Nick and Tim arrived on-time and I cannot say enough great things about the job these two guys did on a pipe behind my shower wall. Their professionalism and knowledge was impeccable. Their services by far exceeded any expectations I had.I do read reviews and I read alot of reviews on this company and their staff prior to calling them for an estimate, and honestly, I am extremely impressed with every single aspect of these two men and the company they represent. Super happy!! Their number is in my phone on speed dial for any plumbing services I ever need in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Curtis installed a new toilet for me yesterday. He was great, arrived on time, identified a big problem in the toilet plumbing and clear it up before the install. He finished the job (do it right) and cleaned up the work area before he leave.

I finally found our plumber! Benjamin was not only professional, he gave a good education on plumbing systems, especially with regard to the freezing winters we have had here in Austin. Don't call anyone else; just call Benjamin. Additionally, the receptionist who answered my call, I believe it was Emily, was also quite cordial and responsive. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Economy plumbing came out for the 3rd time to fix the same leak but wanted me to pay again since it had been over a year. Poor workmanship, charged over a thousand dollars for a simple leak that they haven't been able to fix.

We suspected a leak in our water heater. David came by to our place pretty quickly after us reaching out to the company, he gave a quick and thorough look and explained to us what might have been going on, why it may be going on and what we can do to prevent it from happening. He was very pleasant and cheerful to work with and talk to and clearly knew really well what he was looking at. Thanks David! AT&T plumbing were one of the few plumbing companies to get back to me. They were actually able to see me sooner than expected and offered me two solutions to repair a part or install. We opted for the install. The plumber who installed the unit was very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. When turning on the water i noticed a lack of pressure in the sinks. Dan the manager who is also very friendly came out the next day and helped solve the issue at no cost. I would recommend using them.

Mr. Rooter perfectly fit everything I needed from a plumber. I needed one who was affordable, one who was skillful, and, of course, one who worked in or was based in Austin. Needless to say (though I guess I already said it), Mr. Rooter was AMAZING. My home's humming along perfectly thanks to their help.

Gabe & Nick did an outstanding job. They were careful with all the new floors in the house and bathrooms and made sure nothing happened. All the work performed was done perfectly. No other way to say it. When finished with 6 faucet installations, a pedestal sink installation, and a toilet installation they gave us a thorough walk through to show there were no leaks or issues with their work. We will be calling them back for future work. All of this was completed with a price that that was more than fair. Thank you for treating our house like it was yours.

We had a leak in a shower connector within the wall. We had it replaced once but the repair failed in a few months and we had to open up the wall again. I took pictures and sent them to a different plumber who declined the job. Blake from Plumb Masters came and inspected and said I've never seen anything that I couldn't fix. And then he did a great job repairing it. Very talented plumber!

Jeff at Moore & More was an excellent problem solver, taking all the best steps to isolate and find the leak in our home. He explained his steps and expected costs thoroughly and, most importantly, solved our leak when it was a difficult one to track down. I then called this company and the person who took my call directed me to the plumber himself who gave me some advice before even suggested to come out. At the end he resolved my problem and was extremely professional. Will continue to use their services in the future.

DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, called these guys with intentions of supporting a local company. Should have taken the warning signs when they took almost a whole day to return my call and didn't show up when scheduled to, i spoke with Joe and he stated he would be by within a couple of hours and did not show up till the next day. I decided to give them the opportunity to perform the repairs they recommended and after 4 days from the day they started repairs to now, I am still experiencing the same problems! The pictures and information on their website is deceiving (including address and staff), Joe apparently is a one man band, he was the only one who showed up, the only one who answered the phone (initially) and the only one who can make a decision to fix my repairs properly, he (they) obviously has chosen not to stand by his work. Joe may be great at changing faucets and swapping toilets, but if you need other plumbing services and complicated work, look for someone else.
