I needed someone to come out same day, and even though they were booked Lorenzo came out after his jobs and figured out what I couldn’t. Will be using these guys again in the future.

Mr. Collen Mcbride did excellent job! Our faucets were blocked with sand after the storm. Although we paid another person for blowing out the sand, the work was not done properly. So the faucets were clogged and leaking.Collen identified the problems and fixed them very quickly. He also provided advice and recommendations to our water heater.We feel so lucky that we found a good company, and had such an excellent technician resolved our problem. Strongly recommend Rooter-Man Plumbing, and Mr. Collen Mcbride!

Excellent company! Benjamin was a wonderful plumber to work with. He was straight-forward with his assessments and estimations. Everyone I worked with at the company was responsive, on time, fast, and communicative.I was having issues with a sub-par tankless water heater. Benjamin was able to assess the problem, provide a solution, order a new water heater, and have it completely installed within 2 weeks. They were very detailed and did a clean and professional job. Such service!Benjamin BL will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on. I highly recommend this company.

Totally disappointed by the attitude I encountered. A plumber was dispatched and upon arrival was able to give a quote within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the quote was far beyond what I was prepared to pay. When I politely told him that I would have to think about it, the guy literally sneered at me and laughed. He then asked me what I was expecting to pay. Well, not $1000 for a valve replacement that would take 2 hours. But that's besides the point. My issue is with the sneering. Super unprofessional!!!Update: I received a call from Jim (owner or maybe management?) shortly after leaving my original review. Based on his call and his obvious concern about the situation, I am changing my original review.Please also keep in mind that an individual employee does not always represent the business practices of an entire organization. But it is situations like these that allow a company to improve. Hopefully their plumber will consider his approach in future encounters.

This local company is a gem, highly recommended. Talmage was very professional, on time and completed the job with efficiency. We've used Economy Plumbing several times & service has been great. Customer service is also excellent. Plus expect funny beige attire (lol), fast and clear scheduling and checkout using ipads.

Kudos to Reliant Plumbing and Jason Heck as a kitchen faucet was replaced in a timely fashion. Thank You!!

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

This company makes it so easy to get a quote! Definitely recommend them!

My experience with Fast Plumbing was unforgettable and unforegiveable. First there was an $85.00 trip charge, the job was suppose to be done that same day but the techs were just coming back from lunch and one was sick his chinese lunch was not sitting well with him. Plus he said it was a bigger job than what he was told and of course more money. One of my husband's Cowboy Jersey went missing a Witten one, but before I called Fast Plumbing, I asked my kids if they had gone to the house and maybe took it, but none of my kids are Cowboy fans and no one had been by. They were the only ones that had been there other than myself. So I was told in a round about way that I was lying that none of their employees would do that. So, I am very upset because my husband passed away last year and that jersey and the other two hanging behind it were to go in a curio cabinet for him.

Clay and Kailum stopped by this afternoon to assist with a clog I was having in my kitchen sink. They were very helpful, professional and really nice! Thank you for your prompt attention to my issue and simply being awesome!

I had 1st Home & Commercial Services come inspect and take video of my plumbing after I have been having issues since purchasing my home. Drew was on time, professional, and very thorough in walking me through the issues he found. Additionally Dominic was able to arrive during the service call so that they could do more investigation and get a clearer picture of the problems with my plumbing from the previous homeowner. Drew and Dominic walked me through the various options to fix my plumbing, they were very patient with me and all my questions!

Jeff is very detailed and explained the entire process. We were able to save my seller over $38k in repairs by doing the inspection correctly. He gave us 3 hours of his time and every minute was worth it! Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing backup on a Saturday morning and was really happy to know that someone from Plumb Quick could come out that day without charging me an after-hours rate. Kortez and I kept in touch via cell phone while he took care of other plumbing emergencies and we ran errands. He got to my house mid afternoon and cleared up the clogged line. We were so glad we didn't have to pay an extremely high price and/or deal with stopped up plumbing for the entire weekend.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

PLEASE CALL ME. Guys worked on water/drain lines/valves behind my washer earlier today. They said they tested it but now water is pouring out. I've left 3 voicemails on your office phone. Guys did not call or text prior to their arrival so I can't contact them. I also sent email.

Use this company! He was on time, nice and easy going, fast, honest, and affordable. What more could you want? Our new go-to for plumbing needs for sure.

They are AMAZING !! I don't say this lightheartedly. Not only did they fix the botched work another company did, they showed up the same day I called ( in less than an hour !! ) I an extremely pleased and wish the home warranty would contract through them vs the other company .

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.
