I called maybe twenty different vendors and BenjaminBL was the only one that was able to come out same day. When they came, they were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Although I hope I don't experience any further plumbing problems with my house, I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening (of course these kinds of things always happen on a weekend). The wonderful lady on the after hours line was able to walk me through what to do to shut it down and helped to calm me down a little. She scheduled a service call for the next day. John arrived first thing in the morning and did a great job explaining what needed to be done once it was determined that I’d need a new water heater. He definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. He was very patient and kind with his explanations. I’m very happy and relieved to have my new water heater and would call them again for other services. Very pleased with the service.

Mike arrived at my residence and was a complete professional from start to finish. He immediately set up and plan of action to fix the issue at hand.The following day Mike arrived promptly with Austin and Warren. I had an issue with low water pressure to my kitchen faucet. I called economy plumbing and they were very accommodating. Luke came out to my house the next day and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. He found the issue and was finished up in about an hour! Very straightforward experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. Our kitchen sink was clogged so much that standing water had accumulated and spilled out onto the kitchen floor. I quickly called Roto-Rooter and they sent a plumber out pretty much 15 minutes from when I called. Oscar fixed the problem quickly and was very nice and professional. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

While at the last minute moving to sell my house, I found our washer box leaking. Fast Plumbing gave a direct quote for the repair and had it done in record time. Couldn't believe how quickly they worked! I'll definitely use them next time I own.

Gage did a wonderful job clearing out the scale from the water lines due to the water heaters being descaled. Pressure and heat are now great again.Clay and Kailum came out on New Year’s Day and removed a blockage from the main clean that backed up into the downstairs bathroom.They recommended getting on the platinum plan and that has already saved Benjamin’s this year!

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

When my wife and I received a larger than usual water bill, more than twice what we normally pay we knew we had a leak somewhere in our plumbing system. After doing the standard DIY checks and turning up nothing we knew we would need to call in a professional to identify and repair the leak. We had a terrible time using our Home Warranty Company and eventually turned to our own plumbers. We had a leak detection company come out and pinpoint the leak and then called Plumb-Quick.Plumb-Quick was very pleasant to work with from the moment someone answered the phone. I explained the issue that we were experiencing and Jason said that he had a crew in the area and would send them over in a few hours to take a look at the problem and give us an estimate. Chris the technician showed up several hours later and took a look at what we were dealing with. He took the time to explain the work that would need to be completed and exactly what it involved.Chris was also nice enough to give us options. The leak was in our main water line in the front yard and he explained that due to Austin's soil most of the labor charge was in digging up the pipe. He told us if we dug up the pipe that it would more than half the cost of the repairs. This honesty was refreshing from a contractor, and we agreed to dig the hole and call when it was complete.Later that day we gave Chris a call back and he scheduled us for repair the next day. He came out and performed the repairs paying attention to every detail and ensuring the quality of the work. Chris was marvelous to work with, he was very polite, and flexible with our schedule and did a great job repairing our plumbing. Any time I have a plumbing issue going forward Plumb-Quick will be the first team I call.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

I had a broken pipe in my ceiling and needed help urgently I called a few places that were either fully booked or could come only the next day. Then I called Santana(Jaime) picked up the phone , i explained the issue sent him a photo and he replied right away with an estimate and was ready to come to my house right away.I could tell that he is very knowledgeable ( a lot of plumbing experience). He went down to business right away and fixed my issue in few minutes. He made it look very easy but this was not.Thank you very much Jaime for your prompt help! By the way his price was way less compared to the other contractors that I had called.

Initial service call did a good job explaining what was wrong and gave me 3 options to upgrade my electrical panels. When the first tech came two days later, he didn’t have the materials needed. This appears to be a job planning failure. This cost me a whole day of work PTO. The next day, the work was accomplished and the workmanship was very well done. I feel I have a safer home with the work they performed. Don, the installer was incredibly nice, professional and their company uniforms instill confidence. The end result was aesthetically pleasing along with the technical upgrade the work accomplished.
