC company earlier and they were unable to fix the problem and recommended that I replace my furnace. Nick at KB Complete diagnosed the problem and had my furnace running in no time at all. He was friendly and professional and most of all he fixed my problem.

It's the day after Christmas and I call and can't get ahold of anyone on a monday. Even using the emergency contact number no response. Try to leave a voicemail and it asks for 3 first letters of employees name. Cool. Can't even leave a voicemail. Even went to Facebook to see if I could get help. Nope!

Great experience with Kaleb. Our AC would blow the control board fuse and he quickly found the problem. He did some additional testing and suggested additional repairs, but wasn't pushing to sell it. Very pleased overall with our first experience with KB.

Jevon was a great technician. he was able to come out within an hour of my service call. He was timely, informative and thorough.

I paid 3,000 dollars. Later that day, discussing with my father, he told me he just had his water heater, which is bigger than mine, replaced for 1,400 dollars, including labor. I was quoted 1,600 just to repair my old one. Felt like I just got massively taken advantage of. Terrible feeling.

Rick was quickly able to ascertain the location and cause of the leak, then rectify it. Service was great and he was very informative, personable and courteous. We also had Patrick here a few weeks ago for a different issue, same great level of service and genuinely nice people. Highly recommended

KB is the BEST. ALEX was Awesome. As the son of an 89 year old Mom who lives alone, it's nice to know you can depend on a company not to rip you off if you can't be there. They have done all our upgrades in the house. Highly recommended.Had more work done on 7-20 by Matt. Went to Moms again and took care of a back-up in the sink. KB Complete from the initial phone contact until the moment the service technician left were professional, friendly, timely, honest, and thorough. I greatly appreciate how quick they were to call us and get us on a standby list for service. Kevin gave us some money saving advice from an expert and that is always appreciated! KB Complete did an excellent job with all the services I needed. I called on a thursday and they were ready to come out to my house the next day. Scheduled a time for the following monday and the plumber came on time and fixed our shower, faucet, and repaired a corroded pipe in a little under 4 hours. Worked diligently, clearly explained prices and options, and provided excellent service, I was thrilled with our experience with KB complete!

Kyle did a great job today correcting a problem with the water pressure in our home. He quickly determined precisely the nature of the problem, and was able to fix things immediately. I had an emergency over memorial weekend, sewage backing up into the basement and with it being 10pm on a Saturday on a holiday weekend I wasn't hopeful to get someone to come out. KB sent a tech no problem Sam S. Came rite out and cleared my main line and unclogged everything. Very knowledgeable and good person. His knowledge and personality im sure is a reflection on the company he works for, with employees like that I wouldn't think of using another company going forward in the future.

He made sure his shoes were covered to protect my floors which he took off and on many times which I appreciate. They installed my 90+ furnace 2 years ago this month. They never call for tune-up, tech said I'm lost in their system. As previous HVAC owner, I say thats pathetic comment.They come out for maintenance, after sold me 10 year parts and labor. This is why I did not contact them for my 2nd HVAC system installation for my house.I called about burning smell when furnace comes on, they sent 2 men, to pass blame on my 2 year old hwh flue, gave quotes over $7k in repairs and judging other hvac companies work on my 2nd hvac system.But refused to clean my furnace. Not recommending them.

Ridiculous pricing, but I knew that was to be expected from a company like this. I was most upset about a $200 “diagnostic charge” where all he did was flip a breaker switch… I wish my husband had been here during this fiasco since he would have already known to have done that. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company anymore. Even with the discounted family plan we paid exorbitant costs for extending 2 outlets out from the wall and a light switch extended out. The guy kept trying to talk me into switching more things out too and wasn’t able to explain things to me very well in layman’s terms. I was also told the reason for the tripped breaker was due to a GFCI outlet our fridge is hooked up to… that electricians from this same company had installed based on their recommendation 3 weeks prior. So I wasted money on not only that GFCI outlet installation before but now $200 for that diagnostic fee when they were the ones who recommended and installed the thing that caused this issue in the first place. Ridiculous. OH, but they could now recommend a $700 installation for the fridge to be on its own circuit—which should’ve been recommended in the first time (and definitely isn’t a $700 job). They also scuffed up and scratched up my painted kitchen floors, which we have kept intact for months, due to carelessness with tools. Wish they had been more respectful like the electricians I had experienced the first time with this company! I won’t be using them again because of this poor experience.

I had to replace my main sewer line. I researched and received many estimates from many companies. KB Complete beat everyone in quality and service. I continue to call them for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. They have never let me down. They take time to answer questions, they are upfront about services, and billing.

This was great! Nick was able to come and fix the problem the same day I called. He knew within minutes what the problem was and he made multiple phone calls until he found the necessary part so my pipes wouldnt freeze over the weekend. (His boss, James, had one and brought it over to save time). Very thorough in his work to make sure everything was safe to use. I also really appreciate Nick and James for not mansplaining things to me. They were very honest and direct.

This review is long overdue. The work was done back in the summer of 2021. It’s summer of 2023 and it’s been going strong. Everyone from KB Complete I worked with was very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Alex Sackuvich and Gabino Soriano who stayed late to finish the sump pump installation and back flow valve. Gabino did an amazing job with the concrete patch, flawlessly tied to the existing concrete floor. Alex did a very clean professional installation of the sump pump and the connecting PVC. We had a gas line capped and a line installed to run water to our refrigerator. The work was adequate but overpriced. The technician found it necessary to insert his opinion and displeasure at our choice to electrify our home. He also left a support clip with a nail in it on our carpet for us to step on. As a professional working in sustainability and climate change I will be taking my business to a more informed and respectful company in the future.

Jevon quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He also inspected our breaker box while he was there, and he had suggestions for improvements. Great service great professionalism neat and clean. Pricing is based on a flat rate not hourly. Upon setting the original appointment I asked what I should expect for hourly rates and was told there would be none that this would be a bid good job only. 2 faucets a garbage disposal and minor plumbing underneath the sink for a total cost of $1200.... I own it I agreed to it but never in my wildest dreams would I have ever have thought that the end results would be a $250 an hour rate. At the time I accepted the bid I assumed there was something complicated that I could not see but at the end of the day it was a 4 hour plumbing job.What I was told when I contacted a manager afterwards is they have to charge that amount even for the easy jobs to cover for the jobs that they might miss the bid because it took longer than expected so if you have a simple project this may not be your plumber unless you're willing to live with a $250 an hour rate.Again great service but very high rates for small projects. Be aware before you call.

Patrick came out and fixed a leaking gas line after finding a gas leak. He seemed to be knowledgeable of the work required but not so much the city and inspection requirements when working on a residential gas line. Additionally the person he called to help him was rude when he didn't think I could hear him on the phone. Aside from that they would no pricing information on the phone, which is weird considering they flat rate pricing. $600 to reseal a fitting and $1250 for a pressure test are things that should be communicated on the phone. AND he left the workplace an absolute mess even so much as leaving a cut piece of pipe on the floor where he knew my cats had access

I am happy with Nick and your company. He called Power Dry for us because we had a lot of damage that needed to be dried quickly. He even talked to my insurance lady when she had questions I didn't know the answers too. The good value I couldn't really answer because I had nothing to compare it with. All I know is water was spraying out of our pipe and they took care of the problem for us and for that we are thankful.

Had another company come and look at an issue with my dryer outlet not putting out enough energy but the other guys didn’t even inspect the outlet. KB inspected the outlet and found the issue immediately. KB focused on the immediate problem and not try and upsell me on a bigger costlier solution. Service call was scheduled for the afternoon and they showed up early which is convenient but a little hassle as i had to adjust schedule for the last minute change.

I cannot say enough good things about KB Complete and our technician, Donovan! He was able to diagnosis a tricky sewer line problem, and came back out to coordinate repairs with the city water company. He was on time, professional, and provided a direct and honest assessment of our situation. The repair estimate was less than other big companies, and we weren't charged for the diagnostics involved in identifying the problem. No one wants to deal with a sewer line replacement, but we're confident that we're in good hands with KB Complete!

Nick was awesome he was on time both times that he had to come back, and that's only because they just didn't have a very specific part in stock. We began using KB Complete a few years ago when we had a plumbing leak in an old cast iron drainpipe that was discovered on a Friday evening, and we couldn't get help from our previous plumber. KB responded immediately and sent a serviceman out. We were very impressed with the quality of the repair and decided to look into to other services they offered. After having them service our furnace the next season, and being pleased with our technician , we signed a service contract for heating and air conditioning (which also gives a 15% discount on plumbing) with them. Alex F. just came out to service our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, explained what he did as well as what and why he needed to replace a part. He was very personable. The entire company is very friendly, from the receptionist to all the service techs. We are very pleased with KB Complete.

Honest and Caring! These guys are heroes!Firl and KB Complete went above and beyond to make sure our heater would work to get us by over a weekend when the temperature was in the single digits.Our heater quit working late Friday evening (New Years Eve). We woke up Monday and I called KB Complete. They were very kind and got me scheduled for a service call later that day. Saturday afternoon Firl arrived and began working on diagnosing the issue. He determined what the issue was and began working on figuring out how to get access to the part that required replacement. Unfortunately, our furnace was an old Ducane unit that was very poorly engineered and required significant tear down of the unit to get to that part. It was getting later in the day we agreed that I would call Monday to schedule the tear down and replacement of the part.On a frigid Sunday morning I was surprised to get a call from Firl. Firl had discussed the issue with Karl the owner and they asked if they could come back out to see if they could replace the part. They arrived quickly, removed the gas connection, removed the necessary pieces of the equipment to access the part that had failed. They replaced the part and got the unit functioning again. Since the unit is older, I asked if they could check out the heat exchanger and anything else that could cause issues in the future. They had already checked several of those items and they were beginning to scope the heat exchanger with their camera. They explained everything clearly and showed me the pictures that were taken with the camera. When they were done, they charged me half of what it should have cost for the two of them to be out there for the amount of time they were on the call especially on a weekend.Since Firl was on call for the weekend I know that he did not have any responsibility to return on Sunday to fix the unit and it could have waited until Monday. It said a lot about who this company is and what they stand for when Firl and Karl showed up on a Sunday and spent several hours making sure our family would be able to stay warm until we can get the unit replaced.It is sometimes difficult trying to find a reliable and caring company when you need service work. I would recommend KB Complete for any and all service repairs you may have!

It was very late and I decided to try to clear the clog myself. After a few attempts I realized we had a clogged line or maybe something worse our main line had issues. After sleeping on that fear I called the office first thing this morning. Within 2 hours Donovan was at our home. I walked him through what occurred the night before. He instantly eased my concerns about a much larger issue and expense. After just a short period of time he had our clog cleared as well as my mind. I feel confident knowing that the team at KB Complete will always do the job the right way and not suggest something else to their customers. I personally have seen this from other companies and I'm thankful we have our trusted pro team in KB Complete.Original Post:I can’t say enough good things about KB Complete. The entire staff from scheduling to sales to service is absolutely fantastic. We have been using KB Complete for all our heating & cooling needs since we bought our house in 2015. Our technician Vince has completed our annual servicing on the AC and furnace each time and in fact we request him because of his customer service. Vince remembers every conversation we have had about the home, knows our concerns and always provides the best solution.We just recently had a new AC and water heater installed. Cary our sales consultant didn’t try to upsell or give us anything we didn’t need. He listened to what we wanted out of the new system and tailored our unit and extras to what was need. The install team blew us away!! When they arrived the install manager noted some of the work we had scheduled and bid wasn’t what we really needed done. Instead of charging us what was bid, which was more money, he pointed out other mechanical changes that needed to be done to increase the performance of our equipment. The install team went above and beyond during the process. they were clean, efficient and courteous the entire time.I could go on but I will just say if you need this type of work or any other service that KB Complete offers know that you will not be disappointed. We won’t trust any other company.

KB sent a Tech out within a couple hours after I called to check our newly installed sump pump. Sam quickly determined that the pump was working like it should, so he tried to find the source of the pump’s nearly endless activations: behind the wall of an adjacent enclosed room were two long horizontal cracks in the basement wall, with water actively seeping through and causing the sump pump to constantly activate. Sam also suggested installing a longer extension for our sump drain pipe, with an underground sprinkler device to perhaps irrigate a future garden area. Glad the sump pump is working! Now for the basement leaks….

We noticed water coming up from our basement floor drain and immediately called around for service. KB was very responsive and had someone over about an hour later. I appreciate that they sent a photo of who is coming over, so I know that I'm not accidentally opening the door for a serial killer.Rob was awesome. He was super personable and friendly. I also appreciate that he wore a mask and covered up his shoes.He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate up front before he got started. He was clear about what he would have to do and about anything that could potentially be an issue.Thanks to our attached neighbors (we share a sewer line), there was a clog situation in the main line. Rob was able to clear everything out and get things flowing again.I would recommend KB to anyone with similar issues. They were quick and responsive, and Rob did a great job. The price seemed reasonable (a few hundred for something that I couldn't do myself), but also, he was dealing with sewer lines so he deserves every dollar spent.

Terrible!!! Outrageous bill for running a camera down the sewer pipe and then misdiagnosing potential situation...there was no problem and no plumbing was needed or performed. I sent an email to explain my predicament !

Every part of this has been great. The receptionist was helpful and on top of things, the technician that came and initially put down the camera was super helpful and friendly, the crew that came out and did the sewer repair were efficient and did an excellent job. We ended up needing a camera out back down just to make sure everything was okay and they were out in just a few days. Will absolutely use them again if we need this type of work done!

We had the dream team of Nick and Donovan complete what was estimated to be a 4 hour job inside of 3 hours and they were FANTASTIC. Had plumbing issues with a master bath toilet, so at our call, had them look at all 3 toilets and update with new guts and valves so that we could shut off the water if need be. Then, went and had additional main valve replaced, installed a backflow system (now up to city's plumbing code) and a filter so we now have crystal clear water.Efficient, friendly and very thorough job well done.Thanks KB and crew!

It’s Christmas Eve (Saturday), we had family over, and our pipe burst. Almost immediately I called KB Complete and was told someone could come Thursday. About 30 minutes later I got a call and they said someone would be out Christmas Day! About 45 minutes later, I got a call from Kyle and he said he was on his way. Kyle was personable, explained things, and once he found a the pipe (RIP drywall), he fixed it quickly and efficiently! He saved our Christmas and now I will be a life long customer.

We have been customers for several years now. They installed a new heating and cooling system for us a couple years back, we have always been pleased with all the work they perform. Our new system has been saving us money since we got it...substantial amounts of money, because I went with what they recommended I believe. They are always on time for appointments, they call 15 - 30 min. before they will be there, they wear shoe covers and respect your property. Dornel checked our heating and cooling system and then spent a lot of time with me connecting our thermostat to our new network and showing me how to use some of the features I hadn't been using. I want to say what a FABULOUS job Dylan did for us when he upgraded the electric supply for our new garbage disposal!The existing disposal had been installed more than 20 years prior, and was hard-wired to the electric supply for the house. So Dylan had to install an outlet as well as ensure there was a ground wire in the existing wiring. In addition, he surveyed our breaker box and discovered some issues that, while up to code when we bought the house 2 decades ago, were no longer code and needed to be upgraded.Dylan was kind enough to create a tiered estimate of costs: what it would cost to replace EVERYTHING, versus attending to the code violations as well as the garbage disposal, versus just installing the correct wiring for the disposal. This made it very easy for us to make our decision regarding the work we wanted done.Dylan was on-time, efficient, friendly, thoughtful, and extremely competent. He was able to complete all the work we requested in under two hours and cleaned up afterward. Great experience. Big storm knocked our power out and weathertop line got pulled down by trees. They came in same day I called and fixed it.Would definitely use again.

Dornell is the man, and he was the man caught in the middle. I have had to calm down after five days of NO AC! I didn't want to call and vent under duress. Dornell has worked at our house a couple times and has been extremely professional, polite, and gets the job done. However, I am extremely disappointed in whoever handles the scheduling for KB Complete! We started having problems on Friday and over the four hottest days of the year our air went out completely by Sunday. We figured we'd manage until they came out on Tuesday after the holiday. I took off from work and waited ALL DAY and no one showed up. No one called. I called to find out the tech was busy and for him to come out after five would be time and a half. I said no way and they said they'd be here at 8 am the next morning (today) I rearranged my entire work day and sat at home in the humidity and heat and NO SHOW! NO CALL! I texted Dornell and he called and apologized profusely and said someone was supposed to call to let us know they couldn't operate in the rain. I get it, but it would have been nice to know. I was ten minutes away from calling another company and paying whatever the cost to just have AC... then I got a text saying Dornell was on the way! It took him nearly 7 hours but he finished and we have cool air running through the house. I will take the night to calm down and make a call to their supervisors to find out what happened and why this was such an issue. I'm done venting for now...

great experience. scheduling was easy and quick. called the morning of an urgent issue and they were able to get randy to my job same day, within several hours. he was professional and on time. got the job done fairly quickly. price was reasonable for the job and it seemed to me he was trying to get it done without upcharging or doing anything unnecessary. i did not get the sense he was trying to sell me a service i did not need or get more work/money out of me , which i feel is commendable in this setting and unlike other well known plumbing companies in this area. he also addressed a minor plumbing related issue in my place without charge and gave some helpful advice on a plumbing related issue that was out of his scope. will use them again and would recommend to others.

I called KB Complete when my heat was wasn't working and they were able to come out promptly. Jonathan Morton was the technician and he was great. First of all he wore shoe covers and a mask which I appreciated because I have a compromised immune system. He listened to what I told him about the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what he was doing and what the problem could be. He fixed the problem very quickly and my heat was working again! Pricing was explained clearly and was fair. I would definitely recommend and use their service again!

KB Compete always has great service and staff. Alan was great! He understood our complicated system and explained it well to me. His recommendations took into consideration the cost and the value they would provide. We will definitely use them again (and we will request Alan).

We had KB Complete come out and take a look at the performance of our furnace on the coldest day of the year, right before Christmas. Alex showed up and was extremely professional, kind and courteous. He fixed the issue, explained the cause in a way I could understand and also pointed out at our humidifier was even operational. We called back a couple weeks later and Alex and Nick showed up to replace the humidifier and both were just as professional, kind and courteous. We’ve never had an issue with Kb Complete and would recommend to anyone looking.

So far, so good. I’ve hired KB for main line sewer replacement and an quick electrical issue and they’ve done a great job on both projects. Will definitely call them again next time my house decides to go haywire.

It’s very disappointing when a new water tank needs to have a major component replaced only a few weeks after it was installed. Patrick did a good job in replacing the part.

Called for a diagnostic and told them not to do any work without speaking to me first. They worked on it anyway, told me it was a loose wire and the problem was fixed. Charged $125 to tighten a loose wire.Was told there was no fire hazard. The problem was not fixed and the blower motor continued short-cycling, trying to turn on unsuccessfully and turn off. Had them come out again. This time they said the motor was over amping and it had a bad capacitor. Technician said replacing the capacitor should fix the starting problem. He wanted $368 to replace the capacitor. It is an $8 part from Arrow Cold Control. It took 30 minutes to get the part and bring it home. It then took 5 minutes to change the capacitor myself.Thinking I could trust the technicians diagnostic and knowledge, believing there was no risk of fire and the problem was solved I went to work the next day.Came home to a loud constant humming and a weird smell in the house. Went into the basement to find the unit smoking, burning hot and the smell of melting plastic and metal.Had them come out again. They offered to replace the motor and capacitor (both offered at Arrow Cold Control brand new for $200 & $8 respectively) for $2,000 and refused to refund the $125 fee for “fixing” the unit by tightening a loose wire the first time they came.They are arrogant and incompetent glorified parts changers. “Oh we’ll replace this and see if that fixes it. If it doesn’t then we’ll replace this too.” Take your business somewhere else.

Randy was great. He fixed the leak and found where to turn the water on and off. I've lived here 12 years and nobody could find the main shut off. Very pleasant guy. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for great service.

Water heater was spilling water from the bottom. Called KB and the customer service reps were very helpful and patient. Thank you. Before Chris arrived we had a power outage; he still came out and took a look at the problem. It was obvious we needed a new water heater, he gave me the price and said he would be back once the power was back on. I called them back and they were at another service call. I didn't have to wait long for them to return and once they did they went straight to work. They did a great job. I felt a big relief when they were done. Thank you again, I will be calling back for future repairs.

Nicholas came out to diagnose hvac and explain thoroughly what is wrong with it. He was so polite, informative And professional. The estimator will be here tomorrow at one to give me an idea how much a new unit will cost thank you so much for your promptness and professionalism.

July 2020: Fabian did an excellent and fast job clearing a clogged toilet caused by my toddler son. He explained the price up front, was courteous and personable. Another excellent experience. ☺️Jan 2020 and June 2020: Donovan has been great both times he's been out. Fast and reliable. His first visit was to clear out the main line. This second visit was just to clear the floor drain itself. Since both problems cause the drain to back up, he could have easily said it was the main line again, but thankfully he checked the drain itself first, saving me time and money. I really appreciate that. ☺️December 2019: Chris and Marcus were awesome and solved our plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. They were so nice to my toddlers running around. Chris made duck noises at the kids and it made them laugh 😁

Jevon removed old light fixture and replaced it with a new one, which he put together. He did a very professional job, even vacuumed the floor when finished and hauled away old fixture. We would certainly use him again!

Our issue started late on Friday night (as always seems to happen with these type of issues!). We emailed KB that night and they called right away Saturday morning and our problem was fixed by 2 pm. Alex was prompt, skilled and professional. Will use KB again!

Where to begin, scheduled a combo (spigot outdoors repair- add outlet inside) made appointment 2 weeks ago for this morning. At 11:00a.m. no one had called or shown up- called KB- spoke to someone that assured me the tech is finishing up a job and ours was the next one. At 1:00p.m. KB calls me, first told the tech had to leave for an emergency, then it was one was out sick, then didn't know we had a combo appt and the tech couldn't do both, she was new. Need to reschedule. Honestly after hearing so many different reasons/excuses no telling what was the truth. So frustrating to stay home waiting for a repairman from 8am-1pm- our time is valuable (we do not work from home- work in offices). So last I heard was a plumber was coming from Gladstone and still unknown if anyone for electric would be responding. Poor Customer service- care all around. Hopefully if and when someone does show up things will be fixed correctly and all the waiting will be worth it. Glad there are other choices out there disappointed as we have been using KB past few years for alot of services, seems like making appointment time windows isn't that difficult- even calling up customers to update on situations.

ZACH was very nice and thorogh. He was also kind to our pups which was a bonus!

After I found out my electrical panel was overheating and burning my fuses one by one, it was a terribly stressful time. I spent Christmas without most of my electricity, clinging to only my furnace (thankfully gas) and the bare minimum of lights. No oven. No microwave. Canned food.The master electrician PERSONALLY delivered the service request to the city to get the panel replaced and to get my house back to normal as soon as possible. They did everything in their power to speed it along, and treated me like family the whole time. I will forever be grateful to the entire team that helped me and my fiancée out. I am planning on hiring them for my plumbing problems as well (the joys of having a 120+ y/o house).I looked around before I confirmed with them, and they also had the best prices for the quote. I called late afternoon on Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday morning (non-emergency). The communication was excellent. I especially liked that I received a text with the photo of the tech coming out. Jeremy and Marcus arrived promptly on Saturday morning and asked questions about what I wanted done and then got to work. They were friendly and efficient and charged me exactly what I was quoted in the phone. It was truly a pleasure to work with KB Complete and they will be my first call for any future issues.

We had two ceiling fans that needed installed and a faucet to install and a new vanity to be installed. Josh and Jim came as a super team and installed everything perfectly and efficiently for us! We are absolutely thrilled with their professionalism and skill and knowledge! The fans are unique and required Josh to be up near our high ceilings and he used his skill to be sure they were perfectly balanced with no issues and he made sure the switches and remote managed the fans. The vanity required the trim to be cut. Jim cut it perfectly and it looks like it was built in! They were extremely pleasant and friendly and we are over the top impressed! I made a service call to troubleshoot my breaker that kept tripping. The technician told me they don’t work on Zinsco panels, understandable. But I was still charged for the $90 service call and a $3523 quote to replace the electric panel. Nothing was actually fixed. Long story short, don’t call KB Complete if you have a Zinsco panel and are wanting to shop around for quotes. Save your $90.

As always, Kevin did a great job with efficiency and professionalism. He checked the problem, explained what needed to be done, and went about the business of solving it. I definitely trust that he will be able to repair/improve any issue that arises. I would recommend his expertise to anyone who needs a good technician.

Daniel communicated and arrived on time. He put a camera with a light down my floor drain. I saw on camera where the break in the line is. He even put a mark on the basement floor where it is broken for me. He explained the costs involved and the different scenarios that could happen, once they remove the concrete and get in there. This scope was free. I got an email with my estimate within minutes! Daniel was very knowledgeable and pleasant!

Technician performance was excellent.However I was disappointed with the following. My hvac thermostat is too difficult for me to operate. I had purchased a different thermostat that I would be comfortable with. I asked the technician if could change it out. He said the charge would be $329 with my discount per company policy. The thermostat only cost $85. Needless to say, I told him let’s forget it. Outrageous is putting it mildly. Very disappointed.

Kyle Lackner did such a great job installing the toilets I provided. He had to put a little more effort into installing them due to the style of toilets but he knew what he was doing. I had one toilet that did not flush at all due to it being clogged and another that bowl was cracked and leaking. Kyle walked me through the install process and features of the new toilets. I appreciate him so much, after a month and a half of 2 nonfunctional bathrooms we’re finally back up and running. Thank you Kyle.

We have been using KB since we moved into our new house. In the past few months we've probably met ten of their service providers. My worst experiences were mild and the majority of them were well above average. Matt S., who helped us last week was no exception. It felt like having a family friend taking care of me, rather than a service person I was meeting for the first time. He worked hard to figure out the problems I was having and was sensitive to our stage of life, where money is tight. He coached us on what needed to be addressed right now vs. what we could wait to address in the near future after we work on our budget. I was SO grateful for this! Donovan was amazing!!!! He cleared the backed up sewer line quickly and was professional with a great personality. He gave us some tips to keep things moving in the basement which means we need to use a little less toilet paper down there and get some that is not so thick! HVAC was here for spring tuneup (been using KB for a decade). Firl commented about dampness at sump pump that I had ignored. He said KB will do a whole house plumbing inspection for free - I could take any or none of recommendations. Got it scheduled within one week! Randy arrrived to do a thorough inspection and was Not seeing any issues. When we got to the basement, he did Not “over-recommend” for a new water heater. He saw the leak at sump pump and I agreed to replace. So respectful of the home and even my dog. Cleared a slow drain no charge. Great experience with Randy with No overselling! Thank you KB!

The service him and his associate provided was professional and thorough, and he helped to point out and explain the various other electrical concerns I had with the old home. I had a pretty good experience. Christopher Lyons replaced a outdoor water hydrant for me. Overall, I'm satisfied, as he did fix the problem. But..it cost me about $275 for about 30 minutes of labor. The work he did was fine, but the cost was a little steep for the work involved. If I have a simple plumbing issue in the future, I will look for an independent/self employed plumber as I believe the labor could be cheaper.

Now that I have a bit of time, I'd like to elaborate a little.We called KB after our 30 year old furnace finally died in the middle of a single digit cold spell. Kaleb responded very quickly, was very friendly and understanding concerning the issue and was able to get the unit up and running temporarily so we didn't freeze while scheduling a replacement.Travis was out the same day to quote a price for the new system which was scheduled for install a couple days later. We were given multiple quote packages to choose from as we decided to replace the aging AC unit at the same time. Pricing the same equipment online I found KB's quote to be competitive with other local HVAC installers, including labor costs.On the installation date, Justin and Frank arrived on time. The equipment was installed in a timely manner and has worked perfectly since. The difference between our old setup and a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner are amazing. Frank and Justin were also very courteous and provided great conversation while I watched them work - something I would not have expected.All KB employees we have worked with from their office staff who take the calls to Kaleb who serviced our old unit and Travis, Justin and Frank who quoted and installed the new system were wonderful. At all levels they were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. A wonderful experience all around.I can also say anecdotally that my parents have had work done by KB at two other properties and were extremely happy with the work and outcome. I can enthusiastically recommend KB for any HVAC needs you might have.

We had sewer fumes coming into our house, so we called up another repair place who quoted us $5,000 to fix.KB came out and fixed the smell for less than $1,000. Definitely recommend!

A/C was not removing humidity effectively. It is only 4 year old unit so not sure why it would need service this soon. Tech checked and was not low on Freon. Changed some settings and lowered fan speed stating that would allow AC to remove humidity better. Tech was nice and seemed very thorough.

I called to have a new water line with shutoff valve installed for a new refrigerator. They came out same day. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and explained what could be done and work was completed within an hour.

Two weeks ago Chris diagnosed the gas leak to my living room fireplace, described the needed repair, and gave a price quote.Today Chris returned to do the project. He had to be resourceful to get at the broken valve, cut pipes, create new connections. He explained the work to me and showed me the process as he went along.He could have run an entirely new gas supply line (and charged me accordingly), but he evaluated that the existing line is intact and worthy of continued service.Chris is knowledgeable, technical, thorough, neat and left me feeling confident with the work. He is good.Once again I am grateful for KB.

Patrick was able to find our leak and carefully make repairs, with minimal damage to our finished soffit area. The extra time and care he took prevented us from spending extra money on additional drywall repair work.

Chris came in and got to work on removing the bad pipe and replaced it with pvc. He explained how the leak likely happened and answered all my questions about the repair. He walked me through it all and showed me the work he had completed. I am so pleased to have this job done quickly and professionally.

He checked numerous parts of our heating system to see why our furnace had stopped working late Friday evening.Nick offered the option of replacing a control panel or replacing our 14 year old furnace. Either way, our home would be without heat until Monday, and Nick offered the loan of space heaters to tide us over.A couple hours later, Dillon phoned from the office, reviewed our options and emailed a cost estimate with all discounts we were eligible to receive. Called KB Complete on a Tuesday afternoon after a toilet in my house stopped flushing. They fit me in to their schedule on Wednesday and showed up on time. I have used KB Complete for years and have been happy with the service. Very unhappy today, though. I have had my semi-annual tune-up scheduled for months. My appointment was for between 8 and noon today and they called me at 9:42 to reschedule due to too many people needing service. That wouldn't have been a problem except that they are rescheduling me for 2 MONTHS out. That is not acceptable. Next week, sure. Two MONTH from now, not a good business practice.

Had not used our gas fireplace in 15+ years and were getting ready to have gas logs put in. Old gas line had been disconnected. Christopher came out and got us hooked back up. Found old line had a loose fitting and he was also aware of floor plan to know how to run new line. Was fast, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with end result. Definitely will use KB Complete again.

Robert was so kind and caring. He was here for about 2 1/2 hrs, in which he did so many things to diagnose that my drain pipe is cracked. He was patient when he had to try more than one way to get to the pipe he needed to auger, which turned out to be under a toilet. Further work has been scheduled to fix a cracked pipe in my yard. I trust his judgment. UPDATE: Andrew was the only person I met today. Although four men were here. They did dig up my yard, spot repaired the pipe and Robert will be back because there are some roots he was not able to reach that were past the crack in the pipe last time. As a senior woman barely surviving right now, I have no idea about the cost. But they had financing I could use with no interest for 36 months. To me no interest is just as important as fixing the problem. Kind people, reassuring. I do trust them to do the job right.

Our technician, Kevin, was absolutely incredible. Arrived on time, identified the problem with our sump pump quickly and effectively, and fixed promptly. Was professional and personable, and really made the stressful situation a breeze. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I called KB Complete to get a free estimate on fixing a leaky pipe (slow drip) in my yard (the city inspector found it). Though it says Free Estimate in their Google ad, KB Complete said I would have to pay an $89 trip charge to get my free estimate, but I said to come on by.The first guy they sent out didn't find a leak, but he tightened the fitting a little more for $99 (+$89 for the service charge). $188 altogether.The city inspector came back out to inspect the line and said it was leaking worse than before. He said it had to be fixed within 30 days.So I called KB Complete again, and they sent out a different guy to fix the leak. He didn't charge me anything for the second visit, but he didn't fix the leak either. Instead, he called his manager to discuss it, then he told my wife it would cost $4500 for them to excavate the yard(!) and fix the leak.I called KB Complete and asked for clarification. The manager called me back later and said that the law required them to replace the entire water line from the city shutoff valve to the meter. He told me that the law prohibited them from extending, modifying or repairing the water line and that a full replacement was the only way to do it. He stated that they would have to dig up my lawn and two squares of the sidewalk to replace the water line, and then they'd have to refill the hole and replace the two squares of sidewalk. He estimated that the cost would be $4500 and asked if I wanted to schedule it. I told him I'd have to think about it...And then I called the competition, a larger local plumbing company with great reviews. They sent out a plumber who evaluated the job thoroughly, called me with a worst-case estimate (very reasonable, so I immediately approved) and fixed the leak by himself within 90 minutes. He didn't have to dig up anything and performed the work according to code. Calling the competition saved me $4000. The competition did the job right and it took just one visit.Do yourself a favor and call around.FWIW, I put this review off for months to ensure that the city inspector was satisfied and that the leak was truly fixed. I even called the building codes office to verify that everything was done lawfully and according to code, which it was. $188 paid for a hard lesson in trust.

KB Complete reevaluated my furnace for winter. Another company told me my 20+ furnace needed to be replaced and shared their concerns about the heat exchanger. Alan Garcia from KB Complete came to my home and went over each step of evaluating my furnace explaining as he did testing. As he inspected the heat exchanger, with a telescopic camera from above, he then took out the blower wheel to inspect under the heat exchanger taking pictures showing no leaks or cracks in the system. He waited for the system to warm up and performed a combustion analysis which showed 0.0 COpp inside the plenum. (No Carbon Monoxide is entering the living area of my home from the furnace.) I am sooo glad I had the presence of mind to call and get a second opinion. If you call KB Complete, I give Alan Garcia thumbs up for knowledge, credibility, and initiative for taking out the blower wheel and examining the heat exchanger completely and thoroughly.

I had appt set up for a Tuesday and they called me Sat before Christmas asking if I wanted to take a canceled appt. I said as long as I'm not paying a Christmas price. She didn't give me a solid answer. My wife has a daycare and was rather desperate. So I said we will take it. Rick the plumber was great while really nice and polite but said it was $139 to have him check things out which is OT rate. Again wife desperate said let's get it over with. An hour later after shocking the water line, replacing 2 pipes and the Main shut off valve I was hit with a $1059 bill! It would of been more than that but Rick was trying to work with us to get down as much as he could. So I am not happy with the pricing especially on Christmas.

Called kb complete because my A/C unit was not coming on. Technician Derek came out and immediately said I needed to replace my control board for $1150. After some questioning because I didn’t agree, then was told it was the thermostat, then the wiring, but it was really the board but he couldn’t guarantee me that if replaced the board that would actually fix the problem. I passed on letting KB do the work because Derek never gave me a solid diagnosis. I feel like this was a complete waste of my time, I’m out of $49 A/C is still not working and I still don’t know what is wrong, but on his way out he said I should “start” with replacing my thermostat?? I am not saying don’t call KB complete but if you do hopefully Derek will not show up.I called a company to price the control board for my furnace and it was only $200 for the control board if that is actually the problem….Go figure

We noticed around 7p.m. on a Sat night that we had no hot water. Called KB and they had Alex contact me about 7:20 p.m. and arrive at our house by 8p.m. to fix the water heater. The new part was defective but he was able to get the water heater functioning till he can come back with a new part and permanently fix it. Impressed with the quick response and pleasantness of Alex the tech. I'm sure with this heat wave he has had a very long day!! Customer for life!!

Alex Fridley serviced our air conditioners today. What a nice young man! He was very thorough, polite and friendly. We have been using KB Complete for many years for all of our heating, and cooling services as well as plumbing work for various other things around the house. They always do a great job and we have always felt we were dealing with fair and honest people. They get five stars from us!

I was told by the technician at my home in Mission that my furnace inducer motor was out and that unfortunately they are “ not cheap” but he was going to check and be right back! He returned and said that the part alone was $1600.00 plus labor and if I wanted it done that day (Saturday) It would be $200.00 more to have someone meet them at the parts store. I explained that I would have to wait til Monday anyway but I would be in touch.I went online and pulled up the cost of that part within five minutes and purchased it with overnight shipping for a grand total of $158.00!!!!! That includes sales tax, etc. then I even found repair videos specific to my furnace to watch and do it myself!!! When the technician called back to ask to schedule the repairs I told him no of course because I found the parts online for waaaaaaaaaaay less than 2100.00!!!I got another call not long after I declined the offer to one gentleman and this one stated that he was so sorry they had a “pricing error” and that the price the technician quoted was for a totally different system so he refunded the 89.00 fee for the guy to come out the first time!!! I can tell you that I have yet to find an induction motor for any furnace that costs 1600.00!!!What do y’all think would’ve happened if I had just agreed to pay any cost??? Do you think I would’ve gotten a refund for the “mistake” made?? I know what I think!!

Nick was pleasant and was able to diagnose a problem with the pressure relief valve - which was actually the cause of several plumbing related issues. He changed out the valve and the other problems disappeared. Professional. Knowledgeable. Reasonable prices (for a plumber). Highly Recommend.

The price to switch a saddle valve to a ball valve for our water line that leads to our refrigerator seemed a bit pricey (over $300). However, that was a set line item by KB Complete. I was happy with the service and end result.

KB Complete was great! The only hiccup was waiting on hold a little bit to get into scheduling. However the individual that answers the phone was awesome and found someone else to help me. They were able to get me in the same day. I love that after Randy called a text was sent with his picture and information. Randy was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I was also able to talk to him about a couple other projects and ask for a bid. He was able to do everything during my appointment. I will definitely return to KB Complete!

Rob came out within an hour of my original phone call. He has been to our house twice (I love how it's the same person as before!) and has done fast, quality work both times. He was very fair both times with pricing and billing. He was SUPER respectful of the house and kids and cats and....He really went above and beyond, had great tips, and was just really nice (not weird or creepy like some of those other companies). Called on a Sunday morning and was put on the schedule for same day. Operator was up front about extra fee due to weekend appointment. Nick arrived 2 hours after original call and was quick to explain and diagnose the kitchen clog. Provided 2 options to fix the problem, the more expensive option being one to really help prevent the problem from recurring. We went with the cheaper option, since we couldn't afford the more expensive option, and he didn't try to upsell me at all. He just suggested that if we ever changed our mind we could give him a call. He was in and out quickly, left no mess and was very courteous. I definitely plan to use the company again if needed!

We called several other 24 hour services, and not only was KB the first available to come out (just 2 hrs later), they were also the least expensive for an emergency call. We had a storm take down half a tree - missed the house only barely - but it did tear down all the electrical from the side of the house.KB was able to fix everything and have power back on in two days. 1 Day to check out the damage and the scope of the job, AND get all the city permitting they needed. Worked a long 2nd day to have power back up. THEY EVEN 'FOUGHT' WITH EVERGY on our behalf to get our power back on that day. Evergy was going to leave us disconnected for another week in the middle of summer. We could overhear on our side of the conversation the tech saying, People live here! As I said - KB got our power back on that day for us despite the city and electrical company dragging them down.The electricians that came out were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. KB says they're the company you can recommend to a friend - and I am 100% on board with it.

They installed a new kitchen sink and faucet and re-installed a garbage disposal. They also replaced a broken outdoor spigot. The plumber was very professional, he cleaned up everything, and showed me some of the functions on the new kitchen faucet. A bit pricey, but they did an awesome job.

Wriring plan or install was laste no lasted planned expanded out at all. 10 minutes of wiring for 100.00, plus that didn't even fix the problem. I should have listened to friends about this business instead of looking at a online coupon.

Don't bother unless you are a premium customer. We called on a Monday for AC repair, were told that we would be seen the next day. The next day at 4pm, no one showed, so husband called only to be told it would not be until Thursday. Of course there is a heat wave, so we get that they are busy, but no call, no courtesy. I spoke with a supervisor who said that they had to take care of their premium customers first. OK, we all see the same weather reports, they knew as well as we did that there would be a high call volume. Professionals know this and plan accordingly. If you are new to the area and are not paying for premium service, or if you are just a regular hard working slob, or someone with not a lot of extra money to pay the monthly premium, don't waste your time here. Go to Anthony's or Dad's or Gunn. Don't call KB, they don't give you the courtesy of a phone call when they bump you off the schedule for higher paying customers.

Anthony Farris was the tech that did my biannual AC/Furnace maintenance. He was prompt, polite and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job. I've been using KB Complete for almost three years and will continue to have them service my AC/Furnace.

My house basement bulbs were not burning and sump pump battery was beeping for lack of water probably. I called this company and the technician who came quoted $651 and also refused to give the price break up. On giving my consent anyway, he just did some rewiring , disconnected battery and left in about 2 hours. However price reduced to $618 as we provided the bulbs. I felt it was ridiculous to pay more than $300 per hour, but I was helpless

Patrick from KB complete was very efficient. He installed a new plumbing connection for a refrigerator ice maker. The job was professional, He was prompt and the new refrigerator is connected . Randy was excellent in helping us solve and repair a toilet issue. We were pleased with the communication before as well as during the service. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his explanation of the solution and he was timely in completing the job. I would definitely recommend KB Complete and Randy, specifically.

Work was completed, however it was done in such a manner that it makes it very difficult to simply change the furnace air filter. Not only is it difficult the change the furnace filter, but in doing so, causes damages the dry wall. This was verified and confirmed by 2 agents of the company via on site visit who promised to fix it. However, after multiple follow up calls to the two agents who promised to fix the situation, I was then told that other people were in the process of fixing it. Further follow up up calls to the ‘other’ in office management who knew of the problem from the beginning, said he was going to fix it. But he never did. Even more follow up calls, I was finally received a voice mail essentially saying, “No, we’re not going to provide the clear & straight solution we said we would provide, too bad.” Further calls to them were not answered.

Updated review. The service took them 4 days of rescheduling every day before showing. So I ended up doing the work myself on the heat pump unit. They did finally show up on friday and verified the work i had done and charged $188. I did speak with a manager and get a full refund. Honestly though i dont trust a company that overcharges and wont make it right unless you complain, i wont be calling them in the future. The service they provided shouldve been the $89 service call max and since they had to reschedule 4 times the entire service work should be free anyway.

Our sump pump stopped working and we called KB to come out to take a look. We’ve used them many times before and have always had a great experience. They offer prompt and reliable service with fair pricing.Randy was awesome. He was able to come earlier than the schedule appointment, which worked well for me. We needed to replace the sump pump and Randy explained both of the repair options, along with pricing, to me so I could make an informed decision. He was quick with the work and as I was paying, we had a lovely conversation about our cats and the cats he had at home.I will always recommend KB, they are fantastic to work with and are our “go to” for any of our plumbing needs.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment when my heater stopped working. I was texted the technician's name and picture before their arrival. Derrick walked us through the problem and gave us maintenance tips. Reasonably priced. We will use them again in the future.

You were on time. Dressed professionally. Seemed knowledgeable. Very attentive. You did what I did. Put meter on unit, got the same reading as I and stated I might need a booster for the low cost of $450.00. You were here for a total of 17 minutes and billed me for $50.00. Nothing accomplished. Unit still in same condition and I still MIGHT need booster and I'm out 50 bucks.

This is the 4th company I’ve had out to give me some answers and finally got the ones who I felt spent the time investigating and not just seeing dollar signs and trying to replace my whole unit.

Manuel & Nick teamed up to diagnose & replace a capacitor on my air conditioning unit. The air conditioner is now up & running blowing cold air. There was a concerning buzzing noise at the electrical box which has been resolved due to the repair. Part of the reason that my capacitor went out was due to dirt & particle build up on the outdoor unit. I signed up for the maintenance program to keep my air conditioner/furnace properly serviced in the future. Preventative seems better than facing breakdowns at critical times like just before a holiday. Thank you Nick & Manuel. I am a happy customer.

I really appreciate having someone who is knowledgeable about HVAC and plumbing, and even electrical depending on the tech who responds, all at the same time. They have been able to answer my questions and have charged me based on what they did and were very fair in the pricing.The best investment I made is in an ionizer, which is used instead of a water softener. I got it because of Nick's advice, from KB Complete. I called for their services because of a routine break (broken faucet), and I was starting to have to call all the time because my plumbing was constantly breaking due to hard water buildup. The tech told me the ionizer would stop that vicious cycle. Now it has been 2 years.... and I have not needed to call them even once for any type of indoor plumbing breakage! Instead, the piping system gets cleaner every day. No more hard water stains, and the shower head keeps getting less clogged. I'm up to the point that almost all the jets are clear, whereas before I thought we might have to replace it because so many jets were clogged that it looked awful and didn't work too well either.

Shower leak with a HEAVY amount of rust. Technician was personable, professional, and walked me through what he was doing. Really enjoyed his expertise. Always use KB Complete, even if they’re a little more expensive, I feel like I can trust them to do good work.

Our A/C quit working and we had no idea why. We called KB after a recommendation from family and they did not disappoint. Zach came out, diagnosed the issue immediately, then fixed it. We don’t have much to compare to in the way of price, but it seemed reasonable for fixing a leak and replacing all the freon that leaked out.

The ad says same day repair, but that's not true. They also aren't willing to service your AC unit if it's under five years old.

Nick showed up on time and knew exactly what the issue was within minutes. He had our AC fixed and the house cool again quickly including answering all my questions along the way!

I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from KB Complete! We originally had KB out to bid a mini-split and they ended up FIXING the issue that was causing one room to be warmer. They were honest, upfront, and took time to explain what was going on. Of course when our condenser stopped working, they were our first call. They worked hard to identify a solution to get it up and running that day, but also explained our unit was in need of being replaced soon. They were able to schedule the job the very next day. They let my 3 year old son watch them work and made him feel like he was helping out :) They came back out to address questions we still had today (9/20/19) and took time to make sure they thoroughly inspected everything. I was quoted $8,995 for the service called the diagnose what's going on with my AC, the technician calls me on his way says that since it's after 3:00 p.m. is now $249.95. so I canceled then got a call from the office for KB complete saying they would give me a credit toward some of the amount but none of this was explained to me in the very beginning so I find it very unprofessional and very predatory type practices. Would never recommend this company to anyone

Randall from KB complete was awesome! He was here at 8:30 on a Saturday morning pleasant as can be, professional and got our job fixed promptly!! We have had Randall before and he’s always been great! Recently we had some issues with our HVAC zoning and Jake, the HVAC manager and prior owner of KB Complete came out and spent two hours with a top installation technician going over every detail of our system and home. He couldn’t have been nicer and more thoughtful! He came up with a detailed plan and even traded me out of our air handler which was installed two years ago and provided us with a new two stage for only the price difference between our old and new unit. I thought nobody could help us and he far exceeded my expectations! Plus he is one of the nicest most polite people I’ve dealt with!! KB complete would be crazy to ever let him go!!! So impressive!

Satisfied with our experience. They replaced all the cast iron drains in our house (1 story on a crawl space). Competitive bid - don’t get me wrong, it was expensive, but reasonable given the scale of the project. They returned when we found an issue a couple months later, quickly and without charging us a service call. From initial bid through installation and repair, everyone we worked with was courteous and professional.

Dylan called to let me know he was 30 minutes out. He showed up on time, installed quickly and even found and fixed a potentially dangerous fried wire in our panel box. I will sleep better tonight thanks to the fan above my bed and comfort in knowing our house is safer while we sleep.

Very professional did a complete job and gave me the results. Everything is working great as it should after only one year. We are happy with KB except when sold our system we were told the first 2 checkups were free with a free air filter we did get the air filter free with the first check up after calling in as the policy changed. So I purchased 3 mere 13 filters online for what one cost from KB. I will schedule the next checkup for December soon.

Website says “24/7” emergency service. Called and spent 10 minutes giving them all my info only for them to say they don’t operate after 7pm on a Sunday and next opening in TWO days. What do they think “24/7” means??? Wasting my time when we needed assistance. False advertising.

Here are my notes I hope they are helpful.Gave me another resume to fill out, which asked for previous pay. They actually read the first resume and made references to it.Talked with Sparky and JJ, both are great sales men. I get a little under 1/5th in pay after parts, which leaves some with 6 figure paychecks. Every job is to leave 3 options for work worth doing at the site. Selling surge protectors seems to be a strong idea, will probably do that myself at a likely lower price when I go into business. (and install one in my house.) Maybe steal the pay idea as well but change it to affect company profits instead of price, if possible. (Would need a computer program for that.)Online showed both positive and negative reviews on pricing. Ambushed employee after interview and job seemed ok from that angle.Need to leave review about how pay is done. Based on reviews it sounds like it charges customers lot's due to pay system, but I never saw the pay book to be sure. As long as work done properly is by skilled people trying to do a good job then this is good.Mentioned that I report issues up chain of command eventually to city officials if issues persist, never really heard back from them after. But boy was it a fun interview, better than any HR I've ever talked to.Rating for customer view based on what little is known and negative reviews showing people without the electrical (or social) skill needed. To be specific -1 price, -1 price but not all skilled (based on other reviews) From the employee side this is possibly a 4 or maybe even rare 5 star job.

I am currently a HVAC student and one of my in laws called and asked me to check the vent coming off her water heater because of the cost she was quoted to have it replaced. The pipe was rusted out she had KB Complete come out and they quoted her $1200.00 dollars to replace a rusted 6 inch single wall vent pipe that was 3 ft long. She is older and on a fixed budget and I told her that the price was ridiculous. I went and bought the pipe for $30.00 dollars and it took me 20 minutes to replace. Even with material markup and cost of labor, the quote should have been nowhere near $1200.00. Needless to say, she will not be calling KB Complete in the future due to their price gouging. Make sure you get multiple quotes before paying for their services!

Kevin and Randall were sent to replace the old copper plumbing under the kitchen sink to prepaid for new dishwasher install. They did an outstanding job. We had a warranty issue with our Lennox AC, Kylar explained the situation (with news he knew was upsetting) and then handled it as expediently as he could. Matt and Logan did a great job with the replacement and answered all my additional questions.

Rob arrived within an hour of our call, he was very professional and friendly, he was able to quickly assess the problem and explain it to my husband and I and recommend options for fixing the problem. He also recommended remittance for the type of water damage we'd sustained and was able to recommend some companies to use. He performed the repair we required and left the area both functional and clean. I will certainly use this company again!

Technician was first rate! New system installed by KB had developed an odd noise on the furnace when staging up. Problem was quickly identified and corrected (duct strap issue) and a 5 wire adapter was also installed to enable my Nest thermostat. Very satisfied with KB as my HVAC / plumbing services company. JJ showed up when they said they would. Diagnosed multiple issues, detailed the findings with us and gave options to fix. They were able to fix all issues as well as add a new outlet in a spot that didn't previously have one. Carried out some other general fixes and upgrades in the breaker box. Great Service! I have been using KB Complete for my plumbing and HVAC needs for years and have always been fully satisfied. Yesterday (08/05/2019) they truly did a terrific job. The repair was a simple clearing of a backed-up drain line and the work was done quickly and completely correct the first time. What really impressed me, though, was how responsive the company was to my service request.I called their customer service line at about 12:30pm yesterday to request a service call, thinking that they would be able to make it by sometime this week, which would have been perfectly acceptable to me. Randy was fantastic to work with. He came to our house last week during a drain router call and identified the issue quickly and presented a couple ways to handle the problem. His solution was on point, cost effective, and provided detailed knowledge of how to proceed. He was prompt, professional, and customer oriented. Which was why I agreed to his bid to come back today and do the drain replacement he recommended. He and his coworker Kevin were here today to replace a drain line from my washer, tie into our dishwasher, and the down the sink line which connects to our main. They were courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. We had some rain today and they were sure to lay down tarps & weat shoe covers to prevent mud or dirt getting into our home. They removed the old drain, replaced with a better quality product, and took all the old scrap with them. Definitely a positive solid experience. Great team.

8 or so months ago KB installed a mini split into my home in Prairie Village. The staff was excellent, professional, and timely. The prices were fair. The mini split keeps the nursery that my daughter will grow up in cool. I highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

KB Complete installed a new HVAC system for me on Monday. The installation was very clean and done well. We sent an email last night after noticing a non-emergency issue and a technician was at our house at 8:30 to trouble shoot it and reconfigure our new Wi-Fi thermostat to solve it.
