I was in a bad situation with a backed up toilet and a possibly burst pipe causing a leak in my other bathroom! The technician, Raoul, successfully fixed all those issues and I am very grateful for his diligence and courtesy.

Had a horrendous experience with this company. Last Wednesday afternoon, my mother and I were at Dairy Queen on Burnet Road in Austin. While she was waiting to fill her drink, a man came and cut in front of her and was standing close. She mentioned that she was practicing social distancing in part because of her age. The man then replied that he could smell that, apparently meaning her age. She remarked about his rudeness and and the man laughed at her.I observed him getting into a Daniel's Plumbing truck. I then called Daniel's Plumbing and the receptionist who answered the phone seemed concerned and claimed to have located the truck. She was apologetic and got my contact information, claiming that someone from management would contact me.Over a week later, I have yet to be contacted. This speaks volumes about their integrity and lack of commitment to customer service. I can't imagine using them for plumbing work, let alone imagine how they'd follow through on any concerns.The rudeness of one employee can be overlooked, but the lack of promised follow up is telling.

This company was excellent! They were able to fit us in and they came on time, professional, courteous and very transparent on what we needed. I recommend this company to anyone! Michael was fantastic!

Andy came Saturday night around 10 pm and quickly determined that our problem was out pipe to the city sewer. He returned the next morning with a machine that spins a spiral snake into the pipe. Minutes later our clog was gone. He even beat his initial cost estimate. Thanks Andy!

I could've had the worst experience, were it not for Chris. What started out as a routine plumbing job turned out to be a half-day job. Suffice it to say, the invoice ended up tripling by the time they were finished. But, this wasn't his fault. Chris was patient with me and explained our options has the project progressed. Not only did he point out the issues, as they were coming up, he also explained what we could do to fix the problem -- obviously he's seen it all before.tl;dr -- Highly recommended... even for the most difficult plumbing issues.

Only fixes what needs it...doesn't invent work. Love that....really nice folks.

We are in the process of getting several rooms repaired due to water damage and the demo crew had to halt work due to the lavatory shut off valves being so rusted they had to be replaced. I called AAA Auger and Paul the plumber came to the rescue! He showed up during the quoted time frame, assessed and discussed the repair before we agreed to the work, then completed the work in the time frame promised. We really appreciated his professionalism and can-do attitude. Great worker.

I can't imagine why anyone would use a plumbing service other than Westmoreland Plumbing. What a great company! Tommy is honest and fare....he lets you know how he arrives at the price and cautions against possible issues that are unknown until the work begins. Gilbert and Robert showed up on time with masks and were amazing! In 2 hours they installed 2 new toilets along with a dishwasher I purchased from Costco. They hauled off the old toilets AND OLD THE DISHWASHER! (Long story about Costco who dropped the ball on the install. Third time I've used them for appliances.....always a problem). But with Westmoreland there was no problem - nothing but solutions. Don't bother researching other plumbers....I've done that for you. Just call Westmoreland!!!
