Losing approximately 1 gallon of water per minute with outrageous water bills, not one plumber could come out for weeks or would touch the job due to 2 large oak trees. Radiant Plumbing showed up immediately, diagnosing the water leak and scheduled us the same week. Day of, excavation came out early morning to dig where new piping would be laying, Radiant associates were there on time as promised to fix our leak & complete job within a couple of hours. Gilbert was great at communicating and very clear about his rates prior to coming out. He showed up on time with all the tools and parts needed for the repair and went over and above what was asked. He not only fixed the symptom of the problem but actually identified the root cause and proactively fixed that as well. I have dealt with a lot of service providers over the years and there are very few that I would put in the same category as blue dragon Plumbing.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with A and T plumbing. I had some work which was needed in my house. Called A and T plumbing and they were real good and putting me on the schedule and getting a service member out quickly to do the work. The service guy was very professional and completed the repair fast. All in all I could not ask for anything more from them, I will recommend them to all my friends.

Zero star. I called and schedule the visit for free estimate for plumbing service. Then, next day they call and re-schedule it appointment and the caller said there is a dispatch fees. They did not notify me since I did not ask. What does free estimates means? To me, they were hiding the terms & conditions and were not at all transparent at first place. Will definitely not recommend rooter plumbing. Beware and do your homework before you reach out.I read some negative reviews and thought, let me give a chance and I believe those reviews were very valid and legitimate.

We reached out to Jeff to install a new hot water heater. The process was simple, we sent him a few photos of the job site, he sent a quote. On the day he was supposed to arrive he DID arrive and completed his work without interruption. The new hot water heater looks great !

I was happy with the rapid response to my request for an appointment, the courteous workers who showed up on time, and the speed with which they fixed my broken kitchen faucet. I blanched, however, when they presented me with the bill -- $ 175! Good work, but pricey!

I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful. Next time I need a plumber on a task I can't handle, Benjamin Franklin's is definitely getting a call.

I would recommend AAA Auger. They were to come and fix my water softener. When one of their employees showed up before I was home and wanted to reschedule, the owners came out instead and fixed the problem. The owners worked until 8:30 pm to fix my softener so that I did not have to take time off of work. I am thankful that they were so accommodating.

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it.
