Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Kansas City MO

Had to have our AC serviced today. Our technician Mike Whetstone. He was awesome. Adjusted well you our pets. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.

Earlier this morning I noticed my air conditioner making a weird noise....well bad sign and it died. Called and spoke to Ms. Amanda. She was so courteous and quickly took my info and dispatched a technician out to diagnosis my issue. Nate arrived promptly and determined my motor was dead. Welllll since I'm a renter I had to let my landlord handle the rest but I am extremely grateful for Nate's professionalism and pleasant demeanor. If I am ever in need of service again I won't hesitate to call. Thank you Amanda and Nate!

AC fan motor went out, had a new one installed within 12hrs. Really helped us out!

We purchased a new Daikin Furnace and Central Air unit from AB May in February , 2016. We had no problems until January, 2022. Starting with that service call we have had to replace 3 circuit boards. Thank goodness we purchased their extended warranty plan. The second time we had no heat for a week because they didn't have any of the circuit boards in stock. I would not recommend buying a Daikin Furnace and Central Air unit.

I discovered a water heater leak on Monday morning. Quality had a plumber at my house in the afternoon. They replaced my very old 80-gallon tank with two side-by-side 50 gallon tanks, and added the electrical work, a pressure expansion tank, and dual feeds.
Absolutely recommend. Plus, the technician was kind, explained everything well, and was very careful around my escape artist cats.

Started off our morning with a leak under our place, not only did we get charged $89 for them to show up but we were told it was going to be $651 on top of that to fix the problem. If I wouldn't have decided to fix it myself I would have got conned to pay over $700 for the plummer to slide a pipe back in the rubber boot and tighten a hose clamp. They could have at least taken 5 minutes to put it back together for the $89 dollars we were charged for them to do absolutely nothing while they were here.

Chris Herriott was very professional and consultative. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system needs from annual system maintenance to repairs.

Jason Prayson ( Comport Advisor/ HVAC manager ) is very articulate and knowledgeable in giving information that if i change the HVAC unit in our house . we need also to install a return / Airplow to gain 550 Cfm . i am very impress with the quality of service/ work . Marvin And Jonathan take pride of thier Job installing my new Lennox Hvac unit , my family really feel the difference the comport of our new system . Marvin did an excellent housekeeping he is very well organize on all his tools . Both Marvin & Jonathan are very Professional Technician . Thank you all so much . i highly recommend this company

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!
