Over the years Ben has come to our home to help me with specific problems. One essential for a plumber is how to use a shovel, and he can dig ditches with finesse, and speed and lots of laughter! (Digging ghost potatoes). He is also innovative in dealing with unforseen problems as they arise, using what is at hand to eliminate (sometimes dangerous) situations. Holy mackerel! Stood up twice in one day. Did not keep either appt time. Chased them via their answering service. No answer!! Called first thing the next day and was told I was texted the updates ? the gal kinda had an attitude with me about it. Finally sent someone out.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

Needed help replacing a diverter tub spout that was not diverting water from tub to shower. Bought the replacement spout but could not remove the old one. I was able to call and make a same day appointment. The technician arrived on time, accessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the job all within the hour. Would recommend!

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

Noah was very helpful and polite. My issue is not yet resolved but RR is sending a camera tomorrow to try and pinpoint where the problem is.

Joe and Brian did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. From start to finish--we were given a detailed estimate, they arrived on time, cleaned up as they went along, and took care of everything with expertise and professionalism. Also, Jennifer and Tara at the office were very polite and helpful. Absolutely recommend Plumb Masters for your plumbing needs.

They require that you pay $129 to come out and give you a quote on a job where they are charging you an insane amount of labor for the job. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of the job like part cost, labor and tax. This is the shadiest way to conduct business. I would never ever use them for any repair work. Smh!

One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.

Underground waterline leak was found in my front yard and I called more than 10 plumber companies in the morning and nobody was available until I found Austin Plumber. Joe came on time, friendly, experienced and skillful. He was able to locate the leak spot very quickly by his 30 years experience, which I thought might be time consuming and painful and already prepared for the worst case scenario - dig all the way along the waterline until we find the leak spot. Luckily, he found it easily just by several shoveling. Joe clearly explained the root cause to me, replaced the pipe joint and even provided a lot more suggestions for the future maintenance. The last but not least, the price they charge was pretty fair and reasonable compared other big plumbing company that could rip you off. I would strong recommend Austin Plumbery to be your top plumber.
