Estevan and Benjamin did a great job with the issue with my garbage disposal. They were at my house shortly after I called and fixed it quickly! Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them!

Daniel was our technician, this technician had tremendous personal skills, what I would call a great bedside manner, the same manner you would see in a doctor. He went far and above what a regular technician would do to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Written information was given about the repairs, We sat down at the table and went through the repair's line by line. Daniel, stayed with me through the process/ multiple options were given, and he also made it crystal clear what I was up against.

They charged $280 and did not diagnose the problem. They committed to f/u on the following Monday. No call. I finally called on Wednesday to ask what was going on. They assured me of a call by days end. No callFinally the following Monday that called 10 days later!By that time I found another reliable company. Complete waste of $280

Very disappointed in their customer service. I had two days off from work to have repairs completed on my home. The first day Mr. Rooter was scheduled for repairs I received a call from them that morning stating that the plumber called in for the day. I rescheduled for my next day off. On the next scheduled day, I received a call from Mr. Rooter two hours prior to my appointment asking if they could reschedule. I informed them that this was the rescheduled appointment and that I would seek services from another company.

I have never been so pleased with a service from a plumbing company in all my years. Oscar was so professional and helpful. He was kind and very very helpful. I will make this company my go to from now on.

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

Exceptional first time experience using Goettl AC Services. Made my appointment last Sunday afternoon with Akansha, after discovering my AC was not working. Akansha was polite, informative, and helpful. The next morning Goettle dispatched a senior HVAC Service Tech, Chris. Chris was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair was completed in less than 20-minutes and he stayed an extra 20-minutes to monitor the system in order to confirm resolution.
