Being that this was the first plumber I've ever hired I wasn't sure what to expect, but couldn't have been any happier with my experience. Tony called me 20 minutes before his arrival to inform me he was on his way. He was extremely polite right from the start. As he was performing his work he invited me to watch what he was doing, which I took him up on. He provided thorough explanations of everything he was doing and it was apparent he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He used the proper equipment and cleaned up any messes that were made from unclogging my drains. Not only did Tony produce high quality of work, he taught me a lot, made great recommendations, and was efficient with his work. Happy to give Tony and Mr. Plumber 5 stars!

my shower head was broke and hot water had no pressure and they came out and got the job done in less then a hour I had to get to work so my brother was there he said that the technician tom was very nlce and got the job done right

Responsive and affordable

The only reason they get an additional star is because Jesse who does the HVAC work and the receptionist Sydney are so amazing. Sydney is always so sweet and Jesse is a heating and cooling genius! He’s always prompt and so thorough and courteous. Now...let’s get to why Mr. Plumber is fired from my apartment complex. I manage an apartment complex in kcmo and I have used them ALOT. Like we are talking thousands of dollars....I’d say probably around the $20,000 mark. Especially when I’ve been in between maintenance supervisors. The plumbing side of mr. Plumber? Yeah they are a joke. Lazy, rude, and incompetent. With the exception of Tony. He’s okay. At least he is respectful. Let me tell you about their plumber Tom. I have never been spoken to with such an unprofessional manner by a contracted vendor in my career. I approached him after a horrible ordeal with KC water and a sewage back up that left my residents living without being able to walk to their apartment without walking in sewage or use the laundry room. Sewage was also coming out of their bath tubs. I was done arguing with the city as it’s impossible for them to admit fault. I had listened to the blame game for 6 hours the day before. I decided to just pay the money, call mr p out here just so my residents could resume life not living in sewage. So I approach Tom and ask what the status is and he immediately starts to explain, but he’s screaming. Screamsplaing if you will and I told him there was no reason to shout and escalate this. This man child with gages in his ears when he’s like in his 40s I’m sure proceeds to Absolutely go off on me. I tried to tell him he was beIng extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. To which he just continues to yell. At one point I tried to just get a word in edgewise and tell him “ sir I don’t need you to document it blaming it on the city.” I only got To the “sir I don’t need you to”....he then screamed “don’t sir me! I work for a living!” I Didn’t know sir was a disrespectful term? I then felt it necessary to call the office to fill them in as This is a face and representation of the company. I spoke with Sydney and filled her in letting her know I had recorded this conversation. So fast forward I was walking by his truck about 20 minutes later (he had already finished up so no idea why he was still there) I literally hear him screaming on the phone laying out f bombs and saying derogatory things about me. The office had called him apparently. I took the high road and didn’t acknowledge, I never once raised my voice with this guy or his office. I have the recordings to prove it. (Being lied to over and over again by the city will make you record so you have evidence. I’m not usually a recorder lol) I am just baffled by how disrespectful he was. My corporate office has the footage and this company is no longer allowed to step foot on the property again in any capacity.

A/C went out in June. One hvac firm diagnosed the issue and said I needed a new one. Called me several times thereafter to set up an appointment. Asked for a second opinion from Mr. Plumber. Jesse diagnosed the issue as an electric issue and fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

Thermostat went out today. Called them again. Edward arrived quickly, found the issue and fixed it it quicker than expected. So happy there is a company like this. I’m sold

Tom came out to work on several things in our new house. Not only did he do a great job on all of them, he took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and gave me some helpful advice on our particular setup. Didn’t have to pay and arm and a leg for the work either. Will be using Mr. Plumber for my future plumbing needs.

Great service, prices and friendly staff.

I called Mr. Plumber's emergency line on a Friday night at 8:40 PM for a busted water pipe and they had someone at my house an hour later and the problem fixed with my water turned back on 45 minutes after they arrived. The technician that came to my house was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and will use them for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs going forward.

My furnace had not been working. I called this company and the technician Edward came out and had my furnace working in less then 15 minutes. Edward showed me the problem and what needed to be replaced to keep it running well. He was so professional and courteous. Prices were very reasonable also. This will absolutely be my go to company from now on

Fast response, trustworthy technicians

My heat was broken and it is very cold weather outside and children are freezing . I called Mr. Plumber , this company around 8:00 pm , Friday and left a voice mail ... they called me back immediately and send technicians name Jesse with in 2 hours and fixed my problem and He is very good technican, very friendly and cooperative... and will definitely recommend ..

He was very kind and courteous. To my relief he did not try to sell me a new air conditioner, even though I needed one, but simply did what I asked. My house is back to being cool at a great price!

Chad came out to our home in Desoto last month to fix a variety of plumbing issues we had since we moved into our home last year. He was right on time. Came in, very professional, and began workign immediately. I was very impressed how he went straight to my issues and didn't wast any time. He asked questions and explained to me what the issues where. We found a few more serious issues as he was investigating. He tackled them quickly. We were very impressed with the service. I woudl definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The service was precise and very successful. The craftsman was courteous and well prepared.

We had a sewer odor problem that occurred when the HVAC was in use--- this was during the heat wave and we were sweltering. Trevor came out, determined the problem, and repaired three different items quickly and effectively. The solution needed an HVAC pro, too, so his co-worker came soon after and proposed a cost-effective solution (re-routing air supply). Highest possible recommendation. Honest, competent, fast, and efficient (and really nice guys).

Jeremy at Mr. Plumber did a great job with our sewer scope. He was very professional and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Our AC stopped working at 10:30pm on a Wednesday. We figured it would be a couple days to get someone out, since the it's been the hottest week we've had so far. I called Mr. Plumber, since we have used them several times in the past for AC and plumbing repairs. We were put on an emergency list with the hopes of having them come the next day. Sure enough, Edward was out late afternoon and had the issue fixed in under an hour! We were without AC for under 24hrs! Thank you so much! Edward had the best attitude. Never complained, even though he was dripping with sweat, said it was no problem. We've always had great, fast, affordable service from Mr. Plumber and have always been impressed with the techs that have come out to help. Thank you Mr. Plumber, thank you Edward for your amazing attitude and willingness to help! We will continue to be customers and will not hesitate to recommend your services to others!!!

Chad was AMAZING! We are so fortunate to have found Mr. Plumber. We had been dealing with a foul smell on and off for over a year. We had many companies come out and provide costly recommendations without really knowing what the problem was. Chad came out quickly identified the issue and fixed it, for a fraction of the cost others were quoting. We are SO thankful to have this behind us and to Mr. Plumber. I had the best experience with Jeremy, Chris, and another man I didn't catch their name of. The customer service and genuine care of making sure we were taken care of is top notch. Not only did they help fix our issues, they gave us thorough advice on important information that ensures you can keep everything well maintained. Really down to earth guys. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. I couldn't see myself having a better experience with anyone else. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

This company was one of the best ones I’ve worked with for more than a year. They came out quickly, were friendly, resolved issues and were reasonably priced. They were consistently exceeding expectations for us. But the last 4 jobs they “completed” recently were disastrous. After repeat call backs we ended up paying another plumber to exactly what they were paid to do for 3 of them. We were told other business was more important than ours, that we would need to wait weeks for them to return to address mistakes and spoken to like we were a nuisance for wanting the same basic services we had been getting for over a year. After bringing up the lack of customer service and repeated issues still not being resolved, the response was that they would no longer do business with us.

We had mr plumber come out to fix our bathtub that would not put out hot water. They had to order a part that was going to take a couple of weeks to get in. Vance had amazing communication skills and was very professional and efficient. I Was very impressed with them and will use them again in the future!

Great experience. First off the guy who installed my three new toilets was: clean, nice, knowledgeable, and knew how to fade into the background. Now for my new Gerber toilets, one word, there great. They flush fast and are a good fit. Would recommend this company to anyone. My new go to plumbing company.

Save yourself time and money, and call Mr. Plumber first. Mr. Plumber came out next day, and was able to clear my main line within minutes after fixing the other plumbers mistakes. They were very professional, had the proper equipment, and clean up after themselves. Pricing was very reasonable, and would have saved me a lot of hassle if I would have called them first. Don't make my mistake, and just call Mr. Plumber first. I called two other companies to clear my mainline to the sewer. The first plumber cleared it for a week, the second (Major sponsor of everything in Kansas) tried to clear it, then ended up making the situation worse and tried to get me to buy a whole new pipe to the main. Mr. Plumber didn't try to up sell. They used their sewer camera to find the problem, and then used their robust rooter to clear the line. Compared to the other two plumber this rooter looked professional grade. Thank you Mr. Plumber for fixing our problem in a timely manner!

Lesson learned...when you have leftovers in the fridge, put them in the trash! I just took the trash out and didn't want it to stink. So I put a ton of leftover shredded chicken down my disposal and 20 min later I had a big clogged, watery mess! I plunged it, with no luck and my boyfriend used a hand snake, with no success. It was just too far in. I called Mr. Plumber and spoke with Laura. She was super friendly and understanding. She got me on their schedule that day (and this was a Friday, at 1pm). She said they would be here between 4-6. At 410, I got a call from the plumber, Vance, to let me know he was 35 minutes out and arrived exactly 35 minutes later. Vance was very professional and friendly. He didn't mind me being nosy and watching, as he did his work. Thank you Mr. Plumber for fixing my mess and educating me!!! I won't put that much food in there again!

Put 90 yr old mother on emergency response list when we called for air conditioner not cooling house. Showed up same day late and identified low Freon. Charged Freon, checked unit over and charged very reasonable rate for service call. Mom was overjoyed after being afraid she would be taken advantage of And told she would need a new AC. This company is a family owned business and they try to be responsive for people who are in danger due to hot weather and no AC. Will be using them in the future to do annual PM on mom’s AC and Furnace for my peace of mind.

Had pipe break due to weather. The house was a rental property. The technician that came out was courteous, friendly, professional and communicated the issue in terms I could understand. We have used Mr. Plummer for other projects and have always had great success. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Jeremy, from Mr. Plummer did a great job.

Excellent to work with. Needed to install a new toilet. They gave pricing estimates over the phone for if we purchase our own toilet and if they brought one. Did a great job of installation. Very kind and easy to work with. First time I felt I've gotten fair pricing from a plumber.

Do not use this company. They do not know how to drive. One of their drivers almost hit me when I was backing up into a parking stall at my apartment complex.

Awesome job!! We have a warranty with ABMay and it has been nothing but bs and a waste of money. They come up with every excuse in the book to not cover stuff and overcharge and oversell. We needed some simple plumbing work done and ABMay quoted us an insanely high amount and wanted to do it over multiple visits. Called Mr Plumber and had Tyson come out and fixed everything that day! He was very friendly and helpful, their dispatch/customer service was super nice, didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary repairs like ABMay, and was over half of the cost! We definitely found our new go to company and will be referring as many people as we can to you! Thanks again for the excellent service!

Just wanted to take a moment to say how awesome Mr Plumber is to do business with. We own rental property and have used them several times for plumbing needs as well as heating/cooling. They have always fixed our issues in a timely and professional manner, and at a fair price. I want to especially acknowledge Jesse and his co-worker, Edward. They recently replaced our furnace and A/C. They are always very courteous and professional. Everything was done to code, paying attention to detail. You can be sure that they will do the job right. We love our new A/C unit they recommended. It even keeps the 2nd floor cool - the old one never did that! If you need any plumbing, heating or cooling work, these are the people to call!

Chad was very nice. He called about 15 minutes ahead of time was quick and friendly. When I called they quoted me $100, but since the job wasn't more than 15-20 minutes and a simple fix they charged me almost half of the initial estimate. I would call them again.

We always have great results with this company. They are thorough and most importantly, honest! We appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness.

They were one of the companies who was able to dispatch someone right away. The pricing was not cheap but reasonable. Did their job very quickly and well. Will use them gain.

We just bought our first house and within 6 months had sewage coming up from a floor drain our basement. I had no idea what was happening or what the solution was going to be. Tony came and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. He showed me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and tried to sell me services that I didn’t need. Instead he educated me and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company!

Can't recommend them enough!! Fast, honest, responsive. Our AC went out and after someone else telling me I needed a whole new unit, I called Mr plumber for a second opinion. 2 hours and less than $300 later my AC was back up and running and no issues since!! Jessie was great to work with and will now always be my first call for all my HVAC needs.

Chad came out today and did a great job and was very personable. I'm in the business and go to shops all over the country so my expectations on customer service are set pretty high. From the office scheduling the call to Chad's work, all great and I would definitely use them again!

My sewer line backed up late on a Friday night. The next day snowed heavily and there was a lot of ice. I called several plumbing companies and Mr Plumber was the only one able to help me the same day.

I was expecting to pay dearly for the emergency service during bad weather but their rates were reasonable and the plumber they sent was pleasant to deal with. He let me know up front what my options were and how they would affect pricing. He also let me know what kind of maintenance would be required in the future to mitigate the risk of such a major issue happening again.

They also offered suggestions for a couple things they could do in the future to make my sewer line easier to work with. They get extra business and future calls cost me less money. They didn't try to pitch any kind of long term service contracts or anything like that. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Today I had a gentleman by the name of Tony come and snake my main line. He was a True professional! He took the time to explain everything in great detail. He is very knowledgeable very respectful and he knows exactly what he's doing. I have to have this done about once a year at my home and I have used other plumbing companies like A-1 and nothing against them but I learned more today from him then I have in the past 3 visits from other companies combined. I'm not sure who owns the company Mr.Plumber but they are very lucky to have a great worker like Tony! I dont know what he makes but whatever it is give that man a raise or supervisor position or something. I have to have some more work done in my basement and Tony is the one I want to do the work. I dont care how long I have to wait. If you need any Plumbing work done trust me and take my personal advice ask for Tony! Thank you!

Thank you for sending out (Jesse) he has an extremely wide knowledge of both heating and cooling and also plumbing. He was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns and was very confident in being able to correct all the issues. With all the work I had completed at my home, the final bill was reasonable. I was very pleased!!! BONUS.... he was great with my small children, with the non stop questions from my children, he was very patient and talked with them. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company. Look to Mr. Plumber!!!

I had Vance over at the house today to replace the water heater. Great guy! He even caught another issue with low hot water pressure in our kitchen faucet after living here nearly 5 years!

I have had LBA, A Anthony, and several others tell me that I needed to replace lines to make it flow with pressure. He knew it was the valve, and replaced it to make it like new!

Upfront and honest pricing for the exact same unit I was quoted on for for $500 more.

James did our rough-in for a future basement bathroom and also helped remodel our main bathroom. The attention to detail was impressive and he did everything he could to help us understand our plumbing system. He even used color coded water lines so we could easily identify and describe any issues we may run into down the line. The quality is great, pricing was very competitive and he took the time to explain the project in a way we understand. Will be calling back when we are ready to rough-in our master bathroom!

We used Mr Plumber to replace our AC and Furnace unit. It was our last attempt for our house to stay comfortable during the hot summer days. Now, we have a comfortable house during even 100 deg days! I can’t believe what a difference the new AC made! Additionally, our energy bill is lower than it was last year for days that weren’t as hot. We have used Mr. Plumber in the past for all of our plumbing services with 100% satisfaction, and now I can say the same for their HVAC service! They are a wonderful and honest local company that we would highly recommend to anyone!!

Mr. Plumber came out and flushed our main line with their high-pressure jet. Got it unclogged in less than an hour. Would give 5 stars, but the cost of the procedure is very high at $500 for less than an hours work.

Everyone who works at Mr. Plumber is AMAZING! They are courteous and beyond helpful. One of the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful businesses I have ever worked with.

I volunteer at an animal rescue shelter, and I also contribute to the wonderful organization, because they save lives. I had already spent about a grand on plumbing for the shelter with Mr. Plumber, and I scheduled to have more work done. When I attempted to reach their plumber Tom several times, he never returned a call. So I sent him a text the night before the scheduled work, asking him to call me. He responded incredibly rudely to me, so I'll be using Full Nelson Plumbing for future plumbing needs for the shelter. They're excellent, and very nice. Unlike Tom. Sydney at Mr. Plumber is super nice though.

Yesterday was my appointment. I needed 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Price was very reasonable. Installer was polite, professional and cleaned everything up after the job was completed. I definitely would use this company again.

I just want to start off by saying I only call Mr. Plumber for any of my Plumbing issues. So when I was having furnace trouble I decided to call them. They came out the same day I called, they advised me that it needed to be replaced. I was so worried about the cost of a new furnace but it was so reasonably priced. So reasonablee that it was hard to believe. Jesse was the installer and he was so knowledgeable and professional. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and that I understood. I will not go to anybody else for any Plumbing or HVAC issues that I have. Words can't express how thankful I am that there are still companies out there that do good business. Thank you Mr. Plumber and Jesse.

No show and no phone call. 3 hour appointment window that we worked into into OUR work schedule. A home service company that doesn't keep an appointment and won't call to say they can't. A complete waste the customer's time.

My first experience as a homeowner with a plumbing problem was handled by a professional, kind, informative plumber. I'm incredibly grateful.

Just had a sump pump replaced by Vance from Mr Plumber. He was outstanding. Excellent customer service, friendly and very helpful and professional. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr Plumber and Vance. Also wanted to say that we had Jesse install hot water tanks at our house at an earlier date. He was the nicest guy. Did outstanding work, courteous, friendly, answered all our questions, spent time with us going over everything and WOW did he spend time cleaning everything up. Left it spotless. Without a doubt I would recommend Jesse !!!

Tony was outstanding explaining his work to me. He gave me helpful information so I understood what was happening. Toney found ther main line was broken. Unlike another company two years ago said they cleared the line. Didn't last the line was broken several places. Another plumber recommended Mr. Plumber. After Mr Plumber found the problem he called the person who referred them and explained what he had done. I would recommend Mr Plumber because of the integrity, reliability and trust.

Give Tony a raise. The dude is awsome.

I have been in the apartment industry in the Kansas City area since 1989 and Mr. Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have ever used. Since they can do it all, I highly recommend them for all plumbing.

Main line back up that required going down to the crawl space to get this cleared. Mr. Plumber was able to fit me in their schedule last minute. Tony spent over an hour explaining/showing me what needed to be done. Jeremy worked for almost 3 hours in the cold and did a great job. Everyone at Mr. Plumber was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was reasonably priced. I will be using them again for all my future plumbing issues.

Showed up on time. Assessed the situation. Got to work on it. Kept area clean and best of all the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely use them for any plumbing in the future.

Came out and arrived on time. Fixed the problem with the water valve only to find out it was the wrong valve, so I ended up paying for both to be replaced. Anthony left after completing the job but didn't check to see if there were any leaks. I noticed the next morning that the valve had a hole and was leaking water everywhere. Water leaked down into my basement. I called the company back over 7 times and left several messages/voicemails in addition to calling Anthony's personal cell. No response. 2 hrs later I reached the answering service to make them aware of the water leak and requested a call back immediately. A guy called back within 15 minutes and said he could not reach the technician and said he would come out the next day. We were without water for the remainder of the day because I had to turn off the main water line to avoid water damage. Anthony #2 came out the next day and said that the pipe should have been replaced along with the valves because they were old and rusted also. Anthony #2 fixed the problem and we were able to turn our water back on without a leak.

Worked fast for the drains fixt and a reasonable price

I own a salon with 9 sinks, 2 toilets and one giant water heater. I’ve used Mr.Plumber for 5 years and have been happy every time. Would highly recommend them!

I asked our building manager to schedule service for our shower. The technician showed up, was pleasant and quick. It took about 12 minutes. I subsequently received a bill for $159. I emailed the company and received a reply that they were charging more as the technician became “paranoid” because so many were wearing masks when he was at our building in March (that should be reassuring in a pandemic) and they are charging more. I then asked by email if that was specific to our building or whether they were applying that to all jobs. She sent an abrupt email that declined to answer my question and referred me to my building manager. My building manager is not responsible for their billing or communication. I will pay the bill in full but will encourage our building manager to utilize another company in the future.

I had a main sewer line that was fully blocked by roots. I called a well-known plumbing, heating and cooling company to snake the line and not only were they unable to unblock the line, but they broke off the auger bit in the sewer line and left it there which would have caused an even bigger block. He then said it was likely that the line collapsed and had to be replaced.

I called Mr. Plumber the next business day for a second opinion and their receptionist, Sydney, was extremely nice, answered all of my questions and was even able to get me an appointment the same day. Tom was the tech that came out and was extremely helpful, professional, and was able to remove the roots that were causing the block and remove the auger bit that was left by the previous company's technician. He left behind no mess and was also able to repair a washing machine drain tube before he left.

I cannot recommend Mr. Plumber enough and will be using them moving forward.

I had called another company to unclog the main drain at my house. They came out and said there was an object in the drain causing the backup and the only way to remove it was to jack hammer the concrete in the basement, cut the pipe to remove object and replace everything. $4400 quote to do this. I then talked to Sydney and Steve at Mr. Plumber and Steve told me he would send Tom out and he'd get it done without all that crazy demolition of my floor. Tom came out and was an absolute master of this craft as well as a super professional. An hour later....done!!! And at the cost of a drain cleaning. Bravo Mr. Plumber, thank you and you have a customer for life!

Awesome experience! The receptionist Sydney was kind and so helpful and had someone at my house in just over an hour. Tony the plumber was so kind and explained everything to me. He was finished in less than an hour and only charged me $99.50 for what would have been much more had I gone with another company. He even cleaned up the mess that the backed up drain had made prior to him coming which was so considerate! I truly cannot say enough kind words about him and will only use this company in the future!

For great HVAC work ask for Jessie. He has has been my go to for years. I event had him replace my parents system.

I have been a satisfied customer for many years however my latest service call was a disaster. The technicians are good yet billing and customer service are terrible. I had a running tap for 2 weeks and I kept following up on the parts order. I got the runaround every time until it became apparent the parts were never ordered. The customer service team was incredibly disrespectful. They did not apologize and then got the bill wrong. I pointed it out and they yelled at me. An unfortunate experience vs making it right.

Jessie has been working on our house for a couple of years now and has done a great job keeping our aging HVAC system running. Fully intend to go through him once our old system kicks it.

They did a great job fixing our heating for our pool. We even had a pipe come off that wasn't related to the gas line or what he was working on and the technician fixed it without batting an eye.. Additionally, my husband asked the technician to look into an additional repair outside of the original scope of the visit and the technician fixed it with a very reasonable price. This is the first contractor that we have had that we felt that the service was 5 star and we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg!! Would definitely recommend!.. thank you Mr. Plumber!!

I have used these guys the past few times I have needed a plumber. They are far more affordable than the competitors. They are prompt and professional and thorough.

Our water heater went out last week so I began doing my own research of area companies and received many quotes shopping around. Any of the companies that I called needed to have someone come out to give a quote. When I found Mr. Plumber through a referral, all I had to do was call and explain a little bit about my current water heater and I had a quote within seconds. Not only do they have competitive pricing, but everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. As a homeowner, any of your working systems that go out can be a stressful thing to navigate. Mr. Plumber helped to put our mind at ease. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Our laundry drain backed up and I was unable to snake it myself. Called because of the great reviews on Google and was quoted half the price a competitor gave me. Mr. Plumber fit my schedule, called when they were on their way, and was in and out in no time after correctly fixing my drain problem. Keeping their number for next time!

We just had them out again to clear out our sewer line of tree roots and Tony was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He was here within 1.5 hours of calling and job was complete within an hour. Tony came out today and explained everything he was doing. We've been in our house for 26 years, and he made sure the original pipes from 1951 had been replaced before he started. He was honest, the prices were very fair, and he gave my adult son great advice. We have found our plumber thanks to Next Door Roeland Park neighbors!

Mr. Plumber and their crew are amazing. From the first call to their office, Sydney was very helpful with all my questions and setting up an appt. We were doing a kitchen remodel for my dad and working with several sub contractors. Sydney was very accommodating with our schedule and understood our situation. Tom was our technician and i can't speak highly enough of his quality of work and professionalism. When we had issues with our counter installers and had to cancel and reschedule with him, He was more than understanding and moved his schedule around to work with us. His customer service skills go above and beyond what you experience these days! I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Tom to anyone who is looking for reliable, customer service oriented and professional work. We really can't thank Tom enough for his outstanding work. I called them for a second opinion on a job another company was telling me would cost a lot of money, and would require cutting into the wall at my business.

Mr. Plumber came out, told me what the issue was, and gave me the information I needed to get the job done right by the other company still under warranty.

I cancelled my AB Warranty today after a decade of BS. There Platinum Warranty is extremely misleading and there price gouging is unreal. Mr. Plumber has my business now!!! It was so nice to have the worker come out do exactly what they said they were doing tell me the price up front and it was still cheaper than the cost of just two months of this “ warranty “ AB May has to allegedly save money. I don’t even want to think about the money I threw away on that warranty or all of the unnecessary work ie money that company has conned me out of. In this day of so many gimmicks and schemes it is so nice to find a company that is just straight to the point with a good work ethic... thanks Tony you are a Rock Star and thanks Mr. Plumber for renewing my faith in good people and quality companies/ employees !!!

Mr. Plumber has been to my house twice - the first time was after I bought my house and discovered a leak, the second time was last week when I needed a toilet replaced - during both visits they were on time, courteous, efficient, and took the time to answer any questions I had.

I've recommended this company to my parents (who also used their services for a leak), to friends, and to co-workers. Their rates are not obnoxiously over the top (unlike a lot of big-name places I called for quotes for my first leak), and their work is top tier.

I bought my condo in 2018. This was the 5th plumber I've had to come out for random issues. I will never call anyone else again.
They worked with my schedule, were on time, and worked quickly and efficiently.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Our property manager contacted Mr. Plumber to service both our heater and AC and I am so glad they did! Edward was so kind, took the time to explain everything that he was doing as well as how the different pieces of our HVAC system worked (because that is NOT my area of expertise at all), and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was performing at its most optimal level before he left. This was the best service experience I have ever had and I will absolutely be recommending Mr. Plumber to everyone.

Outstanding job by these guys and highly recommended. My wife wanted to make sure I recognized Jeremy Bridgewater, the plumber who did the work at our house. He fixed our kitchen sink and overall water pressure issues and was very professional about it. To quote my wife: He was clean and didn't grunt at me. Jeremy was late for the scheduled appointment but had called ahead to warn us so it wasn't a big deal. Price was also very reasonable. Just an overall good experience.

Background: We had a bad experience with another company who did not finish clearing our line, resetting one toilet and fixing another pipe. They would come and work some, leave and we had to ask multiple times for a return visit. There was no respect for our female employees.

Fed up, we called Mr. Plumber and got to work with Jeremy. As expected from great service at home, Jeremy delivered a free estimate at work in our old building. He returned for the service appointment and finished in a few hours the same day, fixing everything effortlessly, and was a gentleman. We're so happy, and the price was reasonable and less than the first company! Thank you Mr. Plumber for great service, rates, and hiring respectable employees who care!!

Tyson came to my home today to repair a 60 year old kitchen drain pipe that was leaking between kitchen and basement.
Very professional - walked me through the repair before and after.
Left the drain setup better than before, and insisted on cleaning the work area when finished.

The receptionist was horrible to work with. She kept asking for additional information about my water heater before agreeing to send anyone. I provided all information, then was informed I should contact the manufacturer. In the meantime one of the guys called back offering to come by. I declined until I spoke with the manufacturer. Ultimately the manufacturer stated they need a service provider to identify the issue. Mr. Plumber then refused to provide service because I had declined previously, claiming they already sent someone out my way. I hadn't agreed to service at that time and wasn't even home. In addition, the receptionist didn't apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding and lacks even the most basic friendliness and customer service. I will never use this company and will tell others to avoid them. They wasted an entire day going back and forth with me before declining service altogether after I followed their recommendations. Horrible.

Called to say he might be late ,.but came within the time slot. He was efficient and pleasant. He finished in about 15 minutes.

There are very few reviews on here and that's because Mr. Plumber Inc doesn't advertise. They rely on their work by word of mouth. Well, I have to say, I am going to reccommend them to everyone I know.

I had a clogged drain and my water heater stopped working. I called them and Tyson showed up the same day. He quickly determined that I needed to replace the water heater as it was leaking water on the inside(the water heater lasted 18 years so it was time). I decided to go with the new water heater and stated it would $875 for the water heater and the install. VERY fair price! The water heater also comes with a 6 year warrenty that they cover.

Tyson even ran a line and unclogged the drain, free of charge that evening.

As this was all later in the day, they had to come back and install the new water heater. Tyson showed up first thing in the morning and had everything done in under a couple of hours. While showing me the new water heater he noticed some leaking coming from the water heater. He was concerned that the unit had a crack. He called Steve, whom I assume is the owner or manager, and he came out an hour later with another unit. Upon further review it was determined that the unit was perfectly fine.

Now, I know some people may be a little peeved at this but the way I look at it, I was very pleased that they took the time to take another look at this to make sure it got done right. It only took another hour or so to complete but that one hour could have been the difference between me having to go through all this again in a short period of time. Well worth the wait in my opinion.

Steve and Tyson were very friendly and professional and they got the job done right, in a timely manner and for a FAIR PRICE. As they don't advertise I assume, they pass these savings along to their customers. I will be posting this review on other social media sites so everyone I know can see what a great job these guys did.
